My Sad Victorian Children! aka anime/manga set in a victorian setting that I enjoy lol, I have been wanting to play with a more or less childrens book style so this is me playing with that. This is just the start of this im slowly expanding it out. But first up we have Moriarty The Patriot and The Royal Tutor which is surprisingly set close to the time period.

Going to slowly expand this series out o.o do tell me if anyone knows of some more series I can add. I love reading things in this sort of setting so I would be open to tacking it on :3

The 40 x Kill the Justice League (2/4)

I'm back with another upload of The 40 x Kill the Justice League fan comic and fan art!

In this scene, Kobayashi, Heine, Killua, and Spike are taking shelter in a museum with an injured Pre-brainwashed Izuku in toll. However, things aren't as it seems with the two unnamed civilians who were already taking shelter has been nabbed by two assailants in the shadows. They heard some very...interesting sounds before the corpses were thrown in front of them.

Then, to their collective shock and horror, Nagisa and Levi dropped down to reveal themselves as brainwashed covert operatives of Brainiac. The two don't say anything, with Nagisa looking over to Levi as he pulls out an EMP detonator to kill the lights. As the horror is about to begin for the unbrainwashed members of The 40.

Profile: Corrupted Nagisa

Personality: Corrupted Nagisa takes all of Nagisa's negative traits and brings them to the front. He's far more open with his opinions and has no restraint with using lethal force. However, he's the careful and analytical young man we all knew and loved, which makes it more dangerous to predict his actions.

Powers and Abilities:

He possesses the same abilities as his Pre-brainwashed self but his physical condition is enhanced through cybernetics.

Equipment:

Bottomless knives: He carries an unlimited supply of knives that can cut through any Earth-made material.

Handguns: He wields plenty of firearms for quick and precise executions.

EMP Detonators: He carries a detonator that allows him to disable electronics besides his own.

Voice Mimicry filters: He can disguise his voice to fool others in communications.

Smoke bombs: He carries plenty of smoke bombs to disorient his opponents or make quick escapes.

Fear Toxin: An extremely potent anxiogenic drug that could be administered through injection or inhalation. Acute exposure to Fear Toxin/Gas induces intense and often irrational fear, which can cause those exposed to it to go permanently insane or indirectly cause death. Death can occur with a concentrated dose due to panic-induced adrenergic cardiac arrest, suicide, and injuries sustained from other toxin-afflicted individuals.

Profile: Corrupted Levi

Personality: Corrupted Levi still acts as the original Levi, but his goals are now to help Brainiac terraform the Earth and either subjugate or convert humanity instead of saving it.

Powers and Abilities:

He possesses the same abilities as his Pre-brainwashed self but his physical condition is enhanced through cybernetics.

Equipment:

Advanced 3D Maneuver Gear: Corrupted Levi uses a more technologically advanced version of his original Three-Dimensional Maneuver Gear; fitted with an unlimited supply of battery, hard light in place of metal cables, and blades made of lasers instead of metal.

Bottomless knives: He carries an unlimited supply of knives that can cut through any Earth-made material.

EMP Detonators: He carries a detonator that allows him to disable electronics besides his own.

As symbolism, as Corrupted Nagisa and Corrupted Levi attack the unbrainwashed members of The 40 (now all tripped up by the Fear Toxin), they appear as a giant shadow with a snake coiled around its body. Levi's job is to kill the Titans in his own world and is now represented as a giant shadow, doubly ironic with red eyes (that can shoot Lasers!) as a Red-Eyed Titan killed his two close friends, Isabel Magnolia and Furlan Church, in the OVA. Nagisa's bloodlust in his own series is represented by a snake due to his talent for masking his true intentions and is represented as a giant blue snake capable of striking with blazing speeds. Humorously, one could perceive Corrupted Nagisa just riding on Corrupted Levi's back to help with their Fear Toxin illusions being more intimidating.

