ooh okay so not to contradict you but I feel like Remus is that guy that comes over and has to do virtually nothing for your cat to just fall completely in love with him

Sirius, on the other hand, doesn't reallyyyyy consider himself a cat person so at first he's wary of it but when he sees how happy you are that your cat likes Remus he tries to feed it treats to win it over and is so frustrated because it will just take the treats and leave

Sirius tries so hard for a while (awe <3) to get it to like him, always trying to pet it and sneak it treats and keeping catnip in his pockets, but to no avail. it wants only Remus

even you get frustrated after a while that your own cat, who you feed, just wants to sit with your boyfriend who evidently couldn't care less. Remus only deigns to give it a scratch between the ears every now and then, and the cat purrs like there's no tomorrow at the smidgeon of attention

at some point, Sirius gets fed up and stops trying. he wants to sit on Remus' lap, so he will move the cat if its in his way and he doesn't care that you and Remus both protest (though secretly you're not too upset because it gives you a chance to win back your own cat) and, as it turns out, that's the tipping point! once Sirius stops trying to win your cat over it comes to him willingly, and the third or fourth time he moves it off Remus it just hops back atop both of them

Sirius is looking at you with huge eyes like "shit fuck what do I do? do I pet it? do I feed it? help" but Remus just reaches over a hand and gives the cat one good stroke and it settles right in. Sirius eventually learns to do the same

now when either Sirius or you catch Remus being all sweet on the cat (playing with it and laughing, kissing it on the head, doing a high cooing voice) he gets a tad embarassed and pretends it didn't happen

Sel x Bree thoughts that make me rabid

1. I’ve said it before but I’ll say it again: Cat boy Sel is sooo important

Bree has come to realise that Sel is very much like a cat and he very much enjoys sunning himself. Usually he’ll climb a tree in a sunny spot and perch up in a branch, Bree loves to watch the way the sun and shadows play across his face

the way he practically purrs when Bree scratches his scalp

he hisses at people he doesn’t like

2. One of Sel’s favourite ways of showing affection is pressing his cheek to Bree’s or pressing their foreheads together.

It’s the intimacy of sharing that space with her. Sel’s love language is physical touch, and it’s the casual intimacy of the gesture that he loves. Being able to see Bree, come up to her and kiss her temple or press his cheek to hers in greeting.

3. Sel loves Bree’s hair. Before she knew how much he cared for her, he’d catch himself admiring her in the sunlight. The way the light would play off the curls and wisps of her hair, alight in bronze hues. His lips would part and he’d stare and have to distract himself from reaching for her

4. I love the idea of Sel blushing, being furious that he’s blushing (how could my body betray me like that), which makes him glare. 5. Sel finds it awfully inconvenient that Bree can feel his eyes on her - it’s difficult to skilfully pine for and admire a girl in a non-desperate totally cool way when she knows every time that you’re looking at her

Alice: I mean we all know Sel is down astronomically bad for Bree, it’s not a secret to anybody. Sel glares from the corner

I’m also so down for the bickering between Alice and Selwyn. Their ongoing bit of only referring to each other as “Kane” and “Chen” like two foes, but they’re united in their ability to kick anybody’s ass in defence of Bree

6. Not to be nsfw or anything but, it’s also canon that Sel’s canines are incredibly sensitive - one time they’re kissing on the sofa and Bree is on top of him, his hand stroking her thigh. Bree runs her tongue over the tip of his canine and the way he shudders and his eyes burn, and he just melts into her mouth - he’s like putty

7. Alternatively, kissing Sel when he’s aether drunk - after much insistence on his part that he’s completely fine, he just needs a couple kisses to make him feel better.

He sits on the edge of his bed and Bree stands between his legs. And he’s muttering in welsh looking up at her with burnt amber eyes, Bree catches some familiar words like, beautiful, breath-taking, and you’re incredible

she leans down to give him a quick kiss and he takes the opportunity to wrap his arms around her, leaning back on the bed and pulling Bree down with him as she giggles

8. there’s a live band playing at one of the campus bars and Bree wants to go - Alice has gone home for the weekend. Sel detests live music with a passion (it’s all too much for his senses), so William offers to go with Bree instead, reassuring Sel that everything is fine - it’s just a bar!

