Lockdown

Hexa sat up in her respiteblock, mindlessly scrolling through the vast ocean of internet websites. Clicking through different blogs he followed on Instagrub and Grumble, checking up on online orders since they tended to take ages to get to where she lived. Being up in the mountains had perks, yeah, but it also had a lot of downsides. Being up in the snowy mountains was peaceful, it was beautiful. The howling of the winter winds were like a lullaby to the Jadeblood. And being a Jadeblood also meant the cold wasn't too bothersome for him. But the frequent isolation sucked, and having to be in a wheelchair at times didn't really help her situation. It was... A bit of a struggle to get down if she needed it, but he's been fortunate enough to not find himself in that situation very often. The distant roars and growls of other creatures never scared her, Hexa's mountain lion lusus was a fierce huntress and has killed off several predators before for as long as Hexa's been able to understand the concept of death. Hexa's grown used to the ambient noise. So, it didn't click to him that the world was silent until she heard something new, making his ears perk up in alarm. Voices. There were many, but they were faint. Hexa strained to hear them, closing his eyes. About four to five trolls, maybe even more that simply weren't talking. His bloodpusher skipped a beat as she got up from her desk, trying his best to be as quiet as possible. Those voices were far away, yes. But that doesn't mean there weren't any closer to her hive. The Jadeblood stood there for a few moments, just listening intensely. The voices still seemed quite far, but the idea of them coming closer scared the Jadeblood witless. He felt around his desk and grabbed his palmhusk, unlocking it with the number code and looking through her apps. Her kismesis had made her download some sort of app that controlled the lockdown system the Teal had installed into his hive. Hexa would always politely refute the idea that someone was after her, her kismesis and their two friends. She thought it was silly, impossible even. They're just four trolls. Four Midbloods. Why would someone wanna do anything to them? Hexa, at least for all she knew, knew that her and her little group weren't involved with anything bad. Nothing that should make them worry for their safety. But Hexa also knew her kismesis could be quite paranoid at times, which worried him a lot. But right now, the idea that someone was here to hurt her was weighing down her rational mind. He tapped the app and opened it. Hexa didn't want to do this. She didn't want to lock down his entire hive, isolating himself even more from the world. But she wasn't thinking clearly, fear gripping his heart as he pressed the large red "LOCKDOWN" button that appeared on the screen. The roaring clangs of metal shutting down around the Jade's windows and doors could be heard, the lights switching off above his head. Hexa's lusus roared from another room, clearly confused as to what was going on. Hexa just chewed on her bottom lip as he husktop shut off automatically. He was cut off from the outside world even more now. At least for the time being.

She's a jadeblood and about 6'2" tall. Loves tea, plants, and mechanisms. British-adjacent, minus the colonialism and artifact theft. Prefers to avoid violence, but is fierce in combat.

Also loves rock music, motorcycles, and leather jackets. She has an absolute monster of a motorcycle that she built herself.

All quadrants available, but she's really just looking for friends. Depending on what you like, she could take you for a ride on her motorcycle, walk with you through a quiet conservatory, go to a rock concert with you, or just have a cozy cup of tea.

Friends wise I could absolutely see her being buddies with my boy Sherco! Motorcycle lovers unite! She could prolly hang with Aressa too, pretty Jade girl who's always down to party or go to concerts and shit. I just realized like- NONE of the Jades/Jade variants on my blog are Cloistered/Cavern workers Rho: Far too anxious to be a Cloistered Jade, would prolly end up being more of a hazard than anything. Hexa: Was SUPPOSED to be a cavern worker, but deemed a "hazard" bc of his condition Aressa/Nolana/Gochi: All former cavern workers that left for various reasons Celest: Was never brought back to the caverns after lusus took her.

Oliveblood, 5'6, about 12.5 sweeps, enjoys extreme sports and derby racing. Mostly skates herself. All quads are open, and always happy to make friends. When not skating or watching sports, she's a big foodie. Has a thing for low and fellow midbloods who can pick her up, no gender preference. Would probably take a date to a skate park then back hive to show off her cooking skills.

It basically fucks with your legs super hard, causing you to sometimes require the assistance of a FOUR-WHEELED DEVICE, something you commissioned from an EX-QUADRANTMATE of yours. This condition of yours resulted in you getting removed from your Cloister because some of the higher ups deemed you a "Safety Hazard". Which you mean- It's fair! You didn't wanna think about what could happen if you were carrying a bundle of grubs and your legs decided to give up! Horrifying. -> Your interests are... Kind of stereotypical with how you dress! Setheo [Last name undetermined as of now] - A They/Them, Teal-Cerulean cusp geographer. They aren't... The friendliest of trolls and have no issue being brutally honest w/people.
