A Night Out / Tara Carpenter x Male Reader
Tumblr media
You would think dating for Tara would be easy, right? Wrong. Being asked out on a date by Y/n — the guy she'd been seeing for months was all she wanted to do. But it seems her extremely overprotective sister had other ideas.
Word count: 4056
A/n: This one was requested by @jacenradio7 I hope you enjoy it!
Tara paced in front of the mirror, smoothing down her dress for the third time in the last ten minutes. Tonight was supposed to be a simple dinner date with her new boyfriend, Y/n. It had only been a few weeks since they’d started dating, and things were going great. The problem? Sam.
Her older sister had a habit of scaring off anyone Tara ever dated. And this time, Sam had insisted on meeting Y/n before "anything got too serious."
Tara groaned internally, already bracing for what was about to happen. Y/n had no idea what he was walking into, and she wasn’t sure she could protect him from Sam’s interrogation.
As if on cue, there was a knock at the door. “Tara, you ready?” Sam called from the hallway.
“Yeah, one second!” Tara took a deep breath, grabbing her purse and heading out of her room. She opened the door to find Sam leaning against the wall, arms crossed and eyebrow raised.
“Relax, Sam. Please don’t scare him off,” Tara pleaded, giving her sister a look.
“I’m not going to scare him. Just… making sure he’s the real deal,” Sam replied with a smirk. “You’re my little sister, and I need to know he’s not some weirdo.”
Tara rolled her eyes but followed Sam downstairs, dreading the inevitable. Y/n was already waiting at the door, flowers in one hand and the other hand in his pocket, looking a bit too relaxed for someone about to meet Sam Carpenter.
“Hey,” he said with a bright smile when Tara appeared. He then extended the flowers to her. “These are for you.”
“Hey,” Tara responded, her nerves easing slightly at the sight of him. “Thanks.” She said, smelling the flowers with a small smile. He had a calming effect, always so laid-back, but she doubted even Y/n could stay that cool around Sam.
Y/n turned to greet Sam, offering a polite nod. “You must be Sam. Tara told me a lot about you.”
Sam eyed him for a moment before speaking. “Good to know. I hope most of it was flattering.”
Tara shot Sam a warning glance, but Y/n didn’t seem phased. “Only the good stuff. Protective older sister and all,” he said, his easygoing smile never faltering.
“Protective is an understatement,” Tara muttered under her breath, earning a chuckle from Y/n and a side-eye from Sam.
“Alright, let’s get to the point,” Sam said, motioning for everyone to sit down in the living room. “I just have a few questions for you, Y/n.”
“Sam—” Tara began, but Sam held up a hand, cutting her off.
“No, no. I’m sure Y/n can handle it,” she said with a pointed look.
Y/n sat down on the couch next to Tara, looking more amused than nervous. “Fire away.”
Sam leaned forward, elbows on her knees, as if preparing to interrogate a suspect. “So, how did you two meet?”
Tara winced. This wasn’t so bad yet, but she knew it was coming.
“We met through some mutual friends at a party,” Y/n answered easily. “I thought she seemed pretty cool, so I asked her to hang out.”
Sam raised an eyebrow. “And you’ve been dating for how long?”
“A few weeks now,” Y/n said, his tone calm and friendly. “We’ve been taking things slow.”
Tara appreciated how collected he was, but Sam was far from done. “And what are your intentions with my sister?”
There it was. The dreaded question. Tara could feel her face heating up, but Y/n didn’t miss a beat.
“My intentions?” Y/n repeated with a chuckle, glancing at Tara before looking back at Sam. “I like Tara. I think she’s smart, fun, and has a great sense of humor. I just want to spend time with her, get to know her better, and see where things go. No pressure, no games.”
Tara’s heart fluttered at his response. It was honest, and she could tell he wasn’t just saying it to appease Sam. He meant it.
Sam, however, wasn’t quite convinced yet. “No games, huh? Because if I find out you’re messing with her, I won’t hesitate to—”
“Sam!” Tara interrupted, glaring at her sister. “Seriously, enough. I’m not a kid anymore. I can handle myself.”
Sam’s expression softened just a bit, but she wasn’t ready to back down. “I know you can, but that doesn’t mean I’m not going to look out for you. That’s my job.”
Y/n gave a small nod. “I get it, Sam. Really, I do. I’d probably be the same way if I had a sister. But I promise, I’m not here to hurt Tara.”
Sam stared at him for a few more seconds, clearly trying to decide if she believed him. Finally, she leaned back in her seat, crossing her arms. “Alright. But I’ll be keeping an eye on you.”
Tara let out a sigh of relief, feeling the tension in the room ease up slightly. “Okay, interrogation over. Can we go now?”
Sam smirked, clearly satisfied with herself. “Fine. You can go. But be back by 11.”
“Sam,” Tara groaned, rolling her eyes.
“Okay, fine. Midnight. And don’t make me regret it.”
Tara quickly grabbed Y/n’s hand and pulled him toward the door before Sam could change her mind. “Thanks, Sam,” she called over her shoulder, practically dragging Y/n outside.
Once they were in the car, Tara let out a long breath. “I’m so sorry about that.”
Y/n laughed, shaking his head. “It’s all good. I kind of expected it, honestly. She just wants to make sure you’re okay.”
“Yeah, but sometimes she’s too much,” Tara replied, though her irritation was starting to melt away. “I appreciate that she cares, but she doesn’t have to scare everyone off.”
“I wasn’t scared,” Y/n said with a grin. “I actually think it’s cool that she’s so protective. It means she cares a lot about you.”
Tara looked at him, surprised by how well he handled everything. “You’re… really not fazed, are you?”
“Nope,” he said confidently. “Besides, I’m not going anywhere.”
Tara smiled, feeling her nerves from earlier completely disappear. Maybe this was exactly what she needed—someone who could handle her overprotective sister and still want to stick around.
As they drove off for their date, Tara felt lighter. Sam had done her usual interrogation, but for the first time, Tara was sure that Y/n would pass the test.
—————————
As they drove toward the restaurant, Tara’s nerves finally began to settle. Y/n had passed Sam’s interrogation with flying colors, and she couldn’t help but feel relieved that, for once, her sister hadn’t scared off her date. The car hummed softly beneath them as the city lights blurred by, casting a warm glow on the evening ahead.
“So, how traumatized are you after that?” Tara asked, a teasing smile playing on her lips as she glanced over at Y/n.
He let out a soft laugh, keeping his eyes on the road. “On a scale from 1 to 10? Maybe a 4. Sam’s tough, but I get why she’s like that.”
“I think you’re the first guy who’s ever said that,” Tara admitted, shaking her head. “Most of them don’t come back for a second date after meeting her.”
“Well, they clearly don’t know what they’re missing,” Y/n replied smoothly, giving her a sidelong glance that made her heart skip a beat.
Tara smiled, grateful that he didn’t seem shaken by Sam’s protective behavior. She knew her sister meant well, but sometimes it felt like overkill—especially when it came to dating. She wanted to believe that Sam trusted her, but after everything they’d been through, Tara understood why she was always on guard.
As they pulled up to the restaurant, a cozy little Italian place with twinkling lights strung above the outdoor seating, Y/n parked the car and turned to her. “Ready for some carbs and wine?”
“Always,” Tara replied with a grin. “I’ve been craving pasta all week.”
They stepped out of the car, and Y/n quickly moved to her side, his hand finding hers in a casual, easy gesture that felt completely natural. Tara’s heart fluttered again, realizing how comfortable she already felt around him. It was rare for her to connect with someone so effortlessly.
Inside the restaurant, the warm glow of candles and the soft hum of conversation created a cozy, intimate atmosphere. They were seated at a small table near the back, away from the hustle of the busier sections. As soon as they sat down, Y/n reached across the table, his fingers brushing lightly over hers.
“I’m really glad you convinced me to stick around after Sam’s third degree,” Y/n said with a grin, his hand resting on hers. “I thought I was walking into some kind of trial.”
Tara laughed, her earlier nerves fully replaced by a sense of ease. “Honestly, I think you handled it better than I did. I usually end up apologizing for her five times before the night’s over.”
“Well, you don’t have to apologize for her. She’s just looking out for you,” Y/n said, his expression softening. “I respect that.”
Tara tilted her head, studying him. “You really don’t mind?”
“Not at all,” he replied, squeezing her hand gently. “It just makes me want to stick around even more.”
For a moment, Tara was speechless. No one had ever responded to Sam’s protectiveness like this. Most guys ran in the opposite direction, but Y/n was different. He wasn’t intimidated, and he didn’t seem bothered by the idea that Sam would always be watching over her. In fact, he seemed to understand it.
“So, tell me,” Y/n said, breaking the comfortable silence. “What’s it like having a sister like Sam?”
Tara smiled at the question, leaning back in her chair. “It’s… complicated. On one hand, she’s my best friend. She’s been there for me through everything, especially after what happened in Woodsboro. But on the other hand, she can be… a lot. She’s always worried about me, always trying to protect me. I know she means well, but sometimes it feels like she’s waiting for something bad to happen.”
Y/n nodded thoughtfully, taking a sip of his water. “I can imagine that’s tough. But you’ve been through a lot together. That kind of bond doesn’t just disappear.”
Tara appreciated his understanding. It wasn’t often that someone outside her family truly got what it was like to live in the shadow of everything they’d experienced. “Yeah. It’s a weird balance between loving how much she cares and wanting her to back off a little. But, honestly? I wouldn’t trade her for anything.”
“That’s good to hear,” Y/n said with a smile. “Because from what I’ve seen, she’s a pretty great sister.”
“She is,” Tara agreed, her heart swelling with affection for Sam, despite the frustration she sometimes felt. “She’s just… Sam.”
“And I can handle that,” Y/n said confidently.
Tara felt a rush of warmth at his words. Y/n wasn’t just sticking around despite Sam; he seemed to genuinely respect her and what she meant to Tara. That was a new experience, and it made her feel even more certain that she was on the right path with him.
Their conversation shifted to lighter topics as they ordered their food. Tara found herself laughing at Y/n’s jokes and stories, completely wrapped up in the moment. By the time their plates arrived, she realized that, for the first time in a long while, she wasn’t looking over her shoulder, waiting for something to go wrong. She was just… happy.
“So,” Y/n said after a few bites of his pasta. “What’s the next hurdle? Is there, like, a family meeting where I have to win over your cousins or something?”
Tara laughed, shaking her head. “No, I think you’ve survived the worst of it. Sam’s the main gatekeeper.”
“Well, that’s a relief,” he teased, but there was a softness in his eyes as he spoke. “I’m really glad I got to meet her. It makes me understand you a little better.”
Tara felt her heart skip again at his sincerity. “I’m glad, too. And I’m glad you’re not running for the hills after tonight.”
“Not a chance,” Y/n said, his voice firm. “I’m exactly where I want to be.”
Tara’s smile widened as she looked at him, realizing that, for the first time in a long time, she felt like things were falling into place. Y/n wasn’t just another guy who would come and go—he was someone who understood her, someone who was willing to embrace her life, complications and all.
As they finished their meal and lingered over dessert, Tara couldn’t help but feel hopeful. Maybe, just maybe, this was the beginning of something real.
By the time Y/n walked her back to the door later that night, the air was crisp and cool, a perfect contrast to the warmth she felt inside. They stood on the porch, neither of them quite ready to say goodnight.
“I had a great time tonight,” Tara said, her voice soft.
“Me too,” Y/n replied, stepping closer. He reached out, tucking a loose strand of hair behind her ear. “So, when’s the next date?”
Tara grinned, her heart racing. “How about next weekend?”
“It’s a date,” he said, leaning in to kiss her softly.
As their lips met, Tara felt a sense of peace wash over her. She wasn’t sure what the future held, but right now, with Y/n, she knew she was exactly where she was supposed to be.
—————————
It was well past midnight, and Sam Carpenter sat on the couch, the dim glow of the TV barely lighting up the room. The house was quiet, except for the occasional hum of the fridge. She stared blankly at the screen, though she wasn’t really paying attention to the old horror movie playing in front of her. Her mind was somewhere else entirely—on Tara.
She had heard her sister come in about fifteen minutes ago, quietly tiptoeing to her room, probably to avoid a confrontation or further questioning. Sam couldn’t blame her. After the intense interrogation she’d put Y/n through earlier, Tara was probably relieved to have escaped unscathed.
Sam smirked a little, recalling how Y/n had handled himself. He hadn’t flinched or tried to sweet-talk his way out of her questions. He had been calm, respectful, and, surprisingly, genuine. That was new.
She sighed, leaning back against the couch. A part of her knew she was overbearing—hell, Tara told her as much all the time. But Sam couldn’t help it. After everything they’d been through, the idea of her little sister getting hurt again terrified her.
Y/n seemed different, though. For the first time, Sam didn’t get that sinking feeling in her gut when she looked at the guy sitting across from her. He was careful with Tara, in a way that didn’t feel fake or rehearsed. And Sam respected that, even if she didn’t fully trust him yet.
She shifted on the couch, running a hand through her hair. Letting go wasn’t easy for her. It hadn’t been since they’d survived Woodsboro. Since then, Sam had taken on the role of protector, whether Tara wanted her to or not.
But tonight had been a little different. Seeing the way Tara had smiled at Y/n, how happy she seemed, made Sam wonder if maybe, just maybe, she didn’t have to be on guard all the time. Maybe Y/n wasn’t like the others.
Still, old habits died hard.
Sam grabbed the remote and turned off the TV, the sudden silence filling the room. She stood and headed toward her bedroom, pausing for a moment at Tara’s closed door. For a brief second, she considered knocking but decided against it.
Instead, she whispered softly to herself, “I just want you to be happy, Tara.”
With that, she walked down the hallway and into her room, hoping that maybe, for once, things might be okay.
Bonus chapter:
The following weekend, Tara found herself counting down the hours until her next date with Y/n. After their unforgettable night at the park, anticipation bubbled in her stomach. She had spent the week gushing to her friends about Y/n and their blossoming relationship, but now it was time to see him again.
As she stood in front of her closet, surveying her options, she could hear Sam’s footsteps approaching. She knocked lightly before entering, her expression a mix of curiosity and amusement. “What’s the occasion? Are you getting ready for a runway show?”
“Ha, very funny,” Tara replied, rolling her eyes as she tossed a shirt back into the closet. “I’m trying to find the perfect outfit for my date with Y/n.”
Sam leaned against the doorframe, arms crossed. “So, what’s the plan this time?”
“We’re going to this cool outdoor movie screening,” she said, feeling her excitement grow. “I can’t wait to watch Jaws under the stars.”
“Nice choice. That movie freaked me out as a kid,” She admitted, smirking. “You know, the ocean is a scary place.”
“Oh, come on! It’s a classic. Plus, it’s just a movie!” she laughed, trying to dismiss her fears. “You really need to lighten up.”
Sam grinned. “If you keep dating Y/n, I might have to watch Jaws again just to get in the mood.”
Tara chuckled, but then her expression turned serious for a moment. “You know, it means a lot that you’re supportive about all this. I really appreciate it.”
“Of course,” She replied, her tone sincere. “Just remember to keep your phone on in case you need me. I’ll be keeping an eye on the time, just in case.”
“I’ll be fine, I promise,” Tara assured her, but deep down, she appreciated her protective nature. It was comforting to know she cared.
After selecting a casual yet stylish outfit, Tara completed her look with a pair of comfortable sandals and a denim jacket, ready for a cool evening. She grabbed her phone, double-checking the time before heading downstairs.
When she stepped into the living room, she saw Sam flipping through channels. “You look great,” She said, glancing up. “Have fun tonight!”
“Thanks! I will,” she said, feeling a mix of excitement and nerves. “I’ll text you when I get back.”
As Tara left the house, she felt a rush of freedom wash over her. The evening was hers to enjoy, and she couldn’t wait to share it with Y/n.
The drive to the outdoor venue was filled with laughter and music. When she arrived, she spotted Y/n standing by a food truck, scanning the area for her. The moment their eyes met, his face broke into a wide grin, and Tara’s heart soared.
“Hey, beautiful!” he called out, waving her over.
“Hey!” she replied, her excitement bubbling over as she walked toward him.
Y/n handed her a small tub of popcorn, his eyes sparkling. “I got you your favorite! I remembered,” he said, beaming.
Tara smiled back, feeling touched. “You’re amazing. Thank you!”
They settled onto a blanket in front of the large screen, the sun slowly setting, painting the sky in soft hues of pink and orange. As the film started, Tara leaned against Y/n, their shoulders touching comfortably. She felt a wave of contentment wash over her as they shared the experience.
Halfway through the movie, Tara couldn’t help but notice how engaged Y/n was in the film. She glanced at him, noticing the way he leaned forward, his eyes glued to the screen. It made her smile, realizing how genuine he was, even in his enthusiasm for a classic horror flick.
As the infamous music cue began to play, signaling a shark attack, Tara let out a small gasp, clinging to Y/n’s arm. “Oh no, not again!”
Y/n laughed, glancing down at her. “Just remember, it’s only a movie! You’ll be fine.”
But when the jump scare hit, Tara squealed, burying her face into Y/n’s shoulder. He chuckled, wrapping his arm around her protectively. “You’re safe with me,” he whispered, sending a thrill of warmth through her.
The movie continued, and after the climax, they shared playful banter about the characters and the absurdity of the situations on screen. Tara found herself laughing freely, feeling the connection between them grow stronger with every shared joke and comment.
When the credits rolled, the audience erupted into applause, and Tara felt a surge of happiness. “That was so much fun!” she exclaimed, her eyes sparkling with excitement.
“Right? I had a blast,” Y/n replied, grinning. “You’ve got to admit that it’s way more fun watching it outdoors.”
“Definitely! And I can’t believe I survived the scares,” she teased.
They began to pack up their things, and as they stood, Y/n looked at her with an earnest expression. “I’m really glad we’re doing this. You’re a lot of fun to be around.”
Tara felt a blush creep onto her cheeks. “Thanks, Y/n. I really enjoy spending time with you.”
As they made their way back to the car, Tara’s phone buzzed in her pocket. She pulled it out to see a message from Sam.
Sam: How’s it going?
She smiled, knowing she was likely keeping tabs on her.
Tara: It’s great! Just finished the movie. I’ll be home soon!
Sam replied almost instantly.
Sam: Good! Remember, I’m always just a text away. Don’t let him get any ideas!
Tara chuckled, shaking her head.
“Everything okay?” Y/n asked, noticing her amused expression.
“Just my sister being protective, as usual,” she explained, laughing lightly. “She wants to make sure I’m safe.”
“Can’t blame her. Siblings can be tough,” Y/n replied, nodding in understanding. “But you seem to handle it well.”
“Most of the time,” she admitted. “But I appreciate that she cares.”
As they reached the car, Tara’s heart raced at the thought of spending more time with Y/n. Once they were inside, the conversation flowed effortlessly, touching on everything from their favorite music to their dream travel destinations. The chemistry between them felt palpable, and Tara couldn’t help but feel that this night was just another step forward in their relationship.
When they finally arrived back at her house, Tara turned to Y/n, her heart pounding. “Thank you for an amazing evening. I had a lot of fun.”
“Me too,” he replied, leaning closer.
Their gazes locked, and in that moment, the world around them faded away. Tara leaned in, and Y/n met her halfway, their lips brushing softly before deepening the kiss. It felt electric, filled with the promise of more moments like this one.
When they pulled apart, both breathless, Tara felt a rush of exhilaration. “Goodnight, Y/n. I can’t wait for our next date.”
“Goodnight, Tara,” he replied, his smile lighting up the night. “I’m already looking forward to it.”
As she stepped out of the car and walked to the door, she glanced back to see Y/n waving. She waved back, feeling giddy as she entered her house.

HEARTSTEEL SETT / READER ♡ Gender Neutral ♡ SFW (Light sexuality, nothing explicit.) ♡ Hi my dear! Wasn't sure if you meant the relationship ones or kiss ones—Yone is getting both in upcoming separate posts, and I've already done Sett kisses here ! Hope you enjoy these :D
♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡
SETT
Sett's most sensitive spot is his ears. They're dreamy soft, like velvet but thicker, and oh-so-warm. When you play with them he goes weak in the knees, tilting his head towards your gentle hands and letting out a low groan. He adores when you play with them. If he plops his head in your lap and looks up at you with pleading puppy-dog eyes, chances are an ear-rub is what he's begging for.
After Sett smashes out a great lifting session, he usually sends you a mirror selfie. He just wants to tell you he had a great workout, and he loves when you encourage him, so it's mostly innocent. But come on...he's shining with sweat, his muscles look fucking huge, and he's got that flushed-cheek, out of breath smile. How are you not supposed to ogle him a little bit? If you accuse him of trying to turn you on with his gym selfies he goes 'no wayyyyyy'. The next picture he says—one of him winking at you, with the hem of his shirt pulled tight between his sharp teeth and his glorious abs on display—says otherwise.
Sett's social media pages consist of basically two things: gymbro shit and cute animal videos. He spams you with the latter. Expect lots of pictures of housecats cuddling ("us", he captions) and videos of dogs doing tricks ("do u think we could teach earnest that??" Probably not, you tell him, but you find him on the kitchen floor the next morning trying to get the poor dog to do a flip anyway).
Sett is all for pet-names, and rarely calls you by your given name. He  goes with the classic "babe" a lot. Sometimes he likes to spice it up by sprinkling in nicknames like "hot stuff" or "sweets". If he's being cheeky, he'll give you a teasing smirk and call you his "favorite groupie".
Sett loves staying active (obviously) and he's always down to try something new. If you're for hurting date ideas, take him rollerskating, rock climbing, or swimming. And, if you're really brave? Ask him and the rest of the Heartsteel guys to go paint-balling with you. Bless his heart, he will try so hard to protect you and hyper-carry your team but his aim just isn't that good. (Predictably, Sett ends up covered in paint-splashes. He's nothing if not a good meat shield.)
For your first Christmas together, Sett's mom knits you a beanie to match his. "Oh, you two are adorable," she beams as her son excitedly tugs the warm hat over your ears. Once you've earned the beanie, trust that you've got Mama's approval on lock.
Anyone that wrongs you is on Sett's shit-list for life. He's a hothead and he knows how to hold a fucking grudge. If you complain about your boss or come to him teary-eyed because a friend blew off plans, he's fuming. "That fucking asshole," he snarls. Of course, he sets aside his fury to comfort you. Just know that a lifelong beef has been started and he's going to scowl every time you bring that person's name up again.
After a hard workout, Sett loves to tease you by pulling you in for a sweaty bear-hug. Don't worry, though—he's always down to hit the showers with you right after.
Sett knows his way around the human body—he's got a near medical knowledge of muscle groups, nerves, and effective stretches just from his time in the gym. What does this mean for you, though? The best fucking massages in the entire universe. The moment you complain about a kink in your neck or a sore back Sett's cracking his knuckles. "Okay, hot stuff," he says, placing his gentle hands on your tight muscles. "Where exactly does it hurt?" Of course, you don't need to be in pain to get a massage—Sett's eager to touch you any chance he can get. Pout a little and ask if he can pretty please rub your neck, and his hands are on you before you can finish your sentence.
Since he's a cuddle-bug and serial napper, plan on spending a fair amount of time snuggled up in Sett's bed. He keeps sweatpants in his closet for you so you can be comfy during cuddle-seshes. Honestly, though, he prefers if you skip the pants altogether and chill out in your underwear and one of his old t-shirts. He tends to take a fabric scissors to any of his shirts with sleeves—your favorite sleep shirt, though? He mercifully leaves that one alone.
Sett's a massive show-off. Anytime you're on your tippy-toes trying to reach the top shelf or you're struggling with the pickle jar, Sett swoops in with an "Oh, lemme get that for ya!" And if he's flexing extra hard opening the jar or stretching his arms so that just the teeeeeeeniest bit of his shirt slips up, exposing his six-pack...well. You might as well enjoy the show, right?
Even though he wears lifting gloves, Sett's hands get chapped and calloused, anyway. He constantly steals your lotion. If you catch him swiping it out of your bag his ears go back and he offers you a sheepish, "sorry, hon...", but does he stop?  No chance. He pops the top and slathers it on his hands, anyway. "Whaaaaaat?" he whines as you stare him down. "If I'm all rough and whatever you'll stop holding hands with me."
You and Sett have a frankly obscene amount of plushies. There's an endless sea of plush on your bed, plus a good handful on his, but he just. keeps. buying. more. You'd complain, since it makes finding a comfy position to sleep a battle sometimes, but come on... how can you say no to a sugarcone furyhorn? Fucking impossible.
Sett's favorite way to pull you closer is by your belt loops. He hooks his fingers through and gives your hips a light tug, loving the surprised squeak you give when you bump into his massive frame.
Sett has a metal water bottle with him at all times (gotta stay hydrated)! Even though he rolls his eyes when you paste cute stickers on it, you notice that he never peels them off.

