You exited Vince McMahon's office and continue to stroll backstage of the WWE Thunderdome. You had just found out that you have a match tonight. A #1 contender's match for the WWE Womens Smackdown Championship against Bianca Belair. You were scheduled to lose. It was rough, you haven't had an opportunity for a title in forever, but business is business. A bunch of cameramen came in and told everyone the show was starting. You tried your best to hide your disappointment because you wanted to be happy for Bianca, but all you could see was yourself winning the contenders match and finally shutting Sasha up for good, but Bianca always did have heavy hits. You and the ladies walked to the locker room to gear up for tonight's show.

You and Bianca would be closing the show as the main event. It was actually great; it's been a while since women main evented shows on Smackdown ever since Bayley's and Sasha's feud. This is so random but I needed to tell someone lol. Each fourhorsewomen has had a huge impact on wwe women’s division and the evolution of women’s wrestling in general. Some could say they were the front runners other could that Paige, AJ Lee, Trish, Lita were the ones who started it and paved the way but the fourhorsewomen achieved what those named individuals did not and that’s bring full attention to women’s wrestling in wwe and elevated to new heights. As someone who is still young only 20 and been watching wwe since I was a kid not just current things but dvds of old matches etc I could say that I have never actually been interested in watching women’s wrestling sure I had my favs but I was never fully intrigued until the fourhorsewomen who careers and legacy within the wwe will forever be intertwined.

Bayley: This one could be up for debate I’ve seen her be compared to John cena which honestly I think I would say Bianca Belair is more like the John cena of the women’s division anyway. Now on too the complex relationship/rivalry/partnership of the Fourhorsewomen. This would be a lot so imma just mention two which are considered two of the best women’s rivalry in history. But I will say this the fourhorsewomen can be considered a dysfunctional group of sisters whom all want to be the best and make a name for themselves even if that means having to knock down each other with any means necessary.

Sasha Banks & Bayley: From Nxt to the main roster they went from friends or potential friends to enemies to best friends to enemies. Their chemistry and in ring storytelling is one of the best I have ever seen. Not to mention the amount of history they have made alongside each other. They are truly wrestling soulmates. This is how I would explain this story 2 wrestlers who were similar and started around the same time with Bayley staying true to who they were and the other (Sasha) having to change to find success and the resentment one had for the other leading to many classic matches in the Sasha Bayley saga. Sasha and Bayley relationship can be described as to sisters with one goal to be the best, despite the history they have made together the spotlight isn’t always big enough for two. From classic heel vs face to becoming besties to the betrayals than women tag champs to double champs to betrayal again. A complex long term storytelling that will go down in history as one of the best. Ps: I still want my Sasha vs bayley at wrestlemania to end the saga).

Charlotte & Becky Lynch: there is no doubt that their off screen heat contributed to their on screen rivalry. From enemies to best friends on the main roster Becky and Charlotte gave us many matches the most memorable and best one in my opinion being their last woman standing match at evolution. As best friends you can tell that Charlotte cared more about her own success then anything including her friendship with Becky. As Becky said, she would always say she wanted me to do good but never wanted me to do better than her, to paraphrase. At some point Becky had to make a choice and she chose her Self wanting to get out of the shadow of her friend Charlotte. When she attacked Charlotte at summer slam (heel attempt) it catapulted her career making her one of the biggest faces in wwe. Becky from going from underdog to a rebellious force challenged flair in a way she wasn’t expecting it and would eventually lead to them making history in the first ever wrestlemania women main event in history. This rivalry would continue for years with many hoping that one day they would reconcile.

These four have truly elevated storytelling, in ring psychology and so much more with one another. Sure some may like one more than others and one or two may have more flaws and things we dislike about them having to do with character growth lol cough cough Charlotte. There is no doubt though that their success are intertwined. Even if I think two are more overlooked then the other two (I will forever be salty about that) no one can doubt the history and contributions to women’s wrestling(some more than others lol) they have made not just in wwe but specifically for Sasha banks outside of wwe that I haven’t even mentioned but we all know. I feel with time and care in the storytelling if Sasha banks was to ever return the storied history of the fourhorsewomen can culminate in a fatal four way at wrestlemania which is long overdue but with the successes they have achieved throughout their careers and their character evolutions will add to more depth to the story.

There seems to be some mixed responses to the Bayley promo so naturally I have to put my 2 cents in because I know the 3 or 4 people who pretty regularly reblog my posts are just dying to hear. I'm kidding by the way, my ego is inflated but not that bad.

Personally I loved Bayley's promo. It was simple yet effective. Within Bayley's promo we got an acknowledgement of their somewhat tumultuous history, with just that hint of jealousy and insecurity from Bayley. We also kind of acknowledged that Sasha has not necessarily been so slick at hiding her desire for the SD title.

