GETTING INTO THE RELATIONSHIP

you guys have probably known each other a long time, because homebody does not fall for just anyone, so if you become the object of his affections, you better feel HONORED. hehe honored

i feel like it takes him a lot of time to actually accept his feelings for you are beyond platonic. the main reason he falls for you is probably your consistency in his life since thats something he tends to lack. like his mom? gone. his dad? kicked him out of the only place he ever knew. his life is filled with major changes so if you guys have known each other since childhood then consistency is key

once he realizes he likes you he kinda panics because what if you don’t accept him? what if you leave? even worse, what if you leave because he likes you? so now he’s panicking, and naturally, as one does, Zuko avoids his problems. You, being the problem. And his emotions, but he is in denial so

definitely talks to his uncle about the two of you A LOT, especially when he is first figuring out his feelings and trying to figure out what to do about them

his uncle is an elite wingman, constantly tries to get the two of you to be alone in the same space or get information out of you in regards to you

when it comes to confessing i can see a few situations

situation one is that zuko confesses completely by accident, freaks out, disappears, avoids you even more, like homie is a mess. after you get fatally injured, or maybe when he thinks you are asleep, or he just kinda blurts it out in conversation when you guys are doing something domestic. regardless, it is entirely by accident, and now zuko is freaking the heck out.

so that’s how zuko gets his dragon from LOK, storytime over

you kinda have to find him and get a word in before he runs off because he is really scared of rejection, he doesn’t want you to leave and assumes that if the situation is never addressed then you can’t leave woohoo problem solved.

his uncle yells at him lol

when you corner him you gotta confess super fast and handle his anxieties because he is super worried about you hating him now even though it is the opposite.

“please don’t leave me.”

situation two is equally chaotic, but far less dancing around the feelings since you confess! congrats! you have more balls than me! im so proud! good job bb!

when you confess, its probably late at night, a comfortable silence between the two of you, or maybe he’s ranting about something, like how dumb the concept of tea is idk. regardless this is DOMESTIC, so it’s soft and cute and you are just like you know what screw it this nerd is so easily flustered by me maybe he likes me back! look at us cuddling like a couple! might as well make it official!

DURING THE RELATIONSHIP

dating during a war is hard so when y’all first start dating, probably towards the end of the war when he finally joins the Gaang, its gonna be really chaotic and you guys are still gonna be sorting through everything, like what kinda couple do you wanna be? neither of you know

kisses are rare during this time, especially since zuko is a generally private person who doesn’t really do PDA much, especially since he wants to avoid teasing and judgement from others. he’s a real people pleaser at the end of the day, he literally spent three years of his life looking for someone the world thought just disappeared permanently because he wanted his dad’s validation.

when you two do kiss, it tends to be a night in your shared tent, even then Zuko is weary of Toph’s seismic senses.

his kisses tend to be soft and sensual, he really just wants to take his time and enjoy it. however, bb does have a temper so you can expect some spice on occasion when he gets frustrated.

this comes later on in the relationship, once the war is resolved, but that just brings about new problems! like having to deal with the new fire lord who is always busy as your boyfriend!

especially at the beginning, when he’s newly crowned and everything is busy and new and he’s struggling with being organized, he rarely has time for you. however, you are likely his right hand, main advisor, general, whatever your area of expertise is he will find you a position in the castle, unless you tell him you want to stay out of politics. though, deep down, he wants to give you a position so he can spend time with you

once things calm down and he’s got being fire lord in the bag, he starts blocking in time during his day to actually take you out on dates and stuff

at one point just disappears for the whole day with you and everyone thinks he’s been kidnapped until they realize you aren’t around either

that’s not very responsible of you guys smh you have a nation to run

is soft with you, though zuko’s temper definitely lessened when he became Fire Lord, but it no doubt shows itself sometimes, but never with you

well need your assurance sometimes because he gets insecure

like why is the beautiful amazing intelligent woman dating me i do not understand what the heck why have you not left me yet

also gets worried that he is a horrible ruler and wants you to tell him that he in fact does his job very well

did you forget you helped end a war zuko?

kiss. his. scar. give him love, its one of few physical parts of himself that he is insecure about and if you kiss him there he might start crying because wow intimacy didn’t know what that was

speaking of intimacy, he is a touch starved boy so when you start giving him love do not stop, never deprive him of cuddles he gets grumpy

very domestic??? like his parents highkey did not like eachother so now he just wants to hold your hand, lay with you in the morning, wake up to your pretty face, and just cuddle with you while you read aloud

overall you two are a power couple and zuko simps for you 25/8 you rule as a team and he values you and your opinion VERY much, tries to take you out as often as he can despite his VERY demanding job, and expresses his love to the best of his ability

MARRIAGE N STUFF

zuko took the throne YOUNG he was like 16, so he is not proposing until y’all are at least adults, but i imagine that he is probably gonna wanna date you for like at least three years before proposing

he wants to make sure you are there to stay even if you’ve been around since childhood

there are two ways he is gonna propose here

situation one is where he kinda just does it,,, randomly? like out of nowhere he realizes that w o w he wants to marry you, he wants to spend the rest of his life with you and dedicate everything to you because you are HIS forever person

so he’s kinda just laying with you in the morning, nice soft kisses here and there, will not let you leave the bed and you are definitely complaining, especially if you have a position in the palace and need to get to work

regardless its a soft moment, there’s light filtering in through the window in your shared room, and its shining on your face, and yeah you are lowkey a mess because its the morning but you are just,, so,, beautiful??

and you start telling him about your plans for the, playing with his hair and stuff, and he’s listening to his heartbeat when he breaks from your hold and looks up at you and is just like

“marry me.”

“we also need to feed your dragon- wait what”

you are kinda just in shock for a moment, so you sit up and look at him, mouth gaping open like

“are you serious?”

he suddenly realizes he doesn’t have a ring and it is 7AM in the morning and it is not the best time for this

now you are laughing, falling back onto the pillows, and maybe there’s a tear in your eye as you nod rapidly, “okay, yes.”

now you are thinking of the fake story you are gonna tell people when they asked how he proposed because you are NOT saying it was in bed at 7AM while you were looking like a whole mess

“yes? yes as in yes you will marry me? are you serious?”

such an idiot, but he’s cute its okay

you kiss him and its passionate and adorable, and he kisses back but he quickly breaks apart and is like “you’re sure? because i don’t have a ring-”

situation two is where he has been carrying around the ring for MONTHS but is looking for the perfect time to propose because you are perfect so this must be perfect

he couldn’t sleep and in the middle of the night he was like WELP I WANNA GET ENGAGED and kinda just decided he was gonna marry you

since you were asleep he couldn’t ask you right then and these

confides in the gaang and everyone is super excited

now he’s been walking around with this ring for months and what is he supposed to do now oh god

the gaang is like stop procrastinating bro, just ASK HER, and hes like NO IT NEEDS TO BE PERFECT

they help him set up the palace courtyard and make it all nice, there are lanterns, and candles, and a path of rose petals, and this time around he does have a ring so yes its great

he’s like hey let’s go for a walk! and you’re like okay??? lol

so you two are walking around the palace, holding hands, when he leads you to the courtyard and you are just like DAMN this is romantic AND pretty

“i think we are interrupting Zuko let’s leave”

its not that he isn’t romantic its just that he’s never done something like this so now you’re confused

if its a more public wedding, then its going to feel like the entire Fire Nation came to watch y’all get married, much more flashy, there’s a band performance, a banquet, y’all gotta use the ballroom so that everyone can dance

regardless, after you two get married nothing really changes because you always acted like an old married couple, and even as the other ruler of the fire nation, you always had an important job in the palace so its kinda just the same but more official

moral of the story is zuko is a simp for you and your marriage is mutual simping, that is all

After getting the text from Zuko you grabbed your bag from the spot next to you and hurried over to his car, hopping in the passenger seat and setting your bag on the floor below you. The two of you exchanged smiles and Zuko started to drive as you got settled.

“So, how was your first day of classes? Is BSSU as great as you imagined?” You expected him to push you further about what happened earlier, but he didn’t. You appreciated that more than he knew.

You chuckled and shrugged. “I think it’s a little too early to tell, but I am enjoying my classes. I got to take an online course a while back as a sort of trial run to see if I would like how things were here, and being in person was even better. It’s so much bigger than Kyoshi and I’m into that. I like being able to just.. be another person in the scheme of things.”

Zuko nodded and was about to say something when he suddenly slammed on the brakes. You jolted forward but were stopped by Zuko’s arm, which was held out in front of you as he honked his horn at a car that had gone across the intersection without waiting.

You told yourself that his reaction was pure instinct, you even did it with your passengers when you were driving, but you couldn’t ignore how fast your heart was beating. Just adrenaline from the quick stop. Get over yourself.

“You okay?” He asked, quickly looking over at you before his eyes settled back on the road.

“Yeah,” you said as you fiddled with your hands in your lap. “Just unexpected. And no offense to your driving, but I miss being at the wheel, and I hate making you drive me places. Shame fixing my car is probably gonna cost a ton of money that I don’t have.”

“Y/N, I’ve already told you that I don’t mind driving you places. We live in the same place and we go to the same place every day so it’s not inconvenient at all. But if you’re worried about money, I can put in a word for you at my uncle’s teashop. I’ve been working there since my freshman year of high school just to take a break from school, and it’s surprisingly nice. It pays more than minimum wage too, so it’s probably better than anything else you could get.”

“Are you saying that I can’t get a good job?” You asked with mock contempt.

“Oh, uh- no! Of course not! I just mean that you’re in college and you’re desperate for work so you’ll probably end up getting a minimum wage job anyways and minimum wage work isn’t bad but it’s not great for keeping yourself afloat and—” Zuko cringed as he dug himself into an even deeper hole, and you laughed at how adorable he was.

“Calm down Zuko, I’m just teasing you. That’s a really generous offer, but—”

“You’re not being a burden, you’re not imposing, you’re not making things difficult, and I’m not doing this because I pity you. Y/N, I’m trying to help you because I want to help you.” He glanced over at your stunned expression and gave a slight smile. “Does that cover all your self-deprecating bases?”

