After what felt like 30 long and silent minutes of everyone collectively cleaning up the after math of that night, you finally broke the silence.. 

“Honestly Thank you guys sm for staying to help me with this crazy ass mess .. and you know…”  you spoke nodding your head in the direction of your bedroom referring to jeongin while avoiding saying his name like it was some type of bad omen.  

“No, Ofc!” Changbin spoke. 

“You know we wouldn’t leave you alone after all that happened tonight.” Felix added as he finished pushing all your furniture back into its designated places.  

“please" chris scoffed “as much time as we spend in this apartment, we’re practically your roommates! Ofc we’d stay to help out. ” he added as he came out the kitchen holding what sounded like a garbage bag full of empty solo cups and broken glass.  

“Girl go get some rest you're gonna need it, gimme that.” minho said while taking the broom and dustpan from your hands and shooing you away.  

“Agreed! ” Felix walked up behind you kissing the side of your head and gently rubbing your shoulders “You’re free to go shower and change or get comfy however you need darling.”  

“Nuh uh, you s-?” You turned around but he shut your protest down rather quickly. “I’m positive princess, go. We’ll take care of everything out here”  

“But -” 

“GO...I got it!” he turned you around ignoring the pout on your face as he nudged you in the direction of the hallway.  

It was nearly sunrise, and you were absolutely dreading the idea of having to face jeongin when he woke up. Even then in that moment walking into your bedroom to prepare for a shower, you dreaded even being in his presence. Just the thought of him possibly waking up at any given second was eating you alive, REGARDLESS to the sound of his grizzly bearlike snores and the sight of drool sliding down the sides of his mouth, indicating that he was VERY much sound asleep. However, You never even made it passed the doorframe of your room before the anxious knots in your stomach told you to turn around and run right back down that hallway.  

“ lix ... i cant- I cant do it.” you whisper panicked running up to him and grabbing his hand. 

“cant what baby ?”  “ i feel so nasty and guilty, i can't even look at him right now what if we wakes up!??”      

“ baby... first of all you have nothing to feel guilty for. And secondly, he slept through the sound of you trying bash sophies face in with glass liquor bottles...  I'm pretty sure that dude is not waking up any time soon my love” he let out a chuckle. “What if he does thoooo!??” you whined “ im not ready to face him babe what will i say to him huh??? Oh, hey there jeongin i just tried to kill your girlfriend because shes such a shitty unfaithful stupid little bitch, how did you sleep?” felix cackled out loud this time pulling you into a hug and kiss to calm your racing mind. “ okay okay I'll get your clothes for you, no worries princess”  

“ugh, thank you so much lix youre actually an angel“ 

“no problem jagi , tshirt or hoodie?”  

“hoodie” you continued to pout slightly , while trying to brush the weight of tomorrows worries away  “sweatpants or shorts?"

“shorts please” 

“mkay, be back in a jiff!!”  he began walking down the hall to your bedroom “pink towel, black loofa please!!” you yelled out to him. 

“you got it!” he answered back “you're so amazinggg, you deserved the world!! “ you thanked him aloud once more “ i already have her” he sing songed back to you as you smiled to yourself thanking the heavens you could go a least few more hours avoiding the inevitable.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           ~~~~~                                                                                                                                                                                           

“... no im telling you it was weird as fuck! Like her whole aura just completely changed when she saw him.” ( felix) 

“putting two and two together he clearly had to have said or done something to her for her to be so angry. We’ve known y/n for a long ass time and I've never seen her more mad than she was tonight.” (minho) 

“besides trying to murder sophie..” (changbin) 

“yes... besides that! Also not to mention his face was bright fucking red when we came back upstairs and they were the only two in the apartment.” (minho) 

“it WAS! Idk what happened but im pretty positive she smacked the shit out of him.” (changbin) 

“ hold on?... Yall left her ALONE  with that fucking scumbag?” lix raised his voiced stressfully running a hand through his hair as he scooted closer to the edge of the sofa, beginning to get more irritated by the conversation he and the boys were having. 

“WHOA! Hold on!” minho pointed at felix also scooting to the edge of his seat jumping quickly at the only opportunity he had to both calm felix down AND defend himself. “ it wasn't like that at all, the three of us went downstairs to get the birthday cakes out the car while y/n came upstairs because she had to use the bathroom. Alex was actually already here setting up his DJ equipment before y/n even got back!” 

“yeah thats true.. And that really only took about 10 minutes, truth be told. ” (chris) 

“and where tf was jeongin?!” (felix) 

“he and sophie had ran out to get ice” (changbin) 

“Listen, all i know is whatever happened it is NOT to be taken lightly. y/n is a tough girl and not much is going to make her cry so we WILL be getting to the bottom of this TODAY, THIS hour.” (chris) 

“ SHE CRIED!? ... oh imma kill him” felix let out a sinister almost emotionless chuckle as he slightly rocked back and forth in his seat being only seconds away from crashing out. 

“wait deadass? When??” (changbin) 

“im deadass. It was before the party started like right when the guests started arriving. I went in the kitchen just to chat with her and i noticed she was having a moment, she tried to brush me off but you know i always call her bluff.” (chris)

“and what did she say? Because Bin tried to ask what was wrong and she seemed too angry to even speak, she gave us a look but that was about it. she just poured herself a drink then went out to get some air on the balcony.”  (minho)

“ she didn't really tell me anything all she said was that she felt stupid and violated.. So ofc i told her i would handle that shit right then if she just told me what happened, but she insisted on dropping it and initially I wasn't going to but i just let it go and held her for a little bit once i saw her shed a few tears... however she did promise me that we would talk about it later and shes good for keeping a promise so ofc i trust her to do so.” (chris) 

“yeah... im ready to go to jail” Felix let out yet another emotionless chuckle. 

“okay, something definitely did happen between the two, yes. But lets just breathe and hear it from y/n first before we start collecting bail money.” ( changbin) 

“man fuck all that fr! I need answers this shit is really starting to eat at me” (felix) 

They were so caught up  in their conversation that they didnt even hear you come out the bathroom and back down the hallway. 

“So is sleep out of the question?” you spoke, making your Prescence known as they all snapped their heads in your direction. 

“entirely outta the question my love, we have quite a few things to talk about” felix responded patting the spot next to him on the sofa signaling you to sit and join the conversation.  

You hesitantly took a seat next to Felix on the sofa across from minho and chris, as changbin was sat in the loveseat to your right. Taking  a look around the room you let out a shaky sigh really not wanting to have this conversation after the hectic night you had but you knew you couldn't put it off any longer or they all would lose their fucking minds.  

“Take your time kiddo, no pressure.” Chris spoke softly sensing your body tensing up. 

“Whenever you're ready love, we trust you.” felix added holding your hand and kissing the back of your knuckles. 

“y/nnnnie dont look so upset” changbin spoke next “ you know we’re not here to scold you, you did nothing wrong we just want to protect you and know that you're safe.” 

“ we just want to know what happened is all babe.” felix pulled you into a hug and began rubbing your back to calm you down.  

“ i know i know...” you took a deep breath and let out another heavy sigh.  

“just relax a bit, I'll go make some tea.” minho spoke before getting up and walking to the kitchen.  

It took about an hour-long conversation to tell the guys what alex had did and explain everything in detail. Emotions were very high but somehow you were able to calm them all  down and convince them to let it go at least for now. Chris had kept insisting that you press charges against him but you let it be known that you genuinely didnt feel the need to because one, you were more than proud that you found the strength to defend yourself when you really needed to, plus you were almost positive that nasty smack you gave him would leave a bruising. Secondly, you knew that regardless to lix being calm in that moment, he was definitely still on hots and there would be absolutely nothing nobody could do to stop him from beating alex’s ass again the next time he saw him. So for you the score board was 3 to 1, in your head it was perfect girl math. (LMAO) and truth be told you really didn't want to get lix involved and have him end up with assault charges for beating this man's ass multiple times. You just wanted to let it go and forget it all for as long as you possibly could.  

