He just glanced at you with a smirk unbeknownst to you, who was just staring at the ground in embarrassment.

─      wasn't expecting it, so the sudden contact made him jump

You giggled at his reaction. He excused himself and let go of your hand, walking back to his dorm.

You were a bit surprised but later Sebastian told you how excited Ominis was as he passed him but stopped to tell him about it. It's definitely one of your favorite memories of him.

She didn't make a scene or anything special, she just beamed with excitement and started to swing your arms back and forth, telling you a story that another gryffindor shared with her earlier this morning.

MC, holding up the Field Guide: I finally found all the pages!

Natty, looking up from her book: THAT'S why you've been casting Revelio everywhere?

MC: Yep! And not only that, but I also found all of those Demiguise statues!

Poppy, while petting Highwing: ...is that why you've been taking cat naps all around Hogwarts?

MC: Yep.

Ominis, from a lounge chair: For the record, sleeping on the floors of Hogwarts are not as bad as you would think.

MC: Oh, and I found ALL of the Astronomy tables!

Amit, by a telescope: You did?! I hope it wasn't too dangerous...

MC: Nonsense! I've dealt with a whole lot worse than some mongrels and spiders. This was a piece of cake.

The group:

MC: And don't get me started on those bloody Merlin trials... But I did all 95 of them!

Sebastian, horrified: 95???

MC: Yes! It was not worth the pints of coffee and tea I downed, but I have done it all!

The group:

Well.... I know it's small but it's this little bit of passage from my fanfiction that inspired me for this drawing. Apologies in advance for my terrible English >____<

From " The Secret Keepers " ( MC Gryffindor x Sebastian Sallow )

— SUMMARY: Ariane is entering her 6th year at Hogwarts but with a lot of grief about her previous year. She feels guilty about the loss of several people she cared about and is very uncomfortable with her title of Hogwarts Hero' Her estrangement from Sebastian makes her very sad and she prefers to isolate herself in the Room of Requirement. But Natsai doesn't think so… — WORDCOUNT: 430

Natsai entered the Room of Requirement, knowing full well that Ariane would be hiding there. She had noticed for a while that her friend wasn't her usual self and she had to admit to herself that she didn't like to see her so sad and lost. She quickened her pace and sat down next to her on one of the red sofas. Ariane seemed to be reading a book, but she knew perfectly that her friend was reading in a vacuum. Her mind was elsewhere.

"Hey Ariane... I was looking for you everywhere."

" Mmmh..."

She watched her carefully, seeing that she didn't turn her head towards her. Natsai smiled and took the book from Ariane's hands, finally triggering a reaction. Ariane frowned, displeased.

"Natty, this is not funny! I'm not in the mood!"

"And I don't like to see you like this! Where's my ever optimistic and adventurous Goldie?"

"Your Goldie is taking a break so if you'll excuse me, I'd like to be alone."

"I don't think so. You haven't been yourself for a while .... I miss you, you know?"

Ariane sighed and gradually calmed down.

"Excuse me Natty... I have so much to think about..."

"... are you thinking about what happened? Do you still feel guilty...?"

"Yes... I don't deserve the title of Hogwarts Hero... I have lost so many dear people because of me..."

Natsai put a hand on Ariane's shoulder and rubbed it gently to comfort her.

"And Sebastian... is it still tense between you?"

"Yes, it is."

"And you miss him a lot, don't you?"

Ariane nodded. She didn't need to answer. Natsai stood up and took her friend's hand, forcing her to get up and walk towards the forest vivarium. They entered and Natsai faced Ariane.

"I know words can't make you feel better, so let's do something you love. And don't say no, I know you can't resist it."

"Natty..."

"Come on, turn around and ride with me! You'll see, it will do you good!"

Ariane remained for a moment without answering or acting, but finally she sighed and gave a thin smile. She changed into a mare and scratched the ground with her hoof, as if to indicate to Natsai that she was ready.

"Hehe, now I have my Goldie back! Follow me!"

Natsai ran and changed into a gazelle, getting a head start on her friend. Ariane blew loudly and then reared up before joining her friend at full gallop.