Tumblr media
“Aaaah! No way! Ew! I can’t watch this!” Yeji shrieks, covering her eyes with the blanket.
Standing at the side of your bed, Hyunjin swishes a raw egg around in a glass. The three of you had every intention of going to a party tonight but an unexpected storm had other plans. So here you all are, lounging around in your pajamas daring each other to drink raw eggs.
“You won’t do it!” you taunt, fiddling with the ears of the teddy bear in your lap, “Just tell us a secret.” Yeji stretches out across the bed, resting her head on your thigh. “Yeah, tell us. Did you actually hook up with that girl who works at the cafe?” she asks, scrunching her nose up, “The girl who smells like ketchup.”
You seize the opportunity to double down on poor Hyunjin. It’s one of the many unspoken rules of the apartment. “She does smell like ketchup. They don’t even have ketchup there.” “Shut up!” Hyunjin huffs, placing a hand on his hip. He stares down at the raw egg, his stomach turning the longer he drags out the inevitable.
Tilting his head back, he brings the cup to his lips and—
“Shit, I can’t do it.”
“I knew it” Yeji gloats, slyly moving her head further onto your lap. She turns to give you the cutest pouty face. The one that you just know means she wants you to play in her hair. You give in without thinking, that’s what you always do with Yeji. How could you ever say no to a girl like her?
Twirling her silken strands around your fingertips, you try to remind yourself that this is your best friend. Your roommate. Yes she’s been cozying up to you a lot more lately but it’s nothing. Just like the thumping in your chest whenever she takes your hand or kisses your cheek. It’s nothing.
“Okay, so, uh, I didn’t hook up with the ketchup girl but…” Hyunjin sets the glass down on the dresser and pauses for dramatic effect, “Seungmin did. That’s a secret right?” You and Yeji gasp in unison, the shock of Hyunjin’s betrayal rocking you to your core.
“You did not just—you’re a terrible!” you laugh, shaking your head. “You should be ashamed” Yeji agrees, reveling in the regret on Hyunjin’s face. Hyunjin flips you the middle finger, “Fine then. Fuck you guys, I’m going to bed.” He isn’t really mad, both of you know it, and he isn’t really going anywhere but you entrain his tantrum anyway.
“Jinnie, come on. We were just joking. Stay” you beg, catching him by the wrist as he goes to grab his phone. Yeji’s pouty face may have the power to bring anyone to their knees but so does yours and Hyunjin’s nowhere near immune to it. He doesn’t want to be.
He forces you to suffer for a few more seconds, a scowl fixed on his face, before giving in. “Fine but it’s your turn now” he says, hopping onto the bed, “Tell us a secret or do the dare.” “Well you have to tell me what the dare is first.” Yeji and Hyunjin turn to each other, striking up a silent conversation only they can understand.
As close as the three of you are, the connection they have is near telepathic and has meant trouble for you since the day you moved in. Yeji sits up, her strawberry gloss tinted lips mere inches from your face, “Kiss us.”
Suddenly your internal temperature skyrockets, making the room unbearably hot. “K-kiss you?” you stutter, “On the cheek you mean?” Hyunjin cracks a devious smile, “Not quite.” You look to Yeji and back to Hyunjin. Back to Yeji. Back to Hyunjin. This is obviously a joke. “Right, ha ha ha. So funny. You got your joke in, Jinnie. I’m sorry I teased you, okay?”
“He’s not joking” Yeji persists, petting your cheek to bring your focus back to her, “We’ve all thought about it. Don’t lie and say you haven’t.” You could say you haven’t but she’s right, it’d be a lie. One of the biggest lies you’d ever tell in your life. The fantasies you’ve had of being with them, separately and together, are filthy enough to make a porn star blush.
How they look at you, it’s like they know how often you’ve wondered what it’d be like to feel their lips…hands…bodies…on yours. It dawns on you that maybe they can read your mind too. Shit.
“So,” Hyunjin hums, moving in close enough to pin you between the two of them, “What’s it gonna be then?”
Tumblr media
So, what’s it gonna be then?
The kiss.
The tiniest nervous peck on the lips. One for each of them. But you kissed Hyunjin for a split second longer than you did Yeji, she swears it. So one more for her, this one much deeper than the last, her arm coming around your waist to caress the softness of your hips. But Yeji’s gotten too greedy, the excitement of finally having you right where she wants you making it hard to let you go.
So one more for Hyunjin who doesn’t let you catch your breath for more than a moment before he captures you in another kiss, his hands slipping beneath your thin tank top to delight in the fullness of your figure. Yeji plants kisses down your shoulder, pulling your shorts aside just enough to get a peek at the lace panties beneath.
She remembers when you bought those. You were out shopping together and you asked which pair you should get to wear for some guy you were dating at the time. What a waste, she’d thought, that an asshole like that got to have you. You feel her smile as her hands dip into your shorts. It’s her turn to have you now.
“You want more, baby?” Hyunjin asks, breathlessly, running his thumb across the hardened bud that pokes through the material of your bra. “Mmm, yes. More” you whine, your entire body reacting to his touch. He grins at how sensitive you are, closing two fingers around the bud to pinch it until he’s swallowing your needy moans.
He hears them when you think you’re home alone, the low hum of your vibrator audible through your bedroom door. Standing in that hallway, his cock throbbing in his hand, precum pooling in his palm, all he wanted was to taste those moans as they left your lips. Now that he has, he’s positive he’ll get addicted. They’re far more delicious than he ever imagined.
“Open up for me” Yeji whispers, tickling your inner thigh, “Let me feel how wet you are for us.” You do exactly as you’re told, spreading your legs to grant her fingers access to the juices soaking their way through your panties. “Aww, baby, you’re such a mess” she coos, tucking your panties to the side to stroke your slit, “Jinnie, come here. You’ve gotta feel this.”
With one hand still toying with your nipple, he brings the other between your legs. Yeji drags hers upward, coating your clit in your own arousal as Hyunjin sinks a finger into your warmth. Your back arches, lust coursing through your veins, and any remnants of your former shyness falls away. Your mouth is at Yeji’s again, your tongues sloppily entangled in one another's.
It’s almost rhythmic, the rapid rise and fall of her chest as your hand ventures under her shirt to caress her breasts. Yeji hates bras, she thinks they’re an old world torture device, and her refusal to wear them has always made you happy. Especially now. They’re so plush and tender, fitting perfectly into your palms as if they were meant to be there.
You reach back to trace the outline of the bulge forming in Hyunjin’s sweatpants. He groans when you apply pressure, your fingers wrapping around as much of him as you can. You descend into a sea of moans, ravenously reaching for any part of each other you can. Clothing’s shed between kisses, between glossy eyed cries of ecstasy, until the three of you are completely naked, bodies intertwined.
Yeji lays back on the bed, her head nestled comfortably on your pillow, and watches Hyunjin play with you. He has you positioned on your knees facing her as he kneels behind you, one arm tucked beneath your tits and the other around your waist. He holds you close to his chest, fingering you at a merciless pace. “Jinnie, oh, fuck. So good” you moan, rocking your hips to feel him deeper.
Hyunjin leans into your ear, his breath tickling the tiny hairs on your neck. “Is it good, baby? Hmm? I make you feel good?” His voice is deeper than you’ve ever heard, his need for you bringing out an aggression that has you clenching even tighter than you already were. Yeji licks her lips, catching a glimpse of the way your juices glisten on Hyunjin’s fingers.
“Can I taste?” she asks, parting her legs to run her expensively manicured fingers through her folds. What’s between her thighs is nothing short of a work of art. She has the prettiest pussy you’ve ever seen and it’s dripping all over your sheets. You’ll never wash them again. Hyunjin eases his fingers out of your core, raising them to your lips. You take them into your mouth, sucking them clean before leaning down to kiss Yeji.
“Mmm, such a tasty little cunt” she hums, her knuckles bumping your clit as she rubs her own. Snatching her by the wrist, you bring her fingers to your lips and run your tongue over them. She tastes amazing. Good enough to eat. “I’m not the only one who’s tasty” you smile, this new side of you making her blush.
Hyunjin grabs you by the hips, pulling you towards him so that your ass rests in his lap and your face hovers just above Yeji’s core. He slaps your ass one cheek at a time, far too in love with the way it jiggles. “Hyunjin!” you giggle, jumping a bit at the sting of his slaps, “Cut it out. I’m trying to eat here.” He aligns himself with your entrance, stretching you with his thick tip before stopping to watch you squirm.
Yeji snakes her fingers through your hair, her clit twitching in anticipation. You waste no time plunging your tongue into her, your face buried between her legs. She tastes even better this way, walls fluttering around your tongue. Hyunjin thrusts into you and your knees almost give out. “No, no, no. None of that” he scolds, slapping your ass harder this time, “Stay up for me so I can fuck you the way you deserve.”
Another thrust and you’re squealing into Yeji’s pussy. The vibrations are heavenly, heightening the feeling of your tongue flicking at her g spot. Your bodies sync together effortlessly. Every snap of Hyunjin’s hips. Every light suck of Yeji’s clit. Every tug of your hair and moan she sends flowing through the air. Everything builds into the next, taking the three of you beyond your limits.
“Look at me” Yeji mewls, cupping your cheeks to lift your face up. She wishes she could take a picture of you like this, kitten licking her slit with those bright beautiful eyes of yours fixed on her. “I-I…cum…gonna—” You purse your lips around her clit, circling it with the tip of your tongue while you suck it harder the closer she gets.
Hyunjin kisses up your back, pressing so deep into you that you begin to tremble. Your gaze remains locked on Yeji and hers on you. You see her body tense, a fleeting look of shock washing over her face before her body’s spasming. She rides your face, eyes rolling back as she floods your tongue with her cum.
No matter which direction she twists in you try to follow her but it’s hell when every ridge of Hyunjin’s cock is flush against your walls. He throws his head back, finding it difficult to wrap his mind around how good you feel. It’s almost too much. The fullness in your lower stomach grows the deeper he strokes and you just know you can’t hold out any longer. Yeji knows too, holding your hands as she floats down from her high.
“Cum for us pretty girl.”
“Fuck, yes, let me feel you.”
The sound of their voices melded together is sexier than it has any right being. In an instant you lose control of your limbs, your eyes falling shut as you’re overwhelmbed with pleasure. Hyunjin pulls back a little, sliding you up and down to see how completely coated in you he is. Watching himself disappear into you, your cream decorating his cock, pushes him over the edge.
Just as the fullness inside of you begins to calm down, he’s pumping more than enough cum into you to bring it back twice as strong as before. But you couldn’t handle another orgasm if you wanted to. You’re ready to collapse. Hyunjin rubs your back, comforting your weakened form before his own body gives out on him. You roll over onto your backs, staring up at the ceiling in disbelief of what just happened.
What does this mean for your friendship? Will this change things between you? Or will you just wake up tomorrow and pretend it never happened? As your collective gasps for air quiet, a sense of peace falls across the room. Yeji scoots in closer to you, throwing a leg across your waist and Hyunjin snuggles up to your belly.
“You know…” Hyunjin mumbles, his eyes barely open, “You never actually chose.” Filing through the haze in your brain, you realize that he’s right.
“Uh, hmm, I’ll tell you a secret then I guess.”
“Oh, sweetie” Yeji sighs, playfully pinching your cheek, “I think we already know.”

Cold weather: Aaron Hotchner x reader
Christmas bingo day 14 : cold weather
Tumblr media
~Oh, the weather outside is frightful…~
“Turn it down.”
“Well, it’s not like the song has nothing to do with reality-“ Y/N retorted not really listening to Hotch’s command “it is particularly cold weather today.”
The words she used were quite an understatement. When the BAU team (strengthen by the fellow DA in the person of Y/N) left for yet another field action, there was no premonition of the upcoming blizzard and the temperature drop. Currently, it was hard to drive due to the heavy snowfall, but neither Y/N nor Derek seemed to be bothered by it. Maybe it was because they were both the passengers, but seemingly nothing could destroy their Christmas spirit, not even an unhinged killer on the loose. Obviously they were professional, as always, but their humour and attitude were something the chief of the unit were struggling to put up with, leaving him wondering why did he even choose those two to come with in the first place.
“Turn it down.” This time it was far more stern, even for Aaron.
“Are you a Grinch now, Hotch?” Morgan grinned from the back seat, earning nothing more than a single grunt from his boss and turning the radio off. “Come on!”
“We’re at work.”
“So what?” Derek whined “working as the profiler does not come along with being gloomy during Christmas time-“
“Morgan!” Y/N felt the need to intervene upon noticing slight, almost untraceable frown on Hotch’s face “enough.”
“Oh, so you’re siding with the boss now, Y/N?” the fellow agent leaned forward from behind the seat “Just so you know, sunshine, that’s treason.”
“He’s not my boss. I’m independent of FBI And what you just said is a slander. Pretty sure is punishable.”
“don’t give me the DA talk, Y/N. Besides-” her friend’s smile only grew wider as he moved to whisper in her ear “are you sure you are not biased because of someone’s presence?”
“Enough. Both of you.” Hotch silenced them way more effectively by pulling off the car, showing his discomfort with the subject of the conversation. Of course he knew, he was a profiler for god’s sake. “We’re here.”
Three other cars were already parked nearby and the rest of the team were waiting Obviously, the crime scene was the open area and they were going to investigate and look for clues during a snowstorm, in the cold, and almost in the dark.
“Tell me again, whose idea was it to come here right away? There is no chance we are going to find anything.” Morgan almost rolled his eyes at the nonsense of the action.
“Not with that attitude, Morgan.” Hotch muttered growlingly, turning up the collar of his coat “You could have stayed at the precinct if you’re just going to complain.”
“Can I still get back there?”
“Guys! Come and see this!” the only excited person present, Spencer, called from the side of the trees, already invested in the searching, standing knee-deep in the snow inspecting something that might have been a trace as well as some irrelevant dust brought by the wind.
“What you got there, kiddo?” Morgan almost instantly moved toward the direction from with Spencer’s voice was coming. He was surprisingly protective of the young doctor. Added value, that he finally left Y/N and the BAU boss alone.
“Cold?” Hotch asked
“What? Cold? Me? No. Not really. Not at all.” She shivered from an icy gust of wind.
“You’re shaking.”
“Am I? Really? Didn’t notice.” sticking hands in her pockets did not bring the intended effect at all.
“Maybe you should be the one heading back instead of Morgan?”
“No way! It’s my job to-“
“You’re the DA. There’s no body here. You’re useless here.”
Oh. Oh damn, that hurt.
“Useless?” she frowned feeling her cheeks flustering from the sudden rush of emotions, unable to hide it “Well I;m pretty sure if you keep dragging your team through the frozen lake in search for clues we will have a corpse in no time.”
Hotch raised an eyebrow.
“Wonder who will be useless then.” She scoffed and walked past him to join the rest of the BAU. However, she didn’t get far when a sudden grip on her hand made her stop in her tracks.
“You’re wasting time.” Hotch pointed out roughly, pulling her along, sticking her gloveless hand in the pocket of his  coat, entwining their fingers, effectively hiding the fact from the view.
***
“What got into your head?” he was fuming an hour later, his fiery gaze focused on her shaking silhouette covered by the thickest blanket they could find at the provincial precinct, sitting next to the radiator with the steaming cup of chamomile tea in her hands. “If you were my subordinate-“
“Good thing I am not then, agent Hotchner.” She cut him off with a mocking, teasing look.“Proved my point. Both of them, actually.” Yes, jumping to save Spencer, who turned out to be an unfortunate person under whom the ice broke, may not have been rational, but it was certainly heroic. “we almost had another body. And hey, guess I am not useless after all.”
“We’ll see. But I might see some potential to keep you around.” Maybe it was an optic illusion but it seemed like the left corner of his mouth lifted slightly.
“For work?” she smirked
“Yes.”
That piercing gaze were getting a little bit uncomfortable so just to cover for the additional shaking of her hands (not from the cold) she took a sip of her drink.
“L/N?”
“Hm?”
“You should use more hand cream. Your skin is scabrous.”
What the hell was he hinting at?!

Do you think Nolan or Thragg would ever be a GirlDad (TM)? Like, I can imagine Nolan finding out his wife is pregnant with a girl, and he thinks he's going to treat her the same as Mark, but then he holds her in his arms for the 1st time and all of a sudden she's Daddy's Little Princess and he's teaching her how to subjugate her enemies during her "princess tea parties" and they're both wearing tiaras cuz "Please daddy?" with puppy dog eyes.
Hooting hollering howling and slapping my knee because I never finished the goddamn post but if you take a gander over here in my drafts
Tumblr media
SAME BRAINCELL WOO WOO
That gif is his response to you asking when you get to date lmaooo
I almost wrote like something short for it, and I kind of am constantly bouncing around between "Do I want this to be short or long or what" but I can just imagine daughter Reader and Nolan going at it "you just don't want me to date because you want me to save myself for a VILTRUMITE man, don't you?! Humans aren't good enough, huh?! I'm 'too good for a human man'?!" And he just loses it and shouts back "you're too good for ANY man, you don't NEED any man, I'M the only man you need, I'M your FATHER!!" Like. Nolan is one of those super dare I use the term emotionally incestuous yandere dads
Like. Ok I guess this is a throwaway spoiler because I would be absolutely fucking shocked if they bothered to animate this, it's such a small deal, but like. Idk. Idk. How do I phrase this. "There's another character in the series who also has to deal with their daughter wanting to have A Ho Phase and Daddy Doesn't Like It" and for the love of fucking god Nolan and Thragg wouldn't let you date for absolute shit. No dating, no fucking, you are, their pure innocent sweet but also savage little fierce warrior princess and you are untouched by no man like the goddess Artemis to them.
God. Having a yelling screaming argument where you're just so upset, "OH YEAH WELL YOU KNOW YOUR CHANCELLORS SON, THE ONE I MET THE OTHER WEEK? YEAH, YEAH, I FUCKED HIM, I FUCKED HIM IN MY BED, IN THE HOUSE YOU PROVIDE FOR ME, HOW DO YOU LIKE THAT, DADDY" and that's like OH MY GOD you've cut them so deep it's like actual fucking sacrilege to them. The EMOTIONAL DAMAGE. Fists are nothing knives are nothing bombs are nothing BUT HEARING THAT THEIR BABY GIRL GOT DEFLOWERED? It's like a fucking DEBUFF. Imagine you scream at Nolan about how you sucked off a Viltrumite HIS AGE and he just PHYSICALLY STUMBLES, HAS TO REGAIN HIS BALANCE, HAND OVER HIS HEART
And Thragg is, obsessively hollering about how you're the Grand Regents daughter and you're of too high status for any of these males, just screaming at you, "WHY DID I CATCH THAT MAN'S TONGUE IN YOUR MOUTH? HE IS BENEATH YOU" and you hit him with "YEAH HE WAS BENEATH ME, AND BEHIND ME, AND ON TOP OF ME--" and Thragg gets so fucking RED, I feel like he's one of those wall punching dads. He won't ever hit you but he might manhandle-grab you and physically intimidate you at times. Thragg can just give you The Look and you INSTANTLY know you're in for a punishment, or that he's absolutely furious, and you're on your knees, "Please Daddy I'm sorry I didn't mean it, I was angry, please don't be upset with me, i-i-i just dont like you being disappointed in me, i love you and i want us to get along 🥺" and like. Obviously it works. But. He's not mad at YOU, he's mad at THE GUY, so, as cute and effective as buttering him up or even just genuinely being afraid and pleading earnestly is, you're not his target. The guy's still getting, tortured and maimed or something. But thanks for telling Father you love him, that'll perk him up during his next planet raid ❤️
BUT NO LITERALLY ACTUALLY Nolan with his knees bent in a little tiny plastic chair nearly on the ground with his little fake cup of tea as he sits there having "tea" with you and your Princess Ladybug doll and he's all, "now sweetheart, what did we learn today?" "That if we defeat our enemies, we should also take out their family and their allies, so they don't come back for vengeance?" "Yes sweetie, that's so good, you're so smart 🥰"
Nolan/Thragg getting in a physical fight and they could be getting maimed and disembowled or taking punches and it's like whatever, they're still chilling, but, do some shit like, knock their treasured keychain out of their pocket that you gave them or an embroidered handkerchief or just a little personal photo of you they keep on them gets ruined in the scuffle, oh, oh, NOW they're fucking pissed, NOW they've got some serious unfinished business in this fight and their opponents get DEMOLISHED and they're sitting there pouting with their broken/ruined thing you gave them because even if they got a new one from you, this one still had memories and sentimental value
I feel like similar to parents keeping baby teeth, Thragg would keep things like, first weapon you ever trained with, memorial photo of your first spar with another child that you won, your first flightsuit, a toddlers toy that was crushed on accident because you suddenly got your powers and had far too much strength than you knew what to do with. And Nolan, if he's raising you on Earth with Debbie, he's at all your school functions, whether it's dancing or sports, and if you aren't in those things, he encourages you HEAVILY (it totally isn't. Training or anything or making sure you're staying fit and active for anything in the future hahaha). He's taking photos and cheering in the crowds. He wants your art in his office. He wants to play games with you once you get your powers. He buys a case for any medals and trophies to proudly display.
Also like do you have any idea how much of an actual phenomenon it is, I've seen videos of it, where dads basically have infinitely more sympathy for their new daughters when they already have sons. I distinctly remember a video where a man was holding his second-born, his first daughter, and he was like weeping because he was feeling intense empathy for his infant daughter because she was crying and looking at him as he held her, and the wife was filming and it was captioned "he never did this with our son" and like. LMAO, THAT'S NOLAN WITH YOU WHEN YOU CRY. THAT'S THRAGG SUDDENLY GIVING A FUCK ABOUT ONLY YOU SPECIFICALLY AFTER LIKE TONS OF KIDS.
Daughter Reader would definitely be their spoiled little princess but you're also their spoiled little princess under very specific terms of CONTAINMENT AND SURVEILLANCE. You've got curfews, they need to know who your friends are, what families do they come from, what do their parents do. They'll treat you like a princess but they'll also socially isolate you from others and. Basically control your life. And if you ever try and pull away from Dear Old Dad, well. Viltrumites can have some pretty extreme reactions. Will Nolan have to disfigure that boy you won't stop talking to? Will Thragg have to build a pretty little cell so that his adult daughter doesn't sneak out to drink and fuck unknown men? That's up to how much of an obedient faithful daughter you want to be. Don't make them do something only you will regret ❤️
Jfjfkfm EDIT; I ALSO TOTALLY MISSES YOU SENT THIS
Tumblr media
No but absolutely you're sitting there in your little costume jewelry as you twist a barbie doll and wring her like a towel "for disobeying High Queen Princess Barbie" and here's Thragg, "that's very good. The chain of command should always be respected" and you just happily start chattering away in that "im a small child and I don't know how to keep secrets or lie" kind of way
"Then Teddy Mason from down the street chased me into the woods and I kept telling him to stop but he kept using a stick to pull up my skirt so I grabbed him by the leg and threw him up into the air so he went SPLAT when he came back down!!" And you bang your little hand down on your table and Thragg is nodding in approval and Nolan just comes in looking mortified because he has no idea why Thragg is there until he. Sees that you're putting all kinds of stupid plastic hair clips in the man's hair and even his mustache and giggling and putting stickers on him And Thragg Is Just Totally Letting It Happen. Just totally casual, "Ah Nolan, you're finally here" and stands up to talk to Nolan with you in his arms or on his shoulder or just, hovering around him continuing to play with all the hair clips while your very horrified father is wondering what alternate dimension he just stumbled into to see the Grand Regent so. Calm.
The two men go into the other room "to have a grownup talk" and are they talking about the invasion? About Viltrum? No, Thragg is demanding to see all your baby photos as Nolan starts pulling out all his photo albums with absolute glee

POKER NIGHT
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
(Rick x fem!reader x Rosita)
Happy pride month loveys!! I am working on a million things rn but I started this a while ago and thought, what better time to finish it up then now…
Let me know what you think!
warnings: 18+ content. mdni, not really proof read sorry, alcohol comsumption, smutty smutty smut stuff, oral sex, FFM threesome, girl on girl.
“Alright, turn 'em over,” Rick tapped his cards against the coffee table, giving you a playful grin. You, Rosita, Tara and him all turned them over at the same time.
“Are you kidding me?”
“Again?”
“Jeez Rosita.”
She only laughed and collected the pot from the table, pulling the goodies into a pile in front of her.
“That’s like three weeks in a row. I don’t have anything left to even bet on…” Tara complained. Making you all laugh even harder as you sipped on some cherry wine.
“Im giving up. I'm going to bed.” Tara put her arms up in surrender and got up, making her way to the front porch.
“Night!” you called as she put her shoes on.
“Next week? Same time?” She asked and you all nodded, agreeing and giving a thumbs up before she shut the door.
You grabbed the bottle of wine from Rosita and took a swig.
“Another game or are you guys too tired?” You asked.
“I'm not really tired but I think my brain’s definitely done for the day.” Rick grabbed the bottle from your hands, took a swig and passed it back.
“Same here.” Rosita took the bottle back and a long chug. “Let's just sit and drink. Nobody has watch in the morning, right?”
“I’m off till Saturday.”
“Me too.” Rick answered.
“Looks like we can stay up then.” Rosita kicked her feet up and crossed her legs. Sending the wine for another circle around the table.
Two more bottles had the three of you trying your absolute hardest to keep in your drunken giggles.
“No, Rick you don't even know. She had him like this,” Rosita had moved to mount you on your spot beside him on the couch. Being sure to tuck your hands under her thighs as she straddled you. You were trying not to laugh as she was fake swinging at your face with sound effects and everything. “And he literally couldn't move or anything!”
You looked over and Rick was smiling big and leaning even further into the couch, knees spread wide.
“She’s a tough one.” He said, all amused from the show in front of him.
“Yeah she is. Got him real good. Shoulda known not to mess with our girl.”
He hummed in agreement. You looked over and up at him, cheeks all flush from the wine, pupils dilated and glued to you.
Rosita climbed off but plopped down right next to you, legs almost on top of yours. Suddenly extra aware of her touches on your leg.
“Wasn’t the first time she kicked ass. Won't be the last.” She patted your thigh a couple times, and kept her hand there. The action definitely not going without Rick's notice.
“Ohmygosh and then-” She kept rambling. You were sort of lost by the feeling of Rick staring at you. And Rositas thumb rubbing a pattern onto your thigh wasn't helping either.
“Don't you agree? Rick?” Rosita asked, sparking Rick’s attention.
“Hm?”
“That new haul from the Hilltop run? These jeans. Don't they just hug her so nicely?”
He licked his lips and looked right at you, down to your jeans and back up. “Oh. Yeah,” He chuckled. They were looking at each other now, silently agreeing on something. A very interesting cloud of tension filled the air and Rositas hand moved further up your thigh.
“She always looks so good doesn't she?”
Rick sat up, leaning his elbow on his knees.
“So cute, I could just eat her right up.” She leaned in and nuzzled her nose into your neck. You let out a nervous sigh and could actually feel your heart rate start to rise.
“Mhm.” He slowly started running his own hand up your opposite leg.
“No wonder you’re always pulling her away. Taking her on those runs, just the two of you.”
“Can't even blame me can you?”
“I’m right here you guys.” You sounded out of breath, the attention from the two of them making your head feel light. Though it was probably more so the wines fault than anything.
“We know, sweetheart.” Rick tipped your chin towards him and caught your lips with his own, kissing you gently. Rosita took the opportunity to start kissing down your neck, sucking at the sensitive skin on your jaw, and then back down to your shoulder.
Ok. This was happening. Alright.
Rick's hands started at your shirt, lifting and pulling its delicate fabric, up and over your head. While Rosita started on your pants. You didn't even know where to put your hands. It didn't matter much since she just put them where she wanted them anyway. She took you by the hips and pulled you down on top of her, with her back to the cool leather of the living room couch. Pulling on your thighs so you had no choice but to straddle her. She pulled you down to meet her lips. Rick moved to press himself up behind you, hands on your sides, right above rositas.
Grinding you down onto her as you kissed her back. Her tongue exploring your whole mouth, soft, plush lips so warm against your own. She kissed like she knew what she was doing. Which was really no surprise to you. Your own hands, without even realizing, went to unbutton her shirt. Peeling it off as Rick pulled you by the hips, dragging you back towards him. You whined at the loss of contact with Rositas lap, but he just let out an amused huff.
“She can’t have all o’ you.” He teased, pulling your jeans down, so they were around your knees, ass exposed as he palmed it with rough hands.
Rosita smiled up at him and shimmied out of her own pants, positioning herself right in front of you. When you looked up, you saw her cherry stained lips, and when you looked down, you saw her black lace thong.
Wow. Yeah this was definitely happening. The wine must have given you some sort of courage you didn’t even know you had, because you reached forward and pulled her hips towards your face. Looking back for a moment. The heat had already raise to your cheeks and you just needed some sort of reassurance. Rick was smirking and giving you a very approving nod.
“Go on, don’t be gettin all shy on us…” He teased, while his fingers dragged through your wetness. So you turned back and dipped down, to kiss her over the lacy fabric. Her hands went to your hair as you peeled her panties off, kissing her stomach and down further until you heard a real moan. There it is.
You started to lick and lap at her cunt. Trying to replicate the way Rick would always do it to you. The technique was obviously working based on the firm grip she had on your hair and the wetness seeping out onto your chin. Your tongue working her soft folds, sucking on her clit and trying to work out a pattern that would earn the best reaction from her. Whatever got her breathing all heavy and gripping your hair even tighter.
Rick was still behind you, clearly enjoying the show. He’d lined himself up with your own cunt, rubbing his precum around in your slick, before slowly pushing all the way in.
“How is she?” Rick asked from behind you as he started slowly fucking you from behind.
“Uh- so good…” Rosita let her head fall back. Relishing in the feel of your tongue.
“Atta girl.” He praised you, hand reaching around to rub your clit. “Her mouth is just heaven, ain’t it?”
“Uhuh.” Her legs tightened around your head and Rick started to thrust hard enough that you couldn’t help but moan against her. The vibration of your muffled moans made her twitch and already you could feel that familiar knot forming in the pit of your stomach. Rick had the perfect angle to hit your sweet spot with every single thrust, in combination with the circles he was rubbing against your clit. You both knew you wouldn’t last too long.
You felt a little more confident, with the way she was stuttering and cute little sounds were threatening to pour out of her mouth. So you decided to insert your fingers. If you were gonna eat the girl out, you were gonna be damn sure you made her cum.
And you did.
Two digits inside, curling upwards. The sounds of her juices squelching as you sucked on her clit, your own spit starting to run down your chin. Giving every ounce of attention you could possibly give. Even with the man pounding into you. Which by the way, definitely made it ten times more difficult. Because part of you wanted to just close your eyes and let Rick push your face into the carpet and fuck you into a shaky mess. But the other was so drunk off wine and pussy, that you couldn’t, even if you wanted to. Stuck in a determined trance between the two bodies.
You could actually feel Rositas walls tighten around you and you could tell she was close. Your name escaping her lips all rushed and quick, “I’m cumming-I’m cumming I- uh,” and the most adorable, sexy moan left her pretty mouth as she held your face against her cunt. Grinding down onto your tongue as you finger fucked her right through the orgasm. Her shaky breaths matching your own as Rick pulled up on your hair.
You thought your eyes could have rolled back to your brain. The way he twisted you around and kissed you, the taste of Rositas cum still on your lips. Moaning against him, you could feel hands on your breasts. Rosita positioning herself further under you, kissing and sucking at your chest. Gently tugging your nipple with her teeth, while her hand went to replace Ricks, rubbing on your clit. That was it for you. The attention from them both sent you over the edge, moaning into Rick's mouth as your grabbed onto Rositas arm. Rick's own hips stuttered slightly as he released almost at the exact same time.
The three of you caught your breaths in a sweaty, tangled pile on the ground. Drunken, post orgasm smiled were on each of your faces as you slowly pieced your clothes back together. Staying there for a few moments right in between them.
Rick started moving to plant lazy kisses scattering down your neck. Clearly not quite done with the evening, and trying to initiate another round. Rosita noticed and took it as a queue to leave. Not that either of you would have minded her staying. Clearly.
But regardless, she got up to gather her stuff. Dressed and ready to head back to her house.
“I’ll see you next week, sweetie,” she dipped down to kiss your cheek. Blushing hard as she walked away.
“G’night, Rick.” She winked at him and waved at you both from the porch, closing the door behind her.
You didn’t know if you wanted to wait a full week.

