Ugh, okay, so I have/had many issues and opinions on ‘how it all should have been’ — I know you’ll catch my drift. But I was forever head-canoning these two being a bad ass girl power duo, and to be honest, I don’t see them as anything less so. SO THAT’S WHAT WE’RE GOING TO GET. Especially in our first thread with Malia slowly starting to open up to Lydia. Lydie is going to be super protective of her, because she’ll be damned if she loses another person close to her heart. they think i’m crazy ; they don’t know the feeling. 

       “ malia---- ” her voice is GROUNDING and he finds himself glancing up at the werecoyote, his eyes crossed. he can’t breathe ; he’s trembling and he can’t move from his spot, but her voice keeps him steady. slowly, but surely, stiles reaches forward and grasps malia’s hand into his, using it as an anchor. sometimes, stiles wonders, how would he survive without malia?the answer to that is simple.he wouldn’t.his finger nails dig into the werecoyote’s skin, though he knows she’ll heal right away anyways, and tilts his head to look at her a little more clearly, his breathing coming in more even. “ malia, ” he whispers again, though it’s more clear and not so shaky. somehow, this girl had saved him, and there isn’t a thing in this world that he could do to ever repay her.
