Conversations with Odin, Eight of swords, Three of cups. The situation at hand may seem as if something is worse than it actually is, and that’s not always a wrong assumption. The solution is sometimes difficult to see, and it takes faith to know you’re going in the right direction. The solution how however is this: celebrate the little things in life, being yourself in the moment and express your joy in the situation you’re in. There has been a lot going on and a sense of foreboding surrounding a lot of things. And it’s true, I do need to have more faith. Celebrating the little things sounds like a fantastic idea, however does pose its own challenges. The Sun, a gift of light in a dark situation. Don’t question the gift being offered, accept it, enjoy it, let its light fill you. Optimism and determination is the way to make it through. Let the light pass through and bring you joy. Queen of swords, being strong doesn’t mean not feeling weary of rising above difficult situations. Using knowledge gained from the past, and focusing on what I’ve learned will guide me through. Imagery of Odinn is strong in this one; 12 Hanged Man and 04 the Emperor. Hanged Man is connected with Odinn's sacrifice to himself on the Yggdrasil, where he hung for 9 nights and 9 days, pierced with his spear until the Runes revealed themselves to him, and the depiction of the Emperor in the #hiddenrealmtarot is clearly that of Odinn with both Huginn and Munin ☺ This reading suggests to come into my own power, realize it and practice gentleness and humility, along with a possible self-sacrifice in order to achieve something greater in the long run. The rest of the reading shows 20 Judgement and 3 of Arrows (3 of ⚔) with the clear message below 'jealousy'.
