The building they buy in Gotham is a small row of three conjoined older storefronts with apartments above them. They have plans to eventually take down the walls between the units to make them one large home for all the Amity Park fugitives to share but to start Phantom and his closest Fraid members take the middle unit while everyone else splits between the other two; girls to one side and boys to the other. The middle storefront is reserved for their daily group meetings for the time being & they all gather twice a day - at sunrise and sunset - to go over their plans and progress.
"Team A is making good progress gathering resources from the local criminals," Dash reports as leader of Team A-is-for-Awesome that is made up of most of the football players from their class. "Not in an employed way yet, not enough connections for that, but we're making off with things no one's noticed are missing yet."
Sam nods sitting on top on the old register counter while she cradles baby Danny, currently in Phantom form. Everyone had silently agreed to continue calling him Phantom in ghost form and Danny in human form for safety. "That probably won't work for much longer," she pointed out. "So start making efforts to integrate with the local community to find gainful employment. We don't want to attract the wrong kind of attention here." She instructed him and Dash nodded seriously in agreement before sitting back on the ground with his group. Paulina stood up next.
"Team B is has been making great progress in finding out more about the upper class citizens here," said the leader of Team B-is-for-Beautiful. "But we did find out there actually is a cult called the Court of Owls here like you asked us so that might be a problem." Paulina said flipping her hair at the end with a small huff. "And they are so lame. Using zombie assassins to do their dirty work; how out of style." She grumped.
Sam hummed thoughtfully with a nod as she adjusted her grip on the baby in her arms.
"We should be able to avoid a confrontation with them as long as they never meet our little king," she said using the affectionate nickname they had started adopting for him after Pariah's assault. "But we'll need to prepare contingencies in case we cannot."
Paulina sat down and Tiffany stood next.
"Team C has been making progress in gaining connections among the regular everyday civilians. Half of us have even acquired gainful employment already so we should have more funds to work with soon." She reported proudly. As team leader of Team C-is-for-Casual-Caution-and-Civilian, she had every right to be pleased especially since they were 2 weeks ahead of their originally projected schedule.
"You had no issues with identification?" Sam asked to be safe.
"None," Tiffany confirmed with a grin. Sam mirrored it back.
"Excellent."
Tiffany sat and Mikey stood next.
"Team D has made the necessary connections to begin securing the appropriate legal documentation we need now." The team lead of Team D-is-for-this-is-a-Disaster-or-we-are-Dungeon-Raiders said. "So we just need to finish deciding what names we want on everything and we can pull the trigger on that whenever."
"Good," Sam said with a smile. "Stick around after and I'll take you to our den mother for the finalized list." She joked slightly. Mikey grimaced slightly.
"How's she doing lately?" He asked, shifting unconsciously. Jazz had been running herself into the ground trying to take care of her now literal baby brother as well as the entire group of teens that had come with them to Gotham.
"Better now that she's getting more time to rest between rounds." Sam said, since Tucker, Valerie, and the rest that had hung back to obfuscate the first group's trails caught up to them in Gotham, the four of them had been able to switch to 6 hour Danny-monitoring shifts instead of 12 hour ones. "It's still draining though." She confessed, looking down at baby Phantom and petting his hair gently as she spoke.
"Well, if you guys need anymore sacrifices to share the load just let us know." Star joked to murmurs of agreement all around.
Across the street, hidden inside his renovated theater home Red Robbin watched and listened in on the cult that had been dumb enough to move in literally next door.
Cult Casper High schoolmates, but make it deaged Danny
Danny's entire class slowly figures out that Danny=Phantom but, with the exception of some outliers (Wes), they all agree to keep Danny's secret. One of the A-listers--Dash has definitely been hit by one of his parents before--brings up the idea of what could happen if Danny's parents find out and no one is there is cruel enough to put Danny through that.
Until one day, the Fentons shoot down Phantom and haul him back to their lab.
It only takes the class a few hours to mobilize, but in that time, Danny has already been vivisected like a frog and because of the damage, he retreats into his core, and comes out Ghost age, ei that's a toddler now.
That's their toddler now.
Obviously they have to escape Amity Park, because this is dcxdp and the GiW aren't happy about them "defending" a ghost, so they get the hell out of dodge. Gotham is the most obvious choice, Sam explains with a powerpoint, due to low cost of living, most careers not requiring ID and are willing to pay under the table, and high ectoplasm interference. To save money, they buy a run down building together and the whole class says under one roof.
Everyone likes baby Danny. Everyone wants to take care of him. Some of them are weird about it.
Or, the Bats investigate a new cult that popped up, only to find out that their object of worship is a toddler.

He's supposed to be invincible - DC X DP
Just something random that came to my mind.
So, Danny ends up being adopted/fostered by Bruce just months before Damian arrives at the manor, the how and why is your choice, but the GIW is still a threat.
Now, Danny catches Damian attacking Tim the first time and instead of telling the rest of the family or scolding Damian, he went lik:
“You haven't even defeated me, and you think you have a right to attack Tim? Get in line, kid.”
And so Damian understands that to get the right to fight against Tim, he needs to get rid of Danny first. Climb the power pyramid, if you will. And so, Damian starts his assassination attempts against Danny.
But here's the thing: Danny is making absolutely no effort to stop him, he just takes the attempts. The first time, Damian successfully stabs Danny, and goes to announce his victory over Danny to his father. Bruce rushes to Danny, worried for his safety, and finds him just chilling there, not a single drop of blood or injury. Damian is gapping.
“Oh yeah, the kid beat me in a round of hide and seek. He’s pretty good.”
Bruce is relieved and pats Damian’s head, not noticing his utter confusion. And so a cartoon-like montage starts: Damian attacks Danny and claims victory, but Danny is completely fine, and says Damian won at some random game. Everyone thinks the two are super close, and that Damian’s excitement about winning is super cute.
Eventually, positive enforcement wears Damian down, because everyone congratulates him and gives him affection for winning the “stupid things” Danny comes up with. He gradually calms down and integrates pretty well. Danny does end up being his closest sibling because he’s the only one that actually knows all of Damian. The only one Damian could attack with zero restraint and still be treated the same.
But the important thing here is: Danny becomes an invincible figure in Damians mind. He could be stabbed, decapitated, poisoned, and still come back like nothing happened.
So surely, when Phantom is shot out of the sky by a Blood Blossom, surely he’ll just stand back up in a minute like always. Surely, he’s just waiting to get back to the cave to pretend like he always did for Damian. Surely, he’s just putting on a show on the medbay.
But hours go by, and he’s still pretending. Still looking pale. Still keeping his eyes closed.
Damian doesn’t understand why he hasn’t bounced back yet. He should be okay by now. Alfred is moving around, changing the IV,dabbing Danny’s head with a damp cloth. There’s commotion outside as everyone is trying to get an antidote.
But this shouldn’t be happening.
Danny is invincible.
Danny should be back to normal already.
So Damian starts shaking Danny. Screaming to stop pretending and tell them he was beaten in some stupid game again. To open his eyes already.
Father is pulling him away, trying to calm him down, but he keeps struggling in his arms, because he’s getting Danny to wake up.
And he doesn’t notice the tears falling down his face until he runs out of energy, and all that’s left is hiccuping in his father’s arms.
...
So… yeah, that’s what my mind supplied today while on the bus :)
Maybe one day I'll write it, but I don't have time, so I would love to see someone else's take on it.

So Danny is older, and lives in Gotham as a mechanic (he could be a We mechanic, a JLA mechanic, whatever) and eventually, he starts dating Bruce Wayne.
Now, Danny knows the Wayne at the bats, it’s kinda hard to hide your vigilantism from a former vigilante. But Danny doesn’t mention it, he knows the dangerous of telling your loved ones.
Jazz is alive and a therapist is Coast City (Jazz x Hal? Could that work? Idk too much about the green lanterns). Dan is undercover to investigate pools of corrupted ectoplasm that’s guarded by an assassin cult, and Dani is still traveling the world, not for pleasure, but for the Realms.
Dani doesn’t age. It’s a side effect of being a clone. She destabilized one to many times and now her ghost half won’t let her age so she won’t die.
Dani can’t exactly settle down in a city likes the others. She looks 12. And while her siblings would take care of her in a heartbeat, she needs to fill her obsession of history and adventure.
So, she starts hunting for old artifacts, especially the magic ones. It’s a great way to learn about history and get a sense of adventure.
She’s been doing this for a couple years, building a name for herself and she gotten very good. (Keep in mind she only looks 12, but she’s actually like 33 mentally and intellectually)
Eventually, she crosses paths with a bat while searching for an artifact. (Even better if its Duke. We need more Duke. Probably won’t work with Cass, we’ll use Duke for the prompt, but can be switched out)
Obviously, Duke is kinda confused as to why a 12 yo is going after a dangerous magic artifact in the middle of but-fuck nowhere and offers to take her to Gotham and drops her off there after taking the artifact.
