Warnings: talks of pregnancy, fluff, fiancé!Logan, idk I think that’s it.

Rain pattered against the windowsill of your shared cozy cabin up East. It was another night of waiting for Logan to return home from X men business and you couldn’t wait to see him; you had news that one of your friends was pregnant and that you were going to be an aunt. Your heart thumped in your chest as you heard your security system go off(ever since Logan joined the X men, he wants to make sure the only good thing[you] in his life is safe) and the sound of heavy boots entering through the door:

“Hey baby I’m home” he said. Logan always felt reassured when he walked through the front door because he knew that everything he needed and wanted was there. The house was always warm with candlelight and something amazing being made.

You had cooked dinner and set the table. All he needed to do was wash his hands and sit down.

“Hey honey! Oh my gosh I missed you”. You chirped as you rushed into his embrace. A hug seemingly lasting for centuries despite it being no longer than thirty seconds quickly melting all stress and worry from Logan’s frame.

Logan smiled down at you and kissed your forehead, resting his on top of yours.

“I missed you too, bub. How was your day?” Logan said. Even after almost dying, he was so thoughtful.

This wasn’t new for Logan and you however, he was always quick to ask about you before you asked about him(although don’t get me wrong, you still asked). This could’ve been due to PTSD or maybe just a natural occurrence in your relationship but either way, you both weren’t complaining.

“OMG YOULL NEVER GUESS WHAT HAPPENED!!” You shouted

“hm?” Logan asked, still holding his position on your forehead as you stood there for a minute taking each other in.

“IM GONNA BE AN AUNT AND YOURE GONNA BE AN UNCLE!!” You shouted again.

The news genuinely shocked Logan as he never pegged your friend for being the “parent” type. She was always sweet to him and seemed responsible enough but something made him feel offput. Maybe it was the fact that you guys were talking about children the other day or about how you two always talked about having kids but he felt a twinge of jealousy at this news.

“That’s great, baby” he said through gritted teeth

“What’s wrong?” You picked up on the shift immediately. He was your fiancee after all.

“Nothing” he said, trying his best to hide his displeasure

“Something. Tell me, baby” you cooed.

“It’s just…everyone’s getting pregnant except for us. I’m happy to be an uncle but I want to be a dad, you know?” He said honestly. This was one of the few times that Logan actually expressed himself and his emotions without shutting down. Needless to say, this might not happen again.

“I know, bubs. It’ll be our time soon but between you, the X-Men, our jobs… we just need to focus on each other right now. It’ll happen when it happens but have each other for the time being” you expressed.

A long pause permeated the room. Fear rang through your heart as the worst scenarios played through your mind. What if he shut down again? What if this turned him off? What if’s shot through your head as it was immediately turned down by a gruff voice:

“you’re right. I need to focus on you and me. I shouldn’t have brought it up” he said, remorsefully.

“No no no! Please bring it up but we just need to look at both sides of the coin right now. Okay?” You said reassurangly

“okay” he said with a small smirk on his face.

You both went to the table and made his plate before eating and going to bed. Nights and talks like this are what made you fall for him, the simplicity of complicated conversations and the calm demeanor’s of you both made you want to give him the child you both wanted.

*1 year later*

Tears flooded the corners of your eyes as the test in your hand showed two pink lines.

“Logan!!!” you said, your voice breaking with happiness.

“Yeah baby?” He asked standing by the door.

“Are we ready?” You laughed.

Logan smiled and shook his head before speaking:

so, a hot take: Sirius is really not as obsessed with James as you all make it out to be, in canon.

was he devoted or wanted to dedicate his life to James? that's where you lose me icl

if anything James was more interested in entertaining sirius, in the one prominent memory we see of them. there is enough context clues and testimonies to conclude that they were very close. and this is what interested me to ship and explore their dynamic (not a post to say you can only ship with canon hints. im just talking within the topic of my rant lol). there is only one person sirius shows utmost devotion to and that's Harry. that's his godSON, his heir and honestly his everything post Halloween.

it is entirely surprising to me how definitive sirius // james shippers sound when they claim it would be more or most canon. both r/s and j/s operate on the same level of delusion and are informed by canon. yes, I think there is a great possibility in canon that sirius was into james- i love the appeal of pining and even heartbreak if not reciprocated. (I also accept this pining and heartbreak in remus//james if anyone is into that wink wink) similarly, I think that remus and sirius could be romantic starting anywhere in the timeline. a boyish sweet love or secret longing and heartbreak or coming together in their tragedy as adults. endless possibilities, it seems, for all of them.