I think once Heine sees the potential Nagisa has overlooked in himself, he would try to guide, teach and encourage him, similar to how Koro-sensei would! I think Heine would genuinely enjoy teaching Nagisa with how open minded he is as a student. I also think that once Nagisa realizes he genuinely wants to become a teacher that he’d look up to Heine in a similar manner to how he viewed Koro-sensei, and see him as a motivating figure to achieve his goals and model his ideals after. Heine would also probably believe in Nagisa and be confidant that Nagisa will surpass his teachers, including himself. Also I thought it’s be cute for Heine to teach Nagisa literature and English since that is a subject Nagisa canonically enjoys and is his best subject, and Heine himself loves reading and researching, and is a master at grammar (and all things academic) so I believe they’d get along well and have a cute teacher-student dynamic.

Bruh drawing Heine was so difficult because when I looked at his picture, this guy has SO. MANY. COLLARS. On his damn shirts and suits, and this guy wears sooo many layers, like how did the author consistently draw him like that! (maybe that’s why Heine is drawn in chibi mode so often in the series lol). Yeah I’m kinda in an Assassination Classroom brainrot for a bit, so the next fan art will probably be involving Nagisa as well. But I swear I’ll get around to drawing the others (once I’m confident I can draw them decently). At least I’m getting used to drawing Nagisa! The more I draw him the more I familiarize myself with his hair and face, so I’m getting used to him, and I think he’s looking better!

Hello!! You know that Royal Tutor comic I talked about awhile back? IM DONE WITH IT!!! 🎉🎉Goodness it was so much work- this took about a month or so to do.

It’s just meant to be a silly little comic, nothing serious. Though it was a little rushed due to a deadline. Hope you enjoy but first-

This contains a reference to Chapter 64 “My Ideal Princess!” Which, isn’t important to the overall plot of The Royal Tutor, but I just wanted to be safe than sorry ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Of course the 40 would infiltrate and basically create a revolution. Heine would definitely be the one to suggest this idea because as an educator himself (and a mafia boss who stood up against the corrupt,) he will not stand by and allow this broken education system to continue.

The 40 - The World of 2138 (2/3)

If the uninhabitable climate wasn't bad enough, The 40 learns of how the current civilizations function.

After the collapse of the traditional governing body, massive conglomerates have taken over their respective countries by seizing all the legislative, executive, and judicial powers during the power vacuum.

Those in the conglomerates had taken refuge in "complete environment cities" called arcologies. Employees and affiliates exulted in how different they were from the outside world. So arcologies ended up becoming states with cities built around them.

Then, one of the sinister things the conglomerates have done is dismantle the compulsory education system under the pretext of "getting public expenditure under control", when its true aim is to rob the poor of their ability to think. In the World of 2138, tuition was required to attend even elementary school level. Parents who wanted their children to be able to get a halfway decent job still sent them to school, but wasn't easy for the poor to scrape together tuition. Many bent over backward and ruined their health working to pay for it. Really, elementary education shouldn't have cost that much, but prices soared because the wealthy wanted to rob the poor of educational opportunities.

So, as The 40 adjust themselves to the World of 2138, they all made a vow to fix its sorry state no matter what (so long as their methods don't cross a line). As they delegated some of their members to study and develop a chemical that could "reverse" the pollution and integrate themselves into the societies of the civilizations, starting with the World of 2138's version of Japan.

One part of their plan involves elevating the common people's elementary-level education into having more practical, technological, and financial knowledge (though still teaching the children academic subjects). Given that it's a known fact that children can learn very fast at a certain age, The 40 takes advantage of this by having elementary school students become interested in learning the academic and practical subjects that would prove beneficial to their futures once they go off into the workforce after graduation. Also, The members of The 40 who are teaching elementary students would also cultivate the image of a "caring and ideal teacher" looking out for the student's well-being in addition to their education and helping instill values that would also prove instrumental for the upcoming revolution against the conglomerates.

For the other part of their plan...will be shown in the next update!
