🥑🥓Bacon & ground Wagyu wrapped avocado stuffed with cheese & green chile. We stuffed the avocado with cheddar cheese & @505southwestern flame roasted green chile. We then wrapped the avocado with ground Wagyu & seasoned it with @avogel_usa Herbed Sea Salt. Then we finished it off by wrapping it in bacon slices. Note to self - buy some @grillpinz because the toothpick thing just isn't working. Lol, we are still searching for a missing toothpick.... 🐷Smoked St. Louis Style Ribs Seasoned with @avogel_usa Herbed Sea Salt and slow smoked on our @recteq_official RT-700 Bull. We took them off the smoker and added some butter then wrapped them in @MeatHugger pink butcher paper and put them back on the smoker. Then we removed the butcher paper and put the rubs back on the smoker. We brushed the ribs with @TrueMadeFoods Eastern Carolina BBQ sauce. This is a keto friendly sauce & tasted really good. We very pleasantly surprised with it being a keto sauce. 🐷🐷Reverse seared pork chops I was so excited to make these pork chops because I got to use a rub that I've been drooling over since I heard about it! 🤤 We received part of our prize package that we won a couple weeks ago from a giveaway presented by @baconsheir. Part of that prize was an awesome assortment from @fogocharcoal... It included The Rub. 😍 Seann will tell you I am all about a good char, from hot dogs to marshmallows, I'm all about the char. 😂 So when I saw they had a rub that actually contained charcoal - I'll admit I salivated a little. 😉 We seasoned the pork chops with @fogocharcoal The Rub, then smoked them on our @GrillaGrills Chimp.
