-I like the idea that Mike, Abby, Ness, Vanessa, Max, and Cory(/whatever his characters name is/would be) are all friends and call themselves the fazgang, which Ness, Abby, and Vanessa were definitely the ones who came up with that

-Mike eventually agrees to take Ness to Freddy’s after months of asking, and the two of them + Abby and Vanessa all go together to hang out with the animatronics and tell each other stuff about the place (Ness finally finds out the truth abt everything)

-Mike listens to 80’s music and like “male manipulator” type shit (he’s an angsty trans guy bros a stereotype /pos) and Ness is a def a Swifty he loves “white girl who’s friends are almost all gay men” type music /hj

-when Abby finds out that Mike and Ness like each other, she is GOBSMACKED because her brother has always been chronically bitchless on both ends but then she gets all excited to try and play match maker (she asks Vanessa for help and they’re actually kinda good at it)

-Mike and Ness are so clingy I will never shut up abt it they will text and call any time they’re apart but they’re together like any chance they get and when they’re out in public, Ness will make it obvious they’re together in every way they can (without making Mike uncomfortable) and Mike can be a bit possessive over them like if he’s upset or feels left out or like Ness isn’t paying him enough attention to him (etc etc which like doesn’t happen often cause Ness is obsessed with him) he’ll get more physically and openly clingy (example is my last art piece they’re so cute) and in private they’re just like always touching, kissing, hugging, cuddling, rubbing, caressing, tracing, holding they are SO CLINGY IDC

-Abby makes the fazgang friendship bracelets

-Mike is NOT a jewelry person even remotely but he will wear anything Abby or Ness gives him, he just makes it known that he prefers bracelets and rings as they’re more subtle and usually more masculine

-Ness on the other hand loves jewelry and accessories and fun clothing in general. They have earings, bracelets, rings, pins, glasses, jackets, belts, pants and shirts with fun designs, etc. he loves dressing up

-Ness’ love language is yapping (info dumping, rambling, pet names, words of affirmation, etc.) and Mike loves to listen (even though he has no idea what they’re on abt half the time, he just likes hearing their voice and seeing them happy/excited/passionate)

-Mike and Ness absolutely share music with/make playlists for each other, even though majority of the time their music taste is NOT similar like AT ALL 💔💔💔

-Ness likes buying Mike shirts. Usually they’ll be nice and buy him shirts with stuff he’s interested in on it (music, movies, etc.) but he will also buy dumb things or cheesy couple stuff to see how much he can get away with (Mike always wears them, even if he thinks they’re dumb, though if they’re too dumb he’ll usually wear hoodies and jackets over them. Still wears them though)

-Mike and Ness absolutely steal each others clothes. They don’t wear them, cause they’re different sizes and styles, but being the clingy hoes they are, they’ll steal shirts and hoodies and stuff just simply to have, especially if they have to be apart for a long time

-whenever/if Mike eventually gets top surgery, Ness immediately becomes more touchy because they know that Mike is far more comfortable. They hug and cuddle him without worry, they run their hands across his chest, they kiss his scars, etc. UGH they’re so sweet I love them

-fall and winter are Mike and Ness’ favorite seasons. Mike loves it because of the cooler and darker weather, meaning he can comfortably layer clothes and experiences less weather related sensory issues (temperature, sunlight, etc.), Ness loves the holidays and the seasonal treats

-Mike and Ness love carnival and arcade dates. Ness loves carnival treats and rides, Mike likes winning games, they both like getting cute little prizes for each other. They do have to take precautions for overstimulation though lol. Noise canceling headphones (Ness has the obvious over ear ones that they like to decorate, Mike wears ear plugs/buds), sunglasses if lights are too much, little codes to let the other know that they need a break or wanna leave, etc.

