Now, technically, that specifically hasn't come in yet before (at least that my searching can come up with). There's been mentions of flustering and some spicy flustering, but not the bread-n-butter type flustering!

Oswin:  The real question is - what doesn't fluster him? Sure, he gets all indignant or weird about bold flirtation - because he's flustered and can't handle it. But an MC that blushes and flails in his presence is equally bad on his heart - one might think he doesn't notice those things, but he definitely does.

Zahn:  Being sweet on them is a good way. Now, they like flirting of all kinds and they respond to it, but to truly fluster them, an act of care and compassion is the best way. Putting them first, giving words of encouragement, or advice - things that make them know they're not alone.

Duri:  When flirting becomes a little too sincere - deeper - that starts to fluster them. Pushing the boundaries from surface-fun to uncover their gooey center - that's fluster-worthy. They don't know how to handle it at first either, and reactions may be a little...tense.

Rune:  Doesn't fluster easy - at least visibly - and it requires some patience. Once you have their respect, friendship, or admiration - flirting with them takes on new meaning and small things that once did not phase them, leave their heart racing. Spending time on them without demanding anything in return - they're melting.