After the conversation had died, everyone just sat in complete silence with their own thoughts for a few minutes. Tiredness, worry and deep frustration sketched over the faces of everyone in the room. Not that you didn't already know this but this moment made it so evident how much your friends and boyfriend truly, truly cared about you.  

“ughhh! That was alot..I need another blunt” Felix broke the silence with a deep sigh.  

You lifted your head off of his shoulder to get up from your spot on the sofa, reaching for your stash box sitting on the coffee table in front of you. “I’ll roll , yall can meet me on the balcony in 5” you left a kiss on the top of Felix's head before walking out to the balcony. 

A few minutes had passed before both chris and lix joined you on the balcony, while bin and minho stepped out on a breakfast run for you guys. It was a bit passed 7 a.m the sun was out and the birds were chirping. You sat in silence while the joint rotated between the 3 of you. What you would normally consider to be a beautiful morning, had actually become the one thing you were dreading the most. You tried to at least enjoy the morning breeze against your skin as you ignored the burning feeling in your chest that jeongin would be waking up pretty soon and you would then have to face yet another conversation you did NOT want to have.  

Just as you finished up your smoke session and went back inside you heard the door to your bedroom creak open with jeongins voice immediately following “hey, where's Sophie? She didn't stay?” 

“Speak of the fucking devil...” you whispered to yourself.  

“bro .. what exactly are you trying to say to me right now?!” jeongin raised his voice, you could see frustration visibly building within him.  

“jeong listen.. You really need to start seeing sophie for the person she truly is or youre gonna end up broken in the end.” you said as calmly as you could.  

“so what im supposed to breakup with her and end my relationship because you say so?!” 

“jeongin if you'd just calm down and listen to what i have to say you would understand where im coming from.”  

“well wtf are you saying y/n? Stop beating around the bush!” 

“basically me and sophie got into a fight last .. and it almost got physical.” 

“what?? y/n tell me you did not hit her?? what could have possibly happened while i was asleep for y'all to even get into it like that?!” 

“i didnt get the chance to but you can thank chris and felix for that” 

“so what youre telling me is that you get drunk and sassy then start picking fights with your friends? I swear you cant leave drunk women unattended for shit” jeongin rolled his eyes and ran a hand through his hair as he walked away to pick up his phone, most likely to check on his girlfriend. 

“wth? jeongin when i have i ever not been able to hold my liquor?! It was the end of the night the party was already over by that time and i had already sobered up, just shut up and listen for a moment.” 

He let out a sigh as he flopped down on the sofa with his eyes still glued to his phone “im listening” he replied with annoyance lingering in his tone of voice. 

There was a quick moment of hesitation as you shared a nervous look between chris and felix “ you know you're my best friend and i love you right?”   

Breaking his gaze from his phone, He finally looked up at you clearly super annoyed with the conversation at this point “ ...yes” he replied with a blank stare. 

“ and you know I'd never lie or do anything to hurt you right?” 

“right ... except try to beat up my girlfriend” he said in a low sarcastic tone rolling his eyes before looking at his phone again 

“it wasnt unprovoked, jeongin! theres more to that story!” 

“like i said , im listening!! But im not hearing shit?!” 

“sophie kissed me!” chris blurted out, not being able to take your stalling any longer.  

And just like, the air and the whole atmosphere of the room had entirely changed like a press of a button. His face went to stone as he stood up from the sofa with his phone tightly gripped in his hand.  

“what did you just say?” he raised his eyebrow challenging Chris in a cold tone. 

“she had been making advances and throwing herself at me from the moment you passed out in y/n’s room, i told her NO multiple times and she literally forced herself on me in the kitchen.” 

“bullshit!” he glared at Chris. 

“Lix and i walked in on it .. we literally seen it with our own eyes, jeong..” you defended Chris in the softest voice you could, really not wanting jeongin to get any angrier than he already was. 

“BULLSHIT!” he repeated, turning to scream in your direction this time. 

“YO! WATCH IT! Felix yelled back at him wasting no time to defend you. He quickly stood up in the middle of you two, reaching behind himself to grab your hand once he realized the loudness of his deep voice had startled you. 

“wtf is this some sick and twisted joke?!” 

“jeongin, mate ..we have no reason to lie to you. I know this is a lot to take in right now and its gonna be rough but Sophie is no good ... we’re your closest friends and we just want what's best for you.” chris tried to calm him even knowing that was likely not to happen. 

Jeongin said nothing, he just let out a sarcastic dry laugh as he walked away from the conversation. The apartment stood quiet waiting for him to return back to the living room. And when he did, he followed the silence, quietly flopping back down on the sofa once more to put on his sneakers.  

And that was Chris’s last straw, jeongin’s silence had sent him over the edge. “SO WHAT?? IM A LIAR NOW?.. AS  LONG AS WEVE BEEN BEST FRIENDS THIS IS HOW YOU ACT OVER A FUCKING GIRL THAT DOESNT EVEN DESERVE YOU TO BEGIN WITH!?” 

Jeongin kept his silence as he continued to take his time putting his shoes on almost as if he was ignoring Chris. 

“Well if that's what you think wait for minho and changbin to come back and ask them yourself, they were here for it was well!” 

“nah I'm good” jeongin put on a false nonchalant act.  

“so you don't believe any of us is what you're saying? Minho, bin, y/n, lix, and i are all just gonna lie on your girlfriend unprovoked??” 

“i just dont undertsand when we started ganging up on eachother instaed of talking shit out ??!” 

“IS THAT NOT WTF WERE TRYING TO DO RIGHT NOW??” chris barked back. 

“ yall BEEN holding hostility against sophie, you think im fucking dumb i peeped the energy shift a WHILE ago!!” 

“ thats because sophie is a fucking werido jeong!” you jumped in to defend chris once more “Shes been doing hella weird and shady shit for a long ass time, but for the sake of YOU we tried to keep the peace and keep it under wraps! I even distanced myself from her a while ago because shes been lying on me and acting hella phony. Youre like my little brother ofc i didnt want to bring it up and end up putting you into a predicament where you had to choose between her and your friends that would be fucking ridiculous ..” 

“You think i wanna be doing this right now?! Jeongin us having to have this conversation is hurting my fucking heart because you love so blindly!! you dont even realize what this girl is doing to you!” your passionate argument had turned into screaming at this point and you were afraid that the love you held for your best friend and the action of trying to protect him had gotten lost in translation.

“i dont realize what shes doing to me?? wtf is she even doing ?!!?” he barked back at you  clearly clueless and stubborn not even putting any effort to try and understand your point of view. 

“oh my... fucking goodness ..” felix let out a loud frustrated sigh as he slouched back into the sofa. He and chris both facepalming simultaneously as you just stood there looking at him like he had four heads.. 

“dude.. She basically cheated on you! She kissed me.. ANOTHER MAN!! That man being one of your best friends and your roommate...that's literally right under your nose!! so she clearly doesn't give a fuck about you, she didnt even have the decency to do it outside of your friend group, jeongin” at this point chris knew good and well that the only reason jeongin continued to argue back was because he was embarrassed and in denial. 

He stood quiet for a few seconds just upset and breathing heavy not really having much to say to continue defending sophie (because what is there even to defend DROP THAT HOE!) 

