Why is frisk dumping the ice bucket on grillby won't that hurt him??

I've seen some confusion about this in the comments and tags, so in retrospect I can see how this standalone render isn't super readable. I should have also probably mentioned that the Sans animation is a continuation of a bunch of other ones, which I will link below for full context.

Time to explain the deep lore of the cursed spaghetti!

I'll start off by clarifying that it's not an ice bucket, but a questionable mixture of chemically contaminated spaghetti, hot dogs, ketchup and a knife, which Frisk decided to get rid of by dumping it on Grillby's head to burn it.

They have basically given up on salvaging this horrific dish, and will probably just get the Undetale equivalent of McDonalds or something with their monster friends.

This spaghetti (if we can still call it that) is the result of many failed cooking attempts with Papyrus, Alphys and Undyne.

It also includes a knife signed by Mettaton, because... why not!

And don't worry, Grillby seems completely cool with it (pun not intended). His flames are strong enough to melt everything, and to be honest, it's probably for the best haha!

1 How do these Caine transformations work, is it slow and painful, or is it a quick thing (Jax's for example) and how did he react to seeing himself like that?

2 Jax still does, even in that form, he still continues to be playful sometimes? And then there are also adventures for them to distract their minds?

Caine likes to take his time when it comes to 'designing' his circus cast. The process of transformation is slow and drawn out, as Caine rearranges and adds onto his newest creation. It's all trial and error.

(Using jax as an example here) caine will elongate, stretch, shrink, ect. as he goes along, one limb at a time. Ofc he can perform acts that wouldn't be possible in the real world as it's digital so he has some liberties.

For the first ask's second question; adventures are moreso 'field tests'. Caine throws his cast into a predicament to test their abilities and how they will overcome whatever he throws at them. This isn't as common as in canon, though

And for the second asks second question, Ragatha had been 'wretchified' before Jax arrived to the circus. Both she and Kaufmo tried to keep him hidden as long as possible, only prolonging his determined fate.

Crash Course in When Broadcast Shows Air

If a show airs in the fall:

It will start airing sometime between late August and early October. Typically it's going to be in September (911 normally is) but some vary.

It will typically go on midseason break sometime between early November and mid-December. 911 normally is late November/early December.

Shows then return from midseason break around March. (There's some exceptions to this depending on the structure of the networks schedule and the number of episodes in a show's season. 911 is not one of those exceptions.)

If a show is airing in the midseason:

These shows normally start airing in January. They have normally have a smaller break in the middle. I want to say like 4-8 weeks (but truthfully I don't follow midseason like I do regular season so that's off 911 and what I vaguely remember from other shows).

Both fall start and midseason start tend to end in May depending on the number of episodes.

Not every show follows these perfectly, though. Like I said, number of episodes tends to be a factor. Also there's seasons affected by real world things (pandemics and strikes) so they don't follow a normal format.

Shows are also affected by production and events (awards, sports, holidays) so sometimes there's potentially other weeks off throughout the season.

Lucid was indeed created after Lucifer’s fall. The first humans left the Garden of Eden 10,000 years ago and Lucid was created between 5,000-6,000 years ago from the same stardust and light of the Morningstar/Eveningstar (Venus).

Sera, the council, and the archangels raised Lucid in secret from the rest of Heaven and absolutely made it known to him he was made in Lucifer’s image. Many of the archangel brothers either avoid him and when they do interact there is clear awkwardness and usually reluctance to having him around. Sera and his brothers reiterate the tales of Lucifer’s pride and tricking humanity into eating the Fruit of Knowledge.

They basically use Lucifer as a fear tactic in attempting to “keep Lucid on the right path” aka “Obey Their Word.” It is so easy to see pre fall Lucifer in Lucid and many of them fear that. Depending on the verse, once Lucid had a bit of a fit with how much he is restricted from doing with his powers and tried to prove to the council he can do more. To stop him, Michael swiped his spear across his chest before driving it through Lucid’s shoulder to pin him against a wall. The archangel warned him that should the council ever deem the younger seraph a threat, he will not be cast out of Heaven like Lucifer but killed on the spot. If Sera gives Michael that order, he will follow it.