Sel still watches the perimeter from outside - he tried to stand in the bar with ear plugs in but his eye started twitching and he excused himself

9. When they’re walking around together and Sel will either have an arm slung over her shoulder, or she’ll link an arm around him and the casual contact and affection is everything to him

10. Bree finds the smell of his aether signature so comforting. Especially when he’s happy or at peace, the scent of charred cinnamon and whiskey is mellowed, almost warmer and more inviting. Bree is falling asleep one night and mumbles if he can cast something - he casts a light scattering of aether drops falling in the room. Bree sleepily smiles and snuggles into the crook of his neck. Sel feels his heart thumping so loudly in his chest - surely even Bree can hear it

Not to end it on a bittersweet note or anything, but for so long Sel struggled to visualise what he wanted for himself outside of his role. As Kingsmage there wasn’t really anything else but to care for Nick. But holding Bree there and it’s never been so clear to him what he had, and what he wanted to keep.

Quaritch relished in moments like these where he finally gets to spend time with you. Needless to say, since getting his avatar body, he never felt better, faster, and even playful. But god forbid the lessons he had to go through in getting used to this. But yada yada, all this, all that- it finally paid off as he now gets to spend more time with you.

However this one particular morning, he was enjoying having you huddled on top of him, one of his arm wrapped around you so you don't fall.

It was like that when suddenly he was staring at you, seconds after you've just given him a decent uppercut with your head as you looked at him with wide eyes, as if you saw a ghost. It looked like you've just got shaken up by one hell of a nightmare.

"The hell was that for?" He grumbles in his old grumpy manner with a 'What the fuck?' look at you, his usual scowl returning.

But this discovery had your mouth wide and a mischevious glint in your eyes as you gestured all over in excitement.

"What? You forgot to speak?" He snarkily replied.

Quaritch watched as you lay your head on his chest a few times, making sure you weren't hearing things.

Then he hears your laugh, he was starting to get annoyed at this point, with his chin slightly aching and with you looking like a crazed scientist.

"I can't believe- oh this is great." You finally speak, looking up at him with one of your smiles that had Miles' features softening.

"What's so great? Me?" He chuckles. Although nothing could prepare him for what you said.

"I didn’t know you guys could purr!"

Miles' expression drops, blinking. "Huh?"

"You're purring!! I can't - oh this is amazing." You laugh, leaning your head against his chest to hear the low rumble emitting from it, giving you a warm and comfy feeling.

Miles' huge hand raises to carefully pry you off his chest and not to accidentally flung you across the room.

"Come again?" He asked.

"You don't know? I mean can't you feel it? Or is it like a - what do you call that again-" You look up in thought as he simply stared at you with a puzzled expression. You give up on trying to search for the word, turning your attention back on the avatar in front of you, whose tail was flicking in curiosity behind him, ears flicking.

"Okay, do you... Feel anything?" You ask.

Miles simply shakes his head no. You roll your eyes. "Come on, cooperate with me Miles." The way his name rolls off your tongue had him complying.

He takes a moment to feel what he was feeling. He felt happy, content even— but he wouldn't admit that. Still, he then registers the low rumbling coming from deep in his chest. It was roaring- like an engine if you will.

His brows furrowed, is that what it was?

He thought you wouldn't be able to hear that... Has he been doing that for a while? That's weird, he only notices it when he's with you but he rarely pays attention to it. So that's what got you acting like a crazed scientist.

Miles looks at you, and he swore the roaring in his chest got louder. He didn’t even knew the makers programmed them to be able to do that.

"So you are just a big cat after all." You teased as you watched his face contort into realization.

"No I ain't, pumpkin." He was not going to accept this.

"Just accept it Miles," smirking playfully at him. "I wonder... If the other recoms know that their commander's just a big huggable cat that purrs." You teased.

"Stop it." He glares at you.

"Would you look at that I'm on my way down to inform the others."

