stuff we did — geto suguru.
“Hey!” you called out, a mix of excitement and nervousness in your voice. “What are you doing?” Suguru looked up, his eyes wide with a mix of surprise and curiosity. “I’m trying to figure out what’s inside. This place looks like it’s been abandoned forever.” You stepped closer, your own curiosity piqued. “Do you think it’s haunted?” Suguru grinned, his imagination clearly running wild. “Maybe! Or maybe it’s just full of old, forgotten things. Either way, I bet there are some really cool secrets in there.” You looked at the house, its weathered appearance now seeming a bit more inviting. “Do you want to explore it together?”

A WHOLE LIFETIME WAS WAITING FOR HIM. At ten years old, Suguru Geto was a dreamer with a spark in his eyes that hinted at a life full of exploration and wonder.
▃▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▂▃
It was an ordinary afternoon, the sun casting long shadows as you wandered through the neighborhood, when you stumbled upon the abandoned house. Its once-grand façade was now a patchwork of peeling paint and overgrown vines, and the wooden fence sagged in places, as if it were barely holding on to its secrets.
You had been intrigued by the house for weeks, often imagining what mysteries lay behind its dust-covered windows. That day, you decided to finally investigate, only to find someone already there. Suguru was crouched by the front gate, peering through the rusty bars with a look of intense concentration.
“Hey!” you called out, a mix of excitement and nervousness in your voice. “What are you doing?”
Suguru looked up, his eyes wide with a mix of surprise and curiosity. “I’m trying to figure out what’s inside. This place looks like it’s been abandoned forever.”
You stepped closer, your own curiosity piqued. “Do you think it’s haunted?”
Suguru grinned, his imagination clearly running wild. “Maybe! Or maybe it’s just full of old, forgotten things. Either way, I bet there are some really cool secrets in there.”
You looked at the house, its weathered appearance now seeming a bit more inviting. “Do you want to explore it together?”
Suguru’s face lit up with enthusiasm. “Absolutely! Let’s make it our clubhouse. We can turn it into our secret base where we plan all our adventures.”
The two of you both pushed open the creaky gate and made your way up the overgrown path to the front door. Inside, dust motes danced in the beams of sunlight filtering through the broken windows. The air was musty, but the promise of discovery filled you with a sense of excitement.
“This place is amazing!” Suguru exclaimed, running his hand along an old wooden beam. “Imagine all the things we could do here, don’t you think? We could have treasure hunts, build secret compartments, and even create maps of our adventures!”
You smiled, already swept up in the excitement. “And we could scrapbook all of our adventures. I’ve got a ton of stickers and colored pens at home. We could make it like a journal of our explorations!”
Suguru’s eyes lit up with delight. “That sounds perfect. We’ll make this place the coolest clubhouse ever!”
With the possibilities swirling in both your minds, you turned to Suguru, realizing you hadn't properly introduced yourselves yet. “Oh, by the way, I’m…….”
Suguru grinned, his enthusiasm still bubbling over. “Suguru Geto. Looks like we’re gonna be partners in adventure!”
The two of you spent hours exploring every nook and cranny of the house. Suguru’s enthusiasm was contagious, pulling you deeper into the magic of the place. Every corner held a new discovery, a forgotten relic of time that sparked your imaginations. You both laughed as you uncovered old, dusty furniture, imagining all the stories it could tell.
Suguru, always the dreamer, crouched by an ancient-looking wardrobe and peered inside. “What if this belonged to a pirate?” he mused, brushing away cobwebs. “Maybe they stashed their maps and treasures in here before sailing off for another adventure.”
You chuckled, running your fingers over the faded carvings on a wooden chair. “Or maybe it was a writer, sitting here every night by candlelight, crafting tales of far-off lands.”
Suguru stood up, eyes gleaming. “We could be the next storytellers! We can make up stories about this place—maybe even start our own treasure hunt for future explorers.”
“I love that idea!” you grinned, already envisioning the elaborate maps and clues you could create together. “This whole house could be our playground.”
As you explored further, you found hidden doorways and forgotten passageways, each discovery filling you both with a sense of wonder. There was an old attic with creaky floorboards that groaned under your weight, and a cellar that held shelves of ancient, dusty jars—relics of a time long past. Suguru’s energy never faltered, and neither did yours. It was as if the house had become an extension of your shared imagination, every forgotten room a new world to explore.
At one point, Suguru turned to you, breathless from excitement. “Can you believe how much potential this place has? We could make it anything we want! A fortress, a secret hideout, a museum for all the stuff we find!”
You nodded eagerly, already planning how you’d decorate each room with artifacts from your adventures. “We’ll turn it into our own world.”
Suguru’s eyes twinkled with mischief. “We’ve gotta make sure no one else finds it, though. This is our secret spot.”
“Deal!” you said, sealing the pact with a grin.
As the sun began to set, casting a warm golden glow over the house, Suguru turned to you with a thoughtful expression. “You know, one day we’re going to see the whole world. Just like those great explorers. This clubhouse will be our starting point.”
You smiled, feeling a sense of deep connection with Suguru. “I’d like that. I think we’ll have the best adventures together.”
▃▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▂▃
YOU THINK THAT ADVENTURE WAS THE WAY TO GETO SUGURU’S HEART. When you started to get to know him, you couldn’t help but notice the way Suguru’s eyes seemed to sparkle with excitement whenever the topic of exploration came up.
It was as though each conversation opened a window into his boundless curiosity, and you found yourself drawn to the light in his gaze, the way it brightened with every new idea or story he shared.
Geto Suguru’s fascination with the world wasn’t just a passing interest—it was a deep passion, woven into the very fabric of who he was. He could turn even the smallest details into an adventure, transforming mundane objects or places into portals to other worlds. You can tell that he was a born story–teller. Born to know the wonders of the wider world.
Whenever he spoke of famous explorers, his voice would rise with enthusiasm, as if their courage and daring lived within him. Marco Polo’s travels along the Silk Road, Amelia Earhart’s fearless flight into the unknown—Suguru recounted their tales with such vivid detail, it felt as though you were right there alongside them, venturing into uncharted lands.
“He didn’t just travel, you know what I mean?” Suguru once said of Marco Polo, eyes alight with admiration. “That guy managed to help open some doors to a whole new world. Can you imagine that? Being the first to set foot somewhere no one even knew existed?”
You nodded, already swept up in the vision he painted as you kicked your feet. “It’s like the whole world was waiting to be found.”
Suguru smiled, and there was a quiet thrill in his voice. “Exactly! That’s the magic of it—everything’s an adventure if you look at it the right way.”
It didn’t take long before his excitement became infectious. These days, you just feel like that when you are around Suguru. Just as quickly, you could only find yourself equally captivated by the idea of exploring far-off places and uncovering their mysteries. Geto Suguru had a way of making even the ordinary seem extraordinary.
He would point out things that others might pass by without a second glance—a strange rock, an oddly shaped tree, or even the patterns in the clouds—and turn them into puzzles waiting to be solved. His mind was always buzzing with “what-ifs” and “maybes” sparking conversations that seemed to stretch on for hours as you both imagined worlds within worlds, hidden just beneath the surface of reality.
“I wonder what it would be like to be Amelia Earhart too!” he mused once, as you both sat on a hill, gazing at the horizon. “To fly into the unknown, chasing the horizon, not knowing what’s on the other side but going anyway.”
“Scary, but exciting, don’t you think?” you replied, feeling a twinge of that same wanderlust Suguru seemed to carry with him at all times. “It’s like you’re both lost and free at the same time.”
Suguru nodded thoughtfully. “Yeah, that’s exactly it. The unknown is terrifying, but that’s what makes it so… beautiful. There’s always something more to discover. And I…I just can’t wait to find out all of it!”
It was moments like these that deepened your bond. His wonderment was contagious, and soon you began to see the world through his eyes, where even the smallest things held the promise of adventure. Whether it was the forgotten corners of an old house or the distant lands of long-gone explorers, with Suguru, everything became part of an ongoing quest.
You realized that it wasn’t just about the places you would explore, but the way he looked at the world—with a wide-eyed excitement that made you feel like every day held a new mystery, waiting to be uncovered. And you wanted to be there with him. Just beside him. Because to be with him, you like to think that you would find nothing but a wonder if you were there.
He had a knack for finding the magic in the mundane, and it opened your own bright eyes to the wonders around you. What once seemed ordinary now felt like it held endless possibilities, all thanks to Suguru’s infectious spirit.
He showed you that adventure wasn’t just something that happened in faraway places—it could be anywhere, even in the most unexpected moments. You didn’t have to cross oceans to find excitement; sometimes, it was right in front of you, if only you knew where to look. And with Suguru, you were learning how to see it.
This weekend afternoon, as you and Suguru sat cross-legged on the floor of your clubhouse, surrounded by colorful supplies and old maps, Suguru began sharing his latest dream with you. The sunlight streamed through the dusty windows, casting a warm, golden light on the room.
“You know…..” Suguru said, his voice brimming with enthusiasm. “I read about this amazing place called the Himalayas. It’s full of towering mountains, and some of them are so high that they touch the sky. Can you imagine climbing one of those?”
You looked up from your sketchbook, eyes wide with wonder. “That sounds incredible! What would it be like to stand on top of one of those mountains?”
Suguru’s face broke into a smile as he imagined the scene. You like to think that he had the most beautiful smile in the world. “It would be breathtaking. You’d feel like you’re on top of the world. And there’s this special mountain called Everest—people say it’s like touching the edge of the heavens!”
With a gleeful chuckle, Suguru grabbed a pencil and began sketching a mountain range in your scrapbook. “We should definitely put this in our adventure book. We’ll draw mountains and imagine ourselves climbing them.”
You nodded eagerly, already picturing the pages of your scrapbook filled with sketches and notes. “Absolutely. And we can write about all the things we’d see and do. Maybe we’ll even draw ourselves in climbing gear, standing triumphantly at the summit!”
As the weeks went by, the scrapbook became a canvas for your shared dreams. Each page was a tribute to the places Suguru talked about with such passion. There were intricate drawings of ocean vistas, with waves crashing against rocky shores, and sprawling cityscapes with towering skyscrapers and bustling streets.
Geto Suguru’s descriptions were so vivid that you could almost hear the sounds and smell the scents of these distant lands. He just knew how to give you the wide world to you in the vibrant brighteness no one could.
As you worked on the scrapbook together, Suguru’s excitement reached a new peak. “I’ve been reading about this incredible city called Istanbul. It’s where East meets West, and there are markets full of colorful spices and beautiful mosaics everywhere. I think it would be amazing to see it in person.”
You looked at the sketch Suguru had just added, depicting a bustling market scene with vibrant colors and intricate patterns. “It looks so lively and full of culture. I’d love to experience it with you. Maybe we could even learn a few phrases in Turkish before we go.”
Suguru nodded, clearly thrilled by the idea. “Yes! And we can try all the different foods and maybe even buy some souvenirs to bring back to our clubhouse.”
As the scrapbook filled up, it became a treasure trove of aspirations and memories. The house, once an abandoned relic, was now a haven for your dreams, where the world beyond your doorstep felt just a little bit smaller and a whole lot more reachable.
As you look at him, you couldn’t help but smile. Your scrapbook would be an adventure as long as you had him.
IT WAS EASY TO SEE THAT YOU LIKED HIM. As the years passed, as you both grew older—the bond between you and Suguru deepened in ways that neither of you had anticipated. Nothing has changed and yet it has.
▃▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▂▃
You couldn’t even understand how you could describe it. What had begun as a playful friendship, sparked by shared adventures and dreams, evolved into a profound connection that anchored both of your lives moving forward.
The seasons changed, and so did the nature of your relationship. As the crisp air of autumn gave way to the first frost of winter, something subtle yet profound shifted between you two.
Your weekends, once filled with the solitary pursuit of sketching mountains far off in the distance or wistfully dreaming of cities you had yet to explore, began to take on a new rhythm. These quiet moments of creativity were now shared, woven into times of meaningful conversations that deepened your connection.
The clubhouse, once a refuge for your art and ideas, had evolved alongside you both. It was no longer just a place to retreat but had grown into a cozy home filled with warmth and a sense of belonging. The walls, once bare and practical, were now alive with a collage of your memories—scrapbook pages pinned up like trophies of the adventures you’d had together.
Here, in the dim light of your clubhouse-turned-home, time seemed to slow. Conversations stretched long into the evening, filled with laughter, confessions, and sometimes a comfortable silence that spoke more than words ever could.
You realized that it wasn't just about the places you wanted to visit or the mountains you hoped to climb. It was about these moments—right here, right now—that had been shaping the most important journey of all: the one you were taking together.
You and Suguru sat on the porch of your clubhouse. The place had become a sanctuary for the two of you, and tonight, it felt even more so. Wrapped in thick, warm blankets, you watched the sun slowly sink below the horizon, painting the sky in hues of soft gold, pink, and lavender. The fading light bathed the world in a warm, almost magical glow, a contrast to the growing chill in the air.
But something else lingered in the quiet of that evening—an unspoken tension. Suguru, always steady and thoughtful, had been unusually silent. You could sense that something weighed heavily on his mind. His usual animated presence, the one that balanced your own, seemed subdued.
He stared out at the trees, their leaves a patchwork of fiery reds and oranges, but his thoughts were clearly somewhere else. The contemplative look on his face was deeper than the usual moments of introspection he had.
You knew him well enough to understand that silence was part of who he was—he often found comfort in it—but this was different. This wasn’t just quiet; it was an absence of something.
The air, cool against your skin, seemed to press in, amplifying the stillness between you. It felt as if the world itself was holding its breath, waiting for something to be said. You didn’t push him; you knew better than that.
With Suguru, patience was key. He always opened up in his own time, and when he did, it was always worth the wait. You could tell he was wrestling with something important—something that couldn’t be rushed.
You glanced over at him, his face softened by the golden light of the setting sun. His expression was unreadable, yet you could sense the conflict beneath the surface.
It was as though the quiet had become a shield for him, a way to protect himself from whatever thoughts he was trying to sort out. You wondered if he even knew how to begin talking about it, or if he was still trying to make sense of it for himself.
The porch creaked as you shifted slightly in your seat, the only sound breaking the stillness. The leaves continued to fall, gently drifting to the ground, but the world around you felt frozen in that moment, waiting for Suguru to speak. Whatever was on his mind, you knew it was important, and you were ready to listen when he was ready to share.
You glanced at him, sensing that something was on his mind. “Hey, Suguru.” you said gently, “is everything okay? You seem a bit… distant.”
Suguru turned to you, his eyes reflecting the fading sunlight. “I’ve been thinking a lot lately,” he began slowly, “about us, and about everything we’ve shared.”
You felt a flutter of nerves in your chest but kept your voice steady. “What about us?”
Suguru took a deep breath, his fingers intertwined with yours. “You know how we’ve always dreamed about exploring the world together? Well, lately, I’ve been thinking that the greatest adventure of all is the one we’re already on. The one where we’re building a life together.”
You looked at him, your heart racing as you realized what he was about to say. Suguru’s face softened into a gentle smile, and he continued, “I love you. I’ve loved you for a long time. You’ve been my partner in every adventure, and I can’t imagine my life without you.”
The world seemed to pause as you processed his words. Your feelings for Suguru had grown from admiration and friendship into a deep, abiding love. You had felt it for some time but hadn’t fully acknowledged it until this moment.
“I love you too, Suguru.” you replied, your voice trembling with emotion. “You’re my best friend, my confidant, and the person I want to share my life with.”
Suguru’s bright purple eyes sparkled with happiness, and he reached out to hold you close. The warmth of his embrace was comforting, and you felt a profound sense of belonging. From that evening onward, your relationship transformed.
You both began to plan not just for the next adventure but for a future together. You talked about dreams of traveling the world, but also about building a home, starting a family, and creating a life rich with shared experiences.
The future you envisioned was no longer just about distant places or grand plans; it was about the everyday moments and the life you would build side by side. You found joy in the small things—quiet dinners, laughter over shared memories, and the simple pleasure of being together. And for each of those moments, you would both be together. For every last one.
And from that moment, everything felt like a flash, a blur of time passing with both rapidity and grace. Years slipped through your fingers like sand, but each one seemed to deepen the bond you and Suguru shared.
You both arrived at the house, this time not as wide-eyed dreamers, but as people ready to take action. You were equipped with the resources, knowledge, and expertise that had been hard-earned over the years. What once seemed impossible now felt within reach.
The house had transformed, much like the relationship you shared. The wild, overgrown vines that had once snaked across its facade had been cut away, revealing the clean lines of the structure underneath.
The sagging fence, which had leaned precariously for years, had been replaced by a sturdy, welcoming one. Even the gate—the one that had creaked and stuck when you were kids—now swung open smoothly, inviting you in with a sense of ease and possibility.
Standing there together, gazing at the house, the nostalgia hit you both in waves. You could still remember the first time you stumbled upon it, back when the future felt like a distant, far-off dream. But now, it wasn’t distant anymore. It was here, within your grasp.
The silence between you was comfortable, filled with anticipation and a shared understanding. You both knew this wasn’t just about restoring an old house. It was about building something together—something that was uniquely yours.
This house, with all its history and imperfections, was about to become the home you had always envisioned. It wasn’t just a physical space. It was a reflection of everything you had been through, everything you had grown into, and everything you had yet to become.
As you exchanged a glance with Suguru, you didn’t need words to know what he was thinking. The years had brought change, but they had also brought clarity. Together, you had always been building something—first with your dreams, then with your actions. And now, you were ready to take that final step, to make this place your home.
“Look at it, baby!” Suguru exclaimed, his voice filled with awe as he gazed at the house. His eyes sparkled with the kind of excitement and pride you hadn't seen in a while. “It’s incredible to see how far we’ve come. I remember the first time we explored this place, imagining what it could become.”
You nodded, your heart swelling with emotion as you took in the sight before you. “It’s amazing. It feels like we’re finally turning our dreams into reality.”
The house had been a vision for so long—an idea you had held onto through thick and thin. Now, as you stood in front of the freshly painted exterior, with the sun glinting off the windows and the scent of fresh grass in the air, it was hard to believe that this place had once been nothing more than an abandoned shell. But it was no longer just an idea or a distant goal. It was real, solid, and yours.
Suguru picked up a paint roller, dipped it into the bucket of soft, pastel blue paint you had both agreed on, and turned toward the wall with a grin. “This is the fun part, don’t you think?” he said, rolling a stripe of color onto the previously bare wood. “It’s like coloring outside the lines, but now we get to make the lines too.”
You laughed and grabbed your own roller, eager to join in. “Don’t get too ahead of yourself, mister. This is a team effort.”
Soon, the two of you were painting side by side, your laughter filling the crisp air as you carefully applied the vibrant colors to your home. The soft hum of birds chirping in the distance and the gentle rustling of leaves set the perfect backdrop for your playful banter. Every brushstroke felt like a step closer to bringing your shared vision to life.
At one point, Suguru turned toward you, his roller dripping with paint, and a mischievous gleam in his eyes. “You know what’s missing here?” he asked, his voice playful.
You raised an eyebrow, pretending to be suspicious. “What?”
“An artist's touch!” Before you could react, Suguru flicked his roller in your direction, sending a spray of pastel blue paint across your shirt.
Your eyes widened in mock horror as you looked down at the splatters of paint now decorating your clothes. “Suguru!” you exclaimed, half-laughing, half-gasping. “You’re in so much trouble!”
Without hesitation, you dipped your roller into the paint and aimed it squarely at him, sending a cascade of blue across his chest. Suguru's bright purple eyes went wide in surprise, then he broke into a wide grin.
“Oh, it’s on now,” he said, stepping toward you with his paintbrush raised like a sword. What started as an innocent painting session quickly turned into a playful paint war, the walls momentarily forgotten as you splattered each other with streaks of pastel blue.
You squealed as he rushed off with a dash and followed you. His laughter was just as much the best part of the progress you think. It was like the music that was missing in your life. And it never stopped that afternoon and you were content.
The soft spring breeze carried your laughter, and for a few moments, the rest of the world faded away. It was just you and Suguru, in the moment, covered in paint and joy.
At some point, you collapsed onto the grass together, breathless from laughter and covered in splashes of color. The house loomed behind you, its newly painted walls gleaming in the sunlight, but all you could focus on was the way Suguru looked at you, his face smeared with paint, his eyes filled with warmth and happiness.
He reached over and gently wiped a smudge of blue from your cheek, his touch tender. “Look at us, baby.” he said softly, his voice a mix of awe and affection. “We’re a mess, but this—everything we’ve built together—it’s beautiful.”
You smiled, leaning into his touch. “Yeah babe.” you agreed, your heart full. “It really is.”