Moving forward these things are going to be key in their feud. Sasha is obviously turning face........well, MORE face than Bayley. By Bayley pointing out that she knows Sasha has always used her and kept her close for her own benefit, I think this sets up Sasha to be the badass that we know from NXT. The attack was necessary for 2 reasons. 1.) Bayley needed to plunge deeper into the heel role. There couldn't be an ounce of potential sympathy for her. Bayley needs to be despicable. 2.) The goal isn't necessarily for Sasha to be the pure baby face who we feel so bad for, rather we need a person to side with and root for to kick Bayley's ass. Sasha needs the motivation.

Now we have the slightest hint of jealousy and insecurity from Bayley. She started her promo off complaining that all people cared about was poor Sasha and how she was doing. This wasn't necessarily played up a ton, but it was there. This is going to be important because Bayley turning on Sasha isn't just about Bayley not having any use for her anymore, but rather that she knows that Sasha is a threat to her. It has been brought up multiple times with how Sasha really is too good to be Bayley's sidekick, she is too accomplished for that. Bayley knows this. It was only going to be a matter of time before Sasha challenged for the title. And last week was THE time for Bayley to strike. Sasha was not only weakened by her knee injury, but Sasha was also at her most desperate. In a span of a week Sasha lost both the Raw title and her tag title. Again, it was only going to be a matter of time.

Without Sasha I think we are going to see an even more unhinged Bayley. Between her attack on Kairi, her attack on Sasha, and then her deciding to beat the shit out of Nikki with the chair before the match, Bayley is growing more desperate to hold onto the title. She doesn't have Sasha anymore to do her dirty work. Her attacking Kairi was security. She figured if Sasha had the Raw title, that could keep her pacified and away from the SD title.

With that being said, I go back to how I don't think we are going to get the pure, underdog Sasha baby face. I would be very surprised if we saw Sasha circa 2016/the Charlotte feud era. In some senses, yes, Sasha will be the underdog, but given how off the rails Bayley is, whoever knocks her off the top is going to have to match her aggression. Who better for that job than Sasha?

There is so much at play here and I am very excited for how it all unfolds. I think we might get a bit of a fake out from Sasha, in that potentially Sasha will come back and act like she is pulling at Bayley's heart strings and then beat the shit out of her. Remember it was Sasha who said that she loved Bayley. I keep saying it, but there is so much ammo and fuel for this feud. God the ways that they could go and the angles they could use.

Imagine this…. Bayley goes to wrestlemania wins the title from io. Either moments after she win or the smackdown after she wins Sasha banks returns. Now last time Sasha and bayley collided or cross paths storyline wise was when Bayley betrayed her and they fought in hell in a cell with Sasha ending Bayley historic 380 day reign.

I will say damage control is bayley’s karma. Bayley created the force that is damage control she helped them achieve things etc only for io someone who bayley thought of as family + friend was influenced by her friends to betray bayley. The same way Sasha who helped Bayley throughout her career and made history beside her and thought of Bayley as family as her sister only for Bayley to betray her. Some could say the heel version Bayley we got was a result of the influence Sasha had on Bayley and that could parallel to Bayley and damage control. With Bayley being the monster Sasha created and damage control being the monster Bayley created. And Sasha overcame Bayley and now Bayley may overcome io and win the title.

Now granted bayley is not the same person now that she was when she betrayed Sasha at least not fully the same person.

I remeber a segment the two had back in 2018 when they had tension and they went that counseling sessions and later Sasha would help bayley during a match and Sasha said backstage “I love you, I always have and I always will” but she also said “it’s one thing for me to beat you up”. Now Sasha stilled cared about Bayley even after Bayley betrayed her we can tell from the hell in a cell match and the emotion they radiated. But storyline wise we could Sasha comes back not specifically to take the title from Bayley but to climb her way back to the top of the division. Sasha can through a feud with Bianca cause personally I wanna see a rematch or she could fued with some else. Anyway Sasha could end up winning the rumble and choosing Bayley. Now Bayley and Sasha outside of wwe has always talked about one day facing each other at wrestlemania specifically the main event and when Sasha wins the rumble with that thought of that in mind would go on to choose Bayley. They would have a segment….

And Sasha could say “I meant what I said bayley all those years ago.. your my sister and I love you and despite everything that has happened between us, despite the fact that I may never forgive you ik that but I also know there is not a thing in this world that’s gonna stop me from kicking your ass and taking away that championship from you so what do you say bayley, how about one more fight?

Bayley says well it was always our dream and who am I to deprive the wwe universe of a match like this so for old times I sake I say, your on sister.

Bayley line parallels when Sasha wanted to beat Bayley for the nxt women’s championship at respect and Bayley said your on sister….

And they shake hands after which is something that could happen again as they both stand in middle of the ring and the wrestlemania sign could been seen between them.

The next time they ever cross paths again storyline wise will be when the fourhorsewomen finally clash in an epic storyline that will culminate with a fatal four way at another wrestlemania (it doesn’t even need to be for a championship cause their is already so much story and depth between the four of them. The four of them are the devils or demons on each other shoulders.

Still wished they would’ve done the Bayley betraying Sasha because everyone overlooked Bayley for Sasha but I’m vibing with this