Foul Legacy's a lot like a cat; a very sweet, cuddly cat who's also twice your height. he would definitely sit on your lap is he wasn't so heavy, but alas, he can only curl around you and nudge your face against your stomach- it's not that bad, though, since you always always begin scritching behind his horns, Legacy melting into your hands with a heavy purr until he's a pile of Abyss moth mush. or sometimes he'll pull you into his lap, claws wrapping around your waist and chin resting on your shoulder as he nudges your cheek. he'll slowly lean back, gradually tipping over until gravity takes hold and he falls backwards, both of you landing with a soft thump as he holds the back of your head to cushion it, looking at you with a happy, lopsided grin until you can't help but lean forward and press a gentle kiss to his fanged maw

what's almost more adorable is how some of Foul Legacy's traits carry over to Childe, especially when he's around you- the way he tilts his head at things that confuse him, how he yawns so widely all his teeth show, his penchant for coming up behind you and burying his face in your neck. on some days you can tell when Legacy is just energetic, as Childe's words come out with a subtle trill or purr at the end of them, his canines and nails just a little bit sharper than normal and his eyes occasionally sparkling when the sun hits them right- those are the days where you have a 50/50 chance of being dragged into his room at Northland Bank for impromptu snuggles, no matter what he was doing before you arrived

I think he would require cuddles every single time you come back home. Also, I can totally imagine him laying on top of you same as cats make themselves into a loaf on top of their owner.

Next thing, I feel like his tail is very sensitive and max is very particular about who can touch it. So firstly, I think that even though max slowly gets more and more comfortable with you and with his cat hybrid instincts, he still struggles with actually verbalising what he wants? However, he also has the classic cat instincts of just doing whatever the hell he wants, so as he gets more comfortable he kinda just takes whatever he wants from you, which you have no problem with because you'd much rather have that than him close up and not express his needs at all.

All of this is to say that max will often come home and rather than ask for cuddles, he'll just... jump on you. You MUST cuddle him when you get back home and if you don't then he will make sure he gets his cuddles himself.

He'll also just drag you to the nearest couch or bed the moment he can because he must cuddle you! And you know how cats tend to rub themselves on people they care about? Max has to do that every single time you come home. Ideally you must come home and immediately sit down and let him rub himself all over you until he's satisfied and only then can you continue with your day.

And yes he will lay directly on top of you.

You swear max has a sixth sense for somehow knowing every single time you're sitting or laying down. The moment you sit or lay down, he just appears out of nowhere and lays down on top of you.

You have absolutely no say in this. He is your cat hybrid boyfriend and therefore that is his right.

Anyway, his tail!! He has such a sensitive tail and while at first he refused to let you touch it at all, he slowly realises how nice it feels whenever you pet his tail.

I also think he starts to kinda hand you his tail? It's his silent way of letting you know he wants your attention or is feeling unsettled or something like that, because he knows you'll immediately start petting his tail which his exact;y what he wants.

It's always after petting his tail for a few minutes that he just turns into jelly. He leans into you, making you take his full weight and just purring lightly because he's getting the attention he wanted.

He truly has the nicest purrs, and after scenes? He's like a little motor, especially because he's so relaxed that he's not trying to hold back so he's just purring happily to himself while you clean him up and then pull him into your arms.

If you decide to change into it while sleeping or laying on the couch, he will grab you, petting you very gently while cooing at how soft your fur is.

He's decided to buy a bunch more cat trees for you, specifically one in the bedroom if and when you change.

Never and less, he absolutely adores how you change into a cat; rubbing his legs while purring to get his attention.

Speaking of purring, if you are on his lap and decide to purr, he'll just start laughing while petting your chin more: "Aw, does someone like scratches?"

Deku / Izuku Midoriya:

Izuku definitely loves your cat form!!

He practically begs for you to lay on his chest, wanting to hear you purr while he kisses your head.

Whenever you meow at his feet, he will drop everything and pet you; making sure to coo how of a pretty baby you are.

As much as he loves you... please do not leave any dead animals in front of him; he's worried about you getting sick.

If and when you do change when the two of you are sleeping, expect to be woken up with him 'awning' and peppering your face with kisses; making sure to secretly take pictures of you.

There's sooo many cat toys, trees, and snacks for you; specifically one in his home office and bedroom. If you decide to use of of them, he will literally cry of happiness.

Idk if you talked about it anywhere, but how much do instincts affect Phillip (in both human and wolf form)? Does he do the funny teeth check thing? Can he be bribed with dog treats? How protective is he? He can growl, obviously, but can he purr? (I know that’s more a cat thing but many werewolf aus implement it)

don't feel bad, i haven't been on tumblr much myself lately, too busy, but i'm glad to check back in and see you in my inbox haha

oh nice coincedence i've been thinking about that au again recently as well!! i have one ask i answered about it i think, but i haven't talked about it much sooo - he can keep himself in check in his human form, cause, well, it's kind of expected from him to mostly be collected because of his position and responsibilities. but i've drawn a couple things where he's partially shifted with like ears and tail and i had this idea that, since he's very emotional and fidgets a lot in canon, and his face and body language are very expressive... yeah, sometimes he wags his tail when he's excited, okay!! he can't help it if he's not actively focused on not doing that!!! you can't blame him!! - yes, it happened a couple of times when he was looking at ale. he said he was just thinking about something nice. alejandro connected the dots when they got together and he just kept doing that every time he sees him - he flicks his right ear when he's thinking about something really hard. alejandro thinks it's adorable - same with everything else basically. he gets the involuntary spark of interest but can redirect his focus onto something else - alejandro tried to make fun of him by giving him dog treats once and was promptly bitten on the hand. he still kept them as a snack tho. he just won't let alejandro have his moment of being a smartass. listen some of those things like,, biscuits,, those can actually be pretty nice - it's different in wolf form. like, he can still focus on the task at hand, but it's harder if it's not a serious pressing situation. sometimes you just need to be a silly goofy dog for a while to be happy and content with your day. sometimes you just need to go out into the woods with your besties to roll around in grass and chase after bugs. - yeah shadows in their wolf forms do that thing wolves do when they try to lick into your mouth to greet you and be affectionate - i haven't really thought about purring, but you know that thing when dogs yelp and whine and sneeze when they're excited? that. - he tries to restrict wolf sounds to wolf form. unfortunately sometimes when he's caught off guard he fails miserably - he's very protective and loyal, but only to special people. his shadows are his pack, he'd kill and die for them. alejandro, in some sense, has become a part of the pack for him as well, but he's also something else entirely. and what he has going on with shepherd shouldn't be confused with loyalty - you can't put a wolf on a tight leash and expect it to behave forever.

Actually for a while I was stuck between gay and bi headcanon for him. Bc at one hand Kamui did love a woman, it's reasonable to assume he had romantic interest in Kotori. But for the love of god can I not imagine him in sexual situations with a girl (kokam is such innocent ship to me? Like high school puppy love?). Also Kamui is shown way more to be physically affectionate with men, whether it's comforting touch or sexual one. So I headcanon him as bi romantic gay

Gender headcanon:

Hmm I guess cis male? I wonder if he feels strongly about gender at all...

Fuukam and subkam. Needless to say dynamics are very different lmao, all four of them (including trc). Although, I'd say Kamui is a character that's very ship-able? He gets into intense and usually complex relationships with characters around him, plus knowing X there's alot of touchiness and emotional business. In trc he's like a hissing cat tho but Fuuma was only more tempted to try pet him loo

If we're not shipping Kamui with Subaru then their relationship in both X and Tsubasa. Especially in tsubasa, they looks so adorable together. I mean look at them

It's canon, Kamui doesn't know how to handle being doted on, as well as cute things. Also in X his relationship with rest of Seals, especially Sorata and Yuzuriha

Hmm, I'm not sure if Kamui gets paired often with anyone that's not Subaru or Fuuma. Maybe some people ship him with Keiichi or Kotori which is understandable and cute. I've seen few times that someone shipped him with Seishirou as a kink which just... I want to know why 😂 or more importantly, I want to know HOW since I sooo cannot imagine it

Thanks to @gabbylyons now I'm sure he purrs in his sleep. Ofc not always, but when he gets happy or is cuddling up to someone. Bonus if he curls in semi fetal position with hands tucked under chin like a cat 🥺🙏
