If you had told your younger self you’d be in a game of death with 45.6 billion won up for grabs, you wouldn’t believe it. And yet, it’s true. After the tragedy that was Red Light, Green Light where many people met a rather unfortunate fate, you realized it’d be in your best interest to find someone you can trust and form an alliance with them.
Unfortunately for you, your boyfriend, Thanos, happened to also be a part of the games and had been watching you from a distance since he spotted you in the first game. You had originally wanted to get away from him because he was nothing but toxic though now it seems Thanos was one step ahead of you. That, or you just had terrible luck and Thanos decided to come here on his own accord.
You didn't have time to think about it though because he suddenly got up and left his little group behind to make his way straight to you. He didn't seem happy at all. Perhaps it was because the last conversation you two had was an argument that was left off on a bad note.
“Where have you been? Were you avoiding me? That makes me really fucking mad, you know,” he says as he grabs your wrist so you can't just walk away from him. Not like there was anywhere to go now. You were stuck with him here.
“I was just taking some time for myself,” you respond defensively. You really just wanted to get away from him which is why you were here in the first place. Your original plan was to win some money and then disappear so you'd never have to deal with Thanos and his crazy behavior again. It was suffocating to be near him.
“Time for yourself? Don't fucking lie to me,” he says as he brings you closer to him. Nothing about him was gentle. Not his touches, or his kisses, or anything. “Well, you've had your time. You're not leaving my side now,” he continues as he looks down at you with a glare. He wasn't leaving any room for you to defy him. In his eyes, you belonged to him. You were his property and that meant you couldn't go rogue and do what you want.
“You don't get a say in that,” you say as you lean back slightly to try to create some distance between the two of you. He lets out a bitter laugh before grabbing the back of your head, entangling his fingers in your hair, and forcing you closer. “Yes, I do. In case you forgot, you're stuck in a death game with me. Do you really think anyone else will help you? Nobody else here gives a fuck about you. The moment they get the chance, they'll let a bullet go through your head,” he says as he looks down at you with a slightly crazed look.
You'd like to make a counter point but he’s not exactly wrong. A lot of the people here didn't seem to be trustworthy. Not like Thanos was any better but he probably wouldn't purposely kill you if you didn't piss him off, right? As much as you didn't want to, you realized you didn't have much choice. Unless you want to make an enemy right after the first game, Thanos was your only hope of surviving the rest of the games.
“That's better. Just keep your pretty lips shut and let me do the talking,” Thanos spoke with a slight smirk. You didn't respond to that knowing that you'd likely make some sarcastic quip that would piss him off if you did. You didn't have a choice this time. You couldn't run away to another country. You had to give in just this once.
You'd soon come to regret that decision.
Somehow, Thanos had only gotten worse. He was always right next to you, no matter what. Either his hand would be over your shoulder or he'd have a tight grip on your waist. When it was lights out, he'd force you to sleep in the same bed as him. He'd kiss you all the time too but it was always rough with teeth clashing against each other and his tongue shoved down your throat.
You didn't notice it got worse until it was far too late.
The moment of realization was during the third game. The game was called ‘mingle’ and it was simple enough. A number would be called out and you'd have 30 seconds to form a group of that number before getting inside one of the fifty rooms.
Everyone stood on a circular platform in the center of the room and, per usual, Thanos had his arm over your shoulder, keeping you close to him as he spoke to his other stupid friend. The platform began to spin slowly as a childish song played. When the platform came to a sudden stop and a number was called out you formed a group and ran into a room.
It was all going fine as you planned strategic moves and managed to keep on surviving. At least, it was going well. Until the last round when the number 2 was called.
Thanos had immediately taken your wrist and dragged you towards a room, leaving behind his idiot friend without a second thought. However, the room was quickly stolen by two other players. You thought Thanos would just go to the next room over but that was not what happened.
Instead he pushed open the door and immediately grabbed one of the guys by their hair. He didn't think twice before he forced him out of the room. The other guy made an attempt to help but Thanos slammed him against the wall, his hand going around his throat as he choked him. The look in his eyes was far more scary than you remember. You could hardly process what was happening before the guy was punched in the face and pushed out of the room.
Thanos pulled you in just before the door closed and locked. The sound of gunshots rang out soon after as Thanos huffed in annoyance. He looked guilt free despite the fact he was very much responsible for the death of two people. Actually, now that you really thought about it, he had killed other people in the previous games too.
Fuck. You were beginning to regret your choice of becoming his ally. You'd have much rather found someone else who could protect you from him because he was clearly fucking crazy. Crazier than he used to be. You thought he was just a manipulative, toxic bastard. You didn't think he'd be truly capable of murder.
“Fucking dickheads,” Thanos mumbles under his breath with annoyance before glancing at your face. The corner of his lips quirked up when he noticed your expression and he wandered in front of you. “What? Something wrong?” He spoke though he already knew exactly what you were thinking.
“You killed those people,” you said as you looked up at him with a combination of fear and disbelief. He laughed in response before reaching a hand up and grabbing your face. “For you, baby. I fucking killed them for you,” he said as he looked down at you with a smirk. He found your expression such a turn-on really. The idea you were afraid of him meant you'd submit to him and that's all he wanted.
“You're fucking crazy.. crazier than I thought,” you spoke as you tried to step back and create some distance between the two of you. In response, he slammed you against the wall and got very close to you.
“You're only just realizing this? You don't realize when I snapped the ankle of that bastard who looked at you so he'd lose? You didn't realize when our ‘friend’ and I returned but he had a bleeding nose?” He spoke as he got into your face with a dangerous grin. Well, when he said it like that, it became abundantly clear he had been killing and hurting people left and right since day one and all for you. You just had been too caught up in his behavior towards you that you didn't notice how he acted with others.
“Mm. Fuck, I love that look on your face. You're so afraid. Good. Because you're going to learn that you're mine forever, yeah?” He spoke as he brought a hand to your throat and squeezed it tightly. He let out a laugh as he choked you like it was the funniest thing in the world before slamming his lips to yours in a rough kiss.
It was then you realized that, no matter how hard you tried to escape, you were his now - you always have been - and you will never taste freedom on your tongue again.

Ddakji Man
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
summery - you were always struggling to make ends meet, despite having three separate jobs and you doubted that that would ever change. it felt like you were working out of your own casket and it would probably be more sustainable to invest in one at this point.
pairing: (gong yoo/ji-cheol) the salesman x fem. reader
word count: 1,5k
contains: slight arguing, cursing but nothing too graphic tbh
Tumblr media
"Are you sure that you don't want to come?" One of your friends asked you a little sadly since you were about to leave the group. They rarely got to see you anyway, did you have to leave so early? "You never come with us when we go out for a drink, we miss you there, you know?"
You smiled a little tiredly as you strolled casually through the streets. "I'm sorry guys, I just have to work tonight." you tried to explain. Besides, I'm fucking tired and just want to get some sleep before then. I miss my bed.
Your best friend pouted as she hugged you from the side and you welcomed it, even if it made walking a little more difficult. "It's always work this work that. Live a little for once, all this stress is not good for you. You need a break." she spoke up before a thought came into her mind that made her a little furious. "Don't tell me that you're using work as an excuse to cancel on us. We can do something else if you want to. I'll even invite you, come on!"
You took a tired breath. I don't have any energy for this. "Trust me, I'd love nothing more than to get drunk with you and I'm not being sarcastic or anything." you clarified. Besides, I wouldn't work this much if I didn't have to.
"All right." she gave in unhappy. "We'll catch you one of these days, I can feel it..."
You laughed softly. "Please do," you replied and stopped in front of the stairs that led to the subway. This was the place where you had to say goodbye to your friends and you did with a few more hugs. You enjoyed spending time with them and loved your friends with all your heart, but you were still happy to be a bit on your own now.
So you plugged in your cable headphones and played your current favorite song at the loudest volume before checking when the next train was going to arrive. Another twenty minutes? The last one must have just left. You decided to just sit down on a bench and wait while staring blankly around and quietly mumbling the lyrics to yourself.
A few minutes later, a person sat down next to you and you could see out of the corner of your eye that it was probably some kind of businessman or something. You didn't look closely out of politeness and turned your gaze somewhere else after checking the time on your phone.
"Excuse me." the unknown man tried to get your attention, but as expected, you could barely hear him over the booming music. He placed his briefcase in the space between you before leaning closer to your figure and looking towards you with a smile and finally, you seemed to notice his stare and turned in his direction. You took out one of your earbuds as you met his gaze. "I'm sorry, what did you say?"
The man leaned back again. "I haven't said anything yet. I wanted to ask if I could talk to you, do you have a moment?"
You looked around a little uncomfortably as he maintained uninterrupted eye contact with you. "Ehm, well..." you stumbled slightly over your words. "I'm not religious or anything, sorry," you replied, having no patience for another discourse about Jesus and the church. This is the fourth time this week, lucky me. You thought to yourself as you were about to put your earplug back in.
The salesman held a hand in the air to stop you from doing that to keep your attention. You just looked at him uninterestedly and waited, it was going to be a while before your train arrived anyway. A smile graced his face after you were willing to listen to him again. "That's not what I wanted to talk about, I just want to offer you a chance."
Your face tightened a little in disgust and you were quite irritated by now. He seemed to be waiting for some kind of answer and didn't say anything else, so you had no choice but to interpret his words. He doesn't look like that kind of guy, but I guess it's always the ones who look the most decent. "Listen to me asshole," you said openly this time, all politeness gone as you pointed at his chest with your index finger. "I don't know you, maybe you're one of those men who try to talk in riddles to seem mysterious or something, but right now it just sounds like you're looking for someone cheap to fuck." you replied as you tapped his tie with each syllable and leaned a little closer to him as you whispered. "And I'm not cheap, so you might want to look elsewhere."
This time it was you who grinned as he looked at you in surprise and he let out a small grunt after you finished your sentence. The salesman straightened his tie while watching your figure before reaching for his briefcase and revealing its contents, "That's too bad, but also not what I was talking about," he replied as you looked at the money and colored paper in confusion. "Have you ever played Ddakji?" He asked you as he took out the red and blue paper. You just shook your head. "That's no problem at all, we can still play it if you're up for it."
Your gaze alternated from his hand to his face. Oh, so he's crazy. You finally concluded. I guess he is too handsome to be just a normal guy, huh. You turned your head away from him, something about the whole thing just seemed perverse to you. "No thanks, I'll pass."
"You sure?" He asked again, knowing he'd convinced you as soon as he brought the money into it. These people are all the same, she'll snatch the paper right out of my hands after I start talking a language she understands. "Every time you win, you get 100,000 won from me." He began, watching the look on your face. "But if I win, you owe me 100,000 won and -"
You sighed and interrupted him. "Yes, I'm sure. I still don't want to play with you, okay?"
This time the man looked at you with a cold, icy stare. A few minutes passed like this and you just tried to ignore his gaze, but then he started talking again. "All right. 200,000 won." he finally said, but couldn't seem to get your attention back. He tried again. "Is it because you've never played the game before? We can have a practice round if that would make you feel more comfortable." he tried again and got irritated when you continued to ignore him. He looked around the area as he considered his next move. Is she waiting for me to increase the prize money further? These people usually jump up happily at the first amount since they're so desperate. He tried to collect himself again. "500,000 won." he finally said. "I've got the money right here, you just have to go for it."
When is this stupid train coming. "Look, I don't want your fucking money, understand? I'm not a gambling addict or -"
"You may not want it, but you need it," he said, annoyed. This has never happened before, is she stupid? He then spoke out your name and described your miserable living situation as if you didn't already know about it yourself. "You also have quite a lot of debt for someone who is still relatively young, are you seriously going to turn down the money I'm offering you? For what, to prove a point or something?"
You didn't know what this man's fucking problem was, he should be glad that you didn't want to take his money, and how did he even know all this? You got up from your seat next to him when the train finally arrived and turned to face him one last time. "Fuck you," you told him and then went to the doors. You even looked out of the window at him as soon as they closed before you, to show him your the middle finger.
The man in the suit watched your figure irritated until it was gone and then, took the little card out of the inside pocket of his suit, that was meant for you. He turned it over a few times in his hand before closing the open briefcase with his other one. He had already played and lost a few Ddakji games in his life, which was the point of the whole thing - to recruit players for the actual game. However, the thought of what awaited them there meant that he was still in control of the situation. He was always in control of the situation. "I didn't loose, we haven't even played." he tried to reassure himself.
And yet the whole conversation with you left him feeling like he was utterly defeated.

Chapter 5
"Hey Dick" Bruce called to his oldest son when he saw him in the kitchen while he was preparing a bowl of cereal
"Yeah Bruce?" Dick answered but his attention was still on his cereal
"Have you heard from (Name)?" the eldest asked
"Uh..." he kept thinking, remembering who you were until something finally clicked in his mind "Oh yeah! No, I haven't heard from them, maybe in their room?" he suggested, not giving it any importance
"Yeah, that would be the most logical answer if they hadn't moved" Bruce sighed
"What?" for the first time Dick turned to look at him surprised
"Yeah... They've been gone for a while now" Bruce explained
"But why?" Dick asked
"Well... I have to admit that I haven't been the best father to them..." he said a little embarrassed
"Oh Bruce..." Dick was about to start scolding him
"I really don't need you to scold me right now" Bruce growled
"Fine..." Dick sighed and stood up "And why are you looking for them?"
"I need to talk to them about everything" he explained "And... and apologize to them for all these years"
Dick didn't like to see any of his family sad or stressed like Bruce.
And yet he never noticed you
So he put a hand on his shoulder and squeezed him a little to try and comfort him.
"I'll help you look for them. Have you checked their room yet?"
"Yeah I already checked it and there's nothing, literally speaking" Bruce sighed
"Well maybe you missed something. You're not the only one in the family who's a detective" he smiled and the older man smiled back
"Thanks, chum" he patted him on the back affectionately
"You're welcome, old man" Then both men separated to look for the missing family member
Dick pulled out his phone and sent a message to the chat group he had with his brothers.
In which you were not included of course
Asking for a quick little meeting, that way, if everyone helped look for you all this would end quickly and they could make it up to you. Even though Dick didn't say it, knowing that you had left and hadn't told anyone and adding the fact that he now felt guilty because he paid you a lot (nothing) of attention.
Tumblr media
"Let me understand Dickhead so..." Jason spoke "You called us, saying that this was urgent just to tell us to help you and Bruce look for (Name)?"
To tell the truth, everyone thought it was silly that Dick called them, you were a teenager, most likely you were doing something outside the mansion, you would return home soon.
"I'm sorry to tell you this Dick but, I think you're exaggerating" said Tim
"For the first time I can agree with Drake" said Damian "I have more important things to do than looking for them"
"I know, I know, but this is urgent not only for Bruce but for me too" said Dick "And why are you looking for them?" asked Stephanie
"Look..." Dick sighed "They... they... they left the mansion and Bruce Is nervous"
"They left? Why?" asked Tim
"Did you call them?" asked Cassandra
"Bruce tried but it seems they changed their number" Dick sighed
"You didn't answer Tim's question" said Jason "Why did they leave?"
"Perhaps because they never felt part of this family, Master Jason" said a voice behind them, it was Alfred who had been listening to the little meeting
"Huh? Why do you say that Pennyworth?" asked Damian
"Oh it is probably because you just decided to ignore them since they came to the mansion" said Alfred as if it was obvious
"Hey! That's not true, I used to spend time with them" Jason defended himself
"And then what happened, Master Jason?" asked Alfred and looked at him a little irritated
"Uhh... I died and then came back from the dead...?" laughed Jason nervously
"Nonsense" said Alfred and then left Jason sighed and stood up.
"How do we help, Dick?"
Tumblr media
Jason felt like a complete jerk. How could he have pushed you aside? You were still a child for God's sake! And yet he didn't care and pushed you aside when he came back from the dead, being more focused on his revenge against Bruce and Tim. He also felt a little proud, proud that he was always the closest to you, even if it has been a while SInce then. He remembers how you looked at him in admiration in his days as Robin, how your eyes lit up when he did a stunt and how you followed him around the mansion like you were a duckling. Alfred had even taken a picture of you following him around. The simple memory made him smile. He should ask Alfred if he still has the photo. He was in your room, inspecting it like it was a crime scene but he had to admit, you were Bruce's child. This room was completely clean and it looked like no one had lived in it for years if it weren't for the fact that the walls were painted (f/c). It was like If you didn't want to be found. That made Jason let out a small chuckle, you would have been a great vigilante, if only they had given you the chance. He shook his head, trying to get those negative thoughts out of his mind and focus on his search instead. He checked every corner of your room and nothing. It seemed like you just vanished.
"Shit!" He slammed his fist on the floor as he crouched down, checking under your bed. "Where the fuck are you?”
"Keep checking their room, Master Jason?" said a voice behind him, it was Alfred who was looking at him with the same neutral face.
"Yeah," Jason sighed and stood up.
After a few seconds of silence, Jason turned to look at Alfred and asked:
"Alfred... Do you happen to have the photo you took of (Name) and me when we were kids? The one where they followed me like a duckling?”
"Yes, I have the photo, Master Jason, but I can show you more. Please follow me," said the butler as he turned around and left the room.
Jason looked at him in surprise, but without saying anything he followed him. They reached the attic of the great mansion. There were millions of boxes in that place in which they had different things that belonged to the inhabitants of Wayne Manor. Alfred began to move some boxes until he took out a specific one that had your name on it.
"What is this?" Jason asked.
"This is a box, Master Jason" Alfred said as he handed him the box.
"And it contains some things that used to belong to (Name)”
Jason looked at the box in amazement, it didn't weigh much but it didn't weigh little either but it seemed well preserved despite the time.
"Thank you Alfred" he said and then came down from the attic with the box in his arms.
Jason walked into the living room so he could see the contents of the box without any problem. He didn't know where to start but decided to grab a long but thin book. When he saw the cover his eyes widened in surprise, because that book was a photo album.
On the first pages of the album there were ultrasound images that started from the third month. There was even a 3D ultrasound in which you could see the baby's face. Jason smiled at the image and ran his fingers over the photo. He remembered your smile, it was tender and warm and always relaxed him after a hard mission or a fight with Bruce.
On the next page there was information about your birth, your weight and height and other information. There was also a compartment in which there was a small sock that would only fit a newborn baby. The young man smiled more when he saw that small garment that used to be yours, he put it back in the small compartment of the book and continued exploring. From that page, there were photos, the first ones were of your mother and another man, your mother was sitting on the hospital bed with the man next to her while he held you. Both adults looked completely happy while you slept. In another picture you were in the arms of your mother who looked tired but no less happy, the background of the picture seemed to be a baby's room. And in a third one you were in the arms of that man again, he was lifting you up in the air while you laughed, the man laughing in the same way. Jason could imagine the sound of your laughter at that age and it just made his heart beat a little faster.
He kept looking at more pictures of you, your first steps, playing with some pet you had back then, eating (although it was actually a mess but he found it cute) and then there was the picture of your first birthday, you were still so small, but you could see the excitement on your face when you saw the candle on your birthday cake, next to you your mother and that man again. He should have Tim investigate who that man was.
Jason kept looking at pictures of your first years of life, your first Christmas, your first Halloween, your first day at daycare, your first friends. Throughout the album you could see how you were growing up full of happiness, well that was until you got to the photo of your fourth birthday. From that photo on, your mother and that man didn't appear anymore, but instead there were photos of your arrival at Wayne Manor.
At first there were only photos of the great mansion and its hallways, the beautiful handwriting that was written in the previous titles was replaced by that of a small child. Throughout the following pages there were only photos of the property and the animals and there was only one photo where you appeared but now with Alfred, both smiling. You got to the photo of your fifth birthday, thinking that it was Bruce or Dick in that photo but it seems that wasn't the case. You were five, six, seven, eight years old and in your birthday photos there were only you and Alfred, that didn't seem to change despite time. On the next page, Jason was surprised to find pictures of him and you, it was when he had just become Robin and spent a lot of time with you, from photos where Jason was training, cooking with Alfred, reading, and even him teaching you how to fight. Even though those photos were extremely beautiful in his eyes, his favorite had to be the photo in which he appeared with Alfred and (Name) at his 9th birthday party. He smiled at the photograph and took it in his hands, being honest, he didn't remember that until he saw the photo again and your smile made Jason's heart flutter again. With more energy he began to look at the album and each time he appeared less in the photos until he reached your 10th birthday, but he was no longer there, again it was just Alfred and you.
"What...? No no no no no..." Jason muttered agitatedly as he looked through the album
He wasn't in any pictures anymore, nor was his family, it was just you and Alfred again and on more occasions it seemed like more people he didn't know, probably your friends.
"Fuck!" he yelled in frustration and put his face in his hands
Did he really just push you aside so foolishly? No... He had to fix it.
After all HE was your favorite brother
And HE was going to make it up to you
He was going to make it up to you for all those years he left you alone
And he was going to find you, after all, he was trained by the world's greatest detective.
How hard can It be finding you?