-they cook together. Again, I do love the “Mike can’t cook for shit” headcanon but frankly that’s not super likely so they just cook together and it’s cute

-cute at home movie dates where they either bond over nerdy shit (like Marvel, Star Wars, whatever) and Ness can’t stop talking about his theories and Easter eggs and general things he thinks about the movies the whole time, which Mike doesn’t mind since he’s already seen them plenty of times and again he just likes listening to Ness, or Ness makes them watch cheesy romcoms that make Mike want to pull his hair out and he actively complains and makes fun of the characters the whole movie, which Ness doesn’t mind cause like yeah he’s right but they’re also always like “omg us” and Mike is like “what no nuh uh we’re so much cooler than them/I don’t act anything like that” and then Ness gives him a look and Mike is like “babe, stop, no, we’re/im not like that” and then Ness starts making a silly little impression of some shit Mike does and then Mike sees their point but is still stubborn abt it and just akskdslsdn you get the idea

Okay this is technically bigass huge spoilers but idc bc a the pace I am writing, anyone who read this might as well will have forgotten it by now. I'll just elaborate on the tags of this post under the cut, basically:

And by elaborate I mean ramble. Buckle up.

The overarching arc of LFLS is Michele and his relationship with his father Salvatore. There is also more than enough songs about Michele being haunted and hounded by his trauma and his subsequent fall from grace on my playlist for him. (AND the playlist is called "A Sheep In Wolf's Clothing" - By donning the predator's skin, he is still devoured by the predator, he thinks he escapes the wolf by eating other sheep, but he is inside of the wolf's skin because he is in his stomach 👁👁)

Salvatore terrorized the European underground without remorse. He was ABSOLUTELY infamous with the parent generation and the infamity lives on. Michele is constantly being reminded of his father, is treated with wariness and hostility because of what his father did. He is compared to his father. Dionysus of Palermo, The Scourge of Europe, Caesar, most places where Michele goes, his father will already have been there to greet him. (Note: Oh, it'll be great in the rewrite because Aaron O'Connell kept out of most the going ons on the continent; Paddy never met Salvatore nor really knows what he did. Harry and Charlie have zero idea about him, so Paddy is a bit wary about Michele from the start but not wary enough to pass it on to Harry and Charlie. Does not help with Paddy then continueing to be wary because Michele is wary of him, because he inherently distrusts father figures --)

Because Michele has 18 years of fucking baggage!!! I like to say he lived with his own murderer under one roof for 18 years!!! Wouldn't still be alive if his mother wouldn't have loved him that much!!! Salvatore terrorized Europe and he terrorized his own son. He quickly grew jealous of his own child, since Maria (his wife, Michele's Mamma), loved him so much. Her own family had thrown her out after finding out who she was dating, Salvatore's parents were cold people (Michele's grandmother Lena barely spoke any Sicilian as she was from Crete and had to give up her career as a musician by marrying his grandfather Giovanni), so she only felt loved by Salvatore. Who made sure he'd be the only one for her by gaslighting her and reminding her that she has no one else to go to. He loves her. No one else does.

So suddenly he has to share the love with another person and he can't stand it. Beats Michele for any pretense he can find. When Maria yells at him to stop and puts her foot down ... he doesn't do it around her anymore, but by no means does he stop. Tells Michele if he tells his mother, he'll get another beating for it. So Michele lies to her and lies to everyone else. Everyone else he can lie to. (I think Herakles is the only other person who Knows, due to these two only meeting when their fathers did).

So Salvatore dies and Michele wants to forget it all. It's over, he is gone and no one can ever know it happened. if no one knows, it didn't happen. He locks up his father's old office and never opens it again. (That locked door in Irish Problems that the twins are so desperately curious about? Yeah). He never tells Marco and Lorenzo, who he raises, about it.

But how can he run if the whole goddamn world reminds him of his father? Compares him to him? How can he ever erase Salvatore from his life when for other people, they're one and the same? (Salvatore - The Salvator, an ephithet for Jesus; Michele - The archangel whose name means "Who is like God?" [BTW none of this was intentional, I am just finding accidental metaphors in my own text because I am the giant rat who makes all the rules and GODDAMN am I fucking genius])

So he tries to accumulate power. He wants to replace Salvatore's name with his own. No one will talk about Salvatore Vento anymore when Michele Vento is so much more present in everyone's minds. He's just gotta eclipse his father, he just gotta establish connections, he just gotta shut people up and then his mind will shut up too and he'll be at peace and if Salvatore is gone he will no longer be broken.

