(dredge au) E: Eddie Munson started working at the theater the same time Chrissy did—all of the employees did, what with the grand opening starting right after school let out and most of them being high school students—but she didn't know about it until towards the end of her first shift, when Eddie strolled right past the ticket booth without even looking at her. (starcourt cineplex au) A: As often as Eddie stares at the retreating forms of cheerleaders, he can't identify this one from her naked back, no matter how badly he wants to. Even her hair isn't that much help, given he can't really tell what color it is when it's wet. (voyeurism 2.0) R: "Ready for the next leg of our intrepid journey?" Eddie asks, distracting her from her own thoughts after clicking her seatbelt into place. (roadtrip au) T: The hours she's spent at cheerleading practice do tend to fly by, but somehow that doesn't seem right for what Eddie's talking about. The only thing that seems sort of close that Chrissy can remember is when she was a child and would spend hours upon hours coloring on any scrap of paper she could get her hands on. (lock-in au) H: He stirs a little once he's on the mattress, rubbing his fist over his face and squirming but ultimately staying fast asleep. Chrissy breathes a slow sigh of relief and watches him for a minute or two before turning away. (married hellcheer one shot) N: Now that she's somewhat acclimated to the temperature inside the building, her multitude of layers are definitely overkill. (jury duty au) C: Chrissy sinks her teeth into her bottom lip and tucks her hands behind her back, digging her nails into the flesh of her wrist. Maybe a little bit of pain will keep her distracted until Eddie's finished talking, prevent her mind from wandering any further down the dark path of temptation. (youth pastor au)

Eddie will be the first to admit that he's a voyeur, that nothing turns him on more than just watching his husband. it doesn't matter if he's just walking out of the shower, standing in the kitchen, watching a ‘game’ with Wayne, he does feel like a creep when watching him with Eomer. ‘Fuck you Gareth’, but he's still blaming his hormones going back to normal and calling it pregnancy brain, even though being six months postpartum, on his baby fever. Just the thought of Steve holding their son or someone mentioning Steve as a dad, has him practically scrambling to ride his husband's pretty dik and get pregnant again. His bandmates absolutely caught on to his horny mind and got him a shirt that read ‘DILF’ canusour as a gag gift. He's currently watching him getting dressed in the sage green crushed velvet bespoke three piece suit with black dress shirt and tie he had picked out for him.

Watching him get dressed may just be a contender for his favourite watching activity. It's very much the aspect that he's in charge of what his husband wares, from his socks to accessories, knowing how he's stopped faking his confidence and us now very confident and secure, but it's also how his body moves and muscles flex. Listen, his husband is absolutely stunning naked, a true Greek sculpture. BUT, something about him getting dressed and getting joy from the soft textures against his skin just makes Eddie's dick kick and throb. And seeing him in a three piece suit just wants to debauche him, get him on his knees and have him hump his leg. He shakes his head, trying to clear it. They have to leave in an hour to go to the red carpet event of Steve's new movie. It will be his first event going as Steve's plus one and his first event after giving birth, publicly that is. Steve's press junket promoting the new X-men movie definitely branded his husband as the ultimate Golden Retriever Husband in the eyes of the internet. At this point in his life the transphobia and bigotry that came his way after the announcement, didn't really affect him besides wanting to be even more present. But he wasn't prepared for the absolute toxic masculinity and degradation aimed at Steve for well, gushing over his child and not dragging Wheeler through the mud.

Of course he gets the odd homophobic slur directed at him, but most are just transphobic directed at him. Not all interviewers are created equal. But none as disrespectful as this one guy for a big and reputable blog about everything comic book related. The guy asked Steve about his wife and baby. He can not stress how much he loves him or praise his husband, looked at his co-star thinking if he was married until it dawns on him. He kept his fake smile plastered on and answered with “My husband” before taking off his mic and just walking off. Twitter had a field day with that, most people applauding Steve for standing up for Eddie and just walking off. Not giving him the time of day after the disrespect. But it's also how he became trending in the ‘alpha manosphere’. Words like SoyBoi, Simp, Omega, Red Pill, acutely a whole rainbow of coloured pills, Beta male, Mangina and a plethora of other idiotic terms get hurled at Steve.

