Ingrediences for one owen plate: 2 sweet potatoes 1,5 cups/4dl Glutenfree flour of choice Toping 1/2 package Tomato paste 1/2 package Basil pesto 1/2 package Vegan cheese 3 Tomatoes 5 Mushrooms 1/5 Red onion 8 Olives 1/2 Jalapeรฑo 1 Tbsp Oregano Of course you can go with other topings that you like, (but try this topkng first ๐Ÿคซ๐Ÿ˜‹) Method -Put owen on 375ยฐF/175ยฐC -steam or cock sweet potatoes and ripe them -mash the sweet potatoes together with glutenfree flour (oat flour, rice flour, teff flour, banana flour) -put the potato doug on a baking paper, put a baking paper on top an form it on the owen plate to a pizza bottom with your hands on the top baking paper. -out in owen to pre-bake in 10-15 minutes -Chop the toping and put on the pizza and let it bake in 15 more minutes. I use to spread the tomato paste first,then the pesto and the vegan cheese and then everything else.