Anyway, back to the point of this post. its insane to me when w0lfstar in particular gets pushback with emphasis on canon like there isn't chemistry and history between them right on the pages. its not a magnified reading. its there. in their dialogue, their physicality and its Harry clocking all of this. these are two alive and kicking characters in the books that shippers read. idek how many times this has to be said. people genuinely believed this relationship would lead to queer representation in the book, explicit or implied. people did not have hindsight, believed jkr to be a better person lmao. you don't have to accept this reading but you also cannot be so narrow that you refuse to see this reading as a valid experience for other people.

once again, you don't have to ship w0lfstar. at all. maybe the popularity and general hype is the annoying part. there are many reasons to not engage with new age w0lfstar shippers btw. but god this "stanning fictional characters" or hating one immensely for the benefit of another, unironically, is so corny. giving stan twt like what imaginary competition is happening?

another thing that ticks me off is the notion that w0lfstar are not close at all. yeah, i do complex magic to help out people i don't really like for the hell of it as well. ik there will be some justification to those who want to prove their point by any means. "sirius is smart so he wanted to do advanced magic" "he actually did it for james" or wtv else comes up. idk how to tell you that marauders are friends first of all. yes, james and sirius are closer but there is no hierarchy with remus. he is not as close obviously, but he is also on the edges by all of their character designs. sirius, in his recounts, never talks of remus as someone below him or largely excluded, just as someone who was conforming, compliant and the "good boy". it is also quite clear in their communication that they were good friends. james first befriended the quiet kid cause he liked him, supported him financially because that is his good friend. he did not act out of pity. that is a great disservice to his character as well.

this is my personal take/opinion. sirius would obviously mention his relationship with james to harry and not remus' and his friendship. i don't think remus and sirius were secretly closer btw, but it is a bit odd that w0lfstar shippers are expected to write james as the #1 priority for sirius when they are not the focus?(this is a very small group of people btw, miniscule in fact. i'm just ranting to rant, not a larger problem) ig my first hot take comes down to this too. you can interpreted the text as you want and that is okay. you can read sirius as obsessed with james but it is not canon. so to dunk on other shippers when they don't share the sentiment is?? mind you, i am well aware of w0lfstar shippers sidelining or flanderizing james in their interpretations and have ranted about that too many times not that that's relevant here. just pointed out in case anyone misinterprets lol

realising the thing between fraser and meg starts quite early on really:

we hear her talked about in vault (episode 2) as basically a terrifying entity that everyone's scared of and punishes fraser by taking away his uniform. when he stands up to her at the end of the episode, she declares that he's fired. so very basically: it's clear she doesn't like him, doesn't want him around. it's never 100% clear why she doesn't to begin with, but there are some clues -- she mentions his spotty work record (although how much she knows about the details we'll have to imagine), she also later in the season is shown really struggling with sexual harassment from a male superior, and so it'd justified to see her a little in the same vein as the woman in the pilot episode who considers fraser something of an interloper, who neither deserves, nor belongs in, this position. added to that he could be potential trouble for meg's own career, which she's rightfully pretty careful about maintaining. also. she's a control freak. and fraser is not a very controllable man (or so she thinks...............)

in witness (episode 3) fraser's running menial errands (laundry -- callback to the pilot) in order to make her change her mind and also just because he would do that without complaint, but she's essentially put in to have him transferred... back to canada. he spends the episode thinking about it, and at the end turns it down. to which she smiles (to herself). so here already she sort of likes him and trusts him enough to be okay with him sticking around. potentially the firing was something of a test -- how much can i actually rely on you, because if you're just waiting to get away you're no good to me in this position. maybe she also kind of enjoys how seriously he takes picking up her laundry, that's not even a joke, their whole... ordering/taking orders dynamic is more than just work

in bird in the hand (episode 4) she's away and she's left fraser in charge... so that's also interesting. pretty quick turnaround from "in danger of transfer" to letting him run things. i bet reading the paperwork afterwards was an interesting experience

