Percival is a gunsmith who sells his services on the darknet and is declared dead by all documents. Vax'ildan is a former thief trying to live a normal, honest life. Their meeting is the trigger that led to a series of events.

After some events, Vax is forced to move into the house of a new friend. Percy is not used to sharing a place with someone, but Vax is the first one he lets so close.

Percy often has nightmares whose true nature he does not understand. Vax tries to help Percy figure it out, but does not suspect that his strangeness is not an ordinary mental disorder.

I tried my best, but is still WIP :(

And yes, there are still elves and half-elves in this world.

And yes, there is The Only One Bed™ trope.

My wife and I came up with an AMAZING AU where Percy and Vax are secret agents (secretly in love with each other). One day, they go undercover into a casino club or something like that, after an investigation leads them there (a dancer girl was killed, and as it turns out during the investigation, this is not the first case related to this club in one way or another).

Percy is trying to get on the VIP list of this club in order to get closer to its members and try to figure out the killer among them. Vax gets a job on the staff of the club under the guise of a dancer (not a striptease, but also something hot) in order to test the owner and his employees, and possibly become bait for the killer.

And of course, Vax flirts with Percy from the stage, which makes Percy blush and think about not the most decent things (Vax's outfit awakens his imagination). And of course, in addition to being a casino, the club also turns out to be an undercover brothel. The owner of the club notices Percy's interest in Vax and offers to rent him for the evening, and Percy, confused, agrees (of course, they don't have sex, but they are very confused about the situation and share a room and a bottle of wine).

Vax also gives Percy a lap dance at least once (he urgently needs to convey information to Percy). Percy also saves Vax's ass from being picked up for the night by some old pervert at least once – he is forced to intervene and offer twice as much.

On another mission, Percy and Vax find it even more difficult to contain their feelings. They are investigating a serial killer at a resort. A distinctive feature of all the murders that occurred is that all the victims were gay couples. And of course, Percy and Vax are forced to pretend to be one of them.

They slow dance in a bar, mingle with other same-sex couples, and kiss for the first time (for Percy, this is the first kiss of his life, and of course he is delighted, even if he is upset that it is not real thing). They manage to catch the killer, but Percy is severely wounded (he covered Vax with himself). In the ambulance, he confesses his love to Vax before passing out due to blood loss. Waking up in the hospital, he sees Vax next to him, and they confess their mutual feelings to each other.

When Vax and Percy return to their office, their colleague Scanlan teases them about being "faggots." His jaw drops to the floor in surprise as Vax gently takes Percy's face in his hands and kisses him.
