sometimes i think about another verse i had in the past, where between her dimensional hopping, nikki saw all the destruction eggman caused while he remained alive (the forces war and etc.) and deducted that her killing eggman was actually for the best. so she leaves home and becomes this punisher-esque villain/antihero that hops dimensions, aiming to kill every iteration of eggman in order to "save" that dimension's sonic.

haven't committed to bringing it back because i know i won't really utilize it much LMAO... buuut that did make me realize i already have a villainess version of nikki (albeit on my multi lolol)