You had known the man for less than a week and somehow he was already able to see right through you. You gave a slow nod, still getting over your shock, and smiled back. “Yeah, actually. I guess if it’s really okay with you, then... I’d love to get an interview.”

The two of you smiled at each other for a moment before your eyes focused on a sign outside of his window and you cursed under your breath. “Actually, Zuko, can you drop me off here? I promised a friend that lives in the city that I would meet her at a cafe to talk about what’s been going on the past few years, and I almost forgot. It’s right over there — she can give me a ride home.”

He nodded and pulled into an open spot on the side of the street, unlocking the doors once he had stopped the car. You grabbed your bag and got out of the car, grinning at him as you did so. “Thank you so much for the ride and all of the future rides and the job interview and for letting me live with you and for literally everything you’ve already done for me. I’ll see you tonight!”

You waved as you ran off and he smiled as he returned the wave, very much thinking about how this mirrored the scenario this morning. This time though, he was thinking about you with happiness instead of confusion. Zuko already liked you, and he was looking forward to becoming closer as time went on. It wasn’t anything romantic as far as he knew, but spending time with you was.. nice. And in between living together, working in anthro together, and hopefully becoming coworkers at the Jasmine Dragon, he was going to be able to hang out with you plenty.

He stayed in the spot until he was sure that you had gotten into the cafe safely, then he pulled out and continued on the way home.

they hang out all the time and lian is literally ALWAYS on jennie’s instagram

The alarm on your phone went off letting you know it was time to get up and help your mum at work. After getting dressed with a loose lavender dress and a pair of sneakers you exited your room and poured yourself a cup of coffee just to afterwards cross the little door besides the fridge and get into the family clothing store and finding your mum placing some shirts near the building entrance.

- "Hi" you mouthed taking a sip of the drink while walking towards the desk.

- "Good morning sweetheart" she smiled without stopping doing what she was doing "how did you sleep" this time she quickly glanced at you.

- "Like an angel" you answer and she giggled.

The morning went by slow, even though you were one of the few countable with one hand clothing stores in the island, the beginning of summer was almost a month ago and most of the residents had already bought their clothes for this season.

You looked at the time on your phone. It was half past ten in the morning when one of your friends, who you were starting to find kinda attractive as the summer went by, entered the store with a big smile on his face.

- "JJ!" your mum happily said as she walked towards him and hugged him, she loved JJ, "it's been so long since the last time I've seen you around!" she let go of him and he came closer to the desk where you were sitting.

- "it really has" he said while looking at you and smiling.

- "what brings you here?" you asked with your hand placed on your chin as support.

- "Well, John B had this amazing idea of a pic-nic at the beach, so i came over to see if your mum would be gentle enough to let us borrow you for the rest of the day?" he said and you both turned your heads towards her, "i promise to bring her myself back here before ten p.m all in one piece" she kept looking at you two with her eyes furrowed, "pleeaasee i'm begging you" your mum laughed at JJ's words.

- "i want her back by nine p.m" your best friend looked at you and you just grinned at him.

- "nine thirty?" JJ asked with his eyes wide opened waiting for a yes as an answer.

- "fine, nine thirty it is" your mum gave in and he yelled a 'woohoo' while throwing his hands on the hair and running to where your mum was to give her a kiss in the cheek.

- "thank you so much" he said to her.

- "yes yes whatever, go inside and look for something to eat and share with everyone else" you smiled at her and entered the house with JJ following you behind.

You went to your room and put on a yellow bikini, took the backpack you usually used and threw a towel and your suncream inside of it. JJ helped you prepare some sandwiches and then walked through the store to say bye to your mum and go out to the street.

He approached his bike and you followed him as he handed you a helmet.

After a short ride you two arrived at John's B house.

- "You're not as afraid of the bike as you were before" JJ said to you while he took his helmet out.

- "i think so, i've got used to it" he smiled to you and together walked to the beach were your friends were, Kiara was laying down on the sand with Pope and John B was coming out of the water.

- "Y/N" your girl friend ran to you with open arms to hug you since you hadn't seen each other in like three days and you were inseparable.

- "I've missed you kie" you giggled as you hugged her too.

A few hours had gone by and now you were sitting on the sand next to your best friend while eating the sandwiches you and JJ had prepare before and watching the boys surf.

- "where's Sarah?" you asked, she wasn't there when you arrived but thought she might go later, she didn't.

- "she couldn't come today, something about a trip with her father i think, JB didn't say too much" Kiara said before eating the last portion of her sandwich.

You smiled at JJ as you saw how he was nailing one of the waves.

- "what's up with you two" your friend asked and looked at you.

- "what do you mean" you stopped looking at the boy you had a crush on to look back at Kie.

- "You perfectly know what i'm talking about Y/N, these past three days we barely saw JJ and you because you were hanging out together, this morning he was all excited about going to your house so he could, and i exactly repeat 'ask your mum in person' if you could come here, which is completely silly cause we both know she would never say no" you laughed at that last part.

- "we're just amazing friends Kie, that's it" you said turning your head towards JJ again, he was looking at you two too and waved with his right hand.

- "friends don't look at other friend's the way you look at each other" she smiled and tried to make you look at her, thing she did, "you like him, don't you" you could not help the little smile in your face as you scrunched your nose, "you do! oh my god you really do!" you faced her, "you have to tell him, right now!" Kiara grabbed your face between your hands.

- "you know i can't there's a specific rule about that" you tried to speak as your friend did not let go of your face.

- "oh come on! that rule is the most stupid thing i've ever heard!" you blanked your eyes at her and she finally let go of you.

- "even if that rule didn't exist i'm pretty sure he doesn't feel the same"

- "who doesn't feel the same about what Y/N?" JJ asked as he walked towards you two and sat down, you looked at him as he took your towel out of your backpack and used it to dry his face, "because if it is me about feeling completely mesmerized about how beautiful you are i have to say that you're wrong" he smiled at you.

- "you arrogant son of a bitch!" you yelled at him while laughing. Kiara looked at you and winked her left eye before getting up and go running to the water.

- "so? what is it? my eyes?" he opened his eyes wide open "my beautiful and soft hair?" he ran his hand through his hair, you just kept looking at him play silly "or is it my abs?" he slapped his belly.

- "oh shut up!" you rolled your eyes at him and he just laughed at you.

- "no, seriously i want to know" you stopped looking at him and laid down on the sand, JJ copied your actions "ok, so if you're not gonna tell me what you like about me, i'm going to tell what i like about you" he turned over, now his back was facing the setting sun.

- "COOOME OOON, DON'T DO THIS TO ME, KIARA COME BACK PLEASE" you screamed as you covered your face with your hands.

- "sshhh, can you please not be dramatic for once in your life?" you still had your face covered but you could feel JJ gaze on it, "first of all you're the most careful person i've ever met, you always make sure everyone is ok and having a great time, you have amazing taste in music, your hair smells so good-"

- "oh my god have you stopped yet?" you laughed a little.

- "almost, you're an amazing cooker, you've the most amazing mum of all, i'm pretty sure there's no woman as beautiful as you are-"

- "finished?" your hands still on your face.

- "and one more thing" he lifted up one of his fingers in the air.

- "thank god" you took your hands of your face and looked at JJ who was smiling at you.

- "the Wi-Fi signal in your house is" he pecked his lips with his hand which made you burst on laughing and he too, "now, tell me what are the things you like about me".

- "i like" you kept looking at him with a frown on your face to make it seem as if you were thinking, "i like your name" you teased him.

- "my name? really?" you nodded, "i say all these beautiful things about you and that's what i get back?" you nodded again with a little grin on your lips, "you're gonna pay for this woman".

He quickly got up, grabbed you and positioned you over his shoulder as he started running towards the ocean, your friends were watching the scene.

- "JJ DON'T PUT ME DOWN THE WATER IS FREEZING" you yelled while 'punching' his back.

- "and what you gonna do if i do put you down?"

- "i'll kick your ass you pretty boy" you stopped punching his back.

- "i'd actually like to see that" instantly he jumped on the water with you still on his arms.

You two came out of the water facing each other. JJ hugged you when he saw that you were shivering.

- "now tell me, do you like eyes?" you nodded, "and my hair?" you kept nodding because you were so cold that talking was hard, "and what about my abs" you nodded again and he smiled and looked at you without breaking the embrace.

- "your Wi-Fi is pretty shitty tho" you said between shivers, he laughed and finally kissed you, JB and Pope were yelling lots of 'woohoo' and Kiara screamed 'FINALLY YOU BITCHES I HATE YOU' to which JJ and you smiled through the kiss.

The rest of the evening went fast, you ate some cookies Kiara had made and drank a little bit of beer. And at nine twenty five JJ and you said goodbye to your amazing friends and he took you to your house, arriving exactly at nine thirty and in one piece as he had promised your mum that morning, but he didn't leave for another ten minutes you spend just making out outside.

- "I knew i had heard JJ's bi-" your mum came out of the store while you two were still kissing and fast pulled away "oh, ok, i'll go back inside, food's ready by the way" she turned back and entered the store again.

JJ and you started crazily laughing and he pressed his forehead against yours.

- "i'll see you tomorrow?" he asked looking into your eyes.

