Sometimes when I'm reading my notes and have written just the dialogue of a scene with no names or descriptions attached, I can still tell who is saying what based only on the tone, speed and the way they speak X)

Peter? Okay, Peter is very slow. Short sentences. To the point. And when he speaks? It's all about emphasis.

Whereas Sylar, on the other hand, speaks very fast, very rambling, is desperate to get the upper hand and won't hold back on the sass, whether or not it's deserved.

And Claire? Claire speaks with her whole heart. In every word.

But perhaps my most impressive in-character dialogue has to go to The Haitian XP
