💍 I would like to request something with the victors ie Johanna, Finnick, Haymitch (gloss, Enobaria, cashmere, Cecelia, Mags if you want) before the quarter quell. Reader is a victor from District 8 and their talent is crocheting so they go around crocheting little animals for the other victors. Could you write something about what animal Reader would give the victors and their reaction? 😁

Bugust. Day 5 (Buggy x OC). Outfit Swap

"Where are you, cotton candy?"

"I'm coming, don't grumble. I've only been gone half an hour." Catherine walked into the bedroom, drying her hair with a towel. "God, the bath was so good. Are you still alive, my Buggy the Oct--Why are you looking at me like that?" She imitated his not happy face.

"This is my t-shirt, Catherine. Again." Buggy looked at her instantly.

"I don't care. I love wearing your t-shirts. You're tall and strong, and I'm small and skinny. So your shirts are perfect for me." Catherine stood on tiptoe, reached up to the top shelf for a book, and noticed Buggy tilting his head. "Hey, don't peek, clown!"

"You're doing this on purpose. You like mocking me, right?"

"I'm not doing anything, I was choosing a book." Catherine took a book from the shelf and sank to her feet. "I want to reread Treasure Island. Thanks for buying it for me, by the way." She ran her hand over the cover. "But this's my favorite book."

"You did this again, little shit." Buggy groaned and grabbed his head.

"I did what? I was talking about the book."

"Nooo! You're standing there in my t-shirt, without fucking pajama pants with ducks or zebras. By the way, where are they? And your shoulder is bare. Why are you doing this to me? What did I do to you?" Buggy kept his eyes on Catherine.

"I'm not wearing pants because it's so hot today. If I want, I can wear your pajama pants too. And who would even talk to me about mocking? You're sitting on the bed without a shirt. Put on my t-shirt at the end of the day and get revenge in this weird way."

"To wear your stupid animal t-shirts? Especially yesterday's one with the koala eating popcorn. No, no, no!" Buggy crossed his arms. "And admit it, you're looking at me, and you like what you see." He winked at her.

Catherine covered half of her face with a book and squinted. "I hate you. Better bring me some wine, please."

"Hah, I already brought it." Buggy pointed at her nightstand. "See? I'm learning." He said it with a proud look.

Catherine glanced where he was pointing and saw the glass of white wine. "Thank you!!" She tiptoed to the bed, kissed him on the nose, and lay down under the covers. "You're my best." Catherine pressed her back against Buggy's chest and opened the book. "Look." She started reading quietly. "Squire Trelawney, Dr. Livesey, and the rest of these gentlemen having asked me to write down the whole particulars about Treasure Island, from the beginning to the end.. Amazing, right? Pirates, treasures, adventures. This story somehow reminds me of you."

"Why?" Buggy rested his chin on her shoulder and looked at the pages, then at Catherine and then at pages again.

"I don't know, you have a spirit of adventure. You easily agreed to our first trip, then the second. You were in prison, they give a lot of money for you somewhere and in gen--" Catherine felt Buggy's lips on her neck. "What are you doing?"

"I'm doing nothing, it's all your fault. Sitting in my t-shirt, with bare shoulder."

"Stop it." Catherine laughed. "I have half-wet hair and the book in my hands."

"So what? You're smart and sexy." Buggy lowered his lips to her shoulders.

"I think you just wanna change the subject." Catherine pushed his head away from hers slightly. "Stop it!"

"Blame yourself and my shirt, Catherine Mitchell." Buggy ran his fingers down her neck and began to remove the book with his other hand.

"What about Black Dog?" Catherine whispered softly.

"You'll read about him.. or she.. whatever.. later, cotton candy." Buggy put his hand on her leg.

"No. Please. Pirates.. Treasures." Catherine tried to grab the book, but her hands went limp. "Damn you, campfire night. And damn you, Buggy the Clown."

She threw the book aside and Buggy immediately, with a light movement, pushed her onto the bed.

"I told you not to touch my fucking shirts." He kissed her on her lips. "And by the way, write down the points in your favorite fucking notebook." He said in a low, husky voice. "Your dudes from the book get - 0, Buggy the Clown - 1."

"I hate you with all my heart." Catherine sighed and began to take off her shirt.

Synopsis: Olivia prepares a special eclipse viewing party for her patients.

"Where should I put this?" Bryce questioned as he carried a plastic foldable table beneath his arm into the hospital's healing garden. 

"I was thinking right over here," Olivia gestured. "Near the entrance."

Within seconds, he had it open and set up. 

"Thanks!" Olivia rocked up on her tiptoes, placing a kiss on his cheek, before turning back to the task at hand. 

"Anything else I can help with?" 

"Bring me that bag over there?" She motioned her head toward one of the blankets she had set up as she placed a yellow tablecloth over the table. "Grab that basket too, please." 

"Is this all just glasses?" Bryce dug through the bag. "How many do you have here?"

"100... give or take some more," she offered casually while organizing a display of Capri Sun, Sun Chips, and Moon Pies on the table. 

"I thought you only had 31 kids that could come out?"

"And the nurses and the doctors," Olivia defended. 