- "of course you will pretty boy" you gave him a little peck on the lips and entered the store while he watched your every move and smiled.

to answer the things you have said most recently- i'm so mad that spring break is over bc now i have to go back to life??? like dancing and school and shit that feels so unnessacry 😭 and like i can't just do nothing anymore? i was so used to it and now...... ugh. i STILL haven't played sims (i think it's because ✨depression✨ be hitting sometimes) lol but MWAHAH IM SO HAPPY FOR YOUR NEIGHBOR!AU AND THAT THEY HAD LITTLE BABY LEO!! i feel the name thing.. i just come up with something that sounds nice? i think leo is a nice name, it makes me think about lea michele and the fact that her son's name is Ever Leo but anyway. i don't name my sims after what i want to name my children irl either... idk why though. (i don't know why i'm telling you this but for boy names i love Liam🥰 and if i had twin boys i think i would do Liam and Peter though i am not married to the name Peter.... anywho)

HAHAHAHA THE 24 HOUR NOTIFICATION- i think i have around 1030 hours on sims? but i've had it since 2019 lmao (reading the screenshots, yes u are 100% a genuis, i take screenshots too but on anon you can't upload them so i just read them and retype what i wrote lmao) i think the university experience in the game is fun, but time consuming and it's all work imo. idk why i do it so often tho 😭😭😭

and agreed!! when you're making good money in the game you have to find other ways to make it interesting. my cousins who play it just continously do "motherlode" and i'm like.... then what do you do in your game?? it just sounds boring to me... my current sims household, i had a famous comedian sim, her name was dylan, aND SORRY IM LAUGHING SO HARD WHILE WRITING THIS BC ITS A GREAT EXAMPLE OF THE UNI THING UNLESS IM JUST DUMB, she went to college for communications when i wanted her to be a comedian and when she graduated i realized that degree did nothing for the career 🥲 so yeah, i think i'm just dumb. but she had a kid in college, guy didn't stick around and she was pretty broke HA but then she got married to this (great) guy named steve, made good bank, had 5 more kids (two sets of twins and one more lol) but then she passed. uhm... yeah that's still an open wound . lol i'm kidding, but when you get rich like that, you have to find a way to make the game interesting and i chose a million kids.

i used to be one of the people who‘d just do motherlode motherlode motherlode and just... what did i do? Why did i do that??? But not anymore lol. Ok, so, originally this was gonna just be a million fuckin questions, and it'll prooooobably turn into one of those question chains from several months ago. BUT to start I think I can do just like, three. First, tell me ALL about the area in Norway where Jelani was growin up, absolutely anything and everything you can think of about it. Secondly, tell me ALL about babby Jelani! Again just anything and everything you can think of! Lastly, how exactly do those magic weapons work? :o Like, once they're made can anyone grab them? Can he only have one at a time? Stuff like that! Basically just use this as a chance to talk about all those things! :3

So Jelani was born and raised near what is known as Hammerfest today (woohoo subarctic climate!). Honestly he’s been everywhere and just about seen everything but nothing compares to when he was growing up in that area and watching the Aurora Borealis with family and friends in a comfortable silence while just taking it all in, ya know? Being born in 870 CE meant there was no light pollution so every night the sky always lit up and the stars were so shiny and there were millions and millions of them which was absolutely insane to see and had a lot of significance because of his mom’s culture and their relationship to the stars.

They were close to the coast so there was a lot of fishing and sailing. He was also partial to that area because it was close to the sea and close enough to the mountains where it felt like a happy in between. He’s not a fan of being too far from some source of water. That place was perfect as he could see all kinds of sea dwelling animals like whales and seals, squids though he’s not a fan, he’s kind of scared of squid especially the really big ones he saw every once in a while. He especially liked puffins as a kid since he thought they were kinda silly. Inland he saw his fair share of reindeer, foxes, bears, wolves and otters which he completely fell in love with and still loves as an adult. Show him pictures or videos of otters and he’ll melt, if he sees one irl he’ll practically die from the amount of cute. There were also the more supernatural creatures though he mostly grew up around a lot of werewolves.

Oh! And sure, he’s not a big fan of the sun but even he has to admit that the midnight sun is pretty impressive and beautiful in its own right. It was gorgeous to see it and he did enjoy walking around in the middle of the night and still see the sun out.

Also, despite the location, he was exposed to a lot of different people as the village was flagged as a safe area which saw a ton of traders and all were welcome regardless of who you were or if you were human or non-human. He saw everything and interacted with all sorts of people from the local Sámi People, Middle Eastern, Asian and even other African people. And after his mom found out her family were still alive and well they’d also visit each other when they could. Honestly, his upbringing was kinda fairy tale like.

Since Loke’s 13 years older than him Loke often watched him and played with him a lot, he wasn’t even asked to he just did it because baby brother. Like the instant Lo first saw him it was like love at first sight type of shit. He learned to speak clearly very early on which surprised everyone at how clear and structured his speech was for a kid so young and then they learned he was a very fast learner and really smart and was always curious and asking tons of questions.

Even since he was little he really loved animals so he was always seen chasing after them or somehow petting them and playing with them. Learned to ride and care for horses pretty fast and when he got his own it was like fireworks went off in his head. Even in present day he sees a horse and it’s like instant childhood memories flooding him. Btw his first horse was a mare he named Dagny, just like his ball python in modern times lol, it was a Fjord with a grey coat and a two tone mane and he loved her to bits. Aside from that there was the family dog named River because she loved to swim. He also liked cats but they didn’t have a cat because Loke was scared of them and Sanaa (for different reasons related to another creature) wasn’t fond of them. They don’t hate cats but they’d rather just keep ‘em at arm’s length.

Then teen Jelani who was...I don’t wanna use the word difficult because he wasn’t but let’s just say different for lack of a better word. It was around this time that he was realizing he wasn’t like his family and it actually hurt ‘im a lot. Especially since his mom was an arcane berserker and it was like a huge deal so they all thought he was gonna be one too. So in come the feelings of alienation and the doubts and the semi angst and the moodiness. He was never disrespectful to anyone but he was often moody and often felt down. Around this time he was also learning he had some unique abilities of his own that no one else had and since no one else had them he learned to control them but not without incidents. Not to mention that since he was very little he could see and hear and talk to things that no one else could really see. Some were friendly and others weren’t. Mix in the regular hormonal shit teenagers go through during puberty and it made for a bit of a mess. This kind of “weakened” him and his old self (which he nor anyone else knew of) was starting to rear in and it was kind of scary. He was actually fluctuating between his old personality which was chaotic af and his present self and both seemed to clash a lot. Once this started happening the migraine attacks and the nosebleeds began as well as the sleep paralysis, night terrors, insomnia and the nyctophobia and they all seemed to hit him really hard and suddenly. So all of that mixed in made the ages of 13 through 17 really, really fucking messy.

But family and friends were with him through it all and at 17 and a half he chilled out and learned to control himself and managed to suppress his old self. He’d learned to use and handle his abilities responsibly, still felt a little out of place but his family was sure to always let ‘im know they loved him no matter what and his grandfather especially let him know that his differences weren’t a bad thing and that they made ‘im special. By 18 he was back to his cheerful old self though sometimes he still felt bad about being different but didn’t let it get him down. However, he now had to cope with migraine attacks, night terrors, nyctophobia, random nosebleeds, insomnia and sleep paralysis which he still has even in present day.

Okay so berserkers are non-humans that have the ability to summon powerful weapons and very sturdy armor from nothing thin air. The armor can take a beating but if they get targeted by a barrage of attacks the armor can break and they’d have to summon the armor again but there’s a cool down of about half an hour so it’s better to hang on to the armor even if broken or get your ass to safety. The weapons don’t break though. Oh and if an armor broke and they summon it again it’ll show up as good as new. Berserkers can summon up to two different weapons so which ones they summon depends on the person’s taste and comfort level.

These weapons can be summoned and dematerialized at will and have no cool down. Anyone can grab them if the berserker it belongs to doesn’t mind though why would a berserker use another one’s weapon unless they wanna be offensive and kill ‘em with their own weapon? It’s not offensive, more like yikes.

Now, since Jelani isn’t a berserker he managed to figure out a way to mimic berserkers’ ability to summon a weapon from thin air though unlike grown up berserkers he isn’t limited to just two types of weapons. For example Loke is able to summon a two headed axe and a bow, nothing more nothing less. Jelani can summon whatever he wants as he can manipulate the shape. His mom’s tribe are partial to glaives so he mainly uses a glaive. His weapons however are made of an unknown material that’s insanely hard and impossible to even crack. His weapons can’t be wielded by anyone other than himself bc as soon as someone else touches them they dematrerialize. It also looks weird, like it’s so dark it swallows all light and no light bounces off of it. He can’t summon armor though so that’s where the blacksmith comes in. His uncle Jørgen made his look like his dad’s and his mom’s.

🏴‍☠️Pirate the musical🏴‍☠️

This is the master post to introduce Korean two-hander musical <Pirate (해적, 2019)> and its female actor pair called “Challang ”*.

This is a typical pirate story

Young Louis, son of the pirate, lives with a parrot named Victoria 2nd beside the sea after his dad passed away. One day, Dad’s old colleague Captain Calico Jack visits him, turns out that dad’s old painting of rose was actually a treasure map that could lead to the treasure buried somewhere in the Rose Island. As they recruit new sailors and sails away, romanticism and tragedy wait for them….

And the story of people who erased

While what makes this story special and have a soft spot in the heart is the way of description.

In this musical, pirates are a minority of societies, nonperson who can not have their own record and the voices that rarely heard.

Other than Jack and Louis, the main character is Anne and Mary, who based on the famous female pirate Anne Bonny and Mary Read, happen to love each other, get their own scenes and stories.

Fortunately, there are quite lots of videos of <Pirate> since actors change their curtain call repertory every day. That’s why I’m writing this post. For next days, I will update the summaries and Kor-Eng lyric translation posts. I wish this could bring joy to @mooncastle , as she introduced me the Revue few years ago.

*Challang

Although this musical has a various hint to observes the life of minorities, it criticized for cast only 2 female actors among total 6 actors. Those are Rang Yeon and Im Chanmin. When they on the same stage, fandom calls it as Challang(찰랑), by combining their names-Cha from Im Chanmin, Lang from Rang Yeon. This is a quite enjoyable coincidence, as in Korean "찰랑" is the adverb that uses to describe the sound or the shape of the lapping water.

While rearranging at the port, Jack gives rules. Don’t get drunken. Don’t get in gambling. Do not brag about the treasure isle! Don’t fall in love. Actually, there is also the rule all pirates should not run away while in combat. But Jack orders Louis to run away and hide if combat happens.

However, Jack himself couldn’t save his mouth at all. Anne Bonney, the mistress of the bar, hears Jack’s story and demands him to take her as a gunman. Born as an illegitimate child, she could not get birth registration but learned how to shoot a gun with her legitimate brothers like aristocrat does.

