“Just tell me,” George urged for the fifth time that afternoon. It didn’t help that he was hugging you around the waist as you lay on the sofa, his sweet caresses further coercing you.

“No,” you laughed, feeling helpless against his curiosity. “It’s embarrassing.”

“Ugh,” he groaned in feigned frustration. “That just makes me want to know even more.” He squeezed your waist, making you giggle. “Tell me why the Sorting Hat took so long with you.”

You pressed your lips together, pondering whether to finally give in and confess. It had all happened such a long time ago—yet George still remembered that ridiculous Sorting Hat perched on your head. Maybe you could tell him after all.

“Alright,” you mumbled, feeling defeated.

He let out a childish giggle of pure joy, clapping his hands together like an overexcited child—although he was far from it.

“Well, do you remember we had already seen each other before the Sorting?” You waited for him to nod. “And do you recall how I went red immediately? How I tried to hide from you?”

“I didn’t think you were trying to hide from me. Was I that hideous?” he asked, grinning like a fool.

You pointedly ignored him. “Well, I was very timid back then. Very.” You took a breath. “And I kind of liked you—very much.”

His grin morphed into a cocky smirk. “Did you, now?”

“Oh, shut up.” He pretended to zip his lips. “And then it was the ceremony. You got sorted into Gryffindor, and when the Sorting Hat was on my head, I prayed it wouldn’t put me in the same house as you. I knew I’d live with the constant fear and hope of finding you around every corner. So, I begged. The Sorting Hat’s first guess was to put me in Gryffindor, but after hearing my prayer, it kindly placed me in Slytherin.”

You feared you had rushed through the story when you saw the surprised look on George’s face.

“Say something,” you said, a hint of desperation creeping into your voice.

“Sweetheart…” he breathed.

“What?” you asked, nerves bubbling up inside you.

Then he burst out laughing. He laughed and laughed at your serious face. At last, catching his breath, he said, “You are so adorable, Y/N. You got into Slytherin because you had a crush on me—shouldn’t that be in Hogwarts history books?”

“Oh, shut up.”

“No, really. It’s actually a pity we aren’t in the same house.”

“No, it’s not. I couldn’t have borne more than a few minutes in your presence.”

“Liar,” he replied lovingly, still sporting that smirk.

“Besides,” you continued, “I love Slytherin.”

“Alright, that’s true. But still, if you were in Gryffindor, we wouldn’t have to fight anyone who finds us in the common room,” he remarked, raising an eyebrow.

“And that’s exactly why I know I’m perfectly suited for Slytherin. I love a good quarrel.” He chuckled at the sight of your mischievous smirk. 

“My Slytherin girl.”

I don't really know how to start this, but heya! I'm an artist that is currently obsessed with HL, and has WAY TOO MANY characters in it! I'm mostly on twitter, but I had a tumblr some years ago and decided it was time to come back... especially if I could get to see more content on this game especially Garreth because I have a need and there is so little in comparison to other characters! Character info below!!

I guess I should start by presenting my characters, so here they are:

(MC) Selene Nichols: Ravenclaw. Introverted, Curious, Adventurous and Caring. Loves puzzles and exploring. They teached her how to be a "proper lady" and sometimes has a hard time breaking out of that. (Estella's sister, I pair her with Ominis)

Estella Nichols: Slytherin. Extroverted, Charismatic and Bold. Beater on the Slytherin quiddich team. She has a bit lost for most of her time in hogwarts (not literally) but she little by little finds her voice. (Selene's sister, I pair her with Sebastian or Imelda)

Sofia Krowe: Ravenclaw. Introverted, Protective, Stern and Warm. She is the ravenclaw Prefect/head Girl of her year. She is a seer and uses her visions to catch troublemakers when they are in danger or putting others in danger. You'll find her mostly on the library. She seems cold and misterious, but once you get to know her she is more like a mom friend that you can count on. (I pair her with Garreth)

Silas Lacklan: Hufflepuff. Amvivert, Kind, Loyal and Calm. He loves rescuing and taking care of beasts especially dragons. He considers both his beast and human friends important and takes really good care of them. He will always bring extra snacks to give. He plays as a Chaser.

Sun Owens: Ravenclaw. Extrovert. Logical, Organized, Trustworthy, Optimistic and Honest. He is the other prefect/Head Boy from their year in Ravenclaw. He is less forgiving than Sofia when it comes to that, even if he doesn't look like that, but does not go overboard. Has a fascination for troublemakers. He lives alone with his father, and they are poor, his goal is to have the best grades so he can have a cushy job and just relax without having to worry.