Just like that, this once old abandoned soul was starting to come back to life before your eyes. It reminded you of all those dreams you had shared with Suguru for so many years. And in that moment, as you sat in the grass with your husband—covered in paint, laughter, and love—you realized that this, right here, was the real dream coming true.
That cool summer night as you both sat together on the porch of your newly renovated home, watching the sunset paint the sky with shades of pink and orange, Suguru turned to you with a contented smile. You had never seen him this happy in your entire lives together. And it suited him. More than you think he’d understand.
“I never imagined this day would come, but here we are. Our adventures didn’t just remain on paper anymore, baby. They became a reality now.”
You leaned against him, feeling a deep sense of fulfillment. “It’s incredible. We’ve seen so much of the world, and now we have this beautiful home that’s a reflection of our journey.”
With your home now complete, you and Suguru embarked on a new chapter of your life.
▃▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▂▃
LIFE EVEN IN ITS MOST MUNDANE WAS EVERYTHING. As the years went by, your and Suguru’s paths continued to align in the most fulfilling ways. Suguru, inspired by his love for learning and his experiences, decided to become a teacher, just like you.
Both of you found immense satisfaction in shaping young minds and sharing your passion for knowledge. Your combined efforts in education became a cornerstone of your lives, and it was a field where your love for exploration and discovery seamlessly translated into inspiring others.
Your old friends, who had once joined you in those early childhood adventures, also found their way into the field of education. Together, you formed a tight-knit community of educators, all driven by a shared passion for helping students explore their potential. The clubhouse, once the backdrop for your childhood dreams, had become a symbol of your commitment to fostering curiosity and creativity in the next generation.
Even your nights you spent in your home were often filled with lively discussions about teaching methods, innovative ideas for the classroom, and the exciting possibilities of new educational tools.
Your love of exploration, once confined to distant lands, now found a new outlet in the classroom. You and Suguru worked together on projects that encouraged students to think critically and explore the world around them, just as you had done as children.
Suguru, with a nostalgic smile, traced his fingers over a particularly cherished page. “Remember this, baby?” he said, pointing to a sketch of the Himalayas. “We were so excited about climbing those mountains. And now, look at us—living our dreams and sharing them with others.”
You leaned against him, feeling a deep sense of contentment. “I do remember. And I’m so grateful for everything we’ve experienced together. This scrapbook is a reminder of how far we’ve come and all the dreams we’ve made real.”
As you both looked through the pages, you realized that the scrapbook was more than just a record of your adventures—it was a reflection of your journey as a couple. It symbolized not only the places you had been and the things you had done but also the love and partnership that had grown alongside them. Everything was perfect. Nothing could be better.
Your careers were flourishing, and life with Geto Suguru was a tapestry of shared happiness. The bond between you had only deepened over time, each day bringing a new layer of intimacy and understanding.
It was as though your relationship had found a perfect equilibrium, a serene joy that seemed like it could stretch on indefinitely. Your home was filled with the warmth of laughter, the comfort of companionship, and the contentment of having achieved many of your dreams. But still, you felt like something was missing. And your husband knew it too.
Suguru, with his usual thoughtful demeanor, was the first to broach the topic. “You know, baby….” he began, his voice gentle but carrying an undercurrent of contemplation. “We've built something incredible together. Our careers, our lovely home… Everything feels right. But have you ever thought about what might come next?”
You turned to face him, curiosity piqued. “What do you mean?” you asked, sensing that there was something more beneath his words.
Suguru hesitated for a moment, his gaze thoughtful. “Well, we’ve talked about our future in many ways, but lately, I’ve been thinking about children. About…..about what it might be like to have a family of our own.”
Your husband’s tender words hung in the air, a mixture of excitement and uncertainty. The idea had surfaced in fleeting thoughts and half-formed conversations, but hearing it out loud made it feel more real, more tangible.
You considered his words carefully. The thought of children had always been a distant possibility, a dream tucked away among other aspirations. But now, in the warmth of the evening and the comfort of your home, it feels different. It was no longer just an abstract idea; it was something you were both ready to explore.
“I’ve thought about it too, babe.” you admitted, your voice soft but filled with emotion. “It’s strange how this feeling crept up on us. I suppose we always knew that our life together would be about more than just us, that there would be something else to share our love and our world with.”
Suguru reached out and took your hand, his touch reassuring and full of promise. “I think it could be a beautiful next step for us, you know? I know it won’t be easy, and there will be challenges, but I can’t help but feel that it’s the right time.”
You squeezed his hand, feeling a sense of warmth and excitement building within you. “I agree. It feels like we’re ready to open up to this new chapter. I can’t imagine doing it with anyone else but you.”
And that settled your desires to begin unfolding. You both wanted it — to have a family together, to raise a child that would be a reflection of your love. The excitement was palpable, filling the days with a hopeful kind of anticipation. You tried, again and again, but it wasn’t long before the first signs appeared, subtle at first. A growing worry gnawed at you, but you pushed it aside, willing everything to be okay.
Then came the miscarriage.
The room was heavy with silence, the kind that feels suffocating and oppressive. Your eyes were red from the tears you had shed, each one a testament to the depth of your loss. The sterile whiteness of the doctor's office seemed to mock the vibrant dreams you had once held.
The doctor’s words were like a sharp blade cutting through the haze of hope you had been clinging to. “You won’t be able to have children, Mrs. Geto. I am so sorry.” he said softly, his voice compassionate but firm.
The words hung in the air, each syllable a painful puncture to the fragile balloon of hope that had floated between you and Suguru. At that moment, the world seemed to fall apart.
The colors of the room blurred together, the sounds of the doctor’s voice faded into a distant hum, and the only thing that remained was the crushing weight of the news. It was as if the very foundation of your dreams had shattered, leaving behind a void that seemed too vast to fill.
The future you had imagined—of shared late-night feedings, tiny feet pattering around the house, the joy of watching a child grow—was now nothing more than a distant, unreachable fantasy. The dream you and Suguru had so carefully built together crumbled, leaving behind an aching emptiness that felt like a gaping hole in your heart.
You looked at Suguru, and in his eyes, you saw the same devastation mirrored back at you. The strength and support that had always been a cornerstone of your relationship now felt fragile, as if the very fabric of your shared hopes had been torn apart. His hand reached for yours, trembling slightly, and you could feel the shared grief pulsing between you.
As you and Suguru drove home, the silence in the car was almost unbearable. The world outside seemed muted, as if the colors and sounds had been drained away. The roads stretched out in front of you, but they felt meaningless, like they led nowhere important. The weight of the news settled heavily on your shoulders, and neither of you knew how to break the quiet.
For days, you were unapproachable, lost in a fog of devastation. The loss felt like a gaping chasm that nothing could fill. Conversations became infrequent and strained, and even the comfort of routine seemed distant and hollow. Suguru was there, his presence a constant but silent support, and though he tried to offer solace, the words and gestures seemed inadequate against the depth of your shared grief.
The stillness in the house felt almost oppressive. You found yourself sitting alone in the backyard, the garden now a quiet reflection of your internal turmoil. The familiar sight of your favorite flowers and the gentle rustling of leaves seemed to offer no solace. You sat there, wrapped in a blanket of melancholy, trying to make sense of the void that had settled in your life.
Suguru came out and joined you, quietly taking a seat beside you on the patio. He took a deep breath, the kind that seemed to carry the weight of the world. For a moment, he just sat there, gathering his thoughts, his presence a steady anchor amidst the storm of emotions.
“You know, baby…..” he began softly, his voice breaking the heavy silence, “it’s okay to feel like this. It’s okay to not have all the answers or to be okay right away.”
His words were simple but carried a depth of understanding that only someone who truly cared could offer. You turned to look at him, seeing the pain and determination in his eyes.
“I don’t know how to move past this.” you admitted, your voice cracking with emotion.
“I know.” He whispers to you with tenderness. Tenderness you will never truly deserve. “But you know, baby…..We’ll always be together.”
“I know that.” you retorted, your voice tight and strained as you tried to contain the wave of emotion threatening to break free. “But I just… I wish I could have given you a child, you know? A child that’s a mix of you and me. I just…”
Your words trailed off, leaving a raw vulnerability exposed. The weight of your regrets hung heavily in the air, mingling with the sorrow that had become a constant companion. Suguru’s eyes, usually so full of life and energy, now reflected a deep, pained empathy.
His purple orbs roamed over your face, taking in the sight of you so broken and anguished. The sight of you in such distress was almost too much for him to bear. His own heart ached at the realization that there was little he could do to ease your pain.
“Does our lifetime of love need to leave evidence?” Suguru asked softly, his voice tender yet resolute. “Does…..does it need more than what there is?”
His question wasn’t just a consolation; it was a reflection of his deep belief in the essence of your relationship. You turned to him, the tears welling in your eyes now spilling over, blurring your vision. The raw honesty in his words cut through the fog of your grief, reaching the core of your heart.
“We have each other now, baby.” Suguru continued, his voice steady and filled with conviction. “And we love each other. That’s all that matters.”
His words were simple but powerful, a balm to the wound that had seemed insurmountable. His words broke something inside of you, not in a painful way, but in a way that let all the pent-up sorrow flow out.
You sobbed, burying your face in your hands, and Suguru wrapped his arms around you, holding you close as you cried. He didn’t say anything more—he didn’t need to. In his embrace, in the warmth of his presence, you found the reassurance you didn’t know you needed.
You cried for the loss, for the future you had dreamed of, but you also cried for the love you still had. Suguru was right. You had each other, and in that love, you found strength. That’s all that truly mattered.
Geto Suguru held you close as your tears flowed, his hands gently rubbing your back, whispering words of comfort that barely reached your ears. But his presence, steady and unwavering, spoke louder than any words could.
In his arms, you found a fragile sense of peace, a reminder that even in this moment of heartbreak, you weren’t alone. His touch was familiar, grounding, and you turned to look at him. There was a tenderness in his eyes, a deep understanding that made your heart ache in the best way. He smiled at you.
“I know this isn’t what we imagined.” he said softly, his thumb brushing over your knuckles. “But I’ve been thinking… Maybe it’s okay if our love doesn’t leave a legacy in the way we thought. Maybe our love can just be… us.”
You felt a lump form in your throat, the weight of his words settling into your heart. Suguru had always been your anchor, the person who knew how to pull you back when the world felt too overwhelming. In that moment, you realized that maybe he was right.
Maybe your love didn’t need to be measured by the future you had imagined, by the children you thought you would have. Maybe it was enough to have each other, to share this life together, and to hold onto the love that had always been there. Maybe this was all there has to be. Maybe….this was enough.
Tears filled your eyes again, but this time they weren’t filled with sorrow. You squeezed Suguru’s hand, leaning into his warmth. “I love you.” you whispered, your voice cracking with emotion. “I love you so much.”
He pulled you into his arms once more, his lips brushing against your temple. “I love you too. Always.”
In that quiet moment, you realized that while the future you had once dreamed of was no longer possible, there was still a future waiting for you. A future where it was just the two of you, building a life together, creating memories that were uniquely yours. And as long as you had Suguru by your side, that was enough.
▃▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▂▃
YOU LIKE TO THINK THAT YOUR HUSBAND’S DREAMS WERE BEAUTIFUL. Even after everything, your husband Suguru had always been a dreamer. He never gave up even after the rollercoaster life had dealt you. Everything you both went through—the heartache, the healing—he found a new dream. It was no longer about building a family or leaving a legacy.
His new dream was much simpler, yet so much more meaningful: seeing the world with you. He wanted to explore every corner of the earth by your side, to share in the beauty of new experiences together, and to make memories that would last a lifetime.
There was one place, in particular, that you had always talked about—Grindelwald. The snow-covered mountains, the crisp winter air, the breathtaking views from atop the peaks.
It was a dream you had held close for as long as Suguru could remember, and now, it had become his dream too. He wanted nothing more than to take you there, to hike those snow-dusted trails and see the world unfold beneath you, together.
The two of you started saving for the trip, setting aside small amounts whenever you could. It wasn’t much, but it was enough to keep the dream alive. But life, as it often does, had other plans.
Each time you neared your goal, something else would come up—unexpected expenses, repairs, emergencies. And each time, you had to dip into your savings, pushing the dream further and further away.
The years passed, and the dream remained just that—a dream. Life after all was always busy, life had always had other plans. But you were just happy, being with him. Being together was more than enough.
Yet, Geto Suguru never gave up. He never forgot the way your eyes lit up whenever you talked about seeing pictures of Grindelwald, and he was determined to make it happen one day, no matter how long it took.
Then, one quiet evening, many years later, your husband Suguru sat across from you, his once dark hair now streaked with bright vibrant silver. His hands were still steady, but time had softened their strength. He looked at you with the same love he always had, and there was something different in his eyes—something hopeful, something excited.
“I have a surprise for you, baby.” he said, a small smile tugging at the corners of his lips. He reached into his coat pocket and pulled out two plane tickets, holding them out for you to see.
Your heart skipped a beat as you read the destination: Switzerland.
“We’re going, finally!” he whispered, his voice thick with emotion. “We’re finally going to see Grindelwald.”
Tears welled up in your eyes, a cascade of emotions threatening to spill over, but before you could voice a response, an unfamiliar, sharp ache deep within your body made you pause. It was a discomfort that had been gnawing at you for some time, a persistent shadow that you had tried to ignore.
At first, you dismissed it as stress or perhaps a lingering side effect of the emotional turmoil you had been through. But as the days turned into weeks, the ache intensified, becoming an unwelcome companion in your life.
You tried to push through it, attributing it to the residual strain of the recent loss and the emotional weight you were carrying. Yet, the pain was relentless, and it wasn’t long before you knew you could no longer ignore it. After several visits to various doctors, numerous tests, and consultations that felt endless, the diagnosis finally came: cancer.
The words hit you like a physical blow, the gravity of the diagnosis sinking into your bones. Cancer. It was a term that seemed to hang in the air, heavy with implications and uncertainty. The doctors’ explanations, though thorough and compassionate, felt distant and detached, as if they were speaking a language you couldn’t quite grasp.
The news was like a seismic shift in your world. It felt as though everything you had been trying to hold together was unraveling. The tears that had been welling up before were now flowing freely, mingling with the shock and fear that gripped you. You tried to process it all, but the weight of the diagnosis was overwhelming. It was as if the universe had decided to compound your grief with a new and daunting challenge.
You found yourself grappling with the implications of the diagnosis, trying to come to terms with the reality of what lay ahead. The future that had once seemed so full of potential and hope was now clouded by uncertainty. The plans and dreams you had cherished were overshadowed by the looming shadow of illness.
Suguru was there, his presence a steady anchor amidst the chaos. His own emotions were a mix of concern and determination, but he tried to remain strong for you. In the quiet moments, as you both grappled with the weight of the diagnosis, he held you close, offering a solace that words couldn’t fully convey.
Everything about it was a crushing blow. But Suguru held firm and so did you. You wanted to fight it. After all that time, your dreams together were about to come true. You didn’t want to give up just yet. You wanted to live on. You wanted to go. You wanted to have more time. With him.
But life wasn’t always as one wants it to be. You were admitted to the hospital soon after, the trip to Switzerland slipping away, replaced by sterile rooms and treatment plans. Geto Suguru was devastated. He had waited so long, saved so carefully, and now, just when it seemed possible, this had happened.
But as you lay in the hospital bed, weakened but still filled with love for the man sitting beside you, you knew there was something more important than the trip, more important than the dream that never came to be.
You called him over, and with trembling hands, you handed him the scrapbook you had kept over the years—the one filled with all the adventures you’d already shared, the places you had seen together, the memories you had created.
“You’ve always been my greatest adventure, you know?” you said softly, your voice a little hoarse. “We may never get to see Grindelwald together, but that doesn’t mean the dream has to end.”
Your husband Suguru looked at you, his eyes filled with tears, unable to speak.
“I want you to keep making memories, Suguru. I want you to keep having adventures. Take the tickets, go see the world… live for both of us. Because as long as you’re alive, as long as you’re making memories, there will always be evidence that I live on too.”
Suguru’s hand tightened around yours, his tears finally falling. He shook his head, unable to imagine a world without you, without your shared dream. But you smiled, reaching up to touch his cheek.
“You’ve always been the dreamer, Suguru.” you whispered. “Don’t let that part of you die. Keep dreaming, keep living for me, for us. Our love… it’s more than just a place or a moment. It’s a lifetime of memories. And as long as you’re out there, making new ones, I’ll be with you.”
Suguru nodded, his heart breaking but understanding what you meant. You had always been his greatest love, and now, even in this painful moment, you were still giving him the strength to carry on.
As he sat by your side, holding your hand tightly, Suguru made a silent promise—to keep your love alive, to honor the life you had shared, and to one day, perhaps, stand atop those snow-covered mountains of Grindelwald, knowing that you were with him in every step, in every breath, in every memory he made.
▃▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▂▃
HE WASN’T GETTING ANY YOUNGER. But he still had a promise to fulfill to you. Geto Suguru stood at the base of the trail, staring up at the towering Alps, their snow-covered peaks gleaming under the summer sun.
The path before him was steep, challenging, but it was the journey he had promised to make—for you, for both of you. He reached up to touch the small locket that hung around his neck, a picture of you carefully tucked inside. Your smile was his anchor, even now, long after you were gone.
The climb was grueling, especially for someone his age. His knees ached, his breath came in short, shallow gasps, but he pressed on. The crisp mountain air filled his lungs, reminding him of the dream you had shared for so many years—to see Grindelwald together, to hike these mountains and stand at the top of the world.
As he ascended, memories of you filled his mind. He could still hear your laughter, feel the warmth of your hand in his, see the way your eyes lit up whenever you talked about this place.
It had been your dream, but over time, it had become his as well. Even after all those years of saving, when life had repeatedly forced you to spend the money on more pressing needs, the dream had never faded.
Now, finally, he was here. But he was alone.
Each step was harder than the last. The trail wound higher and higher, becoming more treacherous, but Suguru refused to stop. He clutched the locket, his fingers brushing over the metal as if your presence was embedded within it.
“I promised you,” he whispered to the open air, as though you were walking beside him. “I promised we’d see this together.”
It took hours, his body protesting with every movement, but at last, Suguru reached the summit. The world spread out before him, vast and beautiful, with the jagged peaks of the Alps stretching into the distance. The view was breathtaking—just as you had always said it would be.
He stood there, chest heaving, staring out at the endless sky. Tears welled in his eyes, not from exhaustion, but from the sheer weight of the moment. He opened the locket and gazed at your face, your smiling eyes staring back at him. You should have been here with him. You should have seen this with your own eyes.
“This is for you, baby.” he murmured, his voice cracking as tears spilled down his cheeks. “We made it, love. We’re finally here.”
Suguru stood there for what felt like an eternity, just holding the locket and letting the wind carry his words. The silence of the mountains felt sacred, and for a moment, he could almost feel your presence beside him, hear your voice on the breeze.
After a long while, he reached into his coat and pulled out a small, framed photograph—the two of you, from years ago, standing side by side, laughing as the sun set behind you. It was a moment of joy, of love, captured forever. He knelt down carefully and placed the frame on a small, flat rock at the very peak of the mountain. The picture stood there, delicate but steadfast, a testament to the love you had shared.
Suguru stood back, his gaze soft as he looked at the photo. He ran a trembling hand through his silvered hair, then placed his hands together, pressing the locket to his chest. “We don’t need evidence for our love, you know that, baby?” he said softly, his voice barely above a whisper. “But I want I want everyone to know that there was love somewhere.”
His eyes glistened with unshed tears, and a bittersweet smile tugged at the corners of his lips.
“And it will be here. Always.”
The wind picked up, rustling the leaves and the grass around him, as if the earth itself acknowledged his words. Suguru stood there, the weight of his age and grief heavy on his shoulders, but in his heart, there was a quiet peace. This was your place now, your memory, your love, etched into the mountains for all time.
As the sun began to dip lower on the horizon, casting a golden glow over the Alps, geto Suguru turned and began his descent. With each step, he carried the knowledge that your love was eternal, not bound by the constraints of time or place. It lived on—in the memories, in the moments, and now, on the very peak of the world.

