Biotech company BrainBridge released a video demonstrating their AI “head transplant” system, an apparatus that can swap a human head onto a different body. They intend to perform the first surgery within this decade.

Head Transplant - Futuristic Robots?!

Hey Sammi here!

So, this guy called Valery Spiridonov is due to have the worlds very first head transplant at the end of this year!

Now this guy suffers from a disease where his muscles waste away - so he wants this head transplant to give him the opportunity to have a better quality of life.

Valery is doing this with all good intentions, but don’t you think this could spark something behind the scenes with the government?

What i’m trying to get at is - head transplants on to robotic bodies!

Now before you think im crazy, i can explain.

Since the beginning of time technology has been invented and simplified, invented and simplified, invented and simplified. All technology gets into this circle of trying to make everything as simple as possible.

So, what does this have to do with head transplants?

Quite a bit actually.

Once this head transplant for Valery has been conducted, whether it works or not, this is going to keep the spark of interest burning within the government - they are going to make this work.

Once head transplants have been mastered, the government is going to try to find ways to simplify the operation.

Human bodies require a lot, if one organ fails it could be fatal. Millions of people need organ transplants all the time! The healthcare system is struggling because of this.

This is where robotic bodies come in.

My theory is - the government are going to start transplanting heads onto robotic bodies.

They will be able to program the body to live a full and healthy life - no healthcare needed! It would be cheaper and simplified.