And because he has repressed everything about his father so deeply, he does not recognize that he becomes him. (Remember Febe Masi, the older Italian subordinate? Michele looks exactly like his father, except for his eyes. Those golden eyes are the ones of his mother Maria ... but in the shadows, they are deer brown. Like Salvatore's. That one was actually on purpose but of course it was on purpose, you probably noticed how often it was referenced). He is so fixated on his goal, that everything will be great and perfect for him and his family, that he hurts his family on the way there. Megalomania consumes him and he is ready to sacrifice a good now, to hurt Marco, Lorenzo, Harry, Soph, Charlie, Paddy, to strip them of their autonomy for a better future. An unattainable one. Of course it comes crashing down.

So much for the basis. Ingredients are here, let's serve you some human stew.

Michele loves to cook. His kitchen is his safe haven, because it was his mother's realm. Maria loves Michele more than herself and Michele loves his mother more than himself. She taught him how to cook and she turned part of the Garden into a veggie and fruit patch. (Michele's greatgrandfather Luigi built the mansion he lives in and not being a good Sicilian at all, had a garden that was just there to look pretty. Salvatore doesn't give a shit about his ancestors or pretense, so if his beloved Maria wants a Veggie Patch. Sure). After Salvatore dies, he realizes one day that NO ONE is stopping him from turning the whole garden into a growing patch and orchard. So he does just that. So Michele harvests and cooks. He prepares food to eat. He's the one in control. He's the knife. He's the devourer. He is so afraid of being devoured, he rather devours others before they can eat him. He has been cannibalized and thusly HE cannibalizes others!!! He's so chewed up he can only imitate what he has been through!!! His teeth only know how to gnaw, his lips not how to kiss!!!

And. For the Ancient Greek Myth Parallels. I am pretty sure that Kronos ate his children because it was prophesized that his own son would kill him and take his place. But he doesn't eat Zeus bc his mother Rhea does a switcharoo and Zeus does end up killing him and taking his place. (Or doesn't kill him, Kronos = Saturn. I love Roman Syncretism, bc the jarring differences are the fun in syncretism!!! I don't want to hear any buhu the romans copied the greeks jokes they're unfunny. get in the syncretism and what it tells us about the cultures, their values and their intercultural exchanges with each other car). Zeus receives a similiar prophecy that a son by Metis would kill him - So he ABSORBS her while pregnant and that is how we end up getting Athene being birthed from his skull. Zeus defeats and punishes his father for cannibalizing his siblings ... and THEN CANNIBALIZES HIS LOVER BECAUSE HE HEARD OF A PROPHECY ONE OF HIS CHILDREN WOULD KILL HIM. THE (NEARLY) DEVOURED HAS BECOME THE DEVOURER!!!

Salvatore is Kronos who cannibalized his own son and completely engulfed him ... and the son tries to avoid the same fate as his father ... he is NOT his father ... but to avoid the same fate, he cannibalizes his loved ones ... He is SO scared that he becomes the cannibal, he is so OBSESSED with the cannibal because of the trauma he inflicted of him that THIS is what turns him into a cannibal!!! He's so afraid that he'll have to eat human flesh that he never turns the light on and oops, at night all cats are grey and pork tastes like man anyways!!!

Milan must’ve opened the door before she had even found the text that he was downstairs. Sander must’ve been with him because there was Milan teasing loudly about clingy boyfriends, Senne’s laugh, and Robbe’s muffled giggles. However, before she even got the chance to put away her physics notes, there was a shout of goodbye from Robbe and Milan was sliding in her doorway to tell her that he was going over to Jonathan’s for the evening—and, Zoë suspected, maybe the night if they ever got their act together.

As he moved towards her, Zoë quickly shifted her notes out of the way. “Someone’s hard at work,” he said, flopping in the now empty spot on her bed. 

Zoë smiled, shaking her head. She straightened her notes that she had taken from the bed. “Yeah,” she said, tucking them away in her bag. “After school, Robbe and I were studying Physics. Or, at least, we were until Milan stole him away from me.” Senne laughed, shaking his head, as Zoë placed her notes aside. “We’ve got a big test coming up this week and Milan decided that his will-they-won’t-they with Jonathan was more important than our test.” 

“Milan just needs to go for it. It’s obvious.” 

