Charlie

She is definitely upset that it broke, but she knows it's an accident. What makes her more upset is you leaving because she'd prefer to talk to you about it.

When you come back after fixing it, she's immediately pulling you into a hug (rather you're touch adverse or not). Charlie scolds you for leaving for so long just to fix it. She missed you a lot and was worried about you.

But she does appreciate the gesture so much. There's tears in her eyes at the fact you took so much time to fix it. Honestly, if there's still a crack or something to show it was damaged, then she ends up loving the item more.

Cherri

Definitely a bit bummed out that you broke it, but whatever, she breaks things all the time (accidentally and on purpose). She still has you so she's not too upset about the item being broke.

Cherri doesn't worry too much about you when you leave. She's given you plenty of bombs just in case some dickhead does try to mess with you while you're away. When you come back, she states that you owe her more than just the thing you fixed.

More being kisses or hopping in bed together. She'll take the item back from you and put it where it was originally, but then she'll take your hand and drag you out to have a date because you've been gone too long for her liking.

Vaggie

While she's definitely upset that you broke something sentimental, she knows it was an accident and won't hold it against you. Might try to stop you from leaving because you really don't need to go out of your way to fix it, but you're already out the door before she can.

Vaggie is worried that you're gone for so long, but she also knows you can take care of yourself. You just better send her a postcard or something so she doesn't start stomping around Hell to find you.

When you do come back, she is unbelievably touched that you actually managed to fix the item. She tells you that you really didn't need to go through all that trouble, but it won't stop her from hugging you and softly thanking you.

If you’ve known Cherri Bomb for awhile, then you know that nothing you do with her can ever be simple or easy

So it makes sense that when you asked her if she wanted to have a snowball fight one of the few times it actually happened to snow in Hell, chaos would insue

Honestly, just what were you thinking would happen? She’d go easy on you, play it nice and fair? Absolutely not

You weren’t even able to finish putting together your first snowball when she started lunging her own at you, basically bombarding you with snow

It ended up not doing you much good, because once you timed back in she was right back at it

To make matters even worse, she’d started putting rocks and firecrackers in the snowballs she was throwing at you, and she even tried to sneak in bombs a few times

In an effort to safe yourself from her ceaseless assault of ice and snow, you called a truce, and the two of you decided to attack Sir Pentious and his eggbois with snowbombs instead of throwing them at each other

Safe to say he wasn’t very happy with your decision to team up against him when he couldn’t properly fight back due to the cold (reptiles need a constant source of heat, otherwise they get sluggish and grumpy)

That didn’t mean he couldn’t get you back another day, but for now you were happy to enjoy whatever chaos you could

Adam:

Total boy dad. I can see him with a little girl, (let’s be honest, his daughter would 100% become an exorcist and take over after he retires as commander (if he ever retires lol)), but he would turn his son into the the next exorcist commander.

Adam is definitely a bit misogynistic…and no matter what you do, atleast a little bit of that would be passed down to your child. If Adam had a son (not him already having two other sons…), he would start training him at a very young age. (Kinda like the career tributes from the hunger games if yk what I mean. (Oh, you don’t? I don’t blame you lol. Idk what I even meant by this tbh. Don’t worry about it-))

With a girl, I can 100% see him being overly protective TO THE EXTREME. He’s the type to scare off teenage boys lol.

Alastor:

Is probably the best dad on this list (except for Luci ofc.) Is super protective of his family. Would not let your baby out of his sight for the first few weeks. Would offer to help you with the baby when it wakes up crying late at night.

Is totally a girl dad. He would willingly play dress up and have tea parties with her in her room…but it will not be mentioned outside of there. When going out for an outing, he would dress her up to match his colors—red & black—and give you a few extra minutes to get ready.

The two of you want some alone time? He’ll ask Rosie. If she’s busy he is forcing either Husk or Niffty to watch the child. Alastor also most definitely keeps your young, innocent child away from Angel Dust for ‘reasons’ he doesn’t want to elaborate on. Your child will inherit his powers and will be almost as strong as him one day!

Husk:

Okay…so first of all, the elephant in the room. His alcoholism. I don’t think Husk would completely stop drinking, but would tone it down for the sake of you and your child. When he’s drinking/drunk, he would make sure he wasn’t around your child, not wanting that kid to see the ‘real’ him.

He would totally be a girl dad. He would completely deny it but we all know it’s true. Like Alastor, if your daughter wanted him to dress up, have a tea party with him, etc. I think it would take a little more convincing than Alastor but in the end he would do it.