(MC) Caden Sawyer: Gryffindor. Extroverted, Kind, Confident, Sensitive and Charming. He loves exploring and the outdoors. He always ends up helping people. He is very aware of people being afraid of him, so he tries his best to make people comfortable around him, even if that means to leave. Comes from a family of witchunters, but escaped and was adopted by the Hills. (Cyrus and Killa's adoptive brother)

Cyrus Hill: (+2 years than MCs) Hufflepuff. Nervous, Timid and mature. He is the Hufflepuff HeadBoy, but doesn't believe he deserves it. He is self-concious (appearance), mainly because of his scars. Has flashbacks and axiety problems from being kidnapped and tortured, so his personality has taken a bit of a toll, but he always tries his best to make the rest feel better, especially his family (Caden & Killa)

Killa Hill: (-4 years than MCs) Slytherin. Extrovert, Energetic, Loud, Friendly and Ceerfull. She admires his brothers very much, and wants to become strong to protect them. She is a bit of an airhead, and her determination has no bounds. She will get what she wants. She is adorable.

Passer Lestrange: Slytherin. Introvert, Obnoxious, Pridefull, Spoiled, Clever. He is from the Lestrange family, and has been taught that he is better than others (blood purity shennaningans) but then Caden arrives and kind of, withough knowing breaks all of that down slowly. But untill the end of his 6th or during his 7th year... yeah no, he is insufferable. He likes Cheese.

Relationships between them!! I have two parallel worlds with a different story and characters each. They do not cross over (except AUs and interacting with other MCs... you know.) So many of my characters do not exist in the same place! I made a badly written infographic to provide help😊 If you read all of that, wow, thank you! I really appreciate it!! WIP Wednesday

I don't have too many WIPs at the moment, but I shall give a taste of my brewing 😉

1. A sneak peek of the newest chapter of Punish me, Professor, I dare you:

“First and foremost, you will have to learn how to heal yourself. You can't be of any help if sick or injured, so this task shall serve as our starter. Your first year here will largely focus on this. Once you mastered using the strings on yourself, I shall give you a test, and if you pass, consider one of three parts done.”

“What if I fail?” I can’t help my curiosity.

“You will be sent home. A healer who is not able to help even herself is of no use to me.” she states with such naturality, like she’s only said that tomorrow will be a sunny day. Yikes. I gulp nervously.

2. The Merchant of Dreams

A darker fic where Severus helps a depressive and suicidal senior student back to her feet. No need to panic, the topic is digestable. The story is seasoned with mistery.

“I know you will not remember any of this, but… I love you, professor. I loved you since you started teaching here, and I would give anything to be with you. But unfortunately, this will only remain a dream... I'm the most loathsome person on this earth for doing something like this... but my life is hell either way, nothing matters for me anymore... so let me have this one thing for myself, professor...”

3. Always been yours

First-person fic where MC and Sev grew up together and MC does everything to tempt Severus away from Lily. Young Snape x MC story. 💚

4. To the other side of the Door

What happens when we miraculously manage to no-clip ourselves into the Harry Potter dimension, and we have the possibility to speak with all the characters? Exactly, we can tell them each piece of their future and form the story how we want, because we know the plot! Or can we?...

This will be a longer fic too, where MC gets into the HP world a little after the death of the Potters. She will follow Harry's years in Hogwarts as potions assisstant, Dumbledore valuing her over everyone. MC is seen almost as an alien, coming from the modern world, from another dimension moreover. She will play the role as a prophet for certain characters, but for others, her mouth shall remain sealed.

MC will soon realize though, that changing the future comes with a cost, and she'll need to navigate herself out of time-trouble while having to find her way back to her own world.

Of course it's a Snape x MC story.

Nymphadora Tonks 

Natalia Tena with shorter hair would be my perfect Tonks but Karen Gillian with short pink hair looks more like game Tonks I think.

Tulip Karasu 

Not really sure about her nationality, some people say Turkish, but she had a Japanese grandmother (I believe Matt London said she inherited her wand), so I ended up going this Korean model, Hoyeon Jung, because she had the overall look and attitude I think Tulip has.

André Egwu

I think André has an elegant and calming presence so I went with this model, Roland Epps.

Barnaby Lee 

This is Froy Gutierrez and I think he’s been fancasted as Barnaby a lot. At first I thought he looked too sweet but I mean it's Barnaby. He's a cinnamon roll, it fits him.

Someone posted on Reddit this picture of Camren Bicondova from the Gotham TV show and I totally agree it looks like her, especially the hair.

Ismelda Murk 

Listen, Isabella Fuhrman was born to play Ismelda and you can't convince me otherwise. She’s an amazing actress too.

HMinktober Apreciation Post - Day 1

Well hello hello there, told you I was still drawing, this time I'm trying to do more than just one pic.

What am I doing? Why am I doing this? This is my way to say how much I apreciate and admire the creativity and talent of all those who participated in this @yantarnii 's HMinktober activity. I was captivated by their artworks and enjoyed their stories and uniqueness of their OC/MC characters. So I wanted to tribute them. Here I go.