“That’s what I’ve been telling him,” Zoë said as Senne bunched up the gray blanket—their gray blanket—in his lap. “And what Robbe’s been telling him, but this might actually be the one time that Milan is nervous out of his mind about it.” 

Senne laughed. “It’s definitely a sight to see.”

“Mhmm,” Zoë said. She turned towards Senne, who raised his chin to look up with her. “You’ve been hanging out with Sander a lot recently,” she noted. 

A sly grin turned up on the corner of his mouth, as if he somehow could tell what she was thinking. “Yes,” he said. “That’s what you get taking me on a trip with high schoolers and one other college person. He talked about Amber sniping him and Robbe out of the couple’s room all weekend in favor or us or them. I talked about how he might possibly win her favor for at least one day. Then, the next thing I know, we’re swapping playlists and now we’re getting coffee once a week. He’s determined to make me try everything on the menu.”

Zoë smiled. “That’s so cute—and so Sander. I swear, whenever he’s over, he’s always drinking a new brand of coffee. I always knew the two of you were coffee lovers, but this is a turn of events that I never suspected.” She paused, glancing over at Senne. “Is Max and Luka jealous of their replacement?”

“Nah,” Senne said, shaking his head. “Max is too caught up with his new girlfriend and Luka has been busy with uni and partying his life away in Amsterdam.” 

"Well, I’m pleased that you and Sander are friends,” she said. Senne raised an eyebrow in question. “You’re important to me and so is Robbe. Even though he lives with his mama now, he still comes by once a week after school to eat dinner until curfew. And, Sander’s important to him. So, I’m just happy that you two are close is all.”

“Yeah?” Senne asked. 

“Yeah,” she said. She leaned over, propping herself up on her side to stare at him, and a small smile formed on her lips. “But, I will admit though... I do miss the days that I had you all to myself. Just you and me—not having to worry about best friends or roommates coming over unannounced.” 

“No matter what day it is, I think we are always going to have to worry about that. Especially considering Milan’s tendency to open any and all doors before knocking,” Senne said. Zoë chuckled, the memory of that afternoon flooding back to her—of Milan opening the door to find Zoë half on top of Senne with his hand halfway up her shirt, nearly on the verge of taking it off, and Zoë on the verge of letting him. "But, all you have to do is say the word and I’m all yours.” 

“Well, that isn’t entirely true,” she said. Senne’s eyebrows furrowed in confusion and it takes all of Zoë’s willpower to not burst out laughing right there. “Like I said, you and Sander are quite close and you’ve been going out a lot.” 

“While it is true that we’ve been spending time together,” Senne said, wrapping their gray blanket around her shoulders. “Sander has nothing against you—just as I’m sure that you know that Robbe will always be above me in Sander’s mind. There’s no contest, Zoë.” 

“So, Sander will have to dye his hair again to have a chance then?” Senne laughed, shaking his head. His hands fisted at the gray blanket still wrapped around her and Zoë laughed with him. “I mean, don’t get me wrong, I’m happy for you and I know he’s been talking about possibly dyeing his hair again for a while now. He keeps bugging me about my hair dresser. That’s it! He wants to impress you—”

Still consumed with his laughter, Senne pulled Zoë towards him, using the blanket around her shoulders for reference. She fell easily against his chest and their lips slotted together clumsily. They were still half-laughing and it was partially difficult to kiss doing so. Zoë pulled back a little to look at him and smiled involuntarily. Senne mirrored the smile back at her. 

Reaching up, Senne cradled the back of her head, running his hands through the strands of her hair, before pulling her back down against him. This time, the kiss was smoother with no laughter to interrupt them. Senne wrapped an arm around her waist, pushing them slightly up so he could lay her down against the mattress. Now wedged between the bed and Senne, Zoë slung one arm around his neck and dropped her other hand to his waist. 

Senne pulled back, their kiss breaking. Propping himself up on one arm, Senne stared down at her with half-hooded eyes that were staring at her with so much adoration that she almost wanted to turn away. But, she held his gaze, raising her chin up a little, as he ran a hand through her hair again—just because he could.

“You know,” Senne said, hovering. “If I had to choose between you and anyone else in the world, I would always choose you.” 

