Also. I've seen the ads for Icon For Hire at the Hoosier Dome next month. Last time Icon played in Indy, the local support got a serious short end of the stick. As in, failure to communicate with the venue that there'd even be local support, and thus they didn't get to play what should've been their biggest crowd... I'll pass.

Rob Base & D.J. E-Z Rock’s debut album,”It Takes Two” celebrates a 35th Anniversary this year and wasreleased on Profile Records in 1988. This cassette would be my first Hip-hop purchase at the age of 14 ( *not my first introduction to Hip-hop or my first Hip-hop album) Later that year, my parents would take me to the Hoosier Dome in Indianapolis for my 1st Rap concert featuring Rob Base & D.J. E-Z Rock, Biz Markee (as spelled on the ticket stub) EPMD, & E.U. Needless to say this album will always hold a special place in my heart and would be the spark to me collecting music over the years. #Hiphop50

I saw the photo of Anderson Hunt (UNLV) and Bobby Hurley (Duke) on #Twitter and I smiled.

They faced each other in the championship game, in 1990, and if you remember it like I do, the Runnin’ Rebels⛹🏽💨ran the Blue Devils off the McNichols Sports Arena (Denver, CO) court!

The final score was 103 to 73.

Fast forward to the following year, at the Hoosier Dome, when they faced off in the semifinals where Duke beat UNLV 79 to 77.

Duke would go to the championship game and beat Kansas to win the chip. 🏆

Talk about some amazing games and great moments in college basketball!

Made my entire day when I found this awesome jumbo-sized pin of Bobby "The Brain" Heenan, maybe my favorite pro wrestling personality, promoting radio appearances in the lead-up to WrestleMania VIII in the Hoosier Dome in Indianapolis, Indiana in 1992. The "Indiana's Favorite Bobby" tag would even be referenced during the event when Heenan, on commentary, said "who?" when Gorilla Monsoon told him that he couldn't even carry Bobby Knight's towel. I'm with Heenan personally because fuck Bobby Knight.

I remember seeing No Cure at the Hoosier Dome last August, on the same bill as Escuela Grind. Honestly kinda ironic having a straight edge band on that bill, given Escuela Grind sells cannabis seeds at their merch table lol, but the music was really good