Together - CHO HYUN-JU x Fem Reader
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Summary: Reader is scammed and abandoned by her boyfriend, leaving her alone in South Korea to her fate, so in desperate search of a solution to return to her home country she decides to join the squid games to get money, within the game she meets a couple of people who become her friends and could possibly be something more.
Warning: In this episode none!
In futures episodes: Violence, Strong language, female main character is considered heterosexual but she have feelings for a female (Cho Hyun-ju) and it is reciprocated, abuse for male characters.
-------------------------------------------------------------------
You were stupid, very stupid and naive, that was what you repeated to yourself every day since your ex-boyfriend scammed you and abandoned you in a country where you didn't know anyone, you couldn't even understand the language well and now you were locked up in a place full of strangers in a green uniform and with a headache you could barely bear.
Why were you doing such stupid things? You should have said no when that man approached you and offered you money, it was all for the damn money, otherwise how would you find another way to get home?
Barely a day had passed, you understood little of the first game where you saw one person after another die around you, what you had gotten yourself into, this wasn't a game, it was a massacre, as you sat cross-legged on the cold bed that had been assigned to you you could feel your hands shaking and you felt warm tears rolling down your cheeks.
Hey - a kind voice rumbled slowly but enough to wake you from your trance to look up and see a boy with long, slicked-back hair holding a small metal tray - I noticed you didn't come over for your food, I brought you some
His equally shaky hand moved a little closer to you, leaving the tray on the bed, staring at you, afraid you'd react
It's okay if you don't want to eat it, it's just that if we're going to keep playing you need strength for tomorrow - his kind but shy smile and his clear disinterest in leaving made you wipe your tears with the sleeves of your sweater, nodding taking a deep breath - Thanks - you told him, trying not to sound upset, because you really weren't and if you were it was only with yourself
My name is Dae-Ho, yours is… 144 - he looked at you curiously taking a bite of his food
Y/N… my name is Y/N - you sighed, hugging your legs uncomfortably and nervous
Hey, leave her alone - a loud and somewhat curious voice sounded behind Dae-Ho making the two look towards the sound - don't you see that you're making her uncomfortable? go away
I… I didn't want to make you uncomfortable, it's just that… - Dae-Ho looked at you embarrassed, walking away just a few steps
You don't have to give explanations, go away - the girl, a little taller than Dae-Ho, looked at him firmly, almost annoyed, following the man with her gaze as he walked away quickly and embarrassed, joining a group of men on the other shelf of beds
you can eat in peace - the girl looked at you kindly while you only responded with a slight nod and she walked away returning to her place two beds down on the shelf next to you
It was difficult for you not to go unnoticed and it was obvious that everyone wanted to get away from you, you weren't like them, you didn't share their nationality, their traditions, or their topics of conversation, you didn't even understand many of them what they were talking about, they all looked at you like a weirdo, like why a foreigner could come and want to steal their prize, it was unfair.
That's how you spent the first night, alone, trembling from the cold and fear, looking into the darkness while you cried silently and the gunshots echoed in your ears, it was a nightmare and that's how you were until sleep overcame you
The second day wasn't any better, you could barely carry yourself, you were tired, hungry and much more scared than yesterday, surrounded by hundreds of people in a courtyard with drawings of children and rainbows on the floor.
''Now, it's time to form teams of 5, you have 10 minutes'' the voice of the speaker sounded repeatedly before an alarm sounded and you saw how everyone ran looking for members for their team, but everyone seemed to avoid you like a plague.
They ran and pushed you but no one looked at you to join and if they looked at you it was to laugh and murmur
There she was again, standing in front of you with a sad look that barely met your eyes she looked at the floor and walked by your side.
Hey… - you murmured barely, only to her with fear and shame - if you still don't have a team… I can join you if you don't mind - she looked at you over her shoulder giving a sigh of relief nodding offering you her hand so she could walk by your side and not get lost in the crowd
Between your fingers you could notice the difference in size between your small and fragile hand and hers, it was big with a different strength and somewhat rough but still made you feel protected and confident
So you both walked almost in circles finding the fragile old woman and her son and then the little girl with bangs forming a team of 5
Again the games were confusing for you, you could identify some that resembled what you had once played in your country but fear consumed you making your hands tremble again
Calm down - her voice again fragile but somewhat thick made you look at her holding the air - everything will be fine, don't push yourself too much okay? Do you think you can take charge of throwing the rocks? It's just a matter of taking a rock, throwing it and making the second one fall, that's all you have to do - her voice was like a murmur trying not to interrupt the game of the first two teams that were participating
Should I just throw it? - you looked at her nervously, looking at her dark eyes behind her bangs
You just have to throw it, it's easy - she smiled at you giving you hope making you smile barely as you looked at the floor again nervously trying not to think about everything that was tormenting your head, in the background you could hear the screams and cheers that the other players made while the teams participated until a round of gunshots made you jump scared covering your ears and closing your eyes tightly - calm down, calm down nothing is happening - her arms surrounded you quickly, adjusting you against her chest, you could feel the strands of her hair on your face and a slight aroma of herbs coming from it - it's over, don't open your eyes until I tell you okay?
Your head barely nodded as you took a deep breath, the aroma of her hair made you remember the gardens where you walked when you first arrived in South Korea and her arms for some reason made you feel protected, nothing could happen to you
A couple of minutes (that seemed like an eternity) passed slowly, people were talking, some were crying and in the background you could hear the sound of the sirens of the forklifts that had come to pick up the bodies, one second after another it was a damn nightmare.
''Next team, you can take your position'' the voice from the speaker again
It's our turn - the old woman sighed getting up while you opened your eyes and stood up slowly with fear
The guards tied your ankles and after a shot the game for you began.
You walked counting the steps, being constant and fast in your tasks, first Ddjaki, the little girl with the bangs did well, then the flying rock, your trembling hands held it strong and letting out a deep sigh you threw it against the rock in the distance failing in the attempt
Girl concentrate, what's wrong with you! - the old woman shouted making your friend look at her annoyed and after her firm indication and walking as a team to pick it up the 5 of them returned to their position - don't fail, please girl!
We trust you… calm down, take a breath and throw it, you'll do well - Your new best friend looked at you smiling lightly giving you courage.
A sigh again, a fixed look at the rock and after throwing it it fell with a blow.
Everyone screamed, applauded and so on again until reaching the final task ''Team 2, you have completed your tasks'' you had never been so happy to hear that spooky voice on the speaker and once the guards untied your ankles they all ran screaming and laughing to the fence that separated you from the rest of the players, you could finally return to the dormitory and finally had survived another day.
Everyone was happy, so much so that all of you were jumping and screaming with excitement, your friend, the tall girl ran to you without wasting a second surrounding you with her strong arms making you spin in the air while both of you laughed
We did it, I told you, we did it right - she laughed jumping with you still in her arms making you scream when you felt the air on your face and your legs hanging in the air
Now, stop it, you're going to make her dizzy - the old woman laughed patting her back as a sign that it was enough until you heard gunshots in the distance again making the team erase their smile and remember the horrible place where they were
Come on let's sit down - her hand slowly and carefully took yours walking towards the bed shelves climbing up and sitting on the steps - are you okay?
Yes… I'm pretty well, thanks for helping me - you smiled rubbing your hands on your legs nervously
By the way, my name is Cho Hyun-Ju… are you? - she looked at you curiously
Y/N… my name is Y/N - you smiled shyly at her
You have a very pretty name - she smiled back shyly with her cheeks slightly tinted - thanks for letting me join you in the game you were the only person who approached me
You don't have to thank me, I think we are both rejected for certain reasons and that makes us unique in the crowd right? it's better to be united and be stronger than alone - your cheeks felt hot, the sign that they were red like cherries
You're right..

Thanks for reading, this is the first episode I've written about Squid Game and it was short since I have little time to update but I didn't want to go to sleep without writing the beginning of the story, I have ideas but I'd like to hear yours and write them down, just to reinforce the theme of this story the reader and Cho Hyun-ju will possibly have a romance so if these themes aren't to you please don't read it, I know you'll find something that suits your tastes. 🫶🏻
Again, Thanks for reading, I'll be back soon!

New year, New me !!
Tumblr media
New years sex, lowk hate fucking ? they love each other don't worry ? toxic relationship probably but the blogs name is literally masochistkatsuki, small plot mainly smut, short fic, not proof read
You and Katsuki were both known for being hot headed and stubborn, for lack of a better word, cunts. Neither of you actually asked the other to date, but by the end of the year, everyone considered Class 1-As explosive enemies a couple. Besides, for people who apparently hated each other, you always found a way to constantly be together or talking, even if it was arguing.
On new years eve, the class decided to do their resolutions together. With the heater blasting, the third years of UA Academy sat around and talked respectively amongst themselves. However, from where you and Katsuki were yelling at eachother, you heard your name being mentioned.
"Yea .. both of their resolutions should be to act less angry."
Tumblr media
"You know.." Izuku's freckles slightly moved from how his face muscles contorted. He was clearly trying to find the right way to word this.
He knew no matter what, someone was going to blow up at him, but he could hopefully make it so it didn't instantly kill him ! "You dont have to start acting all super nice.. but.. acting a little less mean couldn't hurt.."
Unfortunately for him, damage control wasn't an option, and he was sent back to his dorm shaking. You'd finally gotten into Katsuki's room, stretching out on his bed as if it were your own. "Tch."
Your eyes narrowed over at the blonde boy. His dark eyes matched your own intensity. Something about him was pissing you off. Maybe it was the scoff, or how his biceps seemed to struggle against the tight fabric of his shirt.
It was clearly not an unrequited feeling, his cheeks turning an embarrassing red. "Hah, why the fuck do you look like that, Katsuki ?"
His eyes squinted slightly, as if he was getting a better look at you. "Cut that shit out." His deeper voice echoed out, a tone of command lacing it.
With anyone else, they would have submitted, letting everything that was Dynamight take them where they laid. But you.. You made him so fucking mad. No matter what, you bit back, taunted him, teased, never let him.
"You know, I think maybe you should be less of a dick." You spat, looking up at him, fluttering your eyelashes in the way you knew drove him insane. Youd always been infatuated with how easily he ticked, and soon became obsessed with the feeling of pushing his buttons or getting under his skin.
He huffed, his chest puffing out infuriatingly boyishly. He was so dramatic. But thats what drove your pleasure, seeing him so worked up. "And what about you ? Huh ? Your a fuckin bitch."
You smiled, a look that Katsuki could only describe as 'Evil' in your eyes. "Fine. Ill work on it. " You absolutely werent. Someone who was trying to be nice, wouldnt torture him with the words "Why dont we let this anger out one last time ?"
★☆★☆
"I fucking hate you." He was panting almost pathetically, hot words rolling off his tongue and onto your neck. Matching bruises and marks of teeth spread across both of your necks. A competition of who could give the other the worst time covering it up.
"Yea, you're fuckin me like a softy." You grabbed at his hair, pulling his head up to give him a sloppy kiss. With teeth clashing, you fucked your hips into his faster. His hands tightened their grip on you, threatening to leave bruises.
"Don't fuckin move.. Hah.." He bit harshly into your neck, to the point you worried blood may spill. "I.." Despite how mean he was being on your neck, words failed to come out.
"This is how you should be fucking me, not whatever weak shit you were doing." You pulled his hair in response to his aggressiveness, reminding him you weren't letting up.
"You really are a bitch.." He reset his hands, getting a better grip at your hips before he slammed you down to his balls.
"Fuck.." You stuttered, pleasantly surprised by the feeling. He continued fucking you into him, his pace only getting faster, the sounds of skin slapping and an infamous wet movement.
"Dont fuckin know how ima put up with your ass for another year.. Probably just gonna get worse as they go by.." Despite the rude sentiment, the detail on spending more years together didnt go unoticed by you or your body.
"Don't get cocky, you know you'd be begging for me back if you decided you didn't want to handle this." You smirked, a knowing one hed seen all too many times.
"Wait.." His eyes widened, and he attempted to stop your movements, but in the heavy heat overwhelming and pleasuring his body, he was too slow to stop you.
You rolled your hips flush against his, circling them slowly in an O motion. "I hate you, Katsuki." You smiled softly, basking in how he bit his lip and growled at you to wait.
"Fuckin.. whore.. you know what that does to me" He cried out, usual bite becoming softer. His hips desperately fucked into yours, his cum spilling out in fast spurts.
With each thrust in and out, his cock came out covered in more release and slick each time. Your bruised hips and neck were the cherry on top, calling his attention, begging to be eaten. "Yea.. thats why I love doing it."
He sighed, and brought his hand up to cover his mouth. Only you would know, there was a stupid ass smile hiding under it. He thinks, maybe, if he could see this sight throughout the year, he'd be just a bit less harsh.
Team Player Part four is being written now !! Sorry for the Hiatus, work has been killing me. Ill be back regularly and responding to everyone soon, I just need some me time. Thank you everyone for the kind messages, I get nervous actually responding sometimes, but I am reading them and appreciating them greatly. 💗 Happy new years, everyone !