Would be overly protective. ESPECIALLY AROUND ALASTOR. Husk would make sure that your child was atleast six feet away from the deer demon at all times. Husk obviously has lots of experience with Alastor as a person, so he of all people knows that Alastor could (and maybe would???) manipulate his spawn into a deal.

Angel Dust:

Angel is extremely excited…but…He is nervous. VERY anxious.

Angel would be a good dad, but he is worried about his deal with Val. Who knows what Val would do if he found out he was in another relationship…let alone with a child! When the child in question is born, he does everything in his power to hide them from Val.

If Val found out, he would be pissed. After calming down (barely), he would try to get your child under contract to punish Angel. Therefore, Angel is obviously very protective. Angel would teach your child how to be street-smart and survive on the streets of hell. Your child would learn from Angel’s mistakes.

Lucifer:

WHAT? HES GONNA BE A DAD (again)!? He is so stoked. Before the baby is even born they have everything they could ever want. Anything for his little duckling.

Your child would be homeschooled, but not by you. By the most well-known and well-educated members of Hell’s society. Your child is truly getting a million dollar education. Oh! And if your child decides to get a higher education after high school? It’s already taken care of. Lucifer makes sure that there are schools ready to take your child to college before your baby even turns two!

For some characters, I feel like they would either be girl dads or boy dads, but Lucifer could truly be either. With a little girl, I could totally see him playing dress up or Barbies with her, no problem! With a boy, same thing.

Vox:

Your child hit the jackpot. I mean…who wouldn’t want the richest overlord in all of pride to be their father? I just pray the kid doesn’t come out looking like a leapfrog or iPad…

Your child would be an iPad kid (vPad?) They would have all the newest technology and toys, they wouldn’t even know what to do with it all! Seriously though, this kid 100% has a playroom just filled with all the toys Vox either made or bought for them. He definitely spoils them (and you).

Your kid is a nepo baby. As they get into their teenage years, Vox would make sure they started to gain fame. Whether it’s by singing or acting (or both), or becoming a powerful overlord like himself, Vox would help them reach that.

Both you and Vox would make sure that your baby is supervised around Val and Velvette, if Vox even lets the kid around Valentino. He does NOT want Valentino trying to swindle them into a deal.

Valentino:

Bestie...What were you thinking? Let’s be honest. Valentino would not be the greatest dad. Definitely not the worst, but not great.

He would 100% leave your kid unsupervised. You’d better always be watching because he definitely isn’t. Speaking of supervision, Val would just randomly bring your child into his studio…When the two of you are spending ‘time’ together, he would either get Vel or Vox to watch the baby, or one of the souls he has under contract. Is surprisingly overprotective.

Val would teach make sure your child knows Spanish, threatening to ‘disown the brat’ if they refused. Luckily, you are there to stop Valentino from going off on your baby. Your child definitely learns a few Spanish swears from him.

She’s the one who gives you advice and stuff like that. While Charlie is the more emotionally supportive one, Vaggie is the more mature and steady one.

When you greet her a good morning and hand her a glass of water, she immediately suspicious but when she leaves your apartment without any fight she wonders just what the fuck happened last night.

Angeldust is highly confused at first, especially since he’s still got clothes on, but when you explain that you found him stumbling around crying and offered him a place to stay, he gets extremely embarrassed and defensive. It’s when you assure him that you won’t tell anyone, and when you don’t even ask for anything in return, that he calms down.

Husk is usually really good at getting back to the hotel when he goes out. So when he wakes up in an unfamiliar environment he’s immediately on edge. When you walk out of your room and smile at him, he’s instantly out the door before you can get the chance to do anything to him. There’s absolutely no way someone could be kind enough to let him crash for free.

Vox remembered Val dragging him out to have fun and then ditching him for some rando. He didn’t remember how he ended up in this apartment with a horrible headache. You kindly gave him a glass of water and pain meds, and he was surprised by the fact you didn’t seem to recognize him. Still he couldn’t risk you going around telling everyone that the tech overlord drunkenly crashed on your couch, so before he left he made sure to hypnotize you to forget.

A/N: So I know I said 2, but the other one isn’t ready yet I’m still writing it. It’s gonna be pretty big too since it’s that velvette part 2. But I had to get my cat spayed today so I’ve been super busy all day keeping her out of trouble and from hurting herself :/ but anywho, enjoy!

Charlie

With Charlie, I’m a little torn. On the one hand, she’s a princess, so cooking would likely be more of a novelty considering she likely had staff to do it for her. But this is Charlie we’re talking about. She would go out of her way to learn how to cook. Wouldn’t give up either, not until she could do it on her own. I would imagine that she started learning from Vaggie and reading cookbooks.