Hey look! New stuff that isn’t a rewrite!
A thanks to Yandy for inspiring me! It was fun adding something super goofy to Mafia Au!
Teeechnically there’s nothing Yandere or mafia in this but, it’s in the Au so it counts! Consider this a filler!
(The named OCs (minus the Dean of course.)that are connected to (y/n) belong to Yandy so if you got questions about them, ask thaaat lovely lass.)
Anywho, enjooooy!

It’s a warm afternoon, the sun lazily stretching its rays across the bustling college campus. Students crowd the quad, gathered around a hastily assembled stage.
A buzz thrums through the air, fueled by the promise of an announcement that has everyone on edge. (Y/n) stands with her back against one of the quad’s large trees, arms crossed, looking relaxed yet curious.
Beside her, Tess lounges on the grass, her knees pulled up.
Nic leans against the tree trunk beside her, arms folded, eyes scanning the crowd.
“It’s a shame Jack’s still helping out mom and dad,” (Y/n) muses, glancing at the chaotic crowd. “She’d love this, but she won’t be back in time.”
Tess chuckles, “Lucky for us you mean. She’d probably destroy all of us in whatever madness they’re cooking up.”
(Y/n) smiles, nodding. “True. It’s probably for the best.”
The day seemed too calm, almost as if the entire campus was waiting for something to happen. Tess tilts her head towards (Y/n), her hazel eyes sparkling with mischief.
“Think it’s going to be good?” she asks, barely containing a grin.
(Y/n) shrugs, trying to stay casual but the tension is starting to crawl into her posture.
“Depends on the prize. If it’s another pizza party, I’m not losing a limb over it.”
Nic, who’d been pretending not to care, finally speaks up.
“If they’re gathering this many people, it’s not gonna be a pizza party. You don’t rally the entire campus for cheap cardboard and cheese.”
The trio falls into a watchful silence as the Dean finally steps up to the microphone, looking far too pleased with himself.
The guy had the aura of someone who believed he’d found the next viral college stunt, like this one genius idea was going to get him written into school legend.
The Dean, in a suit just a little too tight, beams at the students, raising his hands like a conquering hero.
“Ladies and gentlemen, thank you for coming! Today we have an announcement that will change the next two weeks for ALL of you!” He pauses for effect, and it’s clear he’s basking in the suspense.
Tess, with a casual smirk, mutters, “Hope he’s wearing something waterproof. This crowd’s gonna riot if he says ‘raffle tickets’.”
Dean Farrow clears his throat and grins like a man about to drop a bombshell.
“As you all know, it’s time for our annual campus-wide paintball tournament!”
There’s a faint murmur of excitement, but it’s restrained. Paintball was a yearly thing, fun, but nothing that would send the campus into a frenzy.
(Y/n) raises an eyebrow. “Paintball? Again? That’s it?”
“As you all know, last year’s paintball tournament was canceled due to the campus renovations.”
Disgruntled murmurs were heard throughout the crowd. (Y/n) could relate. No one had been happy last year.
The Dean cleared his throat. “But this year… it’s back!”
The murmurs grew louder, anticipation rising. Nic raised an eyebrow, clearly intrigued but trying to play it cool. Tess was already bouncing on the balls of her feet.
The Dean continued, oblivious to the rising storm in front of him. “Now, let’s talk prizes! For the runner up, an all expenses paid spa weekend!”
A few cheers and claps sounded, but nothing too enthusiastic.
“Better than a pizza party!” Tess chirped.
But the Dean wasn’t finished.
“This year, though, we’ve decided to up the stakes. The grand prize for the last person standing—” He pauses again for dramatic effect. “Will be priority registration for next semester and the option to skip one final exam!”
For a second, the world seems to stop. Everyone in the quad freezes. The trio looks stunned. It’s the kind of silence so intense you could hear a pin drop on grass.
“Now students, the tournament will begin—”
A single scream tears through the air as some random student, no doubt acting on pure instinct, whips out a hidden paintball pistol and shoots his friend square in the chest. Bright yellow paint splatters across his shirt as he stumbles back, but the action sets off a chain reaction.
Hell breaks loose.
Students dive for cover, pull paintball guns from their bags, jackets, and God knows where else. Some bolt for the bushes. Others start forming alliances on the fly. The crowd disperses like wildfire, everyone scrambling to avoid being the first casualty as the Dean attempts to control the sudden chaos he unleashed.
“S-Students wait! The tournament won’t be for another-!!” He ducks as several paintballs were shot at him.
Tess, cackling like a madwoman, is already on her feet, using her bag to knock down a student that tried to sneak up on them.
“Now that is a prize worth fighting for!”
Nic, already frowning but with a glint of anticipation in his eyes, pulls a small paintball gun from his satchel.
(Y/n) blinks. “Why do you—”
“I’m not flunking a final because I have to memorize another 400 pages of economics.”
Just as Nic grabs Tess and (Y/n) by their arms, dragging them toward the nearest set of bushes, Tess glances at (Y/n) and says, “Actually, it’s a good thing Jack’s not here. She’d win this in a heartbeat, and we’d all be toast.”
(Y/n) nods, ducking as a paintball whizzes past them. “Yeah, she’d mop the floor with us.”
Nic, who was now crouched behind the dense greenery, adds with a smirk, “You’re not wrong. We’d all be out before we even got started.”
As the chaos erupts around them, (Y/n) peeks over the top of the bench, watching the pandemonium unfold in the quad. Paintballs fly in every direction, splattering students left and right.
A couple of nerds are already hiding under the admin building’s steps, shouting something about regrouping.
“What the hell is happening right now??” (Y/n) gasps, trying to catch her breath.
“Natural selection,” Nic answers, crouched beside them, his eyes darting around like a man possessed. “Okay, here’s the plan.”
Tess grins. “The plan is: we win.”
Nic, already firing at a group of art students rushing them, gives Tess a look. “That’s not a plan.”
“It’s all I need,” Tess retorts, shooting at two students passing by.
Nic rolls his eyes. “The real plan is: we find a safe place, avoid the jocks, they’ll be in full attack mode, and stay clear of the chess club. Those guys play dirty. Trust me.”
“The chess club?” Tess asks, raising an eyebrow.
Nic nods gravely. “They’re organized, strategic, and ruthless. Don’t underestimate them.”
“Speaking from experience?”
“Shut up.”
(Y/n) groaned, leaning back against the bush. "Nic, we don’t even have enough paintball guns!"
Tess grinned, pulling a paintball gun from seemingly nowhere and handing it to (Y/n). "Here, you’re gonna need this."
(Y/n) blinked at her in shock. "Where did you—"
Tess jabbed her thumb in the direction of a guy lying on the ground a few feet away, struggling to get back up. “Borrowed it.”
Nic smirked. "Nice work, Tess."
“Alright,” he continued, his voice lowering as he glanced over the quad. “We need to move. Now.”
Just then, Nic froze, his eyes narrowing. “Crap. Chess club. Twelve o’clock.”
They all whipped their heads in the direction Nic was looking and sure enough, several members of the chess club were efficiently taking people out with precise shots, their strategy impeccable.
“RUN!” Nic shouted, and the three of them bolted from their hiding spot, sprinting across the quad, ducking behind anything they could find.

The manor was unusually quiet, save for the idle hum of conversation among the Chain. The air was thick with the smell of wood polish and the faint echo of footsteps across the hardwood floors.
Warriors leaned back in his chair, wiping a stray smear of blood off his gauntlet while Sky whittle away at a small block of wood , the room basked in the rare moments of calm they were afforded between missions.
“Ugh,” Warriors groaned, tossing the rag onto the table. “I swear, grinding bones after severing limbs is such a hassle. I’ve said it a hundred times, it’s way easier to just grind the body as a whole. Saves time.”
Wind, lounging nearby with a playful smirk, chimed in, “Or, you know, you could just feed the whole bodies to pigs. That’d solve your problem in no time. Pigs’ll eat everything.”
Time, who had been writing a report across from Sky, didn’t even look as he calmly spoke to Wind, his voice measured and even. “Wind is not allowed to assist with body disposal for a month.”
“What?!” Wind protested, sitting up straight. “Again?!? Come on! I’m being punished just for making suggestions now? It's a good idea! The pigs back home could-“
Twilight chuckled, shaking his head. “You’re weird about the pigs, Wind. You use them like you use those seagulls, way too much enthusiasm for… clean-up.”
“That’s different!” Wind huffed, crossing his arms. “Pigs are just… practical.”
"Uh-huh," Four muttered sarcastically, raising an eyebrow as he turned the page of his book.
Meanwhile, Hyrule sat on the couch, scrolling through his phone with a vague smile, half-listening to the chatter around him. Time, however, was only pretending to read the report in front of him. His blank expression hid the mental whirlwind after he decided to check on how (Y/n)’s paintball game was going on his phone.
The screen in front of him showed what could only be described as a literal war zone on campus, students running, screaming, and paintballs flying in every direction like some kind of apocalyptic battle.
Time’s eyebrows rose. How had it devolved into this so quickly? He knew about the prize, but he hadn’t anticipated this level of chaos from a bunch of college students. He forced himself to remain outwardly calm, though his blank expression became more strained with each passing second.
Just then, Hyrule’s phone buzzed. He blinked and frowned slightly at the unknown number, hesitating before answering. “Hello?”
There was a brief moment of silence, then (Y/n)’s frantic, breathless voice exploded through the phone.
“SEND DUDES! AND NOT TIME, CAUSE I DON’T TRUST HIS DEPTH PERCEPTION!”
Time’s eye twitched sharply at her comment, and for a brief second, the other Links swore they saw a vein pop on his forehead. He grunted quietly in annoyance but remained silent, though his expression was growing more strained by the second. He was still distracted by the chaos unfolding on his screen-paintballs flying everywhere, students diving behind cover, and… was that someone wearing a trash can as armor?
“What-” Hyrule started to say, but before he could get a full sentence out, there was another crash on (Y/n)’s end of the line.
“NIC, BEHIND YOU! NO, NOT THAT WAY-“
(Y/n)’s voice came back, still chaotic but trying to sound cheery. “Anyway, gotta go, good luck! See you soon!” And with that, the call abruptly ended.
The room was silent for a beat, everyone waiting for Hyrule to explain. Time didn’t seem to notice the stares, his eyes still glued to his screen, watching the unfolding mayhem with thinly veiled fascination and horror.
“What was that about?” Four asked, leaning forward, his face a mixture of concern and confusion.
Hyrule pocketed his phone and glanced around the room. “Uh… (Y/n) needs help. She said they’re in the middle of something, and-” he paused, glancing awkwardly at Time, “-she, uh… doesn’t want you to come. Something about your depth perception?”
Time’s eye twitched again. His lips pressed into a thin line, but he stayed silent, though the tension radiating off him was palpable.
Warriors snorted. “She’s never gonna let you live that down.”
Time’s expression remained unreadable, but his fingers twitched as though he were imagining the penal he’d perform on her. He forced himself to exhale through his nose slowly, pretending to look calm.
Twilight, chuckling, grabbed his bag. “We should head out. Sounds like she’s in the middle of some chaos.”
Wind slung his bag over his shoulder with a grin. “What’s the worst that could happen? It’s just a tournament, right?”
Four rolled his eyes as he followed Wind. “Yeah, because ‘just a tournament’ always ends in a disaster with us.”
Twilight laughed and nodded in agreement.
As the Chain started heading toward the door, Time remained seated, his expression still unreadable. The others gave him a curious glance, but he waved them off. “I’ve got other matters to handle.”
Once the door clicked shut behind them, Time let out a long, slow exhale, his carefully constructed calm mask slipping. His eyebrow twitched one last time before he muttered under his breath, “I’ve got half a mind to go down there myself and put a paintball between her eyes…my depth perception is fine.”
He stared at the screen.
. . .
Chaos continued.
. . .
He sighed.

The group arrived at the college, their boots barely making a sound on the eerily quiet campus.
The air was unusually still, lacking the lively hum of students that Hyrule had described. Warriors narrowed his eyes as they walked further in, his instincts kicking in immediately, scanning the area for any sign of trouble.
“This is… strange,” Four commented, his gaze sweeping across the empty grounds. “Shouldn’t there be more…people around?”
“Yeah,” Hyrule agreed, glancing over his shoulder as though expecting (Y/n) to pop out from behind a tree. “Way too quiet.”
As they ventured further down the pathway, their pace slowed when they began to notice the state of the campus.
Banners hung torn and ragged, some barely fluttering in the faint breeze. Tables and chairs were scattered across the walkways, overturned with legs bent at odd angles. Posters were ripped apart, their remnants littering the ground like confetti after a storm.
“Looks like something went down here,” Wind muttered, eyes narrowing as he nudged aside a crumpled banner with his foot.
Warriors crouched near an overturned chair, his expression unreadable. “Stay on guard.”
They moved toward the heart of the campus, the atmosphere tense. The quad, once vibrant and bustling with students, now resembled a battlefield. Tables and chairs were toppled over, barricades had been hastily thrown together, and the occasional smear of paint marked various surfaces.
“I’ve seen war zones cleaner than this,” Four remarked, both baffled and somewhat impressed as he took in the chaotic scene.
“Where are all the students?” Twilight’s voice was tight, his eyes scanning every corner of the quad.
Warriors’ eyes flicked to the closed doors of the cafeteria on the far side. “We’ll find out.”
The group approached the doors cautiously, the silence growing heavier with each step. Warriors reached out to open the door, his hand mere inches from the handle when-
BAM!
The doors flew open, and a student tumbled out, barely managing to roll to their feet. More students followed, sprinting out after them, eyes wide with panic. They ducked behind cover as a barrage of paintballs zipped through the air from inside the cafeteria.
The heroes barely dodged as a few stray paintballs whizzed past, hitting the walls behind them.
“What the-” Wind exclaimed, jumping aside to avoid being hit.
They all exchanged glances before cautiously peeking into the cafeteria. What they saw inside was chaos in its purest form.
Students were ducking behind upturned tables and hastily constructed barricades, some scrambling for cover while others fired paintball guns from behind makeshift shields.
However, the level of paint on each participant varied, those with more splatters were lingering on the outskirts of the room, making their way to designated “out” zones where they waited with mild frustration. Others, still largely untouched, remained deep in the fray, determined to emerge victorious.
Hyrule, crouching behind the door frame , stared at the scene in disbelief. “Is this… is this what school is like now?”
Four, beside him and inspecting a large splatter of paint on the wall, furrowed his brow. “It’s like a battle… but with paint? Why are they taking it so seriously?”
Warriors squinted, scanning the room for any familiar face. “This has to be the tournament (Y/n) mentioned… and it looks like she’s in the middle of it.”
Wind, eyeing the students who had just bolted outside, grinned. “Well, I guess we’re jumping in.”
“Let’s find (Y/n) and get her out of this,” Four added, already strategizing their next move.
With determined expressions, they pushed into the cafeteria, weaving through the mayhem while dodging the constant splatter of paintballs. Whatever mess (Y/n) had found herself in, the Chain was about to find out.

Warriors, Twilight, Hyrule, Four, and Wind ducked low as they weaved through the chaos of the college campus. Paintballs whizzed past them, splattering on walls, floors, and the occasional student who didn’t move fast enough.
The paintball guns they had snagged from fallen participants were a welcome relief, helping them fend off incoming attacks and maintain some semblance of control in the ongoing mayhem.
The campus felt like a war zone, desks and chairs overturned, students screaming and shouting as they dove behind cover. Paint splattered walls lined their path, but the group pressed forward, dodging fire and returning shots when necessary.
“How do they even have this much ammo?” Four muttered, pausing to reload his paintball gun as they moved deeper into the school.
“I don’t know, but I’m running low,” Wind grumbled, shaking his gun and checking the chamber. “Why do I always end up in these situations?”
Warriors chuckled, eyes gleaming as he fired a few shots in return. “It’s not so bad. Good practice, if you ask me.”
“Yeah, but no one’s actually dying,” Hyrule muttered, sounding a little uneasy as he ducked behind an overturned desk for cover.
Twilight fired off a few quick shots, covering their retreat as they dashed into another hallway. “Stay sharp. We still don’t know who’s controlling this madness, and we haven’t found (Y/n) yet.”
The echoes of paintball guns firing filled the corridor as they navigated through the chaos.
The action was intense, but it wasn’t long before things took a turn. Wind and Four, distracted by the onslaught, suddenly found themselves separated from the others, their backs pressed against a wall as two paint-splattered club members (mountain climbing club by the logo on their shirts) approached with fresh guns at the ready.
“Wind! out of ammo?” Four asked, quickly assessing the situation as the two club members drew closer.
“Yeah, I’m tapped,” Wind muttered, glancing nervously at the pair stalking toward them. “And these two look like they mean business.”
The club members raised their paintball guns, smirking as they prepared to fire.
Just as things looked bleak, a rapid series of shots rang out, and both club members were hit from behind, neon paint splattering across their backs. They yelped in surprise, stumbling forward before dramatically collapsing onto the ground, “defeated.”
Wind and Four blinked in surprise, staring at the paint-covered students for a moment before turning to see Tess standing a few feet away, her own paintball gun held confidently in hand. Her combat getup, though splattered with paint, gave her an air of authority.
“Come with me if you want to live!” Tess shouted dramatically.
One of the downed students groaned weakly from the ground, raising a hand. “No one’s actually dying…”
Tess immediately shot them again, causing the student to flinch and scramble for cover. “Shut it!” she barked, not missing a beat.
Wind and Four exchanged glances before quickly deciding to follow her. They dashed forward, Tess leading them through the chaos with expert precision. Her eyes constantly scanned their surroundings, ever vigilant.
“Good timing!” Wind called out as they caught up.
Tess glanced over her shoulder. “You’re the guys who know those other two! The one with the scars and the other with the pink streak in his hair. What were their names again?”
“That’s Wild and Legend,” Wind replied.
“Weird names,” Tess commented with a grin. “I love it.”
“Where’s (Y/n)?” Four asked, narrowly dodging a stray paintball as they rounded a corner.
“She’s with our friend Nic,” Tess answered, never breaking stride. “I’m Tess, by the way. But listen, this paintball tournament has gone way past fun.” She paused for a moment, “Ok not really, but it’s turned into a full-blown warzone! The clubs are taking this way too seriously. Especially the book and bird-watching clubs. You guys ready for a real fight?”
At that moment, Warriors, Twilight, and Hyrule rejoined the group, their paintball guns still at the ready as they surveyed the situation.
Wind glanced around, assessing the chaos with a smirk. “This is more like it.”
Twilight shook his head, though a smile tugged at his lips. “Lead the way, Miss. We’re ready.”
And with that, they charged deeper into the fray, ready to rescue (Y/n) and see just what kind of madness she had gotten herself into this time.

—
Tess led the group through the chaotic halls, her hazel eyes scanning the area with the precision only someone used to leading tactical maneuvers during a paintball battle could have. The sounds of paintball fire echoed off the walls, students darting between cover in a frenzied battle for supremacy. Warriors, Twilight, Hyrule, Four, and Wind followed closely, keeping low and exchanging quick shots with other competitors to keep them at bay.
As they rounded a corner, Tess abruptly stopped and raised her hand, eyes widening. “Get down!” she hissed, diving behind a set of overturned benches. Without hesitation, the Chain followed her lead, crouching down just as a group of paint-covered students sprinted past, panic clear on their faces as they were still being shot at despite their clear disqualification.
One student, a guy with a brightly colored scarf, slowed down just long enough to shake his fist at them. “You think you’re so clever, huh? Wait until we unleash the library cart rampage on you! You won’t stand a chance!”
Another student, lagging behind, called out, “Yeah! And I’ll bring the staplers next time!”
Before Tess could respond, a barrage of paintball grenades was lobbed in their direction. “Move!” she barked, grabbing Wind by the back of his shirt and pulling him aside just before the grenades exploded in bursts of color. The group narrowly dodged the splatter, the paint hitting the ground where they had just been standing.
Once the danger passed, Tess motioned them forward, leading them toward a nearby building. She pulled open a door, and the heroes rushed inside, eager for some semblance of safety.
Tess let out a sharp, and practiced birdcall as they entered.
After a moment, another bird call was heard as Nic popped out from a teacher’s closet, looking alert but mercifully paint-free. “Thought you were goner for a sec,” he said, smirking at Tess.
Then, with a loud thunk, (Y/n) pushed the lid off a trash can and emerged, blinking as a crumpled piece of paper slid off her head. “Tactical hiding,” she said with a grin, though she was trying (and failing) to shake off some lingering bits of trash.
Warriors raised an eyebrow, taking in the scene. “Really?”
(Y/n) shrugged. “Hey, it worked, didn’t it?”
Twilight chuckled as Four shook his head, clearly amused by the unorthodox tactics.
“Nice timing,” Nic said, still standing by the closet door. “You’re the cavalry, right?”
Warriors nodded, already assessing the situation. “Something like that.”
Tess handed out extra ammo, moving with the calm efficiency of someone who had done this many times before. “Alright, listen up. We’ve been holding out here, but things are escalating. Some of the clubs are pulling out their weirder strategies.”
Four, catching his breath, glanced at (Y/n). “You okay?”
(Y/n) nodded. “Yeah, I’m fine. Nic’s been keeping me out of trouble.”
Tess gave Nic a nod. “You can thank him later. But for now, we’ve got a tournament to win.”
Before anyone could respond, (Y/n)’s phone buzzed. She glanced at the screen and froze. “Uh, one second…” She quickly answered, her voice suddenly a bit tense. “Hey, Jack! Hi! What’s up?”
On the other end, Jack’s voice was sharp, cold. “What the hell is going on?”
(Y/n) fumbled for an answer, glancing nervously at Nic and Tess, both of whom had gone pale. “Oh, uh, it’s really nothing- qjust, you know, a paintball tournament! Totally normal college stuff, no big deal!”
There was a long pause. In the background, they could faintly hear Jack speaking to someone. “Tell me exactly what’s happening,” she demanded, her voice firm and commanding. A student’s voice, trembling and intimidated, responded, “It’s the prize, ma’am’ first priority registration and to skip out on one final! That’s why everyone’s going crazy.”
The line went dead. (Y/n) stared at her phone in disbelief, “She hung up on me.” As the others in the room exchanged horrified looks.
Tess groaned, her face paling even further. “Oh no. This is bad. Really, really bad.”
Nic ran a hand through his hair, clearly panicking now. “Jack is on a warpath. We are so dead.”
Warriors furrowed his brow. “Who’s Jack?”
(Y/n) let out a small sigh, trying to hide her amusement at the whole situation. “My baby sister,” she said casually, though there was no missing the tension that had gripped the room.
“You remember she’s a year younger than you right?”
“Still my baby sister.”
Hyrule blinked in confusion. “Why is everyone so scared?”
(Y/n) shook her head with a grin, clearly unaffected by the dread that had spread among the others. “Because Jack’s… well, Jack. She’s a force of nature when she gets involved in something like this. But don’t worry,” she added, her tone light and teasing. “She’s terrifying, but she’s family.”
Tess let out a nervous laugh, clearly still shaken. “Yeah, ‘terrifying’ is an understatement.”
Nic looked between Tess and (Y/n), his expression grim. “We’ve faced some tough competition, but if Jack’s on the move now, we’re in for the fight of our lives.”
Wind, bouncing on his feet, cracked a grin. “Sounds fun! I’m ready for anything!”
Twilight crossed his arms, his lips twitching in amusement. “I think we’ll manage.”
“Yeah,” Warriors said, his voice calm and resolute. “We’ve handled worse. Let’s just make sure we’re ready.”
With Jack now in the mix, the stakes had been raised to an entirely new level.
But despite the panic in Tess and Nic’s eyes, (Y/n) couldn’t help but smile.
Warriors suddenly frowned, glancing around the small hideout. “Wait a second, have any of you seen Legend or Wild? I’ve no doubt they’d be involved.”
At his question, (Y/n), Nic, and Tess exchanged uneasy looks.
Warriors narrowed his eyes. “…What are those looks for?”
“Weeell…” Tess started, scratching the back of her head, “they were helping us for a while.”
“Yeah,” Nic added, “they joined up with us earlier. Legend, Wild, and (Y/n) completely demolished the competition.”
Tess nodded, a grin creeping onto her face. “Took out the cheerleaders too!”
“Absolutely wiped the floor with them,” (Y/n) said, her pride evident. But then she hesitated. “At least… until things got a little complicated?”
Twilight raised a brow. “Complicated? What do you mean?”
Tess sighed, shooting (Y/n) a look who smiled sheepishly before answering. “Let’s just say their, uh… desire for the prize kicked in.”
The heroes stared at her in disbelief. Four folded his arms. “There’s no way they turned on you for something as ridiculous as—”
Suddenly, a paintball whizzed by (Y/n)’s head, splattering bright pink paint across the wall behind her. She quickly ducked behind cover with Nic and Tess, all of them trying to avoid the shots being fired in their direction.
Out the window, Wild crouched a short distance away, peering over the edge of a table as he adjusted his aim. “Sorry, (Y/n)! But I’m not dealing with that physics final!”
(Y/n) peeked out from behind the barricade, glaring at him through the window. “Seriously?!”
Before Wild could shoot again, Legend appeared, leaping down from a nearby shelf with a paintball pistol in each hand. He pointed one at Wild and the other at (Y/n)’s group. “Only person who’s gonna win is ME!”
Wild glanced at him, his eyes narrowed in a mix of exasperation and amusement. “You’ve got, like, two classes! You don’t even need priority registration, you damn hoarder!”
“And YOU need to be more dedicated to your studies! Ever heard of ‘testing out’ early?”
Wild rolled his eyes, ducking down as he dodged a few incoming paintballs. “Oh, come on! Skipping any final sounds good to anyone, okay?”
Twilight, still crouched behind a barricade, finally spoke up, unable to believe what he was seeing. “You two need to stand down! This is ridiculous!”
Wild shot back, “You don’t understand how bad exams are!”
One of the non-student heroes chimed in, shaking his head. “It’s just a stupid prize!”
At that, every student in the area turned to him as if he’d just proclaimed the most foolish thing imaginable.
As the standoff continued, chaos erupted. A random student, spotting the madness, shouted out to their teammates. “Hey! Look! They’re at it again!”
With the distraction, everyone began shooting and dodging, paintballs flying everywhere as (Y/n) sprinted out of the room with Nic and Tess hot on her heels, the rest of the group following closely behind.
Warriors, Twilight, Four, Hyrule, and Wind quickly regrouped with them, ducking and weaving between overturned tables and makeshift cover.
The next hour was a whirlwind of action. Every time (Y/n)’s group thought they’d gained the upper hand, Wild and Legend would pop up, guns blazing, trying to take down (Y/n) and each other with relentless determination.
“We’ve got to take them down!” (Y/n) huffed, crouching behind a row of tipped-over chairs. “They’re too good at this!”
Twilight popped his head up to fire off a few paintballs, only to duck again as Legend’s retaliatory shots whizzed past his head. “That’s easier said than done! These two are treating this like a battlefield!”
Warriors snorted from his position behind a tree. “Typical. We’re stuck in a ridiculous tournament, and they’re acting like it’s a warzone.”
Wind, who had joined the fray with glee, shouted, “I can’t believe they’re going all out over this! I love it!”
As they weaved through the chaos, (Y/n) caught a glimpse of the aftermath of the art club’s paintball rampage. Warriors commented on the terrifying efficiency of it all. “Look at the way the paintballs hit those students! They’re making it look like an art installation gone wrong.”
“That’s probably Jackie’s doing, probably took out the art club afterwards” (Y/n) said, with a grin. “Come on guys! Even if we hate it, if we don’t join forces, we won’t stand a chance against her!”
“She’s right and I hate it!” Tess chirped.
“Tess, I love you, but the shut t he FU-“
“I found more enemies!”
“Crap! The photography club! RUN.”
“Avoid the camera flashes!”