5 years ago I was dirt broke and closeted and destroying my body working full-time in hospitality. 10 years ago I was unemployed and catatonically depressed, living out of a storage closet at my mum's place because I'd expected to leave home after graduating & my insane abusive stepmother didn't want me at my dad's. my sibling was homeless rather than live with either parent. the only thing that eventually stopped me drinking was the critical dose of psych medication I was put on to keep me from walking into traffic.
guess what, there are still times and places and feelings from those years that I miss so bad it hurts, that I mourn like someone died, because I was dead inside and out and couldn't focus on the things that kept me going. my sweet cat who used to wedge himself between my knee and my busted laptop and purr while I was job hunting. he passed away last year. the late night walks I used to take with my sibling just for a reason to be out of the house, when we would talk about art and tag up the walls on the half-constructed tram line at 3am. they have long covid now and can't walk more than a few minutes without getting exhausted, and we live in different cities, and we'll never be that angry together again. sometimes we're both online at the same time in the small hours of the morning and get on a phonecall together, and I know this is another temporary version of our relationship that I'll miss when circumstances change.
I'm sorry you don't have good memories of the bad times in your life, and I am really, truly, genuinely happy that you're in a better place now, but I resent the assumption that this post was written by and for someone who has never suffered. 10 years ago, at my absolute lowest, nothing made me want to blow my brains out more than the condecending You 👏 Are 👏 Valid 👏 tumblr culture of the time that told me everything would be okay and it gets better and I don't know who needs to hear this but you're lovable just as you are. Obviously a lot of people did need to hear that. Fine! But what I needed to hear was what I'm writing to myself from 2025: that the tiny moments of peace you find in the warzone matter, and you don't have to wait for life to get better to appreciate them. pet your cat and memorise the smell of his fur. take a walk, tag a wall. write your name on memory lane.
please can I talk to the people like me without being talked over, without eliding my words into 'the nightmare is 100% intolerable but it eventually ends if you wait it out, just trust me on this one' or 'buck up idiot, do some breathing exercises and be thankful'. believe it or not I have also lived a life, and I know what I'm saying because I said it on purpose.
btw you will miss this in 5 or 10 years. memory will smooth these circumstances down like a river stone, and you will find yourself longing for a shade of light or a moment of this particular innocence. you don't know about what happens next, and one day that will be the most alluring thing of all. don't leave it all for nostalgia. have a nice night now, whatever night it happens to be.

can you write soft!eddie with shy!reader? their dynamic would be so sweet!!
Family Video is completely empty when you enter it for your first shift. You pick at the skin around your nails as you approach the counter. A man is behind it typing something into the computer, a curtain of curls covering his face as he does so.
You want to speak to him, to tell him that it's your first day, but you just stand there, waiting for him to notice you. It's partly because he seems busy and partly because talking to new people has always been something you've struggled with. You get too shy or nervous or and you hate it, but it's not exactly easy to get over.
After a few minutes, he finishes up what he's doing and turns towards the front of the store, his eyes widening once they lock on you, a shocked yelp coming from his mouth which he tries his best to cover up by clearing his throat.
"Jesus," he says as he reaches up to clutch his chest, his other hand pressing against the top of the counter. "How long have you been standing there?"
"Not long," you reply, your voice barely audible. "I-I'm y/n," you tell him. "I'm the new hire." You look so nervous and Eddie thinks it's adorable, that you're adorable in your Family Video vest. God, he just wants to shrink you down and put you in his pocket so he can protect you from anything and everything.
"Right," he nods. Steve told him that someone new was starting to day, but he didn't think you'd be so pretty. "If you'll follow me, I'll show you to the back room." He comes out from behind the counter and leads you to the breakroom that also doubles as the place where you clock in and has a set of lockers where you can put your belongings.
He goes to open the door just as it's pushed open, Steve, the one who interviewed you and helped you through your training coming through it. He's wearing a Family Video vest while the stranger is not.
"Y/n," he smiles as he pushes the other man out of the way by his face. "So I see you've met Eddie, who really needs to put his vest on," he glares at Eddie who sighs and heads over to the counter to begrudgingly put his vest on.
"Now, let's get you clocked in and then we'll go from there, alright?" He asks and you follow him into the breakroom where you clock in then put your purse into your assigned locker.
Once you're all set, you exit the breakroom and find Steve behind the counter where Eddie is also standing. Steve waves you over and you go behind the counter to meet them.
"So, Eddie is going to show you how to do the register while I work on some paper work in the office. If you have any questions, just ask Eddie, alright?" You nod and Steve heads to the office, leaving you alone with Eddie.
You both stand there awkwardly and Eddie notices that your hands are shaking and god, does he want to take them in his and press kisses to them, doing whatever he can t get rid of your nervousness.
"Here," he says, hesitantly taking a step closer to you. "Why don't we take some deep breaths, hm?" He breaths in and and you mimic him, holding it until he lets it out and you follow. He doesn't even know you and he's doing what he can to make you feel better.
"Are you ready to start or do you need more time?" He asks and you nod, your shaking lessening ever so slightly.
"I'm ready," you nod and he smiles, showing you his teeth before turning to the register in front of the both of you. He shows you how to work it, being nothing but gentle as he does so, being sure to check in every once in a while between customers.
He was hesitant about having a new coworker, but now that you're here, he doesn't want to let you go. He's even excited to work with you. And after Steve locks up at the end of the night, Eddie insists on walking you to your car.
He's got his hand on the small of your back and to his surprise, you let him, feeling secure with him behind you, protecting you in the dark of night in the abandoned parking lot.
You like him, maybe more than you should considering the fact that you just met him, but he's been so kind and patient with you unlike other coworkers you've had. A lot of them didn't like how softspoken and shy you were, but Eddie understands and besides, your voice being so quiet only gives him more of an excuse to lean closer to hear you.
"Are you working tomorrow?" He asks and you just nod as you put your key into the ignition and start it up.
"Good," he nods. "I'll see you then, y/n. Drive safe, okay?" You wave and Eddie turns on his heel, running into Steve as he does so.
"You're sweet on her, huh?" Steve asks in a teasing tone as Eddie takes his keys out of his pocket as he heads to his van. Steve follows, wanting hear what he already knows the answer to.
"What makes you say that?" Eddie asks even though he totally is and he knows it's obvious.
"Nothing, just that you've been so nice to her, and not that you're not nice usually, but this is different."
"Bye, Steve," Eddie waves his hand in the air as he gets to his van, wanting to put the conversation to an end. He doesn't want to hear what Steve has to say and he most certainly doesn't want him in his business. Steve may be his friend, but Eddie doesn't talk to him about this kind of stuff and he's not gonna start now. Whatever's going to happen between the two of you is your business and your business alone, no matter how much Steve tries to butt in.

satoru got his big break with the library desk employee. so what? university!suguru lost the bet, sure, but for some reason his interest in you didn't leave his mind. he'd known his best friend was crushing hard since the first time they'd entered the library and the pretty student smiled at satoru from behind the front desk.
i think i'm in love. suguru, hunched over a chemistry textbook, glances at satoru from the corner of his eye.
it's literally their job to make you feel welcome, genius.
but what if they, like, truly love me? he's dumbfounded by his friend's rose-colored delusion.
you're a doofus.
he continues thinking about it long after the study session concludes (a one sided session, since satoru insisted how he could woo the front desk assistant for the next two hours) and follows his normal routine of heading to the rec center to blow off some steam. he barely thinks twice about scanning the barcode on his phone at the entrance gates when the hairs on the back of his neck stand stick-straight. someone is watching him.
he scans the lobby and finds a pair of eyes across the floor, halfway hidden by a large counter for the member services desk. the eyes disappear before he can register who exactly was staring and you hope he didn't spot you as you duck behind the safety of the counter. suguru narrows his eyes but doesn't think twice about it.
the following week is when he makes the bet and hatches his plan to get satoru to shut up and take some of his money in the process. it felt like an easy victory: suguru knew he wasn't terrible looking, and you must've been interested considering how much you stared at him. he wasn't big on the school's dating scene and reserved his limited energy for whatever makeouts he found at his frat house's parties; to him, winning your naive affection would be a piece of cake. all he had to do was get your number and satoru's money would be his. simple enough, is what he thought.
but for the life of him, he could not catch you.
since the day he caught you staring, he noticed every time he entered the gym that you were looking and would duck away before he could so much as blink. at first, he lingered and waited for you to pop back up from behind the counter, but ended that strategy when he was asked if he was loitering on the property. the one time he approached the counter, you had conveniently disappeared to throw the intramural jerseys into the dryer...for the ten minutes he was waiting around for you to return. again, he was accused of loitering and forced to move on.
any progress with the rec worker? satoru whispered as he browsed for an interesting-enough looking book that he can make up small-talk over. he picks up a random one, something about technological advancements in ancient china, and tucks it under his arm.
i wish, suguru lamented. it's like they know i see them and are purposefully avoiding me so they don't have to talk to me.
i told you, i'd give you 'worst resting bitch face' if we could choose senior superlatives in high school, satoru reminds him with a thoughtful expression. also, you're in a frat! frat guys' reputation on campus isn't exactly the cleanest.
you're saying i need to look nicer? he examines his hoodie decorated with large iron-on patches of his frat's greek letters. it didn't look too dirty, he'd run it in the wash just last sunday...
i'm saying you need to look friendlier and less like a fuckboy.
oh. makes sense.
that's rich coming from you, suguru counters without acknowledging that maybe his friend was right. if he was going to woo you and hopefully knock down satoru's ego a few notches, he needed to be a little less...frat-like?
wordlessly taking the advice, he skips the loud philanthropy week shirt and opts for a plain muscle tee for his next gym session. black shirt and grey sweatpants shouldn't be too arrogant, right? he even practices his smile in the toothpaste-stained bathroom mirror until it's warm enough to save the titanic from the iceberg. tying his hair back so you can see all of his friendly face, he doesn't give you a moment to duck away when he steps through the doors at exactly 5:30pm.
he turns his head as soon as he steps into the air conditioning.
you're already staring.
he stares right back for a moment before pulling the corners of his mouth up ever so slightly, just like he practiced.
you gasp slightly and he thinks today is the day that you finally let him approach you.
unfortunately, his clothes, hair, face, and smile are enough to induce a nosebleed.
fuck!
by the time he rushes to the counter, eyes wide with panic, you've already shuffled away into the back and another worker informs him of your bloody-faced status. a little coyly than to go unnoticed, he notes to himself, but accepts his loss anyway and plans how to try again the next day.
after two weeks of putting on his plainest clothes, tying his cleanest hairdos, practicing his warmest smiles, and hurrying his fastest steps to get to the counter, suguru is absolutely ashamed to report that he's made zero progress.
interestingly enough, other girls at the gym had started to notice his changes in behavior and wardrobe, but he couldn't muster any energy to return their flirtations as they brush their fingers against his exposed biceps. all he could think about is you, and the way your eyes seem to sparkle when he meets them from across the lobby. he's snuck glances at the pens you abandon when you escape, the stickers on your water bottle, and the way you wear a special button on your uniform shirt every friday. you seem to always have a granola bar wrapper lingering on the desk, the same flavor each day but changing every week. he was learning so much about you without ever uttering a word, and it was killing him.
when satoru announces triumphantly that he finally got a date with the library attendant, suguru doesn't even blink. with his lack of progress, it was only a matter of time before his plan ultimately backfired and satoru was the true, smug winner of the bet. still, despite the earnings paid and the yapping continued, suguru wanted to talk to you. he wanted to learn about your interests, your goals, your life. he wanted to solve your mystery that he'd unknowingly forced himself into, and he'd be damned if he didn't at least get your name before the semester ended.
after months of waiting for you to talk to him, he swallows his pride and goes to the gym half an hour early.
"hi," he says carefully while you finish up whatever was on your computer screen.
"hi there, how can i help y--" when you finally meet his eyes, your practiced smile drops into pure shock and you take several moments to snap your face back into place. "i...um...how can i--oh!" you whirl around to your nearest coworker at a whiplash-causing speed, rambling quickly about how you forgot to inflate the volleyballs for the playoffs or some bullshit. thankfully, your coworker just blinks at you and then says that they can take care of it, patting your shoulder reassuringly and giving suguru a knowing look. before he knows it, it's you and him, just the moment he's been waiting for, and he has no idea what to say.
"i'm sorry that i--"
"i was wondering if you--"
you both tumble over your words at the same time and he chuckles awkwardly, rubbing the back of his neck with his hand. his bicep flexes with the motion and he catches your eyes rake it over. fearful of another nosebleed, he drops his arm abruptly and blurts out whatever words he can before you can scurry away.
"get dinner with me."
"i-i'm sorry?"
"i was wondering if you wanted to, you know," he shrugs sheepishly and is suddenly glad that none of his friends are there to tease his embarrassment, "get dinner sometime."
"you want to go on a date with me," you echo in disbelief. he nods slowly like any sudden movement would frighten you. "but...but why?"
"i think you're really pretty," he replies simply.
"but i've been hiding from you for the past--"
"two months, one week, and four days," he finishes for you before he can think about what he's saying. "i mean, not that i'm counting." your face finally breaks its shell of surprise and you burst out laughing. suguru thinks it's the best sound he's ever had the privilege of experiencing.
"so, just to be clear," you confirm when you've caught your breath. "i've been avoiding talking to you because seeing you look so good gives me nose bleeds. and now you want to get dinner with me?"
"i can bring copious amounts of tissues just in case, but yes." his expression becomes gravely serious, like he was giving you a request on his death bed. "please, say yes."
if it meant seeing how brightly you smiled when you finally murmur a yes, he would go through the entire bet with satoru three times over.
here u go @damb-it <3 hope you like it - sincerely, a library guest services attendant

Finding out you’re pregnant
A/n: Happy new year guys. As promised for the new year this is the start of a pregnancy mini series. New parts will be out when I can get them done hope you enjoy ~ Lucy
Gavi:
Over the past week or so I haven't been feeling right I've felt nauseous most days and just overall not myself. I have also missed my period which only really points to one thing but I don't want to believe it. Pablo and I are still so young sure we've been together for nearly 3 years now but having kids isn't something we've talked about much. We both want them but it was always an in the future thing so for it to maybe be happening now has me panicking. I know I should take a test to find out for sure but I'm scared because once I know the result it becomes real and if I'm pregnant I have to tell Pablo.
Today though I feel like I can't put it off anymore I have to find out and deal with the consequences whatever they are. I can't do it alone though so I went out and got a test as Mikky is coming over with Miles and I figured she'd be a good person to have around when I find out as she's been through it all. When she arrived I told her how I'd been feeling and my plan and she was encouraging me straight away telling me that everything would be fine. After I took the test she waited with me and even looked at the result first as I was too scared even though I already knew what it would be. Once my suspicions were confirmed and I knew I was pregnant the conversation turned to how to tell Pablo, Mikky suggested doing something simple like just giving him the test in a box so that's what we set up.
When Pablo finally got home Mikky left leaving just the two of us. Being alone with him I felt so nervous I mean what is he going to think he doesn't often get mad at me but I can see this being one of the rare times he does. Surely he doesn't want to be tied down by a baby when his career is just starting out I know he wants to enjoy being young but I don't know if he can do that for much longer.
"Are you ok you've been extra quiet ever since I got home" Pablo said
"I'm fine but I have something for you" I said handing him the box
"You're pregnant" he whispered clearly shocked
"Yeah I am and I know we said we weren't ready for kids so I'm sorry and I get if you want nothing to do with me now" I rambled
"Hey it's ok I'm actually really excited we're starting our own family sure it's sooner than I imagined but I can't wait to see this baby grow" he said giving me a kiss which made me feel a lot better
Pedri:
Pedri and I have talked about having kids. Starting a family is something we both want but neither of us are quite ready yet or at least we weren't but now we might have to be. I've been feeling quite sick the last few days and straight away my mind went to the day Pedri and I weren't as careful as we usually are which of course has come back to haunt us. I wanted to ignore it and at least wait for my period to be late but Pedri wanted to know now and I'm not going to say no.
To find out we needed a test as I don't keep them on hand as we are always careful so I don't keep tests for emergencies but maybe I should. Pedri wanted to come in the store with me but he also didn't want us to be seen and for someone to put our business all over social media. So it was just me who went in wearing sunglasses and a mask so no one recognised me either. It was so nerve wracking buying the test especially when the cashier wished me luck I felt like a teenager sneaking around behind their parents back. On the drive home Pedri held my hand the entire way trying to help calm me down which was a sweet gesture but it didn't really help.
Back in the comfort of our own home I went straight to the downstairs bathroom to take the test. Pedri stood with me as we waited the 5 minutes for the results his arms were around my waist and my head rested on his chest as I thought about what the result might mean for us. It all feels like a lot but having Pedri there made me feel a lot better as it felt like we were truly in this together. The timer I set scared the both of us as we were in our own little world but quickly we were brought back to reality. As I went to flip the test my hands were shaking so Pedri put his hand on top of mine and we flipped the test together. Two very obvious lines stared back at us both which I thought would make me feel nervous but I was actually overwhelmed with excitement.
"I can't believe it I'm actually so excited" Pedri said
"Me too I thought I'd be more scared but I'm actually so happy" I said
"Clearly we were ready to take this step and just needed the push to realise it" he said
Jude:
Jude has always said he doesn't want kids and I was on board with that as having kids isn't something I've ever been crazy about. It isn't something I ever ruled out completely as you know people can change their minds but in my mind that was at least 5-10 years in the future if ever. Recently though I've just felt off like somethings not right so when my period was a few days late my mind went straight to the worst case scenario. Any normal person would probably tell their partner and they would figure it out together but I'm terrified to tell Jude in case he leaves me as he has made it very clear multiple times that having kids isn't something he wants.
This fear is exactly why I went and got a test and took it on my own without anyone knowing. I could've talked to one of my friends but I didn't want anyone to possibly let it slip to Jude as I need to be the one to tell him. Of course the result was exactly as I feared it would be I was very much pregnant. I cried for hours after I found out as I knew I had to tell Jude and deal with whatever the consequences will be which will probably end with me doing this alone when Jude ultimately decides to leave me. Realistically I should've told him that day to get it over with but I couldn't handle it mentally so I put it off.
It has now been over a week and I am still hiding this big secret from Jude, I have wanted to tell him I really have but the right moment hasn't come up yet. He is starting to get a bit suspicious though as he keeps asking me if I'm ok and giving me weird looks when I say I'm fine. As I've waited so long I've built up this moment so much that I'm so scared for it to actually happen.
"Hi love how are you?" Jude asked as he arrived home from training
"I'm good how was your day?" I asked back
"What's up with you I can tell you are keeping something from me please just tell me what it is whatever's wrong we can figure it out together" he nearly begged
"Please don't be mad but I'm pregnant" I finally blurted out
"Wow that's not what I was expecting" he said
"I'm sorry just please don't leave me" I cried
"I'm not going to leave you I promise I just wasn't expecting that I know I said I didn't want kids but for some reason I feel different with you I'm ready to step up and for us to do this together I'm actually kind of excited" he said
"I love you" was all I managed to say
"I love you more" he said
Joao:
Joao and I have been together for a few years and engaged for a year now and after moving to London we had a discussion about our future together and ultimately we decided that both of us were ready to take the next step and start a family. Even though we said we were ready we agreed that we didn't want to rush the process at least not right now so we wanted to take a more casual approach. I stopped taking my birth control but I haven't been tracking my cycle or doing anything special as I'm under the impression that it will happen when it happens.
Over the past few weeks I've been feeling really ill I just have no energy and I have been feeling nauseous most days. To start with I just got on with my life as I thought it was just a little cold or something but as time has gone on and I've not got any better I realised it must be something more. Joao made me call off work the past few days to rest and see if that makes me feel any better but that hasn't helped either. After another day of barely leaving our bed Joao suggested I take a pregnancy test just to be sure as then if it's not that he will definitely make me go to the doctors.
Luckily I have pregnancy tests in the bathroom for situations like this so Joao helped me out of bed and I took the test with him waiting for me right outside. I sat the test on my bedside table and we just waited. Joao had me sat in his lap on the edge of the bed stroking my hair but we sat in silence while I thought about whether I could actually be pregnant. It hasn't been long at all since I stopped taking my birth control and I didn't think it would happen this quickly but if it did that would be really exciting. The 5 minute timer Joao set passed rather quickly and suddenly it was time to learn if our lives will be changed forever or if I'm just really run down.
"I'm pregnant" I said not quite believing what the test in my hand read
"I can't believe it who knew it would happen so quickly" Joao said
"I know we haven't even been trying properly" I said
"At least we know why you have been feeling so awful now" Joao laughed
Ruben:
Ruben and I have been trying for a baby for almost a year now. To start with we were trying more casually but then I started tracking my cycle and we did things properly but that didn't work either. We have tried every tip and trick and still no positive pregnancy test. There has been times that I've had symptoms like nausea and I've even been late on my period a few times but still every month I'm greeted with a negative test. It's been hard as I want nothing more than to start a family with Ruben and I just feel so useless that I can't get pregnant like every other woman I know can.
Again this month I've had some symptoms like being extra tired and not liking food I usually love but I don't want to get my hopes up as I've been in this position before and only been let down. It's always difficult not to get a bit excited at the prospect of finally being pregnant but I don't think I can handle another disappointment at least not night now. The amount of times I have wanted to just give up have only increased especially recently, this whole process is just making me feel awful and I don't know if it is worth it especially right now.
Ruben wants me to take a test again and I can see why but I've been putting it off to avoid the disappointment. I promised him that today I would take a test but we agreed that if it was negative that we'd take a break from trying and I wouldn't take another test for a while just to protect my mental health. Of course Ruben came back from training super excited but I just can't get myself to feel the same way. Despite that I still took the test and just gave it to Ruben as I simply don't want to see the one line I've become accustomed to seeing.
"I-it's positive" Ruben chocked out a few minutes later
"What?" I questioned
"It's positive we're going to have a baby" Ruben said handing me the test so I could see for myself
He wasn't wrong there was two clear lines on the test. Neither of us could stop the tears from flowing as Ruben picked me up and spun me round which made me feel quite sick but I couldn’t care less I was just so happy this nightmare has finally ended with the result we wanted.

