It's funny how the comic version of Dream and Hob's 1889 meeting and the show equivalent are completely different. Because in the show it's like a tragic break-up in the rain:

Show!Hob: I think you're lonely... *says with love in his eyes (get a room, man, fr)*

Show!Dream: How dare you?! *walks out in the rain, making the guy run after him and the rest is history*

But in the comic it's more like:

Comic!Hob: You're like a lonely wet cat.

Comic!Dream: Excuse me?