"But more than 100? Did you leave any for the other departments?" he teased. 

"Yes!" She stuck her tongue out playfully toward him. "Besides, the children need at least 2 each."

"Dare I ask why?" He handed Olivia the basket, which she placed on the table beside the snacks.

"For their stuffed animals and dolls," she answered as though it were common knowledge. Carefully, she placed the glasses in the basket, smiling as she continued, "Of course, they need protection, too."

"I'm not sure that's true," he laughed. 

"Will you be the one telling them their stuffed friend isn't real so they don't need protection?" 

"Not a chance. Ramsey might, though—we'll have to keep him away," Bryce decided with a chuckle. 

"Woah," the ten-year-old Christopher marveled at how the healing garden had transitioned into a picnic area with snacks and art stations. 

The effervescent seven-year-old Savannah bounced with excitement, pulling on her mom's hand. "There's clay! And paint! And crayons! And snacks! This is the best day ever!"

Her mother smiled down at her. Despite all the medical challenges her daughter had faced, she never let it dull her spirit. "Looks like you had a lot of choices, my little Picasso. Where'd you like to start?

One by one, the children entered the garden with their parents. Nurses and doctors mingled throughout, guiding them through the art choices, each station allowing them to explore the eclipse with different art mediums.

As 2:00 approached, Olivia called all the children back together to start their viewing party. 

"We are very lucky to be able to come out here today and see something really special," Olivia began, her eyes wide with excitement as she spoke with the children. 

"Who has seen a shadow before?"

All of the children raised their hands.

"What is the biggest shadow you've ever seen?"

"My dad's really tall so he has a really long shadow," one child called out.

"The shadow of the playground by my house is big in the afternoon," another shared. 

"You have a shadow right there, Dr. Olivia!" Savannah pointed eagerly to the ground beside her. 

"That's right! We all make shadows. Most things leave behind a shadow," Olivia explained. "My shadow is created because I block sunlight from getting to this area. Did you know there is something that looks kind of small but is actually really big and can make day look like night?" 

The kids looked around, whispering to their parents in surprise. 

"That's what's going to happen today. During a Solar Eclipse, the moon moves in front of the sun and blocks sunlight from reaching Earth." She held up a model to help demonstrate. "When the moon is in front of the sun, its shadow will make some places get really dark. Dark enough to see stars."

"I don't like the dark," Noah whimpered, holding his stuffed Koala a little tighter. 

"You don't have to worry," she gently reassured him. "Just like my shadow only makes part of the area dark, it's the same with the moon,"

"So we won't see stars?" Savannah frowned.

"Not until it's actually nighttime. Sorry, Sav! Where we are, we will only see part of the eclipse." Olivia held up an Oreo, twisting the top off to expose the frosting. "In just a few minutes, the moon—" she held up the half without the frosting, "—and the sun—," she held up the half with the icing, "—are going to cross paths." She moved the "moon" half slowly in front of the "sun" half. "As the moon moves, it covers up more and more sunlight. With our special glasses to help protect our eyes, we will get to see the sun seem to disappear until it's just a sliver. It'll still look bright outside, but if we put on special glasses we can see that it'll really look like this."

The kids marveled in excitement and curiosity, eagerly discussing the event with their parents. 

"Me, nurse Laura, nurse Tim, and Dr. Bryce will be around to give you glasses. You must wear them anytime you look up at the sun, okay? Can you give me a big thumbs up if you can do that for me?" The kids did as requested. "Great!" 

The doctors and nurses moved through the group, passing out glasses to each group.

"Here you go." Bryce knelt near Savannah, offering her a pair of glasses. 

The young girl looked around her blanket, raising one finger at a time as she counted. She held her hand toward him. "We need four, please."

"Four?" Bryce looked around, his brow raising curiously.

"Dr. Olivia said everyone needs glasses," she nodded to agree with her previous statement. "Me, Mommy, Teddy, and my American Girl doll."

"You are absolutely right; that is four!" Bryce shook his head with a smile. "How could I have counted wrong?"

"Maybe you were distracted by Dr. Olivia," she smiled. "She's so nice and pretty."

"She really is, isn't she?" His gaze flickered to Olivia, who was showing another patient how to wear the glasses.

"You should go hold her hand. She would like that," Savannah whispered with a giggle.

"You think?" His eyes widened in consideration.

Savannah nodded excitedly. 

"I'll see what I can do. Thanks for the tip," Bryce winked as he continued on his way.

As the eclipse began and all the children were busy watching in amazement, Bryce slipped his hand into Olivia's as she watched over them. "You are incredible, absolutely incredible." 

"It's nothing." She shook her head, trying to dismiss him. 

"Liv, look at them! All of this, this is you! None of this would be possible without you."

"Anyone could have organized this."

"Maybe, but they didn't. You did!" He took her other hand in his, turning into her. "You made sure these kids got to experience something they wouldn't have without you. You made understanding the science relatable for them. This is something they're never going to forget. You gave them something special to remember."

