Beachbody can be done in a variety of spaces 🏡Home 🪑Room 🌲Outside 🏋🏻‍♀️Gym 🧳 Travel If you can’t afford a gym membership and have a small space at home these programs are perfect you don’t need much room and works on pretty much any device you probably already have ! Download audios take it on a run or take it to the park with your yoga mat ! 📺 💻 📱 If you like going to the gym , I have been utilizing this a little more lately, just to get out of the house ! #homeschoolmoms Use your mobile device and and the gym weights , treadmills, bands etc ! BOD ( Beachbody On Demand ) will only make your life easier and remove obstacles and excuses of not working out . Be honest , how many of you get a gym membership to only wander around not feeling like you really utilized your time because you spent half of it on YouTube looking for a workout. Or maybe you loved that yoga class at your gym and want to do yoga at your convenience more than available at the gym . The possibility’s are literally endless. Alright its Monday y'all and I was so tired today! I honestly woke up wanting to go right back to Fu$?**!! bed. These college classes are kicking my ASS......Not really, I'm kicking ass 90+ so far !!!YASSSS ( School is not my thing this is a BIG DEAL for me ) But I wanted to talk about that sentence I just said right here “These college classes are kicking my ASS” Seems harmless enough right? I'm just venting WRONG. It is normal for sure, but harmless, not so much. It is in our nature to look towards the negative.I will probably do it again some time this evening! But what I want to share, is catching negative self-talk and moods and changing them. Why is this important ? Because what you are thinking about and talking about is what you will get more of . So let's focus on our amazingness ! Lets focus on the positive, even when you don't feel like it WAIT ….. Especially when you don't feel like it ! I started working on my health and fitness March of 2021 when a friend from the past approached me with a Beachbody total solution…… That sounded like a lot of work to me , committing to working out and eating right but its what I knew I deserved and my family . I didn’t-believe in myself at all, but I thought to myself “ What is the worst that can happen ? Less money for alcohol this month ? I know I am worth more than that so I said “ YES” . The main focus was my mental health, I felt that transformed immediately . Exercise activates dopamine y’all ! The transformations didn’t stop there though, community impact , goals setting, relationships . Seven months ago, staying at home with my 5 year old son and keeping the house semi clean was about as much as I could handle, and my house isn’t that clean , ya feel me ? I felt like I was just floating around , waiting for life to happen to me. On top of that I was drinking 4-5 times a week, to cope with depression and anxiety. Fast forward 8 months later, I have replaced drinking 4-5 times a week with working out. I have helped friends and family with wellness solutions, jumped into homeschooling with enthusiasm, started studying for my certified personal trainer certification and started my bachelors degree in integrative health with ASU ( GO SUN DEVILS !) When I said yes to myself 8 months ago, I didn’t have a crystal ball to see this transformation ( ok I have my tarot read but I didn’t see this coming lol ) I simply said yes to myself and keep saying yes ,if my heart is in it, some things I don’t feel I’m ready for but when are we ever ready for things in life that truly transform us for the better? 💍 Marriage 🤰🏻Kids? 📚 College? 💼 Career Sometimes you just have to take a leap of faith in yourself and let the transformation begin! Today as I prepared for the week I was reminded how to be flexible with my schedule and myself . Normally ,Sundays have been a rest and recovery day with meal prep but yesterday I had a visit with a friend and did some school work, causing me to miss my workout. This changed up my weekend routine. Today I worked out , and created some content for y’all . My perfectionism way of thinking would tell me this is a problem ! “ You didn’t stick to the schedule !” My self loving way of thinking tells me, “ It is ok ! The best schedules are meant to be flexible!” Self care and love is a huge part of preparing your mind to meet your goals. Please don’t forget this and be prepared to be kind to yourself today !