Vaggie

When it comes to Vaggie, she can cook some, but she’s definitely super humble about it, brushing off any compliments because it’s ‘just food’. If the issue is pressed I can see her getting a little embarrassed about it. It’s mostly dishes that she had been taught while she was growing up, along with basic dishes that don’t necessarily require a honed skill to make.

Angel

Angel can cook, though he doesn’t exactly put much effort into it. I can definitely see him just throwing something together so he can eat and move on with whatever else he has going. Baking is a different story. I can really imagine while he was growing up he would sneak his way into the kitchen while his mother and Molly were baking. He picked it up pretty easily. And as someone who enjoys baking let me just say that his extra set of arms would be so helpful.

Husk

Husk was an entertainer in life, growing up in a casino, learning the trades in the house. That also includes the kitchens. Sure he likely didn’t spend a whole lot of time there but he still picked up a thing or two. So he’d be able to hold his own fairly well when it comes to making a homecooked meal.

Alastor

While it’s canon that the radio demon can cook, I feel like he specifically likes to cook recipes his mother left behind. Cooking recipes from his youth reminds him of joining his mother in the kitchen whipping something up for lunch and helping her prep for dinner. He’s not all that adventurous in the kitchen, though. He likes to stick with what he knows and what he grew up with.

Niffty

Having died in the 50s as a young housewife, I genuinely believe that she at least knows some fad recipes, like those salads and casserole recipes. Jello molds too. But that’s not to say that she wouldn’t know some basic stuff. I can definitely see Niffty being the type to try to create whole new recipes with varying, mostly horrifying results.

Sir Pentious

Sir Pentious is a genius, there’s no doubt about that, but the man can’t cook. At all. He’d burn water honestly. But baking? Oh yeah, he can bake with out a doubt(but not necessarily the decorating part), it’s basically science, but not cook. He’d quite honestly have the Egg Bois help, but let’s be honest here, that’d be a disaster too.

Cherri Bomb

I’ll admit, I wasn’t to sure about Cherri. She just doesn’t seem like the type to cook. Nah. Cherri is the queen of takeout. She can boil water but that’s really about it. Honestly, she’s only really a couple of steps above Sir Pentious, but she can’t bake either. Sometimes though, before Angel went off to the hotel, she would go out and buy ingredients and stuff and go to his apartment and they (he) would make something.

Vox

This man absolutely can cook, and he’s pretty damn good at it too. Considering he’s the television demon, he’s going to have several cooking shows. Hell, he even stars in a couple of them. That being said, he’s not one to do things half-assed. Sure, a lot of cooking shows have stuff that was prepared beforehand, but with Vox’s he goes out of his way to actually make the dishes in real time.

Valentino

I stand by my headcanons from my Valentino posts. He can cook, but it’s honestly a solid 50-50 on whether or not it’s burnt or edible. He’s pretty easily distracted, whether it’s a phone call or something else entirely, so if it's a dish that you have to pay close attention to, it’s likely to not turn out right.

Velvette

Velvette can do some light cooking, but nothing too extravagant. She’s got more important things to do, such as keeping Vox and Valentino on track. With a schedule as busy as hers, I don’t think she would cook often, preferring either Vox’s cooking or takeout. Oh but that doesn’t mean that she doesn’t take a picture and post it, because it’s Velvette, of course she does. Oh! But She’s probably been on Vox’s show as some sort of celeb guest type deal, the dish they made definitely stuck with her, so she might make it from time to time.

Zestial

Considering how long Zestial has been around, I would be more surprised if he couldn’t cook. You can’t convince me that after a while he at one point went through hobbies like a revolving door. Cooking absolutely would have been one of them. This man would absolutely try making the craziest things. He’d be up to date on all of the cooking fads, know recipes and cooking methods from several time periods and cultures. With him, there’s no telling what he might cook up next.

Carmilla

While I don’t think that she would really set aside time to cook often, she’s pretty skilled in the kitchen. Carmilla would likely have a couple of nights out of the month set aside to cook a meal with/for her and the girls, a tradition that carried on from their life before hell. She’d even take the opportunity to try new things while cooking.

Rosie

Oh, Rosie can absolutely cook, it’s canon that its a hobby of hers. She’s very well versed in a multitude of cooking methods, and while she may not entirely like a whole lot of new-age gadgets in the kitchen, she can’t really deny the fact that they can be quite useful. I’m willing to bet that she would have an Instapot (they’re great I have two and one of them has an air fryer attachment)

Adam

Adam would never openly admit it, but he knows how to cook. He was the first man, he would have had to learn eventually, even if it was something as simple as preparing meats. That being said, he can grill. I’d be willing to bet that he’d host a little barbeque after the annual exterminations for the exorcists, maybe even enter into grilling competitions.