Round Twelve - Belgium 2022 A sponged microphone was shoved in your face and you barely stopped yourself from smacking it away out of reflex, but you did startle back a bit before recovering.
“You look a little wound up, Spitfire,” Lando commented with a laugh. “Ready to call a truce.”
“You wish, Norris. You may have won the battle but I’m going to win the war.”
The microphone picked up the exchange and the reporter cast a glance between the two of you. “Is this battling on the track?”
“With his tractor? No way,” you laughed, nudging Lando with your elbow and a smile to ease the blow. “Someone thought it would be funny to wake me up with a fire extinguisher, which I am totally blaming on Charles because I know you couldn’t come up with that on your own.”
“Hey!” Lando whined with a pout. “I…can’t come up with a lie right now.”
“That’s what I thought. Charles, watch your back and you both better sleep with one eye open.” You turned your attention back to the reporter and signalled with your hand for them to do their thing while you dutifully did yours for yet another Media Day.
“We know you and Max have a, some would say, unhealthy amount of competitiveness on the track but outside of that you are very protective of each other…so, how has he reacted to finding out you’re on the dating app Raya?”
You winced at the question and saw the guys get whiplash with how fast their heads turned your way. All along the line the question echoed. Lando, Pierre, Charles, Daniel and finally Max, ten beady eyes staring at you with a mixed array of emotions.
“What? You all get to date, why can’t I?” you asked defensively as you crossed your arms. “Gotta find something to do for summer break.”
“Hiking in the Alps,” Charles offered.
“Or sunbathing in the Maldives,” Pierre suggested.
“Please never refer to dating someone as ‘something to do’,” Max huffed. “Or better yet, never mention dating at all. Adopt some cats.”
You looked at Lando and quirked an eyebrow. “Do you have anything to add? Since everyone else seems to think they actually have a say in what I do.”
His eyes darted around the guys who were expecting him to pitch in but all he had was a squeaky and unsure, “No?”
“And that’s why you’re my favourite.”
“Why do you want to date anyway?” Daniel asked, and you swore there was more than just curiosity in his tone.
“You guys have girlfriends, and I want one too.”
“A girlfriend?” he asked with far too much enthusiasm.
“Maybe,” you replied with a wink. “I’m not ruling out 50% of the dating pool.”
“So how have you been finding the app,” the reporter asked, “any connections made?”
You huffed and shook your head, a few sighs of relief sounding down the line but you didn’t see who they came from. One was definitely Max.
“I’m an athlete. I train and I sweat so the last thing I want to do when I get home is do the laundry or cook a healthy meal. But my experience so far is that men think it’s the woman’s job to do that, so I need a guy that’s up for sharing responsibility. Is that too much to ask?”
“I’d cook for you!” A man called from the crowd and you sat up straighter trying to see where it came from.
“What about laundry?” you fired back.
“Security,” Max called with a finger pointed to the good looking man who put his thumbs up in the air.
“Ignore him. What’s your name?” you asked as you pulled out your phone. It only took ten seconds to find Martin’s social media accounts and you rolled your eyes in annoyance. “This is why I have trust issues. I hope your girlfriend sees this and dumps you.”
Three days later You had failed to finish the GP after an embarrassing pitstop left one of your wheels rolling down the lane. The replay footage kept popping up wherever you went, even at the restaurant before the afterparty, and Max had the audacity to laugh. “Nice trike, zusje.”
“Shut up and get me another drink,” you grumbled as you drowned your sorrows.
He soon returned with two gin and tonics and huffed as you took them both. “I’m not carrying you back to the hotel if you pass out,” he warned before going and getting another drink for himself.
“That’s fine, I can always call my new friend, Martin,” you said with a grimace as he took your phone off the table and shoved it in his pocket. “Bonnie Tyler was onto something. Where have all the good men gone?”
“They aren’t at the bottom of your glass,” Max said as you tipped the drink back. “So you can stop looking there.”
“You’re right. I’ll see you later, bro.”
“Where are you going?” he asked as he watched you push your chair back and head for the door.
“Taking a page out of P’s favourite book,” you said over your shoulder.
Christian sat back in his chair as you left and asked Max, “What’s P’s favourite book?”
“We’re Going on a Bear Hunt.” Max sighed and rubbed his temples, making Christian laugh with a shake of his head.
“Should I send someone to keep an eye on her?”
“It’s fine, we have family share so I can see her location-fuck! I have her phone!” Max leapt from the table and rushed out of the restaurant. He looked up and down the busy street but he couldn’t see you anywhere and combed a hand through his hair, wondering what he should do.
He hardly used his social media accounts, leaving it to his PA to monitor that side of things, but this would be the exception. Opening twitter, he put out the message asking that if anyone spots you to send him the location. Almost immediately he got bombarded with replies of concern and his anxiety spiked when he realised he would waste his night with the time it would take to go through and find any messages that were actually helpful.
A familiar face spotted you on the dancefloor of the club you found yourself in and you grinned when he made his way through the crowd to you.
“Dance with me, Lando,” you shouted over the music.
“Your brother’s looking for you,” he replied, leaning closer so you could hear him.
“Please don’t tell him where I am.” You could already feel your mood deflating and he bit his lip as he was torn between loyalties.
“Okay, I won’t,” Lando promised, earning a bright smile that made him feel better. “But I’ll let him know you’re with me so he can stop freaking out.”
You didn’t bother to correct him, because Max would never stop worrying. He took his role as older brother too seriously, something you often found stifling since you had grown up without it and still struggled to accept it.
“I’m getting a drink, do you want one?” you asked as while he was busy on his phone, messaging Max.
“Uh, yeah, rum and coke, please.”
You slipped away to the bar, stumbling more than you would like to admit, and leaned against the bar top as you waited for some service. You hadn’t been there for more than a minute when an arm draped over your shoulders and you spotted the Forza Ferrari bracelet on the wrist.
“You have got twitter going crazy, chérie,” Charles said with a chuckle. “There’s quite a few people out hunting for you.”
“And I found her first,” Lando said as he brushed the arm off your shoulder and stood at your other side.
“Well,” you chuffed as you draped your arms over their shoulders and pulled them closer, “I’m on a hunt of my own and I could do with some help. A girl has needs and you two are going to be my wingmen.”
They both looked at each other and you could see the mental conversation they were having, each long passing second leading you to pull back. “No, don’t call Max. Lando, you promised.”
“We can’t just let you go off with some random,” Charles said as he caught your hand before you could escape the bar, “what if they are a serial killer?”
You tugged your hand back angrily and struggled to keep your balance when you were suddenly freed. “If I were a guy we wouldn’t be having this argument. Why can’t I have fun too?”
“We just want to keep you safe.”
“Safe?” you laughed bitterly and held your hand out. “Fine, give me a condom, I know you carry them around in your wallet.”
“That’s not what I meant and you know it,” Lando argued as he pushed your hand away. “You’re not sleeping with a stranger.”
“Is that you offering then?” You looked between Charles and Lando, watching their necks turn pink as you crossed your arms. “That's what I thought. I’m going to another bar, this one’s full of assholes. Hasta luego, pendejos.”
“Great, she’s been hanging out with Carlos,” Charles grumbled as you walked away.
“He’s better company than you two,” you shouted over your shoulder before you hit the exit.
Cold air rushed into your lungs and you realised two things. One; you should have worn more clothes, and two; you were sobering up. There was only one way to solve both problems so you marched your way down the street to find another bar.
Your head was pounding and your stomach turned when you woke up to the first day of summer break. The hotel room was elegant and luxurious, but it wasn’t yours and you didn’t know how you had come to get here.
“Coffee?”
“Oh, thank fuck,” you sighed with relief as Lando walked into the bedroom with two cups in his hands. “Where’s my clothes? Did we have sex? Wait, no, you wouldn’t cheat and I’d definitely remember that.”
“They’re in the dryer, and no we didn’t have sex,” he said as he handed you one of the cups. “You were soaked when we found you.”
You frowned as you tried to remember what happened but came up blank. “We?”
“You went for a swim in the fountain of love in the city centre. It was a ‘part of your hunt’, apparently. Charles helped me get you back here before anyone called the police.”
“Oh, great,” you muttered as you pulled the sheets higher. “Hey, you’re doing my laundry. It’s a shame you’re not single. Then again, you can’t cook for shit.”
“Be glad you’re single. The grass isn’t always greener on this side of the fence,” he said with a sigh.
“Wanna talk about it?”
“I’d rather not.” Lando suddenly looked guilty as he took the half drunk coffee back and placed it on the side table. “I should probably warn you, I called Max after you took off from us last night.”
“I was with you and Charles?” Your brows pinched together as you started to recall being angry at them before embarrassment followed. “Shit, I called you assholes.”
“It’s fine, but the only reason we found you again was because of some clips on Instagram.”
You could imagine another lashing from the Red Bull PR, it wasn’t the first time you were involved in drunk misadventures and it was caught on camera. Usually it was some dare or competition involving Max where neither of you wanted to admit defeat and things just got out of control. He’d probably enjoy hearing you get ripped a new one by Christian while he got a pat on the head for being the golden child.
“What did I do this time?” you asked, knowing it was easier to just rip the bandaid off.
“It isn’t what you did,” he said with a wince. “It’s what you said.”
“Well?” you prompted when he shifted awkwardly on his feet.
“You said Charles’ listens to Nickelback.”
Your head fell back with a laugh and the sheet fell down as you let go of the cotton to clutch your nauseous stomach. “Well at least I wasn’t spouting off a bunch of bullshit.”
“And that there were three drivers you would date if you got the chance.”
“Ah, well…” you cleared your throat and scrunched the bedding into your hands, ignoring the way his eyes trailed over your bra that was on display. “That is a lie. There’s only two. It’s just my luck they are both in relationships. Did I really use the word date?”
“You said fuck but the meaning was there.”
You pulled your knees up to your chest and rested your chin on them with a heavy sigh. “I’m a mess. I’m surprised you didn’t try to prank me while you had the chance. Or is there a dick in permanent marker on my face?”
“You wouldn’t have been coherent enough to appreciate it,” Lando teased as he took a seat at the edge of the bed. “I told you this last night and I know you’re lonely, but you're looking for love in all the wrong places. You’re not going to find someone who will treat you right in a shitty nightclub when you’re too drunk to even give consent.”
Tears of embarrassment stung your eyes and you swallowed the lump in your throat before climbing off the bed and wrapping the sheet around you. “Thanks for the concern, but I’m not going to take dating advice from the guy who clearly isn’t happy in his own relationship.”
There would be no way to erase the image of how hurt he was by the words so you turned your back and left the room, grabbing your damp dress from the dryer and pulling it on. Thankfully your shoes were beside the door so you swiped them up as you left, the heels dangling from your fingers as you pushed through the sickening feeling and left the hotel to break into a run.
People stared in the street, some even pulled out their phones when they recognised you but there would be no autographs. You focused on your breathing, focused on the cold slap of your bare feet on the pavement, focused on anything but the look in Lando’s eyes.
“Where the fuck were you!” Max shouted as you reached your room and found him already there, rising from one of the armchairs like the godfather. “I have been worried sick.”
“Jesus, you sound like Jos when you shout. Relax before you have a heart attack and leave me with no competition.”
“You’re more likely to lose your seat the way you’re going, and leave me without any competition.”
“Dream on, I just had a moment.”
Max cocked an eyebrow up and crossed his arms. “Yeah, and what was last weekend and the one before that?”
You sucked your teeth at the reminder and dropped your shoes to the floor. “That wasn’t my fault, I didn’t start the prank war. And I really didn’t think the smoke bomb would set off all of the sprinklers, just the one in Charles’ room. Plus, I paid for the damages and repairs.”
“Throwing money around doesn’t mean you can act like a spoiled brat,” he said as he fell back into the armchair.
“I am not a spoiled brat,” you growled. “I didn’t grow up with money like you and Vicky. I was the dirty little secret, just a bi-product of Jos' affair, that had to scrounge around for second hand parts just so I could have a working kart. So, fuck you, I’m allowed to enjoy the money I have earned.”
“And what about your mother? Do you think she doesn’t see those videos going viral of you drunk out of your mind, letting some klootzak take body shots off you? Does that make her proud?”
Fire burned deep in your gut as you felt attacked from all sides and the angry words spilled over before you could stop them, “I hate you.” Your feet stomped across the carpet to swipe your phone up from beside your stunned brother before you grabbed your backpack from the race which still had your passport and wallet inside. "I never needed a big brother, so you can stop fucking trying and just leave me alone."
“Where are you going?” he asked as he watched you head to the door. “The plane doesn’t leave until this afternoon.”
“Fuck you and fuck your plane. I’ll find my own way home.”
There was only one person you knew you could always count on, the first teammate you had when you made it into F1, and you were already dialling his number as you walked out of the hotel in tears.
“Pierre,” you sobbed as he answered. “I need you.”