Her face warmed under his compliments. Her gaze shifted toward the children engaged in viewing the once-in-a-lifetime experience, their parents beside them sharing in the moment. "They deserve this and so much more. They're so strong and so brave." Her eyes threatened to tear up, knowing that for some, they wouldn't have many other big days ahead of them.

"They're so lucky to have you, Liv, and so am I." He pressed a kiss to her forehead. "There's no one else I'd want to share this with."

"I feel the same about you," Olivia smiled, wrapping her arms around him. After a moment, the pair turned their attention to the heavens and the celestial event growing in front of them, their hands laced together between them.

Isaac is a huge Marvel fan, and absolutely LOVES ‘Captain America: Civil War’, and he could watch it any time he’s bored. His least favorite movie would probably be that live action ‘Dora The Explorer’ movie, which he was definitely forced to see with his lil sis😭

Oliver loves a movie I mentioned in an older fic: the version of ‘Romeo and Juliet’ that has Leonardo DiCaprio in it. He absolutely LOVES that movie more than any other. And he doesn’t have a least favorite movie, but rather a least favorite genre. He hates any kind of horror movie with a ton of gore and violence.

Aiden is a huge Marvel fan like Isaac and he loves ‘The Amazing Spiderman’ with Andrew Garfield, and he absolutely has a literal Spiderman suit at his parents’ house that he wears on Halloween to hand candy out to kids. And his least favorite tv-show is the new ‘Pokémon: Horizons’ show that he takes as a personal offense as a life-long Pokémon lover (and I honestly agree).

Spirit absolutely loves one movie and one show: ‘Deadpool’ and ‘Haikyuu’. She loves ‘Deadpool’ because he’s funny, he’s Ryan Reynolds, and he’s just an awesome anti-hero. And the anime ‘Haikyuu’ is a guilty pleasure for her and she watches it when she just wants to relax and chill. As for her least favorite movie, she absolutely hates ‘The Shallows’, which is a terrifying shark movie.

Keiko absolutely loves the show ‘House’ and even has a sentimental stuffed koala he named Dr. Wilson, which Amberlynn finds absolutely adorable. And he hates the movie ‘Stepbrothers’ because he finds it to be the ultimate level of cringy.

Amberlynn’s favorite movie is ‘Oliver and Company’ because it always makes her just feel happy, and she knows EVERY SONG by heart. And her least favorite movie is the Christmas ‘Beethoven’ movie where they made Beethoven talk😭.

Eliana truly has so much love for ‘The Dead Poets Society’ despite how much it makes her sob. And her least favorite movie is ‘Love and Gelato’ because she firmly believes that they ruined the story from the original book.

Jordan is an addict when it comes to ‘Greys Anatomy’, and she has Arizona Robbins to thank for her discovery that she’s into girls😘. And she agrees with El that ‘Love and Gelato’ is the worst movie to EVER exist because she also loves the original book.

Birdie’s favorite movie is ‘Inside Out’ because it makes her feel so many emotions that eventually all just turn nostalgic. And her least favorite show is ‘SpongeBob’ for the simple reason that, as she puts it, “his laugh scratches my brain the wrong way.”

Felix is a 110% ‘Gilmore Girls’ fanatic and knows almost every single detail of almost every single episode, and even has a Pinterest board that’s just photos of Tristan, Dean, Jess, and Logan. And he despises the live action version of ‘Diary of a Wimpy Kid’ cuz. . . reasons.

Atticus loves the movie ‘Little Rascals’ and he used to watch it every day as a kid, and still loves it now that he’s older. And he hates ‘Chucky: Childs Play’, which is the goriest horror movie that he’s ever seen, and he started crying the first and last time he watched it when he was 13 and at the movies with friends who did tease him for it a little, but comforted him when they realized how genuinely upset and sick it made him to watch.

i don't think this is going to have any structure whatsoever but i will pretend it does for my own sanity.

i want to start with some behind the scenes stuff bc obviously i do

like i only named guy that because i didn't want to think too hard about names and he has always been a silly little guy. his farms name is sail away farm,,, like the enya song. that's where it came from but really it's a SSS reference cus i will bring other SIs into this somehow. (it was from one of the ai dungeon streams... when julia wrapped up yet another accidental psychological horror story by sailing away whilst listening "to the tunes of enya")

and with remy i had already planned on romancing harvey so i wanted a name i could make a funny shipname of. their shipname is harmy (ironic isn't it ^^). stowaway farm came from some thoughts i had about remy's life before moving to pelican town. where he didn't feel welcome and like the people around him weren't keen on being seen with him. and i just liked the ring it has to it :) the two of them both having farms with "away" in the name was accidental and didn't hit me until after it was too late to change it.

he is a biter, a chewer. he's kirby, a chainchomper... he would snack on rocks if he could. he's the breakdancing sims cat. he has bad volume control. he is an octopus, a koala, a monkey. he names a lot of his farm animals after fictional characters. but his hens are named hip, hop, cherry and pop after the lemon demon song. he would take a sip of a joja cola and go "oh, that is vile" and keep taking sips like he needs to confirm it multiple times.