Jack complains as his love crush is hopeless, but accept anyway because Mary is so competent. 14. Ghost Ship rep. 유령선 rep. ◆LYRICS◆ While sailing, Louis and Mary build their friendship while exploring an unexpected ghost ship. They arrived in Rose Island but only found many skeletons and an empty box. Old Howard of the crew insists it would be Caleb, father of the Louis, who killed all colleagues and took treasures. Jack believes Caleb is not the kind of person. Howard revolts but defeated. They leave Howard alone in the Rose Island in traditional pirate way-only one bottle of water, one gun, one bullet. Howard trying to shoot Jack with it as last revenge- but he fails. Anne shoots him back. Howard’s corpse washed away into the sea of Rose Island. Louis read the diary of Caleb that he found at the island, refer to the Pirate Labor Song. It shows what happened after they discard Jack. Caleb and colleagues were planning to bury treasure in the Rose Island while they repair the ship. Caleb got left behind from the line because he was thinking of Jack, miss him. When Caleb back to his colleagues, they already ended up killing each other, only one left. Caleb survives from him. but threw away all the treasures in front of the sea at Rose Island in untold agony. Louis keeps the story as secret. 15. Rose Island 로우즈 아일랜드 ◆LYRICS◆ 16. Jack tells the secret to Louis: he has no experience in killing people at all. He’s just good at image-making coward and hides in the wine barrel while the battle goes hard. That was the reason he discarded to a desert island. 17. Romantic Pirate 낭만해적 ◆VIDEO◆ Pirate Wedding 해적 결혼식 ◆LYRICS◆ *At the Special Performances Day, they are adding a special number: Mary and Anne getting married.

Mary convinces Anne to keep alive, even after she dies.

Louis starts to write the story, in memory of Jack, Anne, and Mary. Louis reminds the reason that Jack brings Old Howard on a journey: Howard was once an idolized pirate in Jack’s childhood, and Jack wished to thank him by taking him to the treasure.

Suho:

See this picture here? This is me before the moving team. I was so fucking proud of myself for strapping the base of the chair to my roof (it wouldn’t fit through the trunk of me smol hatchback). I thought it was funny that it kinda looked like a kip-pah and asked my friend to take a pic for me here (see my lil peace sign next to my face? im v happy of my jew car). Little did I know that after driving to my new apartment with the whole moving team from IKEA unloading shit from the truck, I would be stuck in the fucking car. I didn't have a knife or scissors to cut the strings and I didn't want to make my dumb assery to be noticed; so instead of asking for help... I climbed out the front window and almost fell flat on my ass. When I stood up and turned around, the whole moving team was just standing there looking at me. The assholes knew I was stuck and let me suffer.

Kris & Kai:

so these moments both happened in the same night. I went to a house warming party for my friend and I didn't know what to bring as a gift, so I just bought two big bags of Hawaiian bread. Now throughout the night, the more I drink, the more impulsive I get.

I started putting the bread on people's shoulders, slowly piling them up until they noticed. Everyone was pretty wasted so there was no surprise when I had a stack of 4 1/2 buns (I ate half) on my friends shoulder. Anyways- fast forward into the night, I'm craving sweets, so I walk into my friends kitchen and find a jar of cookies. At the time I thought it was a brilliant idea to just put the Hawaiian bread in there so the kitchen looked full; a fair exchange, if you will. At least that's what I thought... I found pictures from the party and it turns out I just ended up putting in a half eaten bun sjzjsj

Fast forward into the morning of the next day, I’m hungover and I wake up wearing mismatching socks (one is mine, the other I have no idea).

I needed to get home because I had work later that day, so I hop into my car and start driving home. The whole time there was this annoying beeping sound that I couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. I had such a bad headache that I pulled over to see what the fuck was wrong. I got out of my car, checked the wheels, checked the under the hood, then hopped back inside. I was so frustrated that I banged my head on the steering wheel and just rested my eyes for a sec. When I opened them to look straight ahead at my dashboard, the brake light was glowing bright red. I cried.

Chanyeol:

One summer evening, I was hanging with my sister and her friends around a campfire. We were roasting marshmallows, drinking, having a good time etc. Eventually later into the night we started getting bored and one of my sister’s friends suggested playing hot potato with the coals from the fire. We’re all game like FUCK YEAH LETS DO THIS. Then we start tossing it around and realize that it’s way too fucking hot, so instead of tossing it’s just everyone spiking the coal to the next person. FYI, I have terrible hand eye coordination and I wasn’t wearing my glasses that night. Every single time the coal was spiked my way it would miss my hand and fly straight into my hair. The next day I woke up, looked in the mirror, skipped breakfast and headed straight to the salon. still looked cute or w/e so I ain’t mad

Kyungsoo:

Ahhhh, this one is actually pretty personal and happened not too long ago! My mom finally left this dirt bag she’d been married to for the past 16 years. When I say dirt bag, I mean a manipulative, abusive piece of shit. My mom was so tired during her session with the mediator for when they were deciding who was getting what; she took 30-45 minutes to talk alone with them and he took 3 fucking hours putting on this sick sob story. The mediator was so done with him too that they just let him do whatever he wanted. That meant he had the “right” to pick and choose what belonged to him in our apartment. The fucker took EVERYTHING. He took the furniture, the bedroom sets, all the electronics, the spices- HE DOESN’T EVEN COOK. However, a week before then, I bought a huge bottle of vanilla. I needed it to make edible cookie dough, which I was doing everyday out of stress. The day before he finally moved out, I came home from work to see everything wrapped/packed up. I started to get worked up and went to the kitchen to make my cookie dough. When I opened the cabinet to get my vanilla and saw it completely empty, I lost it. I literally screamed and started tearing up all the boxes, finding more shit that belonged to me and stopped when I finally found my vanilla. I went back to the kitchen, happily made my cookie dough and kicked back on "his” couch with my dirty shoes on. Later that night, the asshole came home and screamed at me. I shut him up tho when I told him I’d suffocate him with a pillow in his sleep if he dared to touch me or any of my things ever again. He didn’t stay in the apartment that night lol

Baekhyun:

I think this one might be my favorite story. It all started when a package from my mom in the mail never showed up even though the UPS tracking said it had already arrived on my doorstep. I assumed in meant the package was stolen and got really bummed about it since it had some essential items in there. My roommates felt bad and decided to cheer me up by throwing a house party (woohoo! cue the alcohol!). It started at like 3pm and went on all the way until 4 am the next day. Somewhere within that time frame while it was still light outside, slightly tipsy, I found a ladder on the side of the house and had a strong urge to follow it up to the top; and who am I to deny every desire that comes across my pea sized brain. I was half-way up to the roof when one of my roommates spotted me (let’s call him Big Ned; there were two guys named Ned in our house so we just called them Big Ned and Little Ned; Big Ned is like 6′3″ and Little Ned is like 5′4″). Big Ned started yelling at me to get down and I told him I couldn’t because it was my destiny to reach the top. He decided that there was no use arguing with me and ended up following me to the roof (even though he’s afraid of heights; bless his BFG heart). He’s kinda hard to miss, so when he started making his way up to the roof with me, it grabbed a lot of attention. Some joined us. Meanwhile, I decided to walk around and look into my neighbors yards. I saw a mess of papers in one of the alleys between our houses and joked “lmao that’d be funny if that was my package”. We laughed for a bit then looked a little closer until we realized oh fuck that’s my package. My body moved on it’s own and just kinda scrambled across the roof trying to figure out the fastest and least painful way to get off the roof. Thank the stars for Big Ben holding me back by the collar of my shirt and preventing me from jumping down onto the neighbors fence. Little Ben ended up running over and jumping the fence to get it for me. We still don’t know how it got there.

Tao:

In middle school, I had to go on this field trip to some ranch out in the countryside of Texas. I remember we were all huddled into a barn with a big stage in the back. The teachers grabbed a mic and got on stage to talk about who knows what. Idk I wasn’t paying attention, talking to my friend, in my own world. When the mics go off, everyone starts chattering. At that moment in time, I was extremely preoccupied with my shoelaces when I got a tap on my shoulder from my homeroom teacher. I think she was mad at me for not listening and told me to head up to the stage along with a few other students making their way over. Being in front of others makes me nervous, but when the teachers put a bib around my neck before I got on stage, I was too confused to think of anything else. When another teacher started handing out baby bottles filled with Gatorade to each student on stage, I had to stop them to ask what was going on. And what do ya know, I’m in a baby bottle drinking contest. Before I had time to ask any more questions, they were already counting down to start. Now listen, I’m not the type of person to back down from a challenge so ofc you know I’m gonna suck the soul out of this bich. The reason I can say this confidently is because up until I was 11 years old, I always drank out of baby bottles when I got home from school. I just really liked the feeling?? For me, nothing beat chilling on the couch, watching Teen Titans and drinking fresh cold orange juice from a baby bottle on a hot summer day. Idk but I guess it came in handy since I finished a 24oz bottle under 35 seconds. The rest of the kids weren’t even close to half way through. There’s a picture of me at the back of my school year book holding up the baby bottle like a trophy.

Sehun:

Remember my sisters friends from the campfire? Well I spent a good long summer hanging with her friend group and ended up getting kinda close to this one of the guys (let’s call him Jake). I have a really broad range of music taste and I guess he digged that so we talked a lot about music together. By the end of the summer, Jake threw a party at his house and invited me over. Ngl I wanted some dick so ofc I’m gonna go all out and break out my hot leather Madonna outfit. I head out with my sis and the house is packed by the time we get there. The whole time we’re pretty much just hanging out, drinking and dancing the night away. Some time passed 1 am (I think), I’m sorta outside making out with Jake on the side of his house. It’s getting really hot and heavy. When we finally broke apart for air, he told me he though he was in love with me. I’m screaming internally, panicking and I don’t know what to do. I could tell from way before that he really liked me, but I didn’t think it was to that extent. It doesn’t help exactly that I don’t feel the same way for him. Don’t get me wrong! He was really hot and sweet, but I just couldn’t see myself with him. So what did I tell him? Nothing. My dumb ass was in such a panic that all I could think of was that I needed to run. I did. I ran back into the house, out the front porch, spotted his skateboard and took off. I didn’t really know where I was or where I was going but somehow I ended up at the train station and eventually found my way back home.