tape 001. (l.jn + 00z line)
wc: 1.9k
“c’mon man, it’s my turn to choose the movie, it was your turn last week!” haechan groaned, slightly pushing jaemin.
“fine, but we’ll use renjun’s laptop this time, since a certain someone broke mine last week.” he turns back to haechan, rolling his eyes. “hey fuck you dude, i told you it was an accident alread-“
“no way! i have an essay coming up, i’m using it as soon as i finish this.” renjun yelled, from the kitchen, cleaning the dishes. “use jeno’s or something, he’s not here anyway.”
“are you crazy?” jaemin yelled back. “there’s private stuff on there!! and he only shares his laptop with his girlfriend.”
“so what?” haechan laughed. “he probably privates all his stuff anyway, you know how he is. plus, he has a bunch of movies in a file he keeps for us” — he gets up, fixes his hair before going into jeno’s room. “so i’ll go get it.”
a few minutes after looking for the device, haechan comes back to the living room, sitting between jaemin and renjun, opening the laptop. groaning, he’s met with a lockscreen, asking for a password.
“see, i told you we should’ve used renjun’s laptop, jeno’s too private man, i can’t even get in myself.” jaemin sighs, facing haechan. “where’s your laptop anyway?” he questions.
“mark has it, and he won’t be back until tomorrow.” he says typing on the keyboard, thinking of the right password.
“dude stop trying shit, you’ll lock his laptop forever.” renjun grabs his arm, already annoyed. “let’s just use the tv.”
“hold on man, there’s a hint here”
⃣[who’s my best friend?]
“oh yeah, that’s easy, it’s obviously me!” jaemin laughed.
however, the three boys were all met with a “try again” sentence. confused, they tried you, renjun, haechan, and well, most of the members, all answers being wrong, until “mark” somehow unlocked the laptop, making them stare at the homescreen picture being you and jeno on some sort of vacation.
“what the fuck?” haechan and jaemin yelled at the same time. they looked at each other for a few seconds, feeling betrayed.
“well! guess i’ll need to talk to mark when he comes back to see who his REAL best friend is!” haechan faked wiping a tear off his face, while looking for jeno’s pirated movie file. “i’m pretty sure it would’ve been too easy if he chose jaemin man.” renjun added. “dude, jeno’s not scared of getting caught having all those downloaded movies?” renjun asked, “there’s a shit load of pirated clips in there…” he continues.
minutes pass by and the silence in the living room is sometimes broken by “no not that” and “we’ve already watched this”. even added by a “we can’t watch horror movies because renjun is scared of those”—
“hey fuck you man, atleast i’m not a psycho and watch murder stories videos all night like you jaemin” he scoffs.
“whatever fuckass let’s just do something else— “hey guys?” haechan speaks up, making the bickering between the other two stop. “i think we’ve found our movie for tonight.”
“jeno’s into weird movies? there’s no title— ouu it’s probably something dark- ow!” jaemin laughs out loud while renjun hits him in the arm.
haechan clicks on the video, curiosity getting the best of him.
“woah what are you doing?” renjun stops him, panic taking over. “what? he probably just forgot to put the title on it, it’s probably just a regular movie, like spider-man or some shit.”
renjun sits back down, pushing his two toned hair back, nervous. “alright. besides, maybe it’s a movie we haven’t watched yet, i’m sick of you guys watching scary movies.”
“okay jun, just press play, we wanna see what’s that about.” jaemin retorts.
the beginning of the video shows nothing weird of any sort, just a dimly lit room and a bed— that kind of looks like jeno’s. without paying any mind to the details, they keep watching.
“shit, i’ll be back, my phone’s ringing.” renjun gets up to the bathroom, excusing himself.
the video continues normally, the dead silence of the room gets cut off by giggles and heavy sighs, which made the boys question their choice of movie.
“dude is that fucking porn? i don’t wanna watch that shit.” jaemin takes the laptop in his hands, ready to press the back arrow when he suddenly stops his movements.
“what?” confused, haechan looks closely at the screen, face changing from confusion to shock. “wait, is that-“ he adds “uh… yeah, i think so” jaemin places the computer back on the small table, paying more attention to the clip they found just a minute ago.
you’re barely noticeable, the camera shows you laying on the bed, wrists tied up and gagged, drool dripping around the plastic ball. your legs are spread at your maximum; showing your used and bruised ass to the lens, black tape covering your cunt, making your asshole the only thing on display. the only sound they could hear was your whining and moaning. jaemin and haechan stare at your trembling figure, unable to keep their eyes away.
“i’m sorry baby, but bad girls don’t deserve to be properly fucked don’t they” they could hear jeno talk behind the camera, voice low and far from his usual tone. “seeing you flirt with my friends, i cant let that happen now can’t i?” you shook your head, tears prickling in the corner of your eyes. he gets closer to you, angling the camera to get a closer look at your hole. you whine as you feel his index and middle fingers on your taped cunt, eyes begging for him to fuck you.
“hey sorry that took so long it was important — what the fuck are you guys watching??” renjun interrupts, looking at the screen.
“just—just sit down man.” haechan mutters. “i can’t let you horny fucks watch some por-“
“woah.” he stops.
renjun feels guilty for watching, but he’s fixed on the way your body is trembling in excitement, by the way your pretty face is covered in spit and dried tears, or by the way you’re whining softly, eyes fixed on jeno, being so obedient, despite the obscene scene the tape is showing him.
he’s never imagined or thought of you this way, but when he feels his pants tightening, he had to watch more.
they want to see you vulnerable.
jeno holds the back of your thighs, making you stop wriggling underneath him. “now won’t you be a good girl and take what i give you?” you nod frantically, body shaking. “good girl.” he gives you a kiss on your nose, then lines himself up to your rim.
your muffled moans and cries are the only thing heard in the room. the three boys are mesmerized by your expressions, haechan’s slowly pulling his underwear down as he strokes his own cock. “this is wrong, we—can you please put your dick away?” jaemin asks. “if he knows we’ve watched this it’s over.” he continues, facing the urge to join haechan in his pleasuring session.
you get dizzy as you feel jeno filling you up so nicely, never getting used to how big he is. you look at him with half opened eyes, tears slowly falling down your eyes, wrists hurting from the restraints.
“man, look at how well she takes his dick.” haechan confesses, his hand stroking his tip, groaning at the sight of you being ruined.
jeno grabs your ass, making him reach deeper inside you, each rough thrusts make you beg, trying to reach for his arms despite your restraints. your head falls back on the pillows, feeling yourself losing it more and more. he taps your cheek a few times before removing the ball from your mouth, strings of saliva connected from your lips to the plastic. “what a messy baby, am i making you feel good?” he grabs your jaw, forcing you to look at him. the boys groan at your fucked up state, they have never heard a better sound other than your moans and begging.
“u-uh huh… more… pleasepleaseplease.” you mumble. you feel him everywhere. his weight on you, his hands on your thighs, forcing your legs open, his stare, his cock splitting your ass open. you feel like passing out. “more?” he scoffs. “me fucking your tight little ass isn’t enough? you’re just a greedy whore, always want to be stuffed full of cock is that it?” you nod over and over again, making him chuckle. you feel out of it, eyes rolling to the back of your head. you want more, you’re desperate for a release, but you know jeno won’t give you what you want so easily, besides, you broke his rules, right?
the boys wondered how it would feel to be inside you, it’s not like they haven’t thought of it, maybe except renjun, who was always so respectful of you and your relationship. at the back of his head, he still felt bad for watching, but today, his perspective of you changed, you were nothing but a filthy slut, who’d give any of her holes, just for the sake of pleasure.
you gasp when you’re suddenly flipped onto your stomach, lightheaded from the previous actions of your boyfriend. “ass up.” is all he says as you obey, though struggling to keep your knees still, your legs shaking.
you feel jeno’s tip kiss your rim, as an indication that you’re not quite done being used yet. he positions the camera closer to your entrance as he slowly gets fully inside you, making you both sigh.
haechan is a mess, he’s getting closer to his release, while renjun tries to look away from the screen, forcing himself up to get water, he sighs uncomfortably at his tight shorts.
jaemin on the other hand, is so focused on you that he cums in his hand without realizing it.
“i have a big load for you angel, you’re gonna take all i give you right?” his thrusts get sloppier, he whines more and more feeling your tight hole milking him. “inside please.” is all that was needed before you feel his warm load inside your ass, crying into the pillow at the sensation.
the three boys groan at the sight of your abused hole, tape peeling off of your cunt, legs giving up making you almost fall before jeno picks your legs up, taking the camera to show your leaking hole. tsk.
“what an ungrateful little slut.” the name makes you look back at him, tears falling on your swollen face, “i’m sorry sir—” your fingers scoops the cum off your hole, bringing them to your mouth before releasing them with a slight ‘pop’. “is that better?” he slaps your ass making you yelp.
“good girl.”
“you’re gross haech, better hurry up before they come back and see your pervert ass on his computer.” renjun tells him, watching haechan run off to the bathroom, jeans barely on his legs.
jaemin wakes up from his daydream to his sticky hand, shaking his head before quickly pulling his pants off and head to his dorm.
renjun stares at the wall, feeling more guilty than ever, with a raging boner that he has yet to touch, when suddenly the door unlocks.
“shit.”

Promise//Sam Winchester
Sam Winchester x Fem!Reader
Summary: Sam is having doubts about reader going on hunts with him and Dean, but they finally decide to come to an agreement that will make them both happy.
Warnings: Swearing, kissing, oral (fem! receiving), fingering, subby Sam, angsty Sam, death, violence (the basics lol), mention of Jess.
WC: 1.5k
A/N: Hey guys!!!! Sam is my baby so I wanted to write something for him! Anyways I really like this fic and plot so I hope y’all enjoy it too! love y’all ♡
Sam was always hesitant to take you on hunts, after all you only knew about the business because of him.
Sure there were parts of his job that were rewarding, which made it worthwhile; but there were also parts that he resented. Such as the constant danger, the danger that he tried his best to keep you away from. His worst fear was you ending up like Jess…and that it would all be his fault.
At first you were content with staying behind while Sam and Dean did their thing. But as you learned more about what they did, you grew tired of the lonely hotel rooms. You became restless every time they left, unable to sit back while your boyfriend subjected himself to such horrors.
This is what prompted the argument the two of you were currently having.
“Sam, please let me come just this once!” you retorted.
“I want to be there, I understood at first, but I know what I’m getting myself into now!”
“I’m prepared, you and Dean have taught me everything you know.”
Sam pressed his fingers to his furrowed brow, frustrated.
You could see you were upsetting him, but did he really think you would never have to have this conversation?
“Jesus, Sammy! Let her go, we need an extra pair of hands anyways.” Dean argued, rolling his eyes at his brother.
“I said No!” Sam snapped.
Sam turned around and sat on the edge of the bed, letting his head fall into his hands.
You gave Dean a look, as if to say ‘get out, we need some privacy’.
Surprisingly, he understood.
“I’ll be in the Impala, y’all let me know when you’re ready so we can get to work.”
Dean gave you a nod as he walked out the door, swiftly shutting it behind him.
You took a deep breath, gathering your thoughts.
This was a sensitive subject for Sam, you had to remember, and one that came from a place of love.
“Sammy, love, I know you’re worried, but think of everything you and Dean have survived. Why would I be any different?” You spoke softly, almost as if you were afraid someone might hear.
Sam looked up, his eyes tinged with red, and tears forming around the rim. It was a look of loneliness, of longing, and you knew he needed you the most in this moment.
You walked over to him. You remained standing while he continued to sit.
Sam leaned his head against your stomach.
You could feel his short breaths through your thin shirt, and you knew he was fighting tears. Vulnerability was hard for Sam, and you wanted to do everything possible to make him comfortable.
You wrapped your arms around his head, pulling him even closer. You traced your fingers through his messy, yet soft, brown locks.
Sam sniffled, and you knew by the wet spots you felt on your shirt that he has finally let the tears fall.
You finally decided to sit down, bringing Sam's head up to your shoulder as you did.
"I love you, you know that's why this is so hard for me right?" Sam said finally.
He lifted his head off of you in order to look you in the eye. His bangs hung loosely in front of his face, almost as if they were trying to hide his sad eyes.
"Baby, I know, but you can't let fear control our lives." You moved his hair out of his eyes, and cupped his face with your hands.
Sam nodded as he sank into your touch.
"I know...but I guess, I guess I don't know how."
"How about I promise you this."
Sam looked at you in curiosity.
"You let me come along, but when something becomes too dangerous, you say the word and I'll step to the side."
Sam thought about it for a moment, running a hand through his hair as he did.
"Okay, but you can't let your stubbornness get in the way."
You gasped playfully.
"Sam Winchester I can't believe you're calling me stubborn!"
The two of you shared a moment of laughter before the heavy reality settled in.
"I promise." You pressed your forehead to Sam's as a way to seal the promise, your personal spin on a pinky swear.
Only then did you notice the tension between the two of you, and the urge to feel his lips on yours.
Sam pressed a finger to your lips, his warmth seeping into the soft flesh. You took it in your mouth, running tongue and teeth over it, tasting him.
Sam was the one to break the invisible barrier between the two of you, smashing his lips against yours.
It was a hungry, fiery, passionate kiss. You couldn’t remember the last time you two had shared one like it.
Sam pushed you back, your head hitting the crappy motel mattress. You didn’t care. You needed him, to feel him everywhere all at once.
You gasped as Sam finally removed his lips from yours, but only to move down to your neck and collarbone.
Sam’s hands snaked down your body, reaching your hips and eventually the rim of your jeans.
“Wanna make you feel good, baby.” Sam said breathlessly as he began to fool with the button.
“Aww you don’t have to, you’ve already made me feel so good.” You replied softly.
“Well then I wanna make you feel better than good.” Sam mumbled as he pulled your jeans off your hips. Now there was no way to hide how soaked you were.
Sam gave you a knowing look before removing your panties.
He wasted no time getting to work, shoving two of his fingers deep inside you. He always knew exactly where to put them, hitting that spot that made you roll your hips into him.
“Jesus.” You gasped, the sudden wave of pleasure was almost unbearable.
Sam pumped his fingers in and out of you, and you were surprised by how fast you were reaching your high.
Sure, it had been a while, especially since Sam had been so busy recently; but you didn’t realize how much you had missed this until now.
Sam pulled his fingers out, licking the remnants off.
That must have made him want more because he immediately shoved his face into your pussy.
Sam licked up your wetness before moving to circle his tongue around your clit.
You moaned loudly and reached your hands out to tangle them in his. You pulled softly, giving you something else to focus on other than the fact that you wanted to scream out in pleasure.
“You’re doing so good baby.” You mumbled, making sure he received some much earned praise.
You were so close to your climax when you heard the door swing open.
You knew it was Dean before you even saw him, and you rolled over quickly shoving Sam off of you.
“Jesus Christ. Put your Goddamn clothes on and get your asses in the car.” Dean shouted before slamming the door.
You stopped scrambling to get dressed and let your heads fall into your hands with embarrassment.
“Don’t be embarrassed, I’ve walked in on him in much worse positions.” Sam laughed.
“One time when-“
You cut him off.
“I’m gonna stop you right there because I would prefer not to learn about your brothers extra curricular activities.”
You shared a moment of laughter before you stood up and finished putting your clothes on.
“I’m glad we had this talk.” Sam pulled you into his chest and kissed you on the forehead.
“Are you sure it was the talking part you liked?” You looked up at him.
He eyed you suspiciously as if to say “you know what I meant.”
You responded by giving him a quick peck on the lips, deciding not to think about the fact that you could still taste yourself on him.
“Let’s go before Dean kills us.”
You grabbed Sam’s hand and dragged him behind you, still ever intent upon keeping your promise.

tw: issues surrounding consent (not between steve and eddie)
steve has never really been asked if he wants something when it came to sex. it was always just assumed he was into it. whether it was with various girls he hooked up with or the occasional guy, no one ever bothered to ask if what they were doing was alright.
steve never thought anything about it, just assuming that was normal. of course he would always ask first but he thought that was how it goes. he asks, others don’t. after all why would they? no one ever asked steve what he likes or wants outside of sex- so why would they ask during sex? it just made sense to him, so that’s how it went.
and then he met eddie. sweet sweet wonderful eddie, who always asks before touching him even if it’s non-sexual. it started off before they even got together. eddie would always ask or make sure steve had enough time to move away before touching him. even if it was something as small as putting a hand on his shoulder. it throws steve for a loop everytime he does it. he doesn’t understand why eddie is so gentle with him.
steve finally says something about it around a month into their relationship. they’re laying in eddie’s bed, eddie on top of steve, the two of them kissing. eddie’s hands are trailing down steve’s torso, stopping right before they get to his waistband. steve whines, bucking his hips up, trying to get him to hurry up. eddie pulls away from steve’s mouth, panting slightly as he tries to catch his breath.
“is this okay?” eddie asks, words so soft and gentle it kinda makes steve want to scream.
“why do you do that?” steve can’t help but ask, his curiosity finally getting the best of him. eddie’s brows furrow in confusion, as he continues to look down at steve.
“do what?” eddie asks, genuinely confused.
“why do you always ask before touching me?” steve asks as if it’s the most confusing thing in the world, and to him it is. he can’t think of a single reason why eddie finds the need to ask before touching him. especially since they’ve been together for awhile now. in his past relationships his significant others would just assume it was okay at this stage so he doesn’t understand why eddie doesn’t do the same.
a look of sadness crosses eddie’s features before he quickly schools his face into one of neutrality. he brings both his hands up, cupping steve’s cheeks like he is the most precious thing in the world. he strokes his thumbs in soothing circles while he continues to look at steve, seemingly contemplating something.
“why wouldn’t i? do you not ask before touching someone?” eddie asks, phrasing his questions carefully.
“of course i do, but i just don’t understand why you do it to me. no one ever asks me.” steve scoffs as if it should be obvious. eddie’s face morphs into one of shock and hurt. he always has worn his heart on his sleeve and even when he tries to mask his emotions, steve sees right through it.
“baby-“ eddie chokes out, sounding heart broken. steve quickly backtracks, thinking that he must have done something wrong.
“no, no, i’m sorry eddie. i never should have asked. i’m sorry i upset you, please don’t be mad at me,” steve all but begs, shrinking in on himself as best he can with eddie still looming above him.
“shhh, no baby, i’m not mad i promise.” eddie says, but steve doesn’t believe him. he can see the rage barely hidden behind his eyes.
“yes you are, i’m sorry eddie, please,” steve chokes out, tears starting to well in his eyes. eddie grips his face a little harder, dipping down to force steve to make eye contact with him.
“hey, listen to me. i’m not mad, not at you. i’m furious at every single person who has ever laid their hands on you without asking, but i’m not mad at you. never at you.” eddie replies. steve’s eyes search eddie’s face looking for a lie but he doesn’t find one.
“why?” steve chokes out, unable to stop the tears from slowly falling down his cheeks. eddie quickly wipes them away with his thumbs, stroking at his cheeks with a softness steve has never felt before.
“do i deserve to be asked before someone touches me?” eddie asks, making steve’s head spin with confusion.
“wh- yes of course you do.”
“then so do you, baby.”
steve feels even more confused at eddie’s statement. it feels like an entirely different conversation to him, he doesn’t understand what eddie means.
“but- i mean- that’s not- it’s not the same.” steve argues, feeling like his entire world is tipping upside down.
“of course it is, why wouldn’t it be?” eddie asks, his words patient and understanding.
“because- because you’re you. you’re perfect and beautiful and you deserve everything and i’m- im just me.” steve replies.
“stevie, my love. do you really not have any idea how fucking perfect you are? you are like the definition of perfect. you are the kindest, bravest, smartest, hottest piece of ass i have ever had the privilege of getting to know.” eddie says, making steve let out a watery laugh.
“you might not believe it now, but i swear to you steve harrington i will make you understand how incredible you are if it’s the last thing i do. now, can i kiss you, my love?”
instead of answering steve surges up, bringing eddie into a passionate, watery kiss. it’s a little salty with tears but neither of them care, needing to be connected right now.
steve still might not fully understand why eddie is so kind to him, and he might not believe that he is incredible like eddie says, but with the love of his life by his side he thinks he can maybe start to believe it one day. especially if eddie keeps kissing him like this.