Picture Myself Happy
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Pairing: Dean Winchester x reader
Summary: Follows the story line of episodes 17-21 of season 5. Lisa doesn't exist, instead it's (Y/N).
Warnings: canon violence, cursing, use of pet names. SMUT, oral (F and M receiving), unprotected sex (P in V), face sitting, light dirty talk.
"Dean? You okay?" you asked softly.
The look he gave you more than answered your question, but he responded anyway. "I'm about as far from okay as I possibly can be."
"I think we all are."
Dean shook his head. "My decisions have an impact on the entire world, (Y/N)--the world! And I'm sitting here denying fate. Where's that gotten me?"
"What are you trying to say?" you asked softly.
He buried his head in his hands. "I don't know...It doesn't matter."
"It matters to me."
Dean looked back up at you, face full of pain. You were certain he was going to say more, but his reply was cut off by Sam's voice calling his name.
"We've got an insane amount of demon omens in some tiny ass town in middle-of-nowhere Minnesota."
"Great," Dean mumbled as he stood up, face once again an impenetrable mask. "Guess we should get rolling."
You stood up too, but Dean cut you a look and shook his head. "Not happening."
"Dean, come on. I'm more than ready."
"Absolutely not. You almost died not that long ago. You need to rest."
"I've been resting for weeks. I feel fine," you insisted.
"Maybe she's right, Dean," Sam cut in. "We could really use the help."
"I'm the oldest and I say it ain't happening--got it?"
"Actually, I'm the oldest," Bobby quipped as he wheeled into the room. "Now, what exactly are we fighting about?"
"(Y/N) thinks she's ready to hunt again," Dean answered.
"Because I am."
Bobby's expression softened as he looked at you. "As much as I hate to say it, I think you should sit this one out (Y/N/N). Besides, I could really use your help here. You're better at research than either of these knuckleheads."
You were about to protest, but decided against it when you saw the worry in Bobby's eyes. He'd always been good to you and you owed him your life--you didn't wanna worry him more than you needed to. "Alright, alright. I'll sit this one out."
Dean nodded, seemingly pleased. "I'll call you when we get there--let you know we're safe."
You sighed, but nodded your agreement. You hated watching the boys leave to go on a hunt on their own--especially these days. End of the world and all that.
You watched in silence as Sam and Dean gathered their minimal belongings and piled into the Impala. You waved goodbye before coming back inside, expression clouded with a variety of inexpressible emotions.
The last two years had been a whirlwind for all of you--drawing all of you closer together. You cared very deeply for the Winchester boys and for Bobby, and they cared for you.
You were the same age as Sam, so the two of you hit it off with ease, but the elder Winchester was a little less trusting. The fact that Bobby trusted you meant a hell of a lot to Dean and went a long way in getting him to trust you enough to help on a couple hunts. You were a great hunter and before long, the three of you were almost inseparable.
You counted all three men as family and you knew they felt the same way about you, although you wished Dean's emotions aligned with your own. You weren't sure exactly when it happened, but you realized your feelings had changed one day during a particularly brutal hunt where you almost lost Dean. Somehow, in the midst of the shitstorm that was your lives, you'd managed to fall in love with the most emotionally unavailable man alive.
To make matters worse, you could never tell him for fear of damaging the little family unit you'd created for yourself. Instead, you stood on the sidelines, watching him flirt with every woman with legs and take more of them to bed than you'd cared to count. It made your chest ache, but you hid it well--even from Sam.
Loving Dean Winchester had never been a part of your plans, but you couldn't stop it from happening anymore than you could turn those feelings off now. Every time he walked out the door, you were terrified it would be the last time you would ever see him. You knew he was strong, but you also knew how self-destructive he could be.
He'd been different in recent months and you saw it more than anyone else did. For some reason, Dean chose to confide in you--perhaps because you listened quietly without judgment. You wanted nothing more than to see him find his way back to himself again and you hoped you were there to witness it.
"You gonna come back in or just stare off into the distance all night?" Bobby called to you from inside.
"I'm coming, I'm coming," you grumbled. "I was just lost in thought."
Bobby gave you a knowing look, which you chose to ignore. "Don't you have some research you need help with?"
He rolled his eyes, but didn't comment. He handed you a book and muttered, "Get to reading."
**********
"Dean's gone."
"What the hell do you mean he's gone?" you yelled into the phone.
"I mean he literally took off, (Y/N)!" Sam yelled back. "He killed the Whore of Babylon--which should have been impossible--and then he took off!"
"He...Sam, that's not possible."
"I was there--saw it with my own eyes."
"I, too, was there," Cas said in the background.
"Only a true servant of heaven can kill her," you said, bewildered.
"Exactly," Sam said, voice much softer than before.
"No," you whispered, disbelief lacing your words. "No--he wouldn't."
Sam understood your meaning. "I don't know anymore, (Y/N). I just don't know."
"We have to find him."
"I have a few ideas of where to find him, but I know he's going to come see you first."
"Why me?"
"To say goodbye," Sam said softly.
Your eyes fluttered closed and you could feel tears pressing against them. "I'll call you if he shows up here," you whispered.
Bobby rolled up behind you as you hung up the phone. "What's wrong?"
"I think Dean's going to say yes to Michael."
Bobby's expression perfectly matched the way you were feeling. A mixture of horror, disbelief, pain, and unbridled terror.
There wasn't much more to say after that--you were both just left to wait. There was nothing left for you to do but wait and see if he'd come home.
**********
The next day, there was a quiet knock on Bobby's front door. It was early in the morning and the older man was sound asleep in the middle of a pile of books on his desk.
You went to the door and peered out to find Dean's face looking back at you. You tugged open the door with more force than you'd intended to and stepped out onto the porch.
"Where have you been?" you snapped. "We were so worried."
"I'm sorry, (Y/N)--I should have called."
"Yes, you should have."
"I--uh, well I can't stay long, but I wanted to come see you."
"Dean, please tell me you're not going to do anything stupid."
He smiled weakly. "Now when have I ever done anything stupid?"
You didn't acknowledge his teasing like you normally would--too worried about the truth hidden behind his sarcasm. "You can't say yes," you whispered.
He gave you a pained smile. "I don't really have a choice, (Y/N/N)."
"Of course you have a choice, Dean! We always have a choice."
"If I don't--the whole freaking world burns! Do you have any idea what it's like to carry that weight on your shoulders?"
You shook your head. "I can't imagine the burden--nor can I imagine losing you to some asshole with wings."
He chuckled softly at that. "None of this matters right now--this isn't what I came here to say."
"Then what did you come here to say?"
He stepped forward and took your hand in his. You were surprised by the gesture, but you didn't pull away.
"You know, our lives are messed up. They're complicated and full of pain and darkness and death. There's not much happiness in our lives--especially not before you came into mine."
Tears filled your eyes as you listened to his words.
"When I picture myself happy, it's with you," he whispered. "I just wanted you to know that."
You inhaled sharply and the tears began to flow freely. "Dean, don't--"
He brushed his lips against your forehead, silencing your pleas.
"Don't worry, (Y/N/N). You'll be fine--I'll make sure of it. They're not getting what they want from me without meeting some conditions first."
"Dean, please don't do this. Just come inside and we can talk about it," you begged.
"I'm sorry, sweetheart," he said softly. "I have to."
As you opened your mouth to respond, Castiel appeared directly behind Dean. You knew there was a possibility he would never forgive you for this, but you couldn't let him say yes. "I'm sorry too."
He looked confused for a moment until he heard Cas's voice from behind him. "Hello Dean." As soon as the hunter turned around, Cas used his grace to knock him unconscious.
Cas looked up at you with a surprising amount of sorrow on his face. "I will carry him inside."
You watched as the angel picked up the much larger man and walked towards the door.
"Did Bobby call you?"
"He overheard at least part of your conversation--enough to know Dean was here."
You nodded and followed him inside. "Good," you whispered.
**********
"Out of all people, I thought you would understand," Dean growled at you.
"You know what? I do understand! I understand your desire to self-destruct at every turn! I see the pain and the guilt and the utter emptiness inside you every time I look into your eyes, so don't you think for a second I don't understand."
He was taken aback by the anger in your voice--he wasn't used to you yelling at him with such intensity.
"It's for the greater good!"
"Screw the greater good, Dean! What happened to stopping the devil and saving the world, huh?"
"This is the only way!" he roared.
"I refuse to believe that," you said in a much more mannered tone. "I can't believe that...if I do, then it means everything we've done has been for nothing."
His expression softened. "No, (Y/N), wait--that's not--"
You held up your hand to stop him from talking. "I can't do this."
You walked away, leaving Dean alone in the panic room to stew with his thoughts.
"He still being an ass?" Bobby asked when you came back upstairs.
"Maybe you'll have better luck," you say to Cas. Both you and Sam had struck out.
"I will try." Instead of taking the stairs like a normal person, Cas zapped himself downstairs and stepped towards the panic room.
You had gone upstairs to get something from your room when you heard Sam yell your name. You came racing down the stairs, only to find the younger Winchester looking upset.
"Where's Cas?"
"Zapped to Oz," Sam fumed. "Dean's gone too."
"Great," you mumbled sarcastically. "Go find him. We'll watch Adam."
You were sitting in a chair, watching Adam sleep--in the least creepy way possible. You felt bad for the kid--it was a shitty life to be dragged into, especially after he was already in heaven.
Just as these thoughts were crossing your mind, Adam disappeared right before your eyes. You blinked a couple times, but the cot remained empty. "Bobby!"
**********
"What the hell do you mean he's gone?" Sam snapped at you.
"As I said before, he literally disappeared," you snapped back.
"Probably Zachariah," Castiel said as he appeared, holding a beaten Dean against his side.
"Dean!" you gasped. "What happened to him?"
"I did," Cas answered.
You were surprised, but you understood the angel's anger. After all, he'd believed in the Winchesters--in Dean--so vehemently that he rebelled against heaven--against everything he'd ever believed.
Cas tossed Dean's body onto the now-empty cot while you gathered some first aid supplies. You began to clean him up, listening wordlessly to the discussion happening around you.
"I think Dean should come," Sam said suddenly.
"Are you insane?" Bobby exclaimed.
"That is a terrible plan," Cas agreed.
Sam looked over at you for input, hoping you would be on his side. "What makes you think that's a good idea?" you asked gently.
"I have to believe he'll do the right thing."
You looked down at the still-unconscious man and sighed. He was the bravest and most loyal man you knew, but you also knew he could be stubborn and self-righteous to the point of aggravation. However, you believed in him too--maybe not as much as Sam, but it was there.
"I think it's highly likely he'll walk in there and say yes without a second thought--especially if it means saving you and Adam," you said honestly. "But I have to believe that in the moment, when it really matters, he'll do the right thing."
Sam gave you a small smile and a nod of gratitude.
"Now until then, could someone please move him down to the panic room?" you asked.
After Sam had talked to Dean and told him the plan, the two of them came upstairs to prepare to leave.
"Sam mentioned you agreed with him," Dean said softly, so only you could hear.
"There's no one I believe in more than you, Dean Winchester," you admitted. "You'll do the right thing."
"How can you be so sure?"
"Because I know you," you said simply.
He shook his head. "I'm gonna say yes, you know."
"I'm sure you will," you murmured. "But in that moment--the moments before you decide--I want you to remember one thing."
He waited breathlessly for your next words.
"Only you get to decide your destiny."
Surprise lit up his handsome face. Out of all the things he'd expected you to say, that hadn't been on his list. "(Y/N), I--"
"Time to go, Dean," Cas interrupted.
You offered him a gentle smile. "Go--and remember what I said."
Sam, Dean, and Cas disappeared before your eyes and you felt the familiar terror wash over you. This time was so much worse than all the others--this time you really did believe he might not come home.
**********
"Hey (Y/N/N)," Dean said softly as you opened the front door. "Did you miss us?"
The brightest smile he'd ever seen lit up your face and you jumped into his arms. "Dean..." you murmured against his shoulder.
He held you tightly before gently setting you back down on the ground. You gave Sam a hug before the smile fell from your pretty face. "Cas? Adam?"
Sam just shook his head and you sighed sadly. "Well come in. Bobby will be glad to see you both."
The boys explained what had transpired in California as you and Bobby listened quietly. You were glad Dean hadn't really said yes to Michael. You couldn't help but stare at him more than usual, eyes seeking some kind of change in him.
You waited until a lull in the conversation to ask the question that had been eating at you. "So why didn't you say yes?"
Three sets of eyes fell on you, but the only ones you cared about were the mossy green ones.
"Sammy believed in me, even when I didn't deserve it--even when I didn't have the same faith in him. He was stupid enough to take me with him because of that faith...I couldn't let him down," Dean answered honestly. "And, well--I remembered what you said."
You offered him a small smile. "Well I'm glad you did."
Dean held up his beer in a mock 'cheers'. "Screw destiny. I think it's high past time we make our own."
"I can get behind that," Sam agreed.
"That'll work for me," you murmured.
"Well not to put a damper on our middle-finger-to-destiny party, but we still don't have a good plan to defeat Lucifer," Bobby chimed in.
"Buzz kill, Bobby," Dean grumbled.
"We'll figure something out. Somehow, we always do," you added.
**********
You were standing in Bobby's living room trying to find a specific book in the overwhelming piles stacked everywhere, when your phone started to ring.
You answered it without looking at the caller ID. "(Y/L/N)."
"Uhh, am I in trouble? It's Dean."
"Oh shit," you said quickly. "No, nothing like that. I just didn't look at the screen before I answered. What's up?"
"We hit some sort of freak storm coming back, so we're staying the night at a motel we happened to pass. I just wanted to let you know so you wouldn't worry."
You smiled even though he couldn't see you. "I appreciate the heads-up. Both of you stay safe and enjoy a nice night off."
"Thanks, (Y/N/N). You too."
It wasn't until Sam and Dean returned from the trip the next day that you learned of the events that had transpired the night before. Several old Pagan gods had gathered at the motel to discuss the end of the world and of course Sam and Dean just happened to be there too.
Apparently the intent was to use the boys as bait to lure Lucifer to the hotel and kill him--at least until Gabriel showed up and told everyone how terrible of an idea it was. Unfortunately, Lucifer had already been summoned by one of the gods and he ended up killing most of the other gods, as well as his brother Gabriel.
In positive news, Gabriel had given Sam and Dean the information needed to stop this whole showdown between Lucifer and Michael. Essentially, they needed all four Horsemen's rings in order to open Lucifer's cage and throw him back into it.
"Small problem with that plan," Bobby stated as the boys finished their explanation. "We only have two rings and we have exactly zero idea where Pestilence or Death is."
"You always manage to find the silver lining, Bobby," Dean said sarcastically.
"He is right though," you said gently. "And it's technically not the only problem. Even if we magically find the other two rings, we still have one very large problem. How the hell do we trick the devil back into the cage?"
"Shit," Dean mumbled. "I hadn't exactly thought that far ahead."
"That's why you have me."
"I guess (Y/N) and I will work on a way to trick the devil, while the two of you look for Pestilence," Bobby stated with a tone of finality.
**********
"This is an absolutely terrible idea," you said angrily. "Out of all the harebrained schemes you idiots have come up with over the years, this one takes the cake. Not only is he a demon, but he screwed us once already. Do you really think working with him is a good idea?"
Dean sighed and ran his hands over his face. "I don't like it anymore than you do, (Y/N/N), but he's the only lead we have."
"Besides, I'm completely trustworthy," Crowley commented as he appeared in Bobby's kitchen. "Well, at least as long as our interests are aligned."
"Fine, but the two of you aren't going alone with him," you said firmly.
"(Y/N), we'll be fine. You should stay here with Bobby."
"I don't need a damn babysitter, Dean," Bobby snapped. "(Y/N)'s better off with the two of you idjits--at least she'll make sure you don't come home dead."
You gave Dean a mirthless smirk and he grumbled in annoyance. "Fine."
"Nice digs," you said sarcastically as Crowley led you to the ramshackle house he'd been staying in.
"No need to be rude," he said in annoyance.
"Okay, what's the plan?" Sam asked.
"The plan, Moose, is for you and the girl to stay here, while Dean and I go to get the Horsemen's stable boy."
"Absolutely not!" you and Sam yelled at the same time.
"I'm not letting my brother go alone with you," Sam added.
"And I'm not letting you come with me," Crowley snapped back. "First of all, you keep trying to kill me, and secondly, I don't like you."
"Fair enough, but why do I have to stay behind?" you asked.
"Someone has to make sure little Sammy here doesn't do anything stupid."
Sam lunged for Crowley again, but you stepped in front of him, effectively blocking his assault. "Cool it, Sam."
Dean sighed, clearly not pleased with the whole situation, but you could see the resignation on his face. You knew what he was going to say before the words even came out of his mouth. "I'll go with Crowley. You two stay here."
"Dean--" you began.
"I'll be fine, (Y/N)."
It was your turn to sigh and nod in quiet acceptance. You looked at Crowley. "If he's not back in one piece, I will hunt you down and rip your heart out."
Crowley threw his hands up in mock surrender. "Understood."
You and Sam watched the two other men walk out the door, concern etched onto both of your faces.
"I don't like this," Sam muttered.
"Well that makes two of us."
"What did you miss about 'one piece'?" you snapped at Crowley when you saw the blood and bruises on Dean's face and torso.
"He's alive. Besides, I had nothing to do with it."
The look Dean gave him said otherwise.
"Technically," Crowley clarified.
You sighed. "You okay?" you asked Dean softly.
"It hurts, but I'll be fine."
Sam started to enter the room where Crowley and Dean had stashed the stable boy (aka Brady), but his entrance was blocked by Crowley.
"What are you doing?" Sam growled.
"Stopping you from mucking this up and ruining any chance we have at finding Pestilence."
"What's he talking about?" you asked.
"Sam--" Dean started.
"Get out of my way," Sam snapped at Crowley.
The demon grumbled, but stepped aside, allowing Sam to pass.
"Sam, just wait a minute," Dean called after him.
The next twenty minutes was a blur of trying to prevent Sam from killing Brady before you could get the information you needed, Crowley going and murdering a bunch of demons, and all of you being attacked by a damn hellhound.
As the five of you raced away from the hellhound fight, you muttered lowly, "Sometimes I really hate this job."
"Tell me about it," Dean agreed.
**********
"Why exactly do I need to sit this one out?" you asked in annoyance.
"Because," Dean started as he threw another weapon into his bag. "I don't like the idea of you going up against a Horseman, okay? It's dangerous."
"Everything we do is dangerous, Dean," you countered.
He sighed. "This is different."
"For the record, I don't like the idea of the two of you going up against Pestilence either--especially without backup."
Dean threw his bag into the trunk of the Impala and slammed it shut. "This whole mess is our fault, which makes it our problem to solve. I've never wanted to involve you in this hell."
"I know, Dean," you said softly. "But like it or not, I'm involved."
He closed his eyes briefly. "Just--stay here with Bobby, please. For me."
His voice was as close to begging as Dean Winchester ever got, so you sighed deeply and nodded, biting the inside of your lip to keep from saying anything else.
Dean pulled you into a tight hug, holding you a little longer than would be typical of a friendly hug. You tried not to notice or read into it--after all, just because Dean had told you he'd pictured himself happy with you didn't mean he wanted to be with you. He hadn't brought it up since, but you supposed there really hadn't been time.
"Be safe," you whispered as he pulled away.
"I always am."
You knew he was lying, but there was nothing you could do about it. Instead, you gave Sam a hug before watching them climb into the Impala and pull away.
When you walked back into the house, Bobby sensed your mood immediately. "You alright, kid?"
"I just don't like the idea of them going after Pestilence alone."
"I know you care about them, but they're tough boys, (Y/N). They'll be alright."
You gave Bobby a sad look. "I think we both know I care too much."
The older man sighed and nodded. "I don't think you can care too much," he said gently.
You understood what he meant, but you were too worried to respond. This was the reason why hunters didn't have families--love was a weakness that would only cause you more pain in the end.
**********
"No, no, no. Absolutely not."
"If it's the only way--" Bobby tried.
"I said no," you growled.
"Then we might as well accept defeat now," Crowley said. "Without the spell, we'll never find Death in time. Without Death's ring, we can't put Lucifer back in his cage, and the end of the world is back on."
"I'm not letting you sacrifice your soul, Bobby!"
"I'll give it back," Crowley insisted. "It's a temporary loan."
"You're a demon, Crowley," you deadpanned. "Trusting you would be insanity."
"I don't see another option," Bobby said quietly.
"The only other option I can see," Crowley mused, "is using (Y/N)'s soul."
"Over my dead body," Bobby seethed.
"If I won't let Bobby do it, why the hell would I give you mine?"
"I didn't think you would. I was simply offering up the only other option."
"(Y/N)..." Bobby said gently.
"I don't like this," you murmured.
"I know. I don't like it either, but it's our best shot."
You closed your eyes. "It's your soul, so it's your choice."
Bobby looked up at Crowley and nodded. "I'll do it."
When the boys returned looking a little worse for the wear, but alive, you were relieved to see them. Especially since they had Cas in tow.
You hugged the angel, eyes scanning over him for any obvious injuries before looking at Dean and Sam. "All three of you look like hell."
"It has not been a fun day," Castiel commented.
You patted his arm gently. "I'd imagine not."
"We got the ring, though," Dean stated. "So that's really all that matters."
"We, uhh--well we managed to find Death's location while you were gone," you said, hoping they wouldn't notice the worried look in your eyes.
"How?" Sam asked.
"With my help," Crowley stated. "And some assistance from Bobby, of course."
There was something in Crowley's tone that made Dean uncomfortable. "What the hell did you do?" he demanded, addressing Bobby.
"It's not a big deal," Bobby said.
"It only cost him his soul," you said lowly, worry lacing your words.
"What? Bobby, come on! You sold your soul?" Dean yelled.
"It's my damn soul, boy!"
"Technically it's on loan. I fully intend to give it back," Crowley interjected.
"Then give it back!" Dean snapped.
"I will, once Lucifer's back in his cage and we all go back to hating each other."
"You son of a bitch," Dean growled.
You stepped in, grabbing Dean's arm to hold him back. "It was Bobby's choice, Dean. We needed the information and it was going to be his soul or mine."
Dean's expression sobered. He didn't want Bobby's soul to be at risk, but he was beyond terrified of losing you. It would kill him if your soul was damned to hell. "If you don't return it, so help me god--"
"I already threatened him," you said softly. "Repeatedly."
"With torture, I might add," Crowley put in.
Dean almost looked proud. "Good."
"Now that's all settled," Crowley began. "We'd better get to Chicago before the storm of the century wipes the Windy City off the map."
**********
Sam pulled you and Dean outside to chat before preparing for the next mission. "I wanted to talk to the two of you alone."
"Is everything okay?" you asked softly.
"I was thinking about what you said--about getting Lucifer into the cage," Sam responded. "And I think I have a plan that will work."
"Okay, let's hear it," Dean prodded.
"So I already talked it over with Bobby and he was telling me how, when he was possessed, he managed to regain control of himself long enough to keep from killing Dean and stab himself--"
"I can see where you're going with this, and I don't like it," you interjected.
Sam ignored your interruption. "I think I can do the same with Lucifer."
"I'm sorry--what?" Dean exclaimed. "Are you suggesting saying yes to Lucifer?"
"Just long enough to get him into the cage," Sam admitted. "I don't see any other options."
"Absolutely not," Dean snapped. "No way--no way in hell."
"Sam," you said calmly, "this is Lucifer! Not just some low level demon. The amount of sheer force of will you'd need to overcome him is--well it's damn near impossible."
"I know that," Sam said softly. "But I think it's worth a try."
Dean was about to say something else when Crowley appeared with a newspaper in his hand. "Read the headline."
Sam took the paper and began to read, "Swine Flu Vaccines to be Shipped Nationwide by Niveus."
The three of you looked perplexed, causing Crowley to groan. "Niveus? Ring a bell, anyone?"
"Wait," you began, "Isn't that the company Brady worked for?"
Crowley nodded. "At least one of you has a brain. Brady was the senior VP of distribution, to be specific."
"Oh fuck," you muttered.
"Please don't tell me--" Dean started.
"Pestilence had a bigger plan. Swine flu was just the beginning," Sam stated.
"The vaccine is phase two," you whispered.
"Exactly," Crowley added. "And it's full of Croatoan Virus."
"Son of a bitch," Dean muttered.
"You've gotta admit, it's an effective way to infect more than half the country all at once," Sam said quietly.
"We have to stop the distribution," you announced. "When do the trucks roll out?"
"Tomorrow," Crowley answered.
"Great," Dean said sarcastically. "So all we have to do is save Chicago, take Death's ring, and stop the mass spreading of the Croatian Virus to the entire U.S....all in one day."
You sighed deeply. "Well, if anyone can do it, it's us."
Dean looked over at you, a proud smile on his face. "That's my girl."
You blushed and looked away, unaccustomed to hearing him call you 'his girl'. Sure, he called you 'sweetheart', but he called most women that. This felt different, and you weren't sure how you felt about it.
"Let's go save the world," Sam muttered.
**********
You hadn't wanted to separate from Dean, but you knew Sam, Cas, and Bobby would likely need your help more than Dean and Crowley did. You still didn't trust Crowley and you hated the idea of leaving him alone with Dean, especially when they were facing an apocalyptic storm and going up against one of the oldest creatures in creation--Death himself.
"You just gonna sit there?" Crowley asked Bobby, drawing you out of your thoughts.
"No, I'm gonna river dance," Bobby quipped back.
"I suppose if you wanna impress the ladies," he teased. "You know, you can really make these contracts work in your favor, for instance adding your legs as part of the deal."
Everyone stared at Bobby in silence as he slowly began to move his legs for the first time in what felt like eternity. You gasped in shock when he stood up to his full height and took a step forward.
The joy was short-lived, given the tasks you were about to complete. There were a couple hugs before everyone sobered up and finished preparing to leave.
You were about to get into the van with Cas, Bobby, and Sam, when Dean approached you and called your name.
"Dean? You okay?" you asked.
He tucked a strand of hair behind your ear, his hand lingering against your cheek for longer than it should have. "Just--just be careful, (Y/N/N). Please."
You smiled gently and nodded. "You too, Dean."
He pulled you into a tight hug, placing his lips into your hair, gently kissing the top of your head. "I can't lose you," he murmured so softly you almost didn't hear.
When he finally let you go, your eyes had begun to water--emotions bubbling up inside of you despite your best efforts to conceal them. "Come back to me," you choked out.
He gave you a sad smile as he stepped away. You saw him close his eyes as he swallowed thickly, clearly experiencing some complicated emotions of his own.
"Dean!" Crowley yelled. "Let's get a move on."
Dean groaned and his normal impassive mask slid back into place. "I'm coming, quit your whining." He gave you one last look before walking away from you.
Your heart ached in your chest, an overwhelming feeling of fear embedding itself in your bones. You watched him get into the driver's seat of the Impala before you managed to shake yourself out of whatever trance you were in and get into the van with the others.
"You good, (Y/N)? Bobby asked as you shut the door.
"All good," you lied. "Let's roll."
**********
"Have I mentioned how much I hate Croatoan Virus?" you grumbled as you shot yet another infected person who was charging your way.
"Maybe once or twice," Sam shot back.
"We should have known they would infect people before we got here," Bobby commented.
"Yeah, but at least we've stopped the shipment. Now we just gotta kill some Croats," you said with a smirk as you shot another one.
You and Sam traveled farther into the warehouse, following the sounds of people yelling for help. Cas and Bobby stayed up front to make sure no Croats escaped.
You were certain you had to be nearing the last of the infected people, but as you rounded a corner, one got the jump on you, tackling you to the ground. You fought with him, desperately trying to get him off of you so you could shoot him, but he sent your gun flying, leaving you defenseless.
You were starting to lose the battle, the Croat's teeth close to sinking into your flesh, when you heard a yell from behind you. The Croat looked up just in time to see Sam pull the trigger, bringing the terrifying moment to an end.
He helped you up and you retrieved your gun. "You okay?"
"Yeah, I'm fine. Thanks for the save."
He smiled. "Any time."
The two of you started moving back towards the front of the building. You heard a sound down one of the aisles and you started in that direction. You nodded for Sam to get back to Bobby and Cas, confident you could handle the situation on your own.
You cleared the aisle, but didn't find anything. You started heading back when you heard Sam yell and you started running. You arrived just in time to see Castiel shooting a Croat in the head to save Sam.
He looked slightly pleased with himself, gazing down at the sawed off in his hands. "These things can be useful."
You chuckled and Bobby just shook his head.
Sam got up and clapped Cas on the shoulder, a silent thank you for saving him. "Alright, let's blow some stuff up," he said with a grin.
"This has always been my favorite part of the plan," you declared with a grin of your own.
When the four of you returned to Bobby's, you were pleased to learn Dean and Crowley's mission had also been a success. Not only had they saved Chicago, but Dean had managed to secure Death's ring and learn how to use the rings.
"How old do we think Death is, exactly?" you asked.
"He told me he was as old as God...maybe older, but neither of them could remember," Dean responded.
"Holy shit..."
"Yeah. He didn't exactly strike me as the forgiving type, so I doubt he'll appreciate me lying to him," Dean commented.
"You lied to Death? About what?"
"I told him I was okay with Sam saying yes to Lucifer."
You sighed quietly, not wanting to admit which side you fell on in this particular argument.
Thankfully, Bobby did have something to add. "You and I have always treated Sam like he's a kid, despite the fact that he's one of the toughest people I know. He's been running into burning buildings since he was what, 12?"
"Pretty much," Dean replied.
"I saw him today, Dean. We both did," Bobby said, looking over at you. "He's not that little kid anymore. He's strong--stronger than any of us give him credit for. I think we should have a little more faith in his abilities."
Dean looked over at you, silently asking for your input. "I've always believed in Sam," you said honestly. "I'm not gonna stop now."
Dean nodded, a look of resigned acceptance crossing his features.
**********
You'd just gotten out of the shower when you heard a knock on your bedroom door. "Just a second!" you called.
You quickly threw on pajama shorts and an old faded Led Zeppelin t-shirt, before throwing open the door without checking to see who it was.
"Dean," you gasped in surprise.
"Hey," he murmured awkwardly. "I, uhh--I was hoping we could talk."
"Oh, umm, sure." You stepped aside to let him in, shutting the door behind him.
He sat down on the edge of your bed, looking extremely uncomfortable.
"Everything okay?" you asked worriedly.
"I'm just thinking about what's going to happen in just a couple days and I--I don't want to leave things unsaid."
"Dean, we don't have to--"
"I need to, (Y/N/N)," he interjected. "Just in case."
You didn't want to think about the very distinct possibility that one or both of you might not survive the coming fight. Your heart ached at the mere thought of losing him, and to your surprise he felt the same way.
"I don't know if we'll make it through this--all I know is I'm terrified of losing you," he admitted.
You shifted on your feet, unsure of what to say.
"I'm not used to being afraid," he whispered. "It's not a feeling I'm accustomed to experiencing and to be honest with you, I kinda hate it."
"You don't have to be afraid for me," you reassured him. "I'll be fine. You know I can take care of myself."
"In every other fight? I'd agree completely...but this isn't any other fight. This is Michael and Lucifer--it's the biggest fight of our lives."
"I know," you murmured. "But I have to believe that at the end of this, we'll all be okay."
He nodded, but you could see the emotions clouding his normally bright green eyes. "I wish I had that same faith."
You gave him a teary smile. You understood where he was coming from, especially given his past experiences.
"Any chance I can convince you to stay back?"
"There's no way that's happening, Dean. If you're facing two archangels, I'm coming with you."
He sighed. "I figured you'd say that." He exhaled deeply, clearly preparing himself to say something else. "Things have been so--intense--for the past few weeks and we haven't really had much of an opportunity to talk. We've been dancing around our feelings and I don't wanna keep doing that--I can't."
You swallowed thickly. "I don't know if I can..."
"What do you mean?"
"I don't want you to say anything if you don't really mean it. You're scared and honestly, so am I. This might be the end, Dean--the end of everything. I just don't want you to say something you think I wanna hear because we might die, or something you don't really feel just because you don't wanna be alone for the end...I can't handle that."
Dean stood up and reached out to you. You'd finally let the tears fall during your speech, and he couldn't stand to see you cry. He reached up slowly, giving you plenty of time to stop him. When you didn't, he cupped your face in his hands, gently wiping the tears from your cheeks.
"I don't want you to ever think I'm choosing you because of some misguided desire to not be alone. I meant what I said, sweetheart--you're the only person I can imagine myself being happy with. It's always been you--I've just been too scared to tell you."
You sniffled softly as he finished wiping the last of your tears. "So why now?"
He continued to gently rub his thumbs on your cheeks, almost afraid to let go of you--as if you would simply disappear. "Because I'm tired of pretending I'm not in love with you. If this really is the end, I don't wanna go out without telling you the truth. If you don't feel the same, I understand, but I needed to--"
You leaned in to press your lips gently against his, silencing the rest of his sentence. He returned your kiss, one hand sliding into your hair to pull you closer to him.
You pulled away from him to suck in some air, leaning your forehead against his as you caught your breath.
"So does that mean you might feel the same?" Dean murmured softly.
You laughed lightly. "Maybe just a little bit."
He grinned as he slipped his arms around your soft waist and pulled you closer. "Just a little?" he teased.
You giggled as his fingers gently tickled your sides. "Or a lot."
"Yeah?"
You bit your lip. "Yeah...there's a strong possibility I feel exactly the same as you."
"Oh, baby, I don't think that's possible."
You looked at him in confusion.
"I love you more than anything--I don't even have words to express how I feel about you. 'Love' just doesn't cut it."
You practically melted in his arms, a warm, teary smile gracing your face. "I don't think I can compare to that, but I do love you, Dean--so much."
Dean was one of the most deeply emotional people you'd ever known and the way he loved was no exception. He was incredibly passionate and he loved with a kind of fierceness that almost frightened you. But at the same time, you felt incredibly honored to be loved by such an amazing man--a man who was loyal, brave, strong, and sensitive (even if he would deny it).
Dean kissed you deeply, holding your body tightly against his own. You could feel his arousal stirring against your stomach and you moaned softly.
"I could kiss you all night," he whispered against your lips.
"Why don't you then?"
Dean raised his eyebrows, a small smirk playing on his lips. "How would you feel if I kissed every square inch of your body instead of just your lips?"
You inhaled sharply, his words sending a shock wave of need straight to your core. "Please," you begged softly.
"Oh baby, you're in for a treat." He grabbed you and spun around, tossing you onto the soft bed.
It didn't take long for you both to be completely naked, Dean's head between your legs, bringing you closer to blissful release with each passing moment.
Every movement of his lips and tongue had you moaning in pleasure. You tangled your fingers in his hair, nails scrapping against his scalp as he continued to drive you wild.
When your orgasm finally hit, your hips began to buck wildly, causing Dean to lay his arm across your abdomen to hold you in place. He continued lapping up your juices and teasing your clit until you dragged him away, whimpers of sensitivity leaving your lips.
He breathed heavily as he hovered over you, licking his lips in contentment. "I didn't wanna stop."
You smiled. "I could tell."
"So I can go back down and finish--" he started moving lower and you grabbed him to keep him in place.
"No!" you said, laughter filling your voice. "I'm a little too sensitive for that right now, Dean."
He groaned in displeasure. "Fine," he mumbled. "Later then."
He leaned down to kiss you and you giggled softly against his lips. His antics always made you smile, so you weren't surprised to find the experience continued in the bedroom.
As he deepened the kiss, you felt his cock brush against your core, a sharp hiss leaving your lips at the contact.
"Sorry, baby," he murmured.
"I'm not," you said lightly.
He looked down at you quizzically, but didn't have time to comment before he found himself lying on his back looking up at you.
You grinned down at him, clearly pleased with yourself.
"Whatcha doin' sweetheart?" he drawled.
"Taking what I want."
Your meaning was quickly made clear as you kissed slowly down his chest and abdomen, stopping only to make a soft sound of appreciation when you came upon his throbbing cock.
You wrapped your hand around it and licked slowly from the base to the tip, giving a flick of your tongue against it to collect the precum.
Dean moaned softly, green eyes watching you intently as you took his cock into your mouth, slowly lowering yourself down until you couldn't fit any more.
"Fuck, baby," he groaned, hand reaching for your hair to tangle his fingers in it.
You hummed happily and began to move, bobbing your head up and down in a pleasurable rhythm. Your hand wrapped around what you couldn't fit into your mouth to ensure his entire member was receiving pleasure.
Dean's hips jerked slightly each time you made a noise or a particularly pleasurable motion, and his grip on your hair tightened considerably.
You made it very obvious you were enjoying yourself, which seemed to only increase his pleasure. You very gently caressed his balls, massaging them in your soft hand as you continued to suck his cock.
Dean's moans and curses had increased in both volume and frequency, signaling he was nearing his peak. You flicked your gaze up to look at his face, meeting his dark, lust-blown eyes.
You held eye contact as you continued your motions, soft moans vibrating against his cock.
"Holy fuck," he whispered. "Gonna cum, baby."
You hummed, signaling your desire for him to let go. You continued to hold his gaze, but you switched your focus to the head of his cock, using your hand to rub the rest.
Moments later, Dean came with a low groan of your name, hips stuttering upwards as you swallowed every drop he gave you.
Just as he'd done to you, you refused to stop until he literally pulled you off his cock, aftershocks shaking his body.
"That was incredible," he breathed.
You smiled down at him, appreciating the praise.
"I wanna taste you again," he begged softly.
Your eyes widened a bit, but you couldn't deny the ache in your core. You wanted to feel him inside you so badly, but you knew he'd need some time to work back up to it.
"I suppose you can have a little taste," you murmured teasingly.
You started to get off of him, but he grabbed you to hold you in place.
"Where ya going?"
"To lay down..."
He raised an eyebrow at you. "Did I tell you to lay down?"
You inhaled sharply. "No..."
"Didn't think so, babe." He shifted so his head was flat against the mattress. "Come on up and sit on my face."
"I'm sorry--do what?"
He laughed softly. "Sit on my face."
"Umm...you sure?"
He lifted his head to look at you. "I've never been more certain."
You bit your lip and considered his words for a moment. You'd never sat on anyone's face, but you'd heard it was an enjoyable experience.
"Alright," you agreed, pulling yourself up to hover over his mouth.
"Lower, please," he said.
You lowered yourself down, but remained hovering.
"(Y/N)," he said harshly. "Sit."
You lowered yourself as much as you could without putting your full weight on him.
"For the love of god," he growled, tugging down on your hips and forcing you to actually sit.
You heard his groan and what sounded like a muffled "Fuck yes", before his tongue slipped between your folds and the assault began.
If you'd thought he was good with his mouth before, it was nothing compared to the incredible feelings you were currently experiencing. You had to press your hands against the wall to hold yourself upright and your thighs were pressed tightly around his head.
The sounds coming out of your mouth were loud enough to wake the neighbors, but you couldn't be bothered to care.
You could feel his tongue pressing into your channel while his nose bumped against your clit with every movement. The combination was amazing and your hips started to move on their own, seeking more friction to push you over the edge.
Dean's grip on your hips tightened and he started to move your hips more forcefully, letting you know it was okay to ride his face.
You took the hint and completely let go, allowing yourself to truly enjoy the experience. Dean's moans vibrated through your body, which only served to increase your pleasure.
Your thighs began to shake and your moans had turned to cries of his name as your hips made one final thrust before you fell apart. The orgasm that crashed through you was easily the most incredible one you'd ever experienced--the high both better and longer than ever before.
You lifted yourself off Dean's face as the pleasure became too much, but your legs were no longer able to support you, so you fell onto the bed beside him. You were both breathless, but Dean wasted no time in rolling over on top of you and pressing open mouthed kisses to your heated skin.
When you finally caught your breath, you murmured, "I've never felt that good in my life."
Dean smirked, pride evident on his face. "I'm not done with you yet, sweetheart."
You bit your lip and looked up into his handsome face. "Is that a promise?"
He groaned softly and his cock pressed against your core. You both inhaled sharply and he lowered his face down to kiss you deeply. "You're gonna be the death of me, you know that?"
"I hope not," you whispered back.
He smiled and placed another sweet kiss to your lips. "You ready?"
You nodded--you'd never been more ready in your life.
He gripped his cock and lined it up with your entrance, pressing in slowly to give you time to adjust.
You whimpered at the feeling, his cock stretching you in ways you didn't know you could be stretched.
"You okay, baby?"
"Mhmm," you hummed. "Keep going."
He waited another moment before continuing to push forward. By the time he was fully seated inside you, you were both breathing heavily and a light sheen of sweat graced your face.
Dean pressed soft, sweet kisses all over your face as he waited for your breathing to normalize. "Let me know when you're ready," he murmured.
After a few more moments, you took a deep breath and said, "You can move now."
Dean's hips began to move slowly, his thrusts languid and gentle at first. As your grip on his cock tightened and the soft sounds you made washed over him, his pace began to increase.
"You're so goddamn tight, (Y/N/N)," he groaned softly. "So warm and wet--fucking perfect."
You pulled his face down to yours to kiss him passionately. "Feels so good, Dean," you moaned.
He knew he wasn't going to last very long...which wasn't common for him. You just felt so incredible and he knew he was going to lose control.
He'd be damned, however, if he came before pulling at least one more orgasm from your sweet body.
Dean grabbed your legs and folded them towards your chest, flexing your body almost in half. This position allowed him to get even deeper inside you and the head of his cock pressed against your sweet spot with each thrust.
"Dean!" you gasped in surprised pleasure. Not very many men had managed to find your g-spot, but Dean wasn't exactly most men.
You dug your nails into his biceps--the only part of him you could reach, and your moans turned into an unending song of pleasure.
He'd be lying if he said he didn't love every part of it. Every noise was like music to his ears--a soundtrack he could listen to forever. The sharp pain of your nails in his skin only heightened his pleasure and the look of pure bliss on your face was an image he wanted to sear onto his brain.
He was desperate to watch you come undone--to see your beautiful face in full view as you fell apart for him. He was certain it would be an image worthy of an art museum.
"You gonna cum for me baby?" he asked lowly.
You nodded rapidly, unable to form a verbal response.
"Can feel you squeezin' me so tight."
He sped up just a little more and a sharp gasp left your lips. He knew you were seconds away--and honestly, so was he.
"Need you to cum for me sweet girl," he begged. "Wanna feel it so bad."
His words sent you over the edge, your third orgasm of the night washing over you and throwing you into pure ecstasy.
Dean held back his own impending orgasm just long enough to ask, "Can I fill you up, baby?"
"Please!" you cried.
Dean came with a loud shout of your name, hot ropes of cum filling your pussy to the brim. His thrusts slowed as you both rode out your highs and his cock began to soften as he pulled out and collapsed on the bed beside you.
"That was--" you began.
"I know," he finished.
You turned to look at him and giggled softly. He grinned widely and let out a warm laugh along with you.
"Who woulda thought we'd end up here?" he asked.
"On the brink of the end of the world," you added.
"There's no one I'd rather be with," he admitted.
You rolled onto your side to face him completely. "Same here, Dean."
He offered you a small smile tinged with sadness. "I love you, (Y/N/N)...and if we die tomorrow, then at least you'll know how I feel about you."
You closed your eyes and sighed. "I love you too. But I want a life with you, so let's try to make it through tomorrow, okay?"
He smiled warmly. "Alright, sweetheart. I'd like that."
"Good," you whispered as you nestled in close to him, laying your head against his chest and sighing softly.
Dean wrapped his arms around you tightly as if he was afraid you would disappear if he let go. You fell asleep like that, one last moment of peace and contentment before the final battle.