him and elliott are so silly..... their shipname is gull which worked out so well it almost seems intentional. they both got ties to the ocean and beach... we love to see it. they got together the day after elliott's birthday, not only that but it was also right before elliott's 8 heart event. so it was really like guy came in before his book reading, asked him out and then was all "THAT'S MY BF EVERYONE I LOVE HIM SO MUCH" during the reading... he is his biggest cheerleader

he is best friends with emily and shane. and when emily mentioned that she would make a good clown during the stardew fair, he said "this is why we're best friends. we would be the best clowns." and he ate three burgers in a row that day. one day during blackberry season he collected 93 blackberries and was just running around the town with them on his person. him and gus have history together which i will make a whole comic about some day. whilst gaming with abigail he ran into enemies twice and got himself killed. he accidentally bought a pirate sword from marlon. he has died once. he is trying to goad alex into actually shaving his hair off because of that one throwaway comment. HE HAS TWO GARBAGE HATS. (tootsies is SO getting the other one once 1.6 is out)

i have way less on remy cus he isn't as far along and has had a mostly average time in pelican town so far.

remy is just a big dog who is scared of most things. he is a baby giraffe trying to walk for the first time. he feels very out of place in social interactions. his limbs are too long for him. he is trying his best.

he can come off as very... displeased... his resting face just looks slightly ticked off. really he's a big softie. he has some real unfortunate luck too.. except the night of the egg hunt when he had a fairy visit. he holds onto that little bit of luck there. a glimmer of hope. he had a meteor crash in the middle of his farm, luckily his crops were safe and sound tho, small mercies. weeds damaged his farm the same night the scripted earthquake hit. one day in the mines he got so lost in the dark he had to give up for the day and head up to the surface again, he was one level away from an elevator. he is financially struggling. he names his animals after food. his theme song would probably be cave in by margaux or something.

harmy is a slow-burn, strangers to friends to lovers scenario. they're delightful, i can't wait to see their relationship develop. remy kinda wanted to ask harvey to dance during the flower dance but chickened out (totally not because i only had 3 hearts with him stfu) (also those two pages aren't canon in my headcanon cus i think both of them would be oblivious and dumb as a rock. i just wanted to draw it lol. i think it takes a whileeee for either of them to ever catch feelings.)

he doesn't know many of the villagers too well. he is taking his time settling in fully and is so busy with the farm and mines and fishing and whatnot. oh y'know when sam asks you what his next song should be about?? yeah, remy said trains which has planted the idea that he is a former train kid in my head. and that's something he and harvey can bond over- i think it's really sweet :'). train and plane autism couple. remy has a sweet tooth. he feels intimidated by most villagers. i have a whole hair arc planned for him where he ends up growing his hair out once he really settles in. it's gonna be so epic. he went through 3 of emily's heart events in a row which was wild.

I did a thing yesterday. Got on ChatGPT (I know bad mun) and made rough NPCs for my Pathfinder 1e game. And I used every core character from Hetalia. So, I shared with 3 Hetalia fans I follow and was told to share all of them if I did all of them. Which I did. So here we go.

Australia

Race: Human (with a possible option for Half-Elf or Half-Orc if you want to emphasize a mixed heritage or unique traits).

Class Combination (3 classes):

Taking On A Fatherly Role Mel (my koala-girl OC) to Dan Aykroyd FTM TG/possession elements. ~~~~~~ It had been two years since Nathan Forester's father had passed away, specifically it was February 12th, 2020 and Melanie 'Mel' Sanders was on her way to a special event, she felt really bad for Nathan and wanted to help but at the time she was being targeted for doing her job and she felt helpless. The koala-girl sighed as she sat near the window, watching Nathan look at a photo album. 'He must have really loved him.' 'He definitely did, even though his father was odd…Mr Forester raised his son well. And had a sense of humor to him.' 'I see where Nathan gets it from.' Eucalyptus looked over at her best friend and comforted her, she knew how much Mel struggled sometimes and wanted to help her. 'I wish there was a way I could help.' 'Maybe there is…' 'Like what? I can't just use my magic to say do something like make him a new father to replace the old or even a create a copy of his father from memories alone.' 'Well you're a very parental animal, Mel…you know koalas are very parental, you could be his father.' 'What? I'm a female koala, and also…me? I'm not very motherly. Mel sighed as she looked at the papers, looking through each one and examining a few of them and that's when she came across a ring that resembled a Crystal Head bottle at least in terms of the skull shape. 'Eukie…you didn't tell me you collected these.' 'Someone gave this one to me. I guess they know I love Dan Aykroyd.' 'Looks like it.' 'There's an inscription on it too, basically what I get from the inscription is that if you twist it one, two, three times you get a wish of your choice granted.' 'A wish-granting ring? That's pretty awesome.' 'Why don't you give it a go?' 'I don't know…these scenarios tend to have some really twisted side-effects like wishing to be a bit more handy around the house could result in growing extra arms or even worse, turning into a creature made out of hands.' 'Give it a go, please?'. She was reluctant to do so but she placed the ring on her finger and adjusted it.

"What are ya gonna wish for?"

"Well i'm not going to wish for his father to still be alive because that's going to turn into a zombie apocalypse scenario."