in the promise (episode 5) he goes above and beyond to get her broach back for her. ray is very unimpressed by his loyalty and points out that fraser would look for the good in anyone even if he had to manufacture it. dunno how much this was intended, but it doesn't not read as ray remembering victoria in a sort of "oh here we go again, you're trying to fix another woman who's treating you like shit." meg, meanwhile has mellowed somewhat more, still very "barking orders" to begin with but more just an average amount of annoyed that fraser will follow the letter of the law and not stop the car for two seconds to let her out! then, the personal upset about the broach makes her more aggressive (hey look, she's definitely got some wonderfully bitchy stuff to her, im not saying she's misunderstood here), and at the end they share quite a soft, quite a loaded moment after he's returned the broach to her by placing it on her desk, that ends on her promptly reasserting her boundaries ("don't ever come into my office without permission again. that's my first and last warning") which leaves him looking uh... idk what to call it. turned on? turned on. something like that. spaced out. he walks straight into a desk afterwards!

tomorrow i rewatch mask, which i know contains all her least-favourable moments (but i cannot remember if there are any that aren't that right now, we'll see), and then there are two episodes unfortunately that she's not in at all, and then the edge, when fraser essentially asks her out on a date and she becomes very flustered and honestly quite sweet about the idea

i do think it's kind of a shame that there's not a little bit of her in between mask and the edge, because that's where there's a bit of a leap in their relationship development that clearly happened offscreen but it's interesting that she seems to at least privately like him from all the way back at the end of witness when she smiles to herself about him staying on. not "loves" or anything like that, but likes something about him anyway

okay, so everything that I will be saying is completely speculative and based on things/posts I've seen on TikTok on Tumblr so please take it with a grain of salt!

yes, it's true that people are saying that. there's two "people" who are spreading information/rumours: one claims to be an extra on season 4 and the other calls themselves obxanon (they have an account here on Tumblr). this rumor (madison is at fault too and was really rude) has been spread by the obx extra, who said that Madison was rude to the extras, staff and Rudy. However, this rumor has been debunked by the obxanon. its hard to tell who is actually telling the truth, but obxanon has been sharing plot points of 4b before it was aired and everything turned out to be true, so im inclined to believe them.

my personal opinion is that both Rudy and Madison (and their respective girlfriends) are at fault for whatever the fuck happened. they're not the first co-stars in the industry to have dated/been friends and had a falling out/had a thing (idk what went on between them but it's clear that it did) and still had to work together. they're not even the first on their cast. Madelyn and Chase have had a very public and "intense" relationship and they still get along fine. actually, they have been KILLING IT on season 4, I loved Jarah this season. was it really that hard to be professional and just do you're paid to do? acting is literally their job, why did the stunt doubles have to jump in to film the scenes of Kiara lying on JJ's chest/Kiara crying over his dead body. be fr. and HONESTLY neither of them are the strongest actors, if I were them, I would've fought tooth and nail to stay on that show. I don't believe for a single second that JJ being killed off was what was supposed to happen. be fr. Rudy asked to leave.

I fully support the Jos Hate Brigade coming after the Ocons, also what is up with Anthony Hamilton👀👀 i am honestly getting irritated with people acting like Jos is the devil incarnate, completely ignoring how Max seems to have a pretty good relationship with him (and that radio message telling him how proud he is of him was actually so sweet)

Anthony Hamilton remortgaged his house, and quit his full time job in IT (I believe to be a contractor) to manage Lewis’s karting career. All this while he had a wife and other kids to support.

Nowhere near as bad as Ocon’s parents because while Lewis likes to insinuate that he crawled out of the gutter like a Victorian street urchin, the Hamiltons by all accounts, were a middle class family (owned property, Anthony worked a steady, skilled job). Him quitting his job didn’t mean he didn’t have income, as far as I’m aware. Contracting work pays a lot more than fixed income, you are just able to take breaks in between contracts and have a more flexible schedule, and he had the skills to return to full time work if he wanted. So not as far as betting his family’s future but still..pretty sure Lewis was about 9 at this point.

