GUYS PLEASE HELP

ok so if you haven't seen this post that's the background to the whole situation and basically what has happened is my depressed, suicidal, recovering anorexic friend was sexually assaulted last wednesday and so i'm moving up the date of when i'm giving her the quote book i'm making for her and so if you guys could send me some more quotes for the book it would mean so much, she's been having a really hard time lately and it just keeps getting worse for her and maybe a book full of quotes won't make anything better but i think it'll show her that she is loved and appreciated, even by people that have never met her and that she is important and matters in the world

What are we?:

The Destiel Book Club is, well, a club where fanfiction readers can meet every couple of weeks to discuss their favorite Supernatural stories! Not only that, but for those who are aspiring authors, there will be a section to promote, advise, and discover new writers!

I need your help friends

Ok so a really good friend of mine was suicidal, and she recently got out of the hospital.  The one thing that always calms her down when she's panicking or depressed are words, so I want to fill a journal with quotes, poems, song lyrics, words to live by, things like that and give it to her so she'll always have something to look at when she's feeling down that can help her get back into a better headspace.

Now you're probably thinking, wow that's nice, but what can I do?

WELL HERE'S WHAT YOU CAN DO

Send me:

your favorite poem

your favorite quote

words you live by

something important that has changed you

a random quote from the book you're reading right now

literally anything that is words i can write down in this notebook

I'll write down everything until the notebook is completely filled, and then I'll give it to her.

It would mean so much if you guys helped me with this, I just can't think of enough quotes on my own, but I'm determined to do this.
