genuinely unsure how to answer this ask because on the one hand yes, that's kinda funny and it would indeed be something like that had the abyss essentially come back to him time and time again like 'new form? 😳' and childe would've slapped it away like 'no!!!' like some sort of shitty spam email that lands on your regular inbox without fail, BUT

the abyss only wanted him to take on one form. in cyanide that form was the foul legacy, and to be frank childe did take it. he just refused to remain with that form. and also like- for it to have reached the 'haha the abyss is like an insistent dog' status, it would've had to have been-

not agonizing. like i get the joke but the process of rejecting the abyss' insistence on taking the FL form was not only a one-time process, but also like- nearly cost him his life. so uh.

Thinking about the incubus one shot you did a few years back and now I'm just imagining a series of unexplained deaths hitting the town, and the deaths have seemingly no correlation save for the fact that the victims all bullied Dipper at one point or another, and eventually figuring out that the incubus that would later try and seduce Bill disguised as Dipper used that same trick to suck the life force out of all the victims, and it worked every time because the ones who picked on Dipper the hardest were actually crushing on him 100%. It gets hairy because only one person survived their incubus encounter, and because the incubus was disguised as Dipper, they accuse him of being some kind of killer and the town gets suspicious of him and so Bill and Dipper have to clear his name. I hope that makes sense 😭

they honestly couldve done so much with junpei beheaded/dismembered and im disappointed that it ended up just being mira. so much of his character and his relationship with akane is characterized by his lack of bodily autonomy, and him being openly beheaded during the nonary games would be the ultimate example of this. its perhaps the most brutal death in the game, and it never really gets explained or developed beyond the one puzzle that we get with it. junpei has been shown repeatedly to be subject to akane's plans or follow her blindly and i just think that would have been a really interesting angle to approach his beheading from. junpei has willingly signed up for nonary games in two different timelines just because he knew he would see her. he was infected with a deadly virus trying to find her. he grew desensitized to death as he took underground jobs to try and find her. his safety always comes second when shes in the picture, and his beheading wouldve been a prime opportunity to 1. exploit his willingness to let himself die/be injured for her and 2. make akane confront the fact that her confidence that junpei will always follow after her is not necessarily a positive thing.

i think my official take on charlie and alastor's dynamic is that i don't particularly care for it as a ship (LOVE some of the art though), BUT i do think their relationship is going to be one of the most interesting things about the show, and definitely MY favorite part. something about the sunshine princess who's actually SUPREMELY terrifyingly powerful and the equally upbeat and ever-delighted yet equally terrifyingly powerful demon who is at the COMPLETE OPPOSITE of the morality spectrum is one that is sooooooo good. i need them to be best friends SO BADLY

idk that dancing post does have one Extremely funny aspect to me. Most of my ocs relationships are between bear traps and the person they've locked up on, sometimes it's bear trap 4 bear trap,

so in that post you have cannibals, serial killers, horrifically abusive partners, actual pirates, two entire cops, a woman who helped kill god and kick off the apocalypse, Vincent and Pavo are there.

and then of the bear traps is just a guy who's biggest crime is that he cheated on his husband with the sexy wolf man who lives behind their house.

it just. it puts the scale of that cursed twin thing into perspective.