Also, he managed Lewis’s career for a long time. He was the meddling parent. Lewis eventually fired him in I think 2010. It came out that Anthony had misled Lewis over a deal that had lost him a lot of money (around 20 million if I remember right), which Anthony tried to conceal because he thought he could fix it. Lewis fired him and they then weren’t speaking, but Anthony publicly claimed that Lewis owed him about 4 million for his services as a manager. Lewis said last year that having his dad as his manager meant his dad basically wasn’t able to be an emotional available father to him.

All that, and I believe that Anthony was the one who contacted Christian about a red bull seat last year without Lewis knowing, because he’s still a meddler.

He just seems like he lived through Lewis. He gives interviews saying nothing good ever happened to him (bro you’ve been married twice and have two kids…rude) but it did for Lewis, and how driving for Ferrari was always his dream for Lewis. He also just has that same “life was oh so tough for me poor me” vibe that he seems to have forced on his son. It’s crystal clear he was the pushiest of dads, which don’t get me wrong, you need in order for a kid to be successful, but to choose to be a manager rather than a father when it matters…is he your son or your product?

Idk, he’s giving Jos Verstappen, and not in a good way. Lewis talking about his experience with his dad and comparing it to Max’s the other week in the press was the only time I was like, “yes king speak”. And to be fair he was very respectful. But he point blank said he knew how unhelpful it was when the lines get blurred.

On the Max note, I always say Jos wouldn’t get the wrap he does if more people knew what it takes to get a kid to this less of sport. Jos made his mistakes 100% but you won’t get your kid to F1 by being the perfect parent. Also, Jos did a lot wrong but you can see he probably did more right. People overlook how rare it is to be able to have the relationship he has with Max. To be Max’s age, with Max’s achievements, and his resources, and still want Jos around that much and for them to be that close, that doesn’t come from a relationship with no positives. People act like Jos was tough on Max 100% of the time, but if he wasn’t emotional present, Max wouldn’t want him around all the time, in a personal capacity. He has said many times that he calls Jos for advice on personal stuff. The fact that Max’s favourite song is still the one he used to listen to in the van with Jos on their way to Italy speaks volumes. And for all his “Verstappen 2.0” shit, it’s clear that he appreciates Max as a son. And he seems to have a good relationship with his other kids. (My controversial theory is that he is a soft girl dad but that’s a whole other thing). But yeah basically I think he is over-roasted by people who don’t really understand the industry of high performing kids.

I kind of hope Elain and Lucien have kind of a platonic love yk? Instead of the relationship be forced by a bond neither wanted.

I see Elain with Tamlin, as a way to help him have a redemption arc and she IS Spring. And Lucien with someone of his choice. Elain hasn't showed any interest in Lucien. Lucien deserves someone of his picking no someone who may or may not return his affection

honestly, I see such a fantastic romantic arc for lucien and elain. like, picture this:

getting sent on some kind of assignment in the human lands. elain is thrilled to be going back, especially if she can be glamoured and fit in. less thrilled to be going with lucien, but he is the emissary, and he's vowed to look after her, from a distance, respectfully.

the first few days go well. they talk politely, the order food, they stay in rooms with two beds and lucien gives her every single ounce of privacy he can. they actually start to become friends. elain learns about lucien, and lucien about elain. she sees a new side of him. she calls him 'sassy-fox' and 'sneaky-fox' and lots of cute nicknames that make him huff and roll his eyes but smile. he calls her 'petal'.

they actually find a really happy, comfortable common ground. they laugh and tease and have inside jokes. until elain realises she's getting feelings. feelings completely independent of the mate bond, and it scares her. so she completely retreats on herself. lucien is hurt, he doesn't understand what he did, they argue.

they have a very quiet dinner in the tavern. lucien is still mad, elain is still confused and scared, but they're not gonna split up? elain is happy to sit at the table while lucien goes to get another round for them. she watches him go. he gets flirted with. he very politely turns the girl down but it bothers elain anyway. she can't stop herself from making a "oh, you're new girl didn't pay for them? shocking." kind of comment.

lucien gets it, because he's a smart-cookie. "so that's what this is about? elain, petal, why didn't you just say that?" they take it back to the room and only use that one bed. lucien assumes its all lust, and elain doesn't lead onto anything else, she lets him believe her jealousy is lust-fuelled.

