Anyway, this guy's name is Quote Sans! He isn't related to Welltale, but he's instead an outcode OC I had since 2020 :D

He was first posted on Undertale Amino, but that was his old design and I dont use amino anymore, so I figured I start posting him here!

Quote was originally founded in the void, but he was able to escape and enter into the Multiverse eventually. Due to being stuck in the void for so long, he lost a lot of his magic and is unable to summon attacks. He also lost the ability to talk in his own voice, so he instead uses the little bit of magic he has available and repeats phrases he's heard from other characters, kind of like an echo flower. (Hence the name "Quote")
