Whatever bizarre version of Christmas was apparently happening was in full swing. Angel didn't understand it, but it was an excuse for costumes. Specifically, a sexy elf dress. It was green, with a red belt at the waist and black buttons down the center above the belt. The hemline was somehow even shorter than Angel's usual skirts, though the white fluff along the hem of the skirt and the top of the bodice helped slightly. Very slightly. The dress still barely contained his chest fluff. He had also changed out his pink gloves for black, just to complete the whole thing. In short, he looked like the sluttiest elf the North Pole had to offer.

He'd been waiting for something. He wasn't entirely sure what yet, but he knew Cherri was out somewhere in the chaos and would probably end up texting him about something. For now, though, he was just leaning on the bar in the hotel, harassing Husk. So he definitely noticed the angel walking into the hotel. Angel had seen them around before - apparently they were related to one of the other residents. The spider hadn't spoken to them, really, besides just pleasantries. But it was Christmas... Hellmas... whatever the hell they were doing and he had enough eggnog in him to decide fuck it, he was going to go talk to the guy.

"Well. Welcome," he greeted, grinning and turning to brace his lower elbows on the bar behind him. "Ya not caught tha holiday spirit like tha rest'a Hell? Or is this a holiday visit with tha family?"

Was he being nosy? Absolutely. Did he care? Not one bit. He wasn't drunk, just very slightly buzzed - it took a lot with his tolerance - but that was enough to decide to strike up a conversation and maybe get to know them a little better. No time like the holidays - Helladays? - for that sort of thing.

Starter: Happy Helladays

Cora tiptoed around the myriad hallways of Ben’s castle, Haylie at her side.  She had been so grateful when her best friend had agreed to her (mad) plan to crash Auradon’s main holiday party.  On the Isle, they didn’t quite celebrate Christmas- rather, they celebrated the “12 Helladays,” twelve days in which residents competed to be the most wicked behavior they could (including stealing as many presents as possible). Cora had been certain no one in Auradon would be able to compete with their helladays.  So she’d decided to use Scotta’s present to get her and her best friend to Auradon. 

This was how they’d ended up lurking, this time in front of a picture of Auradon Prep’s most recent class (Ben’s class).  Cora scanned the pictures, identifying names and faces she recognized.  Mal.  Evie. Jay.  Carlos.  Jessie.  Thalia. Scotta.  Tayen.  Eva.  Doug.  River.  Hector. Daniel There were also a few she hadn’t officially met yet, but maybe that would change tonight. 

Somewhat amused, Cora turned to Haylie and pointed to the red hats someone had taped to each student’s picture in the frame, “Oh come on!  Hats?  That’s what they call a helladays prank?  What do you say we show them what a real helladays prank looks like?”  Her eyes glinted with anticipation and mischief.