Strangers
Joe Burrow x Reader
You and Joe try to work things out
“Dear Me,” you scribbled into your journal, humming along to the soft music at the coffee shop. “He’s leaving for the NFL, you still have one more year of college. Let him go. He will find bigger and better things than you. Let him find a nice girl he can bring to games. There will be someone he can be happy with. Yes, he’s sweet, and caring, and handsome, but he is also grown up.” You set your pen down, taking a sip of your coffee, hoping it would help the lump in your throat disappear.
The door of the coffee shop quietly swung open. You glanced up, as you always did out of curiosity. You know what they say, curiosity kills the cat. At that exact moment, you were the cat. Joe walked in, with confidence, in a jacket you had gotten him a few months ago. He smiled at strangers around him, and then gave you the same smile. That’s when you realized, you were now a stranger to him.
You quickly flung the front cover of your leather journal shut, stuffed your pen into your purse, and did anything to make yourself look busy. Two hands quickly met the top of the table you were sitting at.
“Hey.” Joe cleared his throat.
“Oh, hey.” You looked down, doing your best to make sure he couldn’t see the tears that had formed in your eyes as you wrote about him just moments earlier.
“Writing?” He asked, pulling out the chair across from you and taking a seat.
“Studying.” You lied.
You sat in silence for what felt like an eternity. Both of you searching for the right words to say. You hadn’t seen Joe in nearly 3 months now. And it had been some of the most emotionally draining 3 months of your life. Neither of you really officially ended things, but you both knew. “Goodbye.” “I love you.” “I’m sorry.” “Good luck.”
“Can we talk?” Joe croaked out.
“I don’t think there’s really much to say.”
“I’m sorry.” He reached over and grabbed your hands. “Please, just give me a minute. I need closure.”
You hated that word. Somewhere in the back of your brain, you hoped he would promise you a future and things would go back to the way they were. But here he was, confirming that things were officially over.
“It’s been 76 days. I’ve spent every single one thinking about you.” He brushed his thumb across the top of your hand as he spoke. “I thought I knew what I wanted. Becoming an NFL quarterback. Being the most popular, most liked person in the room. I thought those things would make me happy. And they did….temporarily. But you,” he paused, clearing his throat, “You’re the only thing that could make me happy forever.”
You choked out a little half laugh, half sob. “Please don’t say stuff like that. We both know it’s not true.” You shook your head.
“Please don’t play the victim and act like I’m the bad guy.” Joe scoffed, the tone in his voice quickly changing. “Don’t forget, you’re the one that said things weren’t going to work.”
“What was I supposed to say when you said you were leaving?” You pulled your hands away from his. “Don’t leave? I love you?” You questioned.
He shrugged and let out a frustrated breath. “I don’t know. Okay? But I thought you’d say something.”
“I’m sorry.” You swallowed the lump in your throat, the anger in his voice was making you nervous.
“Do you want to try again?” He asks barely loud enough for you to hear him.
You can’t answer, your throat is too thick with emotion.
“If you want me to beg, I will. If you want me to jump through flaming hoops, then bring them on. I’ll spend every waking hour I have until I have to report to training camp proving to you how badly I want you.” He looked away, blinking back a few tears.
You felt your own lips start to tremble. His words are painful and beautiful at the same time.
“Every word is the truth. I want you back. I can’t imagine starting this new journey without you.” He said. “I fucked up letting you go. I still love you.”
You swallow a sip of coffee, hoping the caffeine will fill you with the right words to say. “Even though I have another year of College left?”
He smiles. “My rookie year is going to be chaotic, and busy. It’ll be better for both of us if you’re busy too, dontcha think?”
He makes a fair point.
“We can make it work. I know we can. The question is, do you want to try again?” He pauses. “Do you want me?”
You can see the fear that you might reject him in his eyes. His hands are trembling on the table. His breathes are shallow and quick. The one thing he is confident about though, is wanting to make things work with you.
“I want you.”

hi!! i rlly love ur writing and i wanted to ask if i could request something where readers reputation is ruined by a false rumor which leads reader to thinking they aren’t loveable but chris doesn’t think that cause he’s in love with her?
basically the trope “one believes they’re hard to love and someone who loves them like it’s breathing”.
ー ★ !! unloveable
pairing : chris sturniolo x fem!reader
synopsis : after some bad rumors are past around social media, you begin to overthink about whether or not you’re even loveable
a/n : ok but why this is request so fucking adorable ???? like the trope u put at the end makes me want to put my blood, sweat, and tears into this. UGHHHHH no matter who it's written, i'm gonna be 100% convinced it's not good enough because i love this prompt so insanely much
wc : 3.7k
you have been friends with the triplets for a few years now, and you all agreed to keep your face off of social media. it started when you jokingly voiced that you were a bit scared to be judged by the entire world. the triplets — mainly chris — took this seriously, though. they know how difficult it can be to have millions of eyes glued to you at all times. due to their awareness, nick suggested that you stayed off of their platforms to avoid any backlash that you're not ready for.
to be honest, at first you were a bit skeptical of his idea. i mean, you'd never had a ton of random people watching you like they always do. it seems easy enough, though. just make sure to keep your privacy hidden and don't do anything bad on camera. despite your questions, you agreed with nick's proposal. plus, the triplets are the experts here ; not you.
it's been three years since you guys came to this agreement. and it's been working out pretty well, frankly. nobody knows that you're friends with the triplets at all. nobody even has had the thought cross their mind. you're a random chick with a few hundred followers and they're famous youtubers with millions. no sane person would make that connection.
a year and a half ago, you and chris started dating. your relationship is the healthiest you've ever been in. he's caring, he listens when you talk, he hugs you a lot, he likes to compliment you, he buys 'just because' flowers.
you have had a past of toxic relationships. you told chris about them and he's been trying his hardest to heal the mental scars your exes have left behind. one of your past boyfriends was manipulative, another one was narcissistic, another was a proud cheater, and the last wasn't even present in your life.
"hey," you whisper into the darkness before you.
you're currently at the triplets' house, staying the night. nick texted you and asked if you wanted to have a sleepover — which you happily agreed to. you'd been watching a movie with nick in his room for the past hour or two, but he fell asleep a few minutes ago. you were on your way to sneak into chris's room when you heard someone rummaging through the kitchen cabinets.
overtaken by curiosity, you tip-toed down the hall to see who it was. you poked your head around the corner to make sure it wasn't an intruder. your nerves instantly calmed down at the sight of your boyfriend, hungrily searching for a midnight snack.
"hey," he answers, turning around to face you as you stand in the doorway, "why are you still up? it's late."
"i could ask you the same thing." you tell him with a light chuckle shaking your chest. you then walk into the kitchen and over to where chris stands in front of the pantry. he smiles down at you, causing your stomach to twist. its pretty crazy to think that you still get butterflies from him. most people say that you won't feel giddy forever, but you seem to have proven that theory to be incorrect. it's been nearly two years and you still get flustered when he smiles at you.
you lift your hands into the air before dramatically flopping down onto his chest. your wrap your arms around his neck and bury your face into his shirt. he smells like home, a comforting scent that always makes you relax as it meets your nostrils. chris grins down at you before wrapping his arms around your torso, holding you by the waist lovingly.
"i'm assuming nick fell asleep?" he asks you.
not in the mood to open your mouth, you simply nod in response. he feels your head shift against his chest and he accepts the answer. normally, he teases you for being lazy. but chris loves it when you're sleepy like this. he loves seeing you all delirious and disoriented. teasing you would be like taunting a lost puppy — it's not right. morally.
"he always falls asleep when you guys watch movies together." chris says as though you didn't know that. "didn't he promise to stay awake this time? i thought you guys were planning to pull and all-nighter."
"that didn't happen." you say. your voice comes out muffled from his shirt presses to your face. "he pinky promised to stay awake, but fell asleep thirty minutes into the film we were watching. i stayed up and finished it, though."
"you finished it before or after you came to find me?" chris asks with a laugh. you just roll your eyes as a smile grazes your lips. he can feel the way your mouth pulls upward against his skin. knowing that you're smiling and he can't see it kinda pisses him off. your smile is his favorite thing in the whole world and he's missing it? that's completely unacceptable.
you yawn, blinking a few times to keep yourself from succumbing to slumber. chris notices your fatigue and asks if you're ready for bed. "yes, please!" you respond eagerly, excited to lay down with him and go to sleep in his arms. chris laughs at your excitement, honestly finding it adorable that you're so impatient to sleep.
the two of you walk back to his room together and you grin at the sight of his bed. you rush ahead of him and flop down onto the mattress. your face is pointed up at the ceiling as chris plops down next to you, looking at the ceiling as well.
"is this your equivalent to star gazing?" he asks you, knowing how obsessed you are with the thought of looking at stars together. it's something you've always begged him to do with you. but chris has refused. not because he doesn't want to, but because he wants to do it right. you're looking forward to doing this so bad that he refuses to settle for anything less than the absolute best.
he thinks the stars aren't bright enough in the city. he wants to bring you out to a field and look at them. but you still complain about it constantly — unaware of his little plan.
"yeah," you say with a groan, "since my boyfriend won't look at stars with me, i have to look at your popcorn ceiling instead. my standards have been lowered for you by a lot, i hope you know!"
chris laughs, leaning over to place a kiss on your forehead. he stays hovering over you before he whispers "soon, baby." against your skin. the feeling of his lips grazing your head tickles, making you giggle a little. chris's grin widens at the sound. he sits up and watches your giggles fade away, enjoying the bliss of seeing you smile like this.
"what?" you ask with a laugh, noticing the way your boyfriend is staring at you shamelessly.
"nothing." he replies with a shrug. "you're just so beautiful, i can't help but stare."
you look at him with nothing but admiration behind your gaze. it's truly surreal how far you've come in such a little amount of time. just a few years ago, you were in a toxic relationship with a guy who cheated on you with a different girl each night. and whenever you would confront him about it, he would turn it into an argument — which he would win every time. but now? now you're with chris. who is the literal epitome of perfection. you genuinely want to spend the rest of your life with him. nothing else matters but you two.
you and chris end the night in each other's arms. he holds your body against his side, your face buried in the crook of his neck.
the both of you find yourselves falling into an easy, dreamless slumber. this is your favorite place in the world — his arms. no matter what's wrong in your life, the feeling of security always patches every issue. regardless of how messy.
after a few hours of bliss, you jump awake at the sound of chris's bedroom door slamming open. the back of the door hits his wall, the sound of impact waking up chris as well. you feel his shift next to you, his arms still wrapped around your waist. you groan, not wanting to open your eyes.
suddenly, you hear chris gasp. then he pulls the blanket over your face, holding you against his chest protectively. of course, your mind jumps to the worst conclusion — someone broke in and you're all gonna die! you find out that this wasn't this case, though, when you hear chris's voice begin to scold his brother.
"nicolas!" chris shouts. the anger in his voice tells you that this is serious and you should stay out of it. "what the actual fuck are you thinking!?"
"i didn't know you guys were cuddling!" nick tries to defend himself. "if i'd known, i wouldn't have come in! you know i respect your decision to keep y/n hidden! why the hell would i ever do this on purpose!?"
"well where else would she be sleeping if she wasn't with you!?" chris argues back.
slowly, you peak your head out from under the blanket before cautiously asking, "what happened?"
"nick thought it'd be clever to start a live stream at eleven in the fucking morning! then, he had the bright idea to come in here and surprise us!" chris explains, still very very pissed off. "and of course he didn't think to knock like a normal person. he instead took it upon himself to walk right on in and record us!"
"i thought it was just chris!" nick says, stuffing his phone in his pocket now that he's ended the live. "i don't even know if anyone saw her. maybe they missed it and we can just say that it was matt?"
"why the fuck would i be snuggling matt?"
you laugh, trying to lighten the mood. "chris, lets be real. you cuddle your brother more than your girlfriend."
"i love you," chris says softly, "but it's now is not the time for jokes. this could be a huge fucking problem."
"okay, i'm sorry." you're quick to apologize, stretching up to press a kiss to his cheek before gently whispering, "i love you too." against skin.
you notice nick slowly back out of chris's room, not wanting to be around if chris decides to get angry again. you glance up at your boyfriend only to see that he's already staring at nick's departing form. chris is obviously still angry, but he doesn't seem to care enough to argue with his brother again. so he lets nick leave without giving him a hard time.
once nick is completely out of the room, you hear chris sigh. like it's a pained, saddened sigh that makes you want to cry for him. you look up to meet his worried eyes already glancing down at you.
"hey," you whisper, propping yourself up on your elbow to look at him better. "it'll be okay. we'll work it out like we always do." chris smiles at this before leaning down to press a slow, gentle kiss to your lips. you kiss him back before giggling and grimacing away from it. "i have horrid morning breath. let me brush my teeth before you kiss me."
you begin to move around toward the edge of the bed, aiming to leave and brush your teeth so you can start the day. before you can even make it to the side of the mattress, you feel chris's arms wrap around your torso and pull your body backward against his chest.
"i don't care about your breath," he tells you, "i just want you to stay with me a while longer. brush your teeth later."
you chuckle, "that's so nasty."
"pleeeease," he begs, tightening his grip around you, pulling your body firmly against his own. "stay with me, baby."
chris know how you feel about pet names. you hate them. they make you cringe. but when he whispers it against the back of your neck and you feel his breath against the hairs of your skin, you can't help the butterflies that swarm your stomach. you instantly give in and twist around to hug him.
"okay. i'll stay." you inform him, returning to the position you guys were in while sleeping. you shut your eyes before continuing. "but don't ever call me baby again."
"why not?" chris asks, clearly upset. "i could tell you liked it by the way you gave in so quickly. why can't i call you a nickname every once in a while. i think they're cute."
you groan, "i'm sleepy. let's talk about this later."
chris agrees and you both fall back asleep, enjoying the comfort of being in each other's arms. you know that no matter what happens with the media seeing your face, you'll always have chris by your side. nothing else is important as long as he is next to you.
the next time you wake up, it's bright outside.
you're no longer in chris's arms with him spooning you. you're now laying diagonally across the bed with your head in his lap as he scrolls through his phone. you blink a few times to let your eyes focus to the light of the room.
"mornin' baby." he says, quickly shutting off his phone and hiding it under his leg.
the action of him hiding his phone is enough to distract you from the use of the pet name. you raise a brow at his behavior, growing a bit concerned. you trust chris more than anything, but considering your history with cheaters, you can't help the annoyance that resides in your gut.
"what were you looking at, hm?" you ask him, trying not to be rude or anything. you want to stay calm with him because it's probably nothing.
"nothing, babe."
again, you ignore the nickname and focus on his suspicious demeanor. you thin your eyes at him, trying to read his body language. but it's difficult. he doesn't seem like he was texting some random chick, but why else would he hide his phone from you? you guys always share everything because he knows how you can get with this sort of thing.
curiosity overtaking your mind, you reach over and snatch his phone out from under his leg. chris opens his mouth to argue, but doesn't do anything to stop you from opening it and going to his recently opened app.
he was on tiktok, scrolling through the comments of some random fan page. you shoot chris a weird look before reading a few of them, your heart dropping to your ass from a mix of embarrassment and shame.
"did y'all see nick's live this morning?"
"who tf was that girl w chris? lmao she's not even pretty 💀"
"i found the chick's insta and she's apparently been in some rly shitty relationships. i mean lets be real. chris has never seriously dated anyone but this girl has been cheated on, manipulated, and abused? there's a clear denominator here. she's def done smth to cause that (for attention i'm guessing) "
"guys chris won't stay w her for long anyway after he finds out ab her ugly history!"
you read through the comments with an expression of pure disgust. how the fuck are these people going to sit here and talk bad about you when you've never even shown your face on the triplets channel? it's completely unfair.
you look at chris, but he's looking away. you wonder why he hasn't defended you on this. also, he was reading these people's opinions with a straight face. you begin to worry if he believes what they're saying. you glance back down at his screen, reading the third comment over and over.
there's a clear denominator here they had said. i mean, they're not necessarily wrong about that. you've been in bad relationships whereas chris has never dated anyone for a long period of time. in this light, of course you look like the bad guy. you can't technically blame their fans for judging you. you're easy to judge.
tears begin to prick your eye and you hand chris back his phone before wordlessly standing up from the bed and leaving his room. not once did he try to stop you or ask you to stay with him. you walk down the triplets' hallway and enter the bathroom, locking the door behind you and sitting down on the closed toilet seat.
you hold your face in your hands and try your hardest not to start crying over a bunch of teenagers talking shit on your name. but you can't help the intense weight on your chest and the lump in your throat.
to be honest, you don't give a shit about their insults. what you care about is the fact that they're right. you don't deserve someone like chris. he's so sweet and kind and understanding while you're irritable and skeptical of every little thing he does. you've done nothing to earn someone like him. maybe you have only ever been in toxic situations because that's what you deserve.
before you can stop them, tears begin to pour from your eyes. your cheeks become soaked with your pain. your entire body trembles as you sob into your hands, making it harder and harder to breathe correctly.
you love chris. you love him more than anything. you want to share the rest of your life with him. but you don't want to make him settle for less — the less in this case being your relationship. he deserves someone better. someone who won't snatch his phone from him when he's only trying to protect you from pain. someone who will let him call you pentanes because he loves them. someone who will be better. someone who's not you.
suddenly, you hear a knock at the door.
already knowing who it is, you tell chris to go away. your voice comes out shaky and hoarse, making it incredibly easy to know you'd been crying. the tone practically screams at him, saying that you're upset over something he tried to save you from in the first place.
"will you please let me in, baby?" chris asks. his voice is soft and gentle. you're suddenly craving the feeling of being in his arms. the feeling of being loved. the feeling of having him comfort you.
the greedy emotions you feel paired with the nickname makes it impossible to not open the door for him. you shuffle over to the door and let him in. you sit back down on the toilet seat, keeping your head downcast the whole time as to not see his face or show your tears.
you stare at the floor, watching his feet pad across the tiled floor before he stops in front of you. he drops to his knees so his face is in line with yours. you quickly turn away and stare at the shower curtain, letting your hair to cover your puffy eyes.
chris sighs before grabbing your chin and forcing you to look at him. he lifts his other hand to your hair, tucking it behind your ears so he can admire every inch of your beauty with no veil to cover the rawness of it. he lets out a shaky exhale, using his thumb to wipe away your tears. all the while, you keep your eyes pinned to his face. you watch every single movement he makes, knowing that you don't deserve any of the kindness he's offering you.
knowing that this relationship will not last forever, you begin to cry again. you lean forward and rest your forehead against chris's shoulder, allowing tears to pool from your eyes as he rubs a hand up and down your back.
"what's going on in that pretty head of yours?" he asks with his voice in a whisper. "i wanna know what you're thinking so i can tell you how irrational it is."
you laugh at him, but it just causes you to let out a choked sob. his humor is your favorite part about him. the fact that chris can make you laugh in any given situation is what you adore most. hearing him do it while you're thinking of how to break the news that you're leaving him so he can find someone better? this is gut wrenching.
"i love you." you tell him. "so, so fucking much."
"i love you too." he replies easily, not thinking anything of the fact that you're telling him this right now. but when you continue, chris begins to put the pieces together and he starts vigorously shaking his head in refusal.
"these past two years have been the best of my whole life," you tell him with a wavering voice. "but you deserve better. you deserve the world. and i can't offer that to you, chris."
"i don't want the fucking world." he says, grabbing you by the shoulders and pulling you to be in front of him to look you in the eyes. "i want you and only you."
"but-"
"no." he interrupts. "i don't give a single fuck what anyone else thinks. and i'm sorry, but i don't even really care what you think right now. because you're all wrong. i belong with you and i don't want anyone else even if i was paid a million dollars."
you stare at him with wide eyes, your dried tears still adorning your skin. the would could be ending outside, and you would stay in this bathroom and continue to stare at chris. his eyes are so gorgeously blue that you find yourself getting lost in them.
if you guys get married and live the rest of your lives together, your bodies will change. your skin will wrinkle. your hair will grey. your lips will thin. your hands will shake. your back will hunch. nothing about your appearance is permanent. nothing except the eyes. the shade, the hue, and the iris will all stay the same until they close for the last time. and you can't wait to look into chris's eyes for the rest of your life.
"i think you would be crazy to reject a million dollars for me." you tell him with a little giggle, wiping at your cheeks to rid them of the leftover tears.
chris's heart flutters at the sight of your smile, "there she is."