Xiumin:

On my 21st birthday, my roommates took me out to a really nice, 5 star restaurant in the city we lived. They're buying me all the drinks I want cause heck I'm finally legal! Now, I think y'all can see a pattern of what happens when I drink. So when Big Ned got a glass of scotch and I had just finished off my last sip of wine, I wanted some too. I asked him to share, using "it's my birthday" to get my way. Ever the gentleman, Big Ben pours half his glass into my wine glass and keeps his raised for a cheers. The whole group joins in and with a shout of Mozeltov, I slam the wine glass down on the table and toss it back. It wasn't until I finished the last drop and tried to set my glass back on the table that I realized I snapped the stem in half. No one spoke, except for Little Ned, softly, "did you... did that really just happen?" Yeah. Yeah it did. Thankfully the restaurant agreed to keep the broken glass off the bill as long as I left the restaurant immediately.

Chen:

On a Saturday night, I met up with a good friend of mine that I hadn’t seen in months. We bought some snacks and drinks then drove to a marina near my apartment (new place in California). The whole night we spent catching up and throwing rocks in the water. I was still a little tipsy when it was time to go home and my friend ended up driving me back. On the way back, I opened a bag and snacked on some pizza flavored goldfish. I was about a fourth of the way through the bag when I decided I didn’t like it anymore and started tossing them out the window. We pull up to a stop light and my friend is trying to make me stop by rolling up the window, but I stick my leg out before he could close it. Next he tries to compromise and said if I wasn’t going to eat the goldfish, I should just put the bag down and remove my leg from the window. My tipsy ass told him no, I was handing out free food. I turned to look at the car next to me, asked (yelled) if they wanted any goldfish and held out the bag to them. I guess the dude thought it was funny and was just like “yeah sure why not, lifes too short to not eat goldfish from a stranger at a stoplight” alksdjflskdj

Lay:

When I was about 6 years old, I lived out in the suburbs of Fulshear, Texas. The community is really tiny and everyone knew each other. One time, I was playing hide and seek with my siblings, and decided to hide under my moms bed. While I was waiting for my brother to come find me, I fell asleep. A couple hours later I wake up and it’s dark out. The house is empty. I’m calling out to see if anyone is home, checking all the rooms. I thought maybe everyone decided to tag me “it” since I passed out. After a while of not finding anyone, the phone rings and I pick up. It’s my mom sounding out of breath calling to see if anyone found me and took me back to my house. Turns out I had actually been knocked out for 6 hours. Not being able to find me during hide and seek for 2 hrs, my siblings went to get my mom who also started looking for me. After another hour and no luck, she called our neighbors across the street to see if I went over to play with their kids. Ofc they said no and said they would call some other people in the neighborhood to find out if they'd seen me. A few hours later, the whole neighborhood was out looking for me. Meanwhile I'm at home chilling on the couch watching Teletubbies and eating goldfish (the original babey).

Luhan:

My dad took me and my siblings to the beach almost every summer in elementary school. We would always stay at this Holiday Inn right across the street from the sands. At night, we would go “hunting” for crabs with a flashlight and a fishnet. But on some nights when my dad was too tired to go out, my siblings and I would hang in the kids room at the hotel. We were fooling around and just being kids. Then we found a big case filled with tubes of paint. I was excited to do some finger painting but before I could reach for a tube, my brother stopped me to say he had an idea. He dared us lay down our sheets of paper and paint them by jumping on the tubes. Being the youngest of four, I thought this was a brilliant idea and immediately got to work. Set my paper down and lined up the colors I wanted to use. I jumped.... Only a spec of paint made it onto the paper... The rest beautifully decorated the off-white walls of the kids room. We all just froze because oh my stars we’re gonna be in so much trouble. Turning to each other, we made a very strong pinky promise to not tell a soul what happened. The next day when we returned to the kids room, the case was gone, faded splotches of green and purple remained on the walls, and a big paper taped above reading “NO PAINTING ALLOWED”.

Fun fact: my eldest sister used to write about my adventures for her creative essay homework’s in middle school.

A fox is crouching behind a couch. Taking cover from what’s in front of him. A deer, holding a gun pin point at the fox place, shooting the couch a couple times. The only thing that keep the fox alive is that couch. The fox wondered why this has become a dangerous situation, all he did was investigating a kidnapping case, track the house of the kidnapper, and check it for evidence when there’s nobody home. Simple. His plan is went well, until the deer noticed that his home is being checked and shoot the fox in the shoulder from behind.

“What are you doing in my house, Fox ?!” The deer shouted and shoot more

The fox considered to answer, but he thinks it will make the situation much worse.

“No response ? am I causing too much pain for you to bear that makes you can’t talk ?” The deer mock

The fox hold his left shoulder, blood flowing from the wound.

“Fine then if you don’t want to answer” The deer continued

Then the living room become quite. Is he leaving ? , The fox wondered. He peak from behind the couch and noticed that the deer is gone, the door on the right is opened. Nick carefully walk towards the deer last position to investigate. When he looked at the door, a gun tip comes out from the door and immediately shot, with his reflex, the fox dodge it and take cover behind the wall.

“Come out and drop your weapon fox, or I swear to god I will shoot this cub” said the deer

The fox take a peak from the wall and sees the deer has his gun pointed on a wolf cub head. The wolf cub muzzle is shut tight with a duct tape along with his hand and feet tied. The cub looks scared and crying.

Tch, the fox thought.

With a defeated sigh the fox throws his gun away and slowly comes out of his cover.

“Good, now…..” the deer pointed the gun at the fox

“any last word ?” He continued

“I have three actually : did you count ?” the fox finally speaks

“What ?”

Before the deer have the time to think, the fox started running to him. The deer pulls the trigger only to find his gun is empty. When he finally realized what the fox meant, a baton hit his hand, making him drop his weapon, continued by a hit to the stomach and head, knocking him out. In a matter of seconds the situation turned upside down.

What a pain in the ass , the fox thought.

Not long after that, the police has come to the scene. The fox is siting on the ambulance while his left shoulder being treated.

“We have to stop meeting like this Nick” said the female hippo nurse

“Yeah we should, this time I swear it was a coincidence hippy” he agree

“That’s what you said the last time we met” Hippy mock

Their conversation ended when a huge figure approach them.

“Wilde” a buffalo greet him

“Chief” he greeted back

“After all that’s done, come to my office” the chief ordered

Great, another speech session, Nick thought.

Instead of answering he just stared into the buffalo eyes.

“I assume that as a yes, now if you excuse me, I have a job to do” the chief said as he walks away.

It took nick a few hours to finally get his shoulder patched. The doctor said, he must rest for at least a week to recover his shoulder. After he’s finished in the hospital, Nick goes straight to the precint. The door to chief bogo room is never changed. When he sees it for the first time in the force, he was very nervous, but now, this door is just a door to him. He knock on the door. After a few moment, the chief answered it.

“Come in”

Nick opened the door, get in, and sit in the chair in front of bogo desk.

“First thing first, I want to congratulate you for solving that case, and saving that wolf cub life” said bogo

“Thank you sir” Nick replied

“I hear from the doctor that you need a full week of rest to heal, looking at the past, it seems like it’s useless to force you to rest, I recommend you avoid field work until your shoulder is fully healed”

“But that is not the only reason I called you here, I’m assigning one of the officers to be your subordinate, she will help you solve all of your case” he continued

Nick didn’t respon to that statement.

“now, I know that you have a past with this kind of things, but nowdays you’re…”

A knock on a door cut bogo sentence.

“you called chief ?” said the voice from behind the door

“Come in hopps” Said bogo

The door opens revealing a grey furred bunny with a black tip on her ears.

“Take a seat” continue bogo while pointing the seat beside nick

“Wilde, this is officer judy hopps” as he pointed at the bunny

“And hopps, you maybe already know him, but this is detective wilde” he continued

Judy have Heard form her colleagues, detective Wilde, The first and currently the only fox cop, He has been in the force for a long time that nobody know when he first joined. She looks at the fox. His face is showing no emotion.

“Now hopps, you done nothing wrong, in fact you’re doing a very good job these months, so I decided to give you a promotion, from now on you’re going to assist detective Wilde on any of his case” Said bogo

Both Nick and Judy eyes were widened when they hears that. It took her a few seconds to come back to reality .She want to scream in happy, but decided not to make a bad impression.

“Thank you so much sir” She said while holding her excitement

“I hope you will not waste this opportunity, now you’re dismissed, I need to speak with detective wilde alone” ordered bogo

“Yes sir” said hopps as she exited the room

The room have become quite again after judy left. Bogo decided to break the silence.

“I assume you have no objection over this”

“Actually, I have, No I will not accept that bunny as my subordinate” Nick finally speak

“Nick, I know what you’re thinking, but you’re getting more and more careless these days, I don’t want to lose one of my best again, so I need someone to watch your back !”

“She’ll only slow me down”

“Don’t worry Wilde , that bunny is the top of her class, the only reason why I don’t take her to the field, is because she’s still naïve, and I entrusting that to you”

“Sir, with all due respect….”

“Shut it Wilde, My decision is final and cannot be changed, now get out of here before I suspend you”

They stared at each other, nick still want to argue, but he knows that the chief doesn’t play with his threat, and his shoulder injury is the more reason to suspend him. Finally he sighed in defeat.

“Fine” He said calmly before exiting the room.

Judy still cannot believe what just happen, after all these months giving all her best, she’s finally being promoted.

“Woohoo !” Said judy as she jumping in happiness.

“Whoa, what get you all exited about ? A voice beside her ask

She turns to see a fat cheetah in the reception desk, smiling at her.

“Clawhauser, I just got promoted !” she said.