they keep travelling and hooking up as they go, and elain treasures the small moments of intimacy. when asked now, their cover is no longer friends or maiden and her guardian, but husband and wife, but she never admits that to him. only when he's not within hearing range. one day, there's only one bed. they cuddle while asleep.

elain decides this isn't enough for her anymore. she wants all of him, in all the moments, not just the ones between the sheets. she wants all his kisses, the sweet ones and the soft ones and the loving ones, not just the passionate ones.

she confesses this to him, and instead of happy, he looks agonised. he's hurt. his heart broke for jesminda, his heart broke for her, and he moved on. why now? why, after he had to sit at family dinners with azriel and watch elain moon over him? why, after he couldn't sleep with anyone else without picturing her? why, when it has been so long? why now?

in the end they work it out, obviously. and then they go home with all the lil clues towards whatever big disaster is happening idk and they save the day like everyone else and yay happy ending.

and yeah frankie's thing for cleo is pretty clear to us, the watchers, the whole time, what with the bushing and the *looks at cleo* "pretty!" comment and the mumble mumbling cleo makes everything nicer other comment

still, it's not until the Very End Of The Ep that the actual vibes get Romantical, with the Looking and cleo's narration and frankie's little hand touch spark and the More Looking Hmmm

a lot of the other cute stuff was Normal Cute Stuff. not trying too hard stuff or acting out of character to impress cleo stuff

frankie IS the kind of monster who'd hum a tune and dance with a friend to cheer her up! that's just them being themselves around cleo, and cleo smiling to see it!

likewise cleo is just being her over-dramatic and very specific party planning self all over the place, again not Trying to be cool or pretty or fun or anything,

instead she's this super fangirl dork, so excited about this Thing she loves, and frankie's just following her around with hearts eyes the whole time- or slight panic, while trying to keep cleo's phone alive for her

like, cleo's into this ocean-themed jewelry designing influencer, and frankie looks at that and is like I Shall Create A Coral Themed Jewelry Stand For For Fav Influencer- they having fun joining in on what CLEO'S having fun with! cleo also just gets to be herself and frankie's so into it!

what im saying is

we got to see cleo and frankie as they would be AFTER dealing with all the feels

sweet and settled and relaxed w/ each other

normal with each other

sometimes in media, the moment Feels come up, it all goes to tension and awkward and trying to be the person they think other other will like most (we'll see if that happens here too),

but usually, a lot of times, especially if the relationship isn't the Main Part of the Story, there isn't much build up for the ppl involved, how they'd interact when not silently freaking out all the time, so you're left wondering What WOULD They Be Like Together Even?

and that can be really fun! To imagine or look forward to!

problem is often there's not much time spent on showing the After, or any at all, if the Getting Together is saved for the very end

so with clankie, im just... really glad there was an ep of them being friends

yes yes, friends where one is clearly Gay for the other and the other later goes Wait Oh My Ra They're So Cute Send Help, you CANNOT ignore the gay in this ep it is Glorious

If they're straight, or have gfs or just confirmed not dating, what factually changes? They're still close, still share a deep bond. They're still enjoyable and sweet as a duo. My enjoyment of them isn't dependent on them smooching.

I love Taekook as a couple, I love Taekooking. But more than all of that, I love Tae and I love Jungkook. The idea there might be more to them is nice and quite convincing but ultimately, I can enjoy them as a non-romantic pairing and I'd probably continue to post about them as such.

It's worth remembering you can never be 100% sure without a confirmation. I'm like 95% sure there's a romantic element but I've also allowed myself to become comfy with that 5% so I'm at peace with it. This is why I tend not to post in certainties but more like "here's why I think it is" or, more often than not, "here's why I don't believe that debunks them"

Please tell me all about the Kade and Nora Demestrap?? The current productions seem to be going all in on this ship and it is very valid of them!