Umemiya Hajime x girlfriend reader
On your way to Furin High, you passed an alley and noticed three men harassing a female student. You recognized her as a first-year from your school. Without hesitation, you approached them.
"Hey, leave her alone," you demanded, your voice steady.
The men turned to you, laughing. "Who do you think you are? Think you can take us on?" one of them sneered.
You knew words wouldn't work. You took a deep breath, steeling yourself. "Let's see who's the weak here."
With that, you launched into action. You had grown up in a tough environment, learning to defend yourself early on. Within moments, you had the three men on the ground, groaning in pain. The girl looked at you with wide, grateful eyes.
"Thank you so much," she whispered, tears brimming.
You gave her a reassuring smile. "It's okay. Just get to school safely, alright?"
As you were helping her up, Sakura and Nirei passed by. They stopped in their tracks, shocked at the sight before them.
"Y/N?" Sakura gasped, eyes wide with amazement.
Nirei's jaw dropped. "I didn't know you could fight like that!"
You brushed off your hands, trying to act nonchalant. "Just looking out for my juniors," you said with a wink, then headed off to school as if nothing happened.
Later that day, during patrol, Sakura couldn't contain his curiosity any longer. "Hiragi," he asked, "How is Y/N so strong?"
Hiragi looked thoughtful for a moment. "She grew up in a harsh environment. Had to learn to defend herself. She's Umemiya's girlfriend for a reason."
Sakura and Nirei exchanged glances, recalling their first impression of you—sleeping peacefully on the rooftop during their meeting with Umemiya. You had seemed like a normal girl who loved to sleep, but now they knew there was much more to you.
"Wow," Nirei said, shaking his head in admiration. "We really underestimated her."
Hiragi chuckled. "She's definitely not someone to mess with."
As the day went on, word spread about your confrontation in the alley. You couldn't help but notice the newfound respect in the eyes of your juniors. It felt good to be recognized not just as Umemiya's girlfriend, but as someone strong and capable in your own right.
When you finally arrived at school and headed towards your class, you bumped into Umemiya. His eyes quickly scanned your slightly disheveled uniform and the small wound on your hand.
"Y/N, what happened?" he asked, concern lacing his voice. "You got into a fight, didn't you?"
You sighed, knowing there was no use hiding it. "It was just three guys harassing a first-year. I handled it."
Umemiya frowned, his protective instincts kicking in. "Why didn't you call me or one of the boys? You shouldn't be handling these things alone."
You crossed your arms stubbornly. "It was just three people, Hajime. I can handle myself."
With a loving but exasperated sigh, he gently pinched your ear. "You’re so stubborn. Promise me you'll call for help if the situation gets out of control, okay?"
You rubbed your ear, smiling at his concern. "Okay, okay. I promise. I'll call if things get too tough."
He smiled back, his eyes softening. "Good. I just want you to be safe."
You leaned in, giving him a quick kiss on the cheek. "Thanks, Hajime. I appreciate it."

Toe Rag (Affectionately)
Read on A03
"Did you see Lily delivering a swift kick to Arnold Palmer’s balls in divination this morning?" Sirius inquired, dropping onto the bench beside James in the grand hall during lunch. "Fucking metal."
Peter and Remus glanced up from their seats across the table, mouths full, sporting amusing grins. Remus hastily swallowed, wiping his mouth with his sleeve as he enthusiastically nodded.
"I'm surprised she hasn't landed herself in detention by now," Remus remarked. "Palmer was on the ground, in tears."
"Any idea what Palmer said to provoke her?" Sirius questioned, loading his plate with meat pies.
"It doesn't matter what he said to her," James replied, rolling his eyes. "He probably had it coming."
"You'd defend her even if she kicked you in the balls," Peter chuckled, prompting Sirius and Remus to conceal their knowing grins behind their food.
"I'm a strong supporter of women's rights," James hastily defended himself, "including Lily's right to beat the shit out of anyone who irritates her."
Remus's eyes sparkled with amusement. "Then how do you manage to escape Lily’s wrath? You irritate her everyday."
James feigned disgust. "Moony, how dare you. I am her favorite person."
Sirius stared at James as though he had sprouted two heads. "She called you a ‘toe rag’ yesterday at dinner."
"Yeah, but lovingly," James retorted.
"I've never heard anyone called a 'toe rag' lovingly," Remus raised an eyebrow at James.
"Hey, guys," Lily interjected herself between Sirius and James, planting a kiss on James' cheek. James raised himself a bit higher in his chair, sporting a proud smirk in response.
Lily rolled her eyes at his reaction and remarked, "Eat your food, toe rag." Despite her words, a smile betrayed the affection in the term, causing the other boys to reconsider their earlier remarks.
"Do you have detention tonight?" James inquired of Lily.
"No," Lily replied as she buttered a scone, "Palmer was convinced to accept his punishment without snitching on me to the Professor."
"What did he say?" Peter asked, his curiosity evident.
Lily’s green eyes glowed with exasperation as she explained, “he said the tea leaves told him that I should show him my tits.”
All four boys erupted in outrage, drawing confused looks from those around them. Lily shushed them all, laughing at their indignant reactions. James couldn't fathom why she remained so composed; he was ready to seek out Palmer and transform him into a slug.
Lily likely noticed the fiery determination in his eyes, prompting her to toss her scone at his forehead, causing it to bounce off and land back on the table. "James," she warned, "sit down before I make you."
Grumbling, James reluctantly took his seat, exchanging a meaningful glance with Sirius, signaling that their business with Palmer was far from over. Sirius nodded in agreement, his eyes reflecting anger.
"Anyways, I'm pretty sure I made his chances of procreating 90% less likely than before," Lily declared, picking up the scone that had fallen onto James' plate.
"I hope you uninvited him to your birthday party tonight," James said, slinging an arm around Lily's shoulders and glaring towards the Ravenclaw table in search of Palmer's brown, buzzed hair.
Lily shrugged in his embrace. "I doubt it. He learned to value his life this afternoon, and he knows you and Sirius will be there."
"I don't see why James and I being there has anything to do with it," Sirius remarked, his tone deceptively calm.
"Please," Lily snorted, "don't act like the two of you aren't already telepathically planning your revenge on my behalf."
"Sirius and I don't communicate telepathically," James insisted, "and even if we did, we're well aware that you can handle yourself."
"Keep lying, Prongs," Lily patted his chest with the back of her hand, her tone lighthearted but her eyes full of knowing suspicion, "I've known you long enough to recognize when you're contemplating making someone barf slugs all night."
James chuckled, a warmth spreading through his chest at her remark. Her ability to read him like an open book was both a source of amusement and admiration. She had recently acquired the skill of distinguishing between the Marauders using their nicknames, and the fact that she used his without hesitation was a small delight that never failed to make his heart race. His hand slid down her back lovingly, tracing her sides until he was holding her at the dip in her hip, reveling in the comfort of her presence.
As they sat there, the great hall buzzing with the energy of fellow students eating their lunch, James found himself contemplating the idea of persuading her to spend the remainder of the evening curled up by the crackling fireplace in the Gryffindor common room. The dancing flames and the cozy ambiance seemed like the perfect setting for some quiet moments together, away from the boring classes they were subject to that Tuesday.
"I was actually considering turning him into a slug," James admitted with a mischievous glint in his eyes, savoring the way she blushed when his thumb brushed enticingly across her upper thigh. "But your idea is much better."
Lily turned her head to face him, her green eyes locking onto his with a mixture of amusement and something deeper. Her pupils were slightly wider than usual, perhaps a result of the intimacy of the moment or the thrill of his touch. She whispered, her voice a soft murmur that only heightened the intimacy of their conversation, "It's my birthday, and I don't want you in detention for it."
The air between them crackled with unspoken understanding, and James couldn't help but smile. He was more than willing to comply with her birthday wish, even if it meant putting aside his plans for revenge with Sirius.
He leaned closer, teasing, "Why? Do you have plans for us tonight, Evans?"
She licked her lips, replying carefully, "Well, Mary's making cake."
"I can think of something sweeter." James whispered, winking.
Remus, with a half groan of annoyance, extended his arm across the worn wooden table, brandishing a succulent drumstick like a playful weapon. He thrust the piece of chicken into James' unsuspecting mouth, prompting an immediate protest from the latter. Startled, James leaned back, his eyes widening as he hastily spit out the uninvited mouthful onto his plate.
In an attempt to regain composure, Lily took a deep breath, filling her lungs with air, and shifted her attention to her lunch, feigning an intense interest in her food choice to divert any lingering feelings someplace else. James’ hand dug tighter into her side, refusing to let her get too far in response to Remus’ action.
“Can I flirt with my girlfriend in peace, please?” James asked with a snap.
Dryly, Remus remarked, "You two disgust me sometimes."

Gimme! Gimme! Gimme! (A man after midnight)
Summary: The one where you are Sebastian Vettel’s engineer through out the years, never realized that maybe, the older man - now newly divorced, had developed feelings for you.
Rating: +16
Warnings: mentions of sex, masturbation, adult (sorta) language, daddy issues.
Word count: 3.5k
Note: since I started this new blog, I’ll post all my ao3 f1 fanfics here! So this is also available in my ao3. btw: this one-shot is inspired on a tik tok by read_between.the_wines (she has really good prompts and I’ll use them a lot!)
masterlist
Sebastian Vettel. Four-time world champion. Has raced for BMW Sauber, Toro Rosso, Red Bull, Ferrari and now, Aston Martin. German. Simple family. Reserved. And now, recently divorced.
That news hit the websites, just the way he didn't want it. They had not been together for a few months, but he had not commented for the safety of Hanna and her children. However, the media always managed to take little pieces of his privacy and spread them to the world.
His closest friends already knew and so did his team, but they all kept quiet about it, they knew him.
A couple of curious eyes were looking for the German at the Aston Martin hospitality. They were friends, the girl might be 7 years younger than him, but they always got along great, especially when she needed to adjust his car. Sebastian was always her safe harbour, since when she joined Ferrari in 2019, only 25 years old and with an impressive knowledge about what he was doing, so when he decided to switch teams, she didn't even hesitate to go for it. The German, on the other hand, he's always had a different take on her - of course, at first it was a platonic feeling, a friendship he never thought he could find, until the day he found himself falling for her. Perhaps, it was the girl who - unknowingly - ended up ending the couple's relationship.
Unfortunately, he knew very well that she felt nothing for him beyond a sweet friendship.
When the woman found him, her expression of curiosity turned bittersweet; she was worried about his condition, sitting on the floor of his driver's room with his hands on his head. She took a few steps and crouched in front of him, touching his arm lightly. At first, the man flinched, but as he smelled the sweet scent of peach perfume, he accepted the caress, letting out a tearful sigh.
"Hey..." She whispered as soon as he lifted his face. He was red, hair messy and beard longer than usual.
"It's public. I'm officially a divorced man."
"They shouldn't have done that. It's cruel. Even more so that you have the girls and the little one." She said quietly. "Did you talk to Hanna after the news came out?"
"Yes... She knows it wasn't our fault." The girl cracked a smile.
"So, if she knows-let's go. Wipe your face and lift your chin. You're too good to succumb to what the media does." She stood, holding out her hand for him to take.
"What would I do without you, liebling?" he laughed, slipping his arm over her shoulder.
"I have no idea. I'm the best friend you could ever have."
…..............................................
She was sitting on top of a large metal box, Vettel beside her, looking at the tools that were on a shelf. It was Saturday after qualifying and they were fixing some technical errors with the car. Their legs wobbled as she listened to him talk about the possible problems, writing them down. As curious eyes lifted to pay attention to their driver, a guy in an Alpine t-shirt walked past them, waving at her and within seconds a silly grin was on his face.
"Someone's got a crush." Sebastian said, in his strong accent.
"Shut up!" She kicked and lightly kicked his leg. "You know I only have eyes for you." She pouted.
"Ahem, I know."
"Come on Seb!"
He only shook his head in denial, cracking a smile. Suddenly, his mobile phone started ringing frantically and he answered it without even seeing who it was, they both knew only one person had that ringtone. His voice was soft yet firm; she didn't understand German, but it sounded like they were disagreeing on something, especially that he pressed his temples with his fingers, taking a deep breath. He hung up, throwing his head back, groaning loudly.
"The little one is sick. My parents can't take the girls and neither can Hanna's parents. I'll need to bring them to the Paddock tomorrow, which I hate because people will be taking pictures."
"Britta can sort it out, can't she? She always does."
"She will. I just think it's going to be a bit weird without Hanna being here with them."
"It'll be fine. I can help you, you know I love the girls and they know I'm the coolest auntie!" She waited for him to come closer to give little slaps of encouragement on his shoulders.
…......................................................
Early Sunday morning, she had arrived and as soon as she entered the Aston Martin hospitality, she felt arms grab her legs. She cracked a smile and looked down, seeing two blonde girls with long smiles, she ran her hand over the hair of both of them, ducking down and being bombarded with love. They ran over each other's words, the sweet girls speaking a German mixed with English that could confuse anyone, however the engineer listened to them intently, with a smile on her face.
Soon, she found the father of these cuties, Vettel was playing ping-pong with Stroll for a video. The three waited away from the cameras for the German, who cracked a warm smile at the sight of them. Even though the girls were not so little anymore, he took one in each arm, walking to his garage. Soon they were distracted by other people on the team, who were loving having two adorable children there.
"They look really cute wearing those Aston clothes." The woman said, nudging him with her elbow.
"They insisted. And I can't always say no."
"So... We'll get a good result today. For them, okay?"
"Okay."
He started in P12 and until halfway through the race, he had not entered the scoring zone, which made the engineer upset. She wanted the kids to see their father happy and in a high position. They did the tyre change a bit too early, which could ruin the strategy, especially as he dropped to P15. However, he was still on a two-lap tyre when several teams started to call for a change, so he moved up positions as he felt confident enough to overtake other drivers. The girls screamed in happiness every time the number 5 car was shown on the various TVs inside the pit lane. He finished in P5 on that cold April afternoon - the girls were self-conscious about how it worked, that their father hadn't won the race, but for them, him finishing fifth where there were 20 other racers was amazing. The three of them ran to the rail, with her holding them so they could see his car very close passing by the finish line.
Meanwhile, Sebastian was conflicted, seeing her with her daughters, having fun and such a natural way, so easy and affectionate. He was trying to push that thought away, but the truth is: he had been thinking about her for a long time.
From the day she first set foot in the Ferrari, the girl hiding behind a cap bigger than her head and red polo shirt twice her size - they didn't have her dress size that week - intrigued him, from the sharp voice, ready to destroy someone in seconds, on another hand, someone so sweet it gave you cavities on just thinking about her. They hit it off at first, the feeling of finding someone who understood your craziness, who stayed late inside the garage studying, tinkering with the car, someone who spoke the language of motoring. Of course, everything was always platonic, he was a married man; she even had a long and painful crush on him, but she moved on, it was too risky to go after a committed man. She just didn't know Sebastian couldn't stop thinking about her, he had loved every bit of her since the day they ran away from the end of the season Ferrari’s party, ending up in some random bar in Maranello, laughing their drunk asses off.
He did not look at his wife the way he looked at her . Several nights, lying in his hotel bed, he would stare at the ceiling and think of calling her, hoping that she would come running and snuggle into his arms, that she would kiss his lips sweetly and spend the night by his side, that he could wake up in the morning with her naked body covered only by a thin blanket. He would touch himself thinking of her. The worst is that she couldn't do that, it wasn't even because of the age difference, she was a grown woman, but he was afraid of compromising the position of both of them - but mainly hers, within the team, it wasn't as if some didn't doubt her real ability normally.
After his interviews and PR duties, he appeared in the garage, seeing from afar the door to his driver's room open and them sleeping on the couch, covered with a duvet. In one corner, the engineer was giving a soft laugh and the older man brought his gaze to her. The girl was leaning against the wall, with a few locks of hair curled in her fingers, her face was flushed and her pupils dilated, in front of her, a tall, dark haired man wearing an Alpine t-shirt. The same man who had waved to her the night before. Internally, he was burning with jealousy, but on the outside, he just took a deep breath and cracked a smile, walking calmly over to them. The German gently touched her shoulder, giving it a squeeze, which made her turn her face away immediately.
"Seb!"
"Hey lieb, are you still going to want a ride back to the hotel? I'll just pick up the girls and be on my way." His tone was low in the hope that the other wouldn't hear.
"Sorry- I'm going out with Matheo. He's dropping me off at the hotel later." She left a kiss on his cheek. "See you tomorrow for breakfast?"
"Sure. See you tomorrow."
He waved to them both as he walked out with the two sleepy little girls. As soon as he turned his face, he closed his eyes and took a deep breath, biting his lower lip.
The engineer left with the Alpine strategist shortly after her interaction with Vettel. Matheo quickly took her hand in his, as if to show the others who were leaving that she was his, at first she didn't mind, she was a person who liked to be touched. They were in his car, going to some restaurant she didn't know about - and he didn't make a point of telling her.
"So... You and Vettel?" His voice was soft, yet accusatory.
"We are friends. He's basically a big brother to me, when I got into Ferrari he was always my guide and listened to me, even if I wasn't one hundred percent right." She smiles as she recalls the memories. "I had a side job babysitting the girls when Seb and Hanna wanted to be romantic, at least I didn't spend it alone at the hotel."
"I get it... I thought you might have something, by the way he looks at you ."
"What? No! Seb is very concerned and he has this dad vibe that is so cute. It's not what you're thinking."
He shrugged, parking the car for them to have their supposed romantic evening.
And it was a good one. He bought her a nice dinner, then drove her to her hotel room and kissed her at the door. She brought him into the room and they had sex that night. He wasn't the best she'd ever had, but he definitely made her scream a few times - which wasn't the best idea, since Sebastian's room was next door to hers, at least the girls were going to stay with his parents. On the other side of the wall, the blond couldn't sleep properly, the noises from her room wouldn't let him be at peace. He felt anger, envy, sadness. He was the one who was supposed to leave you like that.
He hadn't slept at all. Then early in the morning he was already drinking coffee when he saw her coming downstairs, her face still a little smeared with makeup.
"Good morning!" She said as she sat down in front of him and received a tired groan in response. "What?"
"It's not easy trying to sleep when the person in the next room is loud." In the same second, she widened her eyes, quickly running her hand over her face, embarrassed that he had heard her groan.
"Sorry! It wasn't intentional. I just... I wanted to please him."
"You mean it wasn't good?" He arched an eyebrow.
"It was! It was good, but not... The best. "
"Wow." He laughed low. "So he really missed something."
"Yeah..." Her face was entirely red. "He was so nice to me all night that I didn't have the courage to tell him that I didn't.... You know, he came pretty close." She mumbled it all out.
"So no second date?"
"First, we've been going out for a few weeks and second, he may not be a knight in shining armour, but he has the potential to be someone good. And I don't want to waste that."
"'I can fix him' syndrome?" he took a sip of his tea. "So... 2000s romance movie. Or daddy issues."
"Vettel!" She couldn't hold back her laughter, putting both hands over her face, hiding it. "Blame my father for abandoning me."
The two of them couldn't control their laughter, drawing attention from a few people around.
….....................................
The engineer was in her loft, lying on the couch with some TV program on. It was half past midnight, a glass of wine in her hand. She hated spending her evenings completely alone, knowing that she couldn't just walk in the next door and her colleagues or Sebastian ready to answer it. The wind whipped against the window, it was so depressing, not a soul there to lift her out of her boredom. Until her doorbell rings. Matheo was there, with flowers. She answered in surprise and he said that refusing her request for him to come to her loft was ridiculous and he could spend even half an hour in busy London for her.
They had had a fight, he had gone out with another girl, and she thought they were exclusive - clearly a miscommunication. And the night at her apartment was post "reconciliation", only he said he wouldn't go, he couldn't stand London. She called Sebastian crying, saying that the strategist didn't care about her and that she wanted so much a hug from the older man, but he was so far away. His heart ached to hear her so destroyed, but he was even angrier when he read the message that appeared almost at one o'clock in the morning, saying that the blessed man had shown up with flowers and that despite everything, he was a good person.
Matheo and she had sex again, not as amazing as the first time - and each time the quality decreased until this time. She blamed the tension of having him again, it was nothing, she could teach him. He left early Sunday morning, saying he needed to get back to see his family.
In the second week of vacation, she received a very important visit. Sebastian Vettel was knocking on her door, with a crate of beer and German sausage.
"You're no good." She said when she saw him, going into his arms in a warm hug.
Again, it was half past midnight, they were drunk. Vettel was making bratkartoffeln, while she was sitting on one of the kitchen benches, drinking beer.
"I know he was an asshole to me, but he tried to fix it. I can give it at least one more chance..."
"But what about the sex?" He looked at her.
"Still bad, but I can change that ." She cracked a damned smile.
"I bet even I could do better than him." He grumbled.
"And how can you be sure?" She asked in a suggestive tone, taking another sip of her beer.
" Because I know you. And I know what you like. " He cracked a smile, focusing on the potatoes in the pan.
"Silly." She slapped his shoulder. "But it's serious. He's good, you know? He doesn't talk about our jobs when we're together, he likes to play video games, and no, he wouldn't steal information from our car even because his team is better than ours."
"You can steal information." He said jokingly, but he was starting to get annoyed with the situation. Was it jealousy? Of course.
"It's serious, Seb. I really think I'll make it official."
"Even though you cried for two hours on the phone with me?"
"I can fix him!" She put her arms up in surrender, repeating the same thing he said to her at the hotel weeks ago.
"Daddy issues."
"You can't say anything if you're single."
"Divorced."
"Same thing."
"Depends on the perspective, lieb."
"How? I don't think so. It's only because you want to get out of the argument."
"Maybe."
"Conflit advoidance."
"Emotional needness."
"Shit." She shrugged, getting down from the countertop and putting the bottle in the trash, soon grabbing another from the fridge. As Sebastian finished the early morning snack for them, she rolled her eyes and spoke again. "But seriously, he looks like a person to introduce himself to his parents! Good job, handsome, nice, takes me to nice places.... The sex is something to improve on, but we know that's only with practice." She laughed.
Suddenly, Vettel closed his eyes and said under his breath. "Can you shut up about him?"
"Um, excuse me?" She turned her face to him, with an annoyed expression.
"Oh-oh! Nothing." He fumbles and almost knocks the sauteed bacon to the floor. "Never mind. Just-just forget it, please." He closes his eyes for a few seconds. "I'm just tired, I'm sorry."
"No! You're not tired." She drops the unopened beer bottle into the sink. "Tell me what you really think about him."
"I... I just not-" She finished putting all the food in, sighing low and leaning his lower back against the counter. "I don't want to hear about him. I don't."
"Why?"
They exchanged glances for a few seconds, in complete silence. Something clicked in the engineer’s mind, making her slowly open her lips.
"Oh my God. Are you jealous?"
He looks away from hers, fiddling with the ends of his blond strands.
"Stop! Are you-are you jealous?" Her voice was slightly shaky.
"Please." He closed his eyes, running his hand over his temples. "Please just shut up about it. Just keep it between us. Just shut up." He muttered, completely embarrassed.
He didn't realise when they got so close, but when he felt her lips almost brushing against his lobe, his breath failed him.
"Make me."
In a single motion, he put his hands on her waist, pressing her against the countertop, and then his body was against her as well. One hand went up to her face and their lips touched. At first, she didn’t kiss back, her head was processing what just happened between them. Sebastian pulled away after a few seconds, she didn’t reciprocate, ‘of course she wouldn’t, she’s in love with that Alpine douche bag’ the older man thought. Her head was full, all the suppressed feelings for him, the need to find other men to endlessly satisfy her and yet she was never satisfied, because they weren’t him. Matheo wasn’t Vettel, he never could be even one percent of what the German was.
When the blond was loosening the touch around her, the engineer finally woke from her trance, grabbing his shirt with both of her hands, pulling him back against her, connecting their lips. It was a sloppy kiss, deep and passionate, it looked like they waited years to share it - in fact, it did. Her hands were on his chest, while he embraced her waist, pulling her closer. Their lips fit perfectly, their rhythm was like no other and their tongues passed each other’s, enjoying the bitter taste of beer. It started to become sloppier, with her leg going up his waist and his body adjusting in the middle of her legs, small moans and lip bites were exchanged - maybe too many times, but they weren’t sober enough to care. The engineer’s lips lowered to his jaw and soon they were along his neck, biting, licking and nibbling spots that would be very visible next morning. Vettel threw his head back at the action, groaning her name, lowering both of his hands to her ass cheeks, squeezing it.
“Bed… Bedroom.” He said, breathless.
She smiled and walked out from him, going up the mezzanine’s stairs and waiting for him. As soon as he reached her, he threw her on the bed, with a naughty smile.
“Show me… How much you know me.”
“Of course, lieb.” He kneeled on the bed, holding her shirt hem.