Dani knows better, she was going to refuse, but the realized she could take this as a free ride. So she agrees.
The reach Gotham and go their separate ways, and Duke goes home immediately, didn’t even take the time to tell anyone about the girl. but when Duke is at home hanging with their civilian stepdad, Danny gets a call and says he’s inviting his younger sister over
Bruce: Jazz? Jazz is older that you
Danny: nope! I have another sister!
Everyone: ???
Bruce: how comes we never meet her?
Danny: you have! She was at the wedding! But you’ll see her again don’t worry! She doesn’t visit often so I’m excited!
They arrives, the bat opens the door and Dani walks in.
Danny: Dani!!
Dani: Danny!!
So people are confused, Duke is like omg my aunt is an artifact hunter?? while everyone else is like omg my aunt is younger than me??
Eventually, Danny opens her backpack and goes:
Dani: so I was in *insert random place in the middle of butt-fuck nowhere* and found this! *pulls out artifact* I thought you would like so I brought it for you!
Danny: aww, thanks Dani, you shouldn’t have
Duke, who put that artifact in the cave for study: 👁️👄👁️
And Dani gives them a wink.
Duke isn’t going to take that lying down and attempts to find out Dani’s secrets while shes thwarting him at every turn.
Dani stays at the manor for a while, but nobody believe Duke when he tries warning them of Dani, because Duke didn’t tell anyone about the artifact
Things become even more alarming when Danny also start thwarting him, despite not know the family secret. (Danny thinks that Duke is onto the family secret.)
Cue crack, angst, fluff, whatever your heart desires.

I imagine it'd be right before Damian shows up. Suddenly, Bruce has a feral assassin child and a mystery toddler under his care and is not coping well. This man is stressed. God bless Alfred because he wouldn't be keeping it together without him.
It starts off really rocky. Danny's clearly traumatised from something, severely touch-starved and very clingy. Damian is prone to trying to kill his siblings and so closed off from how he was raised that they're like polar opposites. Not to mention how young they are. Danny's too young to even start self-defence classes, let alone know about their nightly activities.
Jason hates Bruce, but he misses Alfred and wants to look out for Damian and Danny because he's worried Bruce will ruin them. Besides, he may have never met Damian, but Talia spoke of him plenty. He can't help but feel a little protective of the guy.
So he comes to the manor. He tries to time it for when Bruce will be out and avoids Tim like he's contagious. He's brilliant with Danny. Danny feels something's familiar about him but can't place it so he's just extra curious about him. Damian is thankful Jason doesn't treat him like a kid or ridicule him for being a killer, though he'd never admit it.
Tim doesn't feel like he's part of the family. Damian tried to kill him, he's not Robin anymore, and there's two new little kids running about for everyone to focus on. It's like he doesn't exist. So he keeps to himself, running himself ragged working away with basically no supervision.
Dick is just trying to be a good big brother and keep everyone and himself together. It's not his fault he forgets to check up on Tim. He's stressed and exhausted and trying to be everywhere at once.
Cut to, Bruce "dies". Everyone sort of splits up. Tim is alone, naturally, Dick and Damian slot into place at each other's sides, and Jason is busy dealing with a bunch of unresolved trauma and being a crime boss. Alfred tries his best, but it's impossible for him to upkeep the manor and look after a five-year-old kid all at once.
So Danny's alone. Bruce died and everyone left. It wasn't purposeful, obviously, but everyone sort of assumed someone else would look after him and they've never been great at communicating with each other. Danny's confused. He knows ghosts are real, so why is everyone so sad Bruce is dead? He's not gone forever.
He's also so, so lonely. He got used to being actually cared for, and suddenly that care is gone. He becomes very quiet, drawing into himself and wandering the silent manor all alone. Damian and Tim still live with him but they're doing their own things, busy with their lives. They don't have time for him. Danny doesn't try to reach out.
Tim is convinced Bruce is alive. He's exhausting every avenue he can think of, distancing himself from everyone even further in the process. No one notices, because why would they? He's not resentful or anything. Just resigned.
And then Danny and Tim cross paths in the manor. Danny's crying because he's scared and no one's around. Was it something he did? Tim sees little Danny who he's barely interacted with one-on-one crying in a communal space and awkwardly tries to cheer him up. After that Danny attaches himself to Tim's side.
Tim's not sure how to treat him, but he tries to be a good brother. Alfred seems happy they're spending time together (and Tim's realising how overworked the poor man has been) and Danny's soaking up his affection like he's never known love in his life. It's familiar. He sees himself in Danny.
So he can't turn him away.
Danny and Tim become really close. Tim rambles to him about his theories, assuming Danny wouldn't understand because he's so young, and Danny doesn't get all of it but he believes Tim wholeheartedly. His input even helps pull Tim out spirals several times. Having someone, even if it's a five-year-old, believe him does wonders for Tim's psyche.
Tim was ready to kill himself to get Bruce back. That was his job; be Bruce's guardian. But suddenly there's a toddler who follows him around and looks at him like he hung the stars, listening to every word he says with wide, trusting eyes, and Tim can't just leave him alone. So he's less reckless. Just as determined, of course, but no longer downright suicidal.
Tim gets involved with the League. He's absolutely ruthless. You know how it went in the comics (with him blowing up bases)? Yeah, well it's worse now. Tim has to get back home to Danny. He can't trade his life for Bruce's or spend a long time away. He speeds up his plans and leaves an even bigger lasting impression as a result. Who cares about his kill count? Most of the family has one.
Yadda yadda, Bruce is back. Everyone slowly comes together again, and are surprised to see how close Danny and Tim are. They ask about how it happened. Danny says after everyone left when Bruce died Tim still loved him, which leads to realisations all around about how they've taken Tim for granted and sort of abandoned him and Danny.
This leads to them being an even better family. They all put in an effort to be there, especially for Tim and Danny. Tim is unused to people caring about him, and thinks it's temporary. Everyone goes out of their way to prove it's not. (Well, except Jason, who still has to be sort of dragged into family events and such.)
EDIT: it cut off my tags so let me include
Tim gets Danny a really fancy telescope for his birthday and Danny is over the moon. This causes Bruce to realise he doesn't know his kids' interests and stalks them to find out what they like because he can't communicate like a normal person.
Dick gets Danny a star teddy and Danny carries it around everywhere.
Danny is super affectionate. He says "I love you" and initiates hugs and so on. This leads to everyone else saying "I love you" back and it becomes normalised to just say "I love you" to each other whenever.
Tim has a panic attack the first time Bruce says he loves him. He assumes Bruce has been possessed or replaced or something. It takes a lot to talk him out of it. Bruce has a lot of realisations about his shitty parenting as a result.
Basically, Danny makes the family less dysfunctional by just existing.
Danny doesn't want to be a vigilante or hero and cries when he finds out his family are. He wants to be an astronaut so bad. Bruce is so relieved.
Danny still has his powers he's just hiding them because it's what he knows to do.
Cujo shows up and none of the bats can figure out what he is (a ghost) but deem him a non-threat and let Danny keep him as a pet following lots of pleading.
DC X DP - DeAged
The Nasty Burger explosion took a lot from Danny.
Stopping Dan meant nothing when Danny lost everything. His friends, his parents, his sister, his teacher - all gone. Danny, desperate to not become Dan, fled. He would not let Vlad destroy the only thing he had left; himself. He didn't turn human again if he could avoid it. Let Danny Fenton die with his family.
He did what he could, trying to keep it all together. Avoid Vlad. Catch havoc-wreaking ghosts. Try to not have a panic attack every time he saw his reflection. FentonWorks became out-of-bounds. No one was sure how to turn off the portal or any of the house's defence mechanisms so it was taped up instead.
Danny kept the GIW away. They wanted his parents' research, even if they had to bend the law to get it. Danny would not let them have it. Never.
But the GIW was persistent and Danny weak from nearly two months of being Phantom and nothing else. He was so tired. Tired from grieving, from fighting, from wandering around, completely lost and alone.
The GIW got a lucky shot in. Danny went down. He woke up, still ghost, somewhere white. He'd trained himself not to have to turn back. He was grateful he did.
The GIW studied him. Danny did not have the energy to fight back. The will to survive. Curled up in his cell, bloody and becoming less human with every passing day, Clockwork finally intervened.
He could not let the future High King wither away into nothing.
With Nocturn's help, he whisked him away. His world was dying anyway. With no one to maintain the portal, it would soon overload and explode. The radiation would kill all life on Earth, leaving nothing behind, and taking with it the potential for new life. One world among infinite realities meant nothing. But Danny, as High King, is a singularity. A unique existence, only found in one reality. Clockwork, for the sake of everything that lives and dies, could not let Danny fade away.
Danny slept at the Far Frozen, dreaming of his family, his friends, and the stars he would one day rule over. He healed, wounds knitting together into scars and fractured core slowly, ever so slowly, repairing itself. A future Ancient, bound to protect all that is and will be, was bound to be very badly hurt from such a loss.
Clockwork only wished he could have done more, but to remove Danny too early would have spelt disaster worse than the deaths of billions. This boy would someday be someone he'd proudly call his grandson. Seeing that future alone was enough to make his own core ache for the young one.
The Infinite Realms wept for its child, still but a babe yet having suffered so much. It embraced its future King, blessing him with its loyalty and adoration. The ghosts of the realms, spread far and wide over distant realities, timelines and worlds, felt the loss too.
Danny healed, unaware of how loved and precious he was to so many - how far he was from alone. The dead's sudden quiet unsettled many. Enemies froze in the silent mourning, animosity forgotten. Raging wars came to abrupt ends. So many, unable to bear the ever-reaching, unidentifiable pain in the air killed themselves. Good, kind people cried alone.
Magic users, like Constantine and Zatanna, hid, waiting out the Infinite Realm's despair for its child. No one spoke of it, for fear of disrespecting the dimension between dimensions. But they hid, and they waited, and they couldn't help but worry for themselves and everything and everyone else.
Danny got a lot of visitors. Ancients, regular ghosts, crowded around his bed, gifting him blessings and support. Danny slept, he healed, and his world died, taking with it all he'd known. He wouldn't remember or know of any of this when he woke  - even the memories of his pleasant dreams will have left him. He'll awaken and think himself entirely alone.
But he'll know, someday.
Clockwork will make sure of it.
---
Danny doesn't know where he is or who he is.
He has a vague idea. His name. His life and his death. But so much is so distant, like impressions on sand, washed away by the ocean. He knows he should be bigger. He knows this isn't home. He knows there is no home anymore.
He knows there are people he misses, but he doesn't know who they are or where they've gone. He knows so little yet so much. White walls and orange hair, green (toxic, writhing green) and hazmat suits, white and black and orange and blue. Expensive, Packers-branded cologne, burning flesh, the scream of an alarm and laughter and fear and hope and love and pain and loss. Disjointed flashes, snippets of another life.
And this isn't familiar - this city and these people. These crowded, filthy streets aren't home, but there's no home anymore so of course they aren't. And maybe Danny should be afraid. He doesn't know where he is, or how he got here. There are people, so tall, walking around him not sparing him a glance. It's loud and smelly and so much to process all at once.
But Danny doesn't care because he's so tired, and he wants nothing more than to curl up in bed and sleep the day away. But he doesn't have a home, so obviously he doesn't have a bed either. He looks around for somewhere else to sleep, rubbing at his chest subconsciously as he does.
There, a building, on the other side of the road. The windows are tinted, but the doors open and Danny, through the crowds and passing traffic, catches a glimpse of what has to be a couch. Maybe the people that own the building will let him sleep on their couch for a little bit.
So he crosses the street, sticking close to the legs of some lady with skinny heels that go tap-tap-tap so the cars don't go because they can't see him. The lady turns to go a different way after but it's okay because Danny is in front of the building now.
He pushes the door open and slips inside. It's quieter inside, and warmer. Danny wasn't cold outside but in here there's a nice heat that makes him feel even sleepier. He looks around at the fancy chairs and potted plants and lights, and is happy to see there are couches. Long couches, with lots of pillows and space for him to spread out.
He walks up to the desk. He's too short to see over it, and it makes him kind of angry because he's sure he's supposed to be taller. But he figures maybe he remembers wrong because people don't just shrink. Except, he's a halfa so maybe ghosts do?
"Hello?"
There's a lady here too, behind the desk, but unlike the one he followed across the street she has short, curly hair. Danny wonders if she's wearing skinny heels too. Leaning his head back, he can see her look up, glance around, and then look back down.
Danny pouts. Did she not see him?
"Hello?"
He waves an arm this time, reaching as high as he can to catch her attention. She finally sees him, eyes widening in surprise. "Oh, sorry! Hello." She has a nice voice.
"Your voice is pretty."
She smiles, and Danny decides her smile is nice too. "Why thank you. You have a pretty voice too. Is there something I can help you with?"
"Can I please sleep on your couch? Just for a little bit."
"Of course you can. Would you like a blanket? I could fetch one for you from the staff room."
Danny shakes his head. "I'm okay. Thank you."
"Alright. But if you change your mind, do tell me."
"You're very nice."
"Thank you, but it's really no problem. Not much to do today anyway."
"You should sleep too then. Sleep is good."
She giggles. "That is a very good idea. I just might take your advice." Danny nods. He has lots of good ideas. "Okay. I'm gonna' go nap now. Bye-bye."
"Sleep well."
There are a few couches, and for a bit Danny's not sure which one to sleep on. He chooses the one with the most pillows. It's very comfy, and the pillows are nice too. He puts one under his head and hugs another, curling up around it. He falls asleep in seconds.
-
When a toddler with black and blue eyes asked to sleep on one of the couches on in the reception hall of Wayne enterprises, May had assumed he was one of Bruce's boys. He certainly fit the type Gotham's favourite playboy liked to adopt, and it wasn't unusual for his wards to show up out of the blue.
Once she found Tim Drake passed out on the floor under her desk. Apparently, he'd been hiding from Dick who was visiting from Blüdhaven and forgot to bring his coffee with him, consequently falling asleep while he waited for her to arrive so he could ask her to go pick some up for him. That had been an interesting Thursday morning.
On another memorable occasion, Cass, Bruce's only official daughter, and her girlfriend Steph had shown up, said hi, went upstairs, then came back down after about an hour, giggling as they ran out with a wave goodbye. Not even ten minutes later, Bruce himself stumbled out of the elevator, absolutely covered in purple glitter. May remembers raising an eyebrow and asking if Bruce wanted her to have another suit brought in.
He'd ended up collapsing on one of the couches with an exhausted sigh, and said he'd have Alfred pick him up instead. He left a sparkly trail behind him when he walked, and the couch he sat on had to be replaced because, even after numerous cleaning attempts, no one could get the glitter out. He had glitter in his hair for months afterwards.
So, May hadn't bat an eye when the little boy came in. Well aware Bruce had several meetings scheduled that day, she sent him an email saying one of his kids was taking a nap in the reception hall and resolved to look out for the boy herself. Throughout the day, she made sure to check on him often, making sure no one picked him up ran (this was Gotham after all).
He slept soundly for most of her work day, barely shifting. She ended up putting a blanket on him herself during her lunch break and leaving him a water bottle and little snack for when he woke up. She also made sure security kept an eye on him whenever she left for whatever reason.
It was well into the afternoon when Bruce finally replied to her email and asked if his kid was still sleeping downstairs. She said yes, and not long after he arrived on the ground level. He walked up to her desk and asked if his kid had caused her any trouble. She smiled and assured him no.
Then Bruce asked where Tim was.
"Sorry? Tim isn't here today."
Bruce frowned, looking just as confused as she felt. "My apologies. You said one of my wards was asleep here. I assumed it was Tim."
"Oh! No, no, it's not Tim. Well, I don't actually know his name but the little guy has been here since this morning." She gestured to the toddler in question.
Bruce turned around, saw him, and frowned. "He's not one of mine."
"He's not?"
"No. Are you sure he's not an employee's child?" He kept his eyes on the boy, eyes narrowed in thought.
"Yes, I am. Only three employees brought in their children today, and all of them are ten or above. He can't be older than five." She frowned now too, turning to her computer to double check. "I'll send out a company-wide email to be sure. I should have done this sooner. I'm sorry, I was just so sure he was under your care."
"It's alright, May. I'm not upset. I'm just worried about him. When about in the morning did he get here?"
She glanced up, but Bruce was still looking at the sleeping boy. "A little after nine."
"And he's been sleeping all that time?"
"Yes, as far as I'm aware."
"Alright. Thank you for looking after him. I'll take it from here."
"Of course, sir. I'll reach out to you if anyone identifies him."
He nodded appreciatively and walked over to the boy. She watched, frustrated with herself. She's worked as one of Wayne Enterprise's receptionists for over four years. She should have known better than to just assume some random, black haired blue eyed child was Bruce's kid. She should have at least reached out to make sure that was the case.
She sighed as Bruce knelt down by the couch and gently shook the little boy awake, resting her head in the palm of her hand. This poor child. His poor parents. They must be worried sick.
She has to make this right.

Since I’ve been encouraged to actually share my funny little blorbo ideas here’s another one gang;
Danny moves to Gotham on scholarship for engineering, because the Fentons may be infamous but they’re also insanely brilliant and besides both he and Jazz are showing every sign of embarrassed child of a super genius syndrome, so while the bats are keeping a close eye on him Just In Case, duke is also thinking of introducing him to the Our Parents Are Maniacs But Anyway club maybe after the first month or so.
Gotham does not go for standard dorm living bc of his ‘condition’ and lack of wanting to constantly spook/gaslight a roommate. Besides, living with two small children is a dorm sounds like a disaster in action.
So Danny signs up as a mechanic in Crime Alley, buys himself a teeny weensy lil apartment and Makes It Work. He has been all year after showing up with a de aged Dani and Dan in Amnity after all, and that had gone,,, fine? (The entire town, observing how Danny had been getting increasingly more uncomfortable around his godfather prior to the cloning incident, then just dropped off the face of the earth for several months, the first two weeks stuck in Vlad’s basement enduring horrors and the next Too Many desperately fapping around in the Ghost Zone to get everything handled. All the clones live, all 13 of them. Bunch of them are stuck in the Ghost Zone due to constant need for ectoplasm, but eh, plenty of Zone born never leave, so. One, in the future, apprentices under a green warrior lady on Pandora’s suggestion, another is working in the Eternal Library with Ghost Writer, etc etc. so Danny eventually came back to Amnity with one small child under each arm very obviously traumatized by Somethingn with vlad and doesn’t like being alone with him,,, or touched without warning,, and immediately and passionately proclaims the kids his but struggles to explain how or why,, look some very reasonable assumptions are drawn okay. So the town does the very reasonable thing and does the midwestern equivilant of excommunicating Vlad, except it’s a lot more run him out with pitchforks vibes since he’s the Mayor. Anyway)
He is immediately loved, because while non Gothamites are usually more of a pain than they’re worth, everyone in a while someone even from out of town will just fit in so nicely it’s uncanny for everyone involved. Addams family vibes, it’s referred to as ‘making it home’, just personal hc. He is protective of all the kids playing in the parks and street girls that can totally take care of themselves on their corners but find it HILARIOUS when he just tackles a dick like a wild animal full force no warning. He can fix anything it seems, but refuses to work with weapons. Reasonable enough, people get twitchy about gangs sometimes. Danny mentions being not against Hood or anything, but he’s not going to work for him, littles to take care of and all, but had past experience with ‘Dora and that inheritance mess with her brother he was being a real prick about’ so everyone assumes it’s the equivilant of him having Done His Time and being plenty good for a life time and respects it as long as none of that petty midwestern small town hotshots bring any of that shit over here. And they don’t, because said individuals are on the other side of the mortal veil, so happy day.
See I really love deaged!Dan because he’s just a grumpy lil guy. But he’s also killed millions. He’s so protective of his loved ones, but held back by blending in and also being Smol that it comes off more bitey kitten than anything else. Dani, of course, is a terror, so she fits right in with the crowd.
And sorry gang, but a bunch of kids on their own in Gotham in a poor side of the city just isn’t going to get any attention: that’s just business as usual really. What first gets attention on Danny is not his ‘condition’ or being mistaken for a meta (which he legally probs has an argument for even without the gene bc like these bitches don’t know how metaism works anyway so) or alien (I’m 90% sure he’d be covered by the alien protection act by virtue of being half ‘not from earth’), but because Danny despite best efforts is a Weird Guy.
He grew up in what could only be described as a low level villain level and spent most of high school dealing with smack downs and spiritual invasion. He’s never really processed that any of that is not in fact Normal. Also, he’s capable of making Anything if given the insides of a toaster, blender and alarm clock, and could probably rewrite the circuits of the apartment blindfolded and improve them 1000% even if it ABSOLUTELY would not be up to code.
And sure, things slip every once in a while, bits of spectral ice here, small floating incident there, but everyone just Minds Their Buisness ya know? You really gunna mess with the guy that personally ensured that when your car got flattened by a fight with Killer Croc, you were still able to get in to work the next day by some wizardry? Really?
But Gotham is a city so cursed it’s probably in the exponents countwise, so of course there is a) a flourishing community of magic users and assorted supernatural weirdos and b) a whole lot of shit for Mega Overpowered Ghost King Danny to idly pick at day to day in order to help with his protecting other Obsession. Gotham has plenty of heroes, but by god do they need the spiritual equivilant of an electrician/priest.
Still, Danny, as a baby ancient under a facet of Kronos and KING OF THE DEAD is like, way, way out of their scope to be able to grok, so it mostly just comes off as you know, a family of banshees or something. When asked, Danny very haltingly says he was briefly dead but then revived, which neatly explains his Weird Ass aura and makes it SPECTACULARLY AWKWARD to ask further about. So everyone nods politely, and goes back to their lives after double checking no nefarious bullshit was being pulled.
Then, of course, Vlad finally tracks them down. The whole neighborhood is altered in short order because he doesn’t bother trying to hide being a Rich Bitch or how he’s sneering down his nose at people on the sidewalk. Every connects the dots when Danny paniks. Dani and Dan’s daycare are staffed with some extra, very buff set of hands within the hour. Jerry, Hood’s third in command, personally shows up to the garage Danny is working at to talk things out with him bc he knows he does t like the deal with this stuff due to past unspecified circumstances but well, they guys had already started fucking with him, you see. Stole his tires, spray painted the windows, pickpocketed him blind, and when he retreated tipped off the police to the drugs they’d planted in the glove box.
Danny might not have been born in Gotham, but he was one of them. And the Alley takes care of it own.

This Phone Call Could've Been a Text
More Sleepy King Here
-----
Batman moved to sit at the table in the kitchenette, his hand absently moving to adjust a cape that wasn’t there. He pulled out a tablet and brought up the camera feed for the bedroom, the audio from the bugs he’d planted in his ear. Nearby the JLD had finished agreeing on their plan and were setting it in motion, it seemed Dr. Fate was the first to go cast spells at the boy.
Diana came into the room. “The boy has several blessings.”
That caught everyone’s attention. “What kind of blessings?” Constantine asked warily.
Diana shook her head, “I couldn’t tell, I just know he has several blessings from powerful beings.”
“The boy or the king?” Raven asked.
Diana shook her head again.
“Something else for us to look into,” Zatanna said with a tired sigh. Discussion between the JLD members picked back up, kept carefully hushed, as if afraid the boy (or the king sleeping inside him) would somehow hear.
Diana came and sat down next to Batman, he changed the angle on the tablet so they could both watch. That’s all either of them could do right now, sit and watch.
Diana sighed, “He looks content.”
Batman turned his attention from Dr. Fate casting his spells to Danny, seemingly dead to the world as magic flashed over him. “He does.”
“I hope it stays that way, I hope we are able to find a solution before he wakes.”
Batman simply nodded, he hoped so as well.
Dr. Fate finished with his spells and quietly made his way back to the kitchenette. There was a brief discussion from the group, then Zatanna was taking her turn.
Their discussion continued even after the Sorceress Supreme left, Batman catching brief snatches of magical jargon. He technically knew the definitions of the words he heard, but he knew his understanding was surface level at best.
Dr. Fate approached their table. “Wonder Woman, you said the blessings were laid by powerful beings?”
Diana nodded, “Yes, quite powerful.”
“Can you describe how powerful?”
Diana’s brow furrowed as she thought the matter over, “I believe they were on par with the gods, though it didn’t feel divine.”
Dr. Fate nodded, then returned to the huddle to discuss the matter further.
Batman and Diana watched as Zatanna finished her round, then conceded to Captain Marvel. They expected him, as the champion of magic, to have the most insight, yet when he walked back into the room he looked quite disappointed as he shook his head. “I fear the wisdom of Solomon has failed me.”
“Is it perhaps the same block that has kept us from noticing Amity Park?” Diana asked, standing up to join the JLD in their huddle.
“Most likely,” Zatanna agreed. “I couldn’t even get a read on the blessings you spoke of.”
“Was there anything you could scry?” Diana asked.
While their discussion continued, debating whether it was better to figure the block out or attempt to blindly work around it given their unknown limit, Batman kept his eye on the feed of Danny’s room. Clark leaned forward, the blankets shifted, then Danny was sitting up while yawning and stretching.
“Danny’s woken up,” Batman said.
The room fell silent.
Constantine sighed and nudged Raven, “C’mon, luv, let’s get outta the way.” He waved a hand and the lights dimmed. “Remember, keep him half awake as long as possible. And try to look like you’re here for a reason, make a cuppa or something.”
There was a mild flurry in Constantine’s wake as the others bustled about making a quick cup of tea or popping off-brand toaster pastries into the provided toaster. Not a bad plan, it’ll make the room smell homier and would give the magicians an excuse to be there.
Diana placed a half full glass of water near Batman, sitting down with her own steaming mug. The kitchenette now smelled of warm tea, toasting pastries, and ozone. Batman closed out of the surveillance and switched over to a note taking app.
Clark eventually entered, gently guiding Danny along. The boy had Batman’s cape over his shoulders but it was dangerously close to slipping off one, Clark fussily rearranged the cape as the bleary eyed boy shuffled slowly into the room. Danny hadn’t even seemed to notice his audience as he slowly made his way to the table and plopped gracelessly into a chair.
Marvel handed off the quickly plated pastries to Clark, which he gently placed before Danny. Zatanna offered a steaming mug, which Clark also gently placed in front of the boy.
“There we are, Danny, you hungry?”
Danny mumbled something as he absently picked up his pastry, chocolate this time, and began nibling it.
There was an exchanging of glances between the room’s occupants, as if unsure how to proceed. Then Zatanna and Dr. Fate both lifted a hand each, inscribing runes into the air.
“How are you feeling now, champ?” Clark asked awkwardly.
“Mmm… better,” Danny mumbled, crumbs tumbling from his mouth. He followed it with a yawn, yet again moving his hand as if to cover his mouth and missing far and away too much to hide his sharp fangs.
Clark glanced down at the mug, then nudged it closer. “Have some hot cocoa.”
Danny hummed in agreement and reached for the mug, just holding it in his hands.
Batman glanced back at the magicians. It seemed Zatanna was having difficulty with whatever spell she was attempting, and from the similar expression on Marvel’s face he was in the same situation. Or perhaps all three were attempting a combined spell.
Danny slowly lifted the mug and took a careful sip. “Hmmm… s’good.”
“That’s good,” Clark said with a gentle smile. “Eat up, you’re a growing boy.”
“Still growing,” Danny mumbled, but did as he was told. He held his pastry back up and nibbled more.
Batman felt the hairs on his arms raise despite being covered head to toe, the tension from the three magicians’ combined spell clearly filling the room.
The tension broke suddenly with a gasp at the same time a faint jingle played in the room. Batman frowned, unsure what had caused that. From the wide eyed stares from Marvel and Zatanna, they weren’t sure either. Or perhaps they knew exactly what was going on and were shocked.
The jingle played again, this time Batman placing it as coming from Danny’s direction. He watched as Danny absently reached up to touch his ear, a white ear piece with a little arm and neon green mic on the end simply appeared.
There were choked gasps, Batman spared a quick glance to find all three magicians reeling back in stunned shock.
“... ‘llo?” Danny mumbled.

Part 2
Danny had counted himself lucky that no one had been in the Manor when he'd arrived. It gave him time to stew in the silence about his unwilling occupation of the apartment sized room he'd be staying in. As soon as Alfred and Damian had left earlier with a threat to come and get him for dinner, he'd locked the door and pushed the dresser and bed in front of it.
Just because he was stuck there for the next three months didn't mean he had to interact with anyone. He'd live up to his half status as a ghost and be nothing more than a passing thought for the whole summer.
Now if only everyone else had gotten the memo to stay away.
Apparently, at some point between his arrival and where he now finds himself, Damian and/or Alfred had announced to the rest of the household - former and current - who Danny was and that he'd be staying with them. Luckily, they'd been so kind as to give him a room far away from the others. Unfortunately, that meant that he was only a floor above them all.
Someone had tried to open his door barely and hour ago, calling to be let in so he could introduce himself. Danny ignored him, not saying a word. Eventually, the guy left. About ten minutes later, someone else tried to get in through one of the windows. Danny hadn't been able to do much more than lock those and close the blinds. Though, he had to admit that Bruce Wayne spared nothing on his home security.
Ever since, he'd had several people come to his door, calling for him to open it, that they just wanted to say 'hi'. He studiously ignored all of them, even going so far as to lock himself in the walk-in closet. It wasn't too big a space, thank god, but it was just enough for him to comfortably curl into the fetal position in the back corner of the top shelf.
Being a clone gave him the advantage of having the same memories as whoever he'd been cloned from. While that didn't extend to muscle memory, that had been easy to rectify, Deathstroke and Talia had both made sure of that.
Being half dead gave him the extra advantage of powers to hide better.
Ever wonder why, in the stories and myths, people are almost never able to see a ghost by looking head on? It's because ghosts don't like to be seen. They use a mix of intangibility and partial invisibility to redirect attention from themselves. Rattling chains, opening and closing doors, pushing things off shelves, that's all just to get attention away from them so they can hide.
So, Danny's hidden himself in the farthest corner on the top shelf in a medium sized closet with the lights off and the door closed. The room proper has the windows locked and covered, the door locked and blocked.
He doesn't need to eat, so long as he stays a ghost. And if he doesn't consume anything, then there's no waste for his body to get rid of. And, because he's comfortable, he could totally just sleep the entire summer away.
That is, if he can get himself to relax enough to actually close his eyes for more than a blink.
One of the windows shattered, likely spreading glass all over the floor.
"Danny?" While all the others had been male voices, this one was female. A smooth alto. "I broke your window."
He almost snorted. How very observant of this person.
They, because he wasn't going to assume based solely off of how their voice sounds, were getting close to the closet. "That's a good hiding place you have there. Though, blocking the door was a bit much. Why'd you stick around if you so obviously don't want to be here?"
Because he'd rather not have the League of Assassins on his trail for leaving his 'vacation' early, thank you very much. He didn't say that, though.
The door cracked open. "Y'know, I used to hide in the closet in my room all the time. From what Dick tells me, so did the others." They giggled. "It's kinda like a rite of passage."
Danny cringed, though he didn't move. This was nice spot, no matter what Alto over there was implying.
The door opened fully, revealing the person who'd broken in. They had black hair cropped to their chin, a blue tank-top and black leggings. "My name's Cassandra, but you can call me 'Cass'," they said, "Can I come in?"
They weren't looking at him, but he shook his head anyway. They'd found him, so they could probably see through walls or some shit.
They closed the door, sitting on the floor with their back to it. "Damian told us that you're his brother-"
"He is not my brother," he hissed, "Not in the way they want us to be."
Cassandra leaned her head against the door, looking up but not at him. "Hm. Want to explain?"
He didn't speak.
"Okay. You don't have to." A pause. "Do you want something to eat?"
"Piss off," he growled.
"Okay, okay," their tone aggravated him. Why weren't they getting angry? They didn't leave.
Danny settled deeper into the corner. He'd spent way to long waiting to be beaten at a contest in stall tactics.
Though, even he knew when to recognize a good competition. This was going to be a long night.

Younger Years Pt. 12
Masterlist
Summary: Damian gets temp de-aged to 6yrs old; cue him asking where his twin is. This is how everyone finds out about Danny's existence. Word Count: 1643
"I spy with my little eye something white."
"Your hair?" Jason guessed. The tone of his voice was monotone, and it was clear that the game was going to be coming to an end soon.
After Danny revealed the true nature of the GIW, and what they had planned, it had been quiet and tense between the two of them. The boredom and quite that followed after though was enough to make them both get over it.
He doesn't know how long it's been since he woke up, but Danny knows it must have been at least a day by now. With no clock or window in sight it's hard to tell for sure.
Which is what eventually led to them talking again, and playing games just to try and pass the time. Danny knows what happens though when it's time up. Jason gets taken to the lab, and he gets sent back to Amity where he too will be experimented on.
"No."
"The walls?"
Danny is not sure what he can do in this situation. He has to try though. There is no way that he is just going to sit here quietly while they drag Jason away. Maybe he could try and make himself more interesting, something that would make them ignore orders from HQ and take him to the lab instead. Try and buy Jason some time for a possible rescue.
Sam and Tucker have to be looking for him at this point. The whole reason they came to Gotham was because the GIW were here, surely they must have connected the dots that they are the ones that took him. Danny can only assume that the bats are looking for him now as well what with him foolishly running straight into Damian.
"Yes."
"Really?"
"No."
"Alright you little shit," Jason throws him a playful glare, "I give. What is it? What is your little eye spying?"
"Giving up after only two guesses?"
"Giving up as this is the fourth time you've spied something white."
As much as Danny hates to admit it, even to himself, it's nice to have someone here with him right now. He can only imagine how much worse everything would be right now if he didn't have anyone to talk to.
He would have loved to meet Jason outside of this place and be his friend. That isn't his reality though; not now.
"The whites of your eyes!”
"Fuck you." Danny can't help but let out a small laugh at Jason’s outburst. "No more eye spy!"
"If no more eye spy I think we'll have to start from the top of our list of games. I don't think there is anything new we could do."
Instead of responding right away Jason takes a moment to look at him. It seems as if he was looking for something. "No. No more games. It's time to get serious again."
That shocked Danny as this is seemingly coming out of nowhere. He thought after their first talk that Jason didn't want to know anything more about the GIW or why they took the two of them. Danny's not going to keep anything from Jason though if he really wants to know. "I'll answer what I can."
“Do you have a brother?”
That … that is not what Danny thought he was going to ask. Especially with the way Jason asked it. As if he already knew the answer; it wouldn’t make sense though for him to know about Damian. “Why do you ask?”
Jason peers at him from across the hall with an almost melancholy type of look, “I didn’t really notice it at first, but you look very familiar to a certain big name in Gotham.”
"Is this really what you want to talk about? Me being a doppelganger to Damian Wayne." As soon as he said it Danny knew that he probably messed up. Jason knew it too based on the small smirk gracing his face.
"We've got nothing else to do, and it's something that's been on my mind for a bit. Also I never said it was Damian Wayne."
"It's something I've been told before." Danny truthfully argues, "I'm not sure who else in Gotham is a 'big name' that I could look like."
This guy knows who Danny is somehow, but who would be close enough to Damian to know that he had a twin? And to have been embraced by death enough to become a revenant. Only one name comes to mind.
"You're Jason Todd. Red Hood, I'm guessing?"
"And you're Danyal al Ghul."  They are so lucky no monitoring system has been put in place.
It makes sense now that Danny thinks about it. Of course it was Jason Todd, adopted son of Bruce Wayne otherwise known as Batman, would be the revenant. The son that is supposedly dead. Everything he does just leads back to the Wayne family nowadays doesn’t it?
Danny had thought that it was odd when he was reading some of the GIW files how one guy could be setting off so many scanners within one night. Being a vigilante would explain that though.
"Guess someone owes Damian two nickels, huh? Two nickels for two brothers that have died."  Jason questions mostly to himself. "Wait. You mentioned earlier that you were something different from a normal ghost. Are- are you actually dead? And don't say you can't talk about it because they're listening, we both know they're not. These guys might be smart, but they are still extremely dumb and overconfident for not having a monitoring system set up to watch us. So start talking, casper.”
There's really not much Danny could say to argue against Jason. Sure, he could simply deny talking about it, but he really doesn’t want to make Jason upset with him right now. Not when this could be the last conversation they ever have with each other.
"Casper? That's the best you got?"
"I'll think of another one while you explain how about that?"
So much for trying to misdirect the conversation. "I'm a halfa, half ghost, half human, half dead, half alive. This," Danny gestures to himself as he speaks, "is my ghost half. I can switch between the two."
"That's freaky."
"Yes, thank you Jason, I know."  Danny gives Jason a hard glare, "As I was saying-"
The doors at the end of the hall are suddenly opening. Sounds echoing all around them as Jason and Danny can do nothing, but watch as three figures enter the hall. "-And here is where we're currently keeping the revenant and Phantom. I must say we at the GIW are very pleased with how quickly you two accepted our invitation to examine the specimen. It is truly an honor to have The Fentons here! Your research never fails to impress!"
It's one of the GIW agents talking, but that is not what has Danny's attention. He is solely focused on the two people behind him; his parents.
That- that can't be though! They knew Danny was Phantom, they put away the weapons, and locked up the lab! Things have been tense in the house since they found out, but surely they weren't here in support of the GIW. His parents weren’t here to experiment on a human being!
Danny watches as they approach his and Jason's cell, and come to a stop in front of them; both are smiling. Anger swallows the shock as he looks at his parents. He should have known better than to think they would give up their ideals for him. Rotting fruit will always fall after all.
"Now Phantom here is a surprise capture, and I have orders from the higher ups that we aren't allowed to surgically examine it at this location." The agent and his parents' gaze feel hot as they talk about him. "The revenant on the other hand will be ready for you both tomorrow evening!"
It's his mom who responds to that, "Oh, but we have such a history with Phantom! Surely they'd allow a few simple tests to be done! Testing his- its emotion mimicry and seeing if its joints react the same as ours."
What an odd thing to suggest Danny thinks to himself. His joints? While it is something that is a part of the review process  it's never been something either of his parents particularly cared about.
Jason who had been silent throughout all of this looks quizzically in his direction at that. Clearly wondering what kind of history he has with these two. How would he react knowing that they are his parents?
"Hmm I'll have to make a few calls, but I'm sure that might be something we can work out." The agent assures them.
"Wonderful!" His dad's voice booms in the otherwise quiet hall. As he continues to speak his dad takes a step closer to his cell and places a hand on the glass, "Regardless though, we look forward to just being in the examination room tomorrow."
The agent says something to that in response, but at this point there is nothing but a ringing in Danny's head. He doesn’t even react as they walk away. His dad's hand- the writing!
"-om Phantom!" Jason is calling out to him with a worried look. "You ok? You looked pretty out of it during all of that."
"I'm fine." Danny smiles as he rationalizes all the information he just learned, "We're getting out of here."
His parents are here and they're going to get him out of this nightmare place. It's only a matter of time now.
-
Robin watched from a nearby roof at the hotel room he was just at a couple of nights ago. Only this time the room was already occupied with three individuals instead of two.  Mason, Foley, and the newcomer, Jasmine Fenton.

Girl dad -ChrisMD
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
words: 0.9k+
warnings: mentions of pregnancy, birth and postpartum depression.
summary: some fluffy chrismd girl dad headcanons.
notes: Life has been lifeing recently so my posts are annoyingly irregular but here’s this to hold you over until I get my shit together😫. Love ya girlys, missed uuu!!🫶🏼💞 (also thank you so much to anyone who sent in ideas, I appreciate you sm💅🏼)
Tumblr media
• "A girl? Really?!" Was Chris' reaction when you told him the gender of your baby, the only reason you hadn't found out together was that the ultrasound technician had accidentally said 'she' during an appointment that Chris couldn't make it to. You weren't mad since everyone's human and she was extremely apologetic plus it was quite sweet telling Chris when no one else was around.
• After that day, you started putting together the nursery and every other time Chris went on a shoot that had Ethan, Danny or Simon on it he'd come back with a list of things that we needed to buy, which was actually very helpful since you had no idea you had to buy a baby bottle washer, cooler and warmer.
• Though you were having a girl she would definitely still be wearing the little arsenal jersey Chris had brought many months ago for announcing the news of your pregnancy to his friends (whose reactions were mostly shock and then extreme excitement).
• One night you and him sat in your baby's almost complete room. You were folding and organising the freshly washed little rompers and dresses while he built the comfortable nursing chair you'd bought. The room was completely silent but you were both so content, every other minute you'd glance over at each other and just smile. This was the life you'd always dreamed of... peaceful and happy.
• When you're little girl decided to make her arrival two weeks early while you were in the car on the way home from your parents house, Chris sped to the hospital, glancing over to you every few seconds. Though you were in pain Chris was way more stressed than you so you ended up reassuring him... "babe. Everything's fine, take a deep breath."
• It all ended up being absolutely fine. Though you got to the hospital within the skin of your teeth and she was born just fifteen minutes after you walked through the front doors, none of it mattered when your baby was placed on your chest.
• In the moment, when your baby girls cries filled the hospital room you looked over at Chris. His hand was holding yours tightly as tears streamed down his cheeks. Once his eyes met yours he smiled, leaned forward to press a kiss to your forehead and whispered, "you did so well. I'm so proud of you my love."
• The first few weeks were hard. You were so happy and grateful to have a healthy baby but you were absolutely exhausted.
• Chris would get up with you every. single. time. your alarm went off to feed Annabelle -which is what you decided her name should be- that helped a little since it ment you didn't feel so alone.
• Eventually, the doctor diagnosed you with postpartum depression. Chris was the one to sit you down and gently ask if the both of you should look into it, since he had noticed just how difficult you were finding everything. Which in the end run you were extremely grateful for.
• After some lifestyle changes and online appointments with a therapist each week you started to feel significantly better, thankfully you caught it early so you didn't fall deeper into the dark hole. Months later you felt like a new person, finally truly enjoying motherhood.
• "Babe?" You called groggily after waking up, realising you'd just had a full eight hours of uninterrupted sleep for the first time in... you couldn't remember actually. You got up to find Chris fast asleep in Annabelle's room on the rocking chair -clearly having taken the night shift as not to disturb you- while she also slept soundly in her cot. You smiled then left him to sleep. When he eventually got up and joined you on the couch you gave him the biggest hug and thanked him, he brushed it off as though it was nothing but you were so grateful that you had him.
• One day you sat in George and Arthur Hills apartment, the both of them meeting the baby for the first time and Chris was being extremely protective over your fragile little girl (which you weren't exactly mad about). "Wash your hands first!" "Hold her head properly!" He would instruct before adding a quiet "...please?" at the end.
• The dad jokes came in full force, he was constantly coming out with funny little one liners that always make you chuckle. A good example of one being when he said that Annabelle had more hair than Theo - which was even funnier because she actually had quite a lot of blonde hair, just like her dad.
• As soon as Annabelle could walk Chris was already -attempting to- teach her football and you would often find them sat together on the couch intently watching an arsenal game, which she surprisingly -but not so surprisingly- loved.