The paintball tournament was reaching its intense final showdown, and the field was nothing short of chaos. (Y/n), Wild, and Legend stood at opposite ends of the battlefield, their eyes narrowing as they sized each other up.
“(Y/n), just give it up,” Wild said, holding his paintball gun at the ready. “We’re not backing down, not when we’re this close.”
Legend gave a cocky smirk. “You think you can cute your way out of this?”
Before (Y/n) could even answer, Tess, who was covered head to toe in splattered paint and grinning like a madwoman, shouted from her hiding spot, “Don’t listen to them! Keep pushing! You’ve got this!”
Wind, equally paint-splattered and grinning like it was the best day of his life, chimed in. “Yeah! No standing down! This is war!”
Nic groaned from where he lay on the ground, covered in paint and utterly defeated. “Can someone please just finish this? I’ve been out for ten minutes…”
Meanwhile, Four leaned against a wall, his face twisted in frustration as he wiped paint off his cheek. “I swear, when we get back, I’m throwing an axe at Time for letting us walk into this mess.”
Twilight, looking equally as worn, nodded in agreement as he dusted himself off. “Seconded. And I’m helping you.”
Nearby, Warriors was struggling to free himself from the netting that had somehow been shot at him by the taxidermy club. “A little help here? I’m not going down like this, ugh, this is embarrassing.”
(Y/n), sensing the tension and not wanting to be the one to lose, decided to try one last tactic. She pouted, puffing out her cheeks and widening her eyes as she stepped forward, putting on her most innocent expression. “C’mon, guys… do we really have to do this? I mean, you could just let me win. I promise I won’t rub it in or anything. Pretty please?”
Wild and Legend exchanged a look, completely unconvinced. Wild raised an eyebrow. “Are you seriously trying to pull that on us?”
Legend rolled his eyes, loading another paintball into his pistol. “Come on, (Y/n). We know you better than that.”
(Y/n)’s pout quickly turned into a smirk, her eyes glinting mischievously as she dropped the act. “Oh, please. Like I’d waste real charm on the two of you. I just thought you’d appreciate a challenge before I mop the floor with your sorry asses.”
Wild and Legend both aimed their paintball guns at her, ready for the standoff. But before anyone could pull the trigger, a shadow loomed over them.
Suddenly, there was a loud clink as a paint grenade was tossed right into their midst. The entire group barely had time to react before a massive explosion of colorful paint detonated around them, splattering the entire field. (Y/n), Wild, and Legend were instantly covered in a mix of pinks, blues, and greens.
Stunned, they looked up to see none other than (Y/n)’s sister, Jack, standing in front of a window on the second floor with her perpetually deadpan expression. She was still wearing her paintball gear, yet somehow looked spotless compared to the absolute mess everyone else was in.
Nic groaned, wiping paint from his face. “Great. Her.”
(Y/n) shook her head, squinting up at her sister. “Jack! How the hell did you even find us?”
Jack, her face unchanging, pointed her paintball gun at a tall student standing at her side, who was visibly trembling. His wide eyes darted nervously between the group and Jack, whose sharp, unyielding will practically radiated from her as she stared him down.
“He told me,” Jack said flatly.
The poor student, clearly regretting every decision that had led him to this moment, seemed to shrink under the weight of her expression. He looked like he was about to pass out.
(Y/n) sighed, pinching the bridge of her nose. “Jack, if I have to pay for someone’s therapy because of you, I’m telling Mom to take your phone.”
Jack’s usual deadpan expression broke for a second, her brows knitting slightly. “What did you want me to do? You weren’t telling me anything. I had no clue where you were!”
(Y/n) threw her arms up. “I didn’t tell you because I knew you’d show up and cause chaos—like you always do!”
“I had to cause chaos! How else was I supposed to find you?” Jack shot back, still not showing much emotion, but the sibling bickering undertone clear.
The poor student, caught in the middle of this sibling spat, looked like he was about to collapse from stress. Jack’s gaze flickered briefly to him before (Y/n) rolled her eyes.
“Jack, if this kid needs therapy because of you, I’m telling Mom, and I’ll make sure she takes your phone for a month.”
“Wouldn’t stop me,” Jack shrugged again.
Warriors, still trying to free himself from the netting, snorted. “Sounds like sibling love at its finest.”
Jack glanced at him briefly before shooting a few more paintballs at the retreating student, who yelped and darted into a nearby building.
“Yeah, he’s gonna need a lot of therapy,” Tess chirped up, her expression cheerful now that she defeated.
(Y/n) groaned again, glancing at the paint-covered battlefield. “Well, great. Now that she’s here, we’re definitely screwed.”
Jack blinked, her paintball gun lazily resting on her shoulder. “You’re already screwed.”
(Y/n), Wild, and Legend exchanged glances, all three of them covered in paint from the grenades.
She was right.
It was clear as day.
They lost.
…
The trio sighed in defeat.

The paintball tournament had finally reached its conclusion, and the aftermath was nothing short of apocalyptic. The once clean field was now littered with paint splattered walls, overturned barricades, and exhausted students. The Dean stood near the podium, nervously adjusting his tie as he surveyed the carnage with wide, horrified eyes.
In the center of the chaos stood Jack, spotless as ever, calmly accepting her victory. The Dean, still clearly shaken, stepped forward to shake her hand.
“Uh… congratulations,” he said weakly, his voice barely carrying over the nervous murmurs of the audience. He glanced around at the mess, his face pale, clearly unable to hide his dismay. “W-Well played…”
The crowd clapped politely, though the sound was uneven. Many of the students who had been taken down by Jack’s unrelenting assault looked terrified, their eyes wide as they cast anxious glances in her direction, as if half-expecting her to take them out again.
In contrast, those who hadn’t had the misfortune of crossing paths with Jack wore expressions of annoyance or irritation. Legend, Wild, and (Y/n) stood off to the side, sulking with arms crossed, paint still dripping from their clothes.
Tess and Wind, on the other hand, looked like they’d just experienced the best day of their lives. Tess was still beaming, chatting excitedly with Wind about their earlier antics. “I told you! Absolute chaos, just like I said!”
Wind laughed, wiping paint from his hair. “Yeah, that was insane! I wanna come here when I’m of age.”
As the rest of the defeated students began to shuffle out of the arena, the Dean stepped up to the microphone, clearing his throat nervously. “A-And now, before we conclude this… uh… event, I’d like to announce the runner-ups, who will receive the spa weekend prize…”
Just as he was about to continue, he leaned a bit too close to the microphone and muttered under his breath, “This wasn’t even supposed to happen for another two weeks…”
The microphone, unfortunately for him, picked up every word, and the arena went dead silent for a split second before one confused student in the crowd stood up and yelled, “Wait, does that mean the prize is doubled?!”
The Dean froze, his eyes wide with panic as he waved his hands frantically. “No, no! That’s not— I didn’t mean—”
Before he could fully explain, another student shouted from the back, “So there’s still a chance for victory?!”
The tension in the air shifted immediately. Students began to stir, eyes lighting up as they processed what had just been said. In unison, almost like they had rehearsed it, the crowd roared to life, pulling out their paintball guns with renewed energy.
“Wait! No! Stop!” The Dean pleaded desperately, stepping back from the podium as students began to scream and charge across the battlefield once more, paintballs flying in every direction.
Pandemonium erupted. Paint splattered across the field as the chaos reignited, louder and more out of control than ever. The Dean tried to shout orders, but his voice was drowned out by the roars of students launching into the fray.
(Y/n)’s eyes widened in alarm as she ducked behind the nearest barricade. “Everyone, hide!” she screamed, motioning frantically for the others.
“Run!”
Hyrule dove behind a crate as paintballs zipped past his head. “Not again!”
Four, still drenched in paint from earlier, groaned as he took cover beside (Y/n). “I swear, if I get hit one more time…”
Warriors looked panicked as he dodged another net that had been shot in his direction. “I JUST GOT FREED FROM THE FIRST ONE!”
Twilight ducked from a few paint filled water ballon’s.
As paintballs flew through the air and the field descended into complete anarchy, (Y/n) peeked over the barricade just in time to see the Dean running for cover, shouting into his microphone, “Please! This wasn’t supposed to happen!”
But no one listened.
She quickly caught sight of Jack, still pristine and untouched by a single drop of paint. That deadpan expression only made (Y/n)’s paint-covered form itch for some petty revenge.
With a mischievous glint in her eyes, (Y/n) stood up and cupped her hands around her mouth, shouting over the noise, “How about a kiss from your big sister as a second prize?!”
Jack, who had been calmly observing the mayhem with her usual unreadable expression, blinked in surprise. Her gaze locked onto (Y/n) just as her older sister started sprinting toward her, arms outstretched with paint-covered hands, ready for vengeance.
“Come here, Jack!” (Y/n) yelled, grinning wildly. “You can’t escape my love!”
For the first time that day, Jack’s expression faltered ever so slightly. She narrowed her eyes and immediately turned on her heel, sprinting away from (Y/n) at full speed, her paintball gun still bouncing on her shoulder.
“Get back here!” (Y/n) cackled, chasing her sister through the battlefield.
“Welp there she goes.” Tess comments.
“And leaves us here.” Nic adds.
“…”
“…”
Hyrule looks at the nervously. “Guuuys..?”
The two pull out their reloaded paintball guns.
“Guuuuuys…!”
Without another word, the two ran off to follow their cackling friend.
Warriors groaned, having had a third shot at him.
“Gods damnit, AFTER THEM!”
And so the chaos continued.

———
Time had been seated at his desk when everyone returned home, he hadn’t so much as looked up from the paperwork in front of him as he greeted them. “Welcome back.”
Time then tilted his head to the side, just as a throwing axe embedded itself into the wall right where his head had been. His only reaction was a faint sigh.
Four stood across the room, hand still raised from the throw, glaring daggers at him. “You knew. You knew about the paintball tournament, didn’t you?”
Hyrule, Twilight, and Warriors joined in with exasperated complaints, all looking equally disheveled and covered in remnants of paint. “Seriously?” Hyrule groaned. “You couldn’t give us a heads-up?”
Warriors crossed his arms, his normally immaculate hair and outfit still splattered with streaks of paint. “Worst prank you’ve ever done to date,” he muttered, shaking his head in frustration.
Twilight, still wiping paint from his hair, grumbled under his breath. “I had to crawl through two miles of paint-covered mud, Time. Two miles.”
Time, still unfazed, leaned back in his chair, eyes flicking up to meet theirs. “You didn’t ask,” he said simply, as if that explained everything.
Meanwhile, Legend and Wild slunk into the room, sulking miserably. Both of them had clearly taken their defeat in the tournament hard. Legend scowled as he dropped into a chair, crossing his arms. “I can’t believe we lost.”
Wild, equally as sour, nodded in agreement. “It was rigged. I swear, Tess and Jack must’ve had inside information.”
Sky, who had been noticeably absent from the tournament, offered them a sympathetic look as he sat down nearby. “At least you got to spend time with (Y/n),” he said gently, his voice full of good-natured empathy.
For a moment, the room went quiet, the rest of the group collectively turning their attention to Sky with a suspicious squint. They exchanged a glance, each silently wondering why Sky hadn’t joined them in the chaos.
Noticing the stares, Time finally broke the silence. “Sky didn’t know about the tournament. He volunteered to handle everyone’s duties while you were gone,” he explained, his tone entirely matter of fact.
Then, with a slight pause, he added, “And regardless, I would’ve forbidden him from going. We all know he wouldn’t have stayed calm if he saw (Y/n) getting shot at. Paintballs or not.”
The others blinked, as if suddenly imagining the apocalyptic expression Sky would’ve worn had he seen (Y/n) in the line of fire.
The thought alone was enough to make them collectively shudder.
Sky pouted in response, his lips twitching in mild protest, but he remained quiet, clearly knowing that Time had a point.
As the conversation continued, Wild’s Sheikah Slate buzzed in his pocket. He fished it out, his eyes scanning the screen for a moment before his lips curled into a mischievous grin. “Oy, Legend,” he muttered, nudging his fellow hero. “You’ve gotta see this.”
Legend, still sulking, glanced over at the screen, and his own pout immediately transformed into a smile. The two exchanged a knowing look, their earlier misery now replaced with something else.
Though no one noticed as they continued to complain to Time.

The school had been closed all week, the aftermath of the chaotic paintball tournament still lingering like an unspoken legend amongst students and faculty alike. It was now the weekend, and the Chain had enjoyed the peace and quiet, until the sound of shuffling feet broke the serenity.
Legend and Wild were at the door, both looking rather pleased with themselves as they pulled on jackets and shouldered small bags, ready to head out. The rest of the group, scattered around the living room, looked up curiously.
“Where are you two going?” Twilight asked, leaning back in his chair.
“We’re cashing in on that runner up prize from the tournament,” Legend answered smugly, adjusting his bag strap.
Wild grinned. “Yep. Spa weekend, here we come.”
The room fell silent for a moment as everyone processed the information. Time, sitting at his desk nearby, glanced up with an annoyed but resigned expression. His face wore the look of a man who knew the full details but, for once, was powerless to stop it. He sighed and waved them off. “Just… don’t cause any trouble.”
Legend smirked as he opened the door, Wild close behind. “No promises.”
And with that, they were gone, leaving the rest of the group in a confused silence.
An hour passed in relative peace, until Hyrule, who had been absentmindedly flipping through a book, paused and frowned. “Wait a second,” he muttered, “Wasn’t (Y/n) also a runner up? She got taken out at the same time as Wild and Legend…”
The room froze.
Twilight and Four slowly exchanged glances, Warriors straightened in his seat, and Hyrule’s eyes went wide as realization set in.
The only sound in the room was Time’s heavy sigh as he leaned back in his chair, rubbing his temples, and Sky let out a pitiful, resigned noise, somewhere between a whimper and a sad groan.
Within seconds, chaos erupted.
“Those bastards!” Wind growled, reaching for his phone.
“You’ve gotta be kidding me!” Warriors shouted, already typing furiously.
“They took her with them?!” Four’s voice cracked as he sent out his own frantic text.
Phones buzzed and pinged as the Chain began bombarding Wild and Legend with messages. Some sent text after text, while others left scathing voice messages, each more demanding than the last.
Twilight’s voice was barely coherent as he left his message: “Explain yourselves. Now.”
Warriors was no better, his tone sharp: “You’ve got five minutes to respond, or we’re coming after you.”
Sky, looking utterly heartbroken, didn’t even bother typing, he just stared at his phone screen, looking like someone had kicked a puppy.
Meanwhile, Legend, Wild, and (Y/n) were lounging comfortably on cushioned chairs in an upscale spa.
A warm breeze carried the scent of flowers and fresh water, and the trio were perfectly relaxed. (Y/n) sat between Legend and Wild, the three of them surrounded by refreshments and snacks on a small table between their chairs.
Legend stretched with a contented sigh, taking a sip from his drink. “See? This is exactly what we needed after all that.”
Wild grinned, leaning back in his chair. “Best prize. No distractions, no one nagging us… just peace and quiet.”
(Y/n), her eyes closed as she relaxed, hummed in agreement. “We should do spas more often.”
Legend chuckled softly, his arm casually resting along the back of her chair. “Well, I won’t complain about that idea.”
Wild’s phone buzzed on the table, but he didn’t even glance at it.
The buzzing continued, both of their phones lighting up and vibrating with increasing frequency as message after message poured in.
Still, neither Wild nor Legend made any move to check them. The grin on Wild’s face only grew as the sound became more insistent.
“Think they’ve figured it out by now?” (Y/n) asked with a smirk, eyes still closed.
Legend gave a nonchalant shrug, his eyes glinting mischievously. “Oh, definitely. But we earned this.”
Wild snorted, popping a snack into his mouth. “Let ’em suffer.”
And with that, they ignored the incessant buzzing, eventually muting it, soaking up every second of their hard won spa weekend, leaving the rest of their companions in a frenzy of unanswered questions.

“Life, Imitating Art, Imitating Life.”