wow, you're so fucked.
stiles is standing next to you, a sweaty beacon of pride as he chats with scott and isaac excitedly, his lacrosse uniform still on and not making things any easier for you.
he had just played a game and won. something unusual for him, clear in the way he seems to glow a bit at the attention he's receiving. you can admit that he did better than his regular performances, which often included him sitting idly by on the bench. but you really don't need to deal with this. rambling, hyper focused stiles is one thing.
sweaty, cocky stiles is another.
he laughs at something danny says-oh, danny's here? you didn't even notice him approach, too distracted with the way stiles' hair sticks to his forehead. anyway, his laugh might make you swoon. jesus, are you ovulating? there's a wet patch forming in your panties and you know it. whore.
"oh, yes! we will so be there!" stiles slings an arm over your shoulder and grins at danny. you can smell his sweat, now, and unfortunately stiles' musk only makes you want to ride his dick even more.
"be where?" you blink, turning a curious gaze on stiles, who looks at you all confused and cute and his lips are so pink and his skin glistens with sweat and i bet the rest of him does, too-
"are you okay?" he hums, squeezing you against his side just slightly. you nod and turn to danny to avoid moaning at the sight of stiles' adams apple.
"sorry, i was zoned out."
danny looks like he's disappointed in you. because of-fucking-course danny māhealani can tell that you're this close to giving stiles a blowjob in front of the entire student body. just because he's sweaty and excited and prideful. you glare at danny, just to shut him up.
he talks anyway.
"some of us were gonna go grab food to celebrate, and i was just inviting you guys. unless you'll be... busy." danny drawls his last words with clear implication, but stiles is too busy being excited that he got invited to something by the "in" crowd to notice.
"and i told him we were going." stiles grins down at you, raising his eyebrows in anticipation. you avoid his eyes, tilting your head.
"i dunno..." you pick at your nails, and stiles is quick to stop you. a habit you both have and you're both trying to quit. "it's kinda late, and we have that essay-"
"oh, come on, don't tell me you're passing this up for homework." stiles tosses his head back dramatically and you hear danny snicker. you know if you look at danny again, you'll want to throttle him. but looking at stiles means looking at his moles and freckles, his jawline, his brow.
you swallow thickly.
"yeah, okay, shut up. i was gonna say yes." you fold so quick that stiles actually steps back from you in shock, and you avoid grabbing him by the jersey to keep his scent all over you.
danny smirks at you, nodding once. "see you guys there. try not to fog up the windows on the way."
stiles waves as danny leaves, and you're pretty confident he didn't even hear that last part because of how focused he is on being overdramatic about you saying yes to him so easily. his eyes are wide and his mouth is open when you turn to look at him, and he let's out a squeaky surprised noise.
"what-you always argue about this stuff! did you have some moment of discovery?!" he grabs both your shoulders and you fight a smile, shrugging him off. you can't just tell the boy, 'oh, it's a whole lot harder to say no to you when all i can think about is how far i would go to get you in my pants.'
right?
you settle for an easy half-truth. "just didn't wanna dampen your good mood. you're practically bouncing off the bleachers right now."
when you look back at stiles, he has that stupid crooked smile cocked all smartly at you. feeling bold, he gives your hip a light squeeze and hums, "atta girl."
yeah, you are so incredibly fucked.
this is my most popular from the vault!! it's also one of the first things i published here. stay tuned for more vault releases and an upcoming thomas fic :D
this anon made me giggle so here's a snippet of pt. 2 (its a joke dont get your hopes up)