Despite the fact that she knew his words were true, Zoë couldn’t help the fact that her heart fluttered a bit, swelling in the instantaneous relief that his words caused. Even though she felt so secure with their relationship, her fears would occasionally creep into her mind, telling her that Senne would leave her or grow disinterested—leaving her behind like her parents. It was the strangest feeling in the world—when her head and her heart had conflicting ideologies; but when she talked about it with her therapist, she told Zoë that she was trying to protect herself—even though she knew that Senne would never hurt her. 

What she felt for Senne... she had never felt anything so intense before.

Smiling at him, Zoë lifted her head up. As if expecting it, Senne tilted his head to the side so their lips could slide together easier. But, at the last second, she tilted her head back and pressed a lingering kiss against the tip of his nose. Instantly, his nose scrunched up and he stared back at her with a small grin on his face. 

“I know,” she said, reaching up to cup his cheek. “Sometimes, I just like hearing you say it.”

Senne chuckled, twirling a strand of her hair around his finger. “Well, I’ll tell you as many times as you want me to tell you because you’re it, Zoë Loockx.” 

There was a heaviness that she didn’t expect; it wasn’t a bad feeling or one of impending doom—but it was an unexpected heaviness nonetheless. Zoë leaned closer, dropping her eyes to his lips briefly, and she could tell without looking that Senne did the same. She cradled his chin, tracing the skin with the pad of her finger before whispering, “You’re it for me too... Seppe de Smet.” 

The laugh was ripped out of Senne faster than she expected. Senne tossed his head back and rolled off Zoë, back into the spot on the bed that he had abandoned. The sight of him writhing in laughter, unable to control himself and clutching at his stomach, was enough to make Zoë follow him into laughter as well. They laughed until their stomachs hurt and the laughter died out, leaving only a peaceful silence between them. 

Senne smiled at her. “I love you.”

“I love you too,” she said. Zoë rolled on her side, close enough to press another kiss to his lips, and Senne kissed her back immediately. His hand returned to her hair, his fingers intertwining with the strands. He pulled her closer until Zoë was half on him again, one of her legs wedged between his two. His hand slid up her back, taking the fabric of her shirt with him.

It was just like that interrupted afternoon—except now, they didn’t have Milan to barge in unannounced with a cooking emergency.

Now for the love letter part (im so sorry for this being so long ✌️)

You said that if we asked suna he woukd say that he genuinely loved mari okay... Ill go ahead and say yes he liked mari he even learned how to love her and he genuinely cared for her BUT and heres where my personal view comes in so maybe ill be biased here still for me that was just a he loves her as in he cares you also love your friends and care for them but he didnt love her- and by this I mean- he could never be fully committed for her. Yes he loved her and he felt happy with her but like track 7 proved everything he would do in the back of his mind was y/n he deeply wished Mari was her and for that he just loved Mari cause he learned how to care about her- but he never forgot who he trully was in love it. Also the happiness he experienced with Mari was pretty much the one I experienced the bliss of having someone there and that bliss also made suna turn a blind eye to all the red flags from Mari cause to him all the jealousy meant she cared and thats toxic but suna was so desperate for some sort of 'she cares' that even all the possessiveness was bliss for him... And that makes my heart clench for suna...

'suna had to put an effort for the relationship' and saddly i feel like mari didnt... Mari didnt care mari was there because she was a fangirl of suna and got lucky, the way she just discarded him so effortlessly that proved-screamed how much she loved him- she didnt. She was just possessive over him she liked the whole 'hes mine' dynamic and suna was the perfect boyfriend cause he was giving her the world... What he wanted someone to do for him.

Also yeah suna and y/n might have been spurred from them being fuck buddies but well love doesnt really have an agenda- they just clicked, understood each other and had chemistry yeah they had tons and tons of sex but feelings started not because of sex but thanks to their deep connection... Also that dsncing scene in track 7 that alone spoke for their whole relationship- that alone is enough to defend their feelings for each other- yes it might jave started just as fuck buddies but ended up in them loving each other deeply and that is enough love after all doesnt need a perfect start. It can start out of the most stupid ways.