• "She's going to be in the big leagues one day," Chris quietly said into your ear with a proud smile as you watched your daughter play in her first actual football game at four years old. "She inherited your skills," you replied, your eyes admiring how happy she looked running around the pitch.
• "All done sweetheart." "Thank you daddy!" Annabelle beamed as she pulled the plat that Chris had just done for her to the front so she could admire it in the mirror. Minutes later she raced into the kitchen to show you. "Look mummy! Daddy did my hair!" Chris trailed behind her and you looked up at him in surprise. "It looks amazing sweetheart," you smiled at her before turning your attention to Chris, "when did you learn to do that?" "The other day. Watched a youtube video," he replied simply. "That's adorable." As if you couldn't love him more.

Can you do one with the babs sister but with the dead silent find out lol
Other parts
After finding out that Jason had a date with Jazz, Barbara was suddenly extremely worried that when Cass mentioned finding Danny cute, she would also have a date with him.
See, the thing was, Barbara had always wanted siblings. She had achieved that with the Wayne family, but they weren’t really her siblings. She didn’t begrudge her biological mother for leaving, but sometimes, she wished that she had left behind a little more than a couple of bucks and a broken hearted father.
So when she discovered that she had siblings, she was eager to get to know them more, to meet them, and befriend them. Jazz and Danny were clearly good kids who deserved more, who deserved better.
Barbara loved Jason like a little brother, but he was…. Unstable. And a killer. He was unlike the others in his family, who hated killing. Instead, he relished in the blood and chaos that he created. He wasn’t suitable for Barbara’s adorable little sister, even if Jason could probably curb his more violent instincts around her.
She didn’t feel all that comfortable with the thought of Cass being with Danny either, though it was definitely far better than Jazz and Jason. From the research she did, Danny didn’t have that many good relationships. Cass was something like her daughter, and if she decided to pursue Danny…. Knowing how the relationships of everyone else in the Wayne family went, this was a disaster in the making.
Her poor, innocent, vulnerable siblings didn’t need the chaos of superheroes around them!
So now she was looking into every camera feed, trying to see if Cass had contacted Danny. (Since Jason had somehow been able to contact Jazz…. She’d have to look into that too, although it seemed like a coincidence from Duke’s words.)
She searched for a while, until she froze when she caught a glimpse of Danny and a black cape together in one of the feeds a few days ago.
Face recognition and various programs told her that it was Cass, but what was she doing around Danny??
Barbara was torn between allowing Cass to go ahead and try to make friends (and hopefully stay that way), or nip this rose in the bud before it could bloom into a catastrophe.
Eventually, she sighed deeply and picked up the phone. “Spoiler. I need you to answer some questions for me.”

(This was written in July oh dear-)
You know how in a lot of fics a de-aged Danny winds up in Gotham either via Clockwork putting him there, or Danny goes through a portal (either through his own volition or not) and ends up being taken in by one of the bats?
Okay that, but what if he was never picked up and ends up falling through the cracks and becoming one of the many homeless children wandering Gotham's streets, but unlike all the other street kids who know when to keep their head down Danny just doesn't have those fear receptors... like at all- It's almost scary with how the kid manages to just not give a single flying fuck about what is going on.
So after a while of wandering the streets and getting acquainted with the Gotham's inhabitants everyone slowly get's used to the kid wandering around, dropping their guard and greeting him with smiles when he toddles around the corner, looking for his next meal or piece of scrap clothing.
Perhaps it's this show of trust they begin to notice the strangeness that hangs around him like a cloud. The shifting coloured eyes, the coldness in his skin that never seems to go away no matter how much clothing the kid gets bundled in.
The fact that no one knows where he goes once they take their eyes on him? Spooky to say the least, but they're Gothamites! One shady, possibly meta, kid ain't gonna change anything.
So he becomes a staple in everyone's lives, and eventually learned his name is Danny. He talks about having an older sister called Jazz, two best friends and a puppy he named Cujo. (who let their kids watch Cujo???) They also learned he had an innate fear of The Bats, whenever one swept into the streets during their nightly patrol he would just... disappear. He became unfindable and wouldn't appear until the next day.
At first they thought it was him finding a safe place to sleep while the night rolled around and the Rouges came out to play, but that assumption was quickly squashed when he was caught wailing on one of the Jokers henchmen. The white makeup couldn't even cover up the black and blue bruises that covered his face.
It was comical, if not a bit frightening to see this small child practically a baby sitting upon a knocked out, grown ass man. His little stubby legs dangling off the side of his body, too small to even reach the ground.
Of course nothing stays under the Bats radar for long so he end up eventually getting spotted. However none of the Bats where expecting such resistance from the civilians when they offered to take the kid.
Now whenever the little tyke is bumbling around and a Bat (or any other vigilante associated with them) is in the area, it's all hands on deck to distract Danny and get him somewhere else.

:) you all know what time it isssss
Danny Al-ghul
Tumblr media
But not in the way you would think. So the Fentons find out about Danny being phantom (catching him changing or something) and {this is a Bad Fenton Au so we gonna traumatizing the fuck out of this boy} and they experiment and torture him for a few weeks to a month in this time frame Jazz, Sam and Tucker have died and have not come back as ghost due to dying by a ghost blaster ( hint hint )
And Danny eventually die (fully this time) due to torture and starvation (They didn’t think ‘Ghost’ needed to eat) and when Danny died he gets yeeted into a part of the Zone no one goes to and when I say no one I mean NO ONE and eventually crashes into it
And now into a bit into this part of The Zone it is actually The Home of the dead Al-ghuls and their assassins + some pit demons but they aren’t really that conscious…I guess I mean they move around and sometimes talk or well scream because they are infected by The Madness (Pit Rage) and kinda act like obsessiveness ghost…oh I never explained what that was well I do it in the next post or something but for the time it just means feral and more animalistic than a normal ghost would be
So basically Danny crash landed into a feral Pit {you see what I did there} and after some shenanigans and shit the dead and Feral Al-ghuls kinda just accepted into the family I mean the past tense assassins and the younger dead Al-ghuls listen to them so he’s a part of them now
And if you were to ask one of the Al-ghuls ( If they were sane enough for that ) they would basically say
=====================================
“Yeah that Danny we don’t know who’s kid he is and he’s not really into the hole assassin thing and he’s far to soft to be an Al-ghul but he heals us and takes care of the younger ones so he’s part of the family and no one’s going to take him away” * proceeds to rip out the core of the ghost who asks and eats it or brings it to Danny because he eats less than everyone else ( he doesn’t he just doesn’t eat fucking CORES)*
=====================================
What I mean about healing them is that Danny constantly carries around a never ending black marble bowl { like in my Snake Empress Au } of the purest ecto you can have ( Clockwork gave it to him for helping the Ferals and the LOLS by the misunderstandings from the future you’ll give it in a sec ) and when ghost are feral instead of cuts and stuff they break and crack like a porcelain doll or something else that cracks that like that and pours a bit into the crack/break
——————————————————————————
Now onto the DC part of this! So while Tim was looking for Bruce in the timestream {like in my Void and Prism Au} and somehow ends up in front of a giant temple like building that is surrounded by multiple lagoons and lakes of Lazarus pits ( and that a bit concerning in itself ) and as Tim walks in he hears footsteps and the pulling of fabric on the ground so he turns around not really knowing what to expect but he was most definitely not expecting the most beautiful boy he’s ever seen but what caught his attention is the black marble bowl that has the purest Lazarus water he’s ever seen and a few shenanigans and a get together later Tim is now dating this ethereal, beautiful, kind he should probably stop while he’s ahead before he goes on for hours {So basically Tim is down bad for our little ghost boy} who so happens to an Al-ghul and Danny helps Tim find Bruce but Danny makes Tim promise to keep in contact ( which Tim was going to do anyway and not to mention Danny’s literal Amy of Feral Al-ghuls/assassins/pit demons who will kill him and than hunt him in death for his core to give to Danny as a trophy and just for the LOLS let’s have everyone misunderstand that Danny is an Al-ghul )
So a few years later Tim and Danny are still in contact and Tim is still down bad but he still hasn’t told everybody about it until one day the Batfam fucks up and Tim fucks off to The Ghost Zone back to his boyfriend ( possible fiancé but still hasn’t told anyone)
=====================================
The JL-JLD: running around like headless chickens
The Batfam: Much angst
Tim and Danny: chilling out and being in love and shit
====================================
And now on to the details of this!
For Danny’s outfit I’m thinking something like this
Tumblr media
And he’s wearing some jewelry like this
Tumblr media
And for hair
Tumblr media
also here is a pic of the black marble bowl ( it is the same in my Snake empress au and in this )
Tumblr media
=====================================
nd that’s about it about this au and I hope you guys like it tell me if you want to see more of this byeeeee

Dead On Main Idea idk what to call it
Brain worm hit me again and ever since i started listening to Epic the musical, it hasn't left me ever since
imagine the Fentons are in gotham or near it that allows Danny and Jason to meet
Danny and Jason are both together from their younger years. They even got fake married somewhere and had rings and all. It was a joke marriage but both of them were committed to said marriage.