“so what, she just left after that happened?!” jeongin spoke again attempting to argue back 

“no... I tried to take her fucking head off because why would she ever do some grimey shit like that?! But these two wouldn't let me hit her so i kicked her outta my fucking house.” you spoke with annoyance.

“ that shit dont make no fucking sense why would she try to kiss chris when we’re literally dating and everyone that was in here knows that!!” he raised his voice again 

“bingo dipshit!” felix’s frustration had began turning into sassy side remarks  

“THAT RIGHT THERE IS OUR POINT EXACTLY!!” you screamed starting to feel like you were talking to a brick wall 

“not TRY might i add .. she DID kiss me. She quite literally grabbed my face and kissed me after i told her to stop.” chris added in a sarcastic tone, he was pissed that this conversation was even still going on. 

“call her.” felix chimed in but jeongin just glared in his direction not saying anything. 

“call her right now with all of us here and ask her why she got into it with y/n last night 

He went silent once more ignoring felix entirely before getting up from the sofa to go grab his jacket and keys. 

This silence was much thicker than each one previously, and it left loud feelings of frustration and utter disbelief lingering in the air.  

“jeong, you deadass?..” you spoke again, standing frozen. All the anger in your body wholly dissipating, being replaced with the hurt that was painfully evident in your voice as it trembled slightly. 

Realizing how badly he fucked up, jeongin once again chose to stay silent and avoid your gaze. 

“Denial is a fat bitch to swallow isn't it?” felix scoffed. 

“ Fuck off, felix!” jeongin bit back as he began walking towards the front door 

“right back at ya cunt!” felix barked in a harsh tone as he flipped him the bird 

“you're mad at the wrong people idk wtf else to tell you but if you wanna choose to be stupid for this fucking girl than have fun with the outcome!” chris dusted his hands with the situation and walked away as jeongin walked in the opposite direction, storming out of the apartment slamming the door behind him  

You stood there staring at the door almost stuck in a trance. There was nothing you wanted more than for him to come back through that door or for this to just be some bad dream  but it most definitely was not.   

Slowly turning around towards felix who was already slowly making his way towards you feeling the sadness in your aura. He gently grabbed your hand immediately rubbing his thumb over the back of your kunckles in an attempt to comfort you. Your watery eyes met his apologetic ones and he could feel everything you were feeling in the that moment. He was pissed because every single thing that you were scared of happening had just come true.  

“ lix.. Please tell me i did not just lose my best friend over this bitch..” your voice was almost a whisper with a barely audible sob leaving your mouth before you could even finish your sentence. The tears began to fall at a rapid pace and there wasnt much lix could even say to comfort you. “ i knew it... i knew this shit was gonna happen!” the tears kept flowing He felt so defeated, and the only thing he could do was the one thing he does best, and that was hold you. He held you on the sofa for hours. You had cried and cried, fell asleep, woke up and cried some. Minho and changbin had come back and immediately realized exactly what had happened. Chris filled them in on all the details of how ridiculous jeongin was being and of course they were just as heated as the rest of you were. The guys had all ended-up crashing in your guest bedroom before felix had woken up and carried you to your bed so that you could rest properly. It was definitely needed after so much emotional destress on top of you being awake for 24+ hours and all the partying and drinking that had happened right before all the drama.

ZZZ Headcanons

Help this game has taken over my free time I love these characters sm <3 Billy Soukaku and Ellen my beloved

Nicole: has a not so secret hobby of bedazzling anything and everything. It’s a real problem in the Cunning Hares apartment, nothing is safe from pink rhinestones and stickers

Anby: cracked at rhythm games to an alarming degree. Can do a 2 person extremely hard DDR song all by herself

Billy: I don’t know how they did it but they programmed an android with autism. Has his own version of a skincare routine which is basically just maintenance on all of his tiny mechanical parts. Can also gain power multiple ways, including solar power. The apartment complex where the Cunning Hares live had a blackout once and everyone used Billy as a personal charging port. Nicole promised to pay him in Starlight Knight merch.

Nekomata: cuts her own hair and offers to do it for other people. DO NOT trust her when she says she’s good at it

Grace: did gymnastics as a kid which is why she’s able to pull off a ton of backflips and flexible maneuvers in battle

Anton: uses actual cement to keep his hair spikes in shape. Koleda caught him in the act once and instead of chewing him out, she decided to apply some to her own hair and now they’re cement combover gang

Ben: is completely vegan and loves chilling at hot springs a lot. Still sleeps with stuffed animals btw

Koleda: I’m making it canon right now Koleda is trans and you can’t do shit about it. Also has welding as a hobby and made most of her accessories from scratch

Corin: when not in Victoria Housekeeping Co uniform, is a Jfashion junkie. I’m talking super dedicated Lolita fits, menhera inspired clothing, the whole shebang. She ofc designs a lot of her own stuff like her bear backpack and is also responsible for a lot of the accessories Victoria Housekeeping Co wears (Rina’s bows, Ellen’s shark jaw head and neckpieces, Lycaon’s eyepatch and tail straps). She also has a massive crush on Ellen and is too scared to admit it

Rina: has a fur allergy and can’t keep animals around. Which also means she’s allergic to Lycaon. She has to take so much Zyrtec before clocking in but has such a good poker face that Lycaon has no idea. Ellen knows tho

Lycaon: specifically wears the heeled boots and has his odd posture because he’s self conscious about his digitigrade legs, he thinks they’re unsightly for a butler of his standing to have. He also tries to encourage Ellen to wear a long maid dress like Rina does to hide her tail.

Ellen: coincidentally falls into a lot of shark stereotypes. She loves seafood, has to constantly be fidgeting or she feels like she’ll go mad, and the kicker, she gets frenzied around blood, or if the thing she’s fighting puts up a struggle. Corin accidentally cut her hand while repairing her saw blade once and both Lycaon and Rina could barely hold Ellen back once Corin began bleeding. Ellen feels awful for scaring the already timid girl. Corin secretly thought it was hot and would die on the spot if anyone knew that

Soukaku: despite being a huge foodie this girl cannot cook for shit. Is also physically cold to the touch and during the summer her coworkers will ask her to hold their drinks because they’ll stay cold. Soukaku always secretly sneaks sips every time they do this to her.

Miyabi: has the worst sleep schedule known to man. Sometimes you’ll find her awake at 3AM and conked out by 4PM, other times she goes to bed at 8PM and wakes up at 4AM. It’s inconsistent and irregular and a gamble trying to contact her outside of work because she might not even be awake

Harumasa: GAY GAY HOMOSEXUAL GAY. Also pretty cracked at chess and other strategy games. Is also a major old fashioned guy and doesn’t own a lot of modern technology. He’s not into retro or old stuff, he just doesn’t like new stuff

Yanagi: her glasses are fake. When she was younger she needed them, but her vision had naturally gotten better over the years, so she now wears contacts, but for some reason still insists on wearing her glasses. Loses them constantly during battle.

Lucy: even though she was forced to play piano as a kid, she really wanted to be a sporty girl and play stuff like soccer and baseball. Now she has the freedom to take part in the sports she likes and watch them surrounded by the people she likes

Piper: insanely picky eater to the point it drives Lucy up a wall. Is also picky about a lot of other things, like how different fabrics feel, different comfort levels of chairs and beds, girl is a complainer and will always find something to complain about

Lighter: has a side gig as a tattoo artist, has really stable hands too

Soldier 11: has 5 younger brothers, a younger sister, and 2 older siblings who she doesn’t see super often. Has divorced parents who also liked to adopt, which is why she has such a huge family. Her younger brothers love it when she comes home and plays secret agent military with them

Seth: can’t drive. That’s it send tweet.