“Wow, good for you judy, promoted to what exactly?” Clawhauser asked

“I’ll be working under detective Wilde ”

“Detective Wilde ? Detective Nick Wilde ?” Clawhauser asked with disbelievement

“Yes, what’s wrong about him ? “ Judy wondered

“Nothing, it’s just that you’re a rabbit and he’s a fox, it’s kinda weird bogo pair you up, maybe it’s because you both are the first of your species on the force?”

Now that judy think of it, it is kind of weird. Well, aside from the fact that they both the first of their species, they are actually a natural enemy. Judy knows that not all foxes are bad like gideon grey, but it still bother her. How will her father react if he knows judy are working under a fox

“Huh……..what else do you know about him? Judy asked

“He’s a quiet person, and he usually moves away from other mammals, Oh and detective Wilde has been working alone for a long time, I can’t imagine if he has a partner”

Judy have a mixed feeling after hearing about his superior. Her thought broke when she sees her superior walking down the stairs. I can’t judge mammal by her species, this is a good thing, and im going to go through with it, she thought.

“Oh there he is, gotta go clawhauser” judy said as she approach Nick.

“Have a nice day ,judy” replied clawhause as he look judy running.

I wonder what would happen with them, Clawhauser thought.

Nick still cannot accepting the fact that he have a subordinate now. He’s walking toward his room that located on the first floor. His steps stopped when a voice calls him from behind.

“Detective Wilde”

Great, just what I need right now, he thought sarcasticly

He turn around and see Judy, standing in front of him full of enthusiasm.

“I’m ready for assignment sir” the bunny said

He look at her from bottom to top.

What were bogo thingking, how is this little bunny gonna help me solve a case, Nick thought.

He just sighed and says

“Follow me” as he started to walk again

So far so good, Judy thought.

Judy followed behind him. Everyone that have passed them is either confused or surprised at the fact that the bunny who have been a meter maid for months now working with a detective, and the more shocking fact is that the detective is Nick Wilde, the loner. Nick don’t have a problem with this at all, but judy didn’t know if she’s want to feel proud or embarrassed. After a short walk they arrived at nick office. The office smaller than the chief, but it still amazed judy to have your own office in the precint.

“Wait here” nick ordered while he’s getting inside a closet.

Judy can’t wait to help solving a case, like a real detective, after months of becoming meter maid and doing paper work, she’s finally becoming a real cop.

Nick comes back carrying a ton of paper in his hand and dropped it to the table in front of judy.

“Here’s my paper work I haven’t finished, I’m on my desk if you need me” said nick while he started to walk towards his desk

Judy imagination broke as she looks at the ton of paperworks, All these months just to get more paper work !?, Judy thought angrily.

“Sir, wait !” Judy tone started to rise

Nick glanced back at her.

“Chief bogo said I’m here to assist you with your cases not doing some paper work !” she protest

“You still don’t understand do you ? I.work.alone , fortunately for you bogo said you can help me with all of my cases, but he didn’t say how you do it right? So this is the best I can do for you, finished my paper work, you get to be my subordinates, I don’t get disturbed, everybody’s happy.” Nick said calmly

“But sir, I want to go to the field with you ! ” Judy’s said with anger

"Even if bogo send you to me, I’m still your superior, if you don’t want to do this, I could have just report insubordination to him, and you can be meter maid for all I care” He replied

Judy anger, have been cooled off a little bit by that last sentence. Being a meter maid again is definitely worst than this. And she finaly realize that all of her sayings before could make her fired from her job if she says it to another superior, but nick didn’t. With a look of guilt, she apologize

“I’m sorry sir, that was rude of me”

Nick stayed silent for a little bit, and answered

“Just get the paper done” as he walked to his desk

Judy sit in the couch and started to work. She still upset from before, but decided not to make it worse by getting angry.

Nick look at her when she doesn’t notice.

Why didn’t I fire her, he wondered.

He’s then realized judy look exactly like him before that happens.

He smiled secretly and hope that she’s never gone through what he’s been through.

This is a prequel to The Getaway , that is supposed to be a one shot, but “my mood” decided to make this. I don’t know if I will create more to this AU. Well, we’ll see.

hello! of course you can~ here you go! im not used to writing for idols who are younger than me so hopefully it’s ok hahaa… (btw go read my Minki college!au if you havent yet, because im real proud of it woohoo) - I’ve edited it so no more typos woohoo

Park Jihoon College!AU

So there’s this guy in your lecture hall

And he sits in a spot a few rows down and to the right from you

so if you tilt your head slightly he’s in your perfect line of vision

he’s someone who’s always caught your eye because he’s literally so good looking???

and he looked super familiar but you can’t put a finger on why

in lectures he’s always taking down notes and listening intently to the lecturer

he sits with a couple of his friends and they all seem like a nice bunch of pals

y’know, the typical joking around, slapping each other on the backs, fist bumps, the stuff you see in stock photos and teen movies

and he has the nicest smile??? like wow this boy was blessed with some photogenic wonders that do not come by easily in this world

after a lecture one day you’re packing up your stuff and filing out of the room with everyone else, when you realise you left your jacket on the back of the seat you were sitting at

you trudge up the steps quietly to get where you had been sitting when you notice two girls, one of them giggling away whilst pushing the other up to the cute guy who’s still joking round with his mates

“Um…Jihoon?”

He pauses and turns to look at her

his facial expression is still smiling, waiting for her to continue speaking

“Would I be able to talk to you…in private?”

Jihoon’s friends are all like :o and trying to warn the girl with their expressions that this is not a good idea

and you’re a bit taken aback by how sharp his gaze has turned

it’s kinda scary, like he’s still smiling, but his eyes are cold

“anything you say to me, I’ll tell them anyway, so you might as well tell me in front of them”

the girl and her friend are taken aback, but she still manages to stutter out a confession

Your heart goes out to the poor girl, it’s takes a lot of courage to confess to your crush

you’re kinda amazed by the events unfolding in front of you so you squat down behind the seats to see what will happen next

You swear Jihoon just rolled his eyes???? wow rude

He folds his arms across his chest “i don’t think you’d like me very much if you knew what I’m really like”

The girls just shakes her head, not wanting to take no for an answer but he cuts her off mid rebuttal

“anyways, im not interested in dating you. You can go now.”

The girl’s friend quickly grabs the girl’s hand and pulls her out of the room before the waterworks starts and you hear Jihoon sigh in relief

Woweeee what a jerk

you’re surprised, because he seems like such a warm individual with his friends and from what you’d seen of him

his friend Woojin nudged his shoulder, “Jihoon, that must’ve been the 6th confession you’ve got since the semester started…”

Woojin had actually gone to the same high school as you, and although you weren’t close, you knew him as a warm and funny individual

So after what you just saw happen, you were surprised to see that him and Jihoon were so close

“I don’t get why they keep confessing to me, I’m not interested in dating right now, I thought I made that clear.”

he runs his hand through his hair, and your heart speeds up a bit

like ok he’s a jerk but he’s a good looking one

You realise you’ve been sitting there for a while now and you remember that you were meant to be on your way to your next lecture

You try to sneak out the back entrance without disturbing the guys’ conversation

but lol you trip

of course

out of all times to trip

you trip now

good job, you get an A+ for stealthiness

And Jihoon and Woojin’s heads snap up to where you’re sprawled out on the stairs

and you make eye contact with Jihoon who’s staring at you with this look that can only be described as annoyed curiosity

Suddenly you realise where you recognise him from and before you can stop yourself, you hear your own voice echoing through the lecture theatre

“hey, you’re Wink Boy….”

There was this guy in all the commercials promoting your college, and the ending clip of him winking had highkey gone viral - hence “wink boy”

Like people were fangirling over him and coming to the college

it was one powerful af wink

Jihoon sighs and looks like he’s about to say something but you haven’t finished talking

“….thought you’d be nicer, but guess not…”

Woojin starts snickering hysterically in the background, he’s surprised you’re talking back to Jihoon because you were always super nice when you went to school with him

Diverting your attention to Woojin you gave him a cheery wave, “hey Park Woojin, good to see you”

“Y/N, good to see you too! how long were you listening there for?”

As you make small talk with Woojin, you notice Jihoon getting crankier by the minute.

First you insult him, then you ignore him completely as if nothing happened?

“See ya later boys, don’t break anymore girls’ hearts”

And you left the pair with a blinding smile, flicking you hair behind your shoulder as you headed off to your next lecture (playing it cool, make them forget you just tripped over)

“Who was that?”

“Oh, that’s Y/N, I went to high school with them.”

Jihoon nods, deep in thought “…she’s pretty.”

Over time, you didn’t really have that many interactions with Jihoon

you’d still admire his good looks from afar in your lectures,

and your crush on him was still the same

but it didn’t really affect you that much that he didn’t spare a glance your way so you just kept living your life peacefully

or so you thought

Jihoon pestered Woojin about you, and how you two knew each other

poor poor woojin

Jihoon also hadn’t been going to all the lectures recently, and you were kinda like oh well, guess i don’t have any excuse to be distracted in lectures anymore

then one day it was time.

time for good ol’ group projects woopdedooo…the true cupid but also kills friendships lmao

so far you’ve had good group project experiences so you’re excited to see the new faces you’ll be working with for the next few weeks

“Squish over will you?”

that is, until you look up and see that Jihoon has come over and is standing next to the table you’re at

“eh? Wink boy, what are you doing here?”

“What do you mean? I’m in this group too.”

Everyone in the group was stoked that Jihoon was in their group because he always had some of the highest grades in the class and whenever he was in a group, they always got super good marks.

Like the lecturers and markers always love Jihoon and will give him good marks for his presentations

and you knew he was capable, because you had been talking to a freshman called Lai Kuanlin who was getting tutored by Jihoon

But for some reason, you were struggling to believe it all now because for the past 3 meet ups, Jihoon’s sole focus had been on his phone

Usually you’d have the meetings at Jihoon’s dorm, because it was on the uni campus and that meant he wouldn’t have much of an excuse not to be there

But just the fact he never contributed any thoughts or ideas was starting to get on your nerves

The epitome of the “I’ll let you guys do all the work” member of the group

Everyone was too wary or polite to say anything but you could tell it was starting to get tense

One day after a meeting you tapped his arm as he slung his backpack over his shoulder

“Jihoon, can I talk to you for a sec?”