You said life with excitement and fun wouldn't be permanent or real.. Honestly i think it could be.. Cause i mean when you love someone that deeply your life always feels exciting even with the littlest things and that the purest kind of love. Even just going for a walk at the beach would be fun for them or even staying up watching movies i believe suna and y/n would always find a way to make their lofe exciting without much effort.

Also it kinda makes me. Sad when i see some anon saying that y/n and suna relationship are toxic? It makes me. hmmm tbhhhh… suna and yn are toxic in a way that they refuse to let each other go when they clearly can’t meet halfway. toxic doesn’t have to be limited in just being mari-like in which they are possessive or manipulative, because then if we’d drive deeper into yn’s personality, then she’d be stringing suna all along and that’s unfair of her. she knows suna wants more and yet she remained being friends with him, which totally isn’t a bad thing, but it’s because she keeps flirting with him and is so romantically comfortable with him that she doesn’t realize it’s hurting suna because he’ll give double meanings to that. their relationship is ‘toxic’ because they’re not entirely good for each other, they’re not that ready to be with one another yet and neither is the world letting them be in peace, so forcing their relationship to a point they’re hurting another is the toxic part.

Thanks for the ask, Anon! I’m always happy to talk about my fave murder couple, so here we go:

Five, pre-apocalypse, has a sweet tooth (this has a bit of canon support, the Twinkie story, he accepts a candy even after the bad Twinkie, frequenting donut shops and bakeries); Vanya prefers sour candies and it’s only sort of because the faces she makes always have Klaus, Five and Ben giggling behind their hands like gossipy housewives.

To Five’s great displeasure, Vanya loves musicals. She, Mom, and Diego know every word to The Sound of Music. She and Allison bond briefly over Wicked. When they’re older, Five develops a taste for dark musicals (specifically, Phantom and Sweeney Todd).

Winter evenings are best spent in the manor’s expansive libraries, curled up before a fire. Vanya likes to read novels Ben mentioned, if only so she can talk about them with him; she prefers historical and fantasy fiction over Ben’s usual sci-fi novels and comic books, or sheet music when she needs to be practicing. Five reads textbooks and works on his algorithms. He feels better when he can throw a frustrating problem into the fire.

(there are already whole posts dedicated to this but idc) Five 1000% knew the meaning of the name Delores when he chose it, and he picked Delores because her hair was similar to Vanya’s. (changemymind.jpeg)

Five shows affection like a cat. He can spend two hours sitting a few inches from Vanya and it feels just as intimate as holding her hand and stroking her hair. Vanya prefers the actual affection to sharing space. She reassures herself through touch, a brush of her fingers along his sleeve or the soft press of his lips to her forehead when he knows she’s upset.

Post-apocalypse-prevention, the other Academy kids had a betting pool in place for literal years. Klaus was the first one to bring up the possibility of their relationship, when he and Luther talk about Five’s new “Grow up, I kill ppl to save ppl” attitude. Klaus says it would’ve been a lot easier to just kill Vanya, but he risked an unknown jump to save her. Allison spends the next month stalking them to the point that Five threatens to jump her to the Neolithic Age and leave her there. It’s Luther that wins the betting pool, with his guess being that they got together roughly nine months after the averted world-ending. (It was seven months, two weeks, and three days.) However, the other Academy members don’t find out about their relationship for nearly three years. (Five didn’t want Luther to win, but Vanya’s a poor liar.)

Vanya is the one who proposes to Five, long after they’ve affirmed their feelings and merged their lives. They have a spacious apartment together, an extra room for Five’s office as well as a guest bedroom for the revolving-door they called Klaus. She planned out a lovely dinner for the weekend on the roof of their building, near the garden, but he wakes up later than her one morning, padding out onto the terrace and leaning against the rail with his morning coffee while she and her violin ran through their morning warm up. He watches her, expression so soft no one but Vanya would believe it, as she puts everything back in the case covering the entirety of their little patio table, and her hands are shaking from the affection in his eyes, so she shoves them in the pockets of her robe and there’s the ring box, a tiny red velvet box with a simple silver band, and when she drops to one knee his elbow knocks his coffee mug right off the rail and they don’t even see if it smashed against something or someone, because she can’t even ask before he is saying yes, yes, Vanya, i will always say yes - an infinite string of acceptance pouring from his lips before they’re crashed against hers.