(Also if there were any Kieran and Hank tuggoffelees moments, I need to ask you to share them due to who I am as a person)

ok so i posted the majority of my thoughts on Kade and Nora's Demestrap here, but i just HAVE to mention again how much i love the dynamic they created

like i adore the traditional fully in love happily married Demestrap that Lauren and Devon gave us, but Kade and Nora created a much more complex relationship that grew over the course of the show, from Munkustrap being a little hesitant and Demeter being curious about him, to the two of them having a respect and little flirtation with each other during the Ball, to finally having that moment during the Macavity fight and after when they see one another in a new light.

like their Demestrap makes me think that Demeter's only known by Bombalurina, Mungojerrie, and Rumpleteazer, and they're the ones who brought her into the Junkyard. Tugger's doing his best making her feel welcome (my Tugmeter BFF Agenda was FED by Hank and Nora), but Munkustrap's a little more suspicious.

Seeing her reaction to Macavity actually showing up really changed his perspective, and just... ugh, their mannerisms around each other, the way they moved and grew???? absolutely BEAUTIFUL

idk if this would be a lil nsfw-ish, but when Tugger and Misto do their little dance during Tugger's song, and Misto goes down to crawl between Tugger's legs, Tugger did a little hip thrust and it just made me giggle

there were a lot of cute little moments, like Tugger nudging Mistoffelees playfully during the Ball, and Mistoffelees turning around to interact with him

i got the biggest Bombatuggoffelees vibes during the Ball, especially after the Pas when everyone is cuddling together

They were sitting together on the car trunk and just in their own little world like yes give me Tuggoffelees who are completely wrapped up in each other that they forget about everything else 😭

Mistoffelees' song was SO good, Kieran has such a sweet voice, which contrasted really nicely with Hank's more rock star-style singing

them dancing together gets me every single time, but there was a moment where Tugger was up on the tire, and Misto was down on the actual stage, and Tugger was mirroring Misto's dance movements and it was perfection

ok i said this in my main commentary post, but when Old Deuteronomy is brought back???? it was so fucking cute????

Like Tugger was FULLY in awe of what happened, and he was bouncing around and just so insanely hyped, and he started off singing really loudly and excited, but he stopped and took a moment to calm himself down, but he was just so happy and it was such a good lil moment

and then before they started doing the last bit of dancing, Tugger and Misto had a moment where they gave each other fist bumps and were just smiling and UGH i love them

and then the moment during the finale when they're going off stage together and Tugger's like "WAIT I HAVE TO FINISH THIS" and runs back onto stage

Mercedes/Carol: Oooh interesting! Not a ship I've thought too much about tbh, but I could get behind it! I think my main hang-up if anything is that usually when I imagine ships with either Henry or Mercedes, either one of them doesn't exist in that universe or they never met, or it's a poly thing! In this case, I'd probably like this best if Hen and Mercedes have an open-relationship sorta deal (I mean they sorta canonically do?) and these two get involved with each other within that context. 🤔 Could also get behind a 4-way poly scenario with Darryl as well, but that's not a necessity by any means!

:0 I like the idea of Carol getting to experiment and maybe learning more about her sexuality and the like the way Darryl sort of got to in S1, and Mercedes would be a lovely person to see that happen with! Yeah, they'd be cute together I think!

honestly i LOVED the our skyy episodes like i know im terribly biased, but out of all the ones we got until now i think the plot for vice versa felt the most organic and coherent to the characters and their journey. once again everyone involved in the show put so much care and attention into it, and jimmysea have such a natural easy chemistry to them, they sell the lovesick fools who have been married for five years SO WELL. IDK IF I CAN PICK ONLY 3 FAVORITE MOMENTS BECAUSE THEY WERE ALL SO GOOD BUT LET ME TRY:

1) the beach scene. IRREVOCABLY CHANGED ME MY LIFE MY PERSPECTIVE THE FOUNDATION OF MY PERSONHOOD THE BIOCHEMISTRY OF MY BRAIN AND THE ENTIRE MAKE UP OF MY BEING ON AN INTRINSIC MOLECULAR LEVEL. AGAIN. i haven't even begun to process A QUARTER of the insane amount of parallels they managed to pack in just 3 minutes of screentime and how, by doing that, they were able to show just how far puentalay have come in their journey: from strangers to lovers, from a one sided drunk kiss to a passionate yet tender mutual kiss, from a mouthed 'i like your name' to a mouthed 'i love you', from talay's life ending in the ocean to the ocean being the witness of his love, that same love he once thought was just an annoying distraction in the way to achieve his dreams and that now has become an essential color in the palette of his life..... literally made me experience every single emotion present on the spectrum of human consciousness, im gonna need a 2 weeks long vacation in a controlled environment to decompress and recover from the sheer high romance and the whole entire everything of it all

also not to toot my own horn but i love being correct and never losing:

