rewatched atsv recently and i’m actually tweaking over how peter b watched miles get bodyslammed by miguel, had miles CALL FOR HIM to help him and he did nothing when in the first movie he was willing to die in earth-1610 to protect miles from kingpin. like yes i understand he was holding his baby the whole time and yes he did pull him out of danger but still like 😭 do u not consider that little fella to basically be your kid how do u just sit by and let miguel slap the shit out of him

I’ve begun a rework of Spider-Man 3, hoping to patch some of its issues while also not throwing the baby out with the bathwater. I’ve posted a couple times on the topic but this will be my wip.

Planning on splitting Sandman and Venom into two separate parts with Harry existing as an ever morally complex through line as he slowly redeems himself and deals with his issues. He’s one of the main characters, he deserves that.

One of perhaps the silliest things that bothers me to this day about EWAF is that the sandman felt cheap. Like. No proper intro, bland explanation for his name, and like practically all but Doc Oc - a permanent sendoff that means no future reappearances.

C'mon man, give him something fun to work with! Like, how about, if you wanna keep it truly dark in tone, what if he buries people in sand? Or if you wanted less of a set-up for his violence, chloroform or some sort that he'd use to knock out opponents - then his inhuman strength would be a perpetual but rarely used threat that holding your breath would earn you a taste of.

i am in dire need of a new bookshelf.

#help #there is only so much rearranging i can do at this point i just need another one #(we're ignoring the spiderman shelf that holds no books)#anyway just moved books around again so i could put the bsd wan manga with the other bsd manga #and have some room for growth #so now bsd and haikyuu are on the same shelf gmskcjs #(with my 2 volumes of banana fish)#(and also my manga copy of no longer human but that just follows the bsd around)#but it is clear to me that this shelf will not be enough for long #especially after having seen what the bookstore had for bsd 😭 and they were missing so many 😭😭😭#but for now we make do #there is still SOME room to grow 🫡#and im only planning to buy 1 volume a week so it shouldnt grow TOO fast #anyway #i need to. go to bed.#shh ac
