catrine arrived yesterday, n fan-sea lagoona the day before .. i gave them both a wash n style yesterday so they should be all lovely n ready for proper display tomorrow afternoon

while i love cupid's eah design and that she's so unapologetically pink and girly and feminine, i hope that mattel doesn't just go all out pink on her design for mh's g3 or eah's g2 (which should be in development mattel) in particular, i wish that they'd do something like with the mood roses that were introduced in the heartstruck webisode

cupid's design could have roses or any white flower woven into her hair or a laurel wreath that would temporarily grow flowers when she or those around her experience any strong emotion regarding love. like in the webisode it's yellow for friendship, pink for desire/admiration, red for romance and etc. they could even make it greek-specific and have it be based on the four types of love according to the ancient greeks (though im not sure how historically accurate that is since im not that well-versed in ancient greek writings)

idk if i have grail dolls, per se? but i definitely have dolls i want very badly, and some of them are cry-about-it-expensive. tragic!

anyway, in an effort to keep a little list somewhere i can easily access (without having a million tabs open on my phone's internet), here's a list of the top few girls i'd pay for too much for.

Heartstruck Cupid

AUGH. just look at her. Cupid is firmly one of my fave EAH/MH dolls ever, and this doll in particular is just so fucking pretty to me. she's dainty, she's pink, her wings are stunning, i want to give her a show-accurate hair style, i just love her.

Brianna Dulce

this doll is one of the biggest regrets of my broke-ass adult life, because i adored her from the very first leak in all her bubblegum glory, and she was never released in the uk. resellers in the uk offered her for, like, £80 at the lowest and at the time i couldn't afford it and thought it was too expensive. now i rarely see her for less than £300 😭

realistically, i'd like all the Slumber Party girls, but Brianna is top of that list and hardest to get over here.

Lily Cheng

god, just look at her!!! same as Brianna, she never got released in the uk, and i couldn't afford her when she was a little cheaper in the uk's resale market. on the plus side, she's probably the easiest of these three to get at present, if only via price. she's extraordinarily pretty, the vibrancy of the reds and golds she wears really stand out, and she just has a very striking appearance to her.

i'm sure there are others on my list, but these three are The Big Ones atm. i'll get them some day, i hope.
