Had quite the unique day yesterday. Went to a car show nxt dr to my home up here in North Spokane, Washington. They were giving out free tattoos to promote there business. And I’m not one to turn dwn ink. The day ended even better. Watching the sun set in a darn near 95 degree day. Decided to fire up the ole Grillè and had some sausage dogs. My uncle, in the photo nxt tome hasn’t gotten ink in 40 yrs. He was a trooper though. The event was for privileged folks in the area who need the help. God Bless this charity.

One of my days of the year. National Margarita Day and it's Taco Tuesday. Kinda goes hand in hand when it happens. My absolutely favorite place up here. Food is good. Drinks are delicious and the service is amazing. These Shrimp🍤 Tacos🌮🍺 just taste the right way.

Soooo I finally got some new ink done. I went with Freddy Krueger. Just wanted to thank the good folks up here in North Spokane, Washington for all there hard work in helping me design it the way I wanted it!!!

Sooooo y'all I finally did this thing here. I cooked, professionally for 22 long yrs. one thing I always wanted to come up with is my own Fish Taco recipe. And here it is. A lot of good hard work went into these. And I used a Cajun recipe of sorts. I nailed it. It came out to perfection. Mouth watering Delicious

When u take your ex out to your favorite Sushi place cuz it’s still a “safety thing”!!! I just love this place. It;s never bad and the food is incredible and the drinks always taste delicious. Thank u Monica for always goin with me.

Baseball in Spokane 2019

Spent a few good nights at Avista Stadium in Spokane, Washington for the Minor League Spokane Indians 2019. I still love baseball as much as I did when I was a young child growing up in Eugene, Oregon. The Indians are a Minor League affiliate of The Texas Rangers

Tried sumptin a bit different last night. Smoked Cajun wings right on my grille. Turned out pretty delicious.

One of my brothers and best friends was in twn. We caught up and had a few beers at No-Li Brewery here in Spokane. Just a couple of Oregon Ducks and two ole boys from THE Thurston High School in Springfield, Oregon. Thank you Steve and Autumn for the amazing visit during y'all's busy schedule.