So yup! Lucid is greatly aware he is a clone and has hella anxiety due to the heavy restrictions placed on him, basically confined from the rest of Heaven and kept as a “dirty secret”, and most the people he does have interactions either avoid him or tolerate him (verse dependent of course. There are brothers who do love Lucid and treat him kindly).

these are just headcanons of mine, random as they are, they’re important to why gojo says or acts the way he does now. gojo’s existence wasn’t as pampered as people initially think. no one from the 3 prestigious clans had it easy nor were they treated with respect or decency, it was earned with a strong emphasis on strength and power.

gojo tends to call a lot of people and curses weak. we hear it a lot from him, mocking and being entirely brazen about it, as if announcing it to the entire world. it’s only because he’s heard it a lot himself actually when he was a little kid. while six eyes grants gojo the ability of extrasensory perception, it’s an ability he can’t turn off and as a child, it’s tiring, it’s very much a curse. rest doesn’t exist for him. he cried a lot and no one he could cry too (all kids from other clans distanced themselves from him and adults? they would tell him to stop crying, it’s weak, he’s not supposed to be weak with the power he’s been granted with). he had to learn how to “sleep” and rest with this ability and it was hard. no one could teach him any of this. so he heard the word “weak” a lot from adults and higher ups who had this extremely high expectation from him. gojo is constantly in a state where he’s stretched thin, that feeling we can all relate to when we’ve had an extremely hard day of work and traffic sucked ass and it took an hour or two just to get home and cooking dinner took just as long and it’s time to knock yourself out as soon as your head hits the pillow but only after taking a shower but then oh no, your dog is sick and you’ve lost a chunk of sleep before work the next day. does gojo ever say out loud to anyone about it, that this feeling is a 24/7 feeling? no, he doesn’t. no one can relate to it, therefore, really, it’s his own problem as it’s always been. but when he heard someone call him weak, he’d grit his teeth, clench his fist, raise his chin and used that anger to fuel his motivation. that’s why he calls others weak, it’s a challenge, it’s encouragement. he wants people to catch up to him. he wants this infinite space between him and everyone else to close. it’s his way of trying to raise others without showing any weakness on his part.

geto was gojo’s biggest wake up call and in all honesty, they let each other down in different ways. geto’s suffering and depression was not something gojo could detect. remember, gojo was quite isolated from social interactions until much later in his teens. all he’s known are individuals either berating him, having high expectations of him and being very cold about it in that regard, or those who are trying to assassinate him. he’s not developed in sensing someone else’s pain and while he did catch geto’s weight loss, he’s not experienced enough to detect that as linked with emotional pain. it was only after hearing that geto killed his own parents that gojo realized what those physical signs meant. even his hypersensitive senses couldn’t catch that emotional turmoil going on inside and the realization that being powerfully strong, being gifted with the greatest of powers, meant nothing when it came to people. his eyes should be able to see everything but it didn’t. killing geto, who he considered one of his best friends, wasn’t easy to do either and it’s not something gojo will ever talk about or bring up himself. the let down hurts, it’s guilt and anger at himself, and bittersweet memories he can’t get back. but what it did was change his priorities. killing everyone for a desire for change is not the way to go. geto lost empathy and compassion in his own suffering and while gojo can never reach that level, he wants to try, especially with the people he has left.

there are glimpses, moments when gojo becomes extremely feral or extremely cold whether he’s fighting or conversing. in one case, nanami compares gojo’s likeness to mahito in the “silliness while possessing deadly strength and power behind the smile.” really for gojo, it’s a defense mechanism. his goofiness in battle is really just his personality taking a front and to keep people lowering their guard but the feral cold side is akin to that of a calculating predator and this is really a traumatic side effect of assassins coming after him all the time when he was young. that twisted satisfaction of crushing opponents that dare to come after him just for existing, just because he has a power he never asked for and all the weight that comes with it. it’s a cathartic time for him, especially when he’s fighting and it shows through in a cruelty that surpasses his opponents.

