lu guang and xiaoshi are so riddled with tragedies, you have xiaoshi just trying to vibe, doing his best, wanting to save everyone but won't go back in time even if it meant losing someone he fucking loves, yet here he is lu guang, who no one can convince otherwise, would have the thought "i don't care how many times i have to do this (break the very rule he was adamant about xiaoshi to never break), i will bring him back." he would deadass break his very own rule for ONE person when xiaoshi would just suffer through the loss because he believed that lu guang wouldn't be fond of his decision, even if it has to do with him.