Lute

Lute’s honestly a bit of a wildcard when it comes to cooking. She might have been able to cook while she had been alive, but nowadays not so much. It had been a long time since she actively made anything, so she’d be pretty rusty. But other than the basics, I don’t really see her being able to be too creative in terms of cooking either. She’d honestly probably stick to what she knows and wouldn’t stray too far away from that.

Emily

I don’t necessarily think that seraphim would really need to eat, but that doesn’t mean that they can’t or don’t. In Emily’s case, I would imagine it as a scenario where she wanted to do something to get closer to humanity. They were her charge after all, or rather their state of happiness. But all humans eat and many find joy in doing so and even in the act of cooking, so she absolutely would be thrilled to learn! She’s getting better at it by the day.

Sera

Sera had likely done the same as Emily when she was a young angel, though I don’t see her sticking with it. I definitely think that she taught Emily to start her on her little culinary journey. She can cook, she just… doesn’t. I’d even go as far as to say it’s been centuries since she’s actually cooked a meal of any kind. That being said, if she were to jump into the kitchen nowadays, she probably wouldn’t have a very easy time finding her way around.

Lucifer is a man of many talents. He can absolutely cook, possibly even Michelin level, he just chooses not to. He likely just considers it a novelty of sorts, considering he has the power to simply poof food right in front of him. Honestly, it’s pretty helpful whenever he’s depressed and doesn’t feel like making anything. But, when it comes to his family and friends, he’s more than happy to whip something up.

Another one who would likely consider cooking to be a novelty. Considering how she’s the second most powerful being in hell, and fiercely independent with more important things to worry about. Lilith wouldn’t concern herself with cooking unless it was with her family, and even then it likely didn’t happen that often after Charlie grew up.

You and Alastor were driving back to the hotel after a long night of dancing at Mimzy’s club. You were both all dolled up, but all Alastor could think about was that intoxicating perfume. It was almost as if the perfume was enchanted. It is. It made him want to-

“Are you okay Al?” You ask from the passenger seat. Alastor's hands were gripping the steering wheel so tightly his knuckles were turning white, and his breath was growing heavier. He was trying to focus on the road but the scent of your perfume was too much, he couldn't take it anymore, he had to have you. With a sudden jerk of the wheel, Alastor pulled the car over to the side of the road. He unbuckled his seatbelt and turned to face you, his eyes filled with a primal hunger.

“What the hell?” You say, clearly confused. He reached out and grabbed your face, his fingers digging into your skin as he pulled you towards him. “Kiss me, now.” His voice was a low, commanding growl, and he didn't wait for a response before crashing his lips against yours. His hands roamed over your body possessively, his touch scorching through your clothes. He pushed you back against the passenger seat, his body heavy on top of you. Between kisses, he growled, "Your perfume..." He buried his face in your neck, inhaling deeply. "It's driving me mad. You're driving me mad." He began to kiss and suck at your neck, his hands finding their way under your shirt. His touch was rough, urgent, as if he couldn't get enough of you.

He tore his mouth away from your neck to look at you, his eyes wild and possessive. "I need you. Now. Here. In this car." He reached behind the seat and grabbed a blanket, throwing it over you both before climbing on top of you again. “M-mhm.” You whisper softly. He ripped open your shirt, buttons flying everywhere, and buried his face in your cleavage. He nuzzled and kissed your breasts through your bra, his hands roaming your body, touching you everywhere. He growled, "Wrap your legs around me." He unfastened his pants, pushing them down just enough to free himself. 

He yanked your skirt up and pulled your underwear to the side, not bothering to take them off. He positioned himself at your entrance and thrust deep inside, a low groan escaping him as he did. He began to move, his hips snapping forward as he buried himself inside you over and over again. His face was buried in your neck, his breath hot against your skin. "You feel so good," he growled, his voice strained with desire. The car shook with the force of his movements.

His hand reached up and wrapped around your throat, squeezing gently as he continued to thrust into you. His eyes met yours, and he saw the way you looked at him, with equal hunger and desperation. He leaned in close, his face hovering above yours. The scent of your perfume was intoxicating, and he couldn't help but give in to the urge to kiss you again. His lips met yours, and he lost himself in the moment, all thoughts of anything else fading away. You break the kiss. “I love you.” Alastor pulls you back into another kiss.

He broke the kiss to look at you, his eyes filled with warmth and tenderness. He cupped your cheek, his thumb gently caressing your skin. "And I love you," he murmured, his voice soft. He nuzzled against you, his arms wrapping around you protectively.
