White for skull (I learnt this from a pattern years ago that I can’t find again - keep a high tension for better definition)

Magic ring

Ch2

R1: 9dc, ch 5, 1dc, ch 3, 1dc, ch5, tighten ring and slip-stitch into second chain of the original ch2

R2: ch1, 9sc (into previous round’s dcs), 6sc (into the loop from the ch5) slip-stitch into the first 1dc before the ch3. 2dc into the ch3 loop. Slip stitch into the dc after the ch3 loop. 6sc into the second ch5 loop. Slip-stitch to first ch if this round and fasten off.

Eyes: x2

In green wool

Magic ring: ch1, 4sc, pull tight, slip-stitch into first sc. fasten off

Glue or sew these under the sockets of the skull.

Helmet:

Ch 11

R1: 10hdc (ch + turn after every row)

R2: 10hdc (10)

R3: Dec 1st stitch, 6hdc, dec last stitch (8)

R4: 8hdc

R5: dec 1st, 4hdc, dec last (6)

R6: dec 1st, 2hdc, dec last (4)

R7: dec 1st, dec last, fasten off (2)

Attach red to bottom corner: (I used sc because my red wool was thicker than my black. Otherwise I would’ve used hdc)

R1: 2hdc into first stitch. 8hdc, 2hdc in last stitch (ch and turn after every row) (12)

R2: 12hdc

R3: dec 1st stitch, 8hdc, dec last (10)

Fasten off.

Weave black yarn through centre of red section.

Sew or glue skull onto the helmet.

(I haven’t actually sewn the one I made for my brother together yet)

Hello! I got back to hfth (I missed it so much this podcast is so good), I’m like half way through season 2 and wanted to draw Diggory and Percy so here they are :D

That’s not like my final designs for them but I will work out the specifics later, also a lot has changed since I drew Diggory last time so they look very different yeah

he never makes eye contact with anyone and seems to ignore to half of the things you say when talking to him? yeah he’s locked into that sigma grindset bro he doesnt have time for your bullshit. he refuses to let anyone touch him? oh is he also gonna cry and tell you about his feelings while you’re hugging 🥺🥺🥺? he barely makes any facial expressions, his voice is always monotone and he won’t react at all if you break down crying in front of him? yeah hes hardcore man completely unreadable. he gets really loud and angry and unpredictable when theres a lot of people and noise and lights? yeah hes a fucking wildcard bro you dont wanna mess around near him trust me. we need real men like this leading America forward thank god men are finally being masculine again 🙏🙏🙏 (/s)

more polly!!! this design is how i imagine he looks in the most recent season, now that he has the hotel. heres some hcs related to the design;

- the fire horns are always out, and just shine brighter whenever the emotions he now refuses to hide get more intense. if theyre hidden, it means smth is SERIOUSLY wrong

-the ponytail is gone baby!!! hair symbolism wins again 💪

-dont get me wrong, i absolutely LOVE polly's floral suit and im sure he did too, but for the sake of representing self expression i changed his outfit to be more accessorized and with more flair (he may just be a demon to you, but to me hes a little barbie i dress up in whatever i want)

-but like i said, i do love polly's suit, so i kept his floral jacket on his shoulders and some flowers on his corset

-the glove on only of his one hand is a little reference to the one he lost during his time with rick :)

Still episode 154- kinda weird that Hope refers to her parents by name and not title (Mom and Dad/similar). Like, obviously you're allowed to, but typically it's because you have a strained relationship/don't really like them.

Nikignik: for a while I just pictured their form as a blob of fur with so many eyes but cos Danielle in the Halloween episode gets called out as him not looking like that I went for a kinda guard dog shape (he is so dog coded: calls themself a a guard dog for the gates of heaven so many times, hates cats, very loyal, relates to dogs, not in their nature to rebel against authority) with the top of the month where the bottom of the jaw would be for fun

For their actual self I've always pictured them as scattered eyes all emoting to what they see but when narrating different lines the eye that's the focus changes (which was kinda confirmed with Nikigniks 1 less than infinity speech saying his eyes are his best and only feature)

Marolmar: I wanted to have the Chinese water deer as head but also wanted antlers which they don't have. Then Zoebed reminded me I can have multiple heads so I had 3 like Hecate and other similar deities and have them all at different points of alive, dead, decaying and reborn.

For both of them I flip flop if I want them bipedal or not but ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯
