hi everyone, it’s been a while ツ 

a little life update: i recently just started my second year of college in leapmed and aaaah it’s so tiring (saturday classes suck), but i love what we’re learning so it’s all worth it. also, the med school admission test is just a few months away and i don’t know if i have enough time to study for it. oh and lastly, i redecorated my room! what do you think? :)

i’m back on my original content bullshit! i was very kindly gifted this planner for christmas and i think i’m in love. i also got a clear cover for the planner to prevent any damage to the planner, because my 2021 planner was also light coloured and it ended up getting quite dirty.

winter studying challenge ; day 33

have you made any new year’s resolutions?

i wouldn’t say i’ve made resolutions per se, but i do have a few goals for 2022 (e.g. trying to stop one of my bad habits and getting my target a level grades). i need to have a sit down and properly write out my plans for the year, but i try not to limit myself to starting new resolutions only at new year.

(i know that i’ve been very sporadic with the winter studying challenge, but i’ll be trying to complete more days throughout january)

09.06.20 | took the long weekend to escape, though i'm not sure what i'm escaping from. i've just been feeling so unsure of everything lately.

today was all nostalgia, though: a warm late-summer afternoon spent baking cinnamon rolls with friends! i didn't realize how much i had missed them until we were all in a room together again ♡

☀️ Day 18 of My 2021 Summer Studying Challenge! ☀️

18th July -  How do you stay motivated during the summer? (for example, to study)

for me, at any time of the year, i kinda just let my motivation be naturally what it is and on days when i’m more motivated i’ll do more, and on days when i have zero motivation, i’ll just relax and do something different. the best thing about summer is that it’s very easy to do that because i have no upcoming deadlines cause i’m not in school!

it is incredibly hot in my house right now cause we’ve got a bit of a heatwave but british houses are built to keep heat in not out so it is hotter inside my house than actually outside. and as i’m sure many of you know or have figured out, i am TERRIBLE in the heat so i’m not having the best time 🥵

saturday, march 6 • a february recap & march setup

my march bullet journal spread was inspired by my recent feb-cover-up situation 👀 because i’m actually quite liking the additional pOP! of color that i can add into my bujo with the random construction paper i have lying around uwu but ya dis an overview of my spreads that i made in a 10pm-dimly-lit-tired-trance last weekend hAHaha

also im not sure of where to take photos now in my new apt (i miss my old room’s lighting during golden hour ft. the nice flowy curtains), but i’ll figure it out this is small potatoes u know what i’m sayin’

a little bit of realism is important every now and then! this is what my desk looks like when i’m in the middle of doing work (specifically written work requiring other books etc) - it’s pretty messy but it gets the job done.

it’s a level results day tomorrow and i’m getting my maths grade (i took maths a year early) so i’m trying not to worry too much - we’ve already got our raw marks/percentages back and i think i’ve either got an a or and a*, but i really want to find out which.