Tumblr media
Randy doesn’t say anything right away. He knows he should, in fact he plans to! Really he does, but when he sees you he just can’t bring himself to say anything about it, and he hates himself just a little bit for that. It becomes this sick and a touch sad ritual, of working up the nerve to talk to you about it, hyping himself up before he sees you, ready to lay down the law but as soon as his eyes meet yours, that fire of anger burning so brightly is quickly snuffed out. You have a regular date or hang sesh and then that aforementioned ritual is finished with him masturbating to that tape again for the what, fifty seventh time? Before swearing off of it and promising to put an end to this and talk to you already.
It shouldn’t be this hard to clear the air but it is, he just cannot bring himself to talk about it, can’t force the words out of his mouth. He knows this can’t go on forever, it isn’t sustainable.
You know something is up with him. Randy isn’t as good at hiding his emotions as he thinks he is, clearly something is going on but he isn’t saying anything first. You keep on waiting him out, hoping that he will be open and honest but he isn’t budging. You’d given him weeks to sort his head out and say what is on his mind but he still doesn’t give it up so if he won’t initiate that conversation, you suppose you will have to. Taking that initiative you surprise him, you show up on a day you know he doesn’t have class and when he answers the door he is still in his pyjamas and holding a bowl of cereal, sleepy eyes go wide, clearly shocked at seeing you this early and unexpected.
“Hey Randy.” You greet and still confused he greets you in kind, “Uh hi, what’s up?
“Not much, I wanted to see you. Can I come in?”
It is clear that he has no excuse to not let you in, so he just nods and steps aside as he says, nervously, “Yeah, totally, of course.”
“Thanks.” You stride inside and then you are both sitting on the couch and you don’t waste time, “So what has been up with you lately?”
He looks like a deer caught in the headlights, mid bite of cereal, the milk down his chin is endearing, you don’t comment on it. The spoon still sits between his fingers, his hand is over his mouth he asks, “Whaddya mean?”
You roll your eyes, unimpressed, “C’mon, I’m not fucking stupid, I know by now when something is bothering my boyfriend.”
He shakes his head, spoon back in the bowl he sets it down on the coffee table, trying to brush you off, “Is that what this is about? I’m fine, just school shit, nothing’s up.”
“Randy.” You deadpan and he says your name back in a similar fashion, exasperated expression donning his features and you throw your hands up with a scoff, “Could you stop treating me like I’m dumb?”
“I’m not!’  Randy argues as he tries to convince you, “Everything is fucking fine, seriously, did you come over just to grill me?”
You speak a little louder, anger beginning to colour your tone, “Don’t make me feel bad for playing the part of the concerned girlfriend who’s only worried about your wellbeing.”
That makes anger flare inside him as well but he doesn’t say anything, holding his tongue as you continue on, “I am not letting you wiggle out of this! Seriously I can see something is wrong, why don’t you want to talk to me about it? You can trust me!”
You saying those last four words sets him off, reverberating around his skull, mocking and cruel, “You can trust me.” What a fucking joke.
“Trust? You…You want to talk about trust?” He accuses and you say, “Yeah I do! I want to talk about trust.”
His hand meets the back of his neck and then runs through his hair, going from back to front before it wipes over his face and he sighs, “Alright. Fine.” He gets up and goes over to the tv, he picks up a VHS tape and you ask, “Are you seriously putting on a movie right now?”
“How about you trust me?” The tone is biting and it slightly takes you aback, he hasn’t spoken to you like this before so you shut up and decide to trust him.
The tape is put in and then he comes back and sits down beside you, the VCR is whirring as it starts up, and then it begins playing after that strange intro, supposedly by Ghostface, the words don’t even register as your mind reels. Your jaw drops at what you see. There you are, bent over on Mickey’s couch, stripped naked and getting fucked stupid, your hair being pulled, exposing your lustful expression to the camera, moaning like a whore all the while.
“So you still want to talk about trust?”
Randy’s voice takes you out of your stupor, your mouth still open, you turn to him and that makes him pause for a moment. Mouth opening and closing a few times before you force out, “Randy I-I’m, I don’t know what to say-”
“You don’t know what to say? You cheat on me and fuck Mickey and you don’t know what to say?” You don’t know where to look, meeting his eyes seems like an impossible task but also looking at the tv and being confronted with what you did in shocking focus also seemed insurmountable.
“No, I don't know what to say, okay?!” You feel sick, stomach twisting and your fingers tangle together in your lap, he responds in short order, “You fuck Mickey and make a fucking sex tape and you can’t even look at me right now but you wanna talk about trust?”
He doesn’t stop talking, no stuttering, or tripping over his words, it is clear even though he hasn’t brought this up before he had thought a lot about what he wanted to say. Words continue to pour from his mouth, the question filled with venom, tone so sharp it could cut, “How many times has this happened?”
“Just the once.” You admit, “And you filmed your little homemade porno the first hook up with him?! What the fuck?”
“I didn’t know he filmed it.” You say it quietly, almost impossible to hear over how you are moaning and begging for Mickey to let you cum for the third time since the tape started.
“You didn’t…Know he filmed it?” You look up, meet his eyes again and shook your head and after studying and scrutinizing the look in your eyes he can tell that you mean it, that you had as you were saying right now, “No fucking idea.”
Well that sure as shit makes this more complicated. Of course Randy is still upset about you cheating but you being filmed without your consent is fucked up. You are thinking the same thing, it is fucked up but also, stealing glances back and forth between your boyfriend and the evidence of you illicit affair, you can’t help it. Something about it is unmistakably hot as fuck, not only the sound, the view and the reminder, just how uninhibited you are in that moment with Mickey. The memories come flooding back, how he touched you, the confidence and the way he made you feel, your legs press together and you hope Randy doesn’t notice. A hard swallow as you try to conjure up anger or disgust, anything other than arousal over you being filmed without realising it, the fact that you and Randy hadn’t hooked up since you cheated wasn’t helping, you were in need. The reason seems obvious now as to why you hadn’t been physical since that night.
You can’t believe that this happened, your head feels stuff full,  just totally all over the place but in the mess that is currently between your ears and Randy speaks again, “When did this happen anyway?”
That is when it hits. “Over half a month ago. That night you ditched me to go to the movies. I went to the party and met up with Mickey and he comforted me and middle, middle, middle, we hooked up. It just kinda happened.”
You say it slowly and you ask your own question before he can speak, “When did you get the tape?”
“I don’t think that is important-” You cut him off, “It is. Tell me.”
It takes some pushing and prodding and he admits he got it on Saturday, the morning after you hooked up with Mickey. “Sooo you had this tape for almost a fucking month and you didn’t say anything until I had to drag it out of you?”
He isn’t looking at you now, he isn’t saying anything, chewing nervously on his thumbnail, the tape is still fucking running. The sounds of skin on skin and moaning, wet and filthy, you and Mickey’s verbal back and forth, and you notice, he has a pillow over his lap and you don’t think, you act. You reach forward and rip it away and your suspicions are confirmed, “Oh my God you’re rock hard right now!”
“No I’m not-” You laugh at that, the shocked expression as well as the attempt to hide the obvious, as if he could talk his way out of this, “Dude I can see it, you’re practically leaking pre-cum through your pants.”
“Okay, okay, yes, I’m hard but that doesn’t mean anything-” You cut him off, “No it does, I think it means that you are into this a lot. Is this why you haven’t said anything to me?”
A gasp and a point, you are sitting side saddle on the couch now, eyes and attention locked on him as you accuse, “Is this why we haven’t had sex? Have you been getting off to this tape instead?”
“Yes! Okay? I’ve been…I’ve been getting off to this tape a lot, more than I should, too much.”
The admission sits between you both, taking up the rest of the space on the couch not occupied by the pair of you. Now that all of this was out in the open, the hurt, the betrayal but also the fact that this awful thing you did, awoke some new and unexpected sexual parts of both of you. How do you even begin to unpack this? You had no clue.
A sigh before you speak up first and ask, “What are we gonna do about this?”
Mickey was debating over takeout for dinner, Chinese or pizza, phone in hand and looking over the menus when there was a frantic pounding on the door.
He hangs up the phone as he gets up muttering, “What the hell?” Striding to the door he calls out, “Calm down, I’m coming.”
He opens the door to see you and Randy standing there nearly shoulder to shoulder, “Oh hey you two, what’s up?”
“Not much.” You say and Randy asks quickly, “Can we come in?”
That surprises him. He pauses and wonders how he can turn you both down with a reasonable excuse but he knows he can’t so he holds the door open and says, “Sure.”
You both come in and after he closes the door he asks, “I was just about to order dinner in, are you guys hungry or?”
“No, not particularly.” Randy says easily, he is looking around, you realise he had never been over to Mickey’s place before but he sure has seen it enough. Mickey poses a question, “You gonna uh, sit down?”
You and Randy both share a look, maintaining eye contact with him you take those few steps and sit down on the couch, right where you got fucked stupid almost a month previous. Randy breaks the eye contact and he takes the seat next to you, trying and failing to subtly wipe his sweaty palms on his pants, and as Mickey comes over with a raise of his eyebrows as he asks, “The fuck is up with you two?”
“We wanted to talk about what happened a few weeks back.” Randy started and you say next, “About us hooking up.”
“About us doing what?” He looks shocked, taken aback, Randy rolls his eyes and you deadpan over his acting,  “Wow, and the Oscar goes to. Come on Mickey, Randy knows, drop the act.”
He doesn’t, he is still defending himself and keeping up the charade and Randy gets up, he goes over and turns on the tv, and Mickey asks what he is doing but once the tape is pulled from Randy’s coat, inserted into the VCR and starts running it becomes abundantly clear.
“So you gonna to keep pretending this didn’t happen?” Randy asked and Mickey turned to face you both again, “I can’t believe this.”
“Thank you, finally-” You started before Mickey cut you off, “So you came over to talk about how Ghostface is obviously targeting us?”
A heavy beat before you say, “What?”
Mickey’s expression shifts, as if what he said was fact, obvious, what else could this be about? He continued talking, “I mean you heard the opening at the start of this tape, that is what we should be worried about, right?”
You laugh in disbelief before you tell him, “No we came over to talk about how you filmed us fucking-”
“I didn’t do this.” He argues quickly, one hand to his chest and the other pointing to the tv and Randy bites back, “You seriously want us to believe that? You always have that camera on you.”
Mickey kept it going as he said, “Clearly he broke in and set this up, hand to God I didn’t film us! We are both the victims here.”
“You’re joking.” You say dryly and he shakes his head, “Hardly!”
“You think we are both victims?” You ask and he says yes, Randy asks next, “How?”
“I didn’t consent to being filmed either.” He was really piling it on and Randy says, “I don’t believe it.”
Mickey fires back, “Why is it so unbelievable? Ghostface can play stalker and maim and kill but breaking into my place to make a blackmail porno tape is an impossible feat?”
When he puts it like that it is more convincing but still you aren’t sold yet, you have a question next, “Why would Ghostface do that? To what end?”
“To hurt Randy obviously! To hurt all of us, hell, even turn us against each other, if we are divided we are easier to pick off, aren’t we?” Why was Mickey making sense right now? Did you really believe him or did you just want to fuck him again? Did you truly care?
“So you really didn’t set this up?” You ask and Mickey’s arms cross, a shrug as he asserts, “God no.”
Randy spoke up, “Okay, fine, fine, even if I buy your reasoning, you still fucked my girlfriend man!”
“Shouldn’t have given me the opportunity.” Mickey said with a smile, “I mean fucks sake you see her! Like I could resist when I had the chance?”
He is looking right at you and you look away, eyes on the floor.
“So you don’t even feel bad about it?” Randy asked and Mickey laughed with a shake of his head, “Nope, not even a little.”
“You are such an asshole!” Randy spits and Mickey says, “Yeah, well, you ever thought maybe you deserved it for taking her for granted?”
He is looking over the take out menus again, unbothered, why was he so fucking hot right now? Mickey spoke again before either of you could, “So why are you both still here exactly? Just so Meeks can yell and stamp his feet, get it all outta his system or?”
That is when you and Randy share a look. A raise of your eyebrows, a silent question asking if he still wanted to go through with it and he gave a nod. That is when you spill your guts, about Randy getting the tape and how he liked it much more than he should have, which led to Mickey laughing at the admission. “Holy fucking shit! Randy is a fucking cuck!”
“Yeah, yeah fucking laugh it up.” Randy muttered, picking at the fraying thread on the edge of the couch cushion, and Mickey said with that same shit eating grin, “Oh I intend to.”
You placed a hand on Randy’s knee and squeezed reassuringly, which gave him the courage to say, “So the real reason we came by is I want your help.”
“You want my help?” Mickey’s brows pinch together, a shake of his head as he tries to process it, eyes roving over the pair of you on his couch, when it fully sinks in, hands up as he says in utter delight, “Ooooh my God. You want me to give you tips on how to fuck your girlfriend better? That is it isn’t it?”
His question is met with a single nod from both of you, leading to him exclaiming, “This is too fucking perfect.”
“Why did we want to do this again?” Randy asked no one in particular, hands together and his own eyes on the floor. “Lighten up, Meeks! Christ.”
“How can I when you are such an insufferable dickhead?” Randy asked, eyes up he said next, “Listen, that tape I…Watching it hurt, a lot, made me totally fucking jealous and feel like an idiot but I can give it up, as much as I hate to admit it, you clearly know what you are doing. I wanna make shit work between us-” He gestured between you and himself, “-so I thought fuck it, instead of blowing up my relationship and being a stubborn dumbass, I could swallow my pride and come here and ask for some ways to improve myself.”
“How very big of you. Excited to see if that is the only thing about you that is.” Mickey coos leading to Randy to roll his eyes and he sighs, asking, “ Asshole. So?”
Mickey responds easily, “I’m serious, you know. Not everyone could admit their shortcomings like this, good for you! And to answer your question I think the very least I can do is help you out here. Plus, I’d be an idiot to turn down another chance like this.”
The way he is looking at you right now, hungry, excited, like he is on a bit of an ego trip, which why wouldn’t he be? Randy found out you cheated on him, fucked Mickey and had gotten off to the tape of said affair God knows how many times, leading to here, to now, asking for help on how to better fuck you from that same man you cheated on him with. If you were in Mickey’s shoes you are sure you’d be a bit of a peacock right now too.
You hadn’t been inside his bedroom yet. You didn’t spend the night, during your last hook up, after hanging around for the end of Stab you got dressed and made your way back to your own place. The bedroom fit him, matched the rest of the place, clean but a little cluttered, and tons of posters on the walls, mosaicked around, not quite overlapping, but close, still given the space to breathe and have their own moment. You weren’t exactly that concerned with the wall decor at the moment though, currently you were on the bed, Mickey was starting to touch you and Randy nearby to watch every single moment of it go down.
Mickey’s hand was on the back of your neck, he was leaning in and that is when Randy spoke up, “Woah, none of that.”
“What?” He asked, glancing over to your boyfriend and Randy elaborated, tone and gaze firm, “No kissing her on the mouth, that is for us.”
Mickey laughed, a roll of his eyes and he said, “Whatever you say.”
Instead of kissing you on the lips he dipped down, first kiss met your jaw and he didn’t stop, mouth dragged lower as did his hands, heat began to pool inside of you in short order. There was something about this that honestly made it hotter than it already was, not being allowed to kiss traditionally made this more intense, dirtier, not to mention the whole scenario was already enough to do your head in, about to fuck someone who wasn’t your boyfriend in front OF your boyfriend.
Mickey’s mouth lifted slightly as he asked quietly as his fingers were teasing under the edge of your shirt, “Was this your idea or his?”
“It was a mutual decision.” You tell him on an exhale and he hums, “Sure, sure, mutual.”
You laugh lightly and chastise him, “You’re the worst.”
His hand was up your shirt and had tugged one of your bra cups aside, a roll of one of your nipples making you arch closer to him, head falling back with a quiet moan. “Yeah sure it feels like you hate me right now.” He teased you.
It didn’t take long for clothes to start coming off, mostly yours but some of Mickey’s too, Randy seems a tad reluctant to shed any of his layers but he is being more involved. Closer, in fact right now he was kissing you, hands cradling your face as Mickey’s hand was sliding your underwear off. Your eyes were closed, you were caught up in the kiss and so when Mickey’s fingers touched down, that first confident but soft swipe over sensitive flesh your legs jerked and you moaned into Randy’s mouth.
That makes him break the kiss, look down to see what was happening, Mickey was looking up at you, catching your reaction as his thumb passed over your clit, a slow circle that drew in a hard breath from you. “Fuck-”
You cursed as he pressed a hair harder, his hand adjusts and two fingers begin to slide into your soaked hole causing you to tense, your hand that was on Randy’s shoulder grips harder. It’s when Mickey curls his fingers and you cry out that has you tugging on the material of your boyfriend’s shirt.
He was thinking hard. Watching the intense eye contact, the way Mickey did everything so confidently, like he was just totally assured that what he did would have the desired effect on you, as if by believing it made it so. Is that part of this? Acting completely unintimidated and surefooted doing more to seal your pleasure than actual technique or is it a mix? He thinks so. Randy also knows that he is extremely hard and also feeling thoroughly left out, he doesn’t want to just watch this, he wants some more hands-on experience.
Randy pulls away, saying seriously, “Show me exactly how you are doing that.”
Mickey’s eyes flick from your face over to his, seemingly surprised not only by Randy speaking but his boldness. “Sure, get down here.”
Now you thought it was just going to be your boyfriend observing, you were fine with that, more than fine with it, but you didn’t think it would be like this, so involved, it’s looking like this might turn into an all out threesome with you in the middle of it. You aren’t complaining, you are exceedingly turned on by the very thought.
Legs spread wide, the pair of them both there, Randy seems reluctant to touch Mickey at all but some closeness is required for this. The adjustment takes a moment, Mickey’s hand leaves and you want to complain but you know with a little patience in a moment you will be heavily rewarded. A quiet moment of communication is shared, “Line up like this and-”
Two fingers are slipping inside of you again but with a look down the length of your body, you can see that one belongs to each of them. Mickey’s hand is on the bottom, Randy’s on top, overlapping it and the middle finger from each sliding in, “-when you feel this, move like this and-” Another curl, led by one with the other following and you gasp. That same cocky grin on his face, “-usually that happens.”
“Fuck.” Randy was the one to curse this time, seeing you have this reaction was good, being the one to help incite it was amazing. You were soaked, practically pulsing on his fingers, it emboldens him, he takes initiative. He copies what Mickey did earlier, his thumb finds your clit but he rubs it in his own way, that one that he knows makes your thighs want to clamp closed and your breathing become uneven and Mickey takes notice. The action actually makes him feel a pang of jealousy.
The shared look, the admiration, the fact that Randy’s biggest hurdle is his overly cautious and seemingly over thinking nature is beginning to hit him. Randy does know you and your body a good deal, the way you two are is just different, he just needs to stop treating you like you are made of glass and you’ll be set. That knowledge bothers him a lot. Even watching the pair of you kiss was difficult, the easy intimacy between you both was something he wish he had, sure he could fuck you dumb but Randy had really got you, he was your boyfriend after all, he had that emotional investment on his side. Mickey pushes all of these thoughts and everything else aside, he commits to the moment and instead teases Randy,“Oh so you do know some stuff.”
Randy exhales amusedly through his nose, he hadn’t stopped, the pleasure is soaking into your bones as he responds, “Shut up man, I’m not a total idiot.”
Some light fingering and you were feeling boneless and weak, having the pair of them totally focused on and devoted to you was intense to say the least and heavenly to say the most. Mickey’s finger left and Randy took over, his ring finger slipping in without missing a beat, no hesitation and not clumsy in the least. A new sensation made you gasp, Mickey had scooted in closer, one hand on your hip his mouth took over for your boyfriends thumb, a lick with the flat of his tongue that had you letting out a moan, fuck his mouth was good. His tongue felt incredible, hot, silky, the combination of his mouth and Randy’s fingers working in and out, experimenting, scissoring and toying with that spot, yeah you aren’t going to last terribly long.
Mickey’s lips wrapped around the sensitive flesh, he sucks and you moan loudly from the sharp jolt of pleasure that tears through you. “Oh my God yes-”
“Fucking hell, what are you doing?” Randy asks and that helps soothe some of those emotions from before. Mickey feels better, every pass of his tongue that draws out more moans and pulls you closer to climax is just fueling his ego. Randy might have history and emotion and some more intimate knowledge of you but Mickey wasn’t going down without a fight, he was going to give this his all. He plays with you for another moment before his mouth lifts up and he looks over to Randy, “What, are you that helpless? You need me to walk you through how to eat too? Should we cover how to walk next?”
“How about you stop your shitty stand up routine and use that mouth for something worthwhile?” Randy bites back and you agree, pleading, “Yeah, stop fighting already, please.”
“Fine, fine-” He sighs and says, “Get your mouth on there and I’ll talk you through it.”
He gets up and out from between your legs, he sits next to you on the bed and Randy takes over, he gets comfortable, his fingers slow down but don’t stop. The presses on that spot inside are more purposeful and keep the low and easy simmer of pleasure inside of you rolling comfortably.
“Don’t do too much to start, even the smallest things can have a big effect, I’m telling you when someone is worked up-” He nudges you with a wink before he continues on, “-even breathing on them just right can get them squirming.”
“I wanna say you are bullshitting but you haven’t been wrong yet.” Randy admits, the next feeling of warm breath fanning over your soaked cunt does make you shiver, his eyebrows raise and he looks up to see Mickey staring down at him, a look on his face saying, “I told you so.”
Randy fights the urge to insult him and asks instead, “What next?”
“Start licking but don’t focus too much up top, you know? The whole area needs attention, the variation can make or break it, and can turn a good session into a stellar one.” Mickey’s words are aiding in all this, he is speaking in this tone that makes you clench on Randy’s fingers and pulse on his tongue. Hearing the instructions spelled out, told just what is going to happen and then feeling it is heightening sensation massively.
Randy is getting more certain and proactive as he goes along, he is taking the advice that is being given but taking what he knows you enjoy and blending it. The result is making it hard for you to listen, you are much too caught up in the feeling.
Mickey’s voice does break through when you hear, “Get your lips around it, yeah like that, and don’t underestimate how good some suction can feel.”
You barely process the words until the feeling hits, you cry out a mix of their names, body trembling and in two minutes after that you whine out how close you are. That is when it all stops, you groan loudly as you feel the edge slipping away, about to complain and you see Mickey had pushed Randy off of you, “What the hell man? She was about to cum.”
“You think I don’t know what she sounds like when she is about to cum? This is part of it! Do you want my help or not?” Mickey asks and Randy shakes his head and gets off his knees, moving out of the way as directed, “Can I ask the purpose of being so cruel? Like do you just looove edging or?”
“I mean I’d be lying if I said I didn’t but no, if you deny em once, twice, more, it is easier to get them to cream all over your cock.” Mickey said it as if it was painfully obvious. The crude words make your straining clit throb, you wished that them talking about you as if you weren’t here and spread out naked between them didn’t get you so hot and bothered.
Randy did have to admit, it did seem like he made it insanely easy when he did that, the part of the tape where Mickey made you squirt is forced into his mind and he shuts up promptly. He had mixed emotions about this, jealousy, anger, humiliation but also, curiosity and undeniable arousal.
“Don’t worry, I’ll show you how she needs to be fucked and then maybe you can have some half decent sex.” Mickey taunted and you scoff, “Stop shit talking him so much and fuck me already, okay?”
“Whatever the lady wants.” Mickey sighs as he is taking off the rest of his clothing, jeans and underwear shed and you manage to tear your eyes away to look over to Randy, “You going to-?”
“I don’t know yet.” He admitted and Mickey said, “If you are worried about me, don’t be, if you wanna jack off to this I wouldn’t blame you.”
“My God, do you ever stop talking?” You ask around a laugh as Mickey starts to get on top of you, “Mostly when I’m sleeping.”
Randy reaches out, hand on Mickey’s chest and he said, “Hold on-”
Mickey looks up to see the wrapped condom in your boyfriend's hand and he smiles, “What? You really want me to wear a condom when I’ve already fucked her raw before?”
“Uh yeah, obviously?” Randy said and Mickey rolled his eyes, one hand reaches out he takes the condom and tosses it aside and the other under one of your knees he is lining up, “Yeah I’m already following your fucking stupid no kissing rule so-” A strong push forward of his hips and he slips inside of you, an arch of your back and a loud moan, your legs wrap around his hips, pulling him the rest of the way in, a breathless moan from Mickey before he finishes the thought, “-I don’t think so.”
He soaks in the feeling of you, hot, tight, wet, wrapped around him before he starts to pull out, half way before he bucks forward again, “See? Even she doesn’t want me to wear one.”
Randy should be annoyed, should cuss him out and tell him off but fuck if that wasn’t the hottest thing he’d ever seen. Mickey is starting to fuck you with an easy pace, very aware of how closely Randy is watching at this moment. He is going to pull out all the stops, he is going to make you cum on his dick, he is going to make you scream and squirt and show Randy just how good he can be to you. Mickey’s mind is running, he knows that with every trick he shows, move he shares, advice he imparts he is only giving Randy more of an edge, he isn’t sure he can fuck you away from Randy but he knows he doesn’t have to.
Not when he and Nancy are going to put that plan forth next month, not when Randy is going to die and then Mickey is going to be there to comfort you, help you grieve and put you back together.
For now he is going to have fun, safe in the knowledge he was going to get you in the end, no matter what. It was going to be a great night, especially as Randy seemingly can’t hold back, opening up his own pants and desperate to get off to the view in front of him. He picks up the pace, fucking into you harder as he starts to attempt to conjure up some adequate verbal degradation to throw Randy’s way through the building pleasure.
Randy had a hand around himself, starting to touch himself as he breathed out, "Make sure you pull out."
Mickey nodded absentmindedly, huffing out over the sounds of your moans, "Yeah, yeah, I will."
No way was he going to, the thought of pumping you full of cum and Randy getting his sloppy seconds was way too sweet.

a week had gone by since adam found out about you and max, and you and your brother were effectively ignoring eachother completely. him and max had to be at least professional enough to do their segments together, but didn’t speak to eachother outside of work business. you hated that you had come between their friendship, but you also felt like adam was overreacting. there was a week long break coming up, and you knew adam was going him to see your parents; usually you would go with him, but this time you weren’t sure you really wanted to spend seven days in a house with him, along with your parents asking why you were fighting. your mom had actually been calling and texting you, asking if she could expect you home for the break, but you had ignored all of her messages.
“what are you thinking about?” max asked, snapping you out of your trance as he walked out of the bathroom, fresh out of the shower. his skin was still damp, nothing but a fluffy white towel around his waist as he used a smaller one to dry off his curly hair. max had been travelling with you rather than adam since things kind of exploded last week.
you raised an eyebrow, unable to stop yourself from staring at his chiseled abs, and the happy trail that started at his naval and disappeared under the towel.
“well now i’m thinking about something else…” you said, sitting up on the bed as max walked over to you, leaning down to kiss your lips.
“oh yeah? what’s that?” he smirked, and your hands reached for the towel that hung low on his hips. his hands cradled either side of your jaw as you let the towel fall to the floor, and he kissed you deeply. max pulled your shirt over your head, before wrapping a hand around your throat and pulling you up onto your knees, kissing you again. your hands tangled in his damp curls, and his tongue slipped past your lips to explore your mouth, that taste of mint toothpaste on his tongue.
you were interrupted by a knock at the door, and max sighed, kissing you one more time before he turned and started walking towards the door. you slid your shirt back on, making yourself look at least decent.
“i’ll get it,” you laughed pushing him around the corner out of view of the doorway, and throwing the towel at him. you were still smiling when you opened the door, but it disappeared completely at the sight of adam.
“y/n,” he began, greeted you with an awkward nod. you shifted your weight nervously back and forth on your feet.
“so you’re talking to me again?” you asked, and adam sighed.
“i … don’t know. i do need to ask you about next week though.”
“so mom sent you? that’s adorable,” you laughed, annoyed.
“can we set this aside- for one week; for her sake?” he asked, and you laughed in disbelief. of course you wanted to see your parents, but you were stubborn to your core.
“i don’t know adam. you’re the one who has an issue with me and max being together.” he sighed, running a hand through his long hair.
“i have an issue with the fact that you and my best friend betrayed me-“
“oh get over yourself. we didn’t get together just to spite you, adam. do you hear yourself? yes, we were wrong to hide it from you, i can admit that; but i wouldn’t take back what i did.”
“so you aren’t coming home?” he asked.
“i’ll think about it.”
“no you won’t. you’ve already decided; i know you.” adam spat. “at least call mom and have the guts to tell her you’re choosing a guy over your family.”
“don’t talk to them like that,” max appeared behind you, his lower half dressed in a pair of shorts.
“max,” adam greeted awkwardly. “this is a family conversation.”
“oh- please continue,” max taunted, not leaving your side.
“actually i think we’re done here,” you said, closing the door on your brother. max turned you to face him, and you wrapped your arms around his waist, pulling him into a hug.
“you okay?” he asked, kissing the top of your head. you nodded into his chest, before pulling back to kiss his lips softly.
“yeah. thank you for having my back, even though you don’t have to protect me from adam.”
“i know,” he said, kissing the top of your nose. “are you going home next week?” he asked, and you sighed flopping onto your stomach on the bed.
“i don’t think so. i don’t want to spend a week with someone who won’t talk to me,” you mumbled. max crawled onto the bed, hovering over top of you and placing kisses along your shoulder and up the side of your neck to your ear.
“come home with me instead,” he whispered, nipping at the shell of your ear. you couldn’t hold back the moan that left your lips as max pressed himself against your backside. max rolled over, pulling you with him until you straddled his lap, his arms wrapping around your waist and holding you close.
“you don’t think we’ll get sick of eachother if we spend a week together?” you teased, as max placed wet kissed on your neck, finding your sweet spot with ease.
“fuck no,” he laughed.
•••
you had in fact decided to spend the week off at max’s house with him, and the two of you had just arrived, pulling into the driveway in max’s blue camaro. when you entered the house, a fluffy white and tortoiseshell cat ran up to max, weaving in and out of his feet and meowing.
“hey piper,”max laughed, bending down to pick up the cat. “daddy’s home. did you miss me?” he bombarded the cat with kisses on her forehead, and you laughed.
“daddy?” you raised an eyebrow.
“shut up, you love it,” he smirked, and turned the cat towards you. “this is piper.” you extended a hand gently for the cat to sniff, and she let you pat her on the top of the head.
“hi piper,” you smiled. max placed her softly on the ground, and led you further into the house. it was minimally decorated, which made sense considering how many days of the year he would actually be home. there was a large cream coloured couch in the center of the living room, that had a wall of large windows.
“you’re gonna have two cuddle buddies now,” max was still talking to piper as you sat down on the soft couch, and the cat hopped up into your lap. “she likes you,” max smiled, and sat next to you in the couch, tucking you under his arm. piper walked back and worth across both of your laps, before laying down on the arm rest.
“she’s cute,” you beamed, and max kissed your lips softly.
“you’re cute.” you giggled as he kissed your forehead and then your lips again.
“did you hit your head or something? what’s got you in such a good mood?” you laughed, although you weren’t complaining; you could get used to the softer side of max.
“no,” he smirked, easily pushing you over to pin him underneath you on the couch. “why, how do you want me to be?” he stared down at you, his brown eyes darker than usual.
“i just didn’t know the devil could be such a softie, that’s all,” you explained playfully, knowing you were pushing his buttons.
“careful,” he warned, a hand wrapping gently but firmly around your throat as you stared up at him, your eyes wide with excitement. “you’re gonna get yourself in trouble. unless that’s what you’re trying to do?”
“you tell me, daddy.” you teased, and he groaned, his grip tightening around your neck before he relaxed.
“you are driving me crazy,” he rolled his eyes, leaning down to kiss you. your teeth pulled at his bottom lip as his hand moved from your neck to cradle the side of your face.
“i can’t believe i get you all to myself for a whole week,” you exhaled as max left a trail of kisses down the side of your neck, leaving soft love bites behind.
“i hope you don’t like walking-“ you interrupted him with another kiss, and you could feel him smirking against your lips. your phone began to ring in your bag, and you sighed heavily. “don’t answer that,” max whispered next to your ear, his hands trailing down your sides to pull you hips upward against his.
“what if it’s important?” you asked, letting out a moan as he rutted his hips against yours.
“it can wait,” he growled, and his fingers began undoing your pants.
“max…”
“tell me if you want me to stop,” his voice sent a shiver down your spine as he slid your pants down, biting down on the skin below your jaw.
“fuck- please max,” you begged, unable to think straight.
“please what, baby?” he asked as his hand disappeared into your underwear.
“don’t stop.” max smiled before kissing you roughly, as your phone stopped ringing.
•••
you were peacefully face down in max’s bed, the soft blankets the only thing covering your body as you lay there, waking up from a nap after max had given you a very… thorough.. tour of his house. your eyes fluttered open at the sound of max getting out of the shower, the bathroom door opening with a soft click, and you looked up to see him, only his lower half dressed as he walked over to you. max leaned down and gently kissed the side of your head, and you smiled, waking up fully and rolling over to sit up against the headboard.
“hey sleepyhead, late night?” max teased, and you looked over at the clock that read 11:23 am, meaning you had only been asleep for about an hour, having fallen asleep after you and max had spent the entire morning breaking in his new mattress so to speak.
“shut up, don’t tease me when it’s your fault,” you pouted, pulling the blanket up higher. max laughed, raising his hands in mock innocence, kissing you sweetly on the lips.
“i’m sorry baby. you feel okay?” he asked sincerely, and you nodded.
“yeah, i’m great,” you smiled. “are you okay?”
“yeah baby i’m okay,” he smiled, kissing your forehead and then your lips again. “by the way, your phone has been going off for like an hour.”
you sighed, and max handed you one of his tshirts to wear as you got out of bed. max smiled to himself at the way your legs wobbled slightly as you walked, but didn’t mention it, deciding he had teased you enough. you walked over to your suitcase and dressed the rest of your body in your underwear and some shorts, before digging you phone out of your bag and checking the many notifications you had missed. there was about 20 text messages from your mom, a few from adam, and about 12 missed calls between the two of them. the ones from your mom were asking where you were, with increasing concern; you gathered that adam hadn’t told her you weren’t coming. reading through the ones he had sent confirmed your suspicion. you sighed, but clicked on your moms contact and put the phone to your ear, listening to it ring until she answered.
“y/n! sweetie i’ve been calling you! did you get my texts? why aren’t you home for the break?” she asked, concern in her voice.
“relax mom,” you laughed. “i’m sorry, adam was supposed to let you know i wouldn’t be there this time. i’m sorry to worry you,” you lied, only feeling a little guilty about throwing your brother under the bus.
“oh - he said he thought you were coming. i’ll have to talk to him,” she said. “anyways, what’s keeping you away? is there a boy?” she asked in a playful tone, and you smiled, looking over at max who was on the other side of the room, scrolling through his phone, paying no attention.
“yeah, actually - there is.”
“that’s great honey! are you spending your vacation together?” she asked.
“yeah, i’m actually with him at his house for a few days,” you explained. you knew she didn’t watch the show every week, but still hoped she didn’t ask too many questions about max. his reputation, at least in regards to the character he portrayed, wasn’t the best and would definitely concern your mother; nevermind the fact that him and adam were friends. thankfully, she didn’t ask for too many details.
“well i’m sad we won’t be seeing you, but i hope you’re having fun sweetie! be safe, and if something happens and you need to come home you’re always welcome.” you felt a pang in your heart, missing home and your family.
“thanks mom. i love you, and i promise next time i have time off i’ll be there.”
“i love you too, honey. me and your dad will see you then. maybe you can bring this boy of yours next time.” you smiled, glancing over at max again who looked up at your and sent you a wink, and you laughed softly.
“we’ll see mom. i’ll talk to you later okay?”
“bye sweetie,” she replied before you hung up. you considered calling adam as well, but decided you didn’t want to speak to him, sending him a text instead.
‘talked to mom. she’s happy for me.’
you put your phone back in your bag without waiting for a reply, and walked (still with some difficulty) over to max, who looked up at you from the chair he was sitting in.
“all good? your family’s not gonna send the cops here to arrest me for kidnapping you?” he asked, and you sat down in his lap, and his arms wrapped around your waist immediately.
“no i think you’re safe for now. unless adam calls them,” you joked. “my mom wants me to bring you home, so i think she’s on our side. i didn’t exactly tell her who you are though.”
“what can i say, moms love me.” you slapped his chest gently as you both laughed. “she’s doesn’t need to know all the little details just yet.”
“agreed. i just hope adam calms down about it. i hate that i’ve come in between you guys.”
“i know baby. he’ll get over it,” max said, kissing your cheek.
“i hope so,” you sighed. “enough about my family drama. what’s the plan for today?”
“hmmm i think we can do whatever we want,” max said, kissing your neck softly.
“i like the sound of that. i need to shower first though,” you giggled as his kissed tickled your skin. max let go of you, allowing you to stand up and walk to the bathroom. you turned the water on, before peeking back out into the bedroom.
“you coming?” you smirked, and max threw his phone aside and hurried over to join you, and you smiled. things may not be perfect, but you were happier than you had been in a long time, and as long as you and max had eachother, you knew you would be fine.