Qingyi: is outwardly dismissive of meditation tricks and hacks and tips but utilizes that shit in private ALL the time.

Zhu Yuan: shares the vegetables she grows in her garden with all her neighbors. Is also a REALLY good cook to the point people have encouraged her to potentially consider a different career path

At first when I started getting into Eddsworld again, I struggled to come up with a definitive design for Matt, so I mainly experimented how he’d look in a bunch of different outfits, and I played around with how he’d present himself. I started off just presenting him masc, but over time, I started kinda embracing how differently he’d present, and he tends to fluctuate from fem, masc, to androgynous, and often somewhere in the middle. This idea started to develop in my art and even through the roleplays I do as him too!

I thought it would’ve been a really cool way to explore representing genderfluid characters and experiment writing characters with different backgrounds. And of course, since my experience is different, if I ever eff up the representation, feel free to always let me know guys HAGSHA I’m always open to tips for improving my writing and art. :-)

I like to think his experience with gender during high school took a while for him to fully feel comfortable with it. He never saw himself as strictly male. He’s comfortable being called he/him, but there were times where, yeah, that always fluctuated. Times in high school prom where he’d wear a suit, and whenever he’d see others wear dresses, he always wondered how he’d look in them, sometimes gender envy in a way. At one point when he was calling Edd, he even considered going by a different name.

Matt today still occasionally gets called “Coral”, since her hair color reminds the others of coral. :-] She uses Matt more, but whenever she hears Coral from time to time, she smiles a big BIG grin and gets really jumpy and excited.

Over time, Matt started experimenting with her gender expression. She tried on a dress that she borrowed from her mum one night.

Matt: “Hey, mum.”

Amelia: “Huh? What is it?”

Matt: “Can I borrow a dress real quick?”

Amelia: “…??? Are you going out or something, hun?”

Matt: “………………”

Amelia: “HAHA! I mean, sure, you can, but why? I thought you hated dresses.”

Matt: “It’s just gonna be for a few minutes.”

Amelia: “OKAYY! Well make sure you put it back in my closet!” (In her mind: “Well, that’s odd! Oh well!”)

And that’s where this drawing came to be!

Nothing but absolute euphoria.

Matt never really saw himself as entirely JUST a girl. He liked the idea of wearing feminine stuff, dresses and skirts, putting on makeup, and wearing nail polish, but he was also comfortable being a dude! Maybe growing out his hair to have it dyed and slightly curled would be nice, some hoop earrings, eyeliner, and a stubble. I am totally not foreshadowing.

Over time, past high school, into college, and afterwards to the present, Matt recognized there really wasn’t any boundary or restriction holding him back from how he wanted to dress up or present himself, and we get Matt today! Over time he grew even more comfortable presenting more fem, but absolutely fuckin loves looking masc or fem or ANYTHING EVERYWHERE IN BETWEEN! She basically doesn’t really mind at all what she’s called. Whenever people ask Matt what her gender is, he usually replies “Me? Oh, I’m Matt!”

She’s grown super passionate about fashion and makeup, and loves picking out outfits for her hubbies. I’d say out of all the crew, I draw Matt with the most different outfits all the time. I rarely really draw her with her hoodie LMFAOOO

Hell is Forever (But Thankfully Colds Aren’t)

“Ugh, kill me now,” Adam groans for the umpteenth time that day. “I thought this was supposed to be heaven. Why are there still fucking colds in heaven?! hhuh… hh’TSHOO!”

“It’s by design,” Lute says, completely unfazed by the fact that Adam seems to refuse to cover a single sneeze. “If Angels were immune to illness or injury, that would take away our sense of purpose and self-preservation. Plus, it teaches us humility, something you desperately need.”

“Great,” Adam says sarcastically, rolling his eyes. “I bet it was that stupid princess and her spooky gremlin girlfriend that did this to me. *snff*”

“Through the hologram?” Lute asks, unimpressed.

“Through the fucking hologram!” he bemoans. “Hell and their crazy, weird-ass germs. I’m gonna exterminate the fuck outta those sinners when I get down thehh… hhH’HASSHOO!“

“Bless you,” Lute says. “What is that, the tenth time today?” It’s a joke intended to ruffle his feathers a bit, and it seems to accomplish just that.

“Oh, shut up,” Adam says, grabbing a tissue and blowing his nose loudly. He attempts to throw it like a basketball into the nearest trash can and misses. “I’m gonna kill whoever gave me this fucking cold. I feel like shit. How do I know if it’s the flu or just a cold again? Or is it something worse and I’m finally gonna kick the bucket?”

“You’re not dying,” Lute says, thoroughly exasperated. “You just have a cold and it’ll get better in a few days. The best thing to do is rest so you don’t make it worse. If you keep talking so much, you’ll hurt your throat.”

“Oh yeah? Says who?” Adam asks boisterously, though he immediately falls into a harsh coughing fit right after. “Lute—” he says between coughs, "I’m dying—”

Lute looks at her commander and briefly wonders about how difficult it would be to ascend to power. No, she decides, not today. She moves over to Adam’s side and pats his back in the least awkward way possible (for her). “Just breathe,” she says as gently as her voice allows. “It’ll pass.”

And it does. Adam catches his breath soon after and tries to brush it off as though nothing just happened and he didn’t just see the gates of heaven, well, outside of his day job.

“You’ve only been given a couple of days to rest,” Lute reminds him, not wanting to fall behind on important business. Heaven is very demanding, even for its higher-ups. “Think you’ll be fine by then?”

“No,” Adam says, and it’s starting to sound like he’s being genuine. Maybe. “Can’t imagine I can shake this in two days. I’m really getting my ass kicked here.” He blows his nose again, an unsettling gurgling sound.

Lute can’t believe this is her life. Yes, she is Adam’s lieutenant, but surely this is above her pay grade? Still, something inside her stirs and she can’t just leave him alone when he’s this miserable, can she?

Adam started feeling a little off the day prior, but he chalked it up to getting less sleep than usual. It was only when he woke up today that he realized just how fucked he was. He called Lute immediately, saying that he needed her for something very important. Apparently the “very important” thing is waiting on Adam hand and foot while he complains and throws tissues outside of the trash can.

“I might be able to get you a third day off if you really need it,” Lute says and she doesn’t miss the way Adam’s eyes light up in a way they haven’t all day. It would almost be cute if it wasn’t so pathetic. “But only if you’re not feeling better by tomorrow. I can’t having you shrugging off work when we have another extermination coming up.”

“Sounds goohh…good *snf* Hang on, I’m gonna…gonna snee— hH’ESCHIEW! hhH’ETCHHIU!“

It’s getting annoying at this point. Adam sneezes again and rubs his nose with his sleeve, which Lute winces at because of how much his nose was dripping just moments ago. She’ll have to clean that later, won’t she?

So far, Adam has asked for cough drops, a new box of tissues, a heating pad, the temperature to be turned down, more blankets, less blankets, more pillows, and a cup of tea. None of these things he attempted to get himself nor did he ask for any of them at the same time. It’s been a tough day for both of them.

“What, you’re not going to bless me?” Adam asks, pushing her buttons. He sniffles and Lute doesn’t know how much longer she can go hearing his sneezing, coughing, and sniffling. Not to mention his incessant talking that seems to stem from a place of boredom.

Being one of the only people Adam trusts enough to let into his circle (genuinely, and not just to use them for one of his whims) has its perks and its downsides. This is definitely one of the downsides.

