finding the right desired reality can be the cure to everything. i never took shifting seriously, i was a people pleaser, i did things that made me extremely uncomfortable and i didn’t let myself be free. i lived strict. until i found the hidden gem - now i embrace what i like, who i like, hell even my music taste changed. even my eating disorder got better. let it come to you naturally. you’re not bound to any reality, don’t let your cr define who you are. your drself is the real you.

reminder: shifting is real. you’re going to have memories from when you were a kid or random interactions with people you knew back then. even the dream you may have had when you were 10... oh and perhaps the supermarket you visited with your parents 6 years ago? your life in your dr doesn’t start from the moment you shift there. life is still life. don’t treat your dr as a ‘magical‘ place.

i don’t really like when shifters say they’ve been shifters since __ years.. you’ve known about shifting since then but how many times have you actually put effort into it? time literally doesn’t matter, you’re in control. to me time is just a made up concept

— i don’t have to eat animals like dogs or squirrels, i always have normal food available and i don’t feel disgusted eating it

— my water is always safe and clean to drink

— when running for supplies, i don’t encounter a lot of zombies and never a herd
