I swear it's only at the Spigot during this hour I'm forced to watch CBS. Objectively speaking, I give CBS props on funding various scripts/programs. For the 2nd time in a row, NCIS (Naval Criminal Investigative Service) New Orleans is on. Truth be told, I enjoyed lead actor, Scott Bakula (pictured) in Quantum Leap in the '90's. With this being said, please remind me what Naval assets we have in New Orleans?!?! CNRFC, that's Commander Naval Reserve Forces Command, shifted flags from New Orleans to Norfolk years ago.