Animals on four legs specifically , like a normal cat or dog. Think of Warrior Cats if you know that series. Feral basically means a normal animal unlike Anthro and can be literally any species , while anthros are more animal-like characters who walk on two legs instead , like Furries. 2: Nope ! Art Fight themes are just something fun. You don't have to style your attacks to the theme at all , or you can if you'd like to. It really just depends on what you want your attacks to look like ! 3: You can do both ! The character slots are for your ocs in general , new or old. You can make new characters if you'd like for Art Fight , but if you'd like people to draw your current ocs you are just as welcomed to upload them as well. HIIIIIIIIIII im sorry for taking a thousand years to answer this but god that image is legitimately such a mystery to me. this is gonna sound insane but i discovered it on a site called lpsg.com which i just found out mintues ago stands for 'large penis support group' and, incredibly and unsurprisingly, was one of the first sites that popped up when i googled idat for the 1st time. from what ive seen its basically a place for gay & bisexual men to talk abt hot youtubers & share images of them & speculate abt their dick sizes but im sure it serves other purposes as well. but this is where it gets rly weird: when you cross search the image from the website (where it was posted with no caption and for the sole purpose of showcasing idat's abs) it leads to absolutely no other source than the website itself so i genuinely am like at my wits end as to where they couldve found the photo but im also not insane enough to try to find that out myself.

and so yeah right after discovering it i kinda accepted that it was his girlfriend bc thats what i saw the other users assume as well so i basically moved on and slowly forgot all abt the picture up until a few days ago when i found an ancient screencap i took from one of idat's videos and almost had a heart attack at the realization it might not be his girlfriend but his sister .

Yes, Fictional!Matty and Fictional!George are professional show jumpers - not quit on the level of the Olympics, but they are near the top of their sport. Training horses for the sport of show jumping, competing them, and coaching other riders is their job. In my little fictional world, Fictional!Jamie owns the barn they work at and is the "Head Trainer" however, injury and age means he does not ride as much himself anymore and primarily coaches from the ground. Fictional!George is his assistant trainer who in addition to teaching clients does most of the day to day riding and showing. Fictional!Matty has been brought on as a second assistant trainer, primarily to work with more of the beginner clients / kids in addition to helping ride. I hope that makes sense - I am realizing now how insane this industry sounds to people who are not involved in it 😂

Im not on tiktok and never have been, but I downloaded RedNote just to see what is up, and I am witnessing something truly amazing

The Chinese user community is giving the American tiktok refugees an overwhelmingly warm welcome, meanwhile the American users seem to have collectively agreed that not only will they not let the app be taken over with English and they will provide Mandarin subtitles for everything, they are LEARNING MANDARIN. Ive scrolled through so many videos of Americans offering greetings in Mandarin to try to acclimate to the new environment and be respectful, and speakers of both languages are posting lots of tutorials on language basics and internet slang in Mandarin

My God, there is an AMAZING outpouring of curiosity and delight among everyone to learn about each others cultures and daily lives. People are posting videos of landscapes, cities, towns, and natural areas in USA and China, posting recipes and traditional foods, vlogs of everyday life, and reaching out to find people with similar hobbies.

And it's not just young people! There are loads of videos from middle-aged American guys who have come to post about fishing or motorcycles and are now happily chatting with Chinese users sharing the same interests using Google translate

One American guy who was like. in his 60's had a comment on one of his videos that was like "Red Neck?" and he replied "Yes!" and I just about fucking lost it

Also the Chinese users love, and I mean LOVE, Luigi Mangione. He is apparently broadly adored in China. There is SO much fanart and SO many edits.

There are many threads initiating Chinese users to ask questions of American users about the USA, and vice versa, and everyone on both sides is clearing up a lot of misconceptions. Some of the questions I saw a lot from Chinese users were: "Is it true that American parents kick you out of the house as soon as you turn 18" (not often, but sometimes) "Do you all really wear shoes in bed" (NO!!! Apparently a lot of characters in American sitcoms are shown lying in bed with shoes on which I never noticed before!) and "are there really guns everywhere" (yes).

For the most part Chinese content creators seem just overwhelmed by the sudden influx of hundreds of followers that are super enthusiastic about what they're doing. A lot of them have made posts about how initially they thought the uptick in follower count was some kind of error, or that there was some kind of joke or prank, but then they realized the interest and enthusiasm was genuine and now they're welcoming all the newcomers.

I found several posts by Chinese users saying that this felt like a really profound historical moment, where these previously separated worlds are suddenly smashing together and suddenly there is freedom to learn about each other's cultures and connect. One of them said something along the lines of "This is a 21st century Tower of Babel and even though I'm an atheist I hope God lets this tower stand." OUGH MY HEART.

The app itself works a little bit like a video-based version of Pinterest. It's not really my thing so I probably won't be on there long term but it's been amazing to see what's happening.
