Hello Stranger is a book about a struggling artist named Sadie, whose life suddenly changes. She was face blind after brain surgery. Sadie's trying to work through the fact that she can't see other people's faces. Fortunately, she is able to see animal faces, including her dog Peanut. Sadie meets veterinarian Dr. Oliver Addison and neighbor Joe. She falls for the both of them. Later on in the book, there are moments from her past, including grief and other things. The book shows that after a life-changing moment, it is necessary to learn to manage it. Also kept doing something you really enjoy. You can finally move on from the past. The Missing Love Scene from the 2016 Masterpiece Film, Moonlight.

Let me preface this by saying that I have had plenty conversations and, in many cases, debates about this scene that never was. My stance has always been that I have scene men fuck before and what I was happy to see was a level of intimacy sometimes missed in love/sex scenes. I didn't miss it "need" to see such a display of sexuality in order to affirm I life I live regardless if I ever see another movie or not. What I have always appreciated about this film was it beauty. The way in which this life was painted with film was spellbinding FOR ME!!! So to come across this part of the screenplay that was omitted and I more affirmed in my choice to always love the beauty and magic of this film. Had this scene been included I would still be happy and the art this film was and the story it told. I am not backing down from my original stance. I could only deal with what was in front of me. But this right here?!! This level of care and rawness into the ways in which a number of same gender loving men love darkly and with just the the moonlight to illuminate or bodies and the ways in which hands and mouths becomes eyea. The way we see each other exist in moments of our animal is to be revered and enjoyed, makes me appreciate even more so every hand that went into such a film even if it didn't make the movie.

“I’m sorry,” she blushed and covered her mouth as she giggled. His brows furrowed at her reaction, “I’m sorry, I just keep thinking about that night in the library.”

A wicked grin spread over his lips.

“Do you?”

She nodded and dropped her gaze. He noticed she did that a lot, like she was embarrassed when their eyes met.

“I keep picturing you on the couch,” she bit her lip, dragging her teeth along it slowly, “When I was,” she squirmed in her seat, adjusting herself.

“What?”

“You know,” her green orbs flickered to his, but wandered just as quickly. He reached across the table, trapping her chin between his thumb and forefinger and urging her to look back up at him.

Close Enough

It was little lighter Tuesday for me. I managed to pull off a lot of work this morning and I felt really productive. I feel better and I got to chance to be less disturbed. 

I got another job this morning and it was good feeling to start a fresh one. I am happy with how my loads work well. I need to make myself more productive, to practice working and be efficient at the time needed and to be confident enough to prove that I deserved the spot that I have. 

I am a little anxious with my other job but I know I did my best to pull it off so I hope everything will be alright. 

I also had a chance to talk to Dade and I miss talking to him. I miss our joke time and the way he laugh. I even have a floatng moment in our project manager and I am so scared about what I did and Dade just laughed at my silliness. 

Earlier I had a chance talking to Jehan even just a short conversation with him. We rarely talk anymore due to we are seeing each other the whole day and we are just talking mostly about our baby. I told him I planned to get Butter a bed so he rest well. He is our first baby eh. You know the feeling that we have a child to raise. Even though we are far from each other, we remain okay and happy. Even though sometimes mood swings, stress and self time are beating us. I don’t know where this feel would really lead me? I am still unsure how far can I go. But, all I know is that I am happy to have him right now.

Lastly, before I say good night. My current favorite series ended up tonight which made me miss them a lot especially the character of Mico cause it reminds me a little of me. 

Anyway, I badly wanted to get his jacket and I hope they do the merch for that one cause its really cute.