But honestly…it’s not that bad. Lute has taken care of whinier people at some point in all of her years of existence, and this doesn’t even come close to that. It’s annoying, but it’s just Adam. Adam may be annoying, but he’s safe.

And if she were in his position, she would want to be taken care of and doted on too. She can’t really blame him, especially when he’s feeling as awful as she knows he is. His throat sounds better than it did earlier that morning, but he’s much more congested and lethargic. What he really needs is some rest, so what Adam doesn’t know is that there may or may not be a light sleep aid in his tea. She thought it would have kicked in by now.

Lute glares at him in response, and Adam laughs which just leads to more coughing. “Watch this be allergies,” he half-says, half-wheezes before he catches his breath.

“I don’t think it is, sweetheart,” Lute says coldly. She knows Adam isn’t allergic to anything other than fragrances and last time she checked, she’s not wearing any. There’s no way it’s anything but a nasty cold. He didn’t have a fever the last time she checked, and he doesn’t feel excessively warm when she leaves her hand on his back for a second longer to check his temperature.

There’s now a slight heaviness to his eyelids that he didn’t quite notice before. It’s making him feel out of it. “You really think those demon fuckers got one of our own?” he asks, suddenly quite serious. “That means any of one us…”

The suddenness of the question catches Lute off-guard. “Cease that line of thinking,” she demands. “All of us will be fine. It’s unfortunate that one of our own fell, but that will be the last angel they ever harm. Once we get down there on Extermination Day, we’ll—”

“hhH’ESSHHIU!”

“Never mind,” Lute sighs. “Just focus on recovering and then we can talk strategy later. Need anything from me right now? I can go get you some more tea if you need it.” It’s an offer she expects him to take her up on in a matter of seconds, but he’s oddly silent for a moment after she asks.

“Nah,” he eventually decides, “‘m fine like this. Just…hang around for a little while longer, yeah?” It’s the biggest show of vulnerability Adam is willing to display. Actually asking for help? For someone to stick by him in his rare moment of weakness? It’s almost unheard of.

But not impossible, evidently.

And who is Lute to ignore a direct request from her commander? It’s definitely not because she wants to stick around and make sure he’s alright. And it’s certainly not because she’s genuinely rly worried about him. Definitely not.

“Sure,” she agrees. “I suppose I have some free time.” Her entire schedule has been cleared just to look after Adam, but whether or not he knows that is debatable. “Sneeze on me and I’ll kill you,” she warns.

“You really think I’d do thahht… HH’ETTSHIEW!”

Thankfully, Lute has the foresight to quickly grab a tissue and cover his sneeze. “Bless you,” she says. “And stop spreading your germs everywhere. You don’t want to get anyone else sick, do you?”

“Ub, I do’t really care,” Adam says, taking the tissue from Lute’s hand and blowing his nose for what is starting to feel like the millionth time that day. “I just want this fucking cold to be finished with me and move on to the next guy.”

‘The next guy’ will probably be Lute at this rate, with the way he’s sneezed on practically every surface of this room by now. A small part of her doesn’t want to blame him because he genuinely seems to have no clue what he’s doing when it comes to just…being sick. But that’s only a small part of her.

“Why am I so tired?” Adam asks, yawning loudly. His eyes start to droop shut, but he manages to keep himself awake for now. He rolls over in bed and sniffles.

“Who knows?” Lute knows. “It’s probably just the cold making you tired. It’s good to get some rest, anyway. Have you actually slept at all?” Knowing Adam, the answer is probably “no.” The lack of a sense of self-preservation is astonishing.

As expected, he shakes his head. “I just can’t sleep when my nose is all clogged, y���know? It’s a little better today though, so I might actually be able to sleep tonight.”

Good boy, she thinks. Go to sleep and stop being my problem. Instead, what she says is, “I think it’ll do you some good to try and rest. You sound terrible.”

“I sound perfectly fine,” Adam insists, though the congested sniffle he gives immediately afterwards doesn’t exactly lend itself to his point. “Just tryin’ to…sleep…”

He’s slowly starting to doze off. Lute keeps herself still, trying not to startle him so he’ll actually fall asleep. It seems to work because she can hear his congested snores in a matter of minutes.

Great, her shift is over. For now. But…why does she feel kind of bad? It’s not like Adam’s never been sick before, but getting sick right after announcing an extermination in sixth months is unfortunate timing. Plus, he does seem really sick. No healthy person would sneeze that much.

“Sleep well,” she says softly, making sure Adam is really asleep before turning off the lights and leaving the room.

He’ll be fine, but a part of her is worried about what’s to come.

you were tough, independent, and didn’t care what anyone had to say about you. that mindset helped you a lot, especially since you were in an awkward situation being the only girl in a hot “all-boy” band. honestly though, you could pretend the mean comments didn’t hurt or that the snarky remarks didn’t even phase you, but truthfully they did. you tried masking it as best as you could but when you were all alone, it hit like a train wreck. considering you were especially close with the hottest member, tom, the guitarist didn’t help either. you’ve know him and his twin since high school, when they first met and recruited you.

they found you performing at a recital your vocal coach was holding and in their words “fell in love with you immediately.” bill was the real star the, the main singer. you would get major solos here and there but bill took the stage most of the time leaving you as a filler member. everyone had their own role, just for them except you who had to share one of you could even call it that considering bill did most the work. this was your biggest insecurity as a member and the “fans” knew that so they dig into you like crazy, but sometimes people had good things to say which was what kept you going.

you spent most of your free time privately scrolling endlessly on sites reading and reading about what others said about you until you couldn’t take it anymore or one of the members snapped you out of it, usually it was tom. tom was like the light in all the darkness, he really saved you during bad days and could read you like an open book. he always knew what to say and when to say them and never made you feel bad. you knew he was meant for being a total flirt but in private he’s genuinely a really sweet person. speaking of tom, you remember you had to meet the band for a rehearsal before a huge gig tomorrow. it slipped your mind so you quickly put your shoes on and left the house.

at the studio, tom, bill, and gustav were already there leaving georg to be the last one to arrive which left some relief knowing you weren’t the only one late. you greeted tom first as you walked over to give bill a hug, he’s been the nicest to you since you guys first met and without him, you wouldn’t have even been in the band. you reached for a water bottle and left to go to a warmup room. it seemed like bill had already warmed up without you so you tried to make it fast so rehearsal could start.

you walked out the room after you finished and greeted georg who had just arrived. you reached for the mic that bill was handing you and got to your designated spot next to tom where you always stood during rehearsal or shows. if it wasn’t obvious by now, you had a massive crush on tom but couldn’t show it obviously die to the fans already speculating something between you two in addiction to the hate you would get, plus you knew tom would never date you since he always had a girl in hand.

“late as usual,” he said. “yea, did you miss me?” you asked. “you know i always do”, he said charismatically which made you fold instantly. you guys got started though and things got serious, bill was very strict with rehearsals, especially today since there was a show tomorrow. “alright let’s get started then,” bill said with a stern face which everyone knew as his “stop messing around and get to work” face. due to the show being tomorrow you and bill didn’t really use your voices as much as you usually did any other rehearsal but just listened to the others who had instruments.

tom always drove you home after rehearsal but today it was different. you noticed a fancy sports car pull up by the studio and tom hopped in. there was a pretty lady driving the car and you already knew why, tom was probably going to a party which would end up in him being blacked out drunk and hungover which wasn’t ideal considering what tomorrow was. you ignored it though and called a taxi, annoyed that he couldn’t even give you heads up. you unlocked your door and headed struggling for your room, falling onto the bed when you got there.

it was quiet and the room was still. you looked up at the ceiling and closed your eyes, thinking about whatever slipped into your head which was obviously tom. he always did this but this time it hurt, like a lot more than it usually did. you let out a long sigh and got ready for bed since tomorrow was a big day and you had to be up early. you went to bed and woke up the next just as tired as the day before but still you got ready. you brushed your teeth, trying to shake off the grogginess of the morning as well before checking your phone to find a text from bill in the group chat.

it read that him and tom would be running late since tom was hungover. that was classic tom so basically everyone ignored it… everyone except you. the memories from last night flooded back and your remembered how tom basically left you for another girl, literally. you were now more annoyed than sad at tom and put your phone down. it was six a.m and the bus was set to leave at seven a.m but you knew the boys would take an hour just to show up so you hurried. you got there at 6:35 and were the first to arrive after gustav, then georg, and then tom and bill.

