☢ What fads/trends are you so over?

ooc: Small icons... like literally 50x50 icons... I don’t get them, i’ll never get them, and they’re super hard for me to see. I don’t get why they’re a thing? I have no problems with bigger icons but smaller ones just make it that much difficult for me to tell what your muse is expressing to my muse.

//video games. that’s been my longest running hobby ever since i was 4-5 years old when i got a gameboy advance with the original zelda game on it. that was my very first game and ive just been HOOKED on gaming ever since then. 

tabletop gaming like dnd is also another big fave. i love playing dnd SO MUCH because there are so many options and choices you can make. for example, in our star wars campaign we’re doing right now, my bf plays a b-lom droid who’s in the droid tech tree. the jedi of our group was fighting a sith inquisitor and the enemy DROPPED HER LIGHTSABER so my bf’s character picked it up, rolled to take it apart, and he ACTUALLY DID IT. the entire party lost their shit as he just fucking BOLTED to put the kyber crystals in my r5 astromech’s head and now we have just. two crystals that we can use next session for something.

also-- does rping count as a hobby?? because that’s another big fave. ive been rping for at least 10 years now, 4-5 of which are on tumblr. it’s been SO GREAT and ive met so many good people? and had so many good interactions?

as for my current big obsession, id say it’s breath of the wild.... ive beaten the game before which is all good and everything, but i recently started a master mode file and it’s just taken ALL of my attention lately. i thought that starting botw over would be boring but it’s so much fun since i KNOW what to expect and can do things differently now. ive already filled out the map and im working on restoring link’s memories through the pictures, and THEN ill go free the beasts.

splatoon 2 is also a big obsession rn too, along with rping as usual, to nobody’s surprise

"Did you drop this...?" Picking up a book that had fallen on the ground, a smile on her lips as she presented it to them.

“Oh THANKS,” She gratefully accepts the book, “Really, you’re a lifesaver. I spent like 25$ on this book and I would’ve lost my SHIT if I lost it.”

"H-hello!" A slightly sheepish look on her face as she looked to the gym leader. In person Elesa really was just as beautiful as others had proclaimed and the images of her she'd seen really did her no justice. "Um, I, uh, w-would you like some macaron's?"

“Hello,” she greets back, a small smile on her lips as she looked at the other. She listened as the other asked her question, the mention of the sweet treats being a welcome one. “I would love some. Did you make them yourself?” she asked, never one to turn down a sweet treat - especially if it was homemade.

Nope, she'd made a mistake. Several, in fact that her lead her to now. Presently she was stuck pretty far up a tree and her bag with her Pokemon inside where below. at the base. So, the moment she saw any sign of movement she'd called out. "Hello! Excuse me! Can you throw me my bag?" Or a pokeball would work.

To find Grovyle surrounded by trees was not worth mentioning, the fact that his physical appearance had done a 180 did little to stifle his affinity towards the forest. It had, if anything, enhanced it due to its now melancholic aspect.

It was, admittedly, slightly weirder to find him either climbing or sitting on high branches although not for the expected reason. It wasn’t that he didn’t do it often enough to be considered a particular pattern, but rather that the rest of- well, everyone didn’t agree with his so called eccentricities.

Human’s societies were more strict when it came to ettiquete, and thus he has almost resigned himself to a life of solitude or equally ‘peculiar’ acquaintances.

His head shot upwards on reflex as a voice called out, and for the first time he could understand the bewildered looks thrown his way when the situation was reversed. A little bit of perspective did wonders.

His eyes spotted the aforementioned bag, silent as he crouched down to get it. When the former pokemon looked up again his mouth settled on a displeased frown before he spoke.

“ It’s not going to reach you. It’ll get tangled if I throw it. ”

A second of pause following his dry statement. He tried again.

“ … Do you want me to go up there and give it to you?”

"So whats your stamina like? Think you could last an hour of extensive exercise?"

“Easily. Weights or no weights, I can last for hours.” In more ways than one.

"Hey you!" Not even giving them a moment to reply she waltzed over, placing her arms around their neck and pulling them in and placing a kiss upon their lips. Pulling away shortly after she offered up a smile. "Happy New Year, now where have you been?"

Leo pat a hand on Nora’s side in a simple greeting through the friendly kiss. “Away! Back home. I got talked into returning to Orre, and I’ve had a great time, since I wasn’t forced to talk to anybody else that lives there. Jus’ been chilling in the wilds, watching the ecosystem recover and making notes on all the invasive species what counts as a government brought in from Unova and Alola.” It was good to see the nurse again; friendly faces were comforting, and a good reminder that even with his attempt at a new outlook this new year, he still had old friends to fall back on.

How I found you? ON ANON? Nah. Okay, I've literally been following you since you had your Steven Stone blog. I loved RPing with you waaaaaay back then and so you kinda took a break for a bit but then you made this blog and so I found this one and followed you here because yes. Because you're amazing and I adore your writing and characterization and everything. Thank you for being super amazing.

sobs just thinking abt when my steven first ran into ur ocs oh my god .... I DON’T REMEMBER WHO FOLLOWED WHOM FIRST THEN ANYWAY .... BUT I do remember finding your ocs over and over back on steven when you were jumping fandoms a few times and I was like “HAH I found u again” and then !!! YEA H!!! GOD WE HAVE BEEN IN THIS FANDOM FOR SO LONG WOW