Sharing Session
Mael x Fem!Reader
Request via anon
Content Warnings: unrequited love, previous fighting mentioned, drinking, kissing, spoilers for season 3 events
You glanced in the direction of Ban and Elaine before turning your attention back to your drink. Tiny droplets of red wine clung to the rim of the glass and you focused on them trying to ignore the familiar ache in your chest. He was happy, that’s all you wanted right? Even so you couldn’t ignore the burning as you heard him laugh his wonderful laugh. He sat so happily next to her and she sat next to him just as joyfully. You had loved him for so long and yet he only had eyes for Elaine…
Your thoughts were interrupted when someone sat in the chair next to you. Assuming it was Diane or perhaps even Gowther you forced a smile and looked over at the person next to you. You were caught off guard to see fluffy white wings, wavy silvery-white hair, and blue eyes- Mael. “Mind if I sit here for a little while?” he asked. “Go ahead,” you replied, glancing over at Ban and Elaine again subconsciously before turning your attention back to your drink. “Hey y/n?” Mael said. You hummed in response. “I’m really sorry. I know that doesn’t fix anything, but I truly am. I’m sorry for hurting you, and your friends, and countless others.” You looked at him and his eyes spoke nothing but true genuine remorse for his actions, he truly regretted everything that had happened.
“Everything is fixed now Mael, you do know that right?” you found yourself saying. He looked at you so you continued, “the Demon King is dead now and you're you again.” You paused for a moment. “Mael, Estarossa wasn’t you at all. You may have been him but he was never you. Everything was the result of magic, you truly aren’t that person.” After that you both sat in silence a bit before light-hearted and friendly conversation began between the two of you. Still you couldn’t help the occasional glance at Ban and Elaine’s table. You watched Ban and the fairy get steadily drunker and more giggly. Your glances however did not go unnoticed by Mael.
“Why do you keep looking over there,” he asked in an oddly soft and slightly curious tone. He had a slight suspicion as he recognized the look on your face, but he didn’t want to assume things. You tore your eyes away from Ban and Elaine and looked at him. Everyone had seen how he acted towards Elizabeth the day you all fought, and even though you didn’t know the full story it was obvious he had fallen for her and she for someone else. Maybe it was the fact you were slightly tipsy or the fact he had asked so tenderly and with such knowing curiosity, or maybe it was the fact you felt he could relate, regardless you found yourself opening your mouth. “Well it’s sort of a long story…”
After you said that he suggested that perhaps you guys should leave the room to avoid being overheard. So you ended up in a vacant room of the Boar Hat sitting across from each other, both of you in separate plush chairs. You sat in silence for a while, him waiting patiently as you thought over what you could say. He didn’t pressure you to start talking, just looked at you with a soft look. You found yourself telling him everything. How you and Ban grew up together, how you came to love him, and how painful it was that he didn’t love you the same way. He listened, giving you his full attention without a single ounce of judgment passing over his features. You didn’t notice the tears falling softly down your cheeks until he was out of his chair, his sleeve was over his hand and carefully wiping your face.
When you finished speaking and the tears had stopped falling so heavily you looked at him. You didn’t see pity but understanding, which helped you feel a little better. You found yourself asking about Elizabeth without thinking. To your surprise he began to share his story. He told you about how he had been treated, how Elizabeth had been different, how badly it hurt when he saw she loved Meliodas. Unchecked tears fell down his face and you found your sleeve over your hand this time. By the time he had finished you realized how alike your stories were and how alike your suffering was. You both comforted each other in a way that no other person could offer; by truly, and completely, understanding. You ended up hugging each other in the center of the room. It was a warm and firm hug like you were each trying to hold each other together. When you pulled apart you found that you felt a little more whole again. Looking at him you could tell he felt the same way. You found yourself thinking that perhaps you had found yourself a new friend.
A couple days later he came to visit again. You chatted more light heartedly than the other day and you found out that he was strangely good at making you laugh. Eventually you were visiting each other almost everyday. Sometimes you’d drink with the sins, go for walks, or play games. Other times when one (or both) of you were upset you would comfort each other. You found over time the Ban and Elaine situation hurt less, but you couldn’t pinpoint why. Well until one day. You and Mael were sitting on the bed in your room. You were mostly just chatting happily and chilling. Eventually Mael started telling you about a book he happened to come across the other day. You had learned at some point that he was an avid reader, as well as someone who enjoyed art. While he was telling you about the book you found yourself watching him more intently than usual. His face held the same gentle expression as always, his eyes were nearly shining (although perhaps it was the lighting), and he wore a calm smile that you had come to love. Love. That was why the Ban and Elaine situation had hurt a little less. You had fallen in love again, but this time with Mael.
You continued to hang out with him normally. However, today Mael had seemed strangely anxious when he asked if you wanted to stargaze tonight. Perhaps he was worried about a mission or something. You resolved to ask him about it later. But now was later, and Mael had taken you to a spot on a hill where the stars seemed infinite in all directions. He still seemed nervous, even as he began to point out constellations to you. You waited until he took a breath to ask him about it. “Hey Mael?” “Yes, y/n?” “What’s got you so edgy?” To your surprise he looked away. He told you everything and you told him everything, so it was weird for him to be so avoidant. You were about to reassure him that he didn’t have to tell you if he didn’t want to when he spoke up. “Actually, I called you to ask you something.” You couldn’t see that his cheeks were tinted pink in the dark and for that he was glad. “Go ahead,” you replied softly, worried about his earlier evasion. He mumbled something too low for you to understand. You hummed in a way you did when asking someone to speak up. He finally looked at you and only then did you see his blush in the reflection of the stars and the way his eyes shone with adoration, “I’ve fallen in love with you,” he repeated gently. A whirlwind of emotions hit you at once. Comfort, relief, and happiness. “I am in love with you Mael,” you replied.
Once you gave him permission he pulled you into his arms like you were the most beautiful and delicate thing in the world. He littered you in praise, soft kisses to your hair, and whispered “I love you”s for a while; then everything fell to a peaceful calm. You both watched the stars holding each other tightly to reassure yourselves that this wasn’t a dream and that the other was really there. Many happy tears were shed by both of you. You had found in each other something both of you thought you may never get: unconditional mutual love.

Can I request a wally with a child reader? I wonder how wally would take care of a child reader? Maybe he’s like a older brother or dad idk
A/n: Omfg I loved this prompt so much I wrote three whole pages in one sitting, I kinda want to make this into a series more in depth, I have so many more ideas for this concept so let me know what you guys think!
Pairing: Wally Darling and Gn Child Reader ( Platonic, Fluff, slight mentions of Possessiveness)
Oneshot, and Headcannons
Wally was awoken one night by the repeated slamming of Home closing and opening the door to his room, groggily Wally got out of bed, at first to inquire why Home had been so insistent on awaking him.
But he was stopped when he was alerted to the sound of crying drifting in through the now opened window near the back of home.
Wally hesitated, that side of the house was the side facing the woods, the restricted area, he paused unsure of what to do.
But what if someone needed his help? Maybe the risk outweighed his curiosity, but the more he thought about it the more anxiety bubbled up inside his chest, that was rare, this couldn’t be good.
Without anymore time to think Wally opened Homes front door, the warm night air caressed his face gently, the smell of wet grass filled his senses as he paused drinking in his senses as the wind blew past him without thought, that was until the muffled sobs began again quieter, faint even, but still evident.
Wally turned the corner walking along the side of home as he drew nearer and nearer the cries becoming more clear before they ceased.
Wally paused his body growing stiff, taking in a breath he moved the brush aside revealing a small child, cowering in the middle of the bushes, their head tucked beneath their arms, before they lifted their head, their fearful eyes met his, their face stained with tears and their eyes puffy from crying, they flinched scooting back in fear.
Wally raised his hands in defense as the child began to cry again, Wally was clueless to an extent, sure he was made to teach kids lessons and guide them in some sort of way but he himself hadn’t actually ever interacted with a real child before, especially not one who seemed to be so full of fear.
Wally frantically stepped closer in an attempt to soothe the crying child, but this only seemed to make things worse as their cries became screams of protest, with no sign of getting closer to the child Wally tried a different approach.
“I’m not going to hurt you, I’m a friend, I only want to help. Is that okay with you?” for a moment the child paused, their brows becoming furrowed, as they glared with red eyes, clearly skeptical of the offer
“I-I’m not supposed to talk to strangers.” the child stammered, crossing their arms defensively
Wally smiled gently
“Well, I’m Wally, and your name is…?” he gestured, hoping they would catch on
They sniffled, before stuttering out their reply
“I’m Y/n.” it was short and simple but it was enough to make they give a shy smile to the puppet
Wally gave a grin in return scooting beside you as you leaned into Wally, Wally tensed for a moment before settling into the sudden contact
“What are you doing here all by yourself, Y/n?” Wally asked gently, earning a small frown from you
“I don’t know, I don’t remember how I got here, I just woke up without my parents…” you trailed off again your eyes welling with tears alarmed Wally dropped the subject, wrapping his arms around you instead.
“Hey, I’m sorry I won’t bring it up again. But don’t you worry friend, we'll get you back to your parents, for now I’ll look after you.”
you nodded into Wally as he scooped you up carrying you into the house before setting you down on the floor of the guest room
“You can sleep here tonight.” he offered, but he felt your hand becoming tighter around his, he looked down to see you anxiously peering into the dark room before looking back up at him with wide eyes
“Can I just sleep with you tonight?” you whispered, Wally smiled gently as he picked you up again before giving you a soft bop on the nose
“Of course you can, don’t you worry bud, I won’t let anything get you.” you giggled playfully, as Wally began to walk to his room setting you down on the bed before he tucked you in, he was about to walk to his side before he stopped upon feeling you tug on his sleeve
“Could you give me a kiss goodnight? I usually get one from my parents, but their not here.” he nodded before laying a soft kiss on your forehead whispering goodnight before making himself comfortable under the covers as he felt sleep fall upon him
The next morning Wally awoke to you shaking him with a whine, groggily he rubbed his eyes, suddenly remembering what had happened last night
“What's going on kiddo?” he asked with a yawn to which you groaned
“I’m hungry, and you’ve been sleeping forever.” you cried, Wally hummed slowly rising from the bed as you dragged him from the room, waiting as he took you into the kitchen.
Rifling through the cabinets before he found an unopened box of cereal, opening the fridge and pouring you some milk he set the bowl down on the table, which apparently, was too tall for you to reach.
Wally lifted you onto the seat before he pulled a chair out from across from you sitting down as you scarfed down your breakfast
“Do you remember anything before you got here?” Wally asked curiously, you looked up to the ceiling in thought as milk dripped down your face, you shook your head, Wally sighed trying to think of what to do next
While living with Wally you would take frequent trips to Frank's house, though you, yourself wouldn’t actually talk to Frank on most days Julie would be around so she would keep you preoccupied while Wally spoke to Frank, you weren’t really sure what it was they were talking about but it seemed important
Wally had promised you that you would see your parents again after all
When living in the neighborhood if you went anywhere you were always with Wally, he simply couldn’t let you out of his sight for one moment, whenever you weren’t where he could see you he would go into a frenzy until you were back in his line of sight
Overtime you grew used to the neighborhood, all of Wally's friends were extremely nice and you saw them often enough to begin to trust them as much as you trusted Wally
You and Wally begin to grow into the Father figure role that had blossomed over your shared time together, and Wally felt that overtime you two had grown to completely trust each other, you were inseparable!
Wally was extremely loving and patient with you even when you were upset, a very stark contrast to when he first met you, your presence in his Home began to become increasingly evident, your drawing were strung on the fridge for all to see, your toys and clothes set up around your room like you had always been there, it felt like there was a new warmth added to the house, a refreshing touch of youthful joy made Wally feel alive again
But who new how long this would last, what if one day as mysteriously as you had come you vanished, as though you had never even existed, Wally had promised to take you back to your ‘real’ home, but what if that was something he couldn’t do? What if even if he could, he didn’t want to?
The idea of letting you go was something Wally couldn’t bear, but was it really his decision?
AAAAAA I loved this so much! <3333