They get a house and a yard and a dog; Five tries to grow things in the little garden patch by the shed. Nothing but the white-blooming spirea bushes nestled against the front of the house survive his attempts. Klaus stays with them for a summer and grows tomatoes bigger than the dog’s head.

As for AU’s, I’ve got an extensive list of stories I’m interested in reading or writing (...one day....), but here’s some highlights:

Nick and Norah’s Infinite Playlist AU: This is my favorite romcom and I will write it. Already in the works, even if I changed some things up. Five is the heir to a famous recording studio, poised to take over if only he can resist murdering his father before he retires. Classic workaholic, would have gone full hikikomori at the age of 22 if it weren’t for work, only friends include his twin brother, sister-in-law, and the best PA in the world, Delores. Coincidentally, all Three™️ of his friends think he needs to get out more. Vanya’s just broken off a two-year engagement and lost her best friend in the same day, due to the same incident of infidelity she stumbled upon, and her brother Klaus needs her to quit moping and cover his drummer’s spot for this hella important show tonight. They end up at the same club. Where Vanya’s ex happens to be. And someone gave Luther some pills that make him feel awesome. Chaos ensues.

I really want a Hogwarts AU. I’m HP trash. Absolutely LOVE the art I’ve seen for the kids in their houses (everyone’s seen @just-themys-fanarts‘s take right? I’ll reblog it again after this in case y’all live under a rock)

On the subject of crossover AU’s, I can think of so many wild AUs I wanna see these kids in (as competing Kingsman recruits, talking about living together in hellishly mundane eternity a la Nadja and Lazlo in What We Do in the Shadows, meeting at Camp Halfblood (though I’d have to brush up on my PJO to write or read this one, it would be a lot of fun);

Look call me basic but Five’s love of coffee is begging for a coffee shop AU. Vanya and Klaus open up a coffee shop with an expansive bakery and Five falls in love with the espresso, the apple cinnamon danishes, and the beautiful, constantly-stressed-and-on-the-verge-of-murdering-her-entire-mess-of-a-staff owner.

Assassin AU. Five’s already there, canonically, and I think I’ve seen some of these on AO3. Look forward to reading them one day.

I’m trash for soulmate AUs, if you didn’t notice, all varieties, not just the soulmark AU I’m writing. First words, can’t see color until you meet your soulmate, dream sharing, the marks on your skin appears on theirs, etc.

I also love a good canon-divergence; Five doesn’t time travel, he takes Vanya with him, he comes back after a couple of days, the possibilities are endless.

Hello half valid anon here (i like my nickname 😂). I got through all your fics and they were all great. Right now im just reading a lot of poi fanfics and watch fanvids cause i can't accept that the series is over 😂 --- i know what you mean about fics affecting you negatively. I had this with 13rw (the Show and some fics) everything was so dark and hopeless that i had to stop watching it. I also love to seek out fics where someone is hurt so i can feel my pain through the characters (1)

But i try to read only fics with lots of comfort so it kinda feels like i get comforted as well (dont know if that makes sense). If it makes you uncomfortable or if its unhealthy for you to write about this i completely understand and i dont mean to come of as pushing you to write. At first it seems she doesnt care about anything at all but thats not exactly the Case. There was an episode with Shaw and a little girl (3x5) and i really loved it (have you seen that one?).

I really think Shaw would grow on you (especially since in the beginning she does a lot with John) but then again a lot of her later scenes include Root so im not sure. Yes i love that there were never any romantic undertones with her and John!!

Oh boi 13rw is so cursed, can't believe I watched all of the 1st season 😬 I remember being afraid of the suicide scene making me uncomfortable but it was so cringe, unrealistic and just bad that I wasn't even that uncomfortable, I cringed when she cut her arms but that's it.

Yeah big mood I project a lot on comfort fics as well. For suicide fics, I think it also depends on how the fics adress the subject. It's something that is complicated to write. If I read a suicide fic with no recovery I'm gonna project but feel like shit. But with recovery, I can project into the recovery as well so it's better ! I read a really good ace attorney fic showing Miles recovering after a suicide attempt, it was thoughtful and didn't fall into the pitfalls of magical super fast recovery/love heals everything, and some lines stuck with me, it was really good and comforting. But yeah if it's just a suicide/suicide attempt then I don't think it's good for me (but sometimes I still read it bc I'm a Dumb Bitch).