He should hold a funeral and virgil for the brain cells that bravely sacrificed themselves, so he could read up on this nonsense. He did nearly pee himself laughing at Steve's reaction when he referred to his own genitals as a mangina.

Most of the vitriol is directed at Steve, is because he has stopped dressing in the hetronormative and traditionally masculine way, is an active participant in child rearing, gushing about his ‘wife’, being open about him sharing chores and how he would willingly put his own career On hold to become a stay at home father. The straights are absolutely not OK about men taking care of their children and loving their spouses. He takes great pride in the fact his husband feels secure enough in himself to dress how he feels most comfortable in, after taking control. Like women taking off their bras and heels the second they came home, Steve would come home and directly change into his vast collection, of hideous and abominations, sweaters, cardigans and sweater vests. His closet used to looked like a pastel clown threw up in there and he took great glee when he was aloud to dictate his clothing. His side of the closest, while still a pastel rainbow, was much more organised, better fitting items and most importantly he had a complementary outfit in his perfected and preferred personal style. He may be extremely biased but objectively speaking all of the photos of his husband while still dating Wheeler, he looks amazing and a walking wet dream. Before he met and fell in love he would have never ever told anyone about straight heartthrob Steve Harrington being a celebrity he frequently jerked off too. He looks a million times more attractive because his smile and happiness are real.

Steve's soft sage suit goes perfectly with his deep forest green crushed velvet suit jacket and dress pants. He spent some stime debating on wearing a dress shirt or going bare chest with all of his tattoos out. In the end he decided to go with a black dress shirt and leaves nearly all of the buttons undone save the last few. He uses skin tape to hold his shirt in place and not accidentally flash a nipple. He did however use makeup to enhance and make his top scars more visible and prominent. “How the fuck did I get so lucky as to marry you? Jezus H. Christ baby, you're so pretty in a suit.” Steve blushes and visibly preens under his husband's praise. “We don't have time for fooling around, but maybe after on the way home, you can ride my face?” Eddie groans as he adjusts his packer. “No, maybe about that. Hey sweetheart you left your cuff on, is that on purpose?” He notices the thin black leather, with gold and rose golden inlay cuff around Steve's right wrist. “I feel like I'm missing a part of me when I'm not. And I thought it looked good with the suit. I'm also not ashamed if people clock its meaning.” He can't help it as he reaches out and pulls him close, to kiss him passionately.

After their impromptu make out session and fixing their clothes, they walk around the house to the main living room. His mother is sitting in the rocking chair feeding Eomer under Wayne's watch full eye. He still can't believe his mother regained full consciousness after so many years or all of the progress she's made in the three short years since waking up. Her speech is slurred and slow, and fatigue makes it worse. The traumatic brain injury, years of being in a vegetative state had caused a lot of neurological damage, but most of her personality and memories were spared. He walks over and kisses her cheek while stroking his sons. “ You two look so handsome. Best dressed boys at prom”. “Thank you Mama, and I love you” After taking some time to say their goodbyes they finally made it to the car. They greet the driver and instruct him to pick up Robin on the way to the film premiere.

He notices Steve's anxiety rising, normally he would have him kneel at his feet with his head resting on his leg but he can't in the car. Instead he has him laying his head on his shoulder. “We talked about this baby, you're allowed to greet your fans and say hi, sign stuff and take photos. Just relax for me sweetheart”. The rest of the ride goes smoothly after they pick up Robin, she and Eddie fill the silence with playful ribbing and banter. They arrive at the theatre on time, he kisses Steve before taking his hand and exiting the car, Robin on their heels. The flashing lights and wall of sound that hits them is intense and he squeezes Steve's hand as he raises his other the wave. He can tell Steve’s a bit apprehensive as he starts walking, Wheeler hated him greeting and interacting with fans at events and out in the wild, unless they had paid for a photo op. He purposely walks towards the row of fans. Eddie, always the show man, introduces Steve like a magician would his assistant, jazzhands and all, it breaks the ice and lets Steve relax to interact freely with his fans. Watching Steve interact with fans, just made his top five of his ‘watching Steve list’. He can feel Robin's eyes burning holes in the back of his head, urging them to move along.