going out to a bar with minho is always fun. you like spending time with him and getting drinks, but you’ve been out with him enough times to know he has one rule: don’t flirt with anyone else. minho knows he’s a lucky guy to have landed you, so it’s not surprising to him when other people come up and hit on you or offer you a drink. hey, a free drink is a free drink right? you both just have an understanding that you never cross the line and flirt back, and the same goes for him if someone hits on him.
tonight you're feeling a little adventurous, though. maybe it was the alcohol or maybe it was just the sheer curiosity of what he would do if he saw you flirting with someone, but you decide to strike up a little conversation with a guy who offered you a free drink while minho is in the bathroom. you know minho knows you’re not actually going to do anything with this guy, but you still want to see his reaction.
as minho walks back to the table, he sees that guy you’re talking to sitting a little too close for comfort. he rolls his eyes. ‘who does this guy think he is?’ he thinks to himself.
suddenly, jealousy starts to seep through his veins when he’s sees that you’re flirting back. laughing, twirling your hair, the whole nine yards.
“hey, babe,” minho states loudly as he places a hand on your shoulder. you meet his gaze and see his eyes are dark with emotion, the tips of his ears red.
“babe?” the guy asks, surprise in his voice.
“oh, um, yeah, this is my um, my boyfriend,” you reply, fumbling over your words. even though this was your plan all along, now that you’ve actually been caught, you feel a little shy.
“boyfriend?!” the guy asks, even more surprised.
“yeah, boyfriend,” minho states before you can even open your mouth. “babe, i think we should probably get going, we have to get up early to do that thing, remember?”
you have no idea what he’s talking about but get the feeling you should just play along. “oh yeah…that…you’re right, we should go.”
the car ride on the way home was tense. you could practically cut the silence with a knife, so when minho finally speaks, his words seems to resonate.
“did you have fun back there?” his asks, voice emotionless as he continues to stare at the road in front of him.
“what? are you jealous?” you respond, playfully taunting him, hoping to ease the tension.
his grip on the steering wheel tightens ever so slightly. “i thought we agreed we wouldn’t flirt with anyone.”
he still has no emotion in his tone. you’re racking your brain trying to figure out what he’s thinking, and you ultimately decide that teasing him even further probably isn’t the right move. “look, i’m sorry. i know it was dumb. i wasn’t actually flirting with him, i just wanted to tease you a bit. i would never actually do anything.”
“i think behavior deserves a little retribution tonight,” he says, face blank as he gives your thigh a tight squeeze with one hand while the other stays on the steering wheel.
your heart starts to beat a little, mind racing as to all the ways he could punish you. you’d be lying if you said you didn’t squeeze your thighs together to ease the ache that’s growing between your legs at the thought.
the second you and minho get home, you’re both practically running towards the bedroom, stripping yourselves of your clothes along the way. you lay down on the bed, and minho hovers over you, mouth crashing onto yours.
“i’m gonna make sure you never want to talk to another guy like that again,” minho grunts as he kisses his way down your neck. “because no one else gets to touch you like this. taste you like this.”
your back arches when his mouth connects with your nipple, lightly sucking as his hand squeezes your other breast, occasionally rolling your nipple between his fingers. he continues to kiss and suck his way down your abdomen until his head is between your thighs. he places a soft kiss on your clit before licking a clean stripe all the way up your dripping pussy. your fingers tangle in his air, making him hum against your core.
“who’s the only one that can make you feel this good, princess?” he asks tauntingly before sucking on your clit. the sensation is already so overwhelming that you can’t seem to form words. “answer me.”
“you,” you cry out. “only you, min.”
he gives you a lustful grin before his lips wrap around your clit again to suck on it with even more fervor, occasionally lapping up your juices with his tongue. he holds onto your thighs to keep your legs open as he plunges his tongue deep inside your cunt, rubbing the tip of it against the sensitive spot inside. you start to roll your hips against his face, craving even more friction as he practically makes out with your pussy.
“please, so close,” you pant out, feeling your orgasm quickly approaching.
he stops his ministrations, mouth detaching from you. practically screaming from the sudden loss of contact, you look at him with furrowed brows. he licks your wetness from his lips before crawling back up your body to lean close to your ear.
“i told you your behavior deserved a punishment,” he growls. “and your punishment tonight is that you’re not going to get cum for a long, long time. does that sound ok?”
you nod your head.
“i need to hear you say it, princess,” he states.
“yes,” you say with a quick nod.
although you’re frustrated from being denied what you can only imagine was about to be a mind-shattering orgasm, you quickly forget about it when minho plunges two fingers deep inside your pussy while he rolls your clit with his thumb. he nips and sucks at your neck, guaranteeing there will be marks all over you tomorrow.
“who does this pussy belong to?” he whispers against your neck as his fingers continue their work inside you.
“belongs to you,” you moan.
since you were already so close to your last orgasm, it doesn’t take long before you feel this one approaching, but as soon as minho feels your walls clench around his fingers, he pulls them out.
this continues for what feels like hours. whether it be with his mouth, his fingers, or a toy, minho consistently brings you to the edge of your high before quickly pulling you away. you need to cum so badly that you’re begging for it now.
“min, please,” you plea. “wanna cum so bad. i promise i won’t flirt with anyone again. just please let me cum.”
he presses his lips to your temple. “well i think i've made my point clear. and you’ve been so, so good tonight, princess, so you can cum now. but i want you to do it around my cock.”
you feel yourself clench around nothing at the thought of finally having him inside for the first time tonight. he aligns his achingly hard dick with your entrance before slowly pushing in. you’re so sensitive from the hours of edging that you honestly feel like could cum just from him bottoming out inside you. the way he fills you up so perfectly feels even more intense. without needing any prompting, he begins to rock his hips to slide in and out of you.
even though you’ve been deprived of your high for so long tonight, you're determined to hold off for as long as you can so you can relish in the way minho’s cock feels between your warm walls. after a while, he continues to pump into you as he snakes his hand in between your bodies to play with your clit.
“fuck, you feel so good,” he moans.
his breathing is becoming more jagged and his thrusts are growing erratic. you can tell he won’t last long. you pull his head down towards you to kiss him deeply, silently telling him to let go. he stops his work on your clit to use both hands to hold himself above you, but he continues to thrust into you as his dick begins to twitch inside you. moans of curses and your name slip past his lips as he spills himself inside you, hips stuttering occasionally.
he continues to slowly roll his hips into you as he comes down from his high. once he’s gathered himself, he immediately turns his focus back to you.
his finger reattaches to your clit as his thrusts become more powerful again, fucking his cum deeper inside you. it all feels so good, and when he looks at you with his lust blown eyes, you know you don’t have long.
“min-” is all you manage to get out.
“you’ve been so good. doing so well,” he coos, pressing his lips to your cheek. “cum for me, princess.”
your orgasm washed over you with such intensity that you almost can’t believe it. your legs shake as you throw your head back in pleasure, fingernails scraping down minho’s back as his name falls from your lips. he moans at the way your walls flutter around his overly sensitive cock. you’re practically seeing stars for what feels like an eternity as you catch your breath. once you’ve regained your composure, minho slowly pulls out of you, pressing his lips to yours as he does.
he quickly gets up to grab a towel to clean both of you up before crawling into bed next you, taking you in his embrace.
“wow,” you say, still a little dumbfounded from out intense that was.
“i agree. wow,” minho lets out with a chuckle.
“sorry i flirted with someone else. it was just a joke, but it was a bad one, i shouldn’t have done it” you say bashfully.
“it’s ok, i know you didn’t actually mean any of it,” he responds.
"you're my favorite person. i love you," you state.
"well, you're my favorite person," he responds with a smile. "i love you, too."

Cupids Arrow❣︎
Yandere cupid Hanako x reader
Warnings: Yandere themes, stalking, hard core manipulation, talk about murder, slightly sadistic tendencies, forced love, idk if the skunk part is zoophelia but whatever
A/n: hello and happy Valentine’s Day!! This is a rather long fic and thos is why i been inactive-
This and school has been kicking my ass
But i hope to write more fics!!
I hope you enjoy and have a great day or night!!
Hey hey! Have you heard of cupid? You haven’t? He’s all everyone’s talking about, especially so close to Valentine’s Day! You can wish to cupid about a person you love and he will answer it! He will bless your relationship so you two love each other even in death! He can even heal a broken heart and help you move on! He always comes through in the end when you go to him for help!
“I love you too!” She hugged him tightly, trying to hold back tears. He was taken aback by her words. He opened his mouth to say something but he couldn’t. He only hugged her back just as tight, wanting to show her he loves her with body language rather then words. The flowers in the garden only amplified the beauty, creating a perfect picture.
Hanako smiled, his work here not being done. He was about to fly away when he noticed you standing from the sidelines and watching the two. Did you perhaps like one of them? He felt himself getting angered by the thought. He looked closer at your face. You didn’t have a look of sadness but a look of curiosity. This only confused him.
He sighed and flew around the corner where he was alone. He turned into his human form, letting himself become visibility to other people who weren’t supernaturals. His angel wings were now gone and his wisps took his arrows back to his boundary. He stepped out from behind the corner, now wearing an older looking school uniform.
“Hey Y/n!” He placed his hands on your shoulders from behind, pulling you out of your thoughts.
“Oh, hey Amane!” You smiled seeing him.
“What are you looking at?” He tried to look over your shoulder.
“Oh, those two just had a small confession and they are probably going to go off on a date” You groaned in annoyance and Amane raised a brow.
“Do you like one of them?” He asked seriously but you only started laughing.
“Oh trust me, I don’t like them!”
“Well is there someone else you have feelings for?”
That question caught you off guard. Your cheeks flushed as you looked away from him.
“Well they don’t like me back” You frowned. Amane felt jealousy and disappointment fill his veins. He didn’t want you to like anyone else. He couldn’t have it. He was hoping that if he came to you in his human form then you would fall for him. Cupids can’t make people fall in love with anything dead. He’s been dead for centuries now.
He needed this person out of the picture.
“Who is this guy??” He asked. His voice still held playfulness.
“I can’t tell you that! You will tell them!” You smacked his shoulder lightly.
“I don’t even go to the same school you do, I doubt I would be able to tell him!” He pouted and looked to the side. You sighed and cupped his cheeks with your hands. His cheeks heated up which he knew you were able to tell.
“I need to go now, Amane. I’ll see you later tho, okay?” He nodded softly and you let go of him. You waved to him before you walked out of the gate, leaving him by himself. He felt his heart sink as you left. He couldn’t stand the thought of you dating someone else. He wouldn’t press on any longer. You said he didn’t like you so he has nothing to worry about. It was just a small inconvenience. Nothing to worry about.
He flew around in his boundary, smiling at the ceiling. Fake stars glistened across the top filling him with joy. He always loved the stars. He jolted slightly when he heard his phone ring. Someone was wishing to him. When someone calls to him, he gets a ring on the phone to listen in to what they are saying. It’s a funny sort of magic.
He flew over to the phone, placing it on his ear. He didn’t say a word. He was about to place the phone back and let it go to voicemail until he finally heard a voice. A voice he hoped not to hear on his phone.
“Cupid” You said firmly but there was still nervousness in your voice “There is this boy I’m interested in…” Hanako’s eyes widened, his hand shaking as he held the phone. The phone seemed heavier now. It took a lot of self control to not put the phone back on the stand.
“He’s in my class. He can be rather cold but he’s pretty popular… We don’t talk that much but it’s close to Valentine’s Day and, well, I don’t have a date” His shock started to turn into anger as you continued talking about this boy. He’s cupid. He has to fulfill you wish and help you get the happy ending you deserve. But something inside of him was telling him not to.
Something inside of him was telling him to rip this guys head off.
“Ah… what am I doing…” You took a deep breath in “I just need to confess to him.” The line cut out. The call was over. Hanako placed the phone back down on the stand, his hand still shaking. He couldn’t answer this request. He refused to answer it. He spent so long sneaking around people just to spend time with you. Just so you would love him. You caught his attention when you felt your first heartbreak and he had to help you move on. He would visit you, making sure you have fully healed. He fell in love with you. It took him a long time before he could come out to you as Amane. He planned to eventually tell you he was cupid but he couldn’t do that. Not yet, it wasn’t the right time. He needed you to love him first. But this guy was coming in between you. Oh, he couldn’t have that. He didn’t deserve to be with someone as lovely as you. He could never allow you to date someone as filthy as him. He couldn’t allow it.
He watched the guy closely as he entered the school yard. He was holding a letter in his hand. You asked him to meet you here. He watched as you put the letter in his locker. He had a big bad in his hand, something squirming inside it. He opened the bag and dumped the skunk out of it.
He knew death was too good for this guy. He wanted him to suffer, wanted him to be rejected by society for even daring to interrupted his plans.
Then you finally showed, walking over to him. Your cheeks were red as you fidgeted with your hands. It made Hanako sick to know you weren’t blushing for him.
“Is this letter from you?” He said duel. He clearly wasn’t interested in you and Hanako could tell that. He couldn’t take it anymore. He held up his arrow, shooting one at the boy. Once it hit him, it turned into pink dust and fell to the ground. The boy stumbled back and placed a hand on his head. He grabbed the arrows partner, pulling it back on the string. He shot it at the skunk. Hanako grinned. This was worse then death. He wanted the boy to fall in love with an equal. A lower life form. A skunk.
“Yeah it is… hey, are you okay?” You asked as you noticed the boy you liked stumble back.
“Yeah, I’m fine…” He stood up again but he didn’t look fine. He looked off into the distance at something. You followed his eyes but you couldn’t see anything.
“Are you sure?” You looked at him but he didn’t bother to make eye contact with you. He didn’t even bother to respond. He soon laid eyes on the skunk, wanting away from you and towards it. His cheeks were pink. He looked in love with the damn animal.
“where are you going-“ you noticed the creature and backed away. You didn’t want to get anywhere near it unless you get sprayed. “I came out here to confess my feels for you!” You grabbed his arm, now angry with his unusual behavior.
“Well I don’t care! Just leave me alone!” He smacked your hand away. Hanako was rather satisfied with the scene.
Tears filled your eyes as you but your lip trying to hold them back. You were a doll for even thinking that he could love you back. If love didn’t work out for you the first time, why would it now? Is it because you believed the rumors the other girls in class told you? You were foolish to believe such a tail as cupid could be real.
You tried to hold yourself together as you quickly ran back into the school. Hanako noticed you leave and his grin turned into a frown. His focus went off the guy who was now hopelessly in love with a skunk, to you. He flew into the school, looking around for where you might have been. He heard the sound of crying from one of the classrooms and looked in to see you crying.
The sound of your sobs was like music to his ears.
“Y/n…?” He called your name. His expression had worry in it as he looked at your small form.
“A-Amane… what are you doing here?” You quickly dried your tears, trying to fake a smile.
“I left my bag here yesterday… what happened?” He entered the classroom and kneeled down to you.
“I confessed to the guy I like” You’re voice hitched inside your throat, trying not to let anymore tears fall out of your eyes “But he doesn’t feel the same…”
“Oh, I’m so sorry…” Amane hugs you tightly, stroking your back. He had to admit you did look cute when crying.
“I thought that if i wished to cupid we would be together it would work… I’m such a fool, Amane…!” You squeezed him tightly, crying into his shoulder.
“You aren’t a fool… That guy was no good for you anyways. Besides, there is someone for you…” He cups your cheeks, wiping your tears away and making you look at him.
“Cupid has you in mind, after all~”

to all the boys that tried to love me ⋆ ˚。⋆୨୧˚ Ch2
word count: 1,4k
warnings: new unlocked character
authors note: hello, as i promised here’s another one! i hope those who are reading (if there’s anyone) enjoy this chapter, feel free to share your thoughts! - 🍞
okay, what the actual hell was that? first party? more like first disappointment, because how on earth do people spend their weekends like this? maybe i’m still too childish to understand the hype, or maybe i simply don’t belong in there because my intentions don’t align with the majority of the people attending them. how the hell did the party end up with the tsurugi dude lying on the floor outside and bawling his eyes out? i thought he was the sunshine itself or something.. i guess even the sun goes down.
when he came inside and sat down on a chair nearby sobbing into his hands, i couldn’t help but ask him if he’s okay. all he did was nod with tears still in his eyes and boogers coming out his nose. okay, i’ll take that as a no. how the hell does someone so popular not have friends rushing to his side seeing him in this state? or are they not really his friends? ugh, club people are so damn strange.
it’s been about a month since that event and for some reason, my friends and i wanted to give it a second try. why? not sure honestly, that remains a mystery. apart from ryujin wanting to get the chance to hook up with that one jimin wannabe. she found his instagram account recently but was too much of a coward to text him, or even view his stories.
so who had to do all the dirty work? me of course! i had to do all the stalking and story viewing to update her on this “handsome man”. jesus christ he’s so cringy. all his posts are making me have a bad shiver and the ick in me is making me sick. he doesn’t have the guts to show his face but he shows his abs? the irony. ugh.. how can she think this is attractive, she has no idea what his face looks like. whatever, if she doesn’t want to be caught stalking i’ll take one for the team. my poor little eyes.
so it became a routine, i went on his profile to check out if he has posted any stories and sent them to her. not sure why she didn’t want to be noticed by him in the first place, but i didn’t question it too much. it became natural at this point, without her even having to tell me, i would check his account and update her. i noticed the app linked to his instagram account, tellonym..? i have that app, it allows people to send anonymous messages. my bestie can send him hints about herself, and let him know how she feels, I’m a genius! i told her about the plan and she was excited, however once again she didn’t want to be the one being involved. she’s a flirt master and i suck at flirting, so i have no idea why she left it up to me. is she seriously making me send a man that makes me audibly go “ew” anonymous pick up lines… what has this come to. i just do what she tells me, cringing at every letter i type out, dropping hints about her and trying to spark his curiosity. was i doing a good job? probably not, but i tried my best and it seemed to get his attention, so i did my part.
speaking of guys.. i remembered how many friends tsurugi seems to have. maybe there’s a possibility he will know about the guy i’m curious about? the quiet guy that looked more like he belongs into a cozy cafe rather than a noisy, stinky club. hmmm… it wouldn’t hurt to ask, right? the worst that could happen is him saying he doesn’t know this dude at all.. but that’s a lie, they definitely interacted that night, i’m sure of it! so i do what any sane person would do, and i shoot him a message. maybe making new friends would make parties more enjoyable, and he could introduce me to that dude! win win situation right here.
miffybaby: hi, you were at that party right?😊
tsurug_i: hey i was😄 have we spoken before? i don’t remember what happened that night at all😅
miffybaby: are you feeling better? you didn’t look too good.. 😳 we didn’t really speak i just asked you if you were okay
tsurug_i: i just went a little crazy with the alcohol but thanks 😅 are you coming to the next one? it’s in a few days i think you should come
miffybaby: yeah i’ve noticed 😂 i might, my friends want to go and we are headed to that city so.. might as well
tsurug_i: oh😂 hope to see you there! but you have to remind me, i might not recognise you
miffybaby: if i don’t change my hair colour by then, you will notice my pink head
tsurug_i: damn i really don’t remember seeing a pink haired girl.. i had to be wasted af. i just saw your photos.. don’t change your hair, it’s pretty. i’ll recognise you for sure
woohooo i can’t believe i just made a friend! well, kind of. i’m so excited for the next party. i feel like it won’t be like the previous one, i can feel it!!!
the day of the party came but this time the party was in a brand new club, much much bigger one. way more space, even the outside area is pretty. there was even a boxing machine like in arcades, we gotta try that later! this is all so exciting and omg… i think i just saw that dude i’m curious about, i freak out a little and nudge my friends and they hype me up, today i will learn his name! his outfit is cute.. i just gotta ask tsurugi to introduce me to him. speaking of tsurugi, there he is i can hear and see him from miles away, hmm.. do i come up to him? should i just wait? he probably won’t recognise me tho. i turn to my friends to ask them what to do but before i can finish he’s already tapping on my shoulder.
“Hi! is it you?” he smiles so big, showing all his teeth and his braces reflect the lights in the dark room. funny contracts to all the tattoos covering his arms and his big frame. i just smile at him and shoot him a friendly hi, i thought that would be all but he just went all in and squeezed me into a tight hug. i guess he’s just like that.. i awkwardly pat him before pulling away and he introduces himself to my friends. “you look just like your photos i didn’t expect this” huh.. what is he on about.. how else am i supposed to look. i just laugh awkwardly as we walk to the bar getting some drinks, only cider for me. they’ve told him i’m not good with drinks so that was all i could of gotten, great now i got 3 people telling me not to drink and babysitting me. i take little sips and start feeling a bit tipsy, so i tell myself it’s the perfect time to ask. “hey i wanted to.. i wanted to know your friends name.” my eyes subtly glance over at him.. he’s sitting with a few people, barely interacting just observing and sipping on some drink. how mysterious, i really wanna know who he is. he looks over at him, pauses for a second. “oh him? he’s.. how can i say this” he stutters, scratching the back of his head.
“yes him! i wanted to know his name” i nervously look up at him hoping he will get the hint.
he leans down to my level as if to whisper but he’s almost screaming to overpower the volume of the music. “it’s a girl, her name is … s.. her name is hwa.”
i can feel my eyes widen and my heart start beating quicker. why do i feel so much relief and why am i suddenly so excited? i have to get to know her. there’s no way i can’t. i’m so damn gay and lucky.
it’s odd how tsurugi ditched his comically large friend group to spend time with us.. all his time.. i didn’t think he would do that, it’s really nice of him but.. why is he not introducing me to hwa yet..
“so, can you introduce me to her?” i poke him hoping he will do it, but instead he grabs my hand, holding it tightly in his suddenly as he pulls me a bit closer. “don’t worry about her, let’s go for a walk.”