“What is it?”

“Is there something going on? You barely say 3 sentences in each meeting we have for this project…”

He opens his mouth to say something, and you wait for a response but he stays quiet

You can tell he’s hiding something but it’s not like he’s going to tell you his secrets anytime soon, so you just shrug and sigh

“Look, I know we didn’t exactly get off on the right foot, but can you at least put some effort into the project for the others? I don’t think it’s fair that everyone else is trying so hard and you’ve done nothing”

You head towards the door, but Jihoon grabs your arm

“Y/N-”

“make sure you send all the stuff you’ve done to me by tomorrow otherwise we’re all going to fail, and i’m not letting that happen”

Jihoon just nods at you and you look into his eyes, trying to decipher what’s going on in his head

“You know you can talk to me right? I’m not going to judge you.”

“I…I’m…never mind”

You didn’t want to push further so you just nodded and headed off home leaving Jihoon in a daze. There weren’t many people he had met at college who genuinely cared about people like you did.

However, even though you were holding back as much as possible, you had been delegated the role of putting everyones work together and submitting it

So when it was the day before the deadline, and Jihoon still hadn’t sent his work through to you….

you just snapped, storming over to his dormitory and knocking roughly on the door

“Jihoon, open up! It’s Y/N”

Standing outside for another couple of minutes you figured that he must not have been home and you were about to head off when you saw him round the corner

“Y/N? what are you doing here?”

“The project? You haven’t sent me your things yet, and you havent been replying to any of my messages”

“You sent me messages?” He took his phone out of his pocket, gulping nervously when he saw the list of missed calls and unread texts.

“Look I can explain, do you want to come in first?”

He opened the door to his dorm and ushered you inside, before you can answer

“Last month, I was scouted by a company to become an idol….”

Recently, he had been training non-stop, which explained why you hadn’t been seeing him in all your lectures like usual

He’d get home late, have no time to work on anything or relax

And the company trainee contract meant that he wasn’t allowed to tell anyone about his training and he still had to attend as much college as possible

As Jihoon explained his situation, you saw the exhaustion on his face and how genuine he was explaining himself

You sat down next to him, getting your laptop out of your bag

“Well, it’s called a group project for a reason, I can give you a hand”

“No, it’s fine really, I’ll get my part done and send i through to you ASAP, you can go.”

“And risk you falling asleep halfway through and not meeting the deadline, no way.”

You end up working all the way through the evening, stopping briefly to wander to the kitchen to make some coffee

Woojin was there making something to eat and he looked up at you in surprise

“Y/N? What are you doing here?”

“Oh I’m working on the group project with Jihoon, we’re a bit behind schedule”

Woojin looked disappointed, “Is that all? Jihoon hasn’t told you anything…interesting?”

You raise an eyebrow in confusion, “interesting? Oh you mean how he’s a trainee?”

“Yea-! wait no! He told you that he’s a trainee?”

“Yeah, it explains why he hasn’t been at lectures”

“Ah never mind that, there was something else he’s been wanting to ask you!” Woojin giggles, “Jihoon’s a good guy, just give him a chance alright.”

“A chance for what?”

“I said too much, never mind”

You shake your head, not too sure what Woojin was going on about, but you took the two coffees and headed back to Jihoon’s room

Closing the door behind you were about to ask Jihoon to decipher what Woojin had just said when you noticed him fast asleep at his desk

Setting down the coffee gently on a coaster you sighed.

This was probably the first time he slept in a while judging by his under eye bags

You walked slowly to his bed, and grabbed the fluffy blanket, placing it over him

You took in his appearance as you stood looking over him

He looked so relaxed when he was asleep, so different to the cold stare he had given that girl who confessed to him during your first encounter

His eyelashes are long and they flutter gently whenever he inhales, his body rising and falling steadily with each breath

You tear your eyes away from him and back to your laptop screen, trying to snap yourself out of the daze, you have to finish this project by tonight

It’s only moments later when you realise that you’ve also drifted off into a slumber

The feeling of something soft is over your shoulders, and you realise the blanket has moved from its owner and is now covering you

It smells like Jihoon though and you find yourself closing your eyes again relaxing in the warmth

—Wait. You fell asleep?

Your eyes flicker open just in time to see Jihoon printing out sheets of paper and stapling everything together

You glance at the clock and you swear your eyes are playing tricks on you when it reads 3AM

“When did I fall asleep??”

Jihoon is startled by your voice, causing him to drop the stapler he was holding

Both of you reach down to grab it, bumping heads at the same time

You both pull back rubbing your heads in pain, before looking at each other and bursting out into giggles

He looked at the clock, “You probably fell asleep a couple of hours ago, I finished the rest of it and printed everything out so don’t worry. It’s really late though so I should’ve woken you up earlier, I’m sorry.”

You shook your head, “It’s my fault! I shouldn’t have fallen asleep. But seeing as you’ve finished everything, I should probably head home now.”

“W-wait! Let me walk you home at least”

You were taken aback, but it was late, so you figured better be safe than sorry.

You only realised how cold it had gotten as you stepped outside and the air hit you

You shivered slightly, your cardigan wasn’t doing a great job at keeping you warm

Jihoon looked over at you as you walked together, noticing that your teeth were chattering

He reached into his pocket, and handed you his handwarmer

“Take it.”

You look at him in surprise, “Oh I’m fine really, we’re nearly at my place anyway.

“Just take it.” He places the handwarmer gently but firmly into the palm of your hand

The dim street lights make it hard to tell but you swear can see faint traces of a blush on Jihoon’s face

“Y/N, your hands are freezing?!”

You shrug, “it’s just bad circulation, i’ll be fine with the handwarmer, thank you”

Jihoon shakes his head in concern before grabbing both your hands in his

His hands are warm and soft against yours and you blush at the close proximity

He brings your hands up to his face and slowly breathes onto them, the warm air hitting them

It’s a sweet gesture and you’re getting even more flustered because who wouldn’t want their longtime crush to do something like this

You tried to divert your attention to something else, so you started up another conversation

“Oh, so Woojin was telling me that you had something interesting to tell me?”

“Oh um.” Jihoon lets go of your hands and scratches the back of his head awkwardly

You’re a bit sad at the sudden lack of warmth of his hands round yours but you just ignore the feeling

“Must be something juicy, what is it? Do you like someone?”

Jihoon’s eyes widen, and you realise you hit the nail on the head.

Your heart sinks a bit but you force a smile on your face, “ah how sweet, what are they like?”

He takes a deep breath, eyes practically glazing over as he speaks, “she’s beautiful, and kind and has the most breathtaking smile…”

You nod silently, glad that your house is literally only a few more steps away

“and also..well…you’d probably know better than me.” Jihoon stops walking, making you pause mid step.

“Uh….hmmm, is it Sohyun? oh, wait, what about Jaehee? Am I right? Yes? No?”

He’s looking directly at you, his stare burning straight through you. “You really have no idea who I’m talking about….”

You’re literally so confused, trying to think of everyone in your class.

“For someone as bright as you, you’re quite slow on the uptake aren’t you?”

Next thing you know, Jihoon has reached over to you and pulled you to him

His lips are sweet on yours and your mind is racing as his arms embrace you gently

You can feel his heart hammering quickly against his chest under your palm and you can feel your own heartbeat pounding in your ears

When you pull apart, both of you are too shy to make eyecontact and you splutter out a goodnight

you reach up and give him a quick peck on the cheek before zooming inside your house, immediately resting against the door as soon as it closes behind you

A few minutes later your phone chimes and you pick it up tentatively

It’s a text from Jihoon.

From: Park Winkboy:Hope you sleep well tonight and I’ll see you in the morning. Thanks for helping me out with the project.

You smile gently, and you’re texting a reply when your phone chimes again

From: Park Winkboy:P.S. I really like you

Chapter 3

Returning home that day, you had a new sense of determination. You weren't sure if it was different than that of this morning, considering you really did think you could make friends, but you hoped it was. Todoroki may have been one of the least approachable people in class that day, but for some reason you knew he'd be the easiest to talk to. Well, once you got him to acknowledge your existence.

As you swung open the door to the single story home, you were greeted by the sight of your mother, shuffling through bills at the kitchen table. She didn't seem upset with it, though, rather content in her chore. You admired your mother for that, always being content no matter what. Sending her a quick wave, you march down the hall to your room. You might not have looked it, but all those tests got you tired, let alone all the people trying to speak to you. They seemed nice enough, now that you could think back on it, why did you feel so scared at the time?

Tomorrow would be different, though, because now, you had a plan. The stone faced boy, shoto todoroki, was going to be your first friend. Or at least acquaintance.

You really just needed a nap, maybe some laying down peacefully on your bed to forget the disaster you acted like earlier. However, your cat had other plans. Mochi was perched happily in the center of your bed, curled up as cats do and looking way too adorable to be mad at. YOu cooed at her being so infuriatingly cute. Why couldn't you just go to bed peacefully as she does?

"Ahh, mom come here!" you whisper-yelled marching your way back to the kitchen.

"What, darling? Is it your quirk again?" she shouted excitedly, not moving from her spot.

"NO!Better!"

Her face contorted into a grin as you re-entered the room. "Oh? What could possibly be better than the great metallic's quirk?" she teased your nickname.

Ever since you were little you had been planning to be a pro, that came with lots of different possible hero names. Two years ago, Metallic came into the mix, as your dad suggested you use a more simple name.

"Mochi can, mom."

She giggled a bit, gesturing her hands to the handles of her wheelchair. " You'll have to take me then, I'm not sure Mochi is enough to sheel all the way away from my bills.." she continued to chuckle as you grumbled, but happily went behind her to push her forward.

"Hold on tight, then!"

"Wait, Y/N."

It was too late, you went zooming through the halls, giggling joyously as your mother laughed in fear. She knew you wouldn't let her fall, but she hated the feeling of needing to be picked up by her daughter and hauled into her chair. It made her feel unbelievably helpless.

"Woohoo!"

"Y/n, you passed your room."

"Oh, right, thanks mom!"

