When storms roll through, my joints protest at the injustice of me not receiving a senior discount at Wendy's. My knees refuse to listen when I tell them that we're not even 30.

Misconceptions I had about drivers when I started liking f1 that still make me cringe a bit
♡ Jules Bianchi was brazilian :I don't know why I don't know how but somehow my brain looked at him and decided brazilian, he did looked like a love interest in a telenovela tho.
♡ lewis was brazilian: his own fault he looks like a man whore from Rio and sometimes acts like one as well, but still he is only a honorary brazilian
♡ Michael and mick were the same guy: I am stupid.
♡ Checo and Sergio however two different dudes : again I may be stupid.
♡ carlos was Mexican or at least from latin america: I feel like he does play on this a little tho, I mean I know he is European but he does plays on the Latino spicy thing sometimes
♡ Daniel and lando not white: two whole white boys and I thought they were mixed, Lando do pull an Ariana Grande from time to time but daniel don't but still thought both were at least mixed, they weren't
♡ Marta Garcia brazilian as well same goes for bia: they have very brazilian names
♡Lewis's age: this man confused me so much his age plus the little confusion I had about Michael and mick made me to actually Google his damn age, I thought him max and Charles were in the same age group alonso vettel and Daniel on a older age group and yuki lando and Oscar in the younger age group so he was in the middle, what do you mean he is on the older side, what do you mean senior citizen?
♡ max hair color: I don't care what tumbler or his children photos says that's a brunette he ain't blond idgaf he is brown haired and I will die on this hill
#formula 1#formula one fandom#lewis hamilton#max verstappen#charles leclerc#lando norris#michael schumacher#mick schumacher#sergio perez#checo perez#this is also a list on the many ways im very very dumb#marta garcia#bia bustamante

Marsalis has won nine Grammy Awards, and his oratorio Blood on the Fields was the first jazz composition to win the Pulitzer Prize for Music. Marsalis is the only musician to have won a Grammy Award in both jazz and classical categories in the same year.
In 1983, at the age of 22, he became the only musician to win Grammy Awards in jazz and classical music during the same year. At the award ceremonies the next year, he won again in both categories.
After his first album came out in 1982, Marsalis won polls in DownBeat magazine for Musician of the Year, Best Trumpeter, and Album of the Year. In 2017, he was one of the youngest members to be inducted into the DownBeat Hall of Fame.
In 1997, he became the first jazz musician to win the Pulitzer Prize for Music for his oratorio Blood on the Fields. In a note to him, Zarin Mehta wrote, "I was not surprised at your winning the Pulitzer Prize for Blood on the Fields. It is a broad, beautifully painted canvas that impresses and inspires. It speaks to us all...I'm sure that, somewhere in the firmament, Buddy Bolden, Louis Armstrong and legions of others are smiling down on you."
Wynton Marsalis has won the National Medal of Arts, the National Humanities Medal, and been named an NEA Jazz Master. In 2001, he was also named a UN Messenger of Peace.
Approximately seven million copies of his recordings have been sold worldwide. He has toured in 30 countries and on every continent except Antarctica.

In 1996, Britain's senior conservatoire, the Royal Academy of Music, made him an honorary member, the academy's highest decoration for a non-British citizen. The city of Marciac, France, erected a bronze statue in his honor for the key role he played in the story of the festival. The French Ministry of Culture gave him the rank of Knight in the Order of Arts and Literature. In 2008, he received France's highest distinction, the insignia Chevalier of the Legion of Honour. "when i was under five years old i stumbled upon some costume jewelry at a garage sale where my mom gave me a couple dollars to spend on whatever i wanted. i thought it was the finest piece of treasure i would ever hold, with its bright cerulean, sea foam green, and clear crystal gemstones sparkling away. i guess i’ve always had big, flashy, and colorful sequins in my eyes; here’s a brooch collection to honor where my “honorary senior citizen” and “glitzy gaudy fancy” circles overlap..."

Queen strips Prince Andrew of military roles and royal patronages
Move comes after more than 150 veterans request removal amid US sexual assault civil lawsuit
Ben Quinn
Published: 18:22 Thursday, 13 January 2022
The Queen has removed a range of military affiliations and royal patronages held by Prince Andrew, Buckingham Palace has said. The move, which includes the prince losing the use of “His Royal Highness”, comes after a US judge gave the green light for her second son to face a sexual assault civil lawsuit.
Buckingham Palace said in a statement on Thursday: “With the Queen’s approval and agreement, the Duke of York’s military affiliations and royal patronages have been returned to the Queen. The Duke of York will continue not to undertake any public duties and is defending this case as a private citizen.”
A royal source said the prince would no longer use the style “His Royal Highness” in any official capacity.
The dramatic move comes hours after more than 150 military veterans wrote to the Queen to ask her to strip Andrew of his honorary military roles amid what they described as their “upset and anger”. The palace had said earlier on Thursday that it had no comment on their open letter.
Writing to her in her capacity as head of state and commander-in-chief of the army, navy and air force, an open letter from former members of each of the services said that it was “untenable” for the Duke of York to retain his position.
“Were this any other senior military officer it is inconceivable that he would still be in post,” they say in the letter, sent the day after a Manhattan judge rejected Prince Andrew’s efforts to dismiss Virginia Giuffre’s sexual assault lawsuit against him. The duke denies the allegations against him.
The palace had said previously that the duke’s military appointments were in abeyance after he stepped down from public duties in 2019.
But he still retained the roles, leaving eight British regiments, including the Grenadier Guards, where he had held the title of colonel, in limbo for more than two yearsn.
His other British honorary military titles were: honorary air commodore of RAF Lossiemouth; colonel-in-chief of the Royal Irish Regiment; colonel-in-chief of the Small Arms School Corps; commodore-in-chief of the Fleet Air Arm; royal colonel of the Royal Highland Fusiliers; deputy colonel-in-chief of the Royal Lancers (Queen Elizabeths’ Own) and royal colonel of the Royal Regiment of Scotland.
The veterans say in their letter, which was partly coordinated by the campaign group Republic: “Officers of the British armed forces must adhere to the very highest standards of probity, honesty and honourable conduct.
“These are standards which Prince Andrew has fallen well short of. It is hard not to see, when senior officers are reportedly describing him as ‘toxic’, that he has brought the services he is associated with into disrepute.
“We are therefore asking that you take immediate steps to strip Prince Andrew of all his military ranks and titles and, if necessary, that he be dishonourably discharged.”
The letter concludes with a pointed and personal request to the Queen, who has long been reported to regard Andrew as her “favourite” son. It states: “We understand that he is your son, but we write to you in your capacity as head of state and as commander-in-chief of the army, navy and air force. These steps could have been taken at any time in the past 11 years. Please do not leave it any longer.”
Judge Lewis Kaplan’s ruling means Andrew will remain embroiled in lengthy – and embarrassing – legal proceedings for the foreseeable future.