across the hall; part 1 -quinn hughes-
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
summary: y/n moves in across the hall from quinn and in an emergency, she leaves her five-year old daughter in his care
word count: 1.4k
pairing: quinn hughes x single mom reader
notes: probably going to make this into a mini series because i have too many ideas to fit them in 1 fic. enjoy
y/n was walking into her apartment when her mom called, telling her how worried she was.
"mom, will you relax? i'm going to be fine. it's safer for me out here anyway." y/n walked into her apartment and set her keys down on the counter. her daughter took her shoes off and ran to her bedroom.
"have you met any of your neighbors yet, sweetie?"
"no, mom. i haven't met anyone in the building yet and i don't plan on it any time soon. i've been really busy with work and stuff and just haven't had the time nor the interest in doing so. plus, you know how abby is with strangers."
"i would feel better if you made at least one friend, dear. you're all alone in vancouver. anything could happen to you."
"what if i meet the wrong person, mom? ever think about that?"
"that doesn't worry me because i know you'll trust your instincts."
"and that's why i haven't bothered to talk to anyone in the building yet. besides, it's only my first week here. there's still plenty of time."
"okay fine. but i want you to keep me updated at all times."
"yes ma'am." y/n switched the phone from one ear to the other. there was a knock on the door and she jumped. "i gotta go mom. dinner's here."
"alright. love you sweetie. give abby a kiss for me."
"will do. love you too. bye." she hung up the phone and opened the door. "about time. i'm starving." she looked up from her wallet. "wait, you're not the pizza guy."
"no, i am not. my name is quinn and i live across the hall there." he turned and pointed to the door behind him. "i noticed you just moved in recently and i thought i'd be neighborly and come say hi, see if you needed any help with anything."
"that's very kind of you, quinn. but so far, i've got things handled. thank you though."
"well, if you ever need my help with anything, you know where to find me." he smiled and turned back towards his own apartment. just as y/n was about to shut her door, quinn turned back around. "i'm sorry. i completely forgot to ask for your name."
"it's y/n."
"mommy, i'm hungry." abby came up to y/n and looked at her.
"i know, sweetie. the pizza should be here shortly."
"okay. i'll be in my room." the girl turned around and headed down the hallway.
"she's adorable. how old is she?"
"she's 5, almost 6."
"they're always the cutest at that age." quinn smiled. "well, it was nice to finally meet you, y/n. see you later." he waved and entered his own apartment, leaving y/n to finally close her door.
"hey, abby. want a snack to hold you over until dinner gets here?"
"yes please." abby came out of her room to grab a snack from her bucket and headed back to play with her dolls.
y/n was about to send a text to her mom, letting her know she finally met a neighbor, when there was another knock on her door.
"this better be the pizza." she opened the door and saw quinn standing there holding a pizza box.
"they brought it to the wrong apartment. but don't worry. it's paid for. the guy didn't have time to walk across the hall so i paid him."
"you really didn't have to do that, quinn. but thank you." y/n accepted the pizza and looked at him. "would you maybe want to come in for a slice or two?"
"sure." quinn followed y/n into her apartment and sat on one of the stools at the island.
"abby, dinner's ready."
"yay. pizza!" the little girl yelled and ran out of her room. she stopped in her tracks when she saw quinn. "hi."
"hello."
"quinn, this is my daughter abigail. sweetheart, this is quinn. he lives across the hall."
"do you have kids?"
"no. not yet."
"how old are you?"
"i'm 24."
"oh, so is mommy. she just had a birthday."
"did you really?" quinn turned his attention from abby to y/n.
"no." y/n set the plates down on the island and helped abby into her chair. "well, i didn't just have a birthday. it's been a few months now."
"oh. well i'll be 25 next month."
"in case i don't see you, happy birthday." y/n smiled and began eating her slice of pizza.
"thank you." quinn smiled back and looked at abby,
"shit." y/n pulled her ringing phone out of her pocket and answered it. "hello? yeah. i'll be right there." she hung up and looked at quinn. "i barely know you but i just got called into work for an emergency and abby's normal sitter is busy tonight. would you mind-"
"go to work. i'll watch your daughter."
"you are a lifesaver quinn." y/n ran to her room to get ready. she came out 5 minutes later. "this is crazy. it's my first night off and i was hoping to relax but of course there's an emergency when the hospital is short-staffed."
"oh, you work at the hospital? how are you liking it?"
"it keeps me busy and pays well. but it's a very demanding job. i don't get to spend as much time with abby as i would like."
"that's alright, mom. i understand."
"i love you, sweetheart. now, be on your best behavior for quinn. if you're good, we can get you some new toys this weekend. how's that sound?"
"like an easy task." abby smiled and looked at quinn.
"okay great. thanks again, quinn." y/n smiled and walked out the door.
"alright, abby. what do you want to do?"
"dolls, makeover, tea party?"
"sounds like fun. shall we add music?"
"yes! dance party! mommy never has time for one."
"then we shall have one." quinn went on his music app and put on some popular music that was age appropriate and followed abby to her room to get the makeover started.
after a few hours of playtime, they settled down and quinn put on a random disney movie. abby cuddled up to his side and fell asleep within the first 20 minutes.
when the movie was finished, quinn put on another one and waited for y/n to get home.
he was halfway through the third movie when y/n walked through the door.
"i am so sorry. it took a lot longer than i thought but-" she stopped when quinn put his finger to his lips to shush her. "awe look at that. she must really like you."
"why do you think that?"
"she never falls asleep for anyone other than me. and she loves her usual sitter."
"oh." quinn smiled and adjusted his legs as y/n picked abby up.
"mommy?" abby rubbed her eyes and when she saw it was her mom, she just cuddled into her more.
y/n put abby in her bed and made sure she went back to sleep before she headed back to quinn.
"thank you so much for doing this. i didn't expect to get called into work tonight." she went to hand quinn some money but he stopped her.
"you don't have to pay me. i had a lot of fun."
"was she good?"
"very good. and such a polite child."
"what did you guys do?"
"after you left, we played with her barbies for about half an hour. and when she got bored of that, we had a tea party and then she did my 'makeup'." quinn chuckled. "oh. and we had a mini dance party before i put on some movies for her to settle down to. she was out within the first 20 minutes."
"well, sounds like you had a good time and honestly, i can't thank you enough for watching her. i owe you."
"it's fine. like i said, i had fun. consider that my payment."
"you're the best." y/n walked with quinn out into the hall. he walked up to his door and looked back.
"if i'm not busy & you ever need someone to watch abby, i would be more than happy to do it."
"really? oh my gosh. you really are the sweetest person i've ever met."
"what can i say? my mother raised me right." quinn flashed her a smile and opened his door. "good night, y/n."
"good night, quinn."