"Hmmmmm…"

"Maybe…"

She twisted the ring three times as she thought of what she wanted to wish for, thinking of how awful she felt for Nathan and how much she wanted to help but she was unable to do anything about it. She sighed….'I wish there was a way I could take on a fatherly role to help Nathan.' The eyes on the skull ring glowed as supernatural energy emitted from it and a spirit emerged, the spirit took on a shape that was familiar to her, the spirit revealed himself to be the spirit of Dan Aykroyd. 'Not again…Dan.' 'You wished to be a help around the house and to be a father figure to Nathan and you shall get that wish.' Before Mel could do anything, Dan took on a translucent form as she screamed, seizing the opportunity he dove into her mouth and down her throat, possessing her in the process. 'Daniel Edward Aykroyd, get out of my body this instant!' 'Aaaaw come on, let me help.' Mel coughed as she attempted to get him out of her body, but to no avail…her stomach gurgled loudly as she began to feel weirder than usual, looking at her stomach she could see it slowly rounding out and swelling as her fur transitioned into humanoid looking skin, skin which aged itself up to 67 years but she kept her ageless factor as her chest and torso swelled. Her dark blue tank top was straining against the former and she was having trouble keeping the buttons from popping off. A few seconds later her dark blue tank top enlarged with the buttons popping off as it turned into a dark grey suit with a blue dress shirt…her breasts retracted, making her gasp in horror at what was happening.

Her arms slowly swelled and broadened as her hands enlarged and her fingers thickened, she was losing her claws in the process. She groaned as her hips slowly retracted in shape but bulked up size as her legs followed the same changes as her arms. Her feet also grew in the same way her hands had as two of the toes on both of them altered and gained the appearance of being webbed. 'Eeew, eeeew…i've got Dan's feet now!'. She gasped as her tail shrank away while her privates altered into the more mannish variant, her shoulders broadening with a crunching sound as her back followed suit. She heard a creaking sound as she slowly shot up in height to 6'1, make her taller than she normally was. She felt her body with her hands and then examined herself, she definitely looked like she had Dan's build and she was his height too. A few hairs slowly sprouted on the top of her chest and on her arms.

She gasped as she looked at her reflection in the mirror, her head was proverbially spinning as she could hear his voice in her head, coaxing her into accepting the changes, she groaned as her neckline altered - her hair slowly shortening but remaining brown as her eyebrows thickened, a pair of glasses materializing around her eyes while her ears shifted in shape to become humanoid but also grew a bit, her nose enlarged….losing its black coloration and gaining a cleft in the middle as one of her eyes turned green while the the other remained brown, she blushed as she felt her features.. her forehead enlarged while her teeth brightened up a bit as her features plumped up, her cheekbones sharpening a little as her lips lost their feminine qualities, her much plumper face slowly gaining features that resembled Dan's features, within a few seconds she was the spitting image of Dan Aykroyd himself…she was his twin. Just when she thought it was over though, she felt a tingling sensation in her throat as her voice deepened, becoming masculine and developing a Canadian accent…becoming Dan's voice, her mind slowly altered as did her personality…she attempted to resist but it was no use, his influence was particularly strong this time around, Dan's memories and mindset began to influence her. 'No, no, i'm not Dan Aykroyd…i'm Mel, i'm not Dan!'.

"Mel..hang in there. It's going to be alright."

"What do you mean it's going to be alright? Dan is inside me and i'm turning into him. I am having trouble keeping him away, is this how it feels to go into Aykroyd mode?"

"Well the first time it first extremely weird but I got used to it."

The koala-girl held her head in agony, groaning as she attempted to ignore the mental changes, she attempted to resist but his influence was getting to her, making her enjoy the process…she didn't want to lose herself to the transformation, she had seen Eukie going Aykroyd before and wondered if this happened to her. 'Does Dan usually take over completely when you morph into him?' 'Not usually, unless I lose control of myself while in Crazy!Aykroyd mode.' 'Because he's taking over me and i'm turning into him. I don't wanna be him, i'm me…i'm me.' She was normally very confident and brave, but she was breaking down and she was in tears. 'I'm not Dan, i'm not Dan…i'm Mel, i'm Mel!' she chanted to herself as she found it increasingly difficult to resist the further alterations.

"You can do it Mel…"

"Ugh…I don't think I can."

'No i'm not Dan Aykroyd, i'm Mel….I can't be him, I can't be him. I'm Melanie Sanders…' 'Mel? That name reminds me of a skit I did on SNL….ah yes I remember those.' 'Wait…since when I was on SNL? Oh no…i'm getting Aykroyd's memories now, and they're overtaking my own….someone help me, i'm afraid!' A few seconds later, the koala-girl's head spun around even more as Dan's mind and personality overtook her own, she gained his memories and she or rather he looked over at himself…he was starting to feel it was ridiculous to be afraid of what was happening, but it was also logical. Even more paranormal knowledge entered his mind as that part of the transformation and the transformation in general completed itself. 'What am I talking about? There was nothing to be afraid of. I'm not afraid of anything and I certainly ain't afraid of no ghost.' A Ponyta and a Smeargle came out from hiding, the Ponyta…dressed in a gown that was pink and with a few shiny gem patterns on it, trotted over to Dan. 'Miss Mel? Are you alright?' the Smeargle asked. 'Miss Mel? That sounds like the name of a lovely woman, like Miss Daisy.' 'Mommy? Why do you look and sound like Dan Aykroyd?' 'Because I am him.'

