One year ago, I received an unmistakable message. I was instructed by what I accredit as my divine counsel to establish a formal institution of higher thought, metaphysics and magical training for mystics, seekers, and aspiring luminaries. Thus, did the search begin to find the home for what would become 22 Teachings School of Hermetic Science and Magical Arts, in my birth city and what masters have called "modern-day Alexandria", Los Angeles. The curriculum had been written and refined over a decade. My student body was already thriving due to my long tenure at @houseofintuition. My individual clients would seek me out to continue their journeys of self-discovery. My closest and most trusted team of up-and-coming practitioners would become my staff and faculty. A Lesson In Yesod יְסוֹד How strong is your uroboric circle of flames? How strong are you to stand within those flames and let your spark die? What happens when your flame dies and your own circle of flames becomes a towering wall of stone from the lack of heat from within your own soul? It is unthinkable, but it happens to everyone. Our once great walls of flame and fury solidify and become almost as hard as steel, or are they? How solid do you really think it is? Rock, steel or diamond? What if neither?  How do you even know the strength of your own towering wall if you do not have the inner will to even touch it, let alone push against it? Our fears hold us back from even attempting such things, for it might prove us even more correct and that fear alone would set us back years in our paths, or would it? So we sit in a prison of stone, afraid to even contemplate our prison out of fear of solidifying our assumptions. What if you found the strength? What if, out of a fanciful whim you just poked it? What do you think would happen? Would it feel like stone? Would it feel like steel? Or would be feel like sand? What if, you poked it and that area fell apart? What would you do? How would you now react? Think about it...... You poked a hole in a wall you once thought was hard as stone, yet is only as solid as a sandcastle wall.... The illusion is now dispelled or are you still waiting to be smothered by the downfall of your wall? If a single touch made a hold imagine if you did even more to dispel your wall of stone?   Imagine the freedom you now would possess knowing that you have the ability to escape what you once feared the most and now have the unlimited power to banish this prison forever? You feel the flicker of your spark rekindling and take it to heart. Run and run fast with it, through your sandcastle walls and see what you have been missing outside the of the illusion you created. How simple, yet so powerful. Our illusions of our lives are merely sand circles and sandcastles we create & the slightest wave, touch or thought will shatter them. Circles in the sand & castles upon the waves it s all life is when you gain the understanding of how to see past the illusions of our own creations.