They're both idiots that think they're still friends when they already act like an old married couple. Everyone around them wonders if they know they're actually dating.
Someone asks Danny (lets do danny) if he has a girlfriend or boyfriend and Danny (or Jason if they're both together at a place) just shows him the toy ring and says he's already married.
They're happy and all but good things end eventually. Jason dies in that warehouse. Danny wonders where Jason is until he gets news of "robin's" death. Danny is devastated
Time passes and life goes on, but Danny hasn't got over Jason, and probably never will. He subconsciously refuses relationships even if he tries to love again, but he still keeps searching for Jason in them.
When Jason gets revived, he doesn't remember almost everything from the past, but small fragments. The thing is, his pit rage is caused by him remembering something, and especially someone, who he lost in the past. Every time he remembers something, he loses it and his rage is in the form of longing—searching for something or someone he doesn't know or remember. This lasts for years
Meanwhile, The stuff with Danny still happens. From The phantom bit to the ghost King bit.
Both of them are adults now but seem to can't find love. On Danny's side, they know why Danny isn't interested in loving someone else, seeing Danny stare at a window with longing eyes and waiting. But the Batfam? No they do not, and neither does Jason himself know why. They even set Jason up with people and he ends up pushing him away
now idk what to do in this part in first meetings but not recognize each other and all, but the time they realize and or remember (for jason), it's a heartfelt reunion, because Danny Learned that Jason was alive, but Jason feels guilt because of the things he did. After a bit of a verbal fight, they reconcile, and both of their eyes don't look gloomy anymore. Danny definitely also flies Jason as they dance in mid air like some fairytale
Now imagine this scenario with the song Would You Fall In Love with Me Again with Jason as Odysseus and Danny as Penelope
I am also imagining an animatic idea where the line "left a trail of red in every island" would refer to Jason killing a lot of people while the "wedding bed" would be the rings Jason and Danny have on their childhood marriage

So Demon twins but Danny was never raised in the League. He was brok sickly so Ra’s chucked him in the Lazarus pit and he never came out.
He emerged on the other side of the world in a pool of ectoplasm and got adopted by the Fentons.
14, he died.
15, he had a clone, Danielle, and she went to travel the world, starting in Venice
He knows he was adopted, Vlad spilled the beans during a fight, and when he was 16, he decided to tell his parents he was Phantom. (for the first time in my prompts) It went well.
When he was 17 and about to graduate high school, he decided to do a DNA test and find out who his bio parents are.
Bruce Wayne and an Unknown
Sends a letter to Bruce and doesn’t really expect a response.
He gets one.
Bruce Wayne knocks on his door 5 days after he sent the letter and offers to let Danny stay in Gotham with him while he takes a gap year. Danny agrees.
He meets Damian (doesn’t really matter is Damian knew of Danny existence or not) and everyone else and has a great time.
Eventually, Danny brings up things that alludes to his vigilante past
“Ya know, back when I was dead-”
“Metaphorical, right?”
“… sure. Anyway!-”
-
“Killed 17 people?! Tsk tsk, my rouges would never! Not even the clown! So, do you want Thai or Indian takeout?”
“… what was that?”
“Thai or Indian?”
“What- no, that not what I- *sigh* Thai, please.”
Eventually, he brings up his Dani.
“Oh yeah, my clone loves to travel!”
“Your what?”
“My clone! She’s more like a sister though.”
“Okay… where is she??”
“Shes traveling. Last I heard she was running with a group called the League of Assassins. Or was it assailants?”
“👁️👄👁️”
“Do you want to meet her..?”
“YES.”
-
So Dani joined the LOA. Not the worst thing she could’ve done.
Talia took one look at this girl she found in Venice that looked exactly like her beloved and thought ‘why not?’ And offered her a place to stay.
Dani took one look at this women she met in Venice that offered her a place to stay and though ‘bet’ and accepted.
So she’s been running with assassins. It’s not that bad and she learned how to fight. Talia mothers her and protects her from Ra’s good mom Talia, she will not raise Danielle like she raised Damian Eventually Dani gets a message from Danny saying that his biological family wants to meet her.
She goes with Talia’s okay and heads to Gotham.
Unlike her template, she knows that the Waynes are the Bats and loves teasing them about it.
“You’re billionaires, right? Wow, I really hope you don’t have a secret lair under this mansion!”
“… right, right. That would be weird.”
Damian doesn’t know what to make of Danielle. On one hand, he’s always wanted a sister, and she’s biologically related to him. On the other hand, she willingly works with the people that took away Damian’s childhood.
Danielle doesn’t have the blind devotion to the LOA that he had, and he thinks that she’s been manipulated by Ra’s and spends his time trying to convince her to stay in Gotham with them.
So now Bruce Wayne and Talia Al Ghul get into a custody battle. (Talia wants also Danny and Bruce wants Dani)
Wind of it reaches the press and now the whole world is invested.

DPXDC Prompt#61 Part 3
Danny was kind of in awe at the Batcave. Of course he hadn’t seen it, he never met his father either and really wasn’t looking forward to the conversations he was about to have with everyone here.
He looked around while Batman watched until he cleared his throat and motioned for Danny to follow him. They eventually made their way into a conference room where Red Robin was already sitting typing something away on his laptop. He smiled and stopped what he was doing when he noticed Batman and Danny walk into the room.
“You do look just like Damian! Well I guess you are Damian in your universe, you said you came from an alternate world right?” Red Robin started as Batman and Danny took their seats at the table.
Danny took a deep breath before he started talking, “Yeah, but I don’t go by Damian anymore.”
Batman and Red Robin seemed surprised at this, “Wait really?” Red Robin asked, looking genuinely surprised, “Your counterpart here really prides himself on being Bruce’s blood son.”
Danny remembered being told how great Father was by Mother but the fear of being found alive after he fled made it impossible for him to find out. He knew he should probably get back to his own dimension but the thought of getting to know Father even a little bit and even from another universe made him rethink getting back as soon as possible.
“I… fled the League, I went into hiding, so I changed my name. I’m sorry but we’re strangers in my world.” Danny finally said after gathering his thoughts. He waited a moment but when no one said anything he continued, “You can call me Danny, I live in a small town called Amity Park in my world.”
“What else can you tell us about your world? If we can figure out what got you here we can figure out how to get you back,” Red Robin asked.
Danny thought about how much he should say after a moment. He could tell his counterpart here did trust his Father, he could tell from his body language from their brief encounter. He decided after a moment it would probably be fine to reveal himself here, if the him from this world trusted them then he would too.
“This isn’t easy to tell you but I’m not getting back the way I came. The portal that got me here was one way.” Danny started, “There are natural portals that kind of pop in and out of all worlds that lead back to the ghost zone or Infinite Realms as I've heard it called by some of the ghosts.”
He let them soak in the information before continuing, “The folks that adopted me built a portal to this realm and while I was in a fight I got thrown through a natural portal and ended up here”
Red Robin seemed to raise his eyebrow at him, “Ghosts?” he asked skeptically.
Danny sighed again, “Yes, I don’t have an easy way to get back is what I’m trying to say”
Batman thought about things for a moment before speaking, “You're welcome to stay here until we can get you back home, I have a colleague through the Justice League that would know a thing or two about the supernatural. We can talk about things in the morning for now let's get some rest. It sounds like this will be a long term thing, so I will have Alfred take you in the morning to get some clothes and basic needs.”
Batman stood up and left the room probably to change out of the batsuit. A few seconds passed and then a knock on the door was heard and an elderly man wearing a suit walked in.
“Master Tim, Master Damian, Isn’t it time you both got ready for bed?” He asked.
“Oh right, Alfred, meet Danny, he’s Damian from an alternate world.” Red Robin said before standing up, “I’m headed out to change out as well. Danny, Alfred can show you to the room you’ll be staying in while you’re here.”
Danny turned to Alfred, “If you’ll follow me, Master Danny”
He followed the friendly butler out of the room and up some stairs before they got to the main floor. They turned down a few different hallways, honestly Danny would be more worried about getting lost if he didn’t have years of training navigating complex paths.
When they finally got to Danny’s room they parted ways and Danny headed in.
It was a rather large room, larger than any room in the Fenton house that was for sure. Danny often forgot how rich his blood family was and now that he was here he was in awe of how different it was to his own life. The room even had its own attached bath. Danny took a warm shower before changing into some Pajamas that were left out for him.
Eventually he drifted off to sleep. He’d explore the mansion and Gotham tomorrow.