Dan looked over at the papers and then walked over to where Nathan was sitting. 'Nathan Forester?' 'Yes, that's my name…' 'I'm the new caretaker that was sent to help your mother while you're away and to help you feel better.' 'Nice to meet you.' Nathan noticed Dan's UFO and ghost books along with his collection of classic rock and blues records. 'Like what you see there?' 'Yeah, you've got an amazing collection there, Mr…Aykroyd, is it? Yes, that's it.' 'Thanks, call me Dan…or Danny. I like Danny.' 'So are you ready?' 'I definitely am, I know your mother is dealing with a lot right now but I think I can help.'

"Alright, let's go."

"Lead the way, Nate."

And thus with that Dan set to work on helping out around the house and being a father figure to Nathan and also supporting Nathan's mother back at her place, he was able to do many jobs at once and he then sent messages to all of Nathan's friends. He embraced being who he was and wouldn't change it for anything in the world. The lesson of the story is, a little bit of wishful thinking or wishing in general can help even in the most dire of situations.

Actually? I do wanna talk about Tails, for a second.

We all know Sonic’s a free spirit. In this sort of situation, he would love his family to pieces, but sometimes he’d feel they’re just a little bit smothering.

The upside? The chaos surrounding this family makes it so easy to disappear.

(He’s given anxious Brenda enough heart attacks to last a lifetime.)

This happens a few times on Christmas Island. On a family vacation to South Island, Sonic got away from them, and came back a day or two later, blissfully ignorant of everyone’s shiny new gray quills, spouting something about a mad scientist who was holding the animals hostage. No one would’ve believed it, if if weren’t for the proof he had—a Badnik he’s reduced to pieces, the Cucky it contained flying around him in gratitude, and half of South Island currently scattered with various Badnik pieces.

Chuck just makes a comment about what a special kid they have, Sonia hits him in retribution, and life goes on as usual.

That is, until family shenanigans lead to them accidentally following Robotnik, all the way to West Side Island.

And, as we all know, there’s a cosmic truth waiting for Sonic on West Side Island.

They lose Sonic for five days this time—during which Brenda nearly has an aneurysm, especially the moment she sees a Badnik and realizes where their boy got off to. Despite everyone’s worst fears, Sonic comes home before they can find him, mostly uninjured despite everything.

He comes back holding the hand of a tiny, two tailed fox.

No one quite knows what to make of him. He’s shy, holds his tails close to his chest, and is clearly malnourished—Brenda and Aleena waste no time putting some food into this kit. Meanwhile, just to tie up loose ends, Bernadette and Jules try and track down his family, but they already know he’s not going back home.

The kit says his name’s Miles. But Sonic keeps calling him Tails. Once that gets into Manic’s brain, there’s no getting it out. Aleena reassures everyone that that it’s fine. He seems to answer a lot better to Tails, anyway.

It takes the kids a few minutes to get comfortable, even longer for Tails to get comfortable with them. But then Tania introduces Tails to juice pops, and Manic shows him the lock he’s been learning to pick, and that seems to perk him up quite a bit. By the end of the day, he’s just one of the litter, laughing and playing along with them until they tire themselves out from their fun.

When the kids go to sleep that night, they all wrap themselves around Tails, all their quills pointed outward to protect him. It’s the safest Tails has ever felt in his life.

That night, over a once-in-a-blue-moon drink the adults smuggled from home, there’s heated debate over who Tails goes home with. He’s currently clinging to Sonic like a koala, even in sleep, but Chuck and Paulie are both pilots, and he seems to really be fascinated by their plane. They consider asking Tom and Maddie, briefly—last Brenda heard, they’d been thinking about adoption—but, well, the poor kid ain’t leaving Sonic. That much is clear.

So from here on out, he’s stuck with the Hedgehog family—and whoever’s kid he is now, he’s still got a litter of friends surrounding him.

(Chuck and Paulie will join Brenda in having an aneurysm when, a few days later, Sonic, Manic, and Tails hijack their plane to go joyriding. Neither of them remember teaching Sonic or Manic to fly. Neither of them yet consider the possibility that neither Sonic nor Manic were flying. Both of them agree not to breathe a word of this to the rest of the family.)

This might be the Hispanic in me showing, but one of my headcanons about Sonic’s bio family is essentially, “all of your possible parents are now a huge extended family, and no one knows which one of them you spawned from”

Hear me out.

This works best if Jules, Aleena, and Paulie are siblings. Chuck’s their eldest brother, while Brenda and Bernadette married in—but they’re all very close. Brenda and Aleena had their kids at about the same time (I’m talking days, if not hours, apart), and while Brenda only had one, Aleena shocked the family with three.

(Alternatively, Aleena only had two, and one of them was born to Bernadette—again, around the same time. That’s largely irrelevant, though.)