The spell showed you how another person saw you.
It was expensive, but not so expensive that it didn't find its use. If you were in the burgher class it was expected that you would experience it a few times in your life. One of those was before marriage.
Cordelia went in with great trepidation. She was sure that Aldwin was right for her, but less sure that she was right for him.
And then, two hours later, once it was all over, they had to talk about it, in a way that Aldwin loved to talk about everything.
"There was a sweetness to him," said Aldwin. "But now I worry, only lightly, that you think I make more concessions than I really do. There was more romance to him, I suppose. Very lovey, which I suppose is good."
"Well, that's good," said Cordelia.
"Is something the matter?" asked Aldwin.
"No," said Cordelia. "You can go on."
"I need some time to stew," said Aldwin. "We talked a lot, but I do fear that we got tangled in tangents. I think we could have been good friends, actually, if he were real, though ..."
"Yes?" asked Cordelia.
"He was intelligent, but I knew more than him, which I suppose is an artifact of the spell. He didn't know all the things that I knew, he knew all the things that you knew, except you don't expect me to know much about textiles, so some of those things that you knew were barred from him, and that meant that he sat at the intersection of our domains of knowledge." Aldwin looked at the ceiling for a moment. "I do wonder if there's a way around that."
"Perhaps," said Cordelia.
Aldwin looked back down at her. "Is something the matter? You haven't said what your experience was like. Was she pleasant?" He grinned at her, a winning grin that had made her fall in love. It was heartbreaking.
"Aldwin, I'm ... not sure that I can do this," said Cordelia.
His grin turned to a frown. "Why not?" he asked. "I love you, you should have seen that."
"Aldwin, she was perfect," said Cordelia.
"You're perfect," said Aldwin. He laid his hand on hers.
"No, Aldwin, I'm not," said Cordelia. "And when I've heard you say that before, I've always thought that it was you being poetic, but I met her now, the me that lives in your mind, and she is perfect, she has none of my blemishes, none of my flaws, she's kind and gracious and intelligent and funny."
"My dear, you're all those things," said Aldwin. "That's why I'm marrying you."
"But I'm not those things," said Cordelia. "My version of you, did you think that he was handsome?"
"I suppose it didn't occur to me," said Aldwin. He looked to the ceiling again and considered that. "His hair was a bit curlier, and his nose somewhat broader, but no, I think he looked like me."
"The woman I saw was a goddess," said Cordelia. "I can't compare to her."
"You are her," said Aldwin.
"Won't you believe me when I tell you that I'm not?" asked Cordelia. "And if we follow through on the engagement, and you marry me, how can I help but worry that you'll figure that out one day and leave me?"
Aldwin frowned at her. "Is that what this is about?" he asked. "You think my love is fickle? It hadn't even occurred to me to ask my other whether he was wavering."
"I think you're brilliant and handsome," said Cordelia. "But I looked at her, spoke with her, and kept thinking to myself that I couldn't live up to her. I yelled at her and she calmly defused my anger. When I cried, she comforted me."
"It was really so bad?" asked Aldwin, raising his eyebrows. He had very expressive eyebrows, it was something that Cordelia had always found herself appreciating.
"I fear that you don't actually know me," said Cordelia. "You don't see the ugly, twisted, miserable creature that I am."
"Come now," said Aldwin. He seemed befuddled. "Perhaps I think more highly of you than you think of yourself, but I won't have you talking so poorly of my bride-to-be."
"It's how I felt, next to her," said Cordelia, looking down. She had tears in her eyes. It was undignified. Her other would have never.
Aldwin moved closer to her and tilted her chin up. She looked at him, blinking away her tears, which rolled down her face and made her lip salty. His eyes, that saw her so.
"My sweet, we have our entire lives to get to know each other better," said Aldwin. "I will love you no less if you falter, if you yell, if you cry, if you flop around and fail. If we do this again, ten years from now, I expect that I'll have the same rosy view of you, overly rosy, in your estimation. That's love. That's what it is."
But of course for her, that wasn't true at all. He'd said as much, he'd spoken to his other, he'd seen a more or less accurate portrayal of himself. Didn't he see that? Or would he realize it only later? She wasn't sure. Did she not love him? Is that what it meant? She thought that she loved him.
"I do love you," said Cordelia.
"Good, because we're getting married soon," said Aldwin. He patted her on the hand. "Come, let's dry those tears and find someplace to eat."
She let herself be led for the rest of the day, and returned to herself within half an hour, letting the shadow cast by the spell slide off her, joking with him, engaging him in his interests, putting on a smile that she didn't entirely feel.
But that night, as she lay in bed, the image of the goddess, the woman she was not and could not become, would not leave her mind.

Pomegranate | Nikolai x F!Reader
Tumblr media
Bonus content!
This is just a scene that I couldn't fit into the previous chapters but I wanted to treat you guys for being so enthusiastic over the last update 💕
cw: cw: dark fic, dubcon/noncon, reader is being trafficked, human trafficking,
Masterpost
Tumblr media
There was a pale pink box sitting on the bed when you got out of the shower. Nikolai always found a way to make your jaw drop. It was a gorgeous lingerie set. Black silk with sheer tulle and blue-pink beaded embroidered flowers. Bra, panties and garter with matching stockings. He left the price tag on. You didn't even know a bra could cost almost a thousand pounds.
He was waiting for you in the living room, lounging on the couch, cigar in hand.
"You dance at the club, no?"
"Sometimes." It wasn't your strongest talent. You could shake ass when needed but you weren't a big moneymaker on stage like other girls.
"Want you to dance for me." He fiddled with the remote, dimming the lights and turning on music. "Come here."
You stood between his knees, trying to sway to the beat the best you could. He had a small smile as you turned to sway your hips and ass in his face. He looked more amused than turned on.
"I'm sorry." You stopped. You shifted between your feet. "I don't really do this part."
"You are not good, that is true." He stuck a finger under the bottom elastic of your bra. "Still pretty."
He snapped the elastic, "On your knees, over the coffee table."
Nik kept you between his legs on the couch, panties wet with his spend dripping out of you. You traced his tattoos. You wanted to ask about them. You'd heard a lot of Russian tattoos had deeper meanings.
"Kolya?"
"hmm?"
"What does this say?" you asked, underlining the Cyrillic letters on his chest. He huffed. "I'm sorry. I shouldn't have-"
"It's my mother's name. She killed herself when I was young."
"I'm sorry." You kissed his left pec. It was easy to forget that you both existed outside of this building. That you each had lives before this. You could guess all the horrible things he'd done to get to where he was, you never thought about all the horrible things that could have happened to him.
His face didn't betray any emotion as usual. He had two stripes of white in his beard, just faint lines. How old he was, you supposed you'd never know. Old enough to be born in a country that no longer existed, watch the wall crumble and all the chaos that followed. You dragged your fingers across the lines.
He chuckled and caught your hand, pulling your fingers into his mouth to nip at them.
"Don't remind me I'm old." His teeth skated across your knuckles.
"I don't think you're that old." He raised an eyebrow at you. "Most old men don't leave bruises on my hips like you."
He laughed, tugging you flush against him.
"Keep talking like that and I'll never send you back." A flutter of hope. Nik was a deeply awful man and you'd come to understand that what he did to Marcus was a show of restraint. He was the snake in the garden, Hades in the underworld, a fae - dangling fruit in your face hoping you'll take the bait.
He'd never let you go if you did.
Tumblr media
This is pretty unedited but I felt like I owed you guys once again.

When Steve invited Nancy, Jonathan, Argyle, Robin, Vickie, Eddie, and Chrissy over for New Years, he really didn't think it through. They were all coupled together, and Steve wasn't. Even Argyle brought his current lover to the party. Steve had quickly disappeared into the kitchen and cursed.
"You're so fucking stupid, Steve," he told himself.
Sure, he was happy by himself, but he also liked romance. . .he liked being with people, especially with people he cared about. The dating game had been depressing for him since spring break. The minute he took off his shirt, suddenly, they needed to leave. He even thought he got lucky once when he almost hooked up with a guy. Steve had taken off his shirt, and the guy looked at his scars, softly said "ew" before making an excuse to leave. It had been quite hurtful, so Steve just decided to stop trying, and he hated it because while he was happy that he had his friends, his family, he was also lonely. He loved spending time with Eddie and Chrissy, too, but they just reminded him that he didn't have a partner. Steve couldn't decide which one of them he was jealous of.
"Hey, big boy," he heard Eddie's voice.
Steve turned around to find Eddie and Chrissy standing in the doorway of the kitchen.
"Are you alright, Steve?" Chrissy asked.
"Uh, yeah. . .I just really didn't think this through," Steve said. "I don't have anyone to kiss at midnight."
"Well, hell, I'll kiss you," Eddie said, waving his hand at him.
"What about Chrissy? She won't have someone to kiss," Steve said.
"Shit, yeah, that's true," Eddie frowned.
"We'll both kiss you!" Chrissy exclaimed rather cheerfully.
"How?!" Steve and Eddie asked.
"Well, Eddie will take one corner of your mouth, and I'll take the other," Chrissy said.
"It could work," Steve said thoughtfully and then tried to make a joke. "Yeah, okay, but don't go falling in love with me. . ."
Eddie and Chrissy shared looks of amusement before looking back at Steve.
"Too late," they said.
"What?" He asked.
"Oh, come on, I thought we were obvious," Eddie scoffed.
"We did keep inviting you out on our dates, and we kept asking you if you wanted a sleepover," Chrissy said. "And then you stopped hanging out with us for a while."
"Yeah, we assumed you weren't interested," Eddie shrugged.
"But I - I thought I was getting in between your relationship with Chrissy," Steve said.
"That's exactly what we wanted, sweetheart," Eddie said.
"But - I, uh, - both. . .at the same time? I never thought - ," Steve said, and he ran a hand through his hand. "I didn't know which one to choose, and I never thought I could choose both."
"There's nothing stopping you," Chrissy said as they moved closer to him.
They stood on either side of him, basically locking him in.
"My dating skills might be a little rusty," Steve blushed. "It's been pretty disastrous over the last few months. No one's really wanted to look at me, let alone touch me. One guy went literally went ew when he saw my scars."
"And you think Chrissy and I know what we're doing? I haven't dated anyone, and the last relationship Chrissy was in was arranged by her mother. We're all figuring things out," Eddie said, and then what Steve had said sunk in. "Wait. . .what guy said ew to you?"
"It doesn't matter," Steve said, blushing as Eddie wrapped a comforting around his shoulder.
"Give me a name, Steven," he said softly. "I'm just going to talk to the guy."
"Yeah, but I feel like you're not going to use your words," Steve said frowning.
"You can't kill him, Eddie," Chrissy giggled.
"And why can't I?" He asked.
"Because you just got off the murder charges over spring break, I don't want you to go to jail," Chrissy said.
"Oh, so, when I want to kill a guy, I have to stand down, but when I tell you not to kill a guy, I'm supposed to just let you pout about it for a month," Eddie said and waved his hand at her. "Ah, double standard."
Eddie flashed his dimples at Chrissy as she laughed.
"Who did you want to kill?" Steve asked.
"Andy," Chrissy said.
She started playing with the buttons on Steve’s collar. He had his button-up done all the way up to hide the scars around his throat.
"You should have just let her kill him," Steve said.
"Yeah, well, I think it's a possibility. I think she might be scheming with Nancy," Eddie said.
"I am," Chrissy said with a giggled.
All of her focus was now on Steve’s shirt. She was popping it open one by one, and Steve didn't stop her from going all the way down. . .curious at what they would say. Finally, Chrissy had it opened, exposing his torso and his scars. Her fingers trailed down from the scar around his throat to the scars on his lower abdomen.
"You're beautiful inside and out, Steve," Eddie breathed, tucking a hair behind his ear. "I think you forget that I have scars too."
He grabbed Steve’s hand and brought it underneath his shirt, letting Steve feel it. Chrissy brought her lips to Steve’s throat, kissing his scars gently. Eddie did the same, burying his head into Steve’s neck. Steve’s eyes fluttered, and he moaned as Eddie's hand went to the scars on his stomach. . .right above the belt. God, it felt like he was being devoured. . .in a good way, though.
"Shouldn't we save the kissing for midnight?" Steve gasped as Chrissy nibbled at his skin.
"That's only for the lips," Eddie whispered. "Doesn't mean we can't kiss you anywhere else. . .big boy."
"Hey!" They heard Robin yell. "You're going to miss the ball dropping!"
Steve hurried to button his shirt up and tuck it back into his pants as he rushed back into the living room after the others.
"You missed a button," Robin said in amusement and then grinned. "Slut."
"Definitely," Steve laughed.
"Chrissy's lipstick is all over your neck," Robin said and then looked over at Eddie. "And if Eddie was wearing lipstick?"
"It would be there, too," Steve blushed.
"Happy for you, dingus," Robin said.
"You're about the miss the ball dropping, Robin," he said.
"Oh, right!"
3. . .2. . .1!
Eddie and Chrissy kissed Steve on the corners of his mouth just like they said they would. It was so soft. . .so gentle. . .so perfect.
"Happy New Year," Eddie and Chrissy said, taking his hands in theirs.
"Happy New Year," Steve whispered, a smile on his face and a twinkle in his eyes.
He had been happy before, but he was happier now, and maybe it had something to do with being wanted twice. . .not just for his body, but for who he is. Yeah, a Happy New Year, indeed.