“took you guys long enough,” georg said as tom and bill stepped out their cab. “yeah sorry about that, tom wouldn’t cooperate,” he said. you rolled your eyes and glared at tom. you walked over to the bus and made sure al the luggage was already boarded and after confirming with your manager you got on. you took a seat, put your earbuds in and closed your eyes. you fell asleep for the first half of the ride, then woke up to use the bathroom. once you got back, you noticed tom was asleep. he looked so… peaceful? you creepily stared at him until you heard his phone buzz, a notification. it was from a girl, you already knew. your suspicions were confirmed after you sneakily picked up us cell to check. “can’t wait to see you on tour ;)” read the message. you scoffed and put the phone down, this time going to your cubicle bed instead of your usual seat. you laid there listening to music for the continuation of the ride.

bill was the one to wake you up once you arrived. “______, we’re hereeeee~.” he said. you groaned and rubbed your eyes as you yawned. “we have to stop at a hotel though since there’s troubles with the bus, we can’t stay here.” he explained. “did you guys already book a room?” you asked, sitting up now. “uh yeah, about that.” he looked around anxiously scratching the back of his head. you raised an eyebrow, “there were only 3 rooms available, and we kinda figured you and tom would want to share…” he said. fuck. just what you needed after seeing him with another girl. being too tired to fight and just wanting to sleep you nodded your head and followed the others out.

you finally get situated in your shared room with tom and the atmosphere is awkward, very awkward. “do you want to shower first?” he asked. “i don’t care.” you said bluntly, not looking at him. he said nothing else but just sighed and grabbed a towel, he didn’t want to argue with you. After he finished his shower you took yours. You did your nightly routine and jumped in the shared bed. It was completely silent, neither the both of you wanted to say anything. Tom’s back was turned to you which bothered you a lot because why was he mad? He had no right. You rolled your eyes and turned your lamp off, then dozed off.

You loudly awoken after a horrible dream you had involving a car accident with the your bus. You sat up, sweaty from the panic. You were breathing heavy and felt to alone until a warm touch was placed onto your back. “______ are you alright?!?” tom asked panicked. you let out a breath, and without a thought reached for him, completely forgetting that had happened. “tom is was so scary,” you managed to sob out. “it was horrible, the car just- it’s swerved- and then-,” you rambled with a loss of words. “hey, hey, hey ______, it’s okay. you don’t have to explain anything you don’t want to,” he said ketch a confronting tone. you hugged him tighter. “thanks tom,” you let out. he stayed silent but the two of you stayed in that position for what you assumed the rest of the night since when you woke up, you were still in his arms. butterflies filled your stomach until last nights occurrence flooded back into your memory. you sighed, hating that you don’t want to leave. you wanted to stay in this position forever until you heard tom mutter something.

“sleep well princess?” he asked. you lost all those happy feelings and sat up. “how about we forget this?” you asked. fuck! why was that the first thing you thought to say. deep down you didn’t want to ever lose this feeling of him but no doing so would’ve made things 100% more awkward. “______. i’m tired of playing these games with you. why are you acting so weird?” he asked. you hated confrontation so yo stood there for a while, until finally decided t to be honest. “because tom…” you paused. “you act like you like me and then you don’t? but then you’ll flirt with me and i feel good until i see you with another girl and it’s just so- it hurts me, and you don’t seem to care, like at all.” you rambled out. he as silent. “oh ______… i had no idea you felt that way,” he said looking down. “here, come sit,” he said. you hesitated for a second but did as he said. “truth is, i don’t mean to hurt. actually, i really like you and i know it’s a dick move but i flirt with other girls to make you jealous,” he admitted. you were taken aback.

“why?” you asked. “i don’t know, i guess it’s the only way i figured you would care. i mean you’re so busy all the time with your own stuff,” he said. “that doesn’t mean you can just play with my feelings like that though,” you said. “i know, i know. i admit that mistake. i just really want you to be mine and only mine.” he confessed. you thought about it for a second. “you can make it happen,” you said with a smirk. he didn’t say anything but just had a puzzled look on his face. “how?” he asked. “well first of all promise me you won’t talk to other girls, and second of all, kiss me.” you said with a big smile. “done.” he said as he picked you up which caught you by surprise, and gave you the best kiss of your life.

Well, I winded up taking so long to answer these asks I got that I totally finished getting through ultrakill with my friends in the meantime! So I can give you some properly fleshed out thoughts now!

Each layer had so much character to it.... I believe the environment designs are what stick out to me most, honestly. It was really something to behold. Personal favorites had to be clair de lune, bridgeburner (from how awe inspiring the first look at the city below was), LITERALLY THE ENTIRE WRATH LAYER WOW BY FAR MY FAVE THING IN THE WHOLE GAME (specifically waves of the starless sea), and no sound no memory. Does the earthmover in itself count as environmental design considering it's whole body is a stage? I guess. Giant weapon dog horse thing. Love that guy. And the lore that went with it is crazy

Something Wicked is fucking AWESOME. I actually had a lot of difficulty seeing it on my screen when I was in call with my friends (the contrast on my computer is pretty bad, so it's always difficult for me to see anything that's even a little bit dark) but 1) the vibes were crazy anyway, 2) I watched it after the fact on my phone and could see it a lot better; it's the coolest thing ever to me that something which looks so unthreatening can fill you with sm genuine terror, and 3) me and my friends found a lethal company mod that added it as a monster and we've been using it ever since, it rocks. I generally loved all the bonus levels that deviated from the format like something wicked did, the fishing level and the puzzle level especially

Very brief rundown on enemies: I have the most beef with malicious face as do a majority of my friends fuck that guy (SIDE NOTE DID YOU KNOW IT HAS LEGS), I felt a little robbed that cerberus wasn't an actual dog, drones I don't like but I couldn't tell you why, mindflayers 🥰🥰🥰, V2 is one of my ultimate faves, and the design approach to the minotaur was super unique

Last main note I want gabriel Badly but I feel like this is something every ultrakill fan must experience so I don't feel special for it

I have more to say on the topic if you were to ask specifics, but this hits everything notable about my ultrakill experience atm I'd say. Can't wait for it to be fully finished!!!

My Rants and Reviews on the Failtopia S2 Finale Outfits!

Major Failtopia Season 2 spoilers ahead!