He gently leads Steve along to the press photo opportunity. He ignores the lude and rude comments directed at them to kiss. Eddie being a few inches taller than Steve means he automatically angles his body to be slightly behind him. He squeezes Steve's hand before taking the lead and moving them along. He knows its a bold move to be seen taking charge but he isn't afraid of the implications he just wants to usher his husband along as he can see the subtle signs of his anxiety rising. He just needs get them past the annoying small press Q&A's and they can decompress for a bit. He quickly scans the gathering of associate press, after years of dealing with them he knows who to avoid at all costs, who to be fake pleasant with and who are actually worth his time. He isn't quick enough when Steve gets approached by Preses Hilton. He lets Steve do the talking and smiles when it's required of him. Out of the corner of his eye he sees a two women with a vlog style camera, they keep on looking their way. What really catches his eye is a small pink triangle pin on the leple of the women wearing a suit. He subtly gets Robin's attention and points at them.

Robin helps cut the conversation short and blocks other approaching them as he leads Steve to the two women. “ I like your pin, very old school.” She grins at them “ I like your scars, very bold” The other woman looks a bit star struck at Steve. He smiles gently at her “Hi, is this your first event?” Steve asks her kindly “No! .. I mean no. I feel like each time we meet I'm an absolute mess” Steve looks a bit confused “Oh, I'm sorry?” “I don't think you would remember, but nine years ago we met under well, terrible circumstances. My parents had just kicked me out. My teenage pregnancy hadn't really endeared them but catching me kissing a girl was just to much” Steve blinks before his eyes light up “ I remember now! Look at you! I'm so glad you're doing OK and got back on your feet” “ It's all thanks to you” She waves her hand when Steve starts sputtering “No really, you, just listening to me, you're kind words and your selfless financial help. You don't know how much it meant to me to have had the motel room paid for in full for eight weeks and giving me details of some charities” He squeezes Steve's hand and reaches out to wipe away his tears. “How about you leave your information with Robin and we can schedule a proper sit down interview? For what publication do you both work for?” “ the Pastel Gazette” Robin squeals before composing herself, Eddie chuckles “ I think that's a yes from Robin”

They converse for a few more minutes, to give his husband time to gather himself. The rest of the evening goes smoothly, he doesn't get to ride his husband's face but he gets to cuddle the love of his life and knowing how big and beautiful his soul is.

Ok so honestly? I don't do angst much haha, and literally never sad endings. Its all gonna be tied up with a neat little happy bow from me, baby! I think I left chapter 3 of Bardic Inspiration in a pretty sad state - does that count?

7. What’s the fic you wrote with the happiest ending?

Orgasms cout, right? ;D Right now what comes to mind though is the only fix-it fic I've really written - (I only need) the working of my hands Where I give Hellcheer the happy, sexy ending they deserve (but make it Sapphic with a side of coming back wrong)

Not yet! Fingers crossed it remains that way! I usually try and stay miles away from any fandom drama tbh

I am determined to! Like sure I would call some of what I've already written smut but I feel like I'm not quite fully there yet. I haven't fully realised the lengths of perversion/intimacy hyperfixation that sits in my mind! Its an ongoing process hehe

Regarding what flavour of smut I write, its always queer, soft, and a little gothic in the undertones... Would love to do some more genderqueer stuff in the future as well

Not yet! I'm not against them, and I loove a good AU, but nothing has stuck so far. Maybe one day I'll write that Stranger Things Persona 4 AU. (look it would work so well!! Eddie as Kanji makes me feral ngl)

I'm pretty proud of how I set the mood of a scene - the colours, the light, the sounds... just hinting at a feeling without describing the feeling itself.

17. What are your writing weaknesses? I can like, either do super dialogue heavy bits, or really descriptive bits, and its so hard to marry the two together!! ahh!

Harry potter haha, wrote some truly terrible angsty self-insert when i was 14 (luckily that is gone forever!!)

Honestly, I really love When I am done, its such a snap-shot kind of fic, and its got such a mood that I love. Keeping a one-shot simple and to the point is really difficult, and I think this one is my best attempt at it.