So naturally, you’ve got a very confused mom getting wheeled to the nursery to see her babies, like:

“I thought you said there were only three.”

A hapless nurse, or possibly Jules: “…Yes?”

Aleena, shaking: “Then why are there four of them???”

Whoever their parents are, Tania grows up very, very close with Sonic, Manic, and Sonia. They’re effectively siblings despite being born cousins. Naturally, everyone in the family leads very busy lives—and whether you imagine them in a royal household, in the midst of a rebellion, or as commoners in peacetime, that doesn’t matter much either. They’re family, they have each other—which means that if one of them has to to work a particular night, someone else is babysitting their kids that night. And they all do it to each other, so it evens out.

(Except for Chuck. Chuck has no kids of his own. He insists he get to help because he loves his nieces, nephews, and siblings, but Chuck will get paid for babysitting.)

They’re not alone, either. Longclaw is functionally the matriarch/cryptid of the family—no one knows for sure how old she is or how she’s related to them, but they do know she’s lived through two wars, two virus outbreaks, and despite her kind demeanor, has epic tales of the time she fought Black Doom with a spear. Maddie was once friends with somebody’s cousin, and while that cousin is long gone, she and Tom are now too close to the family to leave, and always organize the family potlucks because no one else wants to. And Sonic and Sonia’s adoptive parents from Underground—haven’t thought about them long enough to have names for them yet—are here too. They’re aunts and uncles who are slightly more well off than the rest of the family, so if there’s ever financial trouble, and they catch wind of it, they’ll always race to the struggling one’s doorstep with a warm meal and a modest gift of money, hidden in a couch cushion.

The point is, they’re close. They rely on each other a lot. Somebody would always be available to take the kids. The kids would need not look very far to find loving arms to hold them, or teach them about the world, or patch up a scraped knee or two. Or eight.

And the moment Sonic brings home Tails?

Well, they’re already shuffling four kids between them. What’s a fifth, in the midst of all this chaos?

i think it'd be pretty funny whenever toji leaves you in a daycare or sumn because he really has to leave you for a dangerous mission. he's come back just to find out that you ignored the entire children in the daycare, even the caretaker.

he's quite shocked to find out that you weren't as bubbly and sweet towards other people asides him.

you probably preferred to be around talking to cursed spirits more than those children because they were boring to you. (they couldn't see curses like you, so it was probably the reason why)

"oh, you're gonna be such a bully when you grow up, [name]."

toji proceeds to explain to you why that was the case and why it was important for you to communicate with other people. though you didn't like it, you didn't want to make your father worried. so, you begrudgingly complied and started to mingle with other kids.

not only did you find them different, but they found you weird as well and sometimes you scare them because bb you can see ghosts as well, not just curses.

eventually, you did it find it quite fun to hang out with the others—but only when you give them a scare because that's only when they actually amuse you.

"hey! wanna know something?" you'd talk to a kid at the daycare.

"hmm? what is it?" the kid would ask you naively as they tipped their head at the side.

"there's a hand on your shoulder."

boom, the kid screams. every children screams and the daycare panics at the chaos you caused.

but really, there was a hand on the kid's shoulder. so, it's not like you were lying anyway.

but when toji found out you did that, he instantly knew you were going to be a literal child of chaos as you grow up.

you still preferred being around toji no matter what :) he's literally your favorite person. the second you see him after a long day, your smile goes over the roof.

he's just cool to you! an absolute badass. not only did toji fight sorcerers and curses, but he had mister weedle with him and by mister weedle, we mean the worm. (the one he uses to store weapons with him. you call the worm mister weedle because you think it's a pokemon).

toji also gives the best hugs. had a nightmare? he's got hugs for you. did the movie upset you? don't worry, another hug for you.

he was just irreplaceable. you couldn't find anyone like him. probably never even.

Bruce is one of Ariel’s many brothers from their engine class and only real family she really considers, since he was (at the time) the only spirit who still treated them like a person after being outed as a non-binary Demigirl in the past. Ariel’s brother is known for being the opposite to her: Sociable, outgoing and incredibly polite and charming to almost everyone around him. However he can also have a bit of a destructive temper like his sibling when pushed far over his own limit and is extremely protective of Ariel if anyone tries to bully her. Like his sister, he is also not very fond of typical gender roles or any kind of toxic masculinity the other male spirits show at times and has a love for fashion and designing clothes with Ariel’s help. He also shares the same fondness for stuffed animals and toys like his siblings does; Mainly Koalas instead of teddy bears.

Transformation Hot Takes:

- Stereotypical toon tfs, not my thing, but actual cartoon character tfs, yes please.

- Mascot tfs into a generic mascot you just made up instead of existing ones..okay, but I prefer actual existing mascot character tfs, and by that mean I don't mean acting like mascots are sentient beings, that being sad...Pepsiman and The Noid should NEVER be used for TFs ever again because who wants to be those characters.