Mar

yeah it’s the basic one, but i think that fits him! If I had to pick another outfit it would be the Pro one, but I genuinely can’t see him in anything else other than the boring chef outfit. I feel like if he wanted to change it he def could (I mean look at his imp outfit) but the basic chef outfit is very solid for him! If it ain’t broke don’t fix it! 7/10

Orion

I know the outfit is very clashing and has a bunch of colors, but in Dan’s defense: Orion’s makeup already has a bunch of colors, and when you look into it the colors the outfit has actually matches with the makeup a bit! and also, I kinda wish Dan didn’t have the makeup be as out there for the sake of those drawing fanart, but at the same time this is Daniel Failboat. Insane designs are expected. That being said though, I can’t change the clothes or makeup even if you forced me to. the context for it is just so freakin cute!! we all love great fathers in this household. He makes me wish I had a meaningful relationship with my dad. 6/10

Friend

I like it! I have a few minor gripes though. This may be a bit of a hot take, but I don’t like Zone (the hat) or Ship (the staff). Not in the Finale at least. I think Friend should’ve removed them both to show that they’ve moved on and don’t need something like Lee anymore. Symbolism and character arcs and all that other fancy stuff idk. Also I like that she looks more like a priest than a Cleric, it makes sense! He’s really religious in-universe and their war cry is literally “die, sinner :)”, so I don’t have any problems with that! As much as I like her in purple, he looks oddly good in a black and white outfit too! 8/10

Shrimp

listen guys I’m sorry but her outfit kinda sucks.. the bright pink hearts don’t really give off the same vibes as her first outfit did.. I get where Dan was coming from with it but I just personally don’t like the design :((

I think that he should’ve went with the emo goth outfit for her instead, especially since it fit her more and the fandom latched onto it like a moth to a light, but that’s just me. it gets a free half point for matching up with Bill though, 3.5/10

Erica

look I love it but the actual armor part is so overdesigned. I hate drawing that thing. that’s my only problem though the rest of her outfit is cool as hell!! Let’s go lesbians. 8/10

(and this doesn’t really count for anything, but don’t like her weapon, again I get the idea Dan, but she realistically would NOT use the giant arm 😭)

Chi

This kind of outfit fits her so well omfg. The stupid bowtie? The short sleeves and general lack of lab safety?? The triangle patterns??? It all just screams “Chi” to me! Thank you Miitopia for creating this outfit. Flawless. 10/10

(also another weapon mention, her using the ketchup bottle in the finale?? as someone who is obsessed with S1 of this series, Daniel, ty sm for including that.)

C!Failboat

the catsuit is very boring, but it is also very iconic. I like it. I’d give it a solid 7/10. But I don’t wanna talk about that one. I wanna talk about his outfit when using the Power of the Scythe.

oh my lord. this outfit. this is not me dunking on Daniel or Wafferscotch at all, I genuinely love their art and content!! but like. you’re telling me this man saved the universe in tracksuit sweatpants and an open button up shirt WITH HIS OWN MERCH ON??? He killed god in the Bee Movie shoes?? The Piss Adidas??? It just. doesn’t really fit the Miitopia vibes to me, and I think this could’ve been better as an outfit for ACNH. It could’ve looked much worse, but still. I think it’s a 3/10

Bo

perfect. love the callback to Rose (and I mean, they’re very similar characters, so it makes sense!) She also looks cool af in a suit. her new look can be strange at first but you 100% get used to it with time. And her multiclass was just chefs kiss. Absolute goddess, let’s go lesbians. 10/10

Chat

very good. very iconic. so glad this series came out before the Kirby Era cuz i think the lips would’ve ruined it. 10/10

Big Bill

It looks really comfortable!! I want this robe irl, I like the patterns! I surprisingly really like the pink for Bill! It stands out compared the rest of his appearance and I think that’s really cool!! the dark blue also fits him really well!! Half point bonus for matching with Shrimp. 9.5/10

My favorite will forever be damon my beloved i love him more and more every-time i see him. He’s such an interesting character and protagonist most of all. And i hate when people reduce his character to just an egoist asshole. This includes every character but all of them has flaws and aren’t actually “good people”. They are complex and we have seen some more then the others. Forcing a black or white on the characters is completely ridiculous imo since everyone has so much depth and complexity. I truly think that damon has good intentions but has absolutely no idea how to communicate properly. Like when he was telling the group not to trust each other, in the end why would he say that if he didn’t care about their lives?

His ideas and the way he thinks is constantly being challenged. I really wonder how he will handle conflicts and challenges to his usual way of thinking. I find the fact that he gets embarrassed about people calling him certain things very endearing😔 HES SO CUTEHBCJBCJWHHCBHD

Really looking forward for his growth (or downspairl? Idk😭) I’m sure he wouldn’t have sounded as rough as he is if it weren’t for the situation they are in); but i guess so is all the characters

Kai i loved a lot before but since I didn’t know much about him wasn’t sure if i should put him to S. But ofc after this chapter he deserves this spot sm!! I’m really happy with his screen time this chapter and didn’t hesitate to make him my 2nd fav!

Poor baby has a lot of self confidence issues☹️ i relate to him a bit. It’s the reason i love him and damon bcs one moment I’m thinking about something and the other they say the exact same thing I’m thinking/feeling haha

Diana grew on me this chapter! I appreciated getting to know her more honestly while i felt really sad for what happened to her on this case I don’t agree with what she did when she is trying to take Wolfgang's place when him acting like this was probably one of the reasons he died in the first place (i still understand girl is traumatized to hell and doesn’t know how to cope)

Eva.. god what can i say about this girl

I felt so many different types of emotions for her and even though i was hurt by her betrayal sm because i really loved her and wanted to trust her but god i just feel so bad for her. Cried really hard on her execution girl really felt like she was doomed from the start and even when people showed her kindness she didn’t focus on it just because of how many bad experiences she had that it overclouded her positive experience with damon and diana🥹 she really deserved better (the reason she’s not higher is because im still really hurt by what she did my emotions literally is like a roller coaster)

Ok i will not talk about everyone in c but i will say why i put down two of them

First Wolfgang

I actually liked him in the prologue! But this chapter he somehow annoyed me a little. He seemed a bit controlling so i was wondering what’s up with that. Also him being weird when they were investigating the pharmacy place, when he was thinking about the drugs being dangerous and damon agreed with him and suggested hiding them he immediately just changed his mind?? Tf?

Personally i was a bit terrified of him this chapter but not for long I guess☠️☠️(rip)

Now eloise

This chapter definitely showcased more of her personality. I thought in the prologue she was going to be a shy girl but this chapter definitely proved me wrong-

I don’t mind her but i feel i became less interested on her honestly. Like yeah she’s kinda cool but didn’t really catch me that much

So the don’t care category is as you expect… I don’t really care about these characters nor their designs. Just simply didn’t catch my attention. Sorry.

And finally the kinda annoying category

I know there are a lot of grace fans out here. It’s just she’s not for me

I find her a bit annoying and i personally only like annoying characters when i think they are funny (sorry grace😭)

I just never found her amusing and the rare times where she is chill is the best times for me.

I really don’t like her kind of personality that are really screaming or angry a lot or are really aggressive. She annoyed me in the prologue and i still find myself annoyed by her. Her relationship with wolfgang was cute imo but then he died and now she’s insufferable☠️(listen i get it. They were close and she’s sad he died. Didn't stop me from being really annoyed w her)

Good question!! So I had to look up my own archive bcause I didn't remember but the first time I drew him was end of december. its been.... 9 months...

I have been aware of twst a few years prior but I was never INTO it. I really liked Sebek's design from the get go though, it has many elements that appeal to me personally (AND HE'S IN THE EQUESTRIAN CLUB!!!! I LOVE HORSES!!), but since he wasn't in the main story much I really didn't know anything about him. Then Glomas happened and I ended up getting obsessed w twst, and honestly around that time sebek got A LOT of cards back to back (dorm card, glomas, new years, masterchef, birthday, harveston on en) wich made me wanna look into him more and.. BOY!!!!

