Recently my husband Keith and I have been taking farm safety more seriously and working to install ways to be safe while on the road. she refused to fight and held back her whole cabin because of a petty argument. yes, will knows that his cabin wasn't any better, but clarisse literally wanted them to die. and guess what? they did! will lost all of his siblings and she comes back only because silena stole her armor.

and her apologies? her suddenly caring about the fight and campers? fuck that. she lost her chance; no matter of how sorry she is and how many monsters she killed will return him his family.

you'd think that'd be all, but she keeps on defending silena, the traitor. the person who has as much blood on her hands as every other ta member, who is personally connected to the murder of his cabin. she keeps on calling her a hero, dismissing the fact that she was one of the first to know about silena being a spy.

will might go as far as call the two partners in crime.

My entry for a prompt week we organized on the SatoSho Discord Server. The prompt was Soft Touches

Saw someone say "Megatron and Optimus barely interact in IDW1" and that feels like a very has-only-read-MTMTE thing to say kskdodndd because like sure they didn't co-star in the same long running series for 50+ issues like other characters did (like MTMTE characters interacting with each other or exRID or WB/TAAO) but to say they BARELY interact??? They interact a lot both in superficial "blah we're fighting a war" ways and in super lore important moments/series and also in incredibly homosexual there-is-no-straight-explanation-for-this moments like

Off the top of my head these are some series/storylines/issues where they interact directly. Defining interaction as anything from "the whole story is about them" to "their interaction is a plot element but not necessarily the main focus" to "they interact but only for a few lines":

The Autocracy trilogy (Autocracy, Monstrosity, Primacy)

Stormbringer

All Hail Megatron

The Transformers ongoing 2009 (with emphasis on Chaos Theory and Police Action for the most gay moments)

That one issue where Megatron grabs OP's spark through his chest Mortal Kombat style

Dark Cybertron

MTMTE (past OP in Elegant Chaos, Functionist Universe OP, and current day OP during Dark Cybetron and Megatron's trial)

And then there's other times where IDW1 Megatron and Optimus aren't in front of each other interacting/speaking with each other but are still thinking of each other:

The prelude to Dying of the Light where OP hears the LL distress signal and is afraid (not explicitly for Megatron but like he put Megatron on that ship)

MTMTE, Megatron tells Ravage that something he said to Optimus was the turning point of how he viewed himself

MTMTE again, Megatron all but says aloud that he made Tarn into Tarn to spite Optimus

One of the GI Joe crossovers where Optimus symathizes with a Joe over what it feels like 'to believe in someone who everyone else sees as past redemption' while an image of Megatron is literally behind him in his thoughts

So like, IDW MegOP has plenty of canon interactions and even if not all of them are very long moments (i.e. are only a few lines alluding to each other) there's still plenty of interactions between them. Plus I would say that it's pretty powerful how even the small, blink-and-you-miss-it dialogue moments actually indicate that Megatron and Optimus view each other as focal points where different decisions/beliefs they had revolved in some way around the other person. I think it's cool and compelling that IDW Megatron and Optimus express so often (even if only in thought) that the other person shaped who they became, or THEY did something specifically in reaction/spite towards the other, or where something they did to the other troubles them and lingers in their minds.

i'm gonna be sick– 😵‍💫

i haven't felt this excited for a character since longan dragon cookie first came out!

the villains for the cookie run world can be a hit or miss with me, and shadow milk cookie managed to hit all the right boxes for a good villain!

same goes for the other beasts as well, but shadow milk is just a tiiiny bit more special to me, personally 💙

his colors are also just very pleasing to look at as well <3 blue characters rarely catch my eye, but shadow milk is the exception. man– from what they've shown us so far, i just know his castle and his land will be beautiful

i think the question that this blog asks often has a totally different answer depending on whether you choose to interpret it as either:

- if [character] was a detective in the death note universe, would they catch kira?

OR

- if kira was a villain (of the week, even) in [character]'s universe, would they catch him?

for example, if the icarly crew, behaving as they do on their own show, were transposed to the DN universe and tasked with finding kira, they'd probably fail. but if light yagami was dropped into the icarly universe they'd get him for sure. after like a few episodes where he's a recurring villain in a pathetic way. because that's the logic of the icarly universe.

(if you couldn't tell I've been thinking about the icarly gang catching kira since i saw the poll lmao)

((This is also a good take. Sometimes, you think to yourself - if the Death Note were somehow some sort of remotely-induced alchemical attack, would Scar be able to figure it out? Would Light, the adoptive son of Grumman (and therefore adoptive uncle of Riza Hawkeye), ever come to know who Scar was until it was too late? Or would his "in" with the Amestran military to come into multiple pieces of confidential information?

And sometimes, you think to yourself - if Scar was put into the Death Note universe he is going to be so busy turning other people into ragù that Kira is just not on his radar - until his older brother, notable medical malpractitioner, is almost killed in a freak accident. Then, Kira is now on Scar's hit list. Is Light able to find out that a deep-web hitman is after him, one who is methodically tracking down everyone who knows Light? (Also, the brother wasn't actually a target, word just spreads and Scar jumped to conclusions, like he always does.)

eventually maybe ill draw how there siblings Julius and Autumn got kidnapped but for now here just Micah and Maddie before getting kidnapped. Also Scary Larry but he got a civilian look cause idk i feel like him and the others could have civilian looks so they ain't just sitting in there bases until the purge but idk. (also possible new way of drawing Larry's beard.)

oc backstory.

Micah and his sister Autumn along with Maddie and her brother Julius had just finished preforming in there family circus so they all decided to go into town just to have fun. But on there way back to the circus the car there were in broke down.

Micah and Maddie were fast asleep so Julius decided to go by himself to see if someone from the circus could come pick them up and maybe fix the car while Autumn watched Micah and Maddie.

After some time though Autumn heard Julius scream for help so she rushed over to him and Micah and Maddie eventually woke up confused that there siblings were gone so they went looking for them.

Larry eventually found them in his civilian disguise convincing them to trust him and he lead them back to the base were Julius and Autumn were. (So technically he did not lie) And now they were henchmen to Spooky Luke and Brooke whether they liked it or not.

They had been part of the purgers for around 2-3 years now but they have hope that one day they can escape it without the fear of being hunted down if they do.

maybe hot take but I actually think close my eyes is sadder than wfttwtaf as a whole. like wfttwtaf as an album could be reflecting on a moment of crisis, spiralling from the shock of getting back from holiday and realising you feel so behind in everything youre trying to do that you don’t ever know if it’ll be okay and it just reminds you of everything else that’s going on—ending with a song about how you can face it, how you’ve been doing the same thing again and again but expecting different outcomes your whole life but now you’re aware of it (with the implications that maybe you’ll try things different now). even diamonds is a testament of survival; I’m so much older than I ever though I would be; of your worries coming to nothing, it was always going to be fine in the end. even mum is the victory of actually reaching out to someone who can genuinely help for the first time, letting them in, not worrying anymore about making them worry for you but deciding that doing what it takes to survive is better and to stick around for them you’ve gotta let them help. but close my eyes is just ‘I regret my entire life’ and I genuinely don’t know how to put a positive spin on it

We may not have the most exciting or blooming garden in the world but we do have:

Ladybirds living on the holly (eating aphids)

Blackbirds regularly hopping about, eating the few slugs that ever actually appear, and picking up leaves from the lawn for their nests

Finches, sparrows, and tits (haha) chattering to each other in crowds on the one small tree

Many different kinds of visiting bee and wasp

And this is relatively normal for a Scottish garden so it's not just us and even if we could do better by our wildlife, it still makes me happy to know they're there