Backtracking a couple feet, you swung your room door open, revealing your little cat all fluffed up on your bed, eyes staring at you in alarm at your volume.

"I think you scarred her, hon."

"Shh, isn't she so cute, though? When I came home she was all cuddled up in my blankets."

"Yes, that cat is my favorite child, she is always quiet..." your mom mumbled, smirking although you couldn't see from behind her.

"Hey!"

"Ah, your right, maybe your brother too.." she faux pondered.

You pouted, not knowing if she was joking or not.

"Just kidding I love you all! But seriously hon I need to do the bills."

"Okay, want me to wheel you back?"

She shook her head, "No, I'm sure you're tired after school, go move that cat over and get a nap in before your dad gets home."

You were skeptical about letting her go back on her own, it wasn't more than twenty feet away, but you were protective of your mother. Seeing her even at the chance of pain was unbearable. Maybe it was the attachment that comes with her and dad being your only friends since day one, or your heroic nature, but her suffering was almost more painful to you.

She had always relentlessly assured you that she felt no pain in her legs, but it still always felt like it would. Especially when you were younger and first noticed how she could barely stand. See, when mom and dad met, dad had been an aspiring hero, while mom wanted to be a chef. Neither of them went to U.A, but he was in a hero course, while she was in general studies. It worked out for the most part, too. Dad had gotten his hero license at 18 and mom her first job at a small restaurant.

Didn't last, though. One day while mom was out shopping in the city, a large villain attack occurred. All might have come to fight with an unknown villain who seemed to fare quite scarily against him.

During the fight, however, moms legs were crushed under a fallen building, damaging many nerves and breaking bones. All might saved her that day, kept her from bleeding out and got her to a hospital safely, but the damage was very painful.

Mom never blamed that villain for her pain, or anyone for that matter. Once she began healing and started physical therapy, she had almost completely forgotten the pain of it all. Then, when she had you, she promised her husband that she would try her best to stand and walk and move for you. So her daughter always had someone to play with. Dad didn't like that, though. He wanted her to be safe, and not in pain.

So he hung up his cape and got a job in construction, given the family quirk it suited him well. With that, he could spend more time with you and your mother, looking after both of you.

That didn't stop the pain from getting to her, though, and the nerves going numb. Leaving her completely unable to walk now, but she wouldn't trade those years when you were little for anything. She just loved you too much to mind her own pain.

Smiling at the memory of the story your parents used to tell you, you fell asleep with one arm around mochi.

Todoroki never minded other kids. He spent most of his life training with his father, though he couldn't say he liked his father all that much either. Kids his age had a habit of making him jealous though, even if their lives weren't perfect, they didn't have endeavour for a father.

Still, mow he stood in his home bathroom, looking at his face in the mirror, practicing how to speak to you. Wondering what might male you smile.

It was stupid, really. He had been speaking all his life, words weren't all that hard, but he guessed je might have to try a little harder on these ones.

"Hello, im shoto."

No, you already knew that, you would probably think he is dumb.

"How does your quirk work?"

Metal, obviously. How could anyone have missed that after yesterday. Maybe if he tried to relate to you? But how could someone like him relate to you? You looked so pure, maybe not the happiest, but you didn't seem like you'd been to hell and back.

He thought you were likely just the nervous type, an overthinker.

"Hi, y/n."

"I'm sure that would work.."

Shoto's head jolted to the open bathroom door and he saw fuyumi standing there. He didn't know her well, but they lived together so he should have shut the door.

"What do you mean?" he questioned, not sure that was the right one at all.

"Brother, I don't know who you want to talk to, but, it's best if you speak in the moment, all you have to say is hi."

"Maybe to normal people." he spoke, still stone faced, not believing he would work.

"So this person isn't normal?"

"No, she apologizes too much."

Fuyumi laughed a bit, "What does that mean?"

"Well, after observing her today, I think if I said hi, she would just say sorry.." he pondered, imagining your cute face flustering and stuttering and putting an apology.

"Oh my, well I guess I'll leave you t0 it then."

"Um, thanks?"

School the next day was exciting for both of you. You, being ready to train and learn and make friends, and he to use his well rehearsed conversational skills. Little did the two of you know the dramatic training that would take place all but the second day of school. It wasn't like anything to be expected, the day started out with a simple english class led by present mic.

Having arrived barely on time due to the crazy long bike ride, you had no time to become friends with todoroki. However, upon first entering the school, you met the smart and pretty girl from the day before. It seemed she was still curious about your quirk, but this morning she was mindful of your anxiety.

Her movements were soft and her voice was calm and quiet as she questioned you on the way to class. The way she treated you was very settling, it made the brisk walk towards class 1-A just a bit easier today. No one had ever really spoken to you like that. Kids at your old school opted to ignore you because you were always busy anyways, or tease you for being sheltered and as they would say "innocent." You were not.

All of the things middle schoolers seemed to fancy were just irrelevant to your career as a hero, it made no sense to indulge them. So, given that history, this sweet girl, who had a habit of pulling and twisting the ends of her skirt, had made you feel ecstatic. Yaoyorozu had actually changed her demeanor to accommodate you, she really was too caring.

"Now, which of these four sentences contains a mistake?"

You weren't paying attention, to say the least. English and learning could wait for a time when the boy next to you wasn't looking so endearing. Today you learned he has different colored eyes as well, beautiful cerulean blue on one side and dark grey on the other. It was odd of you to be staring, even more odd at this boy you barely know, but something about that blue in his eye was so familiar, you just couldn't place it. Not to mention the burn scar residing around it.

It would be rude to ask, but you really were curious. Suppose that's a topic to remember when you know him better-if you know him better.

The class went by in a haze as you tried to find another pair of those blue eyes in your memory, but to no avail.

Then, you quietly shuffled down the halls to the lunch room. The line for lunch was very long, so you it was nerve racking to enter, but you wandered up and made your way there. Once you had your lunch, you took a long inhale, treasuring the steam of the rice that warmed your face.

The table's seemed mostly occupied, but you had to remind yourself there were probably no assigned groups. Everyone was new. Everyone was confused about where to sit. Or maybe they weren't? Maybe they made friends on the first day while you were busy apologizing...

"Hey, y/n, I still have some questions if you wanna sit with me?"

Startled by the voice, you jumped, the food on your tray doing a quick bounce to mimic you. The voice was recognized quickly, though, as the girl you'd spoken to earlier. It wouldn't hurt for todoroki to be your second friend, would it?

Turning over your shoulder you shot a half-assed smile at her to mask the sudden discomfort. She really was right behind you, had she been there the whole time?

You walked to a table in a corner, following her, and noticed a couple other girls there. It wasn't a new idea that in school settings, people often linked to stick with their own gender. It was just a bit of a shock that they could all bond so quickly over something so miniscule as being female.

In life your mom and dad had always equally been your best friends, it's an odd example but the dynamic is similar to if they were kids, too. That led you to believe there wasn't much difference between hanging around girls or guys. You wouldn't complain, anyone talking to you here was a blessing. Well, maybe not the yelling one.

"So, um, you had more questions?" you look up at momo warily.

Her face brightens in excitement as she pulls out a piece of paper. It seemed to be a list, had she been preparing questions? Geez, no need to make you feel special.

"So, you used your blood yesterday and somehow applied ample force to it to hurl a ball to an exact distance, care to um elaborate?"

The rice was just about to reach your mouth, but you paused, for her sake. Best to answer, then eat, although it smells delicious.

"Oh, well, you acknowledged earlier that my quirk has to do with metal, the medical term would be ferrokinesis. So, I was just manipulating small particles of iron, without unbonding them from my blood."

"Woahh, I totally didn't even know blood was like that..." Mina, the pink haired girl spoke, shaking her head and bouncing her beautiful curls as she did so.

Seeing her distraction, you shoved an ungodly amount of rice into your mouth, feeling a bit more comfortable already. Your cheeks squished out like a chipmunks and you chewed the best you could to both savor the flavor, and not choke.

"So you could do that with other people's blood?"

Mouth still full of food, you continued to answer casually.

"Well, I suppose I could.." you continued to chomp, voice slightly muffled by the rice in your cheeks,"but I'm not sure that'd be vewy hewoic of me."

E/c eyes glanced up at them casually to scope their opinions on your words, but the girls were too busy cooing at how adorable you were. Their sudden change of emotion caused an embarrassment trigger to go off in your mind. Cheeks heating up, but not showing any red. Eyes widening, you quickly swallowed the last of your rice, and sputtered out an apology for your disrespect.

"Oh gosh, it's rude to talk your mouth full, I'm sorry. My mother usually finds it funny because of the way my voice changes, but you're not my mom, haha. Wait!Um no she doest say that, um, I-"

"It's okay, you're adorable, and please don't say sorry, okay?" The girl with the sound quirk, and stylish hair spoke.

"Oh, um, yeah.."

Hero basic training. The moment of the day you'd been anticipating. Come to U.A. for the hero course, and this is the time of day you will always look forward to.

"I AM HERE!" You heard a voice boom from the doorway.

Sure enough, there he was. The number one pro hero, All Might himself. He was cool, but you preferred endeavour or best jeanist. It was just, he was so flashy, and people always depended on him for relief or safety, it didn't make sense. What happens when eventually, he is out of commission? Heroes that didn't worry about being some beacon of hope might be less comforting, but at least they'd get the job done now, and be easier to let go of later.

These thoughts, however, did not change the fact that you did still revere him. Who wouldn't? It All Might.

He went on a spiel about today's training, being ridiculously loud. Today wouldn't fight training, and it seemed the boy next to you was indifferent about that, but you, you were excited. This was what your quirk did best. Not to brag, but you'd say you have about a 7/10 chance of beating almost anyone in this class in hand to hand or quirk on quirk combat.

After all, you sacrificed your childhood to pursue it.

"But one of the most important things about being a hero is looking good-" The walls suddenly protrude outwards, causing your body to stiffen. Oh. It was the costumes. How exciting.

"Get yourselves suited up, and then meet me at training ground beta."

You happily obliged, rushing to grab your case and to change, this would most definitely be a fun training day!