What's In Front Of Us
Tumblr media
Pairing: Clark Kent x plus size! reader
Warning: Mentions of bullying
Summary: For once in his life, Clark never felt so speechless until he saw you in blue.
a/n: loosely based on the song You Belong With Me by Taylor Swift
The bell school rang, alerting the students it was dismissal. Everyone flooded the hallways as well as you. You walked up to your locker, unlocking it as you got the books you needed. When you close it, a familiar face looks at you, smiling.
"Did the birthday girl had a good day?" Clark Kent, your best friend since childhood, asked you.
"It was fantastic." you said sarcastically, then bursting into a fit of laughter as Clark joined too.
"I wanted to sleep in World Geography so bad." You said, almost putting your books inside of your bag.
"Yeah, I felt the same for Chemistry." Clark said, already grabbing your books and carrying it for you.
You never minded Clark helping you, besides, you want to use his super strength for good use.
You two were inseparable growing up. You were basically at the Kent Farm all of your childhood and often referred to you as their second child.
"Also, birthday girl gets to drive." You smirked, flashing your new car keys to Clark. He smiled at you, knowing that you've pleaded your dad to drive and he gave you his old pick up truck. You both walked to the parking lot, and see the popular girls whispering at you as you get in the old pick up truck. You never knew why they disliked you so much, but you never paid attention to their sneers. Clark always admired that about you, that nothing tore you down.
"Anyways, I was thinking we could study for a bit at the coffee shop and I'll drop you home." You said to Clark as you drove out of campus.
"Sure, my parents will be relieved that I'm actually getting help with this class. They're more proud of your grades than mine." He joked.
"I have that effect on other people's parents. You have your powers and I have mine." You joked as Clark chuckled.
Soon, you drove to where you guys were headed and walked side by side inside the Talon. You then ordered what you wanted and sat down, just going over some things for your Chem homework.
You were still talking about some formulas and you look up to see Clark glancing elsewhere.
You follow his gaze and see he was staring at Lana Lane. It was like she popped out of those teen rom-com scenes where the guy is staring at his love interest. You roll your eyes, muttering 'typical' as you return to your notes.
"What?" He says, turning to you obliviously.
"You have super hearing and you didn't hear me?" You question.
"Who has super hearing?" Lana asks as she came up to your table.
You and Clark turn to her like deers in headlights. Clark coughs in his hand as you try stammering out.
"Oh, I was... just teasing how Kent prides in his hearing but he wasn't listening about our homework." You said.
Lana politely smiles as she looks at Clark flirtatiously.
"Better start studying Clark. You don't want to be grounded on prom night for slacking school." She said, picking up his empty drink and went to the back.
You had nothing against Lana. She was nice to you compared to the other girls in school. But you felt a pang of jealousy that Clark started to notice her more often. He thought he was weak in the knees for her, but soon found out the kryptonite necklace she wore made Clark ill. (Maybe you were a bit appeased by this, but you would never tell Clark that.)
Clark looks at her till she leaves his sight and immediately looks down to his textbook, reading the chapter.
"Really? I've been helping you for a whole week and it takes Lane two seconds for you to study?" You asked, feeling a bit upset.
Clark looks up to you, feeling bad. "I'm sorry, you know how I get flustered."
"Yeah..." you muttered again before reading to yourself.
"Hey, someone's a bit grumpy. Is it because I didn't give you your birthday present?" Clark asks, smirking.
"Clark, I told you, I don't like being spoiled." You said. Of course, you appreciate the Kents for taking care of you, especially since your dad is still mourning the loss of your mom.
"Hey, you're my best friend. I want to show how lucky I am that you're cool with me being an alien and all." You snicker at his comment, he never failed to make you laugh.
"Okay, Kent. Give me my present." You said in a sassy tone.
Clark smiles and dugs inside of his signature red jacket and hands you a present that looked like it was wrapped by a toddler. (You'd think he'd use his speed to be useful but oh well) You open it and you stare down at a silver bracelet that had a charm with the first letter of your name.
"Clark... I can't- accept this." You said, feeling a bit choked.
"Hey, yes, you should. I just remembered that you've always wanted to have a bracelet like your mom so I tried to find the closest thing like in the pictures." He said.
You form a smile as you wipe your tears.
"Thank you." You whispered, you said, fumbling to try to place it around your wrist.
Clark saw you were struggling a bit so he takes the bracelet and helps you put it on.
He gently holds your hand up and you both admire the twinkle it shows under the lights.
"It's beautiful." you said, looking down.
"Yeah, it is." he whispers under his breath.
You two retract your hands, feeling a bit flustered.
"Um... let's just go back to work." you whispered, staring back at your textbook.
Clark didn't say anything except smile at you and continued on with his studies, happy that he gets to be with you.
Soon, you drove him back home and see that his parents were out as Jonathan was getting off the tractor and Martha coming out of the house.
"Hey you two! How was studying?" Martha asks.
"It was good, Clark listens to me better than the teacher." You joked, making Clark roll his eyes playfully.
"Well, I'm glad that you're teaching him, he's always got his head in the clouds." Jonathan said, messing Clark's hair making his son smile.
"Why don't you stay for dinner? I don't think muffins and coffee is a proper meal for this time, especially not on your birthday." Martha asks you.
"I really don't want to intrude." You said, knowing Mrs. Kent won't take no for an answer.
"She did make you your favorite." Jonathan hints, giving you a warm smile.
"Well, I guess can't pass up on a good meal." You joked as Martha hugs as you walks you into the house.
All of you started to eat and shared your day, laughing and enjoying each other's company. After dinner, Clark walked you to your car and opened your door.
"Hey so, I haven't heard any plans from you for prom." Clark asks as it was near the date.
"I wasn't initially going, but my aunt sent me a dress she made herself to surprise me. Said every beautiful girl deserves a beautiful dress." you said.
Clark comes closer to you, leaning on your open window.
"I didn't know what you were up to, so I was wondering if you wanted to go together?" Clark suggested.
You look at him surprised. you knew he didn't want to go to prom all together, unless he asked Lana, but he hasn't even asked her. You assume that she already has a date. You're about to tell him that you didn't want to be a second choice but his eyes gave you this look.
"You know you're the only one for me... so what do you say? I'll buy you a corsage to match that bracelet of yours."
In that moment, something in you just sparked.
"Well... flowers do sound nice." you said.
Clark shone his signature smile and straightened up.
"Great! I'll pick you up at your house, 8 o'clock sharp!" He said as he jogs to his door.
You couldn't help but shake your head as you started your car.
Prom would be one night to remember.
As the night came, Clark was trying to make a bowtie but kept on failing. Jonathan saw his son and walked in his room.
"Getting nervous there son?" he asks, leaning by the door frame.
Clark looks at his dad and looks down to his unfinished tie.
"It's just a dance." Clark said.
Jonathan laughs his head as he goes up to Clark, already fixing his tie.
"It's not just an ordinary dance, especially for you two lovebirds." His dad joked.
Clark rolls his eyes, as his parents often paired you and Clark since you two met.
"Dad...." Clark warned.
"I'm just saying son, it takes a long time for us Kent men to realize what's in front of us. That's all I can say." Jonathan said.
He finished the tie and patted Clark on the shoulder, implying that he was finally done. The two share a grateful look at each other and walked out to the car. Martha joins as she brought a polaroid, wishing to get pictures before you two head to the school.
When they arrive to your house, Clark takes a deep breath and knocks on the door.
He then sees your dad who looked very bright.
"Clark! Come in, she should be coming down by now. Started getting ready since noon!" He says. Clark's parents go up to your dad and talk while Clark was staring at the staircase, trying not to burn it.
He then did a double take as he finally saw you as you walked out of your room as you were walking down the stairs. You wore this dark blue off-the-shoulder dress with a high slit on your left leg. He was stunned as your hair and makeup were professionally done. What made his heart flutter was the bracelet he gave you.
Martha gasps as she places a hand on her chest.
"Darling, you look beautiful! Clark, tell her she looks beautiful!" She said.
"Thank you Mrs. Kent." you said, staring at her.
You then look at Clark, slightly squirming in your dress that felt hot.
Clark could tell that you were waiting for a response. But there were so many words in the english language for him to describe you: exquisite, stunning, angelic... his breath was taken away.
All he could do was gulp, and offer you your corsage.
"This is... for you." he mustered the courage to say.
You decided not to let Clark make a fool of himself and walked up to him as he placed it around your wrist, feeling the same vibrations when he placed your bracelet on for the first time.
You two smiled at each other and looked up when you see a flash. Martha took a picture and orders you to pose with each other. Clark and you take pictures and tell your parents that it's time to head out. They wave you goodbye as Clark drove you to the dance.
The ride was silent, as the two of you sat awkwardly to school.
"Sooo..." You muttered.
"Sooo..." Clark replied.
You've grown a bit unsteady, and Clark could sense too. You're heart was thumping faster than a speeding bullet.
Clark gives you a glance and looks back on the road.
"Your dad seemed happy."
You smile as you look out the window.
"Yeah, he said that today reminded him of his first date with mom on their prom night. Brought back some good memories."
Clark smiled. You and your dad have been so estranged for so long, but was happy that you two found some inner peace.
"I'm not great with, talking about things... but I want us to have a fun night together, with you." You look at him and give him a smile.
"I'd love nothing more."
As you parked in the school's parking lot, Clark helped you down his car and held your hand. He held it tight, reassuring you that he wouldn't leave your side. You both took a deep breath and walked into the prom together.
Luckily you went during the rush, hiding among plain sight among the numerous teens. The night went without a hitch, you two were having a great time laughing and dancing.
Then it came the slow dance.
You and Clark looked at each other awkwardly.
"We can sit down if you want." You say, already crossing your arms as you felt too conscious.
"I was hoping we'd dance if you like." he says, stepping forward to you.
You look up to him, eyes doe like as you took a silent gulp. You slowly wrap your hands behind Clark's neck as he placed his hands on your waist.
You two don't break eye contact as the lights dimmed and the music filled your ears. You two slowly closed with each other, not saying a word. You lay your head on his chest as he held you tighter once more. Clark felt like he was floating in midair, wanting to hold you as long as he can.
He got lost in thought till he heard your voice.
"Clark?" you ask.
He looks down at you, your eyes shining like stars.
"They're staring at us." you said, uneasy.
He looks around and sees his peers, even hearing the smallest of whispers around you.
"Don't pay attention to them, they're just jerks." He says.
"What are they saying?" you ask.
"Nothing, they're all jealous that I get to dance with the most gorgeous girl in the room."
"I don't think i believe that... You sure you don't want to dance with a prettier girl like Lana?" You ask, stopping your dance.
"I don't want to dance with her, I want to dance with you." He says, firming his voice.
The insecurities start building in your chest and you let go of him.
"I'm sorry, I can't." You said, already running away with tears in your eyes.
He calls you by your name but you can't look back, not when you were feeling like a fool.
You go straight to the bathroom, holding onto the sink as you cried more, ruining some of your makeup.
It was stupid, stupid to think that you could have a chance with Clark. You guys have been friends your entire lives, he'll never view you as something more.
You whip your head up and hear some laughter. Lana was the first girl you saw and she looked so happy. She then saw you and saw her features soften.
"Hey, I'm just going to take a bit, you can go." she said to her friends.
She goes straight to the paper towel roller and took a piece. She walks right up to you.
"May I?" she asks, lifting up the napkin.
You were shocked, but you straighten up and allowed her to wipe off the mascara down your checks.
"Whoever told us that prom is the best night of your life is utter crap." she said.
You couldn't help but laugh.
"Yeah, i'm just counting down the days till I leave for college." you said, feeling a bit better.
Once she was done, she threw the trash and gave you a comforting smile.
"You look beautiful, you and Clark must be having a good time." She said.
You frown a bit before you lean by the sink.
"I'm kind of avoiding him right now." You said in a low tone, crossing your arms.
Lana looks upset. "If he said anything I swear I'll bring him hell." She said in a serious tone.
You laugh, as you know she'd fight for you.
“Clark is fine, it’s just… the people around us stare at me like I came out of a circus.” You said.
“Hey, don’t think that. In ten years, they’ll be wasting away in some bar or regretting having three kids who are under five. You? You’re going to graduate top of our class and go out into the world, doing greater things. They’ll regret ever saying one bad thing about you.” Lana said, placing a comforting hand by your arm.
You hugged her tight, trying not to cry.
“Thanks Lana, you don’t know how much that means to me.”
She rubs your back and looks at you, beaming that you’re feeling better.
“If I’m not mistaken, I believe you need to finish a dance with your date.” Lana states.
You take one deep breath and you two walk out hand in hand.
What you didn’t expect was Clark sitting by the staircase, straightening up when he sees you.
You look at Lana and give her a smile, implying that you’re able to take care of yourself. She gives you one last hug and says goodbye before heading to the dance.
You and Clark stand next to each other, in uncomfortable silence.
You two speak at the same time, always interrupting when one tried to give the other the floor.
Clark gestures you to speak.
"Do you wanna get out of here?" you ask.
Clark sighs in relief.
"I thought you'd never ask. I wanted to show you something if you want to follow me." He said.
You hesitate for a moment, but you give your hand to him. You two walk to the car and Clark drives you out of the school. You were confused about when Clark takes you to his barn and gets out quickly, wanting to surprise you with something. He returns back with lightning speed, grinning as he hopes to win you back.
"I think you're going to like this." He said.
When he tells you to come upstairs, you were in awe. He decorated the place with his white Christmas lights to illuminate the inside as you two saw the starry sky.
"Thought this would make up for tonight," he says as he walks up to the radio with a cd player and played a slow song.
Clark turns around and admires you standing there. He takes a few steps forward and holds you closer to him as you swayed to the music.
"I never got to say how breathtaking you look tonight. Guess I got too nervous to say it," he says.
You chuckle as you look up at him.
"Well, if that's your apology, I forgive you." You said.
You're thankful for Clark doing all of this. You were a very private person, so sharing this intimate night with each other in a comfortable place made you feel more confident.
You lean on Clark's chest, hearing his fast heartbeat. Clark holds you closer, never wanting to let you go.
That's when he realized his dad's words from earlier.
"I'm so stupid." He mutters to himself.
"What?" You ask.
Clark gulps as he realized he was thinking out loud and stops dancing.
"I'm an idiot."
"I think I need more context than that." You joke.
He rolls his eyes and held your hands firmly, staring into your eyes.
"I've been feeling so lost and nervous, my throat would dry and I forget the words that I want to say. But when I saw you walking down those steps, everything became so clear. I-I... want to protect you, I want to take you out of this town and show the world because you deserve every second of someone loving you and..."
His face inches to your lips.
"I want to be that person that loves you."
Your mind is racing and your heart might as well be jumping out of your chest. Clark could sense the uneasiness as you couldn't reply.
He begins to slip away from your touch, about to turn around "Maybe it's late, I'll take you hom-"
"Wait." You said.
You spin him back to you and without a beat passing, you kissed his lips. Clark's hands lay flat on your back as your heartbeats align. You two felt like you were levitating.
You two break apart, smiling wildly.
"I always wanted to do that," you whispered.
Clark could only chuckle as he shakes his head, as you always made him laugh.
"I thought the same thing." He said.
You two kissed again as the world around you blurred like an unfocused camera. But both of you knew you could capture this night like a picture: forever still in the moment.

Show Me Your Moves! (Chapter 20)
AO3 STORY
Tumblr media
Chapter 20 : Spirit Shackle
Spirit Shackle is a damage-dealing move that can prevent the target from switching out or fleeing as long as the user is still in battle. Wimp Out, Emergency Exit, the Red Card, the Shed Shell, and the Eject Button can bypass this effect.
You should stop jinxing yourself like this…
You ended up going down the hole with MK.
And neither of you had a splendid landing.
MK landed on the ground, creating a small crater from the impact, and you unfortunately landed on top of him. Thank goodness he wasn’t too hurt from it.
You rebounded first, immediately getting off of Mk and standing up.You were about to apologise to him too, but DBK's glare was much more menacing in-person than in-cartoon, it made you shrink back in fear.
“Ooh! Wait a minute!” MK groaned as he stretched, and you winced when you heard his back crack.
He stretched some more, rolling his shoulders, ready to fight. “Sun Wukong! Return to defeat me again? I will not let that happen!” DBK yelled out.
MK looked confused. “Uh… I think you got the wrong guy buddy.” The delivery boy was then rudely swatted away by DBK, and you gasped when he turned to you.
Before you could attack, however, Princess Iron Fan swooped in and sent a wind attack at her husband, surprising you. “The canisters. The power within them has driven him mad.” She explained.
MK used his gold vision, and a look of shock came over his face. He nodded. “Okay, time for round two.”
“No.” MK looked over at Red Son in surprise, both him and PIF standing in front of him, brandishing their powers and weapons respectively. “This time, we will fight with you.”
Red Son went in to attack first, and PIF turned to both of you. “You two have one shot, so make it count.”
Okay, still the same, cool.
What wasn’t the same was that DBK was now absurdly fast. He couldn’t stand in one place for one second before quickly dodging an attack. The canisters didn’t even have a scratch on them.
At this point, things were going slower than anticipated.
DBK needed to stop moving, or at least be slower like in canon. You had these wacky powers, but could you slow someone down or stop them completely?
Worth a shot. You thought to yourself.
So while they were still fighting, you raised a hand and visualised a way to stop him, and your brain supplied you with a plan. And your powers activate immediately after.
From the shadows, you had summoned a multitude of sharp arrows, all aimed at DBK. He looked shocked at your display of power but ducked with ease. The arrows landed back in his shadow, and he laughed at your miss.
He went to move at you again, but your plan worked. Because the arrows were made of shadow, and they hit his shadow, his shadow was essentially ‘stitched’ to the ground, making him unable to move.
He tried moving more, thrashing his arms around, but the shadows and arrows had enough. Next thing anyone else knew, chains emerged from the shadows and grabbed onto both his wrists, yanking down and pulling him down onto his knees.
“Get those canisters, MK!” You grunted. This was a lot more difficult than you thought. “I don’t know how much longer I can hold him down!”
With a determined nod, MK let Red Son and PIF move back before summoning a batch of clones to attack the canisters with him.
And as soon as those canisters exploded, you felt a shudder as the mist literally flew through you, which made you release your shadowy arrows and chains. You grunted and stumbled a bit, feeling lightheaded.
The Flaming Foundry began collapsing upon itself, and with a heartfelt moment between DBK and PIF, the entire family disappeared in a whirlwind, leaving you and MK away.
“They couldn’t have teleported us out too!?” MK yelped, grabbing you by the arms and pulling you away from where a rock landed where you just were.
“HEY GUYS!” You looked up to see Mei in MK’s mech. “Hop in, besties!”
Mei safely evacuated you all from the Flaming Foundry and reunited you all with Pigsy, Tang and Sandy. “You did it little buddy, you beat DBK! Again!” Sandy cheered as he hugged you three.
“Good going, kids.” Pigsy praised you three, with Tang nodding along proudly.
MK sighed in relief. “Yeah, I really hope we don’t have any incidents like that for a while.”
MK DON’T JINX US!!!
“I say some celebratory noodles are in order.” Tang said with a smug smile, and while Pigsy huffed, he didn’t go against the idea. Instead, he was the first one walking back to the van while everyone was cheering about noodles.
You followed in the very back, feeling a cold chill in the air again, and you apologised to the poor, innocent girl that the Lady Bone Demon possessed.
Don’t apologise, mortal.
Embrace destiny.

Being Funny In A Foreign Language
Chapter 5- Getting On My Nerves (Getting On My Knees)
Tumblr media
Read all other chapters here
A/N: a dumpster fire.
Warnings: indulgent smut.
———
"Yeah, yeah. That conversation is for a bit later. For now, tell me, you ever been fucked in the ass?”
“I beg your fuckin pardon?” Matty sprung up, fast, his attention focused for the first time in days. Amelia giggled, surprised that she enjoyed having that strong of an effect on him.
“What?” she looked him directly in the eyes. “Was it something I said?” She bit her lower lip, wondering if she should reveal more, her heart beating faster as she spoke, “I was just thinking that- since you’re, umm, since you’re having- pe- penissss….issues” she paused, her eyes looking to matty for any signs that she might be overstepping. How was she supposed to fuck him in the ass if she couldn’t even say the word ‘penis’ without breaking into a sweat? “Anyway….” she swallowed, “Dick isn’t everything. I read that the male body can have at least sixteen erogenous zones.”
“Erogenous zo- who are you?” Matty chuckled.
Amelia fixed her posture, standing up straighter, and erasing the doubt from her face as she proceeded. “What? You think you know everything about me just because-”
“Because I’ve taught you everything that you know about sex? Yeah, sort of.”
She blushed but wouldn’t give him the satisfaction of knowing that he’d thrown her off. “Excuse me,” she squeaked, moving to climb the bed, “you have not taught me everything I know.” her body hovered over his. “A good student never stops learning; seeking information; expanding their mind.”
Matty retreated, docile, as she inched closer. Her face so close to his, she kept herself propped up; with a hand on each side of him. she has a boyfriend, she has a boyfriend, she has a boyfriend, he reminded himself as his body begged to be touched by her.
“According to what I’ve read, the penis isn’t the only place a guy gets pleasure from. So, we shouldn’t just give up. Options are endless.”
“Oh?” Matty blurted out dumbly.
“You see, It’s about nerve endings.” Amelia smiled. “You’ve got them in your forehead” she pressed her lips delicately to his forehead. Matty’s skin prickled with goosebumps. “And in your eyelids” her voice soft, planting a gentle kiss to each of his eyelids as his eyes fluttered shut. “Your mouth and lips.”
Matty’s breath quickened, he hummed when she kissed him, surprised that the kiss quickly deepened. The moment left him breathless and nearly brought tears to his eyes. He’s missed kissing her so much. It felt like bringing life back to his body, warmth spreading through him.
“The nape of your neck.” She mumbled into his skin, kissing it hungrily and grazing it with her teeth. Matty whimpered, panting already. His hand moved to rest on her back reflexively, as if trying to keep her pressed against him.
Leaving a trail of wet kisses all over his neck and jawline, Amelia pulled away to look into his eyes. “Pubic bone is an interesting one. Pretty much anywhere from under your belly button to your ass can be pretty sensitive. Shall we test that out?” her hands pulling at his underwear.
“I- umm…I want to, I just… don’t think-“
“Sorry, uhh…you’ve taught me better than this. I should check in with you first.” She smiled nervously. “New at this.”
“No, it’s not that. It’s just that I- don’t think I-” Matty felt his heart race, his mouth turning dry, he struggled to breathe, to speak.
Amelia saw the panic in his face and began to withdraw.
“Matty? Everything alright?”
I wanna- erm- I wanna tap out… Is that okay?” He sat up, propping himself up on his elbows and feeling the air enter his lungs again. “I’m sorry, im not saying- I’m not saying I don’t wanna have sex with you, I’m saying- I don’t even know. My head feels like it’s gonna explode.”
“Talk to me, Matty. You used to be able to talk to me.”
“i don’t know how…. I don’t know how.”
Amelia felt helpless. That wasn’t how she envisioned the night going when she knocked on his door. She couldn’t get him to eat, she couldn’t get him to sleep, she can’t even give him a fuckin boner. They’ve had too many failed encounters lately. The persistent failure can’t be good for his already declining mental health. It wasn’t exactly encouraging for her either.
“It’s okay” she whispered, “it’s gonna be okay.” unsure if she believed her own words.
“Tell me something.” Matty pleaded. “Anything at all. Did- did you and Joshua go anywhere?”
As she relayed the excruciating details of her trip to California, Amelia’s fingers played with his hair, which seemed to calm him. Her sweet voice made him feel safe, to the point where he almost relaxed enough to fall asleep.
“It’s- uhh- getting late.” her fingers abruptly stopped scratching his head. “I just- don’t wanna leave you like this alone tonight.”
Then don’t, he thought. Don’t leave at all. Stay with me. Please. But he knew he had no right to ask that of her. So, he said, “don’t worry about me,” instead. “Seriously, Amelia, I’m fine. Just a bit down at the moment. Happens sometimes.” he offered her a sleepy smile. “You should- go. Get some rest. You’ve had a long day.”
***
A nauseating feeling kept Amelia awake as she laid there, next to her sleeping boyfriend, all night long. She was grateful that Joshua had already been asleep when she came back from Matty’s room. She felt awful for keeping things from him. Frankly, it felt like she was keeping things from herself. She wasn’t even sure why she’d constantly found herself pulled in the direction of Matty’s room so often, and when she stopped to ask herself about it, she couldn’t come up with a specific, conscious reason. He’s her friend. He’s going through a difficult time. Of course she’d feel the need to check on him. But she wasn’t just checking on him. Did she still love him? Is it possible to still love someone and also start to develop a relationship with someone else? She didn’t know. What she did know, though, was the fact that she’d been honest with him about how she felt. And he didn’t reciprocate. She wrapped her arms around Joshua, pulling herself into him and closing her eyes.