- Am I the only one who thinks that otaku/fat nerd transformations are offensive? I have an OC who is an overweight character and he very much thinks that the stereotypes associated with nerds and with overweight characters are offensive when it comes to transformations like this. Yeah, make as many whiny social media posts about me as you want, I just don't think a were-otaku who is fat and is bad at sex despite being so horny all the time is a good werecreature to have. Look, not all nerds are fat. And since when were nerds bad in the love-making department? I mean Sheldon Cooper has a girlfriend, Egon Spengler got himself a wife and has a daughter and two grandkids, and Ray got banged by a ghost, in a dream but still...he got to make out with a ghost. And if the AoE every turns people into bad cosplayers of husbandos for the were-otaku to lust over or into toys to be put into the 'love ooze' jar, no thank you.

- Why are suiting tfs even a thing, it's not a transformation, it's just sticking some person in a suit?

- Drones are disgusting and creepy in my opinion. Look I have nothing against robot tfs except when it's one that fetishes turning someone into a robot, nobody had their sexual awakening to Vera Webster in Superman III, so why act like it's hot to be a robot?

- I don't mind dark tfs but I really don't like animal transformations where the victim is unable to talk or think like a human. Also seeing good characters get corrupted is always going to make me feel uncomfortable.

- Bears make for a boring transformation subject. I mean in actuality all bears just eat and sleep, it is no different than being a house-cat or a sloth. I mean you might as well go for a sloth. But if you want an animal that sleeps a lot, you could have just gotten a koala instead since koalas are rarely used.

- The only inanimate transformations that i'd ever deem acceptable are living versions of Spirit Halloween, Transworld and Gemmy animatronics.

- Bimbofication is not my thing and never was.

- Transfurs and protogens are overrated, there I said it.

- Real person transformations are not evil/terrible/bad.

- Why is the kangaroo the go to marsupial transformation when the koala, bandicoot and wombat are right there?

- I don't mind character tfs into a character the artist/writer likes...however, I could do without the needlessly grim and dark tfs that try to emulate David Cronenberg especially if it's just a humanoid character they are turning into and could do without mind change.

- There are fish species besides sharks. Sharks are not as scary/badass as the media depicts them, try some tetras, or a blobfish, or an anglerfish, or even a piranha, or a stargazer.

- No matter how much creepy body horror you put into it...a clown tf is just a tf into another human being, stop treating them like a species. And also shouldn't be a thing.

- I have nothing against weight gain in transformations as long as it makes sense for a character/form to be that size, the person is happy, and if it's not overly fetishistic, often it falls into the fat fetishism category and it is treated like it's 'aspirational' to be overweight when it's actually not, stop objectifying overweight people and patronizing them, they aren't your object of desire. You know, when I do my Aykroyd transformations it's a joke in the stories that the were-aykroyd form is appealing to both men and women, and my characters is sometimes attracted to his were-aykroyd form, and it isn't because he's thicc in that form, it's because his charm is increased in that form, heck the dum dum were-aykroyd tfs are PARODIES of those fat fetish weight gain stories because dum dum were-aykroyds are considered a JOKE species of were-aykroyd in his main universe.

- Horror movie character transformations are rare and should be done more often.

- Cow transformations get a bad reputation because of the flatulence and fecal matter aspects that somehow always get shoved in.

summary: Jujutsu Tech days test of courage because senpais are fucking weirdos . a/n: A little ditty for Halloween warnings: crack, Gojo is a nuisance and Shoko and Geto let him.

 Whoever let Gojo Satoru watch anime is a deadman. 

 See, the problem isn't that Gojo wanted to do a test of courage. The problem is that he made it everyone else's problem and Geto and Shoko were all too happy to help him torment his juniors. 

 This is exactly how Nanami finds himself in a forest with you clinging to his arm, dragging your feet. 

 "Nanami! I'm scared," you whine, one leaf rustling away from clinging to his arm like a koala. 

 He grunts, trying to shake you off. You only cling more tightly. He sighs, feeling his circulation getting cut off. "What are you scared of? We're not even up against cursed spirits."

 "It's worse," you blubber," It's Gojo-senpai."

 "..." Well, Nanami can't find himself disagreeing with that but for the sake of not carrying you around he says, "You're his 'adorable kouhai' though." The words have a spike of bitterness behind them but he flattens it, along with the flush rising on his skin. 

 "That's exactly why I'm scared! He'll just bully me more. He told me he wanted to try his domain on me. He'll probably jump out and attack me if he finds me alone."

 "..." This is the time you choose to be sensible. Ok... you are very clearly scared (just another reason to not like Gojo) and because your upperclassmen are assholes, you can't escape, so you have no choice but to see it through.

 You'd shut your eyes, trembling from another sound. 

 His face does this thing where his features soften. He yanks his arm out of your hold. "Let's keep going. They're not gonna let us out 'til they've had their fun." He glances back at you. "I can keep you safe," he says under his breath. 

 He hears your breath catch and when he looks back, your back has straightened.  There's a wobble of frustration on your lips. Nanami stiffens remembering how frustrated with your lack of progress with training lately. He expects you to go off or to call him something nasty but you take a breath and smile. You chase after him, falling into step with him. "Thanks… for standing with me," you say, bumping your shoulder against his.

 Bumping his shoulder against yours, he says, "Don't mention it."
