Show up...even when you don't feel like it!! . I get asked all the time..how do you stay motivated and committed and I had to stop and think about it. I woke up seriously tired today, seriously grumpy and the LAST thing I wanted to do is exercise. . I workout because I know how I am going to FEEL after it. I know how it feels to not work out and it doesn't feel good. I don't like to feel grumpy, I don't like to feel tired, stressed, overwhelmed and when I am like that...I get anxiety. I know EVERY single time that exercise calms me, energizes me, clears my head and just makes me feel like I can handle anything that comes my way!! That is where my motivation comes from. It makes me a better wife..a better mother...daughter..friend..coach to my team..to my customers and so on.. TRULY!! My family knows that I need to exercise and they will get a better Mommy afterwards. . I am driven by that. Always have. It is not about the scale, it is not about how I will look which is just an added bonus!! It is becoming a better ME!! . You have to make it a priority in life , you have to do one thing for yourself because you know it will make you FEEL BETTER!! You can not forget how it will make you feel and what it can do for you. The side effects are being healthier, more confident, have more energy, feel better in your clothes and the skin you are in!! How about that????