Amelia blinked the blur away, her eyes adjusting to the bright light of day. She thought she heard her boyfriend tiptoeing around the room, and when she turned to lay on her back, she saw that he was, indeed, already awake and sipping on a cup of coffee.
“Smells good” she spoke, her voice heavy with sleep.
“Morning coffee, comin’ right up.” Joshua set his drink down in order to make her one.
“So, how’s Matty doing?” he asked, handing her the coffee. “You two have fun last night?”Her heart dropped at the mention of last night. “He’s….i don’t know.” She held onto her drink with both palms, warming them up as she took her first sip. “Kind of worried about him, honestly.”
“Oh?” Joshua walked into the bathroom, rummaging through the hotel complimentary toiletries for a razor. “He doesn’t like me very much, does he?” He called out from the bathroom.
Amelia slid her feet off the bed, finally touching the floor. “What?! Why? What makes you say that?” She rushed to the open bathroom door.
“Just….the way he sometimes looks at me. Which is a lot. He looks at me a lot. And I’m not sure why.”
Amelia giggled, “oh, that’s….just Matty. He has a tendency to come off a bit intense sometimes. But he means well, I promise. He’s the sweetest guy once you get to know him. You two should hang out!”
“Yeah? You think so?”
“Think it’d be nice if you got to know him.” She smiled, walking over to him. “Morning.” She let him kiss her. “Do you mind if I invite him to breakfast?”
“Sounds good.” Joshua reached for the shaving cream and Amelia took that as her cue to back away from his face, returning to her coffee. “If he’s important to you, then, I think he and I should at least get acquainted.”
She beamed at him from the doorway, her eyes lighting up. “Thank you. I’ll text him right now.”
***
Matty had rushed out of bed in a daze, feet barely touching the ground as he flitted around the hotel room, getting dressed while he grinned from ear to ear, thinking about getting to spend time with Amelia and have a meal together. It was the first emotion he’d felt since getting off stage several days ago. Now that he'd made it outside of the comforting confines of his room, a slight, but persistent, sense of dread coursed through his veins. Everything felt overpowering; the soft ambient light of the hotel hallway, the mild beeping of the elevator as it climbed its way up and down. Matty found himself accurately aware, and wary, of everything around him. Already, the task of sitting through breakfast felt draining. The prospect of having to sit down, eat, drink, and make pleasant conversation, all while expending so much energy into not allowing his awareness of the feeling of air on his skin, his heart beating inside his chest, to distract him from Amelia and Joshua seemed an impossible achievement. The thought nearly paralyzed him.
He stood still, facing the elevators while the urge to turn around and walk back into his hotel suite ran through him. Ordinarily, whenever an urge like this overcame him, he would give into it. Take it as a sign that his mind and his body weren’t ready to be functional just yet. But he knew that if he went back inside now, this breakfast invitation would turn into yet another failure — one more thing he couldn’t bring himself to follow through on— and the weight of his present failures felt crushing enough. He wasn’t sure he could take one more. It would knock whatever remaining will to live right out of him, throw him right back down to rock bottom, make it that much harder for him to find the strength to leave his bed a second time. So, he took three painful deep breaths, and he pressed the elevator button.
He stepped into the elevator, fixing his hair in the mirror then feeling guilty for wanting to look good for her. When he arrived at the lobby, the elevator doors parted and he stepped out, looking for directions to the restaurant. There, he would find Amelia and Joshua sitting side by side having already chosen a table.
***
“Do you know what you’re getting?” Joshua glanced at the menu then at Amelia.
“Uhhh. I’m torn between the scrambled eggs and the pancakes. That sounds childish doesn’t it?” She smiled sheepishly.
“It does not!” Matty and Joshua accidentally spoke in unison.
Joshua laughed nervously, looking over at matty to make sure he wasn’t overstepping. When Matty apologized, and gestured for him to take the lead, he spoke again. “Tell you what? I’ll get whichever one you don’t get and we’ll split them in half. That way you can have both.”
“You’d really do that?” Amelia beamed at him.
Matty had to admit it to himself, the man knew how to treat her right. He should be happy that Amelia has him in her life.
A cheerful server with an abnormally high pony tail and a name tag that read ‘Emily’ approached their table. “Hello, my name is Emily and I’ll be taking care of you today. What can I get you started with?”
The server looked to Matty first.
“I’m actually not very hungry at the moment so I’ll just have a coffee and-“
“No you won’t.” Amelia stared him dead in the eyes. “You need to eat.” She glanced at the menu for a moment, “he’ll have an egg white omelet and a side of toast, oh…and a cappuccino with two sugars on the side please, thanks.”
“I don’t actually like egg white-“
“Nobody cares.”
Joshua shot his girlfriend a puzzled look. “Uhhh…for us…we’ll have the pancakes and the scrambled eggs. But could we get an empty plate on the side? To split the dishes? Thank you.”
The server collected their menus and dashed off, leaving them to sit in an awkward silence for a few moments.
“Umm, Matty, can I ask you…” Joshua was the first to speak, “Whats that instrumental thing that you guys played onstage towards the end of the show the other day.”
Matty’s eyes shot up. “Oh, 28?” Reluctant to engage, lest his dislike for Joshua become evident, but slightly intrigued by his question.
“Yeah, yeah. 28….i couldn’t find that on Spotify.”
Matty smiled, amused. “You won’t. It’s not actually a 1975 track.” He sat back in his chair, unfolding his arms. “It’s a Drive Like I Do thing.”
“Drive Like I Do? Never heard of-“
“It’s what we used to be called before ….before we became the 1975.”
“Ahhh! I see.” Realization finally got him. “Got it, got it.” He was quiet for a moment. Then, “well….will you play it again?”
“I don’t know.” Matty shrugged. “Maybe. I don’t plan these things out in advance, to be honest with you. I try and…go with how i feel.” Matty caught himself and corrected. “Christ I sound like a wanker.”
Joshua chuckled loudly, surprising both Amelia and Matty. “No, man. Not at all! I think it’s a great tune. I mean- the chords flow together so beautifully and you guys looked like you were having so much fun playing it! The crowd was into it!”
Matty’s smiled stretched bigger across his face. He looked at Amelia. “He’s got a good ear.” Then turned back to Joshua “you’ve got a good ear.”
The compliment seemed to encourage Joshua. He looked up at matty, in awe, then stumbled clumsily over his words “I mean- I- thanks- I- can’t say- I play a little bit. Guitar. Not consistently so…”
“You play?”
“I- not as well as you do, but a little bit yeah.”
Matty leaned forward, resting his arms on the table, “does he know about our nepotism thing?” He asked Amelia who smiled and shook her head.
“What nepotism thing?”
“So, we like to bring family and friends up onstage sometimes. My dad occasionally guest-performs a song. Hann’s wife does a duet with me from time to time….if you play, we could put you in the band for a song or two.”
Matty reached into the pockets of his jeans, pulling out his cigarette packet. “Need a smoke. Joshua, do you smoke?” He asked, pushing his hair back and standing up.
“Well, I do now!” Joshua sprang to his feet.
As they began to leave the table, Amelia cleared her throat dramatically.
“Right, sorry.” Matty looked back. “You wan’ a cig?”
She giggled “nah, I’m just messing. You boys go. I’ll stay and mind the table. Will text you when the food gets here.”
Joshua backtracked, planting a quick kiss on her cheek before rushing to keep up with Matty.
***
“Hey, man. Thanks for being cool with me tagging along and stuff.” Joshua spoke through the cigarette smoke. “Amelia speaks very highly of you. It’s clear you’re really important to her…”
It took a lot of self-control for Matty to hide the grin that threatened to cover his face.
“Anyway,” Joshua added nervously. “I’d really like it if we could be friends.”
Matty blew the smoke out of his lungs and turned around slowly, facing Joshua. “A friend of Amelia is a friend of mine.” He smiled, “as long as you’re good to her, that is.” He paused, considering the next words that left his mouth. He wondered if he was being too overprotective. “Amelia- she, erm, doesn’t need any defending. As I’m sure you’ve learned by now. But fuck with her, and you’ll have me to answer to.” Matty hated the pleasure that he derived in making such a statement. “We cool?”
To his credit, Joshua appeared entirely unfazed. “We cool, man. We totally cool.” He thought Matty’s thinly veiled threat was rather sweet.
“Good.” Matty looked away again smoking the last of his cigarette . “You guys all good with residence and transport and stuff? Having fun and all that?”
“Are you kidding me? Of course! It’s the closest I’ll ever get to being a rockstar- and without having to do all the hard work of actually being onstage in front of thousands of people every night. So, fuck, yeah I’m having fun!”
Matty chuckled. “Being onstage in front of thousands of people every night isn’t all that bad.”
“You always look like you’re having fun up there.”
“Yeah.”
A silent moment passed between them. Matty was about to ask if Joshua was ready to head back inside, but then he heard him speak again.
“Speaking of being a rockstar….mind if I ask you for a huge favor?”
“‘Course, Josh.” Matty felt self conscious about having assigned him a nickname, so, quickly, he finished the last syllable “-ua. Joshua. Go on.”
“Well…so, the other day, while Amelia and I were back home, she found out about this music and history exhibit that she really wanted to go to.”
Matty nodded to indicate that he was following along.
“Turns out it’s invite only.”
“Oh.”
“Some kind of fundraiser. For convincing bunch of rich people to donate money to an art and music school or something….”
“Right.”
“Anyway, I told Amelia to ask you about it, see if you could get her in, but- she just brushed me off.” Joshua blushed as he spoke. “I guess…I’m wondering if you could maybe pull some strings and get us in?” He paused to swallow his breath. “I mean, you don’t really seem like the string-pulling type, but I really want to surprise her. I figured it’s worth a shot?”
Matty smiled softly, watching the relief wash over his new friend. He couldn’t help but find this man’s determination to make Amelia happy to be endearing.
“Well, mate, listen….in case you haven’t noticed- my stock is currently down, so to speak. I’m not exactly the most beloved musician these days. So, I can’t promise that my calls will be answered. But, just text me the details of this exhibit and I’ll see what I can do.”
***
As he paced the empty rehearsal space, later that afternoon, Matty felt his phone vibrate in his pocket.
Joshua
Hey, man! Event info below. Thanks so much for doing this!
It took Matty 5 seconds of scrolling through the link that Joshua had provided him to figure out why Amelia refused to bring it up herself. The event organizer, and one of the main sponsors, was Marcus Fontana, a dickhead rich guy that Matty has been in a decade long internet feud with. He’d been dismissive of The 1975’s work when Self Titled first gained momentum, which prompted Matty to point out that Fontana is the epitome of capitalist cowardice: he uses his power and money to collect rare musical artifacts and curate exhibits, when these instruments are made to be played. To produce music. They haven’t stopped arguing ever since. Though, if Matty had to be honest, he considered himself the winner every time. The guy had nothing useful to offer society.
He pulled up Fontana’s information, his finger hovering over the “call” button. He bit the bullet and pressed it.
***
Matty rolled his eyes, disappointed in himself for not seeing it coming. “Alright, Marcus. Name your price. What’s it gonna take?”
“One of your personal instruments. Your guitars.”
“Wh-What?”
“You heard me. I want one of your guitars.”
The very notion of having to part with any piece of his meticulously curated collection stung matty in his heart. Each instrument that he owned was there for a reason. Tracking down guitars from around the world and getting to test them out, personalize them, learn about their origins, pervious lives, and histories had become a hobby in and of itself. It broadened his appreciation of some of his favorite music and deepened his love for his job. But, this wasn’t about him. This was for Amelia. For their friendship. He was quiet for a moment as he absorbed the idea. “Fine.” He spat out. “Which one is it gonna be? I’ve got a few custom ones. Some cool vintage shit that’s rarely ever-“
“I want your fender mustang 1965.”
Matty froze. This motherfucker knew. And he wasn’t gonna make this easy. “Erm…what? Listen,” matty rambled on, buying himself some time to think. “I’ve got….more exclusive things than a fuckin Mustang from the 60s. I own a pretty amazing Gibson Firebird. Google it. I’m sure a photo’ll come up. It’s a sleek bad boy. Even on video- you’d be able to tell that it sounds special.” He felt his mouth run dry, his breathing grew heavy. “Or, umm, if you’re gonna go for it, maybe the- the Jag. American. From the 60s too so proper vintage. The one I’ve got is tri-colored. It’s-“
“Nope. 65 mustang or no deal. It’s up to you.”
Matty exhaled loudly, “you’re sure? Think about what you’re passing up on.”
“Positive. You have no idea how long I’ve waited for this moment.”
Matty felt himself crumble. But, then, an idea occurred to him. “alright, fine, you’ve got it.” He pretended to relent. “It…it was a present though, so-“
“Not that one.”
“What?” Fuck. He’s done his homework.
“Not the grey and white one that you received as a present a few months after getting the original. I don’t care about that one. I want the other one.”
“But-“ Matty’s knees shook, he leaned against the wall to steady himself.
“You know which one I’m talking about. You’ve mentioned it in interviews. Called it ‘the guitar that changed your life.’”
“But it’s not really worth that much compared to the other guitars I’m offering you!” Matty yelled impatiently. “Tell you what? You can have any other guitar that you want. My entire collections fair game. Except that one.”
“It’s not about price value, this one wouldn’t even be included in my curated collection. It’ll just sit in a basement and rust.”
The image made Matty’s blood boil, but he kept his calm. “Then why the fuck would you-“
“To hurt you. So that any time any fan or interviewer brings up my name or you get tagged in a screenshot of our Twitter conversation….you’ll remember this. You’ll know that I have something of yours that you can never replace. And no matter what you say about me online or in the papers….youve already lost too much.”
Matty had to set the phone down for a moment as he let the panic wash over him, hoping it would pass in a moment. He tried his best, but his emotional state was evident in his voice. “And- you- you think my 65 Mustang is the way to do it?” he attempted a scuff of contempt but it was shaky, weak.
“Well, I had a hunch. But you just confirmed it. You wouldn’t have offered me your prized Gibson instead if that mid-budget mustang didn’t mean more to you than money could buy.”
Matty hated the man’s guts, but he had to hand it to him. It was true. That guitar did literally change his life. He’d bought it as a consolation prize after a difficult breakup, on a trip to LA, long before the band was famous enough to justify a trip like this. But he ended up in the right guitar shop at the right time.
The songs that he wrote on that guitar, the live performances that he put on, the late night conversations with Hann, which ended up making him into the man that he is today…..making the band what it is today….And he’d somehow, against all odds, managed to only change the pickups on it. Practically unheard of for him. He loved personalizing his instruments as soon as he’d got them.
Though he’s made a career out of his ambivalent relationship to nostalgia, his relationship to that guitar was quite clear. He cherished every scratch and dent.
He considers saying no. Or asking for some time to think. Maybe calling up the boys and asking for advice. But, deep down, he knew the answer. He would do anything to make Amelia smile.
“Fine. I’ll have it packed up and shipped to you.”
“Wonderful. See? I knew we could come to an agreement. What’s the young lady’s name?”
“Amelia. She has a plus one. Joshua.”
***
Matty ran his hand across the body of the guitar, bidding it farewell. He felt that one of its strings seemed looser than the rest, so he took it in his lap to tune it properly. One last time, for old times sake. As he twisted the knobs at the head of the guitar, his mind had wandered, thinking about all the things that he’d gotten wrong lately. all the pain he’d caused, both to himself and others. All the people and things that he’d lost. His professional reputation hanging in the balance. The further that he’d spiraled, the tighter he twisted the knob, until at its maximum capacity for tension, the guitar string snapped, peeling off the instrument and cutting Matty’s palm, before it landed on the other end of the room.
“Fuck! AHH! Shit! Fuck me. Jesus fuck!”
Matty looked down, a massive gash, deep and bloody, covering his hand.
He rushed across the room towards the box of tissues, pressing down on the wound to contain the bleeding. “Fuckin hell. Fuckin kill me alrasdy.”
***
“You want me to come help you look? I’d have to park the car but I can do it and come find you?” Joshua yelled out of the car window as Amelia walked towards the building.
“Nah, but thank you, babe. I think I know where I left it. I’ll just grab it and be right back.”
She typed in the rehearsal venue’s code number and waited for the doors to beep, a green light flashing. The place looked significantly different when no music was being played. The large spaces, made to optimize acoustic performance, felt eerie and cold in the quiet. Even the echoes of her own footsteps seemed unusual. She found the room where she’d last been when she had her wallet, and she pushed the door open. In the dark of the room, she thought she saw a shadow. Instantly, she regretted not having asked Joshua to pay for parking and accompany her. Her mind rushed through the different possibilities of how this encounter might go, with every possible scenario being more grim than the one before, her blood slowly drained from her extremities.
The dark shadow coughed and stood up. She knew exactly who it was. She would recognize that hair and that posture anywhere.
"Jesus, Matty! You gave me a fuckin fright!" Amelia gasped, the color slowly seeping back into her face.
Matty smiled apologetically. "sorry, I...didn't... want to turn all the lights on for just me."
Amelia walked towards him, slowly. "What're you doing here?"
"Working." he shrugged. "avoiding the cold, empty, depressing hotel room.”
she nodded. her brows furrowed as she got a closer look at him. "Have you been crying?"
"Nope. Why are you back here?"
"Oh! right...I forgot my wallet."
"I'll help you look." He reply a bit too quickly, then he got out of his chair, turning around to wipe his face with the palms of his hand. "do you remember where you last had it?"
"Not really..." she walked towards her chair from one side of the room. “Probably at my table. Haven’t used it in a couple of days actually.”
Matty, seemingly having the same idea, also approached the chair she'd normally sit in, from the other side of the table.
They stood there, facing each other, with only a chair between them.
"should be somewhere around here." Matty mumbled, his eyes piercing through hers.
“Right.” She whispered, absent-minded. She was too occupied with scanning his features, trying to determine what wasn’t normal about him, to keep track of a conversation.
“Oh gosh! what happened to your hand??” She’d spotted the bleeding.
“No- nothing.” Matty hid it behind his back, but there was no fooling Amelia. She pulled at his wrist, forcefully. “Show me, you stubborn fool. I said- fuck- show me!”
She gasped at the size of the wound. “Matty, how did this happen?” Her fingers stroking it gently. Even the soft touch was too much for him, matty pulled his hand away reflexively. The concern etched onto her face was the final straw, he broken down in tears.
“Hey, hey. Hey! What’s- what’s happened? Matty? What…” she leaned forward, her forehead resting against his, pulling him up on his feet. “Hey, honey. You’re okay. You’re okay. I promise. Just breathe.”
Before they knew it, Matty and Amelia were kissing. His tears staining her face, their noses brushing against each other, teeth bumping together, sloppy, disoriented, passionate kissing.
“Are you gonna bend over and finally let me fuck you?” Amelia whispered into his ear, sending a shiver down Matty’s spine. He looked away, too overwhelmed to look into her eyes. Instead, he saw the Fender Mustang, missing a string, sitting in the corner. His heart dropped.
“Joshua” Matty blurted out before he could think.
“What? Where?” She jumped, creating distance between them.
“Not here. I just mean…we can’t. What about Joshua?”
“I know; I know. I should break up with him. I- I will.”
“No.”
Amelia’s brows furrowed. “Pardon?”
“Don’t. Don’t do it. Don’t break up with him.” He finally looked into her eyes. “He likes you. A lot. And…I can see he makes you happy.”
“Why are you saying this right now?”
“He’s a good guy, Amelia.”
“You….you're just so…” Amelia found herself speechless. Angry.
Matty dipped his head down, kissing her cheek. “It’s alright, Amelia. I’m glad you’re happy.” He tucked her hair behind her ear.
“You don’t know how I feel. You don’t know what’s good for me.”
“I know it’s not me.”
“Fuck you. Fuck you, Matty Healy.” She shoved him in the chest, but it barely made him move.
Later that night, Amelia told Joshua she couldn’t find her wallet anywhere. And Matty sent him a text.
Matty Healy - 1975
It’s done. You’re on the guest list.
Joshua
You’re a legend, bro! Thanks so much I owe ya.
Matty Healy- 1975
Nonsense. Feel free to tell Amelia this was all you. No reason to mention me at all. 😊
***
Amelia stared at the suite number, mustering the courage to knock on his door.
The kiss replayed in her mind all night long, on a loop. Her hands grabbing him by the collar of his shirt, her breath in his mouths, his breath in hers. His test stained cheeks cold against her skin, his wounded hand, gushing with blood, the look in his eyes when she said she’d leave Joshua. The kiss on her cheek. Though she couldn’t figure out how to feel about any of it, one thing was for sure: matty had definitely been injured and crying before she’d walked in. He’s her friend. He’s going through a lot. She’s not going to give up on him. She counted to three in her head, then she knocked.
“Amelia.” Matty said. “What brings you by? It’s late.”
“Came to check on you. You were upset earlier. Your hand was….”
“My hands fine.”
“Can you even play like this? Could you perform without playing? I mean, Hann could probably cover you-“
“Stop it. I’m fine. Just….stop.”
“For fucks sakes! What’s the matter with you?! I’m trying to love you! What is it that’s so fundamentally broken about you that you won’t fuckin let me?”
Matty wanted nothing more than to fall to his knees and be at her feet. But he also couldn’t pretend her boyfriend didn’t exist.
“You’ve got a boyfriend, Amelia.” He stated, coldly.
“So? I could be with more than one person at the same time. It’s called dating.”
“No you can’t.”
“Says the man who’s horny dming like three women at once not too long ago, right? Hypocritical.”
“That’s different- that’s not the same thing.” Matty shook his head, repeatedly.
“Why the fuck not? What? I’m not allowed to do the same thing that men do?”
“What the fuck are you talking about? Don’t be ridiculous! It’s not a sexism thing. You know it’s not! It’s different because I was never in a relationship with any of these women. It was casual. For both me AND them.”
“Oh? Are you saying that you have never strung a young woman along even when you’ve known that she liked you more than you liked her?” Amelia’s tone made it sound like a loaded question, but Matty was feeling too defensive to wonder what the question might be loaded with.
“Never.” He replied without missing a beat.
Amelia scuffed. “Yeah, right.”
“You think I would do that? You seriously think that low of me?”
“You’ve done it to me!” She yelled out, stepping forward and closing the gap between them. “If you’ve done it to me whos to say you haven’t done it to others. if the shoe fits…” she shrugged
“I never did it to you!”
“Yes, you did! Need I remind you-“
“You did it to you!” Matty interrupted. “You did that, Amelia. Not me. You did.” He repeated. “Isn’t that why you’re here now?? Even though Joshua is right down the hall? You’re the one who keeps coming into my room at night. To “check on me.” And earlier? You’re the one who kissed me first!”
As though a reflex, Amelia’s hand reached out and slapped Matty’s right cheek, leaving a visible mark on his face. Matty stood there, blinking rapidly, trying to wrap his mind around what’d just happened.
Amelia herself couldn’t quite explain it either. She’s a proud pacifist. A strong believer in communication. She often cried witnessing bees or flies being swatted at. But somehow, this thing with Matty, it had reached the very limits of language. There were no more words left to say. She had felt her rage-fueled blood rush through her body, her heart beating faster and faster as she recalled the moments that Matty was alluding to. Her confessing her love to him moments after sex; him rejecting her, instantly, as she’d stood there, literally naked, bearing her heart out; them not speaking for weeks as a consequence, only to fall back into bed together before he’d left for tour; him calling her up with some excuse about needing a dramaturg for his new stage show, jumping into bed together again, then telling her he didn’t want to have sex anymore. There were no words strong enough to express how all that had made her feel. When he searched her mind for an adequate response to the accusation that he had leveled, she couldn’t find anything to say, so she’d slapped him.
Before either one of them could figure it out, though. Amelia grabbed him by the collar, just as she had done earlier, and crashed her lips against his, harshly. His eyes fluttered shut instantly, his arms wrapped around her waist, pulling her into him.
They were both out of breath when they finally pulled away.
Matty opened his eyes slowly, blinking the haze away, “uh-“ he tried to find the words, panting, “h- hit me again.” His breath hot against her face. “Hit me again, please.”
Amelia bit her lower lip, slapping the left side of his face.
“Thank you.” Matty whispered, immediately, his chest heaving. “M-mo-more….hit me again, please.”
She did, harder this time, and she watched him wince, wondering if she’d overdone it. But then she heard him, again.
“Thank you.” He tried to catch his breath, but it was a futile attempt he was too excited now, not that his meek and docile whispers could show it. “Hit me again, please.”
She did. Harder and harder. Repeatedly. Once, Twice, and on the third time, she got ahead of herself.
“Hit me ag-“ the words hadn’t left his mouth before she’d slapped him, causing him to accidentally bite down on the inside of his mouth and draw blood. “Thank you.” He blurted quickly, though it stung, covering up the fact his mouth was bleeding inside, he retained his subservient look, swallowing the blood to keep from worrying her. “More? Please?”
Amelia’s hand stroked his face with the back of her hand. He flinched, for a second, not expecting the soft touch at first, then he leaned into it, closing his eyes. Her knuckles felt cold against his red, hot skin.
“I think that’s quite enough of that.” Amelia whispered, smiling. “Your face is going to be bruised tomorrow.”
“It’s- o- okay.”
She said nothing in reply, simply continuing to caress his face, watching him try to hide his pain every time that she touched a particularly read spot, searching his eyes for any mixed feelings.
“Please; I want- I need -“ he took a deep breath, his already fragile voice getting softer. “I deserve it.”
She thought about it for a second. “On your knees, hands behind your back.”
The words were hardly out of her mouth before Matty sunk down, keeping his eyes fixed on her. Slowly, his arms crossed behind him.
Amelia stood still for a brief moment, assessing the sudden height difference between them and the way that it made her feel. She couldn’t quite put a finger on it. She guessed it wasn’t a singular feeling, but a mix of different things: power over his vulnerable body, a strange rush of protective desire, concern over not being able to read his mental state. “We’ll do two more, okay?”
Matty nodded, smiling up at her. “Yes, yes. Okay.”
She hit him, chuckling when he’d yelped in surprise. “That’s one.” She announced then hit him again. “And that’s two. That feel good?”
“Mhm.”
Her eyes trailed down towards his chest, watching it rise and fall rapidly. Her hand hovered over his face, fingers lightly brushing his lower lip. To her surprise, matty parted his pink, plump lips, taking her finger in his mouth and sucking on it. She was hypnotized by him, confused by how beautiful and calming she’d found the scene unfolding before her eyes.
Amelia had always found Matty attractive. Anyone with a pair of eyes would feel the same. There was no denying how beautiful he is. But this moment wasn’t — at least not purely— about appearance.
Perhaps it was the fact that she could see, underneath his shirt, the outlines of his biceps and his chest, reminding her that he could very easily reverse this situation, but he was actively choosing not to. From the back of her mind rushed a disruptive urge, and she gave into it. She pushed her middle and ring finger into his mouth, without warning, as he struggled to adjust, he felt her push all three fingers to the very back of his mouth curling them down his throat. His entire body panicked, he gagged and coughed, his eyes brimming with tears.
“No, no, no. Don’t. Do not take me out of your mouth.” She chastised him. “Do whatever you need to do. Hold your breath in, throw up if you have to. You don’t stop what you’re doing until I tell you to.” Matty’s eyes shot wide open, shock all over his face. Hot, salty tears stung as they spilled down his swollen cheeks. He winced, but did his best to maintain his gag reflex as she’d asked him to.
Amelia pulled her fingers out of his sore mouth and smeared his own drool all over his face. She watched him blush, close his eyes, and simply take it.
“Aww, Matty! Would you look at that!” She suddenly exclaimed, noticing the bulge in his pants. “Hey, congratulations.” She giggled.
It took matty a moment to figure out what she was talking about. It wasn’t until he followed her line of vision, looking down at his own groin, that he put it together. “Oh- oh. Erm….i- hadn’t realized.”
“Oh cmon. It’s me. You don’t have to lie.”
“Not lying.’ I promise.”
“Well, let’s fix that, shall we?“ she bent down, reaching her hand to palm him over his clothes. Matty’s body instinctively leaned into her touch, hungry for more friction.
She heard him let out a soft moan, making her smile. “You feel that?”
“Mhm, Christ, yeah- I- I do.” He nodded, enthusiastic.
Just when Matty had closed his eyes, losing himself in the slightest tingle of pleasure, Amelia withdrew her hand, watching him fall forwards, cheek to the floor.
He groaned loudly, the metallic taste of blood gushed through his mouth from his earlier bite. His face had taken a lot of abuse tonight.
Amelia crouched down, pulling him back up by his hair. “What happened just there?”
Matty blushed. “Wasn’t- erm- wasn’t sure if….i was allowed to use my hands. Didn’t wanna- uhh- disobey.”
Amelia thought it was the sweetest thing he’d ever said to her. “You can uncross your arms from behind your back now, Matty.” She assured him.
He could hear in her voice that she was pleased with him and that realization gave him a rush that went straight to his head.
“Thank you.” He whispered, genuinely grateful.
Amelia’s hands began to undress him, ridding him of his shirt first, then reaching for his belt. She felt him stiffen as she pulled his belt out of the loops.
“What is it? Thought you’d want to- do you not want to take your jeans off?”
Matty hesitated to speak. He wasn’t even sure what he felt. Slowly, Amelia pulled her hands away. Recalling that when the roles were reversed, and she happened to have a moment of fear, Matty would always raise his hands up in surrender, to show her exactly where they were and that they were nowhere near touching her. So, she did the same.
“Look, look. I’m not gonna touch you if you don’t want me to, okay? I promise.”
Matty recognized his own words on her lips and it helped to calm him down for a moment. He nodded slowly as he felt more comfortable.
“I- I want to. I’m just nervous.” His confession embarrassed him. “Fuck- I sound like a fuckin virgin or something. It’s- just….what if it doesn’t work? Jesus….im a fuckin man; I should be able to say this— What if I can’t cum?”
“It’s okay. It’s okay.” Amelia repeated, lowering her hands to rest them by her sides. “One step at a time. Besides….If you can’t cum, that’s a good thing!”
“See, I’d prefer to think of cumming as a good thing, but hey, I’m crazy that way-“
“No, I mean….it narrows down the cause of your…your….erectile dysfunction.”
She winced as the words left her mouth. “It’s one thing if you can’t get hard. It’s another if you can’t cum.”
“Don’t you think ‘dysfunction’ is a bit harsh?”
She giggled. “Sorry, didn’t mean to offend your penis.”
They were both silent for an uncomfortable moment. Amelia could tell that, despite the silence, Matty’s brain was incredibly loud on the inside. She leaned in and kissed him to silence his anxious thoughts.
“Tell you what?” She cupped his cheek with her hand softly. “I’ve got an idea. Let’s…leave the penis be for now.”
“Kay.”
“You seem to really like pain.”
Matty’s lips twitched. He averted his eyes. “I do.”
“I mean it got you hard so that’s progress….tell me more. We do have a couple of things to punish you for.”
“Wha- what? Punish-“
“You never finished your breakfast this morning. Despite my repeated pleas.”
“Oh.”
“We did say we were going to teach you to care for yourself.”
“I took a couple of bites.”
“Matty.”
All she said was his name, but he knew what she meant.
“I tried. I wasn’t hungry. I’m sorry.”
“And then later….your hand.” She gestured towards his injured palm.
“Amelia, please.”
“So, tell me what sorts of pain you don’t enjoy too much. What would I have to do to you for it to count as unpleasant? As punishment?”
****
“Are you sure about this?”
Amelia stood by the foot of the bed. In front of her, matty laid on the bed, on his stomach, completely naked, a pillow under his waist, propping his ass up.
He nodded. “I’m sure. But if you’re not comfortable with it, then we can find something else….”
“It’s fine with me. I’m just scared I’ll hurt you.”
“Kinda the point, love.”
She rolled her eyes. “I meant harm you. I don’t want to harm you.”
“You’d only be harming me if this weren’t consensual. But it is. I want this. Do you want this?”
“Yeah. Yeah, I do. It was my idea.”
She walked over to Matty’s discarded belt, picking up off the floor and folding it in half. She took several deep breaths, preparing herself.
“Alright. Ten for each. So twenty total. Okay?”
“Okay.”
“Ready?”
“Yes, yes. So ready.”
Amelia swung her arm back, bringing it down with as much force as she could muster, lashing matty, straight across the ass.
She watched as his body tensed up for a moment, his fists balling up the duvet and squeezing shut.
She repeated the motion four more times in quick succession, before pausing to check in. “Umm…Matty? You okay?”
His voice was muffled by the bedding, but she heard him reassure her.
“It- umm- it makes me nervous that you’re quiet. Could you— not be quiet?”
Matty had to work through the burning pain that he was feeling in order to focus on Amelia’s voice, so it took him a moment to process what she’d said. He thought about it for a second. “I- sure- how about….how about I count out each blow? Would that help?”
“Yes!” Amelia smiled, relieved. “Yes that would be great. I’ll start from the beginning.”
Matty whimpered at the news. But he wasn’t going to object.
“Oh, but wait... before we do that…” She rushed over to his side. Leaning down and placing a quick kiss, awkward kiss somewhere on his head. “You’re doing so good, Matty. Really. Must be hard. Trying to help me and yourself.”
His head lifted off the bed slowly, smiling. “I wouldn’t change it for anything.”
***
“S-se-Seventeen.” Matty cried, sweat dripping down his face and soaking the duvet, mixing with his tears.
He knew, by the jolting of his body, that she’d delivered another whip, “eighteen!” But his mind was so foggy and disoriented that the pain felt out of focus. Somewhere along the periphery of his consciousness. His hips thrusted into the bed, chasing the pleasure over and over. Whining and crying out.
“I said quit that!”
He heard Amelia’s voice, instant remorse filled his chest. He paused. “Sorry- I- sorry.”
“You’re not allowed to cum yet, you hear me?”
His response time was starting to slow down as he sunk deeper and deeper underneath the haze. But he didn’t want to worry her, so he struggled to speak, making as much noise as possible to assure her that he was listening. “Yea- yeah. It just feels…good. But I- I won’t. Won’t cum.”
“Where were we?”
He thought for a moment, “eighteen.”
Soon came “nineteen” causing him to let out a high pitched moan, his hips, reflexively grinding against the bed again.
Frustrated with his lack of self-control, Amelia delivered the final blow with anger.
“Fuckkk! Twentyyyy- fuckkk that hurtssss” he sobbed, his hips still moving rhythmically.
His breathing quickened, he began to panic. “Amelia? Amelia, please?” He yelled out, desperate, and in a hurry.
“Please what, matty?”
“Please tou-tou-touch me? I- need- it’s been so long. I need you to touch me, please?”
Her silence confused and terrified him. So, his pleas grew louder and more urgent. He said whatever came to his overwhelmed and scattered brain.
“Amelia, please- need- need you to jerk me off, or, or maybe I could do it? If….if I’m allowed? Please? I don’t know if I can- I might ruin it.” He moaned and writhed, feeling his orgasm building.
“Nope.” Amelia simply uttered, unsure if he could even hear her over his own voice.
“Oh, god! Amelia, please! I think- I think I’m gonna cum. I don’t wanna be bad, please let me. Please, please -I - ah- “ his words interrupted by moans and a large wave of pleasure.
“I’m scared.” He sobbed. “It’s gonna be too much. I don’t know if I can take it. Fuck- I’m dizzy….don’t wanna cum without permission but- I can’t hold it anymore…” he cried out, mumbling a few incoherent sounds. It was unclear if they were broken words or simply the sounds of tortured pleasure.
Amelia sat on the bed next to him, holding his hand in hers. “It’s okay, Matty. You can cum. You can do it.”
“It’s gonna be too much!” He squeezed her hand. She was shocked at how sweet she found that simple gesture.
Matty wanted to scream, to beg her to make it all stop. Take the pleasure away. He wasn’t sure that his exhausted body could withstand an orgasm. Frankly, he wasn’t sure he even remembered what an orgasm feels like. All he’s known lately has been painful discomfort and disappointment. But before he could say anything, his body acted on primal instinct, thrusting against the bed one final time, tipping him over the end.
A broken groan ripped through his throat as he felt one wave of pleasure crash through him after the other. His body jolting from head to toe, eyes rolling to the back of his head. Amelia watched hungrily as his hand loosened around hers, his toes curling, she moaned and wept, staining pools of his tears and sweat with cum.
***
In the dark, Amelia laid in Matty’s bed, on fresh bedsheets, with him clinging to her waist, his face buried into her side. He was still trembling through the remnants and aftershocks of his orgasm, somewhere between sleep and basic consciousness. He didn’t appear to be crying, though tears still rolled down his face. Amelia guessed that it was mostly physiological. She rubbed his back, played with his hair, did her best to help him come back down. Every once in a while, he would muster enough energy to look up at her and ask, in a hoarse, broken voice, if she feels okay — If she had fun— and every time, she would assure him that she’s doing great; that she enjoyed herself very much, then, she’d watch him smile at her briefly before lying back down, only to repeat the same process again a few minutes later.
After a long silence, matty surprised Amelia by speaking, when she thought he’d fallen asleep.
“Are you still mad at me?”
“No- no. Remember? You’re the one who taught me that punishments wipe the slate clean.” Her nails scratched the base of his scalp. “That’s their whole point, right?”
“Not that. The other thing. What I said earlier….made you hit me.” The memory brought a fresh stream of tears to his eyes.
“Oh.”
“You still mad at me?”
She heard the hitch in his voice and looked down at him. “I don’t know, Matty.”
“I- didn’t mean it. Amelia, please.”
“You did mean it.” She said, assertive, but gentle. “I know you well enough to know that you never say anything that you don’t think is true. Might be cruel. But I you believe it.”
She felt him tighten his grip on her waist.
“I’m losing you.”
“Don’t say that…” she rubbed small, slow circles into his bare back, occasionally pausing to knead the muscles that she thought might be particularly tense.
Her phone vibrated against the nightstand, the blue light of the screen shining in the darkened room. She tried to ignore it at first, but the persistent buzzing caught her attention.
“Excuse me.” She whispered, reaching for her phone.
Joshua:
Where are you?!
Babe?
Come back to the hotel room I have a surprise for you!
She closed her eyes, taking a deep breath.
“Matty? Ummm…I’ve gotta go.”
His arms squeezed her even harder.
“C’mon, Matty. Please. Joshua’s looking for me.”
“Right- sorry.” He hiccuped, suppressing a cry. His arms reluctantly loosening around her. “Don’t mean to be greedy. I’m sor-“
“I’d stay longer but….he says he’s got a surprise for me and….i just need to go.”
Matty nodded, quickly turning on his side, his back towards her, he covered his mouth with his hand and wept.
As she got dressed and collected her belongings, Amelia could tell, by the shaking of his body, that he was crying. But she couldn’t stand to watch. She knew that if she rushed to comfort him, she’d never leave. So, even though every step away from him felt like hell, she dragged herself out of the room, walking back to her boyfriend across the hall.