2) both the birthday conversation and the drawing one. SORRY I KNOW IM CHEATING BUT I JUST CAN'T CHOOSE BETWEEN THESE TWO MOMENTS. WHEN I SAY PUENTALAY INVENTED COMMUNICATION UNDERSTANDING CARE LOVE SUPPORT!!!!!!!! im not mentally stable enough to be coherent about this but like.. one of the reasons i adore puentalay is that since the beginning they have always been willing to try to understand each other. no relationship comes without misunderstandings or conflicts, they're always bound to happen from time to time because we're all different and we all react to things in different ways, but what matters the most is the way you can come together after that to face the issue and make it better. i feel like people often have this idealized vision of love where everything must be perfect and passionate and all-consuming, but i believe love is actively choosing to share your life with someone every day as you help each other navigate through it and enjoy the quiet moments together, and i think these two conversations show that puen and talay have this kind of love, a love that will last forever because whatever happens being together is the most important thing for them

3) puentalay and jigsaw sleeping in the same bed. LITERALLY DON'T KNOW WHAT TO TELL YOU EXCEPT THAT I PERSONALLY DON'T EVEN WANT KIDS BUT SEEING PUEN AND TALAY BEING SO TENDER WITH JIGSAW AND REARRANGING THEIR LIFE TO MAKE SPACE FOR HIM HAD ME LYING IN THE DIRT SOBBING FOR SEVERAL HOURS TO CLIMB DOWN FROM THE SUGAR HIGH THIS SCENE GAVE ME WITH ITS SWEETNESS. it also reminded me a little of the scene in episode 6 when talay admits everything he has missed about puen: talay has always been more rational and reserved with his emotions compared to puen, but it's in quiet moments like these that you can see how deeply his feelings actually run. both puen and talay have so much love to give and one day, when they will be ready, they're gonna have a kid of their own and expand their family, and this knowledge is gonna MAKE ME DIE HAPPY AND IN PEACE

some things I’m looking forward to in the inseparables:

—while this is small and irrelevant to the story itself, I heard there will be thunder and bigfoot easter eggs and im so ready to spot those out

—i am very curious as to how these toys work. i reckon they will be similar to toy story for obvious reasons, however I’m getting skeptical ideas from the various clips released on whether or not they can actually be seen alive and by who. cause the raccoons and horse can see them, but the dog can’t. and they seem to be willingly choosing to be animated and non-animated since they run a play. idk it’s confusing, im just curious haha.

—THE ACTION SEQUENCES AND the musical numbers cause YOU KNOW that shit is going to blow our minds with how amazing the score and soundtrack sounds

—RELATED but I wanna see "Mop Fight!" cause I didn’t know what it was before but now I am theorizing it’s a little play-brawl between Don and Dee and I just wanna see them be goofy lol. also "The Day We Meet a Friend" better actually be in the movie and not a credits song cause I SWEAR ITS A CHARACTER SINGING IT

—I JUST WANT MY SAPPY PLATONIC FRIENDSHIP LOVE STORY with all the silly, delightful, high staked, adventurous, pure unadulterated fun. HAND THEM OVER

—I honestly just wanna learn more about Dee and the other side puppet characters, they seem so cool hahahah

—the crooks. they seem so goofy and I love it. also I love how they look, not just cause they’re goth (which is rad), but also because their features and design literally scream nWave. the studio’s style is awesome, and I’m pretty sure they’re utilizing it here again (they changed it up for chickenhare I believe since they are converting to the universal cgi style, which admittedly is kinda lame, that movie and its designs still slap hard tho don’t get me wrong, but I like their style I suppose).

—another obvious one but, I really wanna know DJ’s backstory, ik it’s gonna be sad and aaaagh, ;( he’s been alone all his life and I can tell something not-good is going to happen halfway through and I’m aaagh, not ready. he’s so sweet he deserves his new friends <3

—honestly just wanna see what the two mains get up to. as I said before, I just really wanna see their relationship grow, I love those two smmmdndjdnd
