I’m kinda shocked that you noticed his lack of visor thing in that little doodle. And there is a reason behind it. I was gonna make a comic explaining why but then I realized that reveals way too much plot that I’m not ready to share yet. I can’t keep spoiling everything.

I also am working on revealing said plot so you can hopefully stop hating him… so I probably could have made the entire thing.

But the summary is that Dropmix finally lets himself heal.

Here’s a little doodle of my two medical boys talking about it tho. I imagine that the half visor thing can retract or smth for medics. They use it as an expanded HUD for scanners.

Dropmix is lying. He’s really good at that if you can’t tell, he does it all the time. And he get away with it usually too.

What makes he and Jeopardy so fun is that Jeopardy kinda just knows. He just doesn’t say anything about it half the time. Jeopardy doesn’t know why Dropmix lies or what the secrets are, he just leaves him be and figures that he’ll share when he’s ready.

Unlike everyone else who just have no idea how shady Dropmix really is and see him as some chill medic. Valkyrie and the gang are oblivious to it all. I think it’s funny.

When you had said you were kind of scared of him I was like, “of Dropmix? My boy? This little bugger? Him?”

(Completely ignoring what he did to Sunrazor and the fact that he was a gladiator because he’s mostly friendly now, what is there to be afraid of)

And then I remembered that in an early mini comic I made where he gets involved in a fight he rips the wing off of a seeker and then proceeds to use that to decapitate them…

But… Yeah… Your fear of him is valid. So is the wanting to dropkick him. You just need to wait a bit longer. Im working on it right now. Soon it will all make a sense.

Headcanon: Deep down they both want to be their fairy godparent/godkid again after losing them, but don't believe they deserve each other and feel like they aren't worthy to be their companion anymore

BTW, if you've never had both Loghain and pro-templar Hawke at the same time, there is some FANTASTIC unique dialogue... I wish I could remember the exact wording because I can't find it anywhere... but it starts out with Hawke talking about all the things that Loghain has done wrong in his life and then Loghain says, "I see. Atrocities are your purview alone? You killed every mage in Kirkwall."

In all reality tho, his character concept started as “what if we just had a dude that was constantly playing music?” And it spiraled from there as I clicked him into a spot in my plot.

I’m just very obsessed with the idea that mihawk is useless in a weapon less fight like he cannot throw a punch or get out of a pin to save his life like one he can’t kick he’s done out for the count, and this is why Shanks ends most of their duels this way. Because he’s a filthy cheater and Mihawk is even worse off because it’s Shanks pining him and he has eaten a lot of dirt.

Shanks decides to teach him the art of fighting dirty cause he’s nice that way but also let’s just say that Shanks likes being in a pin a little too much