He is so obsessive!!!!! SO confidently wrong!! His perception of reality is so warped!! I wanted to study him under a microscope immediately. And honestly he's so FUNNY he makes every scene hes in a treat. A moment that had stuck out to me when I was still learning about him was how important it was to him not to lose to silver at.... coffee drinking... LIKE MY GUY!!!! NOBODY CARES!!!!! His point of view is so fun to see. I need to put him in a blender. I find characters like him very interesting, devoted to one person and all of their actions and morals are dictated by that.

Of course eventually it did become apparent that he has actual reasons and deep insecurities that affect his behaviour (which I hope but doubt ch 7 will actually touch on), that make him a pretty well rounded character, very fun to analyse and see more of. And his bond with the rest of Diasomnia is super interesting too. Silver is my 2nd favourite so it's nice that they interact a lot and mirror eachother.

Idk, stories work well sometimes if you let the reader imagine the hopelessness of a situation, but they work even better if you showcase it.

I'm putting the other stuff under a cut because I'm about to go on a bit of a tangent. Also, I have not read book seven yet, if anyone spoils it, I will temporarily block you until after I have read it.

I ranked Epel a C the first time because I didn't know anything about him at the time, almost every character save for the ones I really loved the designs for were lower than I would put them today, and frankly some were higher. I've done another tier list, this is not the old one. I have a pretty high opinion of most of the characters regardless of their ranking, here's the maker I used.

Okay, so, I feel the need to specifically explain Crewel: I don't like being treated like a dog. Pet play is not my thing, and I do not understand the hype surrounding him whatsoever. Why would I want to hang out with someone who probably smells like a really strong, expensive cologne and refuses to call me anything other than "good boy"? No thanks, y'all can have him. Crowley is self-explanatory.

Riddle, Silver, and Lucius all have their good qualities, I will admit. But I'm the type of person who would avoid both of the people for varying reasons (Riddle is annoying, I don't like being bothered when I'm minding my own fucking business because I'm "breaking the rules" and I don't want to wake up Silver and I don't know enough about him,) and I would get irrationally mad at Lucius for always getting into fights with Grim.

C tier is somewhat similar to D for me. I'd very likely not go out of my way to interact with these guys, but they're either more approachable or less irritating than D tier. I'm sure you can see a trend with at least two of them, but most of these mfs are too high energy or too intense. Sebek is here because while I don't like petplay, I do like degradation and I think he would be excellent at that, given his usual temperament and opinion on humans. Deuce is there because I find him to be a very one-note character. Everyone in this game is well-written, but not everyone can be interesting. Trein is here because I know I'd be constantly getting in trouble in his class for drawing instead of paying attention. By the way, when did people who were 50 become old? Idk I consider old to be like 70+ but maybe that's just because of the people I grew up around.

B tier is characters that I am aware I am sleeping on, with the bonus of Vargas, who I actually like quite a bit. Not enough to put him in higher than B tier, though. Ortho and Idia are sort of a package deal, but I do like Ortho less than I like Idia. Azul pisses me off but I am a sucker for a pathetic man.

EPEL!!! THE ONE WE'VE BEEN WAITING FOR!! Epel is like Deuce, if Deuce had more of a twisted view of himself. Reading though his little dilemma in book 5 didn't make me sympathize, but it did endear him to me. I can understand getting upset because you are literally unable to express yourself in a way that you would like because of reasons outside of your control. Beyond that, I love it when characters have a secret rough side (sorry Deuce.) Two-faced characters are my favorite thing.

A tier is characters I would like to put in S but I am too scared of them to do so. While C and lower are characters I would avoid because they're annoying, A tier is literally just characters I would avoid because they're freaky. I think people forget that the first interaction we have with Leona is him threatening to beat the shit out of us because we accidentally tripped on his tail. While Trey is sweet, he's the absolute definition of a two-faced character and he's way too observant to be comfortable around. Idk, maybe that makes him boyfriend material. I feel like anyone who has been on this blog at this point already understands my viewpoint of Jade, Floyd, and Rook. They scare the mess out of me and I love them for that.

With S tier, I'm actually going to specify a couple things: Sam is up there because I know I'd constantly be in his shop, buying things with thaumarks I should save just because I know his shop would smell like home. I feel like where a lot of people see Sam and think "this man can FUCK," I see Sam and think "big brother material." The sibling that I am closest to is literally just barely a year younger than Sam. Also, to clarify, I'm Black with family from the south. Grim is also sibling material. He's like a little brother, and I love him for that even though he pisses me off.

Now back to the WHORE KNEE. I very desperately want to bring my personal Vil series to this blog. I think maybe someone else would enjoy it, because what's more lovely than a man who sees what he wants in a person that isn't what he wants but forces to be what he wants anyway? I love that shit. Lilia is prime fodder for coercion fics, and I'd love to see more of those because he's very wise (because he's old as hell) and he's had a lot of practice at being a sweet talker. I think with a gullible reader?? Oh my god??? I'm not shy about my opinion on Malleus, Jamil, and Idia, and I think I talk about Idia a bit too much. Jamil stole my heart from the minute he was all sweet and kind in book 4 because he is so obviously two-faced that only the overly trusting would fall for that. Also, Jafar was something of an awakening for me. Who cares about Aladdin? I want the old man. As for Malleus, I like that he fills out the gap moe trope, but not overly so. He absolutely strikes me as the type to assume he knows best for both parties involved, and if he doesn't assume, he decides for you.

Anyway, knowing me, this list will have switched all over the place in a month's time. Thanks for reading my garbled nonsense.

He’s going to have spent a lot of his life after death in Alamut. Studying and practicing sorcery. I think after the decades he spent in and out of there that would start to feel like his home. Then when Ur-Shulgi wakes up,, having to flee with the rest of the Banu-Haqim 😭😭. I think him and his broodmates are still hunted cause of their relation to al-Ashrad. In the escape one of them was left behind. They haven’t heard from her since.

After leaving, his sire Maryam is grieving her home and the people she’d lost there. And is much more concerned abt her relationship with her childer now that they r pretty much all they have. The Banu Haqim don’t have the same status in the US. So they r finding their footing together. Not only that but maintaining the reputation of their clan and line infront of their new allies— the Camarilla, is putting the pressure on.

I think his sire prepared him for his role his whole life. Including his mortal life. For someone immortal, I’m not sure she even realizes what that did to him. In her mind she was taking precautions for the next in al-Ashrad’s line, and nudging someone in the right direction. When he was a child he probably would’ve thought she was an imaginary friend until she saves his life in his 30’s by ending it. And he wakes up in Alamut.

He is going to be in a what’s pretty much a new world to him, without being able to safely pull his nepo baby card 🤣 he’s gonna be forced to learn a lot about himself. Right now he just doesn’t know who he is without Maryam. She’s built him up, and now he’s a little guy with a crazy big ego. (Cause the ego stops us from thinking… who am I? Do I rlly like the things I like or was I told I liked them?) much to unpack… I am very excited for his post-life crisis and also for him to get humbled. He needs it.

LAST TIME ON MIGHTY MORPHIN POWER RANGERS/TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES II:  Casey’s still being a little bitch but he has ~~~~good reasons~~~~~ which leaves us without ranger powers.  So how are we coping with this loss?  For the Turtles, it’s taking a field trip to Dimension X with our new best friend Shredder.  For The MMPRs?  WITH FURRY POWERRRRRRRR  - in MMPR/TMNT II #4!  

- I usually don’t post too much in the main recaps that were already covered in the previews but since the previews basically had all the Mutant Ranger content in this issue (boo hiss) you get them again

- I love them sm and I hope they actually get the spotlight in the finale
