This just came in the mail nearly two hours ago. After weighing the difference between taking #dextrosepowder and taking #bcaas, it became clear to me a while ago that Dextrose is the clear winner. Dextrose powder is a simple sugar with a #highglycemicindex, making it more absorbable than most #carbohydrates. So while it might not have a high nutritional value, its faster entry into the #bloodstream does provide for a more convenient source of energy. In fact, you can use dextrose powder in your post workout drink, whatever it may be, to aid in better absorption of the nutrients into the bloodstream. I use it before, during and after my workouts.