Always & Forever
Tumblr media
Pairing: Kim Hongjoong x Reader
Warning: Angst, Hurt feelings, Smut (unprotected, oral f. receiving) 18+ ONLY. MDNI
Summary: You broke up with Hongjoong, thinking it was the best thing to do. But it wasn't and only left you both broken.
Word Count: 3.7k
A/N: Merry Christmas, @potatomountain !! Here is your secret santa gift! I hope you enjoy! I promise it's not all sad! ♡
Networks: @ksmutsociety @mirohs-aurora-society
“Is he going? For sure?” You turn to ask your friend, Soomi, who stood beside you smoothing out your dress. Even though you were getting ready, you still weren't sure if you were even going to attend this wedding. You wanted to go, you wanted to support two of your friends and their decision to get married, but if Hongjoong was going to be there, you didn't know if you were going to be able to be in the same room as him.
It had only been a couple months since you ended things with him, and to say you regret your decision everyday was an understatement. You missed him, his touch, his laugh, even just the presence of him that made you feel so safe and loved. Leaving him was the hardest thing you had ever done but you did it for him. Hongjoong's career with his group was taking off, the group was gaining momentum, media exposure and he was spending a lot of his time in the studio, filming music videos, doing interviews and his time for you continued to dwindle. You could see how much it was bothering him to not see you as much and to be honest, you didn't want to start to resent him for his lack of time and attention. You knew he loved you, and you loved him but to just love someone from afar wasn't enough. You knew that he wouldn't be the one that would end things with you. He would continue to kill himself trying to do everything for his group and still try to make time for you.
So you did it for him.
You went about it in the wrong way, instead of sitting down to talk to him, one night when he came home late, you decided to pick a fight about his lack of care and attention, knowing this would likely be the last time you would be around him. And it fucking hurt.
“What do you mean you're done?” He asks, setting his keys down on the table. You sat there with your arms crossed, trying to keep your face neutral.
“I can't do this anymore. You're never around. I don't get to see you, I barely talk to you anymore. I feel like I'm single, I might as well actually be single.” You yell.
You watch as his shoulders slouch, he looks at the ground, sniffling.
“Baby.” Hongjoong begins. “I'm doing this for us… for our future. Just… just give me some time and I promise I'll have some time off.” He says.
“I don't have any more time to give.” You murmur. “It's been long enough. I'm fucking lonely.” You whisper.
“Please.” He begs.
You needed to sell it. You needed him to stop. You needed to get able to go and make sure he wasn't going to try and stop you.
“Can we talk it out? Please.” He asks.
“Hongjoong, stop.” You sigh.
“Y/N, baby, please don't do this to me. Please don't leave me.” He cries, walking towards you.
“I don't love you anymore, Hongjoong.” You scream, tears spilling down your cheeks. He stops in his tracks. His eyes are wide, his mouth hanging open slightly. He stumbles back as he stares at you. Your hand flies over your mouth.
“I-” You pause. “I'm sorry.” You whisper, pushing your chair back. You run outside of the apartment, slamming the front door behind you. Leaving the man you loved more than anything, shattered, broken and alone.
You hadn't seen him since that night, and the thought of seeing him in the flesh was a terrifying thought.
“Yeah, he is.” Soomi tells you.
You take a deep breath as you finish getting ready. You were going to go. There's always a chance of seeing him while you're out, you might as well do it in a setting where you can semi control the interactions. You were sure you'd be able to avoid him, or any general area that he was in. You were strong.
“Are you still coming?” She asks.
You nod your head. Your throat was dry, you didn't think you could even whisper a yes in the moment. Nerves were taking over your body as you put the finishing touches on your favorite wedding outfit, your hair done the exact way you liked it.
You sighed loudly as you stared at yourself in the mirror, wondering if Hongjoong was thinking about you right now like you were about him. You hoped he was, even if he was thinking about how much he hated you.
“Ready?” Soomi asks, nudging you with her shoulder, bringing you out of your thoughts. You smiled at her, again nodding yes as you followed her out the front door. The two of you head down to the front entrance of the complex, to the waiting cab sitting out front.
The entire drive to the venue you felt like you couldn't breathe. Earlier you were a little excited at the thought of possibly seeing him but now you weren't so sure about it. What if he yelled at you in front of everyone? What if he cursed you out? What if he took one look at you and turned around and left? There were a million scenarios that ran through your head on the 45 minute drive. You felt like you were going to pass out.
It took Soomi a few minutes to break you out of your silent panic once you arrived outside the venue. She squeezes your hand in support as the two of you walk into the beautiful and large chapel. Hongjoong is suddenly erased from your mind for a few moments as you take in the beautifully decorated venue. You smile and wave at other friends who were already seated for the ceremony. You looked around and didn't see Hongjoong. You felt your body relax, as you chatted with friends, while you all waited for the music to start.
Once it did and there was still no sign of Hongjoong you were able to relax even more. He slipped from your mind once again as the groomsmen, the groom, flower girl and bridesmaids began walking down the aisle. You all smiled and stood up as the music changed and your gorgeous friend walked down the red carpeted aisle with her father. She looked so beautiful and so happy, walking down to her future husband who stood there in awe of her. And just like that, your mind flashes back to Hongjoong and the memories of him telling you that he was going to marry you and give you everything you'd ever need and or want.
“I only want you.” You giggled.
How that was still so fucking true. It was him. It always was him, and it always would be. And if it was meant to be, the two of you would be able to find your ways back to each other.
“I now pronounce you husband and wife!” The priest smiles. “You may kiss your bride!”
The church erupts with cheers and clapping as they share their first kiss as husband and wife, walking down the aisle, hand in hand, grinning from ear to ear.
“Let's go get a drink.” You whisper to yourself friends, all of you giggling as the crowd leaves the ceremony, heading to the reception across the street. The first thing you do is head to the bar, ordering drinks for your table. You turn around, leaning against the bar, watching everyone mingle, seeing the bride and groom happily sit with each other, talking to guests. You were so happy you decided to come along, as it turned out there was nothing for you to even worry about.
Until there was.
You turned around to grab the drinks and head back to your table, and while on your way, you almost dropped all 5 drinks in your hands. Hongjoong walks into the bar. He was wearing an all black suit, his shirt unbuttoned a little. His hair was now black, slicked back and he looked so fucking good.
The two of you lock eyes, your heart begins to race. Did you smile at him? Talk to him? Nod? Do nothing? You weren't prepared for this, in all your panicking you never figured out what you would do if you actually saw him. Before you could decide on what to do, he breaks eye contact, dropping his head and moves through the crowd of people. You set the drinks down, your heart felt like it was going to fall out of your chest. He looked so fucking good, but broken, and you were the one to blame.
You had never prepared yourself for what it would feel like to see him. You hadn't realized it would hurt this much but you supposed you deserved that feeling.
“You okay?” Your friend asks, seeing your smile now gone.
“I saw Hongjoong.” You sigh.
“And?” One asks.
“He stared at me, dropped his head and walked away.” You murmur, taking a sip of your drink.
“Just try to relax.” Soomi smiles. “Everything always works out the way it's supposed to.” She says.
“Yeah.” You breathe. “I guess.”
It didn't help. You wanted him back, but was it too late? Would he ever take you back? You weren't sure but something inside you kept telling you to try. You looked around the bar for him, and once your eyes landed on him, it was hard to look away. You continued to steal glances of him for the next hour, taking in his smile that you've missed so much. You could hear his laugh despite all the noise in the bar. You could smell him even though he kept his distance from you. You kept drinking, downing more drinks than you should have, taking a couple shots. Your inhibition was lowered, you were prone to making poor decisions when you were drinking, and trying to talk to him while intoxicated absolutely fell under that category.
“I'm doing it!” You announce, standing up, slamming your hands down on the table. “I'm going to win him back!”
“You don't think you should wait? Until you're sober?” Soomi asks.
“Sober, shmober.” You murmur. “I have to talk to him. I can't just keep staring at him from afar.”
You walked away from the realization of what you were going to do sobered you up a little. You found him with ease, just as he was setting his drink down and walking towards the bathrooms. You followed behind him, calling out for him. Either he didn't hear you, or he was ignoring you. You were sure he was ignoring you.
He walked into the men's room, and without any hesitation, you walked in right after him.
“Kim Hongjoong.” You yell, his back was towards you. He lets out a deep breath, turning around to face you.
“What do you want, y/n?” He asks.
“I…” You pause. “I just… I miss you.” You whisper.
He laughs. A humorless laugh. “You miss me? You left me, remember?”
“Yeah, I remember very vividly.” You say.
“You don't love me anymore. Remember?” He says.
“That's not true.”
“It's not true, huh.” He chuckles. “So if it's not true then why did you say it? Why did you leave me?”
“Because.” You pause, looking him in the eyes.
“Because what? You were lonely? I was focusing on my career too much? What?” He asks.
“Because I knew you wouldn't leave me. And I knew if we continued down the path we were going, you'd kill yourself trying to make me a priority along with your work.” You whisper.
He stands there, staring at you, his eyes wide. “Why wouldn't you talk to me?” He asks.
“What good would that have done?” You respond. “There was no other way around it. The group was taking off, you were getting busier and busier, what limited time you had was going to become non existent. Tell me, did you feel guilty being away from me for so long and for so often?” You ask.
“All the time.” He murmured.
“Exactly. But these last couple months…” you pause, the tears beginning to come. Your lip trembles. “Have been the worst of my life. I fucking miss you. I miss even just talking on the phone with you. Facetiming, the random sporadic nights we get together. I'd trade everything I have just to have those with you again. I don't care if I have to travel halfway across the world to see you, I'll do it. I just want you.” You whisper.
You weren't sure what you were wanting from him at this moment, but something would have been nice. Instead he stood there, staring at you, not saying a word.
You were beginning to get nervous. Maybe he moved on? Maybe he didn't want you anymore?
“Please. Hongjoong, please say something.” You whisper.
“I -” he pauses. “I can't do this right now. I have to go.” He says. He walks towards you, passing you, whispering an apology. He leaves you standing alone in the men's bathroom, wondering if telling him any of that was a mistake? You drag your feet as you make your way back to your table. You were no longer in the mood to celebrate.
“What happened?” Your friends ask as you grab your purse.
“I don't really want to talk about it.” You say, forcing a smile. “I'm gonna go.” You whisper, trying to keep the tears inside. You didn't want to cry in a crowded bar.
So you swallowed your tears, along with the lump in your throat as you made your way outside, the fresh air hitting you like a ton of bricks. You managed to find a cab through the tears in your eyes and with a shaky voice, told him where you needed to go. You leaned against the door, looking out the window as the rain started to pour. You watched it continuously run down the window as Hongjoong's words played in your head over and over again.
“I can't do this right now. I have to go.”
“I can't do this.”
Did you hope that he told you he missed you and desperately wanted you back? Absolutely. Were you expecting it? No, you weren't but you were hoping that he would have at least stayed and talked things out with you.
When you finally pulled up to your apartment, you paid the cab driver, and made your way upstairs. The second you opened your front door and stepped inside, the silence consumed you. It was deafening.
You dropped down to your knees, finally letting out the cries you had held in for over an hour. Curling up into a ball on the floor of your kitchen, sobbing, pleading to whoever that was listening that you didn't ruin any chances you may have had in getting him back.
You weren't sure how long you laid there, but it was long enough for there to be a puddle of tears left on the floor where you were. After you picked yourself up off the floor and shook it off. You cleaned up the puddle, and headed for the shower where you tried to wash off the feeling of regret. But it wouldn't wash off. No matter how much you scrubbed yourself, no matter how much soap you used, you couldn't get rid of that horrible feeling.
You stepped out of the shower, wrapping yourself in a towel. You wanted to crawl into bed, not even going to bother to get yourself dressed and you were going too but the moment you pulled back your blanket, there was a rapid knocking at your front door. You tightened up your towel, uncaring of who was on the other side of the door. You pulled it open, your eyes still red and puffy from crying.
“Yes?” You say as the door opens, but your eyes go wide. “Hongjoong.” You whisper.
“You know, y/n, you've got a lot of nerve.” He sighs. “Coming to me, out of nowhere, telling me you miss me and love me and that you left me for me.”
“I know.” You whisper.
“I want to hate you. I've wanted nothing more than to despise you for shattering my heart like you did. I've tried to hate you.” He says.
You nod your head. You deserved his hate.
“But I can't. Because I'm still so fucking in love with you.” He says. “It never fucking wavered even when you told me you didn't love me anymore. I still loved you with everything I had. I still do.”
The tears start again, rolling down your cheeks. Your entire body trembling as the man you loved so much stood before you, confessing how he was still in love with you.
“And I don't think I'll ever stop.” He says, stepping inside your apartment. You step back, he closes the door behind him. Without a second thought, his hand is on your cheek, and his lips are pressed against yours.
You wrap your arms around his neck, his arms wrapping around your body, holding you tightly. You missed the feeling of his hands all over your body. Hongjoong deepens the kiss, sliding his tongue into your mouth. You grasp at his shirt, trying to pull it off of him. You needed to feel him, skin to skin. He chuckles, breaking the kiss. He grabs your hand, pulling you towards the bedroom he has spent so many nights in before. You sit down on the bed, your towel still on but loose. He stands in front of you, unbuttoning the dress shirt he was still wearing. You groan at the sight of him as he drops his shirt down onto the floor.
“I'm so sorry.” You whisper as he crawls onto the bed, hovering over you.
“Shh, baby.” He smiles, peppering kisses across your face, down your neck, onto your chest. He opens up your towel, running his hands over your body. “I've missed you so fucking much.” He whispers, kissing between your chest, down to your stomach.
“Please, Hongjoong.” You whimper.
“What do you want from me, baby?” He asks.
“You. I want you inside me.” You breathe.
Hongjoong smiles, standing back up as he unbuttons his pants, letting them pool around his ankles. He steps out of them, pulling down his boxers, letting his cock spring free. You bite your lip,
“Patience, baby.” He whispers, pulling you to the edge of the bed, settling in between your legs on the floor. He spreads your legs, licking his lips before he licks a long strip up your already soaked cunt. He moves his tongue between your lips, flicking your clit with a sense of desperation. You moan loudly as you try to buck your hips. He pushes you back down, holding you down as he sucks on your clit, swirling his tongue around, making you grasp the bed sheets. It felt so fucking good, it had been so long, you felt like your whole body was about to explode.
“Hongjoong..” you pant. “I'm gonna cum.” You gasp.
You can feel him smile between your legs as he moves his tongue faster, pushing a few fingers inside of you.
“Fuck.” You gasp, clenching yourself around his fingers. He quickly thrusts them in and out of you, moving his tongue faster and faster, pushing you over the edge within seconds. Your orgasm explodes through your body, causing you to pant loudly. Hongjoong wastes no time, pulling his fingers out of you, using your juices to coat his cock.
“Get on your hands and knees. ” He says, stroking his cock. He crawls onto the bed behind you, landing a hard smack on your ass, making you whimper.
He lines himself up with your entrance pushing himself inside of you before gripping onto your hips. You roll your eyes back as he pushes himself as far as he can inside you, digging his fingertips into your hips. You gasp loudly as your cunt stretches from his cock, your arms giving out on you as you lay your face on the bed with your ass in the air.
“That's right, baby.” He groans, slowly pulling his cock out of you before slamming back inside, making you yelp.
“Faster, please. Fuck me harder.” You gasp, needing him to wreck you. His grip on you tightens as he thrusts faster and harder, ramming his cock into you over and over. He leans over you slightly, moving his hand to your head, pushing your face into the mattress.
“Fuck! Right there.” You cry out, gripping the bed sheets even harder than before. You squeeze your eyes shut while he pounds into you.
“I've fucking missed you.” He pants. You move your hand between your legs, rubbing your clit as Hongjoong fucks you mercilessly.
You can't speak, only moan as you rub your clit faster, matching the pace of his thrusts. Your heart was beating rapidly as your second orgasm builds, only taking seconds to hit and flow through your body, making you jolt.
“I'm so fucking close.” Hongjoong grunts. He holds onto you tightly as he fucks you faster, moaning loudly as his orgasm finally hits. His thrusts slow down as he releases his load deep inside you, coating your walls with his cum.
“Fuck.” He breathes, pulling out of you. You both collapse onto the bed, the smell of sweat and sex filling your room.
Your head rests on his chest, no words are spoken while the two of you catch your breath, soaking in the presence of each other once again.
“I really missed you.” You whisper.
“I'm sorry I made you feel like you needed to end things for me to be happy.” He says, his finger trailing over your back.
“I'm sorry I did that too. I thought I was doing the right thing at the time.” You reply.
“Please don't ever do that again.” He says. “Talk to me if you have concerns.”
“I will. I don't want to be apart from you again. We're in this together.” You smile.
“Forever.”
“Forever and Always.”