“Please tell me that you didn’t text him,” My coworker asks with an edge of dread and disgust in her voice. For the last two hours of our shift, Lilly has been on me about the guy who left me his number yesterday.
It had been a slow day with only regulars really coming in so a decent looking young guy walking in felt like Christmas. Lils was on it and immediately put on her best flirt, fluttering her big eyes and matching lashes at him when he ordered. I wanted to laugh at the scene but that died when he flashed a smile my way and handed me his number. It was quickly followed by some passing comment about how he hates it when girls throw themselves at him. I had half a mind to throw his coffee on him but I knew my boss would have my head. I settled for plastering a fake smile on my face and saying “Vai pro caralho.” Of course the ignorant asshole thought I was being nice and winked at me. It took all of my strength to not shutter in disgust.
“You should know me better than that,” I throw back at her, “from that 2 minute interaction alone, I can already tell that he would talk about himself the entire date before saying something borderline foul like how Latinas girls are his favorite and he can’t stand white girls .”
Lils snorts as she takes a sip of her coffee, nearly choking and sending the hot liquid flying over the freshly cleaned counter. I arch a dark brow at her which makes her laugh even harder.
“What? Am I wrong? You can’t tell me that he wouldn’t have pulled out that high school Spanish to impress me.”
“No, no,” she stutters, wiping the coffee up, “it just caught me off guard is all. Wait, didn’t you say something to him in Spanish before he left? What did you say?”
I narrow my eyes at her, “Vai pro caralho? Babes you should know better.”
She looks at me in horror, “oh my god it was Portuguese, wasn’t it?”
I nod as she profusely apologizes, “I am so sorry, Y/N. Oh my god I’m not better than that asshat. Ugh, what does that mean though?”
The front door opens before I have the chance to speak and the little bells above alerts us to the one regular that never fails to put a smile on my face. Sam had been coming in since before I started working at Brewed Awakenings but after that first interaction, he came pretty much daily. He even got Sarah his sister to start coming in and within a matter of a few weeks, I was invited over for Sunday dinner.
“It means Go fuck yourself,” I tell Lils as I round the counter with a bright smile and wide arms. Sam matches me and wraps me into a tight hug.
“Good morn, Anjo. How are you?” He asks as he squeezes me into this chest.
I pull back and give him my best angry mãe look we I demand to know where he’s been for the last few weeks.
He holds his hands up in defense as he says, “put those eyes away, Anjo. Im sorry okay? I was on official business and I didn’t have time to swing by to let you know but I’m back.”
I don’t let up my expression at first and lecture him some more, “You better be. You were gone for like…”
I pause for dramatic effect to pretend to count the time while walking back around the counter, “6 weeks. I was about to send out a search and rescue team to find you. Ridiculous.”
Sam chuckles while shaking his head at me. He steps to the side to reveal a man that’s been standing behind him and one that I hadn’t noticed before.
A damn attractive man.
Albeit a bit judgmental given the looks he’s throwing at the both of us.
“I wasn’t gone that long,” Sam tries but stops when I shot him another mãe look. He quickly changes the subject, clapping his hand on his companion’s shoulder and introducing him, “well this is Bucky. He’s the reason I was gone so if you’re going to be mad at anyone, be mad at him.”
Bucky.
He looks familiar but I can’t quite figure out why. The massive resting bitch face forced me I stop the search before offering him a bright smile as I repeat his name.
This seems to…irritate him? I honestly can’t tell with the stone wall of moodiness and brooding that lives on his drop dead gorgeous face.
“Well welcome in Bucky, I’m Lilly but everyone calls me Lils and this is y/n,” Lils jumps in with an equally wide smile. His dark eyes flicker between us but hover half a second longer on me. He utters a low “thank you” and looks up to the menu.
Sam rolls his eyes at his short answer but his ever present smile never fades as he orders his usual, a large hot mocha with soy milk. I’ve tried to get him to switch to coconut or even hemp milk but he refuses. He always gives me the whole speech about how “soy is the closest to real milk and if I’m going to drink alternative milk, it has to be close to the real thing.”
“And for you?” I turn my attention to Bucky while Lils starts on Sam’s order. He looks me with slightly wide eyes, a little startled it seems that I’m still talking to and looking at him.
He freezes for a moment, “uh…um a large house coffee.”
“Of course,” Lils jumps in once again and slides a cup across the counter to him. The loud volume of her voice causes him to flinch and Sam instinctively steps in front of him. He takes the cup without another word and fills it while Sam pays and throws a shamelessly flirty smile to Lils. She mocks faintly in a fit of giggles and winks at him.
Sam turns his attention to him and subtlety jerks his chin towards the door, wordlessly asking me if I’ll walk them out. Lils caught it too and rolls her eyes before shooing us out the door.
“She means no harm. She’s just…cheery,” I tell Bucky when the door closes behind us and we step onto the side walk, “I can tell her to tone it back for when you come in next.”
Sam chuckles under his breath and tries to hide a smile behind his cup but fails miserably. Bucky shots him another one of those bored looks and rolls his beautiful eyes at him.
“You don’t have to do that,” he finally says to me and actually makes eye contact with me, “Y/N.”
I offer him another wide smile and stick my hand for him to shake. He glances down at my watch and rings before taking my hand.
“It’s nice to meet you, Bucky. Don’t let Sam fill your head with too many tales and I hope to see you soon.”
The man in question basically squawks in protests as I hug him goodbye and disappear back into the coffee shop.
About an hour after I get home, I get a text from Sam saying something along the lines of “Robo cop liked you and asked for your number.”
Moments later a D.C. number sends me a text and I quickly save it under “Bucky (aka Robo Cop according to Sam)”
That’s when it clicks who he is; Bucky Barnes, the former Winter Solider and the most attractive man I’ve ever met.

Friend Of A Friend
Santiago Garcia x Young Reader
Summary: being tess's best friend has its ups and downs but the best one being her dad's best friend
Warning: reader is 20, wall sex
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Yn/3rd person pov
I smiled widely as I climbed into the car greeting them as I got in "long time no see yn" Santiago grinned as he turned to me I bite my lip blushing slightly "yea it has" I murmured.
He glanced at tess to make sure she wasn't looking before winking at me making my cheeks redder before he turned back to the front.
"Tess, yn Santiago here is picking you up from shopping ok I have a meeting so I won't be home intill late" Tom said looking at us through the review mirror "he just needs to remember that and not forget us for a girl" tess teased making them laugh.
I just grinned slightly when tess turned to me but I was kinda jealous I've always had a crush on Santiago since I was 16 I mean who wouldn't and there's been many times when I was around and the guys were to making fun of him about his hot informants.
He's always been kind to me and since my 18th birthday we've gotten a little closer when we're alone but nothing more then light touches, little flirts and playful winks, he never seems to cease to make me blush.
"Haha very funny there is none of that anymore" he chuckled making tess lean forward looking at him with wide eyes "has thee santiago gracia the player finally found the one" she squealed my heart stopped and my eyes fluttered.
He shook his head still laughing "honestly I want to but I don't think she feels the same" he murmured my hands wavered as I grabbed his seat leaning forward to see him "how did you meet her" I asked thankfully the hurt I felt didn't show in my voice.
"Uh" he paused thinking glancing to the side of him out the window "she's a friend of a friend" he grinned tess started guessing names of his informants as I bit the inside of my cheek and sat back against my seat.
We turned into the mall parking lot tess's rambling calming down as we neared the entrance "have a fun time girls" santiago laughed as we said our goodbyes I just nodded acknowledging him as I got out joining tess on the pavement she waved her dad goodbye and watched as they drove away "what shop to first".
-Time skip
I was browsing the different merch sections in hot topic waiting for tess has she tried stuff on through the corner of my eye I noticed one of the male employees watching me and following me into each row a few minutes I move.
"Can I help you with something" I asked ironic its supposed to be the other way around, I crossed my arms over my chest as I turned to him, he looked like a deer in headlights "i-i" he rubbed the buck of his neck nervously.
"I came to ask for you number" I cringed as he snuffled through his nose the sound almost making me gag "I have a boyfriend" I lied turning back to the shelf of items but he stepped towards me making me taking a step back.
"He wouldn't have to know" he spoke seductively it made me sick "no thank you" I huffed trying to leave but he caught my wrist pulling me to him he sweat smell making nose crinkle "let me go" I muttered.
What the two didn't notice was that tess was done with trying things on and saw the whole thing "hey santiago we need your help" that was all she had to say to make him speed his way over.
"I said no" I growled trying to pull my way out his hold but his grip only tightened making me gasp in pain "hey dick head" the man holding me turned his head only to get punched in the cheek by a red faced Santiago.
I stumbled to the ground as the employee released me "hey you ok" tess whispered as she feel to her knees beside me but my eyes never left santiago as he beat the creep up "i-uh" I couldn't find the words my heart was beating in my ears and my breath was shallow.
Santiago was stopped by security but released as they went over the footage and took the employee instead "come on girls" he panted urging us out and walked behind us silently "total guard dog effect" tess whispered leaning over to me but I didn't answer my eyes trained to the ground.
"Let's get you guys home" he muttered unlocking the car I took a seat in the back and just went on my phone only answering when they spoke to me directly.
"I'll see you Monday yn" my head snapped to tess who was out the car I didn't even realize we were at her house or that she was getting dropped off first, "come up front yn" he smiled turning to me, I hesitated before nodding and climbed out to get into the passengers seat.
He pulled out the driveway and headed down the street "how are you feeling" he asked briefly turning to me as we slowly pulled to a stop "i-i'll be ok" I murmured looking down to my wrist that was reddening slightly, santiago gently grabbed it and pulled it to his face laying a gentle kiss on it.
"I'm sorry I couldn't get there sooner" he said slowly lacing his fingers into mine, my cheeks became red as a tomato as I looked at our intertwined hands "I should've gone with you guys" he said slowly bringing our intertwined hands the the middle console leaning onto it as he went back to driving as the light turned green.
"I should've killed him" he muttered but I squeezed his hands lightly making him release a breath "I'm sorry" he whispered "it wasn't your fault" I said looking ahead at the road infront of us "he needed to learn some manners" he laughed at my statement and immediately agreed "yeah he can't mess with my girl" santiagos laughed ceased as those words left his lips.
My eyes immediately snapped to his "w-what" I asked my heart beat slowly increasing "i-i didn't say anything" he stuttered a wide smile pasted on my lips something I knew about santiago is he would somewhat stutter when he's trying to cover his tracks or nervous "you called me your girl" I murmured my smiled still widening.
He sighed slowly laughing to himself "yea" he paused "I guess I did" I squealed internally and shifted excitedly but sadness took over as we turned into my street "so am I a friend of a friend" I murmured "yes you are" his words made a shiver run down my spine, he slowed the car down turning into my driveway "are your parents home" he asked leaning onto the steering wheel looking at my house.
"No their away for the weekend" I murmured making him smile "mind if I come inside" he grinned towards me making me clench my thighs as I felt myself dampen I nodded eagerly unbuckling myself quickly and he did the same, he followed me inside and as soon as he kicked the door close his lips were on mine and his hands were feeling up and down my sides.
"I've been wanting you for so long" I moaned against his lips as my fingers entangled themselves in his hair "I know you have" he murmured making me lightly tug at his hair, his hands tugged off our clothes before be pressed me up against the wall "I need you now" he groaned pulling away from my lips.
One of his hands felt up and down my slit making my eyes flutter and a pleasured gasp leave my lips "shit your already dripping" he smirked and slowly moved his dick up against me, he slid it up and down my slit collecting my wetness on him "fuck" he groaned and slowly pushed in his hands moving to cage me in by settling beside my head.
My hands tugged at his hair again and a struggled moan left my lips his cock was stretching me out so much "that's it, that's a good girl" he growled and slowly started to pull out and push back in, he watched my face intently only increasing the pace when he sees my eyes flutter in pleasure or hear my soft whines.
"So fucking good mi amor" he whispered leaning down to my neck pressing his lips to my skin sucking harshly "s-shit" I cursed my knees buckling he swiftly caught me and put his hands under my thighs and lifted me up his thrusts never ceasing.
My moans were fueling his desire more, he nibbled and nipped at my skin making my breath catch in my throat, my eyes rolled to the back of my head as I leaned it up against the wall, I felt a knot form in my stomach and santiagos cock start to pulse "cum with me mi amor" he groaned licking a long strip along the hickies he littered on my neck, I nodded eagerly.
His grunts and groans grow louder as his hard thrust slightly fultered, our sounds of pleasure mixed together as we cam "fuck" I cried and santiago just growled lowly into my ear as he filled me up his nails digging into my skin, my hands dropped from his hair and I leaned my head onto his shoulder panting.
"Don't think we're done yet baby girl, you still have to make up for the times you've made me so fucking hard"

Things that went through my head while watching this episode: --This was a great episode to notice during the OP that in the clip right after Muichiro throws the sword and Tanjiro goes rushing forward in a strike presumably with that sword, you can see Yoriichi in the back lined up next to Tanjiro--almost like the pose Tanjiro strikes with Pillars in the OP! (Hmm, how are they going to do that for the Pillar Training Arc?)
--Kanamori, in some not very well-placed exposition, says that Tanjiro asked him to be understanding of Muichiro, and that is why as Muichiro's new swordsmith, he looked into who used to smith his swords. First of all, when? We only saw Tanjiro interact with Kanamori the day or two before this all goes down, but Kanamori already has Muichiro's new sword ready and stashed away in the same shop where Haganezuka is busy putting his life on the line for polishing a sword even before Gyokko shows up. The first we see of Tanjiro even hearing of Kanamori being responsible for Muichiro's sword is when Muichiro woke him up maybe an hour or so ago. This means Tanjiro had to have known this and had an opportunity to talk to Kanamori long before he even witnessed Muichiro in the Swordsmith Village. Perhaps Tanjiro brought it up as general advice to Kanamori who expressed feeling pressure for being assigned to a Pillar, and Tanjiro just wanted to be encouraging to him based on what little impression he had of Muichiro at the Pillar Meeting and whatever he heard from Shinobu (and Shinobu did tell Tanjiro Muichiro's name, at the very least). But also, perhaps Kanamori started this endeavor to understand Muichiro after completing his first sword for him, because Tanjiro only said this to him yesterday? In which case, was this truly a matter of Tanjiro seeing that Muichiro is in need of that kindness, or was it Tanjiro throwing his hands up and saying, "I don't know what to make of him, you try!"
--And that, friends, is how you can dig too deep into canon to find fanfic ideas.
--Kotetsu-kun truly is a brave kid whose response to seeing his friends in pain was to attack instead of run away. I love how close-knit everyone in the village is, they all know (and recognize!) each other by name. --Muichiro is the kind of person who would walk around a modern art museum saying, "I could do that." Kotetsu would be the one saying, "but you didn't." Gyokko, of course, is the worst of modern artists. There must be a modern day AU which Gyokko leans a bean in Chicago and Muichiro starts a "paint the bean pink" event.
--Gyokko deserves some credit here for his cleverness! Although what Muzan would have preferred is Gyokko finding Ubuyashiki or the blue spider lilies, Gyokko has honed in the Corp's weapons and focused his efforts on eliminating those. Maybe he was merely lucky to have found a clue about the village, but he developed a technique, I assume specifically, to deprive swordsmen of their Breath.
--Being taunted for having "a dull life" and an existence with no meaning sure adds weight to that "I was born to be happy" statement. --Kimetsu Academy answered some of my wishes by having Uzui-sensei and Gyokko hang out and talk art, but what I really want is to see Shinobu see those fishes.
--I love the BGM and sound effects for Love Breath. Mitsuri is just so special, you guys. I love hearing her in this Taisho Secret showing off her sword skills to Tanjiro & Nezuko, and a sound that lives in my head rent free is the the sound she made in the previous episode's Kimetsu Academy short as she falls to her knees. --One of my favorite background characters in this whole series is the guy who tried to protect Tecchin by charging at the fish monster with a naginata. ----First, naginata. I have bias. ----Second, such upstanding character! That is not a man who runs away even when the swordsmen have been slain. ----Also, while Tecchin and the other guy who got his head bumped are shameless in fishing for Mitsuri's care and attention, this is the guy who had the view up her skirt and who made no mention of it whatsoever. ----That might be because he was so rightfully distracted by the sight of her sword instead, and he gave us some smoother exposition with which to appreciate it. --Another random thing, but I love the nighttime lighting in this season! The BGM in general feels more experimental and sometimes takes me out of it (opposed to how the Yuukaku spin plunged me deeper into it), but when it slaps, it slaps, like on the new variation as Tanjiro attains a lightsaber Red Blade. Also also, there are a lot of characters in this one with peculiar and kind of old-timey ways of speaking (Kanamori, Tecchin, Hantengu's clones, etc.) that are still distinct from other characters (like Rengoku). I don't know how much of it comes across in translation, but my ears enjoy the extra characterization.
--I love--and the first time I watched this, my friends loved it too--how Nezuko and Tanjiro take turns carrying each other when they lose consciousness. It keeps the pacing fast and desperation high, while also illustrating their bond really well. What also gets me is how Tanjiro frets and tells her to let go of the sword because her fingers will get cut. It doesn't feel like a big concern because we know she's already lost a forearm and being impaled through through the torso and neck tonight, but any reasonable brother doesn't want to see his sister's fingers cut off, much less sliced with a sword at all.
--I love how Sekido is the only demon around here whose perspective is worth anything
--Quickly jumping to the end of the episode to note how we see the base of Aizetsu's neck and the top of his head still intact, so that implies that Genya munched on the bottom half of his head. In general I'm not much into ship content, but I know there is a fandom for Aizetsu and Genya out there, and I do find the idea of it being one-sided infatuation on Aizetsu's part an amusing premise. With that in the back of my mind, I could also imagine Aizetsu mistakenly thinking Genya was going to make out with him and how quickly and shockingly he'd have his hopes dashed. --Okay, so, HINOKAMI KAGURA WITH A RED BLADE AND THE MARK, TIME TO DIAL UP THE ANIMATION
--And they do
--And it's so sad Haganezuka doesn't get to see it --Like, after how much the fight with Rui blew up and the internet collectively lost their minds, we tend to just expect this from Ufotable, so the beauty they accomplish doesn't always stick out because they have to work harder and harder to stand out from what they've already given us, but this attack on Karaku, Urogi, and Sekido is a thing of wonder and it is highly worth appreciating.
--The lighting! The fluid motion and changing camera angles! But also the ability to show changes in expression, and to differentiate Tanjiro in the marked state from his usual state.
--But, again, the timeline has me in knots. Tanjiro says he was "always" thinking about that last strike on Gyutaro and how it felt different, but when would he have had time to do that, since he's spend so much of his wakeful life, like, fighting for his life against a mechanical doll? He's of course had downtime, but given the Taisho Secret in the hand-out at the early Mugen Ressha showings, I suspect comatose Tanjiro spend a lot of time analyzing and replaying that moment and doing image training. --On the first watch, when Tanjiro is thinking about how his will is tied with that of everyone around him, and even if he can't do it, someone else will take over for him, it's easy to get wrapped up in "THAT'S RENGOKU" or "this is foreshadowing all the hands in that truly final battle with Muzan!" but, I can't wait to think back to this scene when he's talking to Giyuu in the next season. Giyuu is the first person he thinks of, but also, Giyuu's hand is absent from among the ones on Tanjiro's back.