Dw you didn't come off as pushing 💜 I'll see how I feel about continuing it or not. I have to figure out if writing about suicide is positive or negative for me 🤔 I mean I'm not portraying John's suicidal crisis as a positive thing, and he reaches out to Harold, and considers he might get better so I don't think it's bad for me ? It was a safe place, a home for Harold and John (and Bear !). I love when they're together in there, I love this cracked glass board, this yellow stained glass in the windows !!! (at least I assume it's stained glass ?), these lights, Bear's cushion, the whole cozy/safe/isolated feelings, just absolutely everything. And yeah later they have the subway, idk when it's introduced I don't remember if it's early enough for me to have watched it. And maybe it's nice, I can't judge rn. But it's like trying to give me a new MC after a MCD, make him as nice as you want I'll be clutching the previous MC until I die. Gkfkfkff I went overboard and off topic but I just love the library ok

kitty’s absolute fucking TUNES: a v, v mismatched playlist of my absolute favourite songs

no church in the wild ( kanye west, jay z, frank ocean ): kanye west is the titan to my chloe, tbh. my party trick is giving an hour long rundown of his life, defending him like i’m his fucking lawyer ( don’t @ me tho some of his shit is indefensible ). i used to have ‘kanye historian’ as my twitter bio. so it can’t be understated when i say i love him. and this is probably my favourite song of his, and my most played song ever ( according to itunes, i’ll get to my most played according to last.fm soon ). i truly feel like this song speaks for itself. the iconic production, the haunting magnificence of frank ocean’s vocals, the question, the narrative.... goosebumps. and it fuckin’ BANGS. 

magnets ( lorde and disclosure ): it’s difficult to say everything about what this song means to me, but i think i can distill it down to... ‘pretty girls don’t know the things that i know’. lorde has always popped back up in my life at the strangest times ( and hilariously enough i have had seizures in close proximity to seeing / hearing her ). when i saw her last year, she played this song. and i got to touch her hand. i still get misty eyed thinking about that night.

seigfried ( frank ocean ): i listen to this song every single day, and it’s my most played song according to last.fm, which is about right. i would tattoo every line of this song on me if i could. it haunts me. my favourite part is the switch when he sings ‘i’m living over city / and taking in the homeless sometimes.’ seigfried is pure poetry, especially at the end, and especially when he sings ‘i’d do anything for you ( in the dark )’. 

love lies ( khalid and normani ): okay i’m suffering from recency bias but i’ve played it 54 times since it came out like less than a month ago i think? ( thanks 2 last.fm as per ) i really, really love this song. i can’t say what it is, but i’m obsessed with the layering in the chorus.

in the air tonight ( phil collins or lorde idc ): this song? so fucking good. like, it’s the same deal as with africa. it’s well established that it’s a fucking tune, and it’s so SO good for screaming when you’re mad. see also: not ready to make nice by the dixie chicks.

dna ( kendrick lamar ): put this on at a party. i fuckin dare you. it goes off so, so fucking hard. same with loyalty, which has rihanna, so that’s a bonus. in all honesty choosing a kendrick song was hard, because i replay his albums constantly, but this one reminds me of some drunken nights with a friend that i love very dearly... so i hold it close. nocturnal ( the weeknd, disclosure ): chose a random song from my ‘night driving’ playlist, but this is a good one, because the weeknd is one of my most played artists and i haven’t chosen one of his songs yet. it’s atmospheric as fuck, and i love a good bit of darkness when i have the aux ( i can’t drive. it’s because i’m gay. ) and i’m speeding across the city ( jk mama ) with my friends. my aim for night driving is to make the soundtrack from drive, except longer. 

style ( taylor swift ): she’s the most disingenuous, ridiculous, human being alive, but i grew up on her songs ( hello from the south, where our song was stuck in my head for like two years ) so i have a tiny, tiny, tiny little soft spot for her. style isn’t the country singer i grew up with, but it’s an absolute fucking tune so it belongs here. this video is an incredible breakdown of what makes it so good and says more than i ever could tbh.
